New Version Not Working on Old Phone. I have an Apple iPhone5. Its newest IOS is 10.3.4. The 365App now needs an IOS OF 11.0 to work, thereby not working on my phone any more. So to me, the APP is worthless. PLUS ,,, if you want to “donate” your tickets, the APP doesn’t support that either. You have to log into Ticket Manager to donate. Easier to go to ticket office game day and get the good old fashion paper ticket.

Can’t switch accounts. Congrats on a horrible update. I have 2 sets of season tickets. Update the app last night and when we get to the game today the app wouldn’t let me switch accounts to download all my tickets. Luckily I was able to go to your website and get my others, so our entire group could get in. Stop making stupid changes for the sake of making a change.

Not working. It seems not to be working at this moment every time I try to open the video it just does not play the screen stays black you can see the play button and everything but it does not play for some reason I wish you guys can fix this bug because I am truly a hard-core Broncos fan and wish to use this app but for some reason it’s not working thank you

Stay connected. This app is the jams. I live in enemy territory now and it is important for me to stay connected with my childhood team. We all know mainstream media barely covers our team and or hate on them when they do. This app allows me to watch the video content, hearing from coaches and players and great commentary from our Denver broncos broadcast crew. I couldn’t survive out here without it! Super dope. I’m a bronco fan. This app keeps track of all the bronco fans out there I love it it also gives us amazing flash backs I’m a 11 year old girl so I don’t have much to say but wow I’m mind blown this app is genis ! GO BRONCOS! Db4l

Greatness. Fantastic way to keep up with my favorite team. I use it everyday and have thoroughly enjoyed the content on it. I just wish their were more wallpapers for iPhones.

Broncos App. For the most part I like the app. The schedule is difficult to find, it’s hidden under a menu. It would be nice to have a shortcut on the home page.

I hate vance Joeseph. Why do we have to wait another year to see that Vance Joeseph is not a good head coach. It does not mean he is not a nice guy or players “like him” it means simply he is not a good head coach. We will fire him next year and lose a year in the process. But hey who cares players like him and he is a nice guy.

Joke. The app is a joke, I created an account and wrote my password next to me, I was transferred some tickets and had to resign in and it said that my password was incorrect. So when I tried to reset my password it told me that my email did not exist, when I tried resetting my password based on my ticket transfer email it said that it sent me an email to reset the password. And the email never showed up

Born in Denver! So lucky to be a Broncos FAN. I remember the days in the 80’s of so little traffic on the roads of Colorado on Broncos Game Day. Now I think of how many people have moved here to join me/us in the Best Football Team/City in the NFL! 5280 Level! Go Broncos!

Owner of Tix. This has been quite smooth with this app. We are going today and have gone to the preseasons and the other games and the 365 app is working really well to get in the gates.

Good app for the bronco fan. Has most everything you want for year around Broncos news. But the original version had a lot more functions you could select from. It’s changed in the past two years. Wish it had the same functions it used to have.

App crashes: has issues with Wallet and transferring tickets. The new update is very buggy and not as reliable. Crashes when I click on see season tickets half the time. Also putting ticket on my Iphone wallet dies not work. I have never had issues with any tickets and my wallet before. When I transfer tickets to friends they are also having issues. Needs improvements quickly.

Best sports app ever!!!. I love my Broncos Sports App!!! Even in the Off Season it gives me a lot of great information about all types of things pertaining to the players, the team headquarters, the staff, just all sorts of things that football fans like myself and my husband are interested. I also like the live segments with some players and others like John Elway. It’s an all around good app. I have told a lot of people about it in the past year, and a few of them have moved on to other places but still are using the app to keep up with the information about the Broncos even though they don’t live in Colorado any longer.

My Seat #18. I transferred my 2 seats to a friend to attend todays game and my seat #18 was missing. Last Sunday game everything was okay but I heard that an event was held after last Sundays game and apparently whoever had my seats #17 and #18 did the damage. In all the years that I have a Season Ticket Holder nothing like this has ever happen. Happy we won today but wanted someone from the Broncos organization to know of today’s football experience. Wallpaper. I wish the Denver broncos app would have some wallpaper each year with a schedule also but other then that I love the app I been a broncos fan since I was born in 87 and saw the broncos won all three superbowls

Horible Decision.. Have been a Bronco fan my entire life. I have supported through thick and thin and will no longer support the Denver Broncos in anyway. I will not buy apparel I will not go to the games anymore and I certainly will not spend one dollar to support this team. For this organization to force it’s fans to purchase access to Watch and Support the team is ridiculous. horrible way to treat your fan base.

Grand junction die hard. I have been a Denver Broncos fan since I can’t remember. I look at this app everyday day it is my life line to the Broncos news and updates. I absolutely love this app and would and do recommend it to anyone that ask questions about what’s going on in Broncos world . Can’t hear the questions being asked. In the videos, one can hear the answer but not the question. So if the answer is ‘He won’t play’ or ‘He needs to do better’, I have no idea of whom the coach is speaking.

Was fine until..... The app was fine until the Broncos kindly swapped my seats because I just had knee surgery and needed ADA seats. Now, I cannot get tickets in the app and they won’t even show up in the app. They work fine on the website, but I cannot print tickets to get in. apparently I have to get the issue with the app figured out onsite with them before the game. I’m in a wheelchair, which is why I needed ADA seats, so trying to go to will call and then get my seats is not a great experience. This is clearly a bug with the app. Pretty frustrated.

Season Ticket Credit instead of Payment. I am not sure why this year I had to provide my checking act information instead of like last year when I sold my season tickets for some games, I got credit to my Account to offset this Season payment

Room for improvement. Been trying to post tickets for sale for two days and I keep getting a failed to send message. I for one am extremely disappointed you have chosen to snub a long time season ticket holder by forcing all thinks to be done electronically. Too bad with all the revenue that this team generates some kind of ticket options might be available beyond what ever the powers that be want to shove down our throats. Your business climate has shifted the last couple of years. In my business I believe I might look for options to make my customers feel more welcome, especially if my business climate could use a needed positive facelift.

I don’t use Bluetooth, leave me alone. Good app and full of great Broncos information. I wish it wouldn’t bother me every five seconds about turning on my Bluetooth... I’m not interested! It’s the only app I have that does this. But that’s just a nitpick. I rate this app better than Flacco but below Shelby Harris.

The 365 app. Very good just doesn’t have any info on trade talk or what commentators say on like what kind of trades would be good and also hard to find certain highlights of the game I wish the highlight section was more like the NFL app but other than that great 😁😁😁

Great news updates with one complaint. News updates are great - articles and videos especially. The only problem arises when I try to look at a photo gallery on my iPhone. I can scroll through 2-3 photos until the screen goes black no matter what direction I scroll. It might be an iPhone only problem, but an iPhone problem nonetheless.

Go Broncos. App updated quickly after games. Video highlights galore. Quality behind the scenes information...oh yeah they keep us posted with cheerleader tryouts and photo shoots 😉 during the slow summer months.

Awesome App. Love the App. As a Bronco Fan that lives in North Carolina I am not able to watch a lot of the games without having NFL Ticket so I use the App to keep updates On the Broncos. This App allows me update to date info for the practice, games, players, Broncos in the community and I feel connected being a fan of Bronco Country for 40years

The best app. This is the only app for football that I can use it great for checking the score and when the next game and you can buy tickets

Great app minus one thing. I love the app and all the information it provides but one thing that makes me want to delete it is the constant (sometimes every 3 minutes, sometimes not for days) asking for permissions to use Bluetooth (even when I’ve given previous permissions, deleted and reinstalled app, and then eventually denying any app permissions because of this problem) it makes me want to delete the app and use the NFL app exclusively every time I see the app ask for permission even if granted.

Great app- could use some tweaks. It would be great to have more real-time play by play, and stat action during games. Also would love more player-curated and directed content. Finally, it would be cool to have the live events available for on demand viewing more quickly, before they are edited. Additionally I would love to see more of the highlight out takes like Alexis is featuring in her Bronco Connected recap.

Old News. This app doesn’t give current information about the Broncos. It’s all past information that’s already been covered by the local media. The app gives info about the cheerleaders, the players off the field and everything happy. It doesn’t give inside information on game day, what the sports critics are saying or stats.

KOA radio won’t work. KOA radio won’t work. I live in Ca but have been a Broncos fan my whole life. I don’t have cable so when the Broncs aren’t on my local channels I’m completely out of luck. Was hoping I can at least listen via the KOA radio broadcast but when I click on it nothing happens?!?! Love everything else about this app

Loyal to the end. I’ve been a BRINCO FAN for 45 years but have always lived in Washington state……the app has opened my DB world up👍. Thank you🧡💙….. it covers everything I need to know, and more. Lisa

Can’t here the game. The KOA app link won’t allow you to listen to the game unless you are in the area. I’m in another state and my Broncos are almost never on tv. The app updates the game after long delays. If you can’t watch or hear the game what’s the point of this app.

What happened to press conferences?. This was one of my favorite apps because they would post full videos of all press conferences from players and coaches. I really enjoyed hearing what members of the team said to the media on a daily basis. Recently they have stopped posting press conferences on the app, and they are only available by going to the website, which is much less convenient.

Jeanine Davis-Meis. The new ticket management system is beyond ridiculous!! It is not at all user friendly, and just as often as not, it is COMPLETELY unresponsive! I’ve been trying to download my tickets now for over 2 hours and I’m still unable to download them. When I contacted the Denver Broncos Tickets office originally to find out how the new process works, I spent 43 minutes on hold. If you’re going to implement a new system, you should at the very least, make sure you have adequate staffing to help your users understand how to use it.

Broncos 2023. The Broncos have about average talent but are fun to watch, Our quarterback has good skills for roll out passing, but our offensive line is not good enough for pocket passing. The defense is good when healthy but seem to be misguided at times and could use better leadership . Wilson is a good runner and more plays could be designed to take advantage of his talent. We pray for him to not get hurt and hope the team and management does the same. They are better now and the progress is evident . We need to see improvement every week!

Being a Fan like no other. The fan of the Denver Broncos since I was born I’m 60 years old now I remember back in the day you couldn’t watch the Broncos on TV because they were blacked out a lot and me and my friend Lance go to the games with his parents had awesome seats in the snow games we would slide down the stairs his mom not always had hot cocoa being a bronco fan there’s nothing like it I don’t even do fantasy football because then you have to route for other people and teams I’m a one team man all my kids are my grandkids are this year we finally got season tickets to dream come true it’s a special day and then we got Russell Wilson God is good now we got a good owner another good owner it’s just special when the weather changes it gets cooler there’s nothing like it it’s a time to get close with your friends and family go to church watch the game that’s why it’s so important that these new owners need to love the Broncos the GM’s the coaches because Denver we are proud fans and we do not take losing easy we are classed franchise we need to continue doing that for me for my kids for all the bronco fans we need to stay strong God is show show good thank you for Russell Wilson Denver let’s ride!!!!!

Can’t log into my account!. I have spent 1/2 hour now trying to log in and am only able to do so on my cell phone, not able to on my iPad or computer

NBA, NHL, and NFL teams. It’s really handy for any sport fans. For my Broncos 365 app of the NFL and the other apps of any other sport teams is easier to keep on track of the news, schedules, tickets to games, and maybe shopping for the home team. I really liked it.

Content good, Ads suuuuuper laggy. Don’t know if it is my sucky Dish TV WiFi at the house or what, but OFTEN the ads freeze and lock up the app before the content videos come back. Once I get past the ads and to the content...streaming is flawless...it’s ONLY the ads that lock up. Otherwise, love the app...GO BRONCOS!!!

Satisfied. I am a huge Bronco fan since 1982 and this app is a could way for this guy from Packer country to stay up to date on the best team in the NFL.

Bummer. I have really been enjoying this app for a few years. However, now I can’t even get the full page ads off without signing up, or on. I have been a fan for over 60 years. I no longer live in Denver, so I don’t need tickets, promotions, etc. I just want to follow my favorite team. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to do it. Bummer.

Media a availability. Please make it so we can hear the questions asked from media members!! I get tired of trying to figure who or what the question was from the coaches or players!! This was way better when you were on Zoom!! FIX IT!!

Frustrating. Please get a real team with real coaches, please! Also please have someone open their checkbook and bring our real D-Coordinator Wade Phillips please ASAP! I’ve been a Bronco fan my entire life since I’m a true native of CO!

Easy to navigate. Great app for keeping up with all news Broncos. Easy to check news, pictures, videos and roster. Plus efficient way to receive tickets

Now less useful. One of the main reasons I would open this app is to find out where to stream the game. The app no longer provides this information at all or if it does, it is impossibly difficult to find. It used to be front & center. With the removal of this very simple feature, I will now always just google it and will almost never open the app again.

KOA Broadcast with Dave Logan. What happened to it? I work in other states so I don’t always get the game on TV, something the NFL should fix. Please make it available. I did get it on my phone this past Sunday. I like it better on TV. Thank you

Update broke my app. The integration between the Bronco’s 365 app and Ticketmaster broke my app. You can’t use the app without being forced to use your Ticketmaster account. Problemo, if you share tickets like my sister and I do, you have to transfer every ticket for each game and separate them to use them rather than just logging into a shared account. My sister’s phone hasn’t been very consistent with pulling them up so we used mine but, no more. Getting help at the gate is an issue as well. I deleted the app and now my account with Ticketmaster. Finger’s crossed that it works with my sister’s phone or I will need to contact the Broncos again. I’m so mad they messed with something that was working. Thanks Broncos for complicating things!

No game day audio of KOA radio. No game day audio of KOA radio even though it is supposed to be an option. During the first preseason game the audio worked but was 2 to 3 minutes behind live action!

League Scores??. I’ve always used the app for everything Bronco and league wise and now I can’t find the leagues scores. Where is it or why did you guys take away this feature???

Leave the Koa radio option alone. Every time at the beginning of the football season you update the app and you screw up the koa live radio button and then it will not stream. So once you fix that button again do not mess with that feature ever again because that pisses me off when I have to use that just to listen to the game

Bronco app. Pretty easy to use and quite informative. I guess with all the counterfeit things going around these days we need to have a more efficient way to get tickets such as this one

Response time. The screen frequently gets stuck and won’t move to the next screen until I turn my phone off. Especially when I am AT the Bronco Game.

IOS Schedule. You should have a home game download to put on my Apple calendar

Crashes all the time. App crashes everytime I open it and try to look at my tickets. The link to the account manager causes the app to crash everytime. Have to try three of four times before it opens up with our crashing.

Can’t access tickets. Until today, I could see tickets to future games. But now, the tickets are not accessible.

Communication. Only issue I had was a few concessions and merchandise vendors did not know about it.

Disappointed. I have been a club house season ticket holder for many years. To put it bluntly... I HATE this new system of obtaining and transferring tickets. We save our tickets as souvenirs. This method stinks!!!

New Ownership. I love the new ownership! They continue to do so many amazing things for the players and the community! Wow!

If your in the area. The point of having an app for your preferred team when you are not in the state of Colorado is So that you can keep up with the action. But alas , this app only works if you are in stadium or in that market area. So useless for anyone outside the market area. That’s a shame.

Good to check in on my team. I use it faithfully to keep tabs on my fave team, but it’s buggy with too many ads. Additionally, more and more the articles I want to read require a paid subscription. I’d pay a little for an upgrade to no ads.

Feedback. I like the app, I feel I don’t get as much up to date info as I could be though. There’s so much going on with this team right now; I wish there was more to click on with the app.

App stinks. I have spent hours trying to download this. I know it is not my WiFi downloaded multiple updates with no issues. Tried to get to support. Have to scroll through tons of ads about all the services provided or not provided in my case. Not sure how I get my tickets from here.

No view. I can NEVER GET the games on this app. I’m tired of it and I’m ready to delete this crappy app.

Expired Login. Fans should not have to reboot account each season, I.e. submit user name and password. Have so many of each it's nice just to login and not have to remember.

I love this app!. I love this app now that I can listen to the games right here. Being a diehard Bronco fan (and living in Northern Indiana) I don’t get to see many of the games. This is the next best thing.

WHY?. Too small of defense players in secondary! The offense needs too catch passes beyond first down markers, like New England open up there secondaries!!

Ok but not great. This site leaves a lot to be desired. First I get more current info from sports news sites. Why? Why don’t the Broncos send out the hot announcements. It’s also poorly organized. Find a new site designer.

When it works it’s good.. I have been paying for this app for a few years and when it works it’s great, but many times without WiFi it won’t work. I also tried to cancel it and it wouldn’t let me cancel. So I’m still paying for it, I believe we pay annually. Not super happy with it. LA

Like a high school newspaper. Sometimes there is interesting information on this site, but most of the time I feel like the stories are just fluff. It reminds me of a high school newspaper where the kids are afraid of making the popular kids mad, so they just write fluffy positive pieces with no substance.
