Has anybody tested this thing?. It’s bad enough that the app can bother to remember even my login (though I’d like that it also offers a choice to remember the password). After I painfully logged in for the nth time, the app doesn’t even show the reservations i have made two days ago on my iPad. So I go to search for them. I have more than 3 reservations showing in my history so the fields to enter the reservation number to search is at the bottom of the iPhone screen. So when I tap the field, the keyboard shows up which is a pretty good th NV when you want to type something but the problem is that the field remains at the bottom of the screen, hidden by the keyboard 😳. As I’m trying to paste my reservation number in (there is just no way I can Remberg that random sample of the Latin alphabet) I can’t have the paste button to show because I can’t do a long tap In the field that is now hidden by the keyboard. Hence my question: has anybody tested this thing?

Needs improvement. Needs lot of improvement, search dates, number of persons, and destinations do not get saved and I have to start from scratch every time. Also, some properties show available and when I select and move forward, it says rooms are not available for family. Why should it be returned in the search in first place?

Ok App- pls add a feature to add reservations manually. Please add what all other hotel apps have: a feature where bookings can be added to my profile / account. I cannot be the only corporate travel needing this. Thanks!

Information is clear. Reservation process is smooth, much better than website. As title

Impossible to cancel your booking when you book 2 or more rooms. When you book 2 rooms in 1 booking and you decide to cancel it, it only cancels 1 of 2 rooms and not the entire booking. When you try to cancel the 2nd booking, there is no option to ans it just suas reservation is cancelled. But it is not and it shows up on your upcoming bookings. No contact number for ALL available. Very frustrating

Perfect accommodations. I stay in a lot of hotels each year and it is unusual when one has perfect service as well as the entire experience was without one problem. The food, the bed, even the towels couldn’t have been better

I Expect Better from Accor Hotel Chain. Frequent hangs, timeouts, meaningless error messages and the app can’t even perform all the functions (for instance pre check in requires a browser). On top of which the apps 24 x 7 functionality appears to be hampered by server outages. Currency selection seems to be almost random across multiple devices and operating systems (specification appears to be device specific and not userid specific). Needs more a lot more time in the oven.

Great app with ease of booking. It's not complicated and simple to use! But, still not optimized for the iPhone X! Always reliable and you simply manage all your reservations without hassle! Besides, this group of hotels offer the widest varieties that suit ALL budgets, from the most luxurious to the real budget ones! And they also offer non-group participants, many of which are enrolled in the membership program

A major improvement, but still no Wallet support. I've been holding top-tier status within the Accor group for a while now, and they're still one of my favorite groups, this new update is aligning Accor with the apps of other big hotel groups (I won't name any, but you can have a try for yourself), in terms of ease of use and general user experience quality. But, STILL no Apple Wallet support?! I'm really waiting for this. Accor is the only major hotel group that still doesn't support it!

Fabulous stay!!!!. This is an incredible hotel. We fell in love with Gracie and Carlie. We wish it wasn’t so hot out so we could take them for a walk. Thank you Lucy in the gift shop for helping me buy Ginn Fizz. Thank you Shack our fabulous waiter. What an incredible dinner we had Thursday night. We will definitely stay here again, maybe when it’s a little cooler outside.

Unable to change reservationin app.. Unable to make a date change in an existing reservation in app. As this is primarily a hotel booking site, this is a core feature that is missing. Only option is to cancel existing reservation and start again as a new booking which incurrs new room choices and new rates for dates that were akready held in the existing reservation which you have now made me cancel. This encourages me to look at other options with other hotels... can you say “Hello MARRIOTT do you have lower prices?”

Good App. I was able to reserve a room in Los Angeles through the easy to use menu. However when I tried to use my points I was taken to a French language menu rather than the English language menu I was using

Old app much better. Not a fan of the new app. First, the search is way to literal. One of the great things about the old app was that one could search for a place and then it would show you things nearby. Current search is pitiful. Also, the photos of hotel and rooms used to go full size. Now they are tiny and chopped off. Accor is my favorite hotel brand and I have Platinum status. But this new app is in need of work. I will probably start using the website instead.

Doesn’t appear to work with iOS devices. Tried to use this app on my iPhone and my iPad today. On the iPhone I was able to pull up dates and location but it never gave me info on how much the rooms were. On the iPad when I tried to enter dates and location it just kicked me back to that screen with a message saying “it’s not you, it’s us” and that they’re working on it. As is, this app is useless to me.

Great application and great service. I am with Accrohotels for more than 5 years. This is a great system. I used to book a hotel through Accrohotels and made a mistake in date of booking. The booking was non refundable, hovered I wrote email to Accrohotels and asked to re-book the same hotel for one day later. They DID it to me. Thank you very much for such a great service- I am your loyal costumer!!! I recommend the Accrohotels to all travelled who wish to be sure that this structure really will support your traveling needs.

Bug reports (3). Have one night stay in a hotel on June 24th and the other one night stay at the same hotel on July 19th. App shows that I have 26 day stay at that hotel. On the web site it is correctly displayed as two one day stays. For some reason not all reservations are visible in the app even though they are in the system with the same name and member number. Adding manually reservation to the app does not reflect on the web site. All together seems that more QA would be a good investment if you want people to use the app. I plan to delete it for the 3rd time since it really does not allow me to do very basic things.

Enhance app functionality for better experience. I rated it three stars due to the lack of functionality I desire, which I believe would also benefit others. Could you please consider adding features that allow users to search and book under corporate special rates, as well as the ability to find and add upcoming reservations that might be missing / not included in my account. Thank you! Update: I have revised my review since everything is now implemented. Great and swift support! Thank you very much!

Thanks fabulous stay. We had THE best time at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. From the first we were treated incredibly. The staff made our 25th anniversary very very special. Everyone knew our name. Everyone genuinely cared about us, where we were from etc. the food was superb and the views, lake, trails and surrounding area tremendous. The Fairmont group is by far our favorite group. Thank you all very much.

Same prices as travel sites and easy cancellation. This app is great and these hotels offer excellent value - especially in Europe. Even the budget hotels are well designed, lovely amenities and very clean. Have enjoyed all my stays to date.

Membership not recognized. We are on the road a lot (2 out of every 6 weeks) and when we heard about the benefits of the Accor membership program, we installed the app and signed up. It didn’t take long to achieve Gold status and we’re quickly approaching Platinum. The appeal of this membership was that if we chose to book only with Accor hotels, our benefits would add up. With our Gold status we should receive a welcome drink, a free room upgrade and a few other perks. So far we have only been offered a drink once and the room upgrade was only when we mentioned it. We understand that it is based on availability but it would be nice if the people checking us in would mention it! It would even be nice if they acknowledged that we are loyal customers! It doesn’t encourage us to continue using this service and being loyal to the Accor hotels since the benefits are not what they had promised.

Complain. I would needed to change my surname and the system didn’t allow me to do it, even following the steps recommended by hotel. Then, I had to write several times the same personal information.

My first 5 star week. I have been here at the Pullman for one whole week now and have nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire staff. My room is comfortable and cozy with all the extra touches of flowers,sparkling water and extra pillows. The staff at the desk goes out of their way to help me find my way around the city, The hotel... and even the train station whenever I have a question. They have help me print out tickets and are very friendly. My room staff is also very attentive when I need anything from an extra pillow or silverware , extra coat hangers More coffee, help figuring out the washing machine. Traveling to another country can be challenging in the beginning and I feel very welcome here and taken care of. I can’t say enough about the entire team and look forward to my extended stay. Easy to use app. Downloaded the app due to having problems with my Le Club account login on my desktop computer. This app is very easy to use and had no problems logging in.

Accor App has a bug in allowing delete or update of payment cards. Hi, I can’t find anywhere else to report this because the link here on your Ap Support Accor does not work, it directs to the main web page. The various most recent App versions are not allowing updates or deletion of payment cards. When attempting, roe message appears stating “Drat something went wrong.” I called customer service and they told me to delete and reinstall the App on both my IOS devices. This accomplished nothing other than wasting time. I hope you folks take this seriously and get this issue fixed.

Great App. Amazing app. Helps me a lot booking hotel when i need to travel with my work. Also if i want to book for my holidays, it always gives me options and prices, fast and easy. Recommended.

Apps does not allow change reservation. I have to cancel my booking and made a new reservation. Seems like I cannot just change in this App

Convenient. The app is so convenient to use and navigate. Making the reservation and finding the hotel was excellent. I really appreciate the ability to book multiple rooms to accommodate the number of guests in our party. Well done.

Difficult to navigate. Tough to navigate. Some links don’t work and when I want to use reward points the page changes from English to French

Almost there.... Would be great to be able to change dates after selecting property or even after selecting room. If I want to check how much it would cost to extend my stay, I have to go back right at the beginning. On the bright side: you can use a Revolut or N26 and have pre-payment made in local currency. That is great!

Confusing to cancel room. I made a booking for 2 rooms under ref no. GPZDBZZL. One is a cancellable room which i cancelled bec I found a better price. Somehow after doing that , the second room which is not refundable was also cancelled. For multiple from bookings like this, you should provide a better option to choose whether to cancel one room or w rooms! It so confusing an di had to make an overseas call to Dubai to confirm my second room wasn’t cancelled. Mila Que

Crappy tech all at hotels, crappy app - yay for consistency. I stayed at the Claremont hotel a few weeks ago and given it’s a Fairmont hotel in Silicon Valley it was mind boggling how crappy their WiFi was. I tried to use this app today and also to connect online - a sad flatline is all I could get before I disgustedly gave up. Clearly tech is not their strong suit but in these days one wonders how an international brand can get something so basic so darned wrong!!!

Shoddy At Best. This app could be something great but it is not. I have attempted to use it countless times as I travel often and the majority of the time I receive a message stating the app has encountered an error. I have been able to only book on the app once. It doesn’t matter what country I’m in this error occurs. The Fairmont app was easy to use and extremely reliable. After the merge last summer I’ve been very disappointed in not only this app but the overall trend in spiraling customer service. Get it together, Accor!

Service. Mohanad at check in very professional and courteous in accommodating the needs and also Abdul Aziz later in the evening. Very good people and genuine. I was also pleasantly surprised by WhatsApp messages with Rana and his professionalism! I will definitely keep in mind staying in future at Alcorr properties. Thank you

Lovely hotel unlovely receptionists. I booked a last minute stay in Ottawa, talked to online reservation. They were great. They stated a fee. I took it . Arrived at Ottawa. They did not believe the price quoted to me. Who did I talk to, they asked. What was the promo code,etc. I saidI can’t remember his name. I only know I spoke to Accor folks. They checked my company in. Lo and behold, they charged us with their own fee. This was bad business for me. First of all, I had a ACCOR membership. It means ( to me) that I am loyal to the brand. However, what management did meant they did not believe what I stated. They beloved me to be a liar. I felt so disrespected . I have not booked with this hotel since. How do u build brand loyalty like that? I am so disappointed.

It is getting worse. Please hire someone who knows how to make an app. It is slow at my 50 Mbps line. It loads all the 40 images of a hotel before opening the hotel. I find it embarrassing for a company like Accor to have an app like this. I’m a Gold member and i stay 50 days per year with you. But not much longer...

Excellent hotels in one app. As i am frequent traveler I tried many hotel group, but now after many years decided to be with Accor , they have various hotels around the world further they provide great customer service , Simply A+

Accor rates more expensive on app. have not been able to use this app yet because the rates are always so much higher than what booking sites offer. i booked a room for 3 nites at an accor hotel on a booking site because the accor app was going to charge me the equivalent of the 3 nite total just for the first night alone. ridiculous. and using it to search an area doesn’t work. for example, i want accommodation in the sydney cbd, and it gives me locations from all over the NSW and Australia. waste of time.

No connection to Maps. Finding and booking hotel was no problem. I find it hard to believe when other apps can access either my contacts or maps, that this app does not automatically connect to (Apple or Google) Maps. Even the text of the hotel address is not clickable or selectable, (no copy-Paste possible), rather I had to write out the address by hand on paper and then re-input it into my Maps app. Are we in 2007? My stay at 3 different Accor hotels this week was fine, but this glaring omission in their app made getting to each property a hassle. I hope it gets fixed soon!

5 star stays with a 3 star app. Love these properties and will continue to stay for personal overnights. Would love it if their app had the option to pull up folios from recent stays for business trips. I have a Fairmont loyalty number which I use for bookings through a corporate travel site. Marriott and Hilton are able to integrate loyalty numbers (frequent stay profiles) with the site so that when I open their apps my recent and upcoming reservations are preloaded. Moreover, when it comes time to reconcile corporate expenses at the end of the month, I don’t have to hunt for a paper copy of my folio; it’s all in my profile on the app. That feature and digital check in options would bring the quality of the app more in line with the quality of the properties.

Credit cards previously used are saved but need to be typed in again for the new booking.. Tried booking a room at the Pullman Hong Kong. Logged on with my Accor Gold account, I was only being shown the most expensive suites (USD 550++ per night). When I logged out of the account the cheaper rooms were suddenly available.

Easy and simple to use. A friendly user app, everything is crystal clear I highly recommend it, if you want to book your stay in Allaccor hotels.

Frustrating. I tried booking a room with points and cash but it kept giving me an error. I finally tried reducing the amount of points to use and then it went through. Why allow me to use a certain amount of points and then give me an error. It was just luck that I reduced the points for the purchase.

App does not hold on to bookings. I have yet to stay at an Accor Hotel, but we have a reservation in two weeks in Paris. I have at least twice entered our reservation number, and the app will pull up the reservation, but when I close out of the app, it is gone, and when I go in again, the app tells me I have no bookings. This is terrible for an app. We will be in a foreign country, and I thought it would be handy to have the app. The app for Hilton hotels works well, so I don’t understand this one.

Simple and nice. I love the new design. It seems to be faster than the previous one that was years behind yet with more options.

My go to app and loyalty program. Even before I reached platform status, I’ve treated wonderfully by the accor hotels I stayed at in Bangkok. Special shout out to the Novotel on Sukhumvit 20. Those guys literally make me feel like home every so gle stay. The app is awesome and intuitive. It gives me the best price so I don’t need to be bothered with others unless I want to go outside of accor system

Just needs a little improvement. This is one of the apps I use when I travel around Europe or Asia as it works well enough for it’s basic function. However; it lags far behind it’s rival hotel apps which I end up using more often then this one. My complaints/improvements are short: 1) I wish it had integration with Apple Wallet. 2) I wish it persisted your searches if you switch to another app and then back to the AccorHotels app. That’s it for complaints/improvements from my stand point.

App ok - accounting system not so much. The app is ok. I am disappointed with booking rooms at Fairmont hotels in Canada. We bought and paid for gold service at 5 hotels during our recent vacation across Canada but somehow the Banf hotel eliminated our gold service completely and the Royal York put us out of the gold floor on the first of three nights. The other hotels had accurate records and we stayed without a problem.

Loyalty is the key.. Using the Accor hotels for 6 years now, i would like to thank the whole team globaly for the hard work,hospitality, and the smile that almost every staff member is carrying it. As a gold member of the accor i enjoy every moment either on a business trip or leisure, the way i can use or transfer my point from other firms like airlines is a plus. The variety of hotels almost every part in the world makes you feel home wherever u go, with high or low budget. Im not planing to change to other groups for the time being.

Absolute worst hotel app. I travel quite a bit and use multiple hotel apps. This is by far the worst I have seen. It’s confusing, doesn’t find or save bookings, doesn’t save preferences, doesn’t use Face ID. It doesn’t allow you to check in. Doesn’t offer digital key. Click on the link to view your status benefits and the page loads...blank. Go to see your advantages and the page is...blank. Did the developers even test this? Does Accor have a QA group? Who approved this for public release? Nothing in the app works. Why even have this?

I wanted to extend my stay in one of the accor hotels for a few more days, and then i asked the front desk for pricing, and she mentioned that she can only give 10% if I order directly from the system, but if i use the app i will get more because the Accor silver benefit can be applied directly there. So i did, and i received 20% discount. So if you are members of accor, use the app with confidence

I always feel welcome and taken care of while I’m enjoying my stays at AccorHotels as a member they make me feel as if I’m a priority and always make sure my wants and needs within the hotels are catered for I also feel that while using AccorHotels partners as well it’s definitely my favourite loyalty card and always returns service with a VIP edge.

Update needs work. Even though my preferences are set eg: AUD as currency, the app is once again showing euros. Plus it has lost some of my favourite hotels. And I really do wish that I could go out of the app (without closing) to do something else and then come back in and not have to start again. Otherwise....ok Reviewed again. Same issues plus only half of the details from previous stays, favourites etc. plus. To contact Accor, or change anything, I have to through a browser anyway. If you don’t sort the app out, I’ll probably just sign in each time on my browser. Thanks for nothing really. And again...I cannot use my saved credit card to book on either the app or the website. Neither can my mother.

Incorrect info on site. Attempted to book 3 nights at Novotel Surfers Paradise in on 7/4 out 10/4, on a red hit room, showed available price of $360, completed booking, however at payment kept coming up with an error. Tried using different devices, numerous (at least 20) logins. To no avail. Rate is still stating available, rang hotel direct and Accor help desk, both stating rate not available, yet still available online on the app. Very disappointed as a platinum member, and the rate not being honoured, even after screen shooting and sending email photo proof. Eventually booked 2 nights at $240 on the app. very upset with app and service from hotel and help desk

Getting the run around. I’m new to Accor Plus. Not able to book my free night stay as they didn’t recognise my member number. Can’t contact Accor Plus by phone as long weekend. Wrote email. Won’t get a response for 24 hours. Ended up booking at regular discounted two night stay. Got a confirmation number. Then was rung up and told they were fully booked on the Friday night. I don’t feel like a special member at present.

Kept on saying error when i finalised my booking. I tried over 3 times to book a room in the hotel on upper mount gravatt in Brisbane queensland. All my member details and card payment details are updated. After selecting the room and making sure all details are correct, Every time i confirm booking it gave me an error I ended up booking through expedia on another hotel on a different chain

More is better. The more I use ALL the easier it gets. Very intuitive so you learn as you go easily. Auto populating & prompts like credit card preference make it fast without the frustration of inputting data that I know is already available.

Not very user friendly. I find the app difficult to navigate. I am up to using it for my third booking and am still searching for the correct way to put in dates etc. hopefully I will get better at it but thinking i will have forgotten a lot by the time I am booking again. Also I couldn’t put a departure date in when going via make another booking so had to go back to home page for the departure date to work.

Pretty good - but missing vital feature!. Good work. Thank you! It is painful having to leave the app and go to the hotel website for dining options and details though. It used to be available in the app, but lost in upgrades. Also other hotel facilities details not available except out of app and visit hotel website directly. Very inconvenient and annoying. Please make this data available through the app again. Thank you!

App.. I like the app but quite often I cannot get it to work. I can enter an arrival date but when I try to enter a departure date it just changes the arrival date. When I try and log on on my computer I cannot log in. Very frustrating as I am a long term member.

Good but customisable features needed. The app is pretty good, easy to select properties, find costs and book. Had to keep putting in the kids ages. Should default to a profile. Not happy that we couldn’t book a large room for the family despite the room having 2 king size beds listed in the app. Our eldest is now 12 and considered an adult. This means we needed two rooms, splitting the family and having an additional unnecessary expense. I don’t know if it was the app or the room available. This wasn’t easily understood. Also I saw a price I was happy with and when I clicked to book the costs went up. I assume because demand did but I felt cheated this happened during the process. Overall though it is well designed.

Update not as convenient to use. I agree with other reviewers, the upgrade in December 2019 from Accor app to ALL app HD made it more difficult to use. The interface looks more sleek and streamlined, but searching and sorting are not as convenient. And there is now no option to book multiple rooms. I hope this gets fixed soon as I’m a big fan of Accor and have booked with an alternate hotel due to failure to book through this app. Regards, Accor+ platinum member

App Stopped Working!. I’ve used the Accor app to book stays at a variety of hotels across APAC. Overall I really enjoyed the app and felt it complemented my Accor+Silver membership. However, with today (June 8, 2022) update I can no longer use the mobile application as I receive an error saying I must share my third party activities with them to use the app. When I click Continue nothing happens. Also, I frankly don’t want to share that info with Accor or anyone else. I’ve got a over 30 nights booked with Accor this year and will easily hit Accor+Platinum but am seriously reconsidering my loyalty with them based on this.

Useless app. The new app doesn’t allow to see the photos on a full screen on the iPad. It’s difficult to see the place when you only get the top few cms of each picture. Also, you can’t unselect the free night at the start of the search so the hotels can’t be compared by price. I haven’t yet found out how to use my points when booking either. Go back to the old Accor app and save us all the frustration.

Too difficult to view availability of complimentary nights. I find it ridiculously difficult to search for options of where & when I can use my complimentary nights. There should be the ability to view a calendar which shows a week or month at a time of which nights are available - as the old online booking system did years ago. Now it’s barely worth the hassle.

Unreliable app and at times impossible to use. As an Accor Plus member I would love this app to work properly but unfortunately most times I have attempted to use it, the app has failed. On a recent occasion I could see my booking in the app and it had the option to amend or cancel it but the app crashed and said it couldn’t find my booking even though I was logged on and had the booking selected. I had to email customer service to resolve the issue. Several times I have wanted to make a booking but the app has to have a date. If the accommodation is not available on that date the app just says to try another date or accommodation option. I tried about 10 different dates with the same result and ended up ringing the hotels and they had some dates available. Why doesn’t the app show available dates when the chosen date is unavailable. It really is the most frustrating app I have ever used.

Accor All app- Best option to Book with.. This is the first time I’ve used this particular app to book my accommodation. I have the app more for my organisation of accommodation bookings. I must say it is by far the most easiest out of all the options. I found the website very confusing and overloaded with unnecessary information. The Heartiest All app is my usual choice but again so much unnecessary information, plus it never works. So today that lead me to book my accommodation with the Accor ALl App. It was easy, simple and allowed me to book with Heartiest. Now that I’ve discovered this, it will assist in making my bookings easier. I recommend to anyone booking with Accor to do so this way.

All new version is a step backwards. Since the update to ALL, the Australian app is quoting prices at Australian hotels to a user living in Australia in Euros, which is unhelpful and difficult to fathom. In addition, there is no information on existing bookings to remind me what room type I’ve booked. I thought it might appear on the “Cancel/Amend” page, but when I pushed on that, the app said it could not find the booking, even though I’d just been viewing it. The old version was much more user-friendly than this flawed, so-called improvement

Accor plus is all about frustration…. It’s really sad for me to say this, and usually I don’t leave review but both this app and the website are just ridiculous…. Been trying to book a hotel stay with my stay plus (free night) but it always says somethings gone wrong when I tried to make payment and that’s the same for the website too… now I’ll have to call customer service to make the booking but that will cost me extra $20…. I wondered if Accor purposely made it this way?! Is there anyone who has ever successfully made their stay plus booking on this app?

Thornleigh ibis. We have had our daughter in Hospital and have stayed at Ibis Thornleigh. The stay was impeccable with staff very friendly and professional and the quality of the facilities being provided amazing. We will be continuing to stay here while our daughter is in hospital. Keep up the great work

App is great but one feature bug. Bookings!! If you go to hit amend or cancel is doesn’t recognize your reservation and have to type your surname and reservations number. Be great if that link was fixed. Other than that great app and program. I have been a member for many years. Thank you Accor for looking after your members. Five stars if bug was fixed.

New APP needs work!. Australian user.. extremely frustrating to have to go the the very last step of the booking process to see $Aust conversion rate. I have had limited success finalising the booking via the APP , having to mostly resort to calling booking centre. There is location information but no direct phone number for hotel on the booking page so if you want to make an enquiry for example about children’s bookings or seminar facilities you have to go out of the APP and find hotel website. Once booked, there is a “ contact hotel” button that hasn’t worked for me yet - my requests to confirm email receipt not acknowledged. I’m sure these are all issues to be addressed in the next refresh - just please don’t take too long!

Turn off the Stay Plus. App defaults to stay plus turned on, and then have to go into each property/room type to turn it off to see the room rate..is painful and many complaints about it on Facebook as well... Used to be a different way if turning it on or off, add it to the filters or something ...please is extremely annoying ...

Sofritel Darling Harbour Sydney. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Sofitel Darling Harbour over the weekend We were totally spoilt and upgraded to a harbour view room along with using the incredible scenic members facilities with breathtaking views .. We also ate with friends at the French Restaurant which was incredible with culinary explosion This package with a cloud bed and soft furnishings as only the Sofitel does was just amazing Thank you again for a 10/10 experience Accor and Sofitel Partnership ..

Recorded check-in date is always one day before. I have been booking accommodations using the app. When I saw the wrong check-in date , I rang the hotel and it’s correct on their records. Unfortunately this is still happening on the app. till now. Wonder what can be done? to avoid unnecessary anxiety. Otherwise its app is pretty easy to use.

Tweets could still improve app. I like the ALL app but recently at least, when I select a hotel on the map feature, I can’t close it and check out another hotel on the map without exiting the feature and starting again Grrr!

Easy to book. I use the app to easily book my next trips, and check what reservations I have with Accor. Saves time looking up old booking emails (as I tend to book months in advance) and it offers the option to update my phone calendar as well. Love this app!

New ALL app is rubbish compared to previous. Clunky user interface Booking takes much longer No way to filter hotels by distance etc Features are less than previous version. Graphics and UI look dated Crashes continuously Any integration with points/ rewards etc diverts to French language!!! Why change?...when you had was previously was very good. Developers please refer to previous app and at the very least provide as a minimum the feature set we had previously. Accor management please consider this request seriously. This new app will do you more damage than good and push time poor members to book elsewhere Thanks

App won’t let me login. I was trying to avoid leaving a review but the app which I use quite often logged me out and won’t let me sign back in despite using the same credentials on the website. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone in between. I just don’t know what to do! Please help!

New app really terrible. Update: new app really not working well, now I try to cancel or modify my bookings, takes me out of the app and then I get an error message saying I have to enter last name, booking reference number etc to get the booking. Had to ring up to cancel booking. Please bring back the old app, this new one is not complete and much worse. Old app was more clumsy but easier to use. New app is now showing current as euros instead of Australian dollars. There is no obvious way to change this. New app also doesn’t save credit card details automatically.

Previous/Cancelled Bookings need to be updated. The updates have been getting better and better, and this App is almost back to the level of the previous Accor App before it was retired! The most recent change I noticed has been with the bookings, and instead of seeing the future, past and cancelled bookings separately, the past and cancelled have been combined. Please stop this! The new future bookings function is great, but need to be able to see past bookings separate to cancelled bookings. Would really appreciate this to be fixed ASAP.

Still Needs Work. App still requires work to bring up to a high standard that you would expect from Accor Hotels. Would be good if they actually paid attention to all reviews and feedback. For example, can you fix the bookings tab so you can view your previous and future bookings. Thanks

Bookings no longer visible. Hey Team, I have had this app for several months and love it - but for the past few weeks I have not been able to view any of my bookings at all (future, past or cancelled etc). Really frustrating as this is the most important part of the app for me. It is downloaded on my Apple IPhone and I am logged in correctly. I have tried removing and reinstalling app several times but no success. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Can do better. Your loyal members look after your business. Hope you can look after them in return. You can do bit better than once a year sales call to get membership money!! As a platinum member I give more than 30 days business to Accor a year, I think it is fair to expect bit of service. After Simon (vic manager) left, Victorian Accor service has gone down unbelievably.

It’s not you…bugs again. Sick of updating this app only to have it crash. It picks up my gold membership details, but can’t search or show bookings. iPad app the same - tells me it’s not my problem, and the team is working on it. Don’t pay your team too much because they’re not fixing much. App been buggy for 3 releases now. Fail.

New app awful. The changed app is awful. I have to click twice before I can see room rates and then you can’t see anything about the room. Select a room rate and it goes straight into my information to book it. Won’t be booking anything because can’t see any photos of information about the room other than it’s name. Terrible. The previous app was more intuitive and user-friendly. This is the third time I’ve tried it but better to use either website or Agoda or similar where app TELLS you about the hotel you’re booking!

Unable to see details for future booking and Red hot Rooms suggestion. The Red Hot Rooms tab for Accor Plus members is not very good as you need to put in where you want to go and the travel dates to see if there is a red hot room available. Also when you find accommodation, it doesn’t say when the offer expires or the window for travel dates. The online Red Hot Room was better previously as it listed all available accommodation in each country etc. If this was listed your members could see the specials and plan a holiday accordingly. In regard to the Accor app, some time ago members could see the details of future bookings, ie Queen bed with balcony, breakfast included. Since the last few updates if I click on “future bookings” it shows the hotel and the reference number, check in etc but no specific details of the room booked. This is so frustrating. Why did you remove these details in the first place? If I use the URL the room details show (as before on the iOS). It seems silly to encourage users to use the iOS app when relevant information is not there.

Awful. The Accor site is the worst accommodation site ever. It used to be a fabulous site to use then when it all changed a year or so ago it became to difficult. You can no longer select a reservation and view or amend, you have to enter the reservation number. Modifying a booking is also never an option, it’s cancel and rebook. You can’t have a different number of people across multiple rooms and there are so many non refundable options it is just ridiculous, especially during COVID. Overall, the experience is difficult, expensive and just hard work. Nothing easy about it. Oh, and don’t think it’s easier to call the reservations number, even worse, they were rude unhelpful and had zero knowledge of anything whatsoever.

Terrible App. Have booked accommodation and guess what…..doesn’t appear on the app. Also, have tried 3 times in getting a response from Accor as to the problem and still waiting for a response. Finally called the contact number only to be transferred to a section that could help. Apparently they were receiving a large volume of calls so I was disconnected not put in a queue. Very disappointed in Accor and their customer support

Missing reservations. I am only able to see the next 2 reservations in the bookings section. That was fine when I only had 2, but I now have more and can only see the next 2. How am I supposed to know what other reservations I have and how am I supposed to modify or cancel them should I wish to do so? I can easily see all my past reservations, so it shouldn’t be hard to show my current ones. Very poor.

Terrible customer service, clunky, pointless. This app is supposed to be for loyal members. It makes you jump through hoops to get points from bookings made for business including uploading invoices and booking references usually handled by work and agents. Why can’t you just submit your surname and dates stayed? Why put the onus on the customer? Especially your supposed VIPs? This is supposed to be a hospitality business!!! Also, I’ve had three stays in a week where I’ve asked hotel reception staff to add my number to the booking and it hasn’t gone through. My nights sand status points have not changed in the app for over a year despite having several bookings with Accor in that time. It’s the most dismissive and pointless loyalty program ever. There’s no special treatment, no friendly service, no help when you have an issue. No contact info in the app, not auto fill to remember regular customers details. And Novotel darling harbour needs to invest in its staff happiness and customer service. I’ve stayed there a few times (not my choice, booked by work). Every staff member is miserable, lazy, and every tiny request is made out to be an effort. By contrast Pullman Adelaide and cairns are amazing. Novotel should take a leaf from Pullman’s books.

Accor makes doing business with them hard. This app is extremely clunky , I have not had any positive experiences with the app and find it frustrating to use . I have recently tried to use to book a hotel using points it took several goes over a number of days to be able to secure a booking . I am very disappointed as I have had very positive experiences with the Accor group and am disappointed at something that should be very easy to access .

Disappointed with new update. I thought the app was amazing, but then it got updated so now I can’t sort hotels by price or distance or most recommended which is super annoying. I then went to book a room and am unable to do so. The app takes me almost all the way then comes up with a blank screen every single time. I must have tried at least 30 times. Really fed up with it, was going to use it while I am overseases, but am glad I’m not because it’s so untrustworthy. Hopefully there is another update soon that fixes all these problems as I really enjoyed the app beforehand.

It’s okay, improving but still needs some attention. It nags to turn on geolocate! Would be nice if it had a “don’t ask again” option! Sometimes it won’t let you login for days and you miss the specials. Some hotels like Sebel Launceston won’t do the membership rate unless you booked using the app! Yep they point blank refused to use my membership rate without it! I thought it was my login until i reset it then heard others were having same issue.

Rude. I’ve been with Accor advantage plus for nearly 25 years. I used to get calls from someone every year to renew my membership. We became friends on the phone and he used to ask about my family every year before asking me for the renewal. He was such a great guy. Anyway lately for the last 2 or 3 years. We get a lady to call us for our renewal of membership. She was very rude to me which made me not wanting to renew my membership again but after someone else called me and I have renewed my membership with him before she calls me again. This year same lady called my husband while we were doing some work on the computer. He asked her if she can call him back in 15 minutes. Her reply that she has a 100 calls to do and he’s not the only one to call. I told him tell her that you’re not renewing. Anyway she called him again and she was rude again so he didn’t renew his membership after 20 years he’s been with Accor. It took me years to convince him to join and it took one call to cancel his membership. Beside it’s getting hard now to book in hotels specially in holidays and customer services is very bad with Accor. I think this will be my last year as a member.

Front desk staff always helpful. We have been dealing with the staff at Ibis Styles Aerocity New Delhi and what a fantastic helpful staff you have there. We have had them assisting us with a booking issue, not caused by the hotel but a third party, and all staff involved have been so helpful and the issue has now been solved, which is such a relief . Once again a big thank you to all of the staff members who helped resolve the issue . Totally professional and helpful .

Heathrow Novotel connection a joke. Terminal 4 to Heathrow Novotel Terminal 1,2,3 website says a shuttle is available. Said shuttle was an hour wait & not clearly signed. On arriving at Novotel Terminal 1,2,3 I’m told it is the incorrect hotel & my booking is with the ‘new’ Novotel. No street name on my booking so local taxis had no idea. Accor app had wiped My Trips & Accor don’t run any dedicated shuttles between their Heathrow airport hotels so now waited for a second taxi to the ‘new’ hotel. For a hotel that advertises it is close to terminals (statement stretching the truth levels after a 10 minute taxi ride). After a 24 hour flight none of the faff is appreciated. Won’t be booking Accor at Heathrow again & I’m currently an Accor member that’s how frustrated the experience has been.

Finally found the hotel.. A great price and points too. As well as qantas points. I always find it very difficult to navigate Accor site. As it is to find the hotel I wanted took for ages and it was last viewing site. The hot specials you have ….put all cities under Australia… at least say none available instead of thinking your site is not registering for a person searching.

The New Interface is a bit of a downgrade. The previous app had great features that showed the differences between each rooms (each room “type” for each hotel had their own photos, showed what kind of features they had). The new app doesn’t show the differences between rooms as clearly - I can’t find reasons to upgrade rooms as I can’t work out what the differences are between “superior” rooms and “standard” rooms are, even if I might actually want too.

Annoying to use. Doesn’t feel very user friendly when you have a family of 5. And when you select a hotel it has a circling ring forever before it shows it. Almost feels like the app has crashed. Wish they would update the defaults too, very irritating to keep putting in what you’re looking for with all children ages. Timeout for the app is really short too if you go into another app for 5 mins, it starts again. Seems like they just developed this app for the sake of having an app, not really listening to feedback.

Rates higher on app than on general Fairmont website. I found that the rate for a four night stay, booking through the app, was $500 more expensive than the rate I received booking on the Fairmont general website. That is a terrible way of treating loyalty customers.

Pretty good. The app is pretty good. But I wish I could update the guest information at checkout for when I’m booking for someone else. Also, if you book multiple rooms, the second room can’t have no children if the first one has one.

Can’t find booking and history. Bookings were shown before, and then one day they all disappeared. Tried to resolve with app team but said that all bookings done through fairmont are not shown on the Accor app, which wasn’t the case before. Told me to find reservation code and find reservation that way, which kind of defeats the purpose of a reservation list.

Fairmont much better. I hate that Fairmont is gone and AccorHotels has taken over. The rewards now are terrible.

Disappointing Update Ruins App Functionality. The recent updated app has left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Since the update, the app no longer displays my reservations or order history, rendering it almost useless. Furthermore, the removal of the option to manually enter a reservation number is a significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the app fails to inform users about important changes, such as when my card number was updated with the upgraded status. I received no notification or email about this, leading to unnecessary confusion and concern. I find it baffling that all these features are still available on the website, but they were carelessly omitted from the app. As a loyal ALL customer, I expect a seamless and user-friendly experience across all platforms. The lack of basic functionalities and the app’s inability to keep users informed is unacceptable. I urge the development team to promptly address these issues and restore the app’s previous functionality. Until then, this app has become virtually useless to me. Disappointed and dissatisfied.

Limited app functionality; some functions don’t execute. The former Fairmont app was much more useful with broader functionality. This ALL Accor app doesn’t offer broad functionality compared to the website.

Inconsistent and still so disappointed. This app would be efficient and really great if it worked consistently. Almost every time I use it it gives me grief. It never saves my information so I have to put it in every time. It showed double bookings twice. It didn’t cancel a reservation as requested so I couldn’t get my refund. And on and on. I have been trying to use this app for years because I love Fairmont and I keep hoping that the quality of the hotel would eventually be reflected in an equally quality app. Still very disappointed. App is laggy, no Apple wallet support.. Could not login under slightly weak internet connection, some functions redirect to websites which is not a good experience. No apple wallet support which is one and only among hotel chains.

Log in problem. Doesn’t work on app but works on website.

App needs work. Even with the December update this app is unstable. Wouldn’t flow through to login after entering credentials and still can’t save profile information correctly. Geolocation doesn’t seem to work anymore, hotspots are very small and hard to hit. And why is it so difficult to store the correct country code for my phone number? It gets more and more unusable.

Updates. Hi Team, I think you are missing thinking from the customers point of view. An app which was signed in and working properly has been reset as if the app was newly installed after a recent update. A seamless update is what real companies do if they think about customers.

Service!!!. Love the app and the people who answer the help line. The hotels are great as well. Ive only stayed in Fairmont’s and Novotel’s so I can’t speak to the rest.

Not Good. Currently does not accept my login data (works on the laptop). Has never accumulated points for dining/ drinks since over two years. Fairmont was far and away better run with better service.

Dr. Easy to use very friendly site

Terrible app. Surprised how not helpful this app is. Difficult to find out how to report missing points (which happens a lot), can’t modify easily, doesn’t update personal details and no obvious check-in even though I get emails saying to check in.

Incorrect stay info displayed in booking details. Unable to find a way to report an issue in the app or website, I have to report it as a review. I noticed that for my upcoming booking stays will show the incorrect checkin and checkout day when viewing details of the booking. It’s offset by one day. Perhaps a time zone issue? Otherwise a good app and does what it needs to do, but this is a serious bug.

Bad. The app and the website NEVER WORK. Neither let’s you update your information or add certain items. It is infuriating. I am a multi-year Diamond member and I am ready to stop staying at All Accor hotels due to this and failure to meet expectations on an executive level.

Bookings not viewable. I can no longer view my bookings. They are available in the app but the screen shows only half the page. Useless!

Sluggish and difficult. It does what is intended for but is a pain to load and use. Some so called features like voice commands would be dispensable to improve performance.

Useless. Why have an iOS app, when it will not let you do simple things like select a date correctly. Constantly got to book either through a 3rd party website ( stops me getting members rates - good work if you can get it) or la Accor website - which is so overloaded with pictures and useless stuff that you have to wait an age to book.

Not emphasizing the rights things. Every time I switch between apps I have to stare at the list of your brands for ten seconds before I can see what I’m looking for. Then the font for the address of the hotel where my booking is is tiny. Neither of these are good for trying to communicate to our G7 driver as to where we’re going.

Good experience. The app was pretty easy to navigate. The hotel booking went smoothly. Will use it again for my next booking.

Doesn’t include reservations booked through corporate reservation system, and doesn’t display my member number anywhere so I can refer back to it when booking or checking into the hotel. Pretty useless app in my opinion but some of it may be the system behind the app rather than the app itself.

Accor app. I am a lifetime platinum with SPG and now Marriott. This app is very clumsy and doesn’t work well. I find myself rekeying data, lost or incorrect data. I have a current reservation with confirmation number along with member and it is not linked to my account and future stays. There is more. Hope this helps. Now I have to make up a nickname. Three have been taken. I am starting to think this is a trick. Omg. Captain obvious is taken too:(

Someone should be fired. Cannot check in on line. Has my email in the profile, but cannot transfer it to my check in, will not allow me to enter it, then will not let me proceed with check-in. By the way, the email verification does not format correctly for an iPhone. Really? Have not tried to book a hotel, but if it works as well for booking as it does checking in, I would be very afraid.

Beautiful but slow to load.... The welcoming info graphic is pretty, but not useful and frustrating to look at when you’re trying to get information. Most of the app is a skinned browser so it’s out of place to have such a heavy app start and loading screen.

The new ALL app has even less features than before. Progress generally means positives and improvements, but not with Accor. The new app released 12/3 has even less features than the previous app, which also was lacking in features. The app still does not have membership card or reservations that can be placed into wallet. It’s almost 2020. Try to catch up.

Clumsy. Ok app for basic reservations but not extended information on hotels. Easy direct contact to concierge or update to reservations. I found offers on the website not available through the app, could not make requests on reservations,etc.

Fast & Easy. A simple, clear system making it so easy to organize our travel plans!

The staff have been truly helpful at both the Mercure central canal and the Ibis Sykes. I was having some health issues and saw to my needs. I can’t tell you how appreciative I have been!

New update requires so much additional work. I am not seeing my previous stays and I cannot see my future bookings. They show up on the website but not in this app. I hate this app. The poor performance will definitely impact my future stays- I will book with chains that have more reliable apps that I can count on. International travel is exhausting enough without using a bad app.

Easier than online experience. The Accor app is far superior to their website. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to book a stay at an Accor Hotel

Nice hotels, lousy app and website. Super frustrating to try to stay at one of these hotels. The website is always broken, so I downloaded the app and it’s just as bad. Do they rely on walk-ins? The Sofitels I’ve stayed at have been really nice, but this is the place to review the app, not the hotel. And the app is hot garbage. And so is their website. Please figure out how to take the money I’m trying to give you.

Just perfect. ACCOR Hotels have become our favorite chain of hotels across the globe. No matter where we travel, this is our first choice. The IBIS brand has surpassed our expectations 99% of the time.

Easy to use but missing some functions. The app is simple and easy to use, but it lacks more functions. e.g. I cant find a way to use my points to upgrade from classic to silver without having to call someone. Also I can’t find the details of my previous stay.

Cannot change to local currency.. The app is not user friendly. For settings, you still need to open thru their website to update details and the currency for the hotel cant be change from pound to local currency.

Member for years but can’t change my card?. Love your hotels, and app for the most part, but trying to book a hotel in Madrid now and cannot switch my card?! Otherwise, everything is great!

Better than hotel booking agency app. The reason to instal this app because of annoying room selection options of other app

Easy Access to Prior Trip Details. I particularly appreciate the ease at which I can access the details of past stays with the Accor family. Really speeds up the next booking process.

Can’t login. I can’t login into the app after setting up an account 1) I see app home dashboard 2 )join are loyalty plan screen pops up 3) I select membership terms and when I select join the program I’m bounced back to the login screen. It would probably help if there wasn’t a giant log out button above the join program text

Not user friendly. This app is a little more difficult to use than competing brands’ apps. The navigation is not intuitive and finding relevant things often requires multiple clicks where it should be easier. Need the ability to add a stay to your account also.

App way better than website. Booking on the website was always so frustrating. The app was SO easy!

Very poor transfer from Fairmont. Tried to book a room with my Fairmont Presidents Club membership info and a complete fail. App and web site did not recognize login credentials then vectored me to French language sites to complete booking. Very frustrating and honestly gives me a very poor expectation of Accors ability to provide quality guest services. Looking to book at either Hilton or Marriott in San Jose.

My Favorite BeverlyHills/ Los Angeles Hotel. I been staying at this hotel for over 29 years. Rooms are clean nicely done beds and comfy. Staff excellent service and customer services. Restaurant has wonderful breakfast and food. Room service is fast and great chef.

Lacks integration. I booked 5 Accor hotels for a Trip to France through Expedia. Only one of the reservations showed up. The app gives you the option to add reservations not showing up manually, even has a drop down menu of where it was booked and Expedia is an option. After entering the reservations manually, the were mot there the next day. Lacks integration if you booked your travel via a travel agent.

Easy to check and book hotel. The app is great and super easy to search and book a room. All information is precise.

Poor benefits compared to other loyalty programs. The benefits are not very clearly laid out and are generally poor compared to other Loyalty programs. Clear room for improvement for Accor.

Love this app. It makes your travel life easier. Just search and book, also it gives you the members discount and special offers.

Novotel London Brentford. Very much enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Only suggestion I would make for a change is to change up the morning breakfast with different selections.

Stuck in loop trying to enter my current booking.. Poorly designed website

Saves time. Check in from the taxi instead of at the counter, quick info about your hotel, the app saves me time on busy business trips.

Poor app. The app overall is not user friendly. It still is not showing my points from my stay in June, I can’t even figure out how to access my account number and the representatives of the hotel and customer call center are not help and don’t know how to correct their products. Honestly, not even sure if the company knows or understands it either. Very poor for such an “elite” service.

Helpful for Check In and Last Minute Travel. Good app to check in and convenient to book other hotels in Accor family.

Palm beach traveler. Using app looking for Paris hotels. App is good. Many hotels but limited to regions. Hotel Chain does not cater to American hotel standards. Small beds. Usually 1 or 2 adults per room. Where do you put your kids ? Most American chain groups are prepared for 2 adults and 2 children.
