Needs major improvements. They don’t pre screen the calls so people don’t even use their real names like other apps do. The quality of the call seems like you’re using dial up internet service. Even with the volume at maximum it’s sometimes really hard to hear. You can’t limit the type of lead such as if they’re looking for a lot versus a home that’s already built. It also doesn’t let you filter out investors or people looking for manufactured homes either. Bottom line is Zillow needs to really rethink how they’re “generating leads” through their site. I should be able to filter out the types of people looking and what they’re looking for.

Zillow premiere app. App is helpful when you are on the go like most agents area. Information at your fingertips is really handy. I would love for agents to be able to toggle between leads on/leads off by day and time. There are times when agents are unavailable (vacation, training sessions, open houses, client showings, etc...). It would be helpful to toggle off leads. This ultimately would create a better user experience for the agent and buyer. Leads would only be sent to agents that are available. Better timing, creates a better user experience and more connections for the buyers.

Lacking too many features. Great layout with a user friendly interface but this lacks many features for this to be considered a proper type of CRM. If they could only make this into a proper CRM with various integrations with other systems I would be willing to spend some money on their products. Unfortunately, like many of their products this hasn't been thoughtfully completed for the professional in the field.

Could be much much better. When trying to add my sold properties to my account it says it was already claimed. Claimed by who? It was my sale. When the leads costs more than most people mortgage you’d expect high quality and qualified leads. 60% of the leads don’t answer. The rest are either agents trying to reach the listing agent or people who already have agents. I even had people looking for homes outside my designated area ACROSS THE COUNTRY. Literally a joke. Had their lead service for 5 months and not a single closed deal from them. Absolute garbage.

Truly the best!. I absolutely love the Premier Agent app. I have been using it for a little over six months, and it is so easy to use. It allows me to keep up with my contacts, send messages, and recommend homes to my clients.

Terrible Upgrade Rollout. The agent app does not truly broadcast to all agents but instead sends the calls repeatedly to the top agent. The upgrade is terrible in that the enhanced connection call feature does not change anything or add any value whether turned on or off. Some agents have a more simplified way of answering lead calls by simply pressing a “Connection” button while other agents do not have this option but instead a two-step process to answer a call. Bad development! This software clearly was not tested enough before deployment!

Taking away past sales and reviews for realtors.. Absolutely appalled by the low tactics of taking away past sales for realtors and rumors about all of our reviews going away too. I manually added all of mine back a few days ago and they are gone again. When I try to add past sales now it will not allow it. Lowball, dirty strategy to filter leads directly through Zillow by not allowing the public to automatically see how successful an agent is or how experienced they are. I’m glad I have a solid sphere of influence, but this is a new low for the strangers that are moving hundreds of miles away. I’d love to be a part of a class action law suit from NAR which I hope is likely soon. 😊

Unethical Business. I’m fine with the changes presented by the world as technology advances and consumer needs change; but Zillow has consistently went against their own word in their business endeavors and always end up screwing over agents... The leads are not vetted at all currently, and I have had more than 60% of my leads already having a Realtor. There is no easy way to report such issues; and Zillow seemingly could care less... I would recommend every agent to steer clear, you’re only paying for your own professional demise in the long run.

Created leads to meet quota. Zillow has sent me multiple “contacted you directly” leads and when I have called the number. They said that I called them. Zillow is calling then from our direct number and hanging up so they imitate a direct callback and it counts as paid business. They have clear over saturated the market and they have practically no customer service to help resolve these shady issues! I was told my wait time was 728 minutes when they had two business left for the day! Invest your money elsewhere!

Disappointed. I would like to skip a month or two of Zillow advertising, as I have had 1 lead in 9-10 Months of paying Zillow because when a person calls they have know idea i am a Realtor.

Zillow needs a New CTO and Dev Team. This app is good because it connects you with the consumer...that’s about it. It’s design is horrible and it’s layout isn’t intuitive. UX for the agent/broker is so bad. If I could upload all the glitches with photos and videos it would be embarrassing. Maybe Zillow should invest in the app before it keeps investing in Zillow Offers. This company cares deeply for the end user and the consumer online and buys up companies like Trulia to trash them so it can further drive traffic to Zillow cornering the market while not investing in the agents user experience on the mobile app or web app.

Lazy connection service. The reps who connect you to leads DO NOT ask them any questions at all before connecting you to the lead. They don’t ask if they’re working with a realtor currently or even why the lead is calling into Zillow. So, I’ve paid almost $500 PER CALL just for the lead to say “oh I’m already working with a realtor but they’re asleep so I just wanted to call Zillow and find out a quick question”. $500 down the drain right there.

Doesn’t work. This is the worst app ever. Zillow used to call you directly on your phone. Now they use this stupid Zillow connect app which does not work well. I will get a sorry we missed you notification when my phone never rang or attempted to contact me thru the app. If I do manage to get connected the quality of the call is garbage I end up getting the phone number and just calling the person back directly as neither one of us is able to hear correctly. Once I call them back using the tried and tested cell phone directly the client invariably says “oh wow that’s better I can hear you now”. Go back to using the phone zillow

The gaslighting was fun. I recently just canceled my subscription with Zillow. The lead quality was great when they first rolled out their new vetting system. Slowly over time the quality had diminished. Most people calling had already signed paperwork with another agent and were only calling to find out individual property information with no intention to buy. I was in a region with an average price point of $550k. Almost every lead I received would be for properties under $100k with the occasional property just under but never over the average price point. When I would call and report the mobile home leads (which we’re not even supposed to be in the system) they would simply say “thank you for reporting, we will remove the listing but it will still count as a lead”. This would always be followed by a rep stating that I should take more Zillow training courses to better learn how to sell. Just a bit condescending in my opinion considering I had followed their method to convert leads. Over all I would not suggest buying into this as a reliable lead gen. I just barely broke even on my roi.

Hard to Navigate. The app is not user friendly!! I’ve been using it daily since Feb 2022 & I still get frustrated trying to navigate lead profiles. Text message threads initiated on my phone do not sync to the website. The app & website need a major overhaul to simplify navigation. I want to be able to quickly reference a profile and move on to actually converting my leads to clients.

Making progress. This app does not update in real time. It’s frustrating when I look at the app after I have missed a phone call, even force update and nothing. Then 5 hours later I check the app and all of a sudden those 2 calls show as leads! I can’t weed out the junk calls from real calls especially since all the phone number spoofing is going on! I just don’t even know what to do! I’m even on the do not call list!

Cannot land leads from calls. I cannot physically answer my phone any faster and yet I still never get a connection to a lead. I will answer + 1 sometimes before the first ring is even finished and yet I still don’t get the lead - only to be told “Someone from your team has already connected.” Despite this effort, my answer rate continued fo drop with each failed attempt which makes no sense. Clearly, I am answering the calls so why does my rate go down? Is it an an answer rate % or a connection %? Why is this important?…Because I am less likely to be fed future calls if my answer rate is low. And yet, the fact remains that I answering the calls, just not landing them. All very frustrating.

99 problems but leads aint one. - need a better organization setup for clients It is EXTREMELY difficult to keep organized all of the clients I get (who is actually serious and ready to make an offer, who needs to be nurtured, etc.). - need to do a better job explaining to people BEFORE they press the “contact agent” button, that they will be contacting a BUYERS agent. It is not a direct line for people who have agents alreadty to the listing agent just to ask questions. A lot of people think that. - also, need some kind of “are you sure?” or “warning; pending property” alert after clicking the “contact an agent” on pending properties. Those calls waste a lot of time and money. And they happen often. - the back office is boo boo - the system that is supposed to automatically update our sales does not do so. We have to manually do every single one. Isn’t terrible, but not functioning as told.

Price missing on property. I used to like the ap worked when getting a lead call when you would see the price of the property. They have removed that. I am with a flat rate brokerage company and I can not and will not take leads under a certain dollar amount because I don’t want to pay my company over and above my commission. So I’m going to start looking for another lead generation program.

Missed connections. This continues to happen. I answer the call ready to connect and say connect but not heard so message repeats, then I press connect and it turns to mute then message says no response from me so they hang up. This is so frustrating and I am losing valuable leads!

Premier Zillow Agent. Zillow is a fantastic way for me to garner leads; in addition, Zillow has helped me with great tips on how better to connect and serve my clients. Since many people are considering moving to my wonderful state of Oklahoma, I am becoming quite a video touring agent! More than anything, I am enjoying helping others to purchase a house to make it their home!

Can’t get my realtor account changed back from lender account!. I made the mistake of adding lender to my existing realtor account and unable to change it back to my original realtor account with all of my past sales and reviews. I’ve reached out numerous times and have submitted tickets and see that it says resolved when the issue still isn’t resolved and still a lender account with no way to edit it back to realtor. I’ve tried everything to switch it back with no response or help.

Terrible! Zillow needs a better lead service. Just to start the connection process is garbage! Poorly illustrated, can’t even see the full MLS number when viewing the property inquiry (last digit is cut off). Many error messages when sending a text or email through the app. Limited number of client pairing and also many error messages during this process. The calendar feature is terrible. The overall CRM is terrible. I would never use it over other great platforms like FUB. 50 percent of the time client doesn’t answer Zillow’s call and zillow says “we’ll get back to you with another lead.” Such a waste of time and effort. I liked Zillow a few years ago when calls were live directly without using this garbage app. If you’re on the road and don’t have 5 bars the app is hard to connect and calls are very choppy. Also lacking leads via text. Many times we are busy with clients and can’t answer the phone. ZERO STARS for me!

You get leads. My first lead was great, showed the home and we went under contract now for every 5 leads they send me I can put someone under contract. They don’t scrub well I have gotten on the phone and hear well we are working with an agent but they can’t get ahold of the other agent. I have had a lot of people just not show up to their appointment. I get dinged for that and I think I am going to try something else here soon. Nothing more discouraging than my Work With score.

Need a snooze feature. I love the app for getting leads. However, there needs to be a feature that allows an Agent to turn off the app or turn off lead generation. I have a full time job and I need to turn this off during that time. Also needs to check for pre-approvals.

Zillow Premier Agent App👎. Although the issue is more closely related to the staff and their practices and procedures, I must express my concern. When I first started using the Zillow premier agent app, I felt that my leads were of good quality and coming in on a regular basis. Once I finished my diet contract with Zillow and began my second, the quality of my leads dropped significantly. I went from receiving leads on homes between $100k and $200k to only receiving leads on foreclosed and condemned homes that were listed for less than $50k. A few here and there wouldn’t bother me but I haven’t received anything worth while in over 3 months. Now the Zillow “care team” keeps coming up with reasons to bill me and extend my contract. I’ve been trying to cancel this advertisement service for almost 3 months. It’s a scam.

Leads which don’t want to talk. I get “leads” which stated they aren’t ready to talk to an agent. I was told when I signed up that these leads were vetted. This is not true. I also just received a “lead” for a person that wanted help with a place 4 days ago and it stated that the lead did not answer when Zillow reached out to them but they sent it to me anyway. I’m sure this is counted as one of my so called leads.

Lowest price range leads. Yep Zillow has decided that they should destroy all the agents in the area that aren’t listing. Not to mention the changes in how they categorize listings. I noticed a new house that came on the market- the next time I looked at the listing it said 14 days. Unethical I’d say. They tell you that they’re going to give you leads and you get the crappiest leads available you know your market and lead price range! It’s time to put your thumb on these folks and Tell them no more!!!!! Not to mention private Conversations that I have had with a rep is being shared with a New companies owner. Sure your company taped it but that doesn’t mean you have the right to share it! The fact is I was told by the owner you are using it against me. I’ve been with your company for 6+ years. Paid a lot and had good success. Even won awords.

New App call feature. While I like the new ability to see the listing that the caller is calling about in the app I am annoyed with the apps inability to connect a call by voice command. EVERY time I have provided the the voice command “Connect” the system ignores and the message options gets repeated. This is causing too much wait time for the customers and often times they have dropped by the time I am able to hit buttons on the phone to connect the call. Please fix the voice recognition feature in this APP! I typically receive calls while driving and can’t keep fumbling the phone to connect calls

Excellent source for leads unless near mobile homes. Before I had an area that didn’t have any mobile homes and the price point was low but at least it was consistent. Now we have a high price point area that we never get calls for high price points and only get calls for the mobile homes in the area. It’s literally torture and not sustainable

Call should be better screened. Getting connected with terrible connections. There should be some kind of screening process if the person calling isn’t willing to work or even talk to a buying agent. If they just have questions for the seller or listing agent they should be directly contacted with them and not to us it’s a waste of our time and energy and then makes our working with Rate look low. Screen them before sending them to us.

System is broken!!!!. Your system is broken. I’ve mentioned this countless times. It asked for updates every single day on every single customer and labels them as overdue even though they just came in. When I complete the tasks it immediately asked me again for the same ones. This is absurd! Continually telling me that customers that are under contract are past their closing date when they are not. This is why agents don’t update your contacts, because the system is broken and it’s a waste of time. Let’s work together to right the ship please so we can all do this more effectively!

Where is everything?. It’s difficult to navigate. I just finished a showing with a Zillow contact who I “met” on the phone 2 hrs ago. When I tried to leave notes about the first showing, I only found another house she viewed on Zillow so we went to see that one too. Now I want to leave notes about the interaction. Where can I do that?? Susan

Needs more. There are many flaws to this app that should be corrected including a Contacts screen. It’s very hard to navigate through and messaging leads is impossible if you reassign them to someone on your team.

Dissatisfied. Very disappointed with this marketing service. I received 5-6 texts/direct calls through the premiere app that were for curbside delivery. What the hell? Did Zillow post my phone number somewhere for restaurant curbside delivery? I can’t believe I actually paid for that. Also, Zillow does not vet their “leads” at all— I had somebody call me who was checking on the offer they put in on a home—why they did not call their agent, I have no idea. Most of the phone calls I received were a complete waste of time, money, gasoline, and energy. Furthermore I tried for 2 months to cancel this “service”— for two months they continued to give me the run around telling me 1. I couldn’t cancel because it was a day beyond my contract date, saying “I’m sorry I’ve done all I can” 2. Then they ASSURED me it was cancelled for the next month— I was then charged AGAIN for the next month despite 3 interactions with Chaun Dillard, Edward Cornelius and Agent Care <— these people do not work, I have no idea what they get paid to do because there is ZERO customer service being done. Edward Cornelius who is Chaun’s boss didn’t even email me back, the guy was non responsive (great managing buddy!)

Dropped calls. 3 times in last couple of days you’ve contacted me with a connection and then hung up/call lost before connecting. I hope I’m not having these calls count against me and am being slotted back into my turn. Not going very well so far in 2023.

Premier Zillow. I use the App over the website on my computer. I can make calls and texts straight from there without accidentally typing in the wrong number, as well as being able to put notes directly into your clients folders immediately.

Non-existent customer service. They falsely advertise information and then don’t have staff available to fix their errors. For over a year Zillow has stated that my license is expired and I don’t have listings when it’s never expired and I currently have 2 listings which don’t show up. No one has called or emailed me even though I’ve requested this to be fixed in writing many times. Zillow needs a real phone line for customer service to help resolve the PROBLEMS on its app

Works... sometimes. Zillow talks about speed to respond being sooo important. I’m sometimes embarrassed by how much I spend on leads only to have an app that constantly doesn’t work. I only get push notifications 25% of the time. Many times when I go on it says I’m not able to connect to the server. I have deleted the app and reinstalled multiple times which usually fixes it for a few days.

App is ok. If you are part of premier agent one thing for sure. You will get leads. You will never not be without that. The problem with the app and not the service is the ability to “pause” for a limited time. This gives the agent the opportunity to pick times when they can accept calls or not and be able provide great service to each and every client. Keep in mind that most agents will want to have control over this instead of the phone ringing every 2 minutes. Like I said it’s a good problem to have but, would love the opportunity to control the flow of calls and be available and ready when they do.

Major security risk to get these leads. Because the app calls through the app, if you have a lock on your phone, like most people do, you’ll have to unlock the phone to answer the call, or not have a lock screen. And since most brokers that I’ve spoken to make it a race to answer the calls, you’ll either miss calls by keeping your phone safe or you’ll have to take the extra risk to obtain some very marginal quality leads.

Contact details not easy to access. When you have a call, the contact info (phone, email) for the new lead are not readily available to see. You typically have to click “edit” on the contact to see the data. Very inconvenient when on a call with them and you are not sitting at a computer. I always like to confirm their phone number when it is a direct connect from Zillow, because leads don’t always have the best phone number entered into their profile.

New Premier Agent. This is my second week as a new premier agent, and so far I have had steady calls and I am working with one lead as the buyers agents and three appointment schedule from the leads. However I believe that being an premier agent will move my business to a higher level. Thank you!

No response from the troubleshooting team. Not receiving any response from the support team since the beginning after numerous request over the course of 6 months

Over priced for quality of the leads.. Zillow charges exorbitant fees for their service and has listings based on old and inaccurate data. I continually have to add my closings manually. They are quick to add a property but there is a disconnect on UC and Sold properties. Many of my leads are generated on UC properties. I also don’t think their database is not current when it comes to agents. There are agents on their list that are either inactive or dead (literally!). I can’t say that the investment is totally negative. However, the leads are inconsistent (like real estate in general) but the ROI is OK, just not what they portray it to be.

Great Features. This app is great! So many things to help you with clients. Texting from the app is great and it automatically tells the system that you sent a text and what date you sent it on. Same with the call from the app. Easy to add notes to clients and keep on top of everything. Thank you Zillow!

Not thrilled with this product. Zillow seems to be a great company with great people, therefore my comments do not reflect any personal thoughts toward either entity. Having said that, this app is extremely glitchy. Many of my texts directly to clients through the app disappear and cannot be referenced when looking back to previous conversations. I change client status’s only to look back a day or two later and the status has reverted automatically. Some texts to clients come through as indiscernible gibberish. On 3 occasions I have received “Zillow Leads” which is my own phone number calling me. Over all, it’s very glitchy and misses the mark, especially for the amount of money that leads cost. It could be really good with some much needed “fixes”

Zillow Flex. Great idea, the leads are not all qualified leads and some just want to see homes with no intention to buy it would be better in my opinion if Zillow implement a 3 question step asking if the lead has a realtor, if they are approved and if they are intending to buy whitish the next 90 days.

Great App to work with!!!!!. Premier Agent App or Zillow App is one of the most important tools for a Real Estate Agent. I would say necessary. It allows you organize your leads, keep a good follow up with them and manage your portafolio of customers. I recommend it 100% to any Realtor that wants to become successful.

Awful! Very Glitchy. There is supposedly a direct feed with our MLX, but I it’s definitely got a glitch. I had a listing that went back active 2 weeks ago. It’s still showing pending after multiple emails, calls that go to a VM from both myself and my broker. Finally we had to withdraw the listing and reactivate it. Now it won’t stop showing “Off Market” even though it’s “Active. The app itself just sends you in useless circles...with no actual resolution.

Disappointed. Disappointed that my pictures are not being posted in the order that they are on the MLS. Also disappointed that my open house is not being displayed

The absolute worst. Do not advertise with them or purchase leads - it’s a massive scam and you will lose a lot of your hard earned money. Leads are not exclusive or vetted. Not how it was years ago. No support to address concerns or consumer issues. Stay far away and look into other lead generation. Zillow will be a huge waste of your time and money, I assure you.

You could be better. It should be a requirement that any FSBO who advertises on Zillow agreed to pay Zillow brokers a 3% wholesale commission minimum. Independent real estate agents who do not Co-broke at market splits with realtors should not be allowed on Zillow or also agree to pay a minimum 2.7 %. I am seriously considering other alternatives platform for marketing my real estate because of these concerns.

Not what it seems. I cannot get ahold of anyone to have them explain why every lead I get is in search of land contract or for a property FSBO for under $20,000. I have left multiple messages. There is no where in the app to cancel my account. I will have to contact my credit card to have them block this payment request. Otherwise I’ve wasted three months of payments for not one legitimate lead. BEWARE

Accurate listing updates. As a local New York realtor Zillow provides real time listing updates.

Zillow. What I have found in the months I have Ben using premier agent is that Zillow representatives have been extraordinary professional Great work Zillow

Receiving leads 3 hours away from my area. For some reason I have received multiple leads for areas between 2-4hours away from my office and sales territories and zero within a reasonable driving distance to me. I sell Contra Costa County, SF, Alameda, Marin and I have only received Spanish speaking leads in Cobb and Kelseyville Ca. I’m not sure if this is a tactic to get me to sign up and pay for zip codes close by but let’s just say, it’s not effective.

Not worth the money. I live in Los Angeles, and there is barely even a market to try to get in on here. I would be paying $400 for one lead a month, which was a person that already had an agent. It just doesn’t make sense to continue paying $400 for this when I could use it for other marketing ideas. Too expensive for nothing in return.

Stupid. This App used to work fine. Now it stinks. The “upgrade “ has been ridiculous. The App won’t work if you’re using wi fi. Frustrating! Annoying.

Terrible.. Zillow you are absolutely terrible. Difficult to navigate your app, manage your listings on here is terrible, contacting customer service is a joke. Unless your a paid premier agent, it’s extremely difficult to get a hold of someone to help you. And your customer services aren’t even available on weekend which is when realtors professionals are busiest the most!!!!

Do Not Waste Your Money. I’m so disappointed. Literally just got a notification that I had a missed opportunity but no one called me. This is the second time!! I have no missed calls so I don’t understand how I had a missed opportunity. 1k wasted this month and have literally gotten nothing. Nothing! Except the 1 connection that just wanted to look at homes bc his daughter had her realtor already. What a waste of time.

Not happy. I haven’t received a lead since August. I just got a call and answered, but the app said there was a connectivity issue. I did my part. What’s going on your end??? Very disappointing. The only activity has been from a buyer that I already sold a condo.

Great Program. I am very excited to be in this program to meet different people from all walks of life that I may not of had access to otherwise.

Agent. I do like it; however, I do not like the new feature where you all will transfer a person that may choose me as their agent to another agent which makes it be beyond the callers choice.

Connection issues. Very poor connection issues. Plenty of calls, even several at once. Literally. I would hear both clients on the phone at once. Obviously, they would hang up because no one could understand what was going on. Very often, no call but just a message that I missed the call! Negative stars!

Phone problems. Since the app was updated and “Alex” connects the lead with me, the lead can’t hear me. I hear them very well.

Leaving. Been with Zillow over 25 years and now being abandoned without any chance to be flex

Review. Sometimes the app will drop a call of disconnect but I’m very happy with Zillow’s service and the apps functionality

Very Convenient. Zillow premier agent app is super convenient and great for keeping all information about my leads in one place!

Difficult to use?. I’m frustrated trying to connect with lead calls coming in. I wait for someone to answer … there is also a banner saying to go to the app to connect then push connect and there’s nothing. Has happened twice in a row now.

App freezes while trying to make connection. At first paying to be a premiere agent seemed like it would pay off, but several times I have answered the Zillow lead calls just to have the app freeze and send me a message ‘Sorry we missed you!’

Zillow premiere. It is an amazing system employed by Zillow to assist and inform consumers before and during Buying/ Selling home. I give them 5 stars for all their relentless efforts. Great job.

Worst decision ever. I can’t believe I’m trapped in this contract for the next 6 months with no option to get out other than to pay 3 months upfront and I’m not even getting any real leads. Apparently their service after they try to sell you on zip codes is flipped to an advertising contract and not a leads service but don’t ask the agent to read you the fine print. They’re just trying to make their quota.

Non-existent customer service. They falsely advertise information and then don’t have staff available to fix their errors. For over a year Zillow has stated that my license is expired and I don’t have listings when it’s never expired and I currently have 2 listings which don’t show up. No one has called or emailed me even though I’ve requested this to be fixed in writing many times. Zillow needs a real phone line for customer service to help resolve the PROBLEMS on its app

Nothing works correctly. Simply put. Can’t call customer service as they say my number is not associated with a premiere agent yet my profile says otherwise and my license number has been unverified for a year after multiple times inputting into their system. I haven’t even mentioned 3D tours that don’t make it onto the listings. They are fast to call for advertisement dollars but put no effort into updating functionality.

I am receiving leads on houses with accepted offers on them!. I am receiving leafs on houses that clearly state there is an accepted offer - no bump on them & it is considered an official lead for me. When you are paying over $500 per month & you can’t get the ROI you are looking for, due to a glitch in the process.

Review. This is a really good way to contact buyers and help them get started with the home buying and selling process.

It is horrible!. I lost calls and it is difficult to navigate. Go back to the old way or fix this app!

App Is Extremely Glitchy. The concept of this app is amazing! However, I don’t think I’ve ever had a solid conversation without the app lagging and glitching. I was told it was because my phone was older, so I bought the iPhone 14. Not any better. Other apps are superior when it comes to communication.

Always room for improvement. Great app though.. Needs another status for callers, like “cold”. It is similar to nurture, but “nurture” can go for about 2-3 years and “cold” for more I think.

Zillow is okay. They’re okay sending a lot of tire kickers, haven’t gotten a close yet off their service but it’s only been one month, still hopeful, I did receive some on the fencers.

No customer service. I have sent a request for review for 10 clients and some of them said they did it but for me it shows that review was denied. What??? I can’t keep asking my clients to repeat the process many times. I’ve sent emails to zillow assistance but no one answers me. My license number was never checked and updated in my profile and it shows as pending for more than a month. So disappointed.

Cannot see contacts while on Wi-Fi. I have to shut off Wi-Fi in order to use the app. I need help with this. Can’t just keep switching off and on every time I use it. Wi-Fi is fine in my house and app use to work on either.

Bad Investment. I am not happy with my premier agent relationship. All the leads I have gotten have been for the same condo that is for investors not home owners and can’t be shown. One of the calls I got last week said that concierge couldn’t understand the caller, how is that a lead? Earlier today I got a “lead” that was actually a homeowner that wanted Zillow to change the information on their home that was incorrect, how is that a lead? Not worth the money I’m paying.

Why do Realtors pay for Zillow again??. First off, I can’t get the walk-through video function to actually upload through the app. Zillow tech support told me I need to be using the latest version of 12.4.8. However, my App Store says the latest version is 5.12.0. So how are we supposed to use the latest version when it’s not available to us?? I pay to have these issues why??

Wont Ring on Watch. Since they’ve updated the Zillow Flex calls to come through the app, the lead call will no longer ring on your watch. Makes it very frustrating when everything is on silent or vibrate to not notice the call Bc your phon isn’t attached to your hip. THATS WHY I HAVE THE WATCH!!!

Non Responsive to Agents about issues. Absolutely zero customer service. A recent client left a 5 star review which was rejected. by Zillow. I reached out to customer service via email and telephone to see what the issue is. No response. Additionally, they refuse to validate my Maryland real estate license number which I have attempted numerous times to resolve with no response. Very disappointed.

Interface is clunky. Always a nightmare to navigate through lead conversations. Seemingly no way to import lead contact info directly into my phone contact list. Also, this doesn’t have to do with the software of the app itself, but the “coaching” included with the fee is laughable. Had one conversation with my coach, then he never returned another call for the duration of my six month contract.

Needs improvements. It seems that Zillow has a ton of information but only allows agents to navigate through a bit of it. Also, clients that do not wish to work with an agent and declines the request, should be moved into a different folder so agents don’t need to continuously update their notes or status on them.

PA app is easy to use. PA is a user friendly app to keep track of leads. You can send text messages, emails and call directly from the app. It records calls if you have it set in the settings. Great for reviewing to increase skills and convert more leads.

Criminal Billing Practices. I signed up and got 25% of what they promised. Communication was great when they wanted me to sign up and was abysmal after I signed up. Leads were mediocre at best. When I canceled they double billed me for the final 2 months. Since, they respond to no calls, no emails and have left me with a double billing. Absolutely one of the worst business practices I have dealt with in 35 years.

Terrible. App force closes all the time, sometimes in the middle of a call. So many of the leads I get have already signed with another agent. Oh, and I also get several leads who call about a home that’s “available” on Zillow but will have actually sold several months ago, and that still counts as a connection for some reason!

App is Terrible. We have issues getting calls to connect, issues with the leads not loading in the app, etc. Anytime I bring issues to my account manager, all they say is install and re-install essentially. Zillow is way too expensive to have such a crappy app experience.

Horrible app. I don’t write app reviews but this app is abhorrently bad. Dropped calls. With new update, you must have a Bluetooth connection for no reason. If you hit close on the Bluetooth prompt, it will lock you into your app and the only way out is to turn on new Bluetooth connections. If you want this app done properly, fire your app developers, so many issues.

Love or Hate?. Zillow it’s been on and off with you Zillow. If this were romance this would be where we end our relationship. 1st you whoo me with promises of leads and business that boomed, then you left me wanting from endless leads that were worthless! How many leads did you give out and how many bought? My lead conversion weakened with each passing week/month. due to the volume of purely tire kickers.

Not meeting agent objectives, very buggy. I do not know what they changed last fall but the experience for agents has been terrible! I cannot hear the lead and the lead cannot communicate with me. If I follow zillows recommendation to disable to app connection to the phone call then all calls give me “this has already been given to” someone else. Even when I answer before the first ring completes.

Great Business Boost. As a newer agent, this platform provides an easy to use CRM and a higher than average conversion rate due to the quality of leads in currently serving. Highly recommended!
