Great and easy access. We wish to be able to rent individual spots by reservation. Mostly due to some of the rigs in our group do not fit in some of the spots available if you work and arrive late. Reserving individual spots would assure our group and others that their reservation is there no matter what time we arrive. Thank you for your consideration.

Kiosk mode is unusable. I like how kiosk mode lets you use one device for signing customers in person and even asks you to take a picture of the signers or their ID’s, but it’s pointless. The pics of signees are only stored locally when using kiosk mode, and there’s no way to save the ID photos. In other words if you get a new device or your employee leaves, the contracts you had signed in kiosk mode are suspect…it’ll show the email addresses of the signers in the history report but the photos of the signers/ID’s are gone forever. There isn’t a way to save them besides screenshotting the app on the device used for kiosk mode. I’m not a lawyer but I can’t imagine those contracts standing up in court because there’s no proof that the salesperson didn’t just input their info and forge the signatures…they’re typed out usually and not drawn.

Tech Support is Worthless. If I could rate this app in the negatives I would. I have had the Sign Now formerly Cuda Sign for years with no issues. I paid for the year in full for Sign Now in Sept 2017. My subscription will expire in Sept 2018. I have reached out NUMEROUS times only to be told to try to “re buy” the subscription again and it should fix the problem. I’m not purchasing the subscription again because I have already done so. Clearly this company is in the business of taking consumers money and not resolving any issues. They respond days later only to not resolve anything. Guess my next step is disputing the credit card charge and blasting them on BBB. Scam artist!!! I am a business owner myself and would NEVER try my customers this way

Used to be good but got worse. Used to be pretty decent app. It didn’t have simple features like saving text you use often so you end up entering your address 8 times in 2 minuets, but otherwise fast and easy. Now they have added a bunch of steps in the way of signing your document. It first opens up as if it’s a document you want to send to other people and to place sections for signatures and text. You have to save this and reopen it as a file you can sign and none of it is intuitive so you are constantly opening up the file in the wrong format. So it seems they’re marketing is now more focused on HR types trying to go paperless instead of the end user like me trying to sign a pdf quickly. So just be aware if you are an end user like me. Edit: 2021 Still terrible. Maybe emails documents 2/3 of the time at best. Most of the time your clients are constantly asking you where the document is. So you have to end up just screen saving the document and sending them JPEGs

Gone Downhill. When I first bought this app it worked amazing. I work as a commercial tradesmen, and it really helped with all the various invoices. Unfortunately this software has gone downhill hard. They’ve made updates that make everything more difficult and less convenient. I had a problem for nearly two months, I repeat two months! I couldn’t use the software, nor could the 15 technicians I work with. Without being able to write invoices I can’t bill out. Text that previously aligned within invoices no longer did. Tech support was very slow to respond. We had also gotten varying answers from “there is no problem” to “your the only one experiencing this problem” to “it’s a large issue and we’re working on it” I can’t tell you how many times in the middle of writing up a document the app crashes. I dread writing up paperwork and actually put it off now because of our use with this app. Since writing this review I’ve had yet another problem with the app. Text not aligning within the body of the document. I’m being told by support that what I’ve been doing for three years isn’t advisable, and to write lines individually. Same exact issue I dealt with before is back again. It would be quicker to write out a paper copy and scan.

MUST Have app for small business owners. I use this to keep a record of all my contracts. Very reliable and I love the option how you can save documents in folders. This makes it easy during tax time since I organize my documents by year, so all I have to do is review my contracts, by year, and I get to see Income, expenses, and everything else that I need. Highly recommend this app for all business owners

Really good, and a big life saver but…. I really enjoy this app. Although with the most recent update, has left me frustrated. It now takes the double the taps to generate a new signature. My work requires a new person to sign for documents. Sometime even 4 times a day. It takes way too many steps to add a new signature than before. I realize that not everyone one uses this app in the same way I do. But still made something simple drawn out.

Best of all signing apps!. I’ve been using SignNow for several years and believe it is the absolute BEST signing app. I decided to give it a review since there are many similar apps now, compared to when I first started using SignNow. It is organized, easy to upload docs for signing, and also includes checkmarks and easier text input than other signing apps. It is also NOT dependent on Dropbox or Google to access the signed documents. I get so frustrated when someone sends me something to sign from DocuSign, for example, and it takes me 10 minutes to open the dang thing, and there are hardly any options for your signature style, pen, etc. SignNow is stand-alone, looks good, tons of features, and the yearly fee is extremely reasonable. Thanks to the devs for continuing to support this app; it is indispensable in my line of work. Def’n give it a try, if not for the freedom of using it without another service tied to it!

The most frustrating app and the best.. This app drives me crazy. I love it and absolutely hate it at the same time. I pay monthly for this app, this is my second month paying 6.99 for it, and it’s also the second time it has insisted that I haven’t paid for it. I run my own business, so this working is very important. You have to pay for this app to invite people to sign documents, and to create duplicates. I have uninstalled this app, canceled and renewed my subscription, logged out and back in, and anything I can’t think of and this stupid thing won’t recognize I’ve paid for it. When I click the upgrade button it will say I’ve already upgraded it. So annoying! If this was fixed it would be great! But unfortunately this failed feature makes the app useless to me.

Very useful iPad PDF app!. GREAT app! This is a perfect example of how simple and useful an iPad app should be. I frequently email contracts back and forth from my ipad, and now, I never have to leave the ipad to sign or scan and email a document. Easy, fast, efficient, I LOVE this app, and I'm not easily enamored of applications. I can make fast notations, draw on a document, type in text, this really makes my life easier. Great job, fellas!

The Best in its business. I took advantage of the free trial to fill out a loan application for my bank. This was so very helpful. I tried 6 (literally) different apps like this one and this one BY FAR was the most user friendly! I don’t have the use for a subscription but if I ever do this will definitely be the app that I use. I highly recommend it. You don’t have to have anymore experience with mobile devices than a 4 year old to understand and work the app.

It rates a 10 stars. This app got me out of such a big bind. My wife was in the hospital and I was on my way there and couldn't stop at kinko's or anything. Didn't even know this app existed. When I got to the hospital and had all the time in the world, I started searching the App Store with the keyword sign. I read some of the options and saw this was rated so well even with all the amount of reviews I just had to try it. To my amazement the app worked flawlessly and got us out of major complications. THANKS SIGN NOW!

Simple to use. If you need to edit a document & only have a tablet or cell phone, this is an easy way to edit & sign a document on PDF! Made my life much easier, especially for signing legal documents of a sensitive nature where going to the library wasn’t something I wanted to do, nor was using the family computer at the house.

Works as Intended. Great program, I use it daily. In my opinion for ease of use it’s the best I’ve seen. There are others with more features, but this is hands down the best PDF write-over program I’ve used. I use another program Cam Scanner to take pictures of the forms I use, save them in Google Drive, and open the forms in Sign Now. I fill in whatever needs to be filled in and save to Sign Now. I have my business email as de facto email and I send out documents from Sign Now. Easy as that.

SignNow impressions. Interesting app but I have to say that it’s slightly counterintuitive. I had to deselect “focus on next field” from the settings because it just won’t allow a user to move about the page. Does not work well on mobile devices (or, at least, my iPhone 10). When zoomed in, such as when filling in a field, cuts off page close to the left and right of the field, requiring one to figure out how to zoom back out in order to view even all of the text that describes the present field. The field for putting in an email as preferred method of contact has a really limited character maximum so that there was no choice but to use “text” or “phone” as the preferred method, at least for me. Ummmm…couldn’t figure out what required fields were remaining until I accidentally swiped left twice and learned there were in fact 3 pages. I didn’t notice it mentioning anything, anywhere, about total number of pages, just number of fields left. Someone needs to step up their game because signing that form for my upcoming appointment was nothing short of frustrating and I can’t say I appreciated being made to do it at all :|

Sign up flow broken after I spent time signing a doc. I’m using the app for the first time after someone sent me a doc to sign. After I went through the whole doc, And tapped the check mark, I was taken to the sign up screen. The email field was readonly, and I was able to fill in a password using 1Password. However, the Sign Up button refused to be enabled. I tried manually typing in a password instead, still no go. After going back to see if I could save my progress, but when I tapped X button, I got a message saying I’ll lose all my work. This app can’t even get such a basic crucial flow right.

This is good enough for reviews, so I’m gonna give it one. I like the way to pay monthly because even though it would still be beneficial for me to package a yearly packets of this don’t feel like doing so sometimes. So even though I have renewed every month month month for over a year now, I haven’t even checked in to see if they’ve had a monthly package. Don’t care because it does pay for itself love it

Helpful Everyday!. This is the first review I have ever written... For anything I think. I am a Real Estate Agent and have been using significant for about a year ( a friend told me about it) it was a bit frustrating at times, but still quite useful. I stumbled onto SIGN NOW while writing a contract with a client and the situation was urgent. Significant wasn't working so I went app searching. Wow! Seriously! One set of initials and being able to plug it into 17 pages of a contract; same goes for the signature I needed in 5 different spots. Anyway, just got an update that allows you to push "insert today's date" automatically... Another 17 places on my contract!! I have NOT had a single glitch, just surprise updates that make the app better! Thank u, thank u for making this app!

SignNow. It’s the easiest virtual signing. The only thing that makes it difficult for elderly people who have become tech savvy they are unable to start because it makes them have to pick the fonts of their signature. Some it’s been every text field they are suppose to sign and others it’s just in the very beginning. But other than. That it’s perfect.

SignNow Has the absolute worst support!. I have made several attempts to have SignNow Support fix a serious issue with this app. SignNow for iPhone no longer maintains the alignment of text where you place it, after it is saved. Everytime you save a document you’ve added text, it moves inches away, making the saved text illegible and document complete trash. I have made several attempts to fix this with Imee in support, even giving SignNow Support full access permission to my account two times, with no changes and nothing getting fixed. Instead they email me saying they will be closing my ticket. I will be finding another pdf signature app after over 8 years of using this app with no issues. Horrible support will be the death of this app!

Assistan to the Provost. It was great until it wasn’t! After a year of using this software at the most critical time it decides to limit my part update use to 100 per day. In the past I have email more than 100 per day. No one responded to my urgent request and I had to use PDF filler support help to reach out to SignNow in order to get a response back. Disappointed in the support desk.

Probably my best App. As a business owner I need to sign a lot of documents. In addition we purchased a lot of real estate. This app illuminates the need to print the document, sign it, and then Scan or fax it. Saves me a lot of time in allows me to sign documents when I don’t have a printer option. Which seems to be most the time. I will also say the app works flawlessly. I’ve never had any issues.

Smooth. I have a small commercial maintenance company. I receive emails all day for service, prior to sign now I would have to go back to the office and print the work orders. This was not efficient as I quite often would be close to a job when the E-mail was received but couldn't do it with out the work order. This has saved me a lot of driving, plus when I have completed to task I send a copy to my office and the cliant. This way if the is a question or addition info need I don't have to return. 👍🏻

Scammers. Be careful with this app! I tried it out for a day under the free trial, signed a few documents, and found that I didn’t enjoy the user experience. I went to cancel the free trial on my account and found that there was no clear way to do so. So, I fully terminated my account to cancel the free trial. Well, 7 days later my credit card was charged $100 (a year subscription—not even a monthly subscription!) for the service. I did not even enter my credit card information at any point. The app just charged it through my apple account. If you recall, I said that I deleted my account. When I tried to access my account (since it was now registered for a premium subscription) I found that the account was still terminated. This means I’m charged $100 on an account that no longer exists for a service that I cannot access. Pick a different app and avoid the scam.

Be patient and check everything out. Been using for a month now. Total life saver and great for businesses that travel like trucking. I can sign broker packets, rate confirmations, submit invoices and upload BOLs all in one app! You can scan in multiple pages, just need to look around for the option. Lowers left hand corner. And you can merge all documents together for one simple .pdf to email. Got rid of all my other scan apps and only use this one. AND you can save and upload anything you create to your cloud. It’s amazing!!!

Close!. Nice clean interface, awesome price for business plan.....only issue I had? When I send a doc to sign, the other signer HAS to download the app too. Couldn’t find another way around it. That’s a deal breaker. After customers mentioned the issue, I tried it myself with my wife, and couldn’t find a way to sign without the app. I should have the app, obviously. But my customers shouldn’t be forced to install software for 1 signature. Plenty of other platforms out there that don’t require the guest to download it. Please fix, or let me know what I’m doing wrong. Could easily be a 5 star app.

Almost 5 stars. I’ve had this app for a while now and it’s great. I would rate it 5 stars if there were just 2 more features. The first being a ‘white-out’ feature to erase errors and words or sentences on forms and documents. The second being more pre-set information boxes like the signature/initials box for input of information that’s regularly used like Printed Name or Telephone Number. It would definitely rate 5 stars from me at that point!! But for now I rate it 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Awesome app. I’m not one to ever, ever leave a rating on an app. However, I felt compelled to for this app because of how much easier it has my telecommuting capabilities on my iPad. No longer do I have to pull up my laptop or wait until I’m at my desktop to digitally sign a document with my hand written signature. This program allows me to do that whether I’m in my recliner or in walmart parking lot. Its that fast and simple. The only thing I wish weren’t an issue is the limited amounts of signatures on the free version. That is really the only limiting factor for me. Everything else is great.

Functional, More Features Need to be Tweaked/Refined or Added. It is functional enough, but needs ability to either rotate the document or the fields by 360° in 1° increments. It needs to make it easier to set text sizes by numeric size and not just a slider. It needs to have X & Y rulers to make it easier to center in a box. It better to define a text box and type in it rather than a popup text box. It needs ability to auto-arrange text either as left or right or centered in the text box, with or without indents. And many more refinements.

Stay away— Unusable App Interface. I used signnow for 5 months and it was the worst iOS based app I ever used. It is almost entirely unusable for two reasons. First, the application does not allow you to fill in the signer. So you’ll literally unable to send the email. Secondly, when it does allow you to eventually fill in the signers email, it will give you an error when sending. I reported the issue to them many times and they fixed it a handful of times but the issue is constant. This last time I emailed customer support and told them the service is unusable because I’m having the same problem. So you’re billing me for a service you’re not providing. They didn’t care about the repairing the issue, they just issued me a refund and signed off. This isn’t that much cheaper than DocuSign and when I was able to get it working my clients were always confused with the interface. Overall this appears to be a poorly managed poorly throughout program with management that really doesn’t care about its customers.

I love it!. As a chef I’m literally never having time to sit down and sign papers or let alone rewrite contracts to adjust for signatures for clients. This is really a one stop shop! I love how it allows you to see whether the client has opened , read and signed the documents sent. It’s secure, quick fast and easy as well to set up. If I could give 10 stars I would. Haven’t had any bug issues to my knowledge .

Easy to Use, Highly Recommend. A must have for anyone who needs documents signed - why mess around with printing, scanning or faxing when you can create, sign and archive all your contracts and documents all in one place. Easy to use. Comparable features to some of the bigger names. Incredible value for the $60/yr you pay compared to other carrier plans. Would rate this 6 stars if I could.

Would buy... BUT. Edit: I did buy, when it was cheaper, and have been enjoying it for a few years. Changed rating to 5 stars Program is good, but the pricing tiers are extreme. I would pay for this but NEVER their asking price as I don't use it enough to justify..... and even if I did it is not worth it. So, this company is like so many others that eventually fold or fizzle. I could guarantee that there are a plethora of individuals who would pay for this app if it were cheaper or had a lower price tier. If these people introduced a lower tier with support for 'x' amount of signatures, they would be ADDING income they otherwise WOULD NOT receive. If they lowered their overall pricing structure,they would still generate more income in the grand scheme of things.

Meh. I used to use this app quite a bit. Downloaded again to fill in a form. It’s not as intuitive as it used to be. Somehow the form I sent to the recipient was blank. (That I filled in.) It’s very possible I was the one that made the error and that’s the point. I’ve filled out probably a good 100 or so docs on this app in the past and now the updates just feel like clutter. Not sure where I went wrong, but I don’t know how the updates can be so wide and far that someone that has used this app successfully over the years is having issues. Even simply trying to email that doc was an issue. In addition, each time I opened the same doc it counted as using “one free trial” out of the three. Even when I hit the icon for a check, just a square popped up on the doc. What does that even mean? Will it become a check after I’m done editing? Do I have to hit that said square to get the check mark? How could such a simple thing now be so questionable? Just odd. I used to use this and Docusign. Preferred this app, even bought a subscription when needed, but now I’m going to delete and feel completely turned off by this app/updates.

I barely need an office anymore. I overheard a gentleman talk about this app at the Apple store when I was in there buying something. He was sitting at the Genius Bar talking about this app and I wrote it down while he was talking. When I got home I downloaded the app and I use it every single day. This app has saved me so much trouble because I'm often on the road and have to get documents back to people when I'm in the craziest places. What's wonderful is how fast it is. My clients are very impressed at the speed of which I can get a signed document back to them. Bravo, Cuda Sign, thanks for making me look so good!

No longer workable. Sign Now, which I’ve used for years to sign occasional documents for my sister, used to have a few glitches I’ve learned to deal with. They’ve made some “improvements” but now it’s completely unworkable for me. Text boxes, which are instrumental for filling out fields and adding notes, cannot be aligned/font size adjusted to the space you’re filling out. When you create a text box, the app seems to create one giant text box from edge-to-edge of the document with a standard font. “Adjust Size” simultaneously adjusts the font size and borders of the box. Yesterday, the only way I could fit a text box to the space I was working in wound up with a box that was much shorter than the margins of the document and teeny-tiny print. The final saved draft that is rendered does not appear the same as the edited draft you thought you created (which was true in the past but now seems much worse). The document I saved and e-mailed did not show the text box with teeny-tiny print as I thought but instead showed one single line of text with the rest cut-off, wish I had checked the final document first after saving it before I e-mailed it. Additionally, we used to be allowed more “free” documents than we are now and the cost is prohibitive for occasional guardianship work. I will not be subscribing to this app.

Easy to use and FREE for 10 documents per month. I investigated several signature apps and for my needs (and cheapness) this one is the best. You get 10 documents per month signed for free, after that you need to pay for a subscription. I have not had to due this yet, but there are several levels to choose from if I do. Very easy to save signature(s) for both my wife and I. It is exactly what I was looking for.

Be fearless think differently & don’t ever leave anything to chance .. Don’t pass judgement on anything take the time to comprehend , do your do diligence first and foremost always , after that have faith in you in yourself , Listen to your Soul your heart in your choice on your decision ,you might just be pleasantly surprised put in another way it just might change your life for ever and ever till the end of time in ways you never thought possible and don’t always think the worst don’t let your fears and biases get the of you, best regards and happiness to all , it’s always human to err in caution just don’t shortchange yourself because of fear we only have to fear fear itself those fears might never materialize , put your trust in yourself believe in you I sincerely and honestly believe in you , you are equipped to handle anything .

Awesome App. While out and about, anywhere, I can fill out and sign forms and other important documents. Save them in my files for my records and they also get saved in the app! My signature is saved and I can adjust the size of signatures and/or initials, add dates and time of signing. Great app if you are constantly communicating through emails and having to sign documents on the go!

Perfect!. On the go and forgot your health history at home? Need to send back a bank form asap except you are out on the town? Your employee needs your signature? Your kids teacher needs you to sign the permission slip? NO PROBLEM!!! I've done it all! Literally forgot a health history form, pulled one from their website and filled it out. Signed bank documents, distributor applications, permission slips and more.. this app is PERFECT

Great for Digitizing business. I’ve been wanting to digitize my Forms for a while and I thankfully stumbled upon SignNow. I am thankful that they have an app and an online format and it’s relatively easy to use for both me and my clients. I also love that I can use this for not only signing but for filling out intake forms as well which was a huge selling point for me! Their prices are also reasonable for the amount you can do with it! I am still getting through the learning curve, but so far so good! Thanks for allowing me to “go green” in my business!

BLOATWARE ruining this once great app. Technically proficient user of SignNow since 2011, was an amazing breakthrough to be able to sign documents anywhere with a nimble, simple, quick app. You exported your PDF to the app, added your signature, and it re-rendered and saved the PDF, awesome. These guys have the mentality of Microsoft in 1998 and have bloated this thing up so much with so many ridiculous features (seriously, I am going to add my freakin’ picture to each signed PDF now!? And I have to be stopped and asked that every single time?) that it’s a huge hassle to use. I’m sure using a T1 connection and if you’re willing to spend an hour reading their user guide it can be made to work ok, but I’m sometimes in remote locations and it’s now a nightmare of the app spinning “loading” for 10+ minutes — WHY does this now need to be constantly uploading/downloading from their server? Just adding cr*p and making your app huge does NOT make it better. How about a “basic” mode that works simply and logically, LOCAL to my device that just allows me to sign a PDF and email it without all the nonsense?

Beware Update Deleted Documents. I like this app, but I am giving it 2 stars to split the difference because when I ran a normal software update it erased ALL of my saved documents. Everything is gone. Make sure you back things up through another application, everything associated with my account saved in this app is gone. I would give it 4 stars for functionality on a free app, but no stars for permanently deleting all of my documents on a basic update. Update: The adjust size function was ruined in the update. It used to be really easy to adjust the size of the signature for the document, now it’s impossibly difficult. If you can adjust smaller, I haven’t figured out how. I tried to sign a document for 50 minutes and I’m officially giving up on the app. I wish I never updated it. It used to be a good app.

Was great until they changed the resizing. I love this app and have used it for years. I am a paying customer and use this to sign all kinds of documents when I am on the go. It saves me a lot of time when traveling to avoid printing, signing and scanning. However, they recently changed the resize feature from a bar to a button and it is almost impossible to use on a small phone. Now I waste minutes trying to do something that took one second before. What were you thinking? This feature design is horrible - who did you test it with? Tablet users only? People with tiny fingers and 20/10 eyesight? Honestly may have to consider finding another tool now.

Very disappointed in its changes. We have been paying to use the Business version of this app for a couple of years now. Developers have decided to make several changes, which I’m sure were good for some subscribers. I get it. I don’t mind change and growth. However, when those changes start creating glitches and what not, now I’m not happy about it. What makes it worse is that tech replies to your support help emails are not thought out. Feels like they just give you an answer they pulled out of a jar without even attempting to figure out what the root problem could be. We use this app for our customers that we do business with. It’s vital that we keep all devices and apps updated so that we can create transactions/documents smoothly. We have looked VERY unprofessional lately because of having to fiddle with the app to make it work as it had in the past. We are more than likely going to pay the money to switch everything over to Adobe Acrobat. It will be worth it if it saves us from looking unprofessional. After all, they were the ones to create the PDF.

Really handy tool and simple to use. I've been using this app for years. This app is really convenient. Instead of having to print out a form, add a check mark or some simple text and a signature, then scan it back in and email it to someone, you can just do that all on the road, from your phone, with only a few taps on this app. No desktop computer, printer, paper, pen, or scanner are required. This app is simple to understand and use. I wish I could get it as an app for my desktop Mac too. It makes my life easier. I like that when you tap on the document you can choose to add the current date (very handy for signing documents), a check mark, signature, or any other text you want. I wish though that it could save different signatures, not just one, for different versions of my name or for when my husband has to sign as well.

Convenient and Efficient. I am extremely pleased with the convenience of being able to transfer any document to the SignNow app and complete them without hassle. Not only does the app allow you to sign, date, and check boxes, it also allows you to share your completed documents to your intended party/audience. Very efficient and sincerely appreciated.

Great alternative to Adobe Sign and DocuSign. I use SignNow for everything from Signing & Sending contracts to be completed/signed AND filling out standard forms that I want to turn into electronic documents for ease of completing and sending back/forwarding to others. I highly recommend SignNow and the app works well too. The SignNow Team is responsive though I’ve only needed to ask a “how to” question.

TOTAL GARBAGE. This app is useless and frustrating. All of the good reviews they claim to have are all from the developer and their family and friends, no doubt. I have one document I need to fill out as an intake form to have my daughter seen by a specialist, and they have sent it three times and it has literally vanished before my eyes! Once during the first couple of minutes that I had started filling it out, and another time it was in my mailbox, unread, and I went an hour later to open it and fill it out and IT HAD VANISHED into thin air.I do not share my email account with anyone and I receive and send emails on a regular basis. Good app but .... My main issue is emailing a completed document from Sign Now. I can’t attach a document in Sign Now from an email program like say Gmail. When I email from within Sign Now, I can specify which email I send from and to, but, this function seems to be from an independent server (possibly Sign Now server) and it is DEADLY SLOW! Some sent documents by email from within Sign Now take HOURS to be delivered to the Recipient - NOT GOOD ENOUGH for an App that cost AUD$120/year.

Subscription Model = can’t keep= bad review. I occasionally enjoyed this app when it was free .. like 99% of the population I only need to sign a document electronically occasionally (2-3 times a year) so paying a monthly or yearly subscription at any amount is ludicrous .. if you charged a one time fee for personal use I would buy the app but like ALL APPS AND SOFTWARE , the second I see the word subscription , you have lost me as everyone is oversubscribed already so most people won’t even look at anything new if it’s subscription based.. it’s a shame all developers now want cash cows to parasite of instead of actual customers who purchase a quality product for what it is..

Used to be free to Email forms. It used to be free to email and you had so many to use free. For the amount of times I need it the subscription service is useless. Will be using Adobe fill n sign. It's a shame because I used to love this program.

A Great Simple to use product. I have use SignNow to sign a number of documents sent to me by my accountant. It has worked a treat every time and has allowed me to turn urgent documents around quickly. Simple and easy to use, what more could you ask for?

The app has bug. Whenever l write more than 1 line of text. It displays correctly while I’m writing, however it saves with all the lines of text on top of the other lines. Making it unreadable. The support centre told me they already known about this problem and were working on it. Which may take a while to resolve the problem. No value to me l can’t use the app the way l want and they still have my money. So if you’re interested in this App, wait and check out all it features before purchasing the

Poor. I’m really annoyed. I completed a stocktake document for work, which I renamed and went to save, but had to sign up for a free trial and now that document is lost, and I have to redo it. I’m not impressed at all. This was urgent and now I have to waste time redoing it. I will be canceling the trial and not paying for a subscription. I’ve tried to use this before and it was not user friendly at all

Says password is wrong. I downloaded this app and created a password. My phone saves passwords automatically. I then tried to log in to app and the app said incorrect password although it is the correct saved password. Waste of time.

Very bad program to use. Every time I use sign it now, and try to save a document. It tells me failed 400 every single time and I pay for the service every month. Absolutely unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend sign now to anybody at all.

The worst signing experience ever. Buggy as heck. Threw me around the PDF disorientingly. Upload a signature -> no progress indicator. Page counter not updating after hitting “next” / “previous”. Just tried it today and it works!. So far so good someone asked me to sign a document for them and I realized I didn't have anything for my iPhone downloaded this app uploaded the file signed, shared it with my friend everyone happy!

Excellent platform for remote signing. I am a Notary Public and have used SignNow for hundreds of remote signings with my clients. I must say that I am impressed at how easy the platform is for both me as an experienced, tech savvy user and also for clients who have never signed a document remotely and who more often than not, are not very tech savvy.

Email difficulties. My emailed document doesn’t go through to the recipient it’s supposed to go to and there’s no confirmation from SignNow when an email has been sent.

Erases your filled PDF content, challenging to fill. Don’t waste your time with this app. If you have PDFs already filled but need a signature, it erases everything. It is far more difficult to complete the text parts of forms than any other pdf filling app I have used.

SignNow works great, and it’s super convenient, but I have a major problem with it: it doesn’t seem to be able to remember the email I’ve entered on countless times, so I can’t mail things directly from the app. I have to forward the document through another app, and it’s not as convenient. I’ve written to customer service on several occasions to ask for help with this and they have never gotten back to me. For the price I’m paying for a yearly subscription I would expect better service.

Best signing app. Can you guys do something for students I don’t need a lot of things signed being a student but I have needed enough documents to last the 22 free documents over a span of 5 or more years. Can you guys come up with a student plan please that would be great because I love this app but I do not need a business account

Useless waste of time. Doesn’t even sync.. Upload documents on the computer, you might expect the app to show them later when you refresh. It doesn’t. As an added insult, when I tried to submit the critique in the app, the “submit” button doesn’t actually function if you give any fewer than 5 stars, whereupon it automatically uploads that rating to the App Store. I had to come here separately on principle alone. This app is literally useless, unless you are satisfied with old and out-of-date documents appearing without anything you’ve uploaded in the last 3 months. Total joke.

It’s ok. Is there a way you can put the search bar in the Navigation menu, instead at the top where you refresh? For bigger companies that have a lot of documents in there, it gets difficult to use the search bar where it currently is at.

Scam for $100 under free trial. This app was required to download to fill out a paperwork for school. It still did not allow in the area that needed a signature so used pdf app instead. This software is designed where it’s extremely hard to unsubscribe after signing on free trial. Thought it was unsubscribed and canceled the account, but was charged $100 on my Apple account 7 days later. Tried reaching out to anyone from support team via app but no response. Tried emails but no response for the past week.

Terrible customer service. I recently switched employment and no longer had access to the email I initially opened the account with. I put in a request per the directions on the site (since you cannot speak to a live person ever) to change my email address so I could continue using the account. My account was locked and inactive, documents gone, was charged again, and didn’t receive any reply for 7 days on what was going on. Needless to say, will never use this software again.

Over all great app. Over all a great app , only thing I have issues with is every month right before my app renews I have to email support because it says I need to purchase a subscription, when I already have one. So it locks me out of sending clients contracts until they fix it on their end . Other then that I love this app it’s worked great and affordable !

Great for work. Extremely easy interface, makes getting documents for work signed off so much easier! Especially if you are an iPhone user since the apple options for files/notes etc., are all very difficult to add text into and get signatures where they should be.

The app is better than website. The app stores signature and initial for every time. That’s a huge improvement over web portal which only stores signature. It can be a little slow to load because it loads every document in your bucket rather than just the document you are signing. Use the archive feature regularly to avoid this problem.

Great app but a couple issues. Overall very useful app but it keeps freezing when I try to adjust the size of a text ( not all the time , maybe every 5th time or so) . It would be nice to be able to replicate texts already input into the document and I have also lost my signature a couple times, a bit annoying having to redo it as it’s pretty difficult on a phone to get it right !

Sign now is confusing. Sign now is confusing when trying to use all the tools. It double charged me after I selected the wrong description when trying to upgrade. Now I have to dispute the charges. Very annoying and inconvenient. The descriptions for each plan are not listed only the title of plan and pricing. It’s only when you try to use certain tools in the app where you get a pop up to “upgrade” to access more when you thought you already paid for it.

Simple and efficient. This has been extremely helpful! I like that signature and initials boxes are easily accessible with a zoom-in, as I use my cellphone rather than a desktop or laptop computer. I also love that my signature and initials are stored, so I can simply tap the highlighted field, rather than sign/initial every document.

Long time user. I could easily delete this app now that Gmail offers signature features but I find this app easier to use. I can edit quickly. It places your text where you want it. The Gmail features are more complicated, more like a graphic editing tool. Sign Now is quicker for business and documents.

Old documents. I needed legal papers from a state 1300 miles away from 14 years ago. A lady in the records department found them and sent them to me on Sign Now and everything was all set! Very easy to do and done immediately! Saved me from taking a 6 month course all over again!! Awesome!

DocuSign does a way better job!. Beyond disappointed that I was expected to download this new app to sign some important paperwork. It would skip past blanks I need to fill in and jump to other pages. For example I had a document that was several pages long. I clicked on the next button and it went from page 2 to page 4. Needless to say page 3 was overlooked. Didn’t give me enough spaces to fill in a date that was required. Once that paperwork was signed it wouldn’t allow me to reopen and fill in the spaces that needed to be filled in. Super Inconvenient.

Awesome app!. I sign contracts all the time. I used to have to print them out, sign them, take a photo or scan and fax or format then email. This app is awesome because I can sign and email documents instantly from anywhere! I could be sitting on a large boulder in the middle of the desert and sign and return a contract right from my phone. Love it!!!

This is so great. This app really makes my life easier as a small business owner on the go. When I need to sign a contract, I simply open it in the app and sign/date etc. before emailing it (also through the app). I always have documents ready to go such as 1099 so I can send them out when I need them. I’m so happy I no longer need to print or scan my documents to sign them.

Great support. Even though this is fairly intuitive I needed help in a crunch on correcting an email address. The online chat feature hooked me up with someone in less than a minute and he had me directed with how to do it in less than another! Definitely worth the price of admission !

New updates terrible app keeps crashing. I have had this app for years. They update it to make it better, but make it worse. Just leave well enough alone. Now this new update as of today keeps crashing every time I open it. I’m not sure why you’re trying to get fancy it has been just fine. You make it worse and worse with every update. This most recent update as of today, the app doesn’t even open.

Works great. Works great, it gives me the ability to create invoices on the go by saving a template in my pictures and converting to a pdf. When needed. It also can Convert anything to a pdf. If you save it to SignNow which is super helpful. You also can archive when you are done with and keep current projects open until you’re done and archive them... lots of super cool features

I love this app!. It’s wonderful for doing business from your mobile device or tablet. It allows you to sign documents, complete documents, save and email them if you do not have a printer its a life saver. I renew my app annually and have been using this app for over 5 years and haven’t had any issues.

Works perfectly. I have to sign documents every month and it’s so convenient to use this application. It’s stores my signature so with a couple tabs I can sign many forms with my name. I can also sign multiple times on the same document and have multiple inserts in other places like initials.

Sign Now. On the iPad and iPhone they still have the scroll feature which you just slide along right to left and have an abundance of size of text to play with. Still need the template to work right. I haven’t been able to make it work. Also merge documents could be easier. But I love it !

Organized and syncs across website and app. Like the folders for organizing files. Syncing of documents could use to be faster and more real time between website use and mobile app. But overall very nice. Easy enough to set up fillable fields and signature fields, etc. Also, easy to distribute forms to multiple signers. Easy to send a completed copy or download it.

Sign and send anywhere anytime. This is a great app for signing documents on your iphone and then emailing. I've used it for real estate and financial transactions on the go. I don't need to be near my computer to print, scan and email. I also can save documents that I may want to refer to on my iPhone. So easy and user-friendly.

A winner of an app. I have used SignNow for a few years now, before and after the name was changed to CudaSign. It’s been very useful in sending anything that needs to be signed over email (hello paperless office), filling out forms, and even making minor changes to PDFs. I’ve paid to have others be able to sign documents that I’ve need signatures on, too.

Good app. I love this app. Just save me from having to leave the hospital and find somewhere to print. I was able to download the app which is very simple all I had to do was and put my signature and then put in my signature printed and everything just went so smooth I will recommend this to everyone.

The best ever !. I love not having to jump through hoops and hope that my dinosaur and almost obsolete fax machine works! This product is perfect for the guy that does not want to deal with ink for printers , know how to use a fax machine or have to run to a mail box etc ... Great app!. Easy to use and convenient to use. I believe you’d receive an email of what’s was sent including. the text information sent to the person so you have records of the email sent to them. Now, you receive an email, letting you know await in acceptance but not the emails correspondence

SignNow. Disappointed, had to create a second account because the original account wasn’t functioning and allowing me to sign. I had to pay an additional amount and no customer service to speak to. Email back and forth but still out of my money👎🏻

Awesome app. Sign now is the best. I had to sign an important document for my job and they sent it as a PDF. Having no access to a fax or printer I googled to find an app that would allow me to sign a PDF document from my iPad and sign now came up. I love it! And highly recommend this application to anyone that is required to sign and electronically send their documents Thanks SignNow!

Works good but one issue. I use to use this all the time with no issues but now the “adjust size” method is real fiddly, I find it easy enough to make something larger but not to make it smaller again if you ever over-shoot a little. I used to have no issue with the “slider” method but this was a struggle to get sizes right. Even after I finished document, it wasn’t perfect with regard to text sizing.

The best App ever. I cant begin to tell how important this app is if you are in business. You see I usually never write a review, but I felt if you are in business and in need to save and write on a pdf file. I can tell you this is it. You can’t go wrong, I promise you. Use it I think for about 3 to 5 years are more. I can’t do without it.

Very easy to use!. The whole process for signing about 20 pages of documents took less than five minutes. That includes skimming through the contracts. If the contract was pre-reviewed, the entire signing process would have only taking less than a minute.

Was super frustrating to try to use on my phone.. Maybe this app works better on an iPad, but on my iPhone it was very glitchy. It zoomed in way too far when clicking on a field to edit and wouldn’t zoom out most of the time. When trying to slide the page around to look at a different field, since it wouldn’t zoom out, it would result in flipping to the next page instead. I couldn’t just use the “next” button because it would bypass several fillable fields. By the time I was done filling out my document I was incredibly frustrated.

Saved me. I had an unexpected signature come due Friday after business hours and did not have access to a printer (ink out) - this ap does what it claims it will do: save document allow you to sign (and add current date, initials, and texts and check mark if needed) then save and email to desired recipient. SO EASY!! I'm going to sell my printer!!!! This is the new scanner.

Disappointed!. I paid the $95 annual fee so that I can have the business account and download unlimited documents. It worked for one week and then the app logged me out! When I tried logging back in, it went back to the free trial version which was very disappointing because I paid for the unlimited version. Just lost $95 ......

Very Useful BUT. I write a glowing review of sign now when it was Cuda. I use it all the time as a small contractor who is mobile most of the day running a small business from multiple locations. Lately, several of my documents appear in my folder but need me to refresh the app in order to download them. Every time I do that on my iPhone the app crashes. When I open it back up the documents still are not downloaded. Very frustrating, especially for an app with such a significant annual fee.

Best App for my Insurance Agency!. Easy to use on the computer or my iPhone, self explanatory, user friendly, and not one customer has had to ask me how to do it or anything related to the signing of documents (and I use this almost daily!). Tried multiple apps, and this one supersedes them all in SO many ways!

Unfriendly to use on the phone and the password is a mess. This is supposed to be created to help us, instead it doesn’t recognize the password ever, there is no way to reset it in an easier way, and it’s not friendly to use on the phone, because you cannot really see what you are filling out I have no other choice but to use this app, but I’m having a very hard time, I hope this helps for you to improve your application in a way that is supposed to be helpful for people, thank you.

Love This App!. This app has made my life so much easier! I use it primarily to fill required fields on pdf documents I once had to fill by hand. First experience with this. My lifecoach, Daniela C. invited me to sign a client permission form using this platform. I must say, it is very simple to follow the clear instructions! If using a small cellphone screen (average iphone) be prepared with glasses to make it go faster. Also turn your cell on picture side for a wider screen to creat finger signature. The absolute worst ever. It is completely unusable. I do not see the need for this torturous experience when all that needs to be done is for these forms to be emailed so we can download them, fill them out and either email them or fax them back. This app does not deserve even one star. Who thought this was a good idea?? And who’s making money off of this one?? Talk about complicating things. Has anyone tried to fill this out on an iPhone?? I suggest you try it. Btw my nickname was “Exasperated “ and it was taken!! Why am I not surprised??? Btw: so was “At my wit’s end”.

Great app and price, could use additional features. It works great as advertised. It would be much easier to use with many customers a day if auto-naming,and auto-saving to Dropbox or elsewhere, was possible. As it is now, a lot of typing and tapping is needed to do this. Saving as file types other than pdf would be a nice feature as well!

Please fix text placement. The placement of text when a document is saved is so horrible. I spent 20 minutes filling out an entire document only to have to start all over because the text was saved extremely high that it covered other texts of the document. Now when filling out a form I have to drag the text way below a line for it to place correctly. Even then, it’s still high & to the left. PLEASE FIX

Very useful!. I work remotely and have a lot of paperwork that needs to be signed, and in what would have taken ATLEAST 5 minutes to print documents sign them, and then copy them and send them, took me maybe 2 minutes to save document, hit the “sign” button which then adds my pre-saved signature and then BAM! Hit send & done!

Overall good. I’ve used this for years and it’s overall good. There are some challenges in using free text. It would also be nice to be able to erase graphically some items in documents. It would also be nice to be able to flatten a pdf to work on it or to automatically identify fields for form completion and reassign them to different singers. Still, it’s a great value for signing capability.

Really liking it after 12mo, came from DocuSign. Update: using app a good bit now too and works well. I use it mainly from a PC, so not overly familiar with the app, but the whole system works really well for me. Had been using DocuSign, which is good too, but found I like this better.
