The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

A great and must have app for anyone who’s starting on mediation. Plus it’s also a great app for students who are always under stress; just take 3 or 5 minutes of your time to mediate and you’ll immediately feel the difference after you meditate.
I got the app to put on my Apple Watch so I could have breathing sessions throughout my day! I started having trouble sleeping and that’s when I noticed their sleeping sessions on the app I was desperate and would try anything. I instantly noticed how easily I fell asleep and now I can’t sleep without my meditation first! I love this app and use it daily! Only recommendation I would give to the developers is allowing my to go from one meditation to the next without touching my phone! Almost like a meditation playlist! I honestly just want to be able to listen to my “goodnight” meditation and then have the “dream” sleepcast come on right after! But a big thanks to the app for helping me with not only my sleep but also my day yo day anxiety!

I just have to say how disappointing and absurd it is that the sleep meditation is now subscription-only. So upset that i’ve lost access to half of the app because I don’t pay for a subscription when sleep meditation is just as important as daily/stress relieving meditation. Heartbroken, so to speak.

Brand new to meditation and headspace and am on day 23 in my daily streak. I like everything about this process so far. I’ve read the book and am excited about where it’s all taking me. I was very hesitant about sitting and meditating for ten or twenty minutes at first. I didn’t think I could stand it but now am looking forward to every session.
This is an excellent service especially for beginners of meditation like me. Headspace makes meditation approachable and inviting. I recommend this app to anyone who is interested in meditation.
I started out using this every day for about a week, and it was the most important part of my day. I love this app so much!! After a while I had to kind of stop using it since almost everything cost money, and I was running out of free courses. Also the ones I wanted to try cost money too. I do not like to spend money on apps, and I just wished the app had some sort of cash system? For example, each time you do a mindfulness exercise you earn 50 coins, and if you save up enough coins for a exercise that costs 200 coins. Then you earn enough coins but still be able to access ones that cost money by using the app often. Still, this app is a wonderful idea and concept, that was my only issue!
I have honestly NEVER made it through a whole sleep cast. They are (especially Midnight Laundrette- my fave!) perfectly designed to send me to sleep in peace, every damn time.

I really wanted to like this app because of all the positive reviews and the actual meditation sessions are really good. However ultimately I just can’t use it because the fonts are too small to read and it’s not always clear how to interact with the UI. One minute a big graphic of some kind of blobby creatures is a button to click on, the very next page the same image does nothing. Click on an obvious “play” button and instead of playing it opens a new screen with some words in the middle that I can’t quite read. After a bit of squinting I realise there is tiny writing at the top and bottom which says “skip” and “continue” but I have no idea what these mean in the current context. I gave up.
Provides a great range mediation tracks to suit any circumstance. Easy to use and always updating and improving the app. Love it.
Hi I’m a 10 year old kid and I feel this app makes life easier, like I mean it I have a lot of things going on and this makes me a lot more relaxed about it all BUT... the subscriptions get a bit annoying because you can’t listen to much but last night I put on the doze option for ten minutes And It WORKED!!! I slept in like 8 minutes AMAZING!!!! I definitely think this is a good app for stressed people or who are always busy or just for people who want to meditate and get to bed easier

I have contacted Apple and there is no way to get a refund on my unwanted purchase. I attempted to close the app once I saw you had to pay to use it, instead it scanned my finger print when I pressed the home screen and it enabled the purchase of $150. Thanks dickheads
I love this app. I have been using this app for about a month and it has changed my life. It is definitely a bit pricey and it would be great if they reduced that. In the most recent update they took away the search feature. I really like this because I could easily change my meditation depending on what mood I was in but now I need to find out which section everything is in. With the constant changing of this I find it much harder to work. I really hope they bring the search feature back in the next update but other than that this app has really improved my lifestyle.
I have recently discovered Sleepcasts by Headspace and they are just the best thing. The narrated stories are evocative, vivid, full of warmth, sweetness and kind, unusual characters that make drifting off to sleep land easier than before. Thank you!

I did the trial for a month a couple of years ago and have been paying for the yearly subscription ever since. As a high school teacher who personally struggles with anxiety and ADHD, I can confidently say this app has helped me so much! I often redo the basics part 3 to help with my anxiety and stress and do the balance or focus packs to deal with my ADHD. It’s been so effective that even my psychologist bought a subscription himself and now recommends it to clients. It’s weird to think, but I am genuinely thankful for this app. I guess I’ll be paying that yearly subscription for the rest of my life! Lol
It dose work when you use most of them like the sleeping one as the voice talks your body slowly gets heavy and you don’t want to move and then I fell asleep pretty quickly
the app really helped me calm down. i got a really good sense of everything and i learned how to keep a calm mind. my only problem is the fact that i have to pay :( i understand that people need to make money but i’m currently unemployed and i cant spend any money on apps like these, and because of that i can’t make it past basics. but other than that this app really does help and i recommend it to anyone going through a stressful time in their life.

What can I say? Been using it since September, daily, for the most part. THere are two ways the app could improve thought. 1. It could showcase the courses in a more clear way. I still have a hard time parsing through the different possibilities. I’m no app designer, but it is always cumbersome for me. 2. I should be able to play meditation audio trough Airplay. I can already play the little animations through AirPlay without problem, so I wonder what the hang up is. It’s just two things that would make my experience more fluid. Other than that I LOVE the app. It’s hard to pick between Waze and Headspace as my most used app, but it’s not a competition.
I don’t like that you can’t really test it out, for at least a week or so, before you have to pay $12.99 a month.
Honestly I’d just like people to lead with this information. It is not easy to tell at first glance which meditation apps are free. Will delete because I can’t afford :(
This app is a staple in my mental health regime. With packs for every mood, emotion it has helped me to become more aware of my emotions and detach from them. Think of how much money you spend on a coffee everyday and put that into tending to your mental health with this wonderful app 💜
I’ve been using this app on and off for over two years now. I was made aware the life and work stress were, quite literally killing me and I needed to do something about it. I’m about as far away from a hippy as you can imagine. Telling me to relax winds me up! I returned to using this app and measuring heart rate variable, a key matrix for stress. THIS APP WORKS! Headspace has had an enormously positive impact on my life. I used to suffer with frequent panic attacks, about 3-5 a week, I’ve used headspace for nearly a year now and in that year I have had 2 panic attacks! It’s given me a new life and I am forever grateful to Andy Puddicombe.
To date, just on my fifth session but really good for explaining concepts and I love the little animated characters - the visual image really supports the spoken theory. I am looking forward to the remainder of the sessions. Thank you.

It’s harder to stay focused and find yourself concentrated on something but with this app everything feels easier!! I would love if you introduce more short videos with different situations as I find them very useful for everyday life. Thank your for inventing this app it’s great
