The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

I’ve recently been diagnosed with anxiety and I didn’t know how to control all of my worries and constant panic attacks. But after I found this app, its given me so many useful tips on controlling my thoughts. Definitely recommend for people like me.
I love this app and am a willing subscriber. However, I travel extensively for my job and wish the sleep casts were available to download in the app. The amount of downloadable content is so limited and is the same as what you can access for free. Why should I be paying for this service if I can’t access the full library as a paying customer? With 11-15 hour flights across the ocean 1-2 times/ month, I would like to have more variety to help me fight jet lag and stress.
I love this app. It helps me feel more grounded whether life is chaotic or calm.

Incredible app, and very helpful.. the only feature I’d love to see added is the ability to stream the audio to my HomePod, or other audio devices. I’ve set up a mediation room in my home and would love to use the speaker I’ve set up in there for this particular reason.
I’ve tried many methods to meditate and this is by far the best. It’s a really user friendly way to be mindful each day, whether it’s the start the start of the day, during the day, or end of the day. Teaches not only how to “be here now”, but how to not attach to thoughts, or rate them as ‘good’ or ‘bad’. I have really been more mindful of my ‘headspace’ using this app!
I’m so happy I downloaded this app when I tried the ad. I do this with the free version, and at 6:30 after my session at 6:25, I feel so much calmer. This app really helps and if you’re looking for an app to help you with stress or anxiety, this app is the one!

The thing is this app should work for helping with meditation. The other more important thing is you shouldn’t be paying the ridiculous subscription prices they are demanding for you to listen to them. The meditation sessions are not rocket science and they are all based on the same fundamentals no matter which session you choose. There are cheaper and even free apps that will provide you the exact same results. For example Simple Minds is totally free for any sessions or programmes you choose so why let this app take advantage of you? This is just a total cash grab hoping to capitalise on vulnerable people.
I think headspace is good as long as you can choke up 20 dollars a month. The basics are boring, telling you about the traffic. Sleep mode is good while it’s free. I gave it two stars cause I got one coarse and sleep mode. A little disappointing, seeing as my teacher recommended it to me. Will not be sharing much about headspace. Other than that, the voices are pretty soothing and have helped me sleep on numourous occasions.
At the beginning it’s really good. After buying and try more it sounds the same audio always.
I love the app and it’s one of the only ones that I truely like. The only issue is is how much it is. I don’t think I will ever be able to afford $600 for a lifetime use or continually paying $20 a month. I know I shouldn’t put a price on mental health but it’s truely too expensive and I know I will have to invest in another app that is cheaper.
Different cues and suggestions within the meditations serve as techniques that are very conducive to a more open and aware mind. It’s almost like a life hack for expediting the acquisition of wisdom.
Was just charged $150 for a yearly subscription which I did not want, nor agree to whilst trying to exit the app as I couldn’t close the window. I’ve enjoyed the app for the last 10 days but I do not want or need a yearly subscription! Hoping I can get a refund as this constitutes stealing.

I recently subscribed and it is the best thing you can do! The value for money is amazing! For $19 a month the amount of access to hundreds of different courses such as ‘Managing anxiety’ have helped me reframe my relationship with anxiety. The results of adopting mindfulness meditation was as quick as a week! Even after a couple of sessions I felt more confident and at ease with my thoughts and my mind which for me at one point felt impossible. I had tried many things except true mindfulness and it was the solution!! Andy has honestly changed my entire view of life and myself! But anyone and everyone can benefit from this, the headspace library is jam packed with meditations for everything you can imagine and it IS worth the subscription. In fact I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of it now. Love it! Going to keep meditating forever!
Best app use it every night!
I’ve been a Headspacer for years but am a bit frustrated with the new version of the app as it takes too long to navigate around to find your favourite meditations. It would be great if you could add in a favourites feature so we can easily access mini and single meditations without having to toggle through lots of menus. Finding time to meditate is a huge barrier for many, so making it as easy as possible to access a quick session would be hugely helpful to us time-poor! Thanks!
It is perfect for going to bed, but premium is so expensive and not worth it. It is a great app and very relaxing.
I’m sorry. I love headspace and everything it has to offer but I have been struggling. When I listen to the sleepcasts, all I get is bored. All I would change is for you to add one or two new sleepcasts every once in a while to keep my mind and more than likely other minds out there, some more variety in what puts us to sleep.

Made me 10 times more stressed. This app made me have a bad day. I was having a good one too. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. I don’t know how people can like this, but whatever it is their opinion.
This app is so great! The only thing that streak day counts my each meditation so if I do 2 meditations in a day, then I automatically jump day ahead. Maybe fixable?
I love this app, and found that I’ve been a nicer person to the people around me when I have less worry. This is something that I do often, though I would prefer if the full version was free

I love this app. It has truly changed my life by making it easy to explore and understand how my mind works. It is full of helpful meditation packs and new ones are being added all the time! It’s also really easy to navigate. And I love the mindful reminders.
I really like the style of Headspace. It helps me decompress. It helps keep my mind balanced when it needs to be the most. The mood of this is very relaxing and I feel like I can find my zen, haha. Great app. Would recommend.

Headspace makes me feel calm and peaceful. It gently eases you in to a guided meditation with a lovely relaxing voice. I have begun with 3 minutes and will build up to 5 and 10 minutes. I would recommend the app to everyone. Lisa from Cork, Ireland.
I loved this so much I bought it for others as Christmas presents. It’s functional, practical and so simple to follow. Most of all it allows you to learn and make mistakes without feeling like you have failed and this is what builds long term improvement and commitment to building mental “fitness” in whatever way matters for people.
Really good app but the threshold on the noise gate is far too strong and cuts off words too much, such as the first letters of words and the end of sentences. That’s the only issue with the app.
