Pointless. I deleted the app after I realized I had to purchase a subscription even though I already subscribe to the print edition. I don't want to pay twice for 2 copies of the Same magazine.

Print subscriber. I am very disappointed! I am a print subscriber and was excited to find a digital version for my iPad. However, it appears as though I am not able to access the digital version of Redbook unless a pay for ANOTHER subscription! Looks like I will go back to Self magazine where I can get free access to the digital version with my paid print subscription!

Zero Stars. I'm a paying print subscriber and you have no option for me to roll over to iPad for free?! All my other magazine subscriptions allow me to do this. Thank you for making my renewing decision so easy!

Worst app ever. Have tried multiple times to contact Hearst magazine to correct problems and it takes 3 or more days to get an email that says problem is fixed. I cannot login to my account. I guess the problem is not fixed and now all my issues are gone.

Would love to read if the app would EVER WORK!!. I purchased through iTunes and followed all instructions. I have been charged and have NEVER been able to view an issue without being asked to buy another issue?!?! NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. WASTE OF MONEY.

Free app. I already receive the magazine via mail, should be able to receive via iPad without having to pay again. Shame on you Redbook for trying to scam 2 payments....

Very disappointed. Deleting app since as a current print subscriber we cannot upload issues on iPad for free. Redbook needs to take note from other magazines and give their subscribers this option.

Disappointing. Disappointing and not worth paying for a subscription twice. I already pay for my print subscription so I should not have to pay again for the digital! Very disappointed customer! Probably won't renew my print subscription again really don't want to even ready a magazine from a company that wants to rip off its customers!

Disappointed. I am very disappointed to find out that redbook isn't doing a free digital subscription for its print subscribers :( many other magazines offer this feature for their subscribers and i think it is a great perk

Horrible!. App always crashes & u have to end up deleting it and reinstalling it every time there's a new issue out. Which means u have to download all the previous magazines again & the downloads are stupid slow!

Redbook digital edition. I am not using this app for Redbook for the same reason as others have listed. However I did go to my Redbook customer service, logged in with my account # and selected switch to digital. It allows you to do so with the zinio app at no extra charge, which I don't mind since all my other digital mags are there too. I will be enjoying Redbook and won't have paper subscription laying around anymore.

Terrible. How terrible is this?! How can you charge us "paid print subscribers" $10 for the digital issue. No other magazine does that. I already pay for it through my print subscription. Hope this changes soon or my print subscription will be canceled. Come on Redbook, treat us better than that.

Very disappointed!!!!. I just subscribed to the print edition because I got a good deal. I was disappointed to see I would have to pay again for an "iPad subscription". I subscribe to 7 magazines and ALL allow print subscribers complimentary iPad subscription. This is some nonsense. I don't even want the print subscription now!

Really? Get Real Hearst!. I've been a print subscriber for years and now you think I'm going to pay for the digital AND print editions??? Haha! There are too many books in the women's service category that offer complimentary digital issues along with their print subscriptions for me to continue subscribing to Redbook. I'll let my print subscription lapse and will not be picking your digital edition until both are part of a reasonably priced subscription package, i.e., digital is complimentary or lower priced on its own. Might want to check the Conde Nast policy.

Should be free for print subscribers!. Why should I pay for the electronic version of the print subscription I already pay for? Not only that, but the annual ipad subscription is actually more than the print! Wouldn't it be much cheaper in digital format? No postage, printing, etc. Very disappointing. I would give zero stars if I could!

Not worth your time or $. This app has zero functionality. You will spend more time trying to fix technical issues than actually reading the magazine. I download an issue but have no access to anything but the cover, and have to wait for tech support to maybe offer a solution. Save yourself the money and frustration and pick another magazine to read...

rip-off. This is completely & utterly ridiculous! I've subscribed to Redbook for years & now that I have an option to receive it digitally on my iPad instead of the waste of paper & postage costs, I have to pay for a subscription for my iPad? Why can it not just be transferred to a digital subscription? I would greatly appreciate a response to this. Thank you.

Super Annoying. There have been no updates to the issues since December. It is almost March where are the 2019 issues? They are already on the news stand.

No access to digital subscription?!. I can't believe they expect you to pay extra, or as they put it "Upgrade" to the digital issues, even when you pay for a print subscription! I WILL NOT be paying $9.99 to get it on my iPad when I already pay that to get it in the mail. Hoping this changes soon!

Print and E-editions. All you need to do if you have a print subscription is put in the information in the already a print subscriber section. You can do it with the subscription I'd or subscriber name and address!

A slap in the face to print subscribers. I was so excited to go on vacation with all my magazines on my iPad instead of a huge stack of them. Wouldn't you know it that REDBOOK was the only one that wanted to charge me AGAIN as a print subscriber! Totally lame! I won't be renewing my print subscription either!

Bad Business!!!!!. Nuts that I have to buy another subscription!! Already have print subscription, online line for all devices should be free. Vogue, Allure don't charge extra for online access. Will not renew my print subscription.

Redbook...you're losing your fan base FAST!. Why can't Hearst Communications, Inc. realize their current "Print Subscribers Pay Twice To Gain Digital Access" policy is driving people away in record numbers? Next the advertisers will figure out that people aren't seeing what they're paying for...because they can't access digital FREE...and it doesn't take long to see what will happen next to this house of cards.

Great Magazine. This is a great app and the magazine has a lot of helpful information. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of all the ads. I know that is how you make your money but sometimes there seems to be more ads than magazine contents.

Great magazine!!. The app itself is great but the magazine is my favorite! Always loads of great articles, affordable clothes and wearable shoes!!

I'm with everybody else. Sorry for whoever did the app -- I'm sure it works great but to charge somebody for what they already have - ridiculous. I will not be renewing my Redbook subscription, either. I have a hard copy in my hands, and thought it would be nice to have it on my iPad mini so I can read it at Dr. appointment -- no way am I going to spend $3.99 to buy the issue again!

Help. Saw a great dress in my print mag, could not find it in the online store. They said I could download the app and scan the page to buy. The app just seems to be page after page of "buy a subscription." Can't find anything to make it possible to buy this silly dress!

Agree with others. You should offer print subscribers free access to the digital version. I seriously would give zero stars if I could. I may cancel my subscription.

Not for subscribers?. Ridiculous that as a subscriber for over 10 years, I cannot read the mag on my iPad unless I pay for an online subscription in addition to the print edition I already pay for, or buy each issue again. This is such lousy customer service, that I'm removing this app AND canceling my print subscription. Magazine has changed for the worst several times over the past few years anyway. Goodbye redbook and to the dumb executive that made this decision.

Very disappointing!. I already have a Redbook subscription and expected to be able to read it on my ipad as well. I am deleting this app since I will not pay for the same item twice. Also, access to any information besides how to buy it again is not even available. Come on Redbook, take a lesson from other magazines! I would rate this "no stars".

Restore my previous issues. Kindly restore my previous issues or remotely return my payments for subscribed issues. I will not pay after I have subscribed to unlock an issue this is highway u know the rest-

Don't even bother. Sign up, pay through iTunes and never get access. Contacting customer support does nothing. They send an auto message to reset password which doesn't work. Save the money

Digital Subscripton Doesn't work..... I am a print subscriber and originally, I was able to download digital copies for on the go, but i haven't been able to for quite awhile.I wish I could download the digital copy so that I could take it with me when I am on the go. I am not sure I will be renewing my subscription becasue of this.

Redbook. I like this magazine because it addresses fashion which everyone likes, with day to day moms and career women not models. Making you feel you need to drop 10-15 lbs. but also real life issues. Short and concise this particular issue for female veterans. With no political agenda. Just straight out. We need to support all our veterans. A salute to Nov 11. Thank you.

Shame on you Redbook!. If I could give it zero stars I would! I'm a print subscriber and have been for years.... And now Redbook wants me to pay for a digital subscription on top of the print subscription I renewed last year since no app was available... NO WAY!!! Redbook, you will get no more money from me! What you should be doing is offering free digital copies to your current customers.... But I guess you don't want to keep your loyal customers! I will stick with other publications that do value my subscription!

iPad happy!. This app is great! Pages "turn" smoothly and it's like looking at a magazine in my hands only more fun. I also love that I can archive issues and favorite pages and go back anytime and they don't take up space in my home. I'm a loyal Redbook fan and fan of this app...at 57 years young! Thanks! Please keep the app the way it is. It's perfect!

Print subscription. Where's the link to the print subscription I already pay for? You don't expect us to pay for the same thing twice, do you?

Can't update! Was free now I gotta pay? IDTS!. I had this for free and they changed it to make us pay! IDTS, that's why we have a iPad so we can get the version for free with my paid paper subscription!

Total cheat. I'm with the other print subscribers that are angry that we are expected to pay for an ipad version too!! Well guess what Redbook--don't bother sending a renewal request when my subscription runs out.

I will not pay extra for digital. customer service should offer it free. Also these ads are worthless and many clothing ads are not susantiable for the envirnoment or for the people contracted to make them.

Internet needed can"t read downloaded issues offline. What a bunch of B.S.!!!! Other mags let you download and read issues anytime(hello air travel) Redbook will show an error saying must be online. Any other mag in this category better. Yes I know some features in digital mags are more awesome while connected to wi-fi, but its not always possible.

Decent app. Functionality is ok. Would be nice to bookmark pages to come back to. SUPER slow downloads! Why can't I just access in the cloud? I don't have print subscription, but I agree with others you shouldn't double charge.

Online subscription. I wish publishing houses would understand that if people already pay for their printed magazine subscription, it would be great customer service to offer them the free IPad subscription. I'm not paying twice for the same information.

No current subscriber option. I'm disappointed to see that there is no benefits for current print subscribers through this app. I would like to have the ability to download a copy of my print version or even swap my print copy for a copy in this app. I might actually get around to reading all the articles before the next months magazine comes out!

Highway Robbery. I have five different magazine subscriptions. This is the only one that won't let you download magazines for free if you already have a paid print subscription.

An extra $10??. Yes, this app costs a whopping $10 when I only pay $6 for the print edition! And it's ludicrous that I should pay anything at all for a mag I'm already subscribed to.

Not free for print subscribers. I've been a subscriber to the printed magazine for eons so got excited when I saw that there was an iPad version - but apparently I have to pay again for this. Clearly Redbook needs a lesson in customer experience and retaining loyalty.

Not renewing my subscription!!. I subscribe to several magazines & am able to get a free digital copy with all of them except Redbook!! I won't be renewing my print subscription with Redbook!!

$3.99 an issue?!. The app itself is free but you have to pay $3.99 for each issue. There is no free content whatsoever.
