Every since I’ve had sprint I have had problems on top of problems. It seems the employees have been trained differently because the store says one thing and when you call it’s something else.
I’ve tried multiple time setting up automatic and it seems to never work... as a broke college student, I’d love to receive 5 dollars off a month

Honestly the app itself is helpful, however, SPRINT ITSELF IS TERRIBLE. I will be switching service AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I’ve had issues with my bill since February, it is now JUNE and still, every time I speak with someone I get something different. It’s been months of back and forth and I would rate this company a -100 if I could.
Your customer service is horrible and does not solve the issues of providing an economical plan for a customer that has been with you since 2009!

This app is hard to use. Things are hard to find such as contact numbers, how to suspend services and other things. Needs to be more user friendly.
Never have service signal around my home like I was promised this is the reason I switched from ATT. The bill is double what is was told it would be and the network reliability is terrible. Worst phone network around

Today u screwed me again, my text says $30mth plan on my iPad , I agreed w u guys today no plan on iPad zero $$. It took me 1hr & 45 mins today Many many times in the past I havent been able to get on the app or been on hold way to long. I’m suppost 2 be getting the $45 unlimited plan & $500 credit towards future payments. I gave 3 places that will give us 2 phones w flat $45-$55mth unlimited.
I’ve enjoyed this app for many things I’ve been with sprint a couple years and this app has help me from upgrade, to payments, and even problems I have they are fast and always solve all my problems thru the app
I have been Sprint customer for some time now, back some time ago talking to different people a lot of Sprint customers left Sprint. Don’t know exactly what the reason was I think it was bad business bad service. I’am old school I don’t like changes still here. I have had trouble with my phone since day one still having trouble. I’ve call sprint, sent reviews to Sprint, talk to people at the sprint store, Still have the same problem. I have been standing next to sprint customers with exact same phone we do same task and their phone 💯 times better than mind, I go outside my house and sit on the steps try to Goggle something and can pick up six or seven different wi-Fi every body but my own, leave the house no matter where I’am at can’t get on line. Sprint the amount of money I have spent and as long as I have been a customer know one have ever corrected my problem Sprint this is absolutely ridiculous, it asking for anything extra just want what I am paying for. No one never will get back with me. When people write a review is that just something you do, is it because that what business do to see how a customer feel. Bad business Sprint...Bad business Thank you
