Clunky and slow. Love the concept of this and have used their website quite a lot over the years. However, this app is terrible and it’s been terrible since it launched. It’s extremely slow, has a terrible user interface, and difficult to use for browsing and exchanging. I only keep it for redemption but slowly losing faith in this product all together. All of the money I spent for certificates, I may just give up since I can’t even log into the website without issues now!

App is very frustrating to use. The gift card service provided is very helpful, but using the service via the app is a huge pain. Can’t save log in details, and it logs you out after a very short period out of use. Also is slow to show a gift certificate you’ve ordered in the app. Recommend using the website to order the gift certificates, and just using the app to redeem them at the restaurant.

Restaurant certificates. Many of the certificates that I try to use either are no longer in business or they refuse to honor the certificate. When a restaurant is out of business I should be notified by email from you rather then I make a special trip to the restaurant to see that they are closed. Restaurants should be required to sign a contract with you rather then when I go there they refuse to accept the certificate

Total scam. Horrible app and site. Not user friendly at all. Then the site offers a “dining discount pass” which not a single browser will open because it has too many redirections which makes your device, equipment, and accounts vulnerable. Choice of restaurants is horrible. I’ve tried using the cards in DC, Miami, and San Francisco. Most of these horrible restaurants require you to purchase $50-$75 to even use the card and some even have “blackout” days. This company should be shut down and the owners prosecuted.

Accounts gone. My 4 family accounts are gone. I can’t log on through the app or website. The error message tells me I need to contact customer service. They have pretty limited hours and I’m not going to sit on hold for hours. T-Mobile has a $25 credit offer this week. So much for the credits. I live on Long Island and most of the restaurants are 75 miles away in Connecticut. Gas and tolls would make this a very expensive meal. There’s almost no restaurants within 25 miles. You need to repopulate your offerings and after 4 years maybe it’s time to update your app. I must get 2 or 3 emails a day which I’m going to unsubscribe from because this app is worthless to me.

Bought gift cards but can’t find a place to spend. I bought what seemed like a great deal, $24 for $200 gift cards. Sounds great, huh? I’ve tried to use these cards 4 times so far. No luck at all. First of all the restaurant options were pretty slim, all obscure places I have never heard of before with non-encouraging reviews. When I finally got courageous and pick a place, I couldn’t believe it. The only lady working there didn’t know what I was talking about when I mention the card, secondly, the place was filthy. Same thing happened the other 3 times. All gross places that you wouldn’t want to eat at even if it was for free. I’m stuck with these cards now. Very little hope it will ever work out.

Unusable. Despite the words “easy” and “ease” being used over and over again, this app is, as far as I can tell, unusable. When you seek instructions you are told to click buttons that aren’t there. If you want help, you have to make yourself available during work hours. There is an option to email a question, but nothing so far has lead me to believe I’ll find any competent help via email either. Deleting this worthless app might be the better option.

Great way to check out new restaurants. I had extra Delta Airline points so they let me use them for this website. It’s been fun checking out new places I had never heard of. My only complaint is I moved from Norfolk, Virginia to La Quinta, California but the email advertisements still recommend places in Norfolk & Virginia Beach. Hopefully they’ll update it one of these days. :)

Where is customer service not assessable for the blind and visually impaired. For the restaurants of my choice… I paid one price that would hold the value of a higher price… But in the small print basically it’s like a coupon when you’re purchasing for catering. I thought it was a self discount. By saying that I basically cherie McKnight 84 mean I thought it was a $25 restaurant card that I would be able to used as specified restaurants. I basically had $25 off of a $75 purchase. I don’t think I’m going to eat $75 worth of food by myself nor would I order a bunch of food to save $25. I also have a card in the email said it would expire. I try to find something to my liking but I’m also visually impaired and it’s not 100% assessable for the blind and visually impaired. I’ve been trying to find a customer service phone number which I cannot seem to find navigating with a screen reader on my phone. Hoping this review will have someone reach out to me. I am praying that happens because I don’t want to lose $50 worth of merchandise.

SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!. I’d give this ZERO STARS if I could. I tried for HOURS to redeem a $25 gift card I earned. $15 of it bought a solitary $15 deal it kept defaulting to leaving me with $10 credit. Then I tried to use the remaining $10 to purchase ANYTHING and no matter what I tried, the system KEPT DRIVING ME AROUND IN CIRCLES!! Then I got a stupid email stating they were giving me a 40% discount but when I tried to apply that $10 to the discount- AGAIN KEPT GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES!! **WHAT THEY WANTED IS FOR ME TO ADD A CREDIT CARD AND PAY FULL PRICE WHEN I ALREADY HAD A CREDIT OF $10!! Ridiculous! Buy/earn a $25 gift card- only let you use $15 of it then wants you to pay full price cash for a “discount” they give you WHILE THEY STILL OWE YOU MONEY!! THIEVES!!

Clunky and far from worth it.. Though not an outright scam since I’ve been able to use a few of the coupons, you will end up paying dearly in time and hassle for paltry savings. Often times the site and applications throws up obtuse unhelpful error, as when you are trying to change a coupon to a different restaurant. For the last 24 hours ive been unable to login or change my password, being told only (and repeatedly) to try later. Even if it happens to be working, the whole process is slow, clunky and unintuitive, and your server probably won’t be thrilled to see it either. Avoid this app. and company.

Still havent learned how to make an app. I wrote a review on this YEARS ago asking that when you login and clicked stay logged it. it DOES NOT keep asking for my pwd EVER i just tried it again.. still junk. it keeps asking for me to login when you switch to account. cmon guys learn how to build an app

Nice looking but can’t use. The app does not work as it should it is very difficult to redeem codes as well as finding restaurants in the area I am not sure at this time at time if it will work in my area at all. The app is not very easy to use when you go to redeem a coupon I guess you have to make sure there’s restaurants in the area before you can redeem it. I put in two coupons $25 each but only one shows up. It looks like a lot of work went into the app but it looks like it was also rush to production before fully testing

Have Having to Sign in Every Few Minutes. The entire benefit of an app, I thought, was to make my experience more convenient that the desktop site. When I go to a restaurant to use a certificate I have to sign in. Then, 10 minutes later when I wish to redeem I need to sign on again. In fact, no matter how frequently I use the app, sign in is required (no option to remember my email address or password) EVERY SINGLE TIME and every singe purchase. I give up.

Absolute worst and useless app. I was gifted several unused certificates and the app constantly asked me to log in as if it never recognized me returning. It never added the certificates to the account and only gave me options ton”redeem” which meant I would have to use right away. I’ve tried contacting them and it’s the absolute worst site and app to ever exist don’t waste your time or money. It’s unfortunate because smaller restaurants suffer as a result of this terrible app

Not user friendly. I’ve tried to figure this app numerous of times. Great concept but needs a lot of work. Signing in is tricky at first since it does populate my auto filler instantly. Unable to auto generate my certificates is a pain since I have bought multiple. When I finally used it my transaction at the merchant was quite interesting to say the least. They didn’t recognize the procedures to accept my certificate and had to actually manually apply my discount. I was under the impression the certificate would cover the cost at purchase in which I’ve seen now that it only applies towards discounts from what I have seen. Looking through the merchants profile through the app is awful. Menus are hard to read and products are hard to differentiate from when picking sizes. I hope they can get this fixed. I would really love to see this app win.

Not worth the time. I received these ‘free’ dining bucks for going to a time share pitch. Most restaurants were less popular. When I searched my hometown, I recognized 2 of 15 listed. I had to load the bucks to the app. Then I had to use the ‘bucks’ to purchase certificates for each individual restaurant I wanted to use them at. My first particular restaurant offered $5 certificates, but I could only use one certificate per visit (no matter how many in my party or how much my bill was) and had to have a minimum purchase of $10 to use it! The app doesn’t remember, I have to sign in each time. A pain to use and not really worth the savings.

Garbage. Does anyone that works at the company actually use this app??? Tried multiple times to use filters without success. Put within 10 miles and the first “x” number were all 10+ miles. Half the time the address is overlayed with the restaurant name so it’s difficult to read. Map option does not update so most restaurants aren’t included in the map view. Account access is spotty. If you exchange your certificates it won’t let you view your others until you actually use the exchange credit.

Account setup. What a horrible experience, seems like you have to call to do account setup because no verification links are sent. I am a new user and I can’t create an account, the app is so buggy, if I select to create using my email I receive error: “Your account has not been verified please call customer service “ and when selecting to create using Facebook account, error “ App Not Setup: This app is still in development mode, and you don't have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.”

Avoid this rip off!. I received a gift certificate to this site. They had very few places to offer but are (very slowly) adding more. We finally used the first card after deciding to make the trek to try a restaurant from the list. The deal we selected was $15 for $6, minimum spend of $30 at the restaurant. Sounds good, $6 of my GC used and we’ll spend $15 cash there. Nope, not how it works, they take $15 out of my GC. You’d be much better off just using cash, or check out something like groupon for actual deals!

Not user friendly. The app, as well as the website, are so difficult to navigate. You have to log in to multiple sections of the app, if you navigate away, you have to log in again. I have gift cards to use, but when I add a certificate to my cart, there is no way to use the gift card toward it. If I try to purchase a certificate from the gift card page, it just takes me in circles and doesn't actually let me purchase a certificate. I've had these gift cards sitting in this app for almost two years and am unable to use them.

Frustrating app. The app is a real pain, it makes me log in every time I touch a new button, freezes constantly and there’s no option to combine all the cards into one or use multiple on a purchase. The certificates when I can get in to the app to redeem them are great but the frustration keeps me from using it more. If it worked better I would purchase them rather then just using ones I’ve received as “incentives”.

Popovers, Simsbury,ct. I stopped by today out of happenstance. The staff continues to be ill mannered & off putting. They act like they are doing you some sort of favor, to serve you food ( that you are paying for!). The name of the restaurant IS Popovers, yet it is an ordeal to get these items served to you! How ridiculous & absurd! The staff continues to discourteous & downright rude! They cater to the in crowd, and if the don’t like you, they treat you like swill! They are extremely bigoted, against single diners, for example!I know this site only wants accolades & not truthful reviews. Every time I go here, I end up feeling uncomfortable & unwelcome! Charmed I am sure! The server actually had the audacity to tell me where sit! Just to have attitude on his part!; what is the problem?! Yes, I know the six foot rule, and can conduct myself accordingly!!! How rude!!! This site only wants “positive “ reviews!; how one sided can we get?!!?!

Not like it used to be. When I originally joined, there were so many restaurants to choose from. I enjoyed exploring many new restaurants and getting a great savings at the same time. Over the years, the number of restaurants have become so few and the denominations so minimal, not hardly a bargain any longer. Now I am left with so many certificates and nowhere to redeem these larger demonizations. Why aren’t they getting more restaurants?

This website is a scam!!!!. I downloaded this app based on the recommendation of a Youtuber who also uses apps such as Ibotta. This app is such a scam. On their front page, they offer a “voucher” - 10 for 25 certificate for some major chain restaurants including Panda Express or Burger-king. I bought it, and it turns out what I bough is not a certificate but a discount pass which grant me six months membership to their deals. Let alone the whole process of trying to figure out what to click is extremely confusing and frustrating. This app should be taken down, I don’t understand why there are so many good reviews, I am going to get my money back!!!!

Terrible app. I’m not sure how this app got such high reviews, it’s barely above useless. When doing a search it shows a handful of restaurants, and if you click ‘show more’ a thinking icon comes up and it never loads any more. Frustrating that I have to keep searching various different zip codes because the page never shows more than that same small handful. Also ‘restaurants near me’ shows a random smattering of places from all across the country, nowhere even close to me. The only thing good about this app is the ability to show your certificate without having to print it out. Every other ‘feature’ is pretty much useless.

Such a scam. Not only are the app and site incredibly difficult to use, but it’s all a scam. You essentially get a coupon for a restaurant that no one has heard of (with the exception of a few fast food places) and must purchase at least twice the value (at the restaurant). I don’t want to make a $50 purchase at Burger King. Also, I want to be able to combine my certificates, but as soon as you enter one, the other disappears. And I couldn’t even enter them on the app. Now to go find a reason to spend $50 at Burger King

Unusable. I have tried to use this app 3 times now at the ice cream shop I have the certificate for. It’s the same thing every time. I try to login but it says my password is wrong so I do a forgot password. The email comes through but when I try to change my password it just spins forever. At this point I pay for the ice cream. The next day on a desktop site, I am able to change my password and login. The next time I’m at the ice cream store, the app has logged me out and I get to perform this process all over again. I guess I need to print the coupons, which defeats the purpose of using the app. Disappointed.

Have to sign in EVERY TIME—why?!?. This would be a fantastic app if you didn’t have to sign in every single time you want to use it, even it’s less than a minute later. Why? So inconvenient. Please fix this. Give us an option to stay logged in.

Going broke. I’ve had negative results as well. It was a treat for my husband & I to be able to go out to eat. So after enjoying a meal that should’ve only cost …maybe $10-$15 actually cost us half of our weeks worth of groceries. This is just wrong. Am I supposed to look cheap in advance and ask them to check to see if it works??? Or just buy the cheapest on the menu so it won’t cost us so much when the certificates don’t work…Not Good for my Family

Made purchase no certificate. I have been trying to reach somebody for two days and no one has called me back in regards to my matter. I have the receipt and I ordered one of the certificates and when I look under my login under certificates it says I have nothing and I purchased nothing but yet I have the receipt and it took the money out my account . I have been asking for someone to please give me a call back or if not I would like my money back

Customer service is a joke. I contacted customer service because I noticed both of my $25 certificates are gone. They were there one day and then the next, gone. I emailed them and they replied with instructions on redeeming and exchanging certificates. There was no real person to help. That was on July 3. I replied again and asked for help and asked them to refer back to my original email since it had nothing to do with redeeming or exchanging. They replied with the same email. The email contained no phone number or any other emails to contact them for help. Instead, it recommends you download the app. So just a warning, if your certificates don’t work or they disappear even after you’ve bought them, good luck.

Slowest app ever. I received an email from this website saying I had certificates that I hadn’t used, I had forgotten about them. It seems that some of the restaurants were no longer participating so I had the option to exchange them. I did that and then when I went to use them they were no where to be found, mind you it took me a solid half hour to just get logged in, the website is so slow. I tried logging in on the app and had the same slow experience. Looks like I lost my certificates anyway! All crap!

Lags way too much!!. Purchased a certificate with my gift card to eat at a restaurant in my area and it doesn’t load on my account! I sat in front of the restaurant for 30 mins, reordering and reordering the certificate deal, 25$ off for a 50$ or more bill, still not working. Ended up driving to another restaurant and eating there, get home and my email has 10 confirmations letting me know my certificate orders went through and is ready to be redeemed. I rarely use it and it happens everytime. Fix the lag.

App Needs Serious Update. First, you should only have to log in once per use! You should not have to login every time to change from “my certificates” to “my account”! You should not have to keep logging in!!! There should also be an option to never have to login again, but the multiple login per session is ridiculous! Certificates: Once I am in and scrolling through my certificates, the full address should show. As it is now, you can only see the street address—not the town. I have certificates is several towns. I cannot tell where it is. Also, (in this view)you can only “exchange” or “use” — you cannot click the restaurant name or icon and get anymore information (location, menu, etc.) Certificates disappear (without notice). Sure they (probably) become credits, but there is no notification that they disappeared—there should be... and there should be a reason. There have been restaurants where I know I have purchased a certificate and it disappeared—no notice. Sort: you cannot sort your certificates. They just come in some random order, I think it might be the order they were purchased? You should be able to sort alphabetically, as well as location, and dollar amount.

UNABLE TO LOG IN AND REDEEM ANYTHING?!. For several weeks I have been trying to log into my account in order to redeem any of my codes. • Cannot log in • Cannot change password, even though I know I’m entering mine correctly. I entered my email address to be sent a link and 1. it did not recognize my email 2. when it does recognize it, a link to reset it is not sent??? • I have sent inquiries about the problem and twice have received generic emails on troubleshooting that does not address my problem?! It keeps sending that same email. • I once sat and waited about 15 minutes for my log in to open up to my account. I got disgusted and quit. • I wish I’d read the reviews here before doing business with them. I could’ve saved myself a lot of aggravation and expense. • In 2 days I am filing a complaint with the BBB if they don’t resolve this satisfactorily.

Usage. I have been trying and trying for just over 2 months to figure out how to use the rewards I purchased but nothing is what it seems!! I have followed every instruction given and yet using the app has not helped. I thought it was just me so I asked my 20 yr old to help me as she is gadget wise but she too eventually got frustrated with the process of trying to redeem whatever it is I paid to get! Do I find deals and order them? Do I find deals and use on the spot? Or Do I find deals and print out the coupon? What the heck is the process???

Awful app - not user friendly. Once logged on, you can exchange certificates. However app is very glitchy & usually you have to log off in order for the exchange to process. Whatever you do, DON’T hit the back button because this app will undo everything you worked so hard to do. I wish they would just give a refund for unused certificates but that’s not an option. Hate to waste money but trying to find restaurants that still participate with this company is a struggle. Also their “filter” option gives you 2 options and their “map” doesn’t work. Hate to use this to exchange certificates from 2012 but also don’t like wasting money.

Certificate. Ive used this a few times and ive had good experience but this last time i used it PT bq food was desisting the polish sausage was old dried out and i also got a cup not a bowl ot container i recived a small white hot cup (like coffee is served in) with a piece of aluminum foil )ripped) and put on anyway and the mac n cheese was cold dryed up zero moisture to it burnt on the edges that had been sitting for along time and to be served this good really brings disappointment to my heart its totally the bottom of the barrel and it used yo be my favorite their fruit was fresh and so good and i was imbarrased for them

App is slow and cumbersome - waste of time. First of all- don’t t like the restaurant deals, but that’s not about the app. I would not spend money or transfer your airline miles to this platform! Trust me. You have to buy to get a deal. The app is buggy and slow- the interface is frustrating when trying to find restaurants close you. Worst app I’ve downloaded but I’m stuck with it because I have certificates to use that are very hard to redeem.

Poor Customer Service. I have tried several times to correct a problem and have not gotten a response in over 2 months... twice the coupon wouldn’t come up to scan .... it came up checked as if it was used. I tried another one and the same thing happened. I had to pay full price for my food and lost both coupons. I have been to 2 other places that do not accept these coupons and again was forced to pay full price even though I had paid for the certificates. So that makes 4 times I could not benefit from things I paid for. I can do an exchange for the certificates I still have but I am leary .... what if they don’t work either. Do I lose more money??? I bought a lot of certificates and have purchased many gift cards also.

Never works on phone when need. Used at home to print coupon—worked fine. Yesterday we were out and decided on a restaurant near our location. Tried to get online most of the meal—good internet signal. Finally on after turning phone off and on twice. Called up certificate/deal. Wanted to force me to purchase with credit card. Did not show my account balance (about $95). Ended up paying for the meal. Got email from them trying to get me to buy it again for more savings. DUHHH. ELVIS HAS LEFT THE BUILDING!!!!

Who ever made this app should feel ashamed. It doesn’t find local deals correctly unless I just go back and search by zip. It logs me out every time I use it. I’ll be glad to use my final certificates and be done with it. The service is only good for two places in my area but my review is mainly on how crappy this app is. This thing feels like it was designed by people who make those malware pop ups, they have an annoying people up that takes 2/3rds of the screen for their own site. Edit: went to use my last coupon, restaurant doesn’t honor it. According to them they told the site and they won’t take them down.

Out of Business. Just order a certificate today for a relatively new pizza listing, had never heard of it, but nice menu and good reviews, so we were excited about going to dinner there tonight. Looked it up online, and started to get suspicious. A couple listings said “Closed.” Dug a little deeper and then called, line disconnected and it was permanently out of business. I understand it is tough times for restaurants, but to still have listings and take money for a business that doesn’t exist is disingenuous. Was looking forward to a new dinner experience, only to be taken.

Worst coupon app. So I originally got this app because I had a deal. I believe it was by one $25 gift card and get two. So that means $50 total. I went to go use it at a restaurant. The only reason we picked that restaurant was because they were on the app. The restaurant didn’t let us use it and didn’t understand it. So OK one down, let’s try another. We find another restaurant, most of these restaurants require huge minimum orders to use little bits of these gift cards. Or they just don’t take them at all which means we can never use the money that we put in. Avoid using this app, it’s horrible.

App problems. I signed in on the app and tried to check my certificates Once I clicked certificates I needed to sign in again. When I clicked accounts I needed to sign in again. Clearly something is wrong however I refreshed my browser then turned the iPad off and still had the same problems. Additionally I had purchased certificates 2 weeks ago but when I looked at my account the certificates weren’t there so I had to add them again. This app is the only app that I’m experiencing difficulties with.

Do not bother !!. Okay so from day 1 I was not impressed I was supposed to get my $25 certificates for $3 that did not happen and straighttalk was promoting that . 2 when I bought certificates I went to use them could not use them at the place they were bought for they said they didn’t except them. 3 YOU CANNOT get anyone to answer the phone to help you !!!! I would not use this app if it seems too good to be true probably is !

Not enough restaurants. I gave this app a 4+ because while they always have a lot to offer as far as activities, they just don’t have enough restaurants in my area. I know Delaware is a small state but we have many eateries that are missing from list. What about DDD(3d’s) which is a sub shop in Newcastle? Seasons Pizza, Pat’s Pizza, Gino’s Pizza, Jade’s Palace, OB’s Jamaican food, Spice n’ Nice Jamaican, Cheesecake Factory, Thai Kitchen, Osaka, Hibachi’s, Potstickers, Jasmine’s, Kenny’s Restaurant, Olive Garden, Texas Roadhouse, TGIFridays, The Brown Bag & the brown bag 2, Celebrations on Market, Red Lobster just to name a few more for your list. Otherwise, I really like the app just wish most of the offers for most restaurants weren’t in Philadelphia, the next state over from us.

Not many cities or restaurants to choose from. I had received this giftcard/coupon a while ago for a fundraiser and just now downloaded the app due to the negative reviews. Within minutes of using it I realized there was no hope of redeeming my $25 giftcard as the closest restaurants and dining areas to choose from were about 2-3 hours away, even while I live in a city with numerous restaurants-big and small. It would be very helpful if there were more choices for cities as well as available restaurants. If there were this app and or company may receive a higher rating.

Poor service, sketchy programs. Feeling like the whole program is now a hoax. Used it years ago and got legit deals at various good restaurants. Was easy to buy and easy to redeem. Now, they are for crappy restaurants and I have many hundreds of dollars in coupons that we purchased but cannot redeem them. I encounter obstacle after obstacle. I’m a smart guy but cannot figure out my way through all the road blocks. The 800 number for customer service is bogus. You select your options but it hangs up on you EVERY time. So frustrating. Can’t get my questions answered thru the online help app. So that leaves me with hundreds of dollars in coupons that can’t be used. Stay far away.

Absolutely the worst I've ever owned. !!

Mediocre. When trying to exchange for a restaurant certificate the app kept closing. It took a good 1/2 hour to finally get one exchange done. This should have been worked out before making the app available.

Handy app. Didn't crash for me. Great that I have all my gift cards on my phone ready to use. Surprised more people don't use it!

Painful to use! Buggy!. They can do a lot better! Search based on location doesn’t work. Not user friendly.

leaves you empty. This app is textbook creation of a bad app to hide a mediocre service. 1) forces you to log in repeatedly during same session 2) certificates magically disappear or expire. Fun for rabbits, not so much when on a dinner date. 3) restaurants don’t always adhere to policy on the app. Sent my mother $100 gift certificate for her birthday only to find two restaurants in her town that accept it. After a $42 meal, denied her using credit over $15! This was the last straw. Deleting app and eating crow.

The App is so hard to Log in to!. Every time I reset the password it won’t save in the app, and I have to reset it each time just open up. Yeah, I’ve been to restaurants and couldn’t use my coupons because I couldn’t open the app! I guess I’ll have to do with the old fashion way and print them out

Useless!. The app, as well as the service is just another scam! The minimum purchase required is ridiculous and the restriction are as well..... what ever happened to the days when a coupon was a coupon and a special was a special! This is just advertising and promotion for restaurants, not something I would ever spend my money on! I feel like you get much better deals on Groupon!

Worthwhile Savings!! Decent selections .. Great way to dine out for practical people whether you are or aren’t on a budget. Restaurant selections are varied and decent. Savings are awesome! So easy to use, just show on your cel phone, paperless. Just watch for “minimum purchase required “.

Logs out constantly. I’ve never been logged out of an app so much before. EVERY time I use the app, I have to sign back in, even if I just was on it an hour earlier. Sometimes even while I’m using it, I have to log back in. It’s so annoying. The app is not user friendly at all, either. The sorting and search options are terrible.

Don’t waste your money. I got certificates for free and it’s still not worth it. You conveniently can’t actually get the app or website to work when you’re at the restaurant, or every part except the certificates page will work. Absolute scam, don’t waste your money. EDIT: I’ve also only used two of the certificates, but it says I used 3. Absolute garbage.

Confusing. I guess I have money on here to redeem and I’m not really understanding how to use it they should update this app and make it easier and user friendly seems like this benefits the businesses more than anything but not the people redeeming the money gifted.

Your restaurants for Lawrence Kansas are one star.. My wife and I have gone to cosmos Indian restaurant several times and we’ve never found it open. It’s more of a little store that it is restaurant. The second restaurant have listed for town by the name of taste of Haiti is also a bad representation of our city.

First time. The first place I used it at it said I needed WiFi and would not pull up info! We had to pay full price for our meal! Made me hesitate to use it again! I really wanted to try restaurant in a different town but it didn’t work here. I’m not sure I want to travel and then have it not work again!

Kironde. I used it to visit a restaurant/bar and it was great but the one downside was you could only use one towards the bill so I was only to use 5.00 off and I purchased 4 5.00 coupons but I will visit three more times to use them up.

Restaurant won’t accept!. What can I do about a valid coupon for $25 off when you spend $40-$50 or more but the restaurant said it’s not a valid coupon. They said they would give me $10 off on $30 but not $25 off - which is clearly what my coupon indicates. Is that legal? Doesn’t seem right when that’s the coupon I paid for. Who do I complain and report this to?

Treat yourself. It makes too much sense not to take advantage of this obvious savings and luxurious dining experience. No more wasting time on menu decisions, just pick what looks good and spend the same as if you went with a burger and fries! Highly recommend!!!

NOT HAPPY. I won’t be using this app again. Used my points that took forever to get to begin with, and got restaurant vouchers. So far have used 1 and the restaurant food was horrible plus had to spend 30 dollars at the restaurant in order to get 15 off . Basically this is a coupon not a voucher for a meal. I tried using another one and the restaurant is closed for business. So needless to say this is not a great app.

No place I have visited accepts the services offered.. I have made several attempts to use this restaurant apps and as if today not one has ever heard of this. In my home town of Huntsville al, the restaurant listed is actually closed and has been for sometime. It appears to have never been open. I tried to use in in Phoenix Az, nothing, Cleveland Tn, nothing, Chattanooga Tn again nothing. I see no purpose for this app. Can

Where are all these good reviews coming from?. The app design and execution is seriously flawed. It has trouble recognizing when I’m logged in if I switch between the tabs at the bottom. When going to the account tab and logging in it proceeds to look for deals on the same view, very confusing. The actual content offered is nice, but the app has a lot to fix.

Clunky app but works. Not as intuitive as it can be. Often, you will have to keep signing back if you happen to visit different app menu items which is a chore. But overall, the ability to have all gift cards at one place is a charm and works well at restaurants. Interface can improve quite a bit.

Poor design and functionality. This app is awful. I try to redeem credits I have and have to go to the full website to put in the codes. I try to use those credits, and it pushes me to find a restaurant to redeem them. I do that and try to redeem the certificates, and then it pushes me back to the certificates to redeem them for the restaurant, which then pushes me to find a restaurant in a never ending unredeemable loop.

bad UX. it’s the website shrunk down into an app. the coding is not good. i’m required to log back in each time i move to a different tab. not usee friendly. sometimes your login doesn’t work and would have to wait days for it to fix itself and accept your pw. even resetting the pw, when you login with new pw, wouldn’t accept. just go on the website. at least it’s slightly better

Terrible experience. Customer service is nonexistent. Restaurants did come up and they were gone. Then I logged in without signing in and I was able to purchase “Deals“ then when I signed in they were all gone from my cart, after signing in, the deals were no more I had to redeem at full price.

Good but lot of scope for improvement. App is good to use but way too slow and doesn’t allow login with face recognition or allow to save passwords etc. session out time seems like few seconds and need to have active screen all the time.

Stop making me sign in- I’m on my phone!. Don’t get me wrong, the app is functional and pretty well laid out. But PLEASE stop making me sign in every time I want to see my certificates or go to my account. You could enable finger print or facial recognition or just ease up on the security, on the app.

Not user friendly. This app constantly makes me sign in when I go from one page to the next. It doesn’t remember my password and I have to bring up the iPhone keychain. The app is difficult to navigate from page to page. Also, there are expired deals being offered for restaurants which are out of business.

Super Confusing. The app itself is confusing to navigate and needs a lot of work. Half of the links don’t work when you tap on them. You have to resign in every time you close the app. Not any better than using the web browser on your phone Also not a lot of restaurants available in AZ unless your willing to drive very far.

Completely Dissatisfied. Spent $60 and unable to use any of the certificates. All codes don’t work. After much research was able to find a phone number and speak to representative that said they would fix and get back to me. I requested my money back and they said they can’t do that. I have been waiting for two weeks for email or phone call. Nothing! This is a complete scam. Stay away!

So confusing!. This is so confusing! It keeps taking me from one place to another. I am trying to purchase a gift certificate and it’s asking me to put in a credit card or pay with PayPal when I have $25 on this account. Very frustrating!!

Garbage App -SCAM ALERT-. I've eaten at many of their restaurants from Seattle/Bellevue to Portland for the last 12 years with great food and service, but this app is absolute garbage and an embarrassment to their reputation. And the customer support for the app is useless. I purchased 4 $50 vouchers and they never showed up, ever, but they charged my credit card. Nobody will respond or help. Contacting BBB next business day. 0 stars is what it deserves. I

I own hundreds of dollars of certificates and have not been able to use them. You know I bought into this program it was launching it looked like a fantastic deal but when you do the mathematics on what you need to spend on your purchase compared to what you have to spend at the restaurant to use the very, I’m not sure it is a good deal. So far I’m not a fan and I have hundreds of dollars sitting in my certificate account.

Horrible app. Just downloaded to enter in some gift cards and the interface is horrible. When clicking the add card button it jumps to another screen that doesn’t do anything. When logging in there are issues. This feel like an app made in 2007 that nobody has ever updated. Do better or don’t offer an app.

App needs to be improved. This app is not very user friendly. You need to log in every time you want to use it. It does not remember your login info which makes it inconvenient when you you are paying and want to use a gift card/certificate. Apps are meant to help make things easier and quicker, but this one actually achieves the opposite. You are better off printing out a copy from the website than using this app.

Coupons are easy to download or print, as well as to use. Easy process to obtain savings at places we love and new places we want to try.

Never keeps you logged in. Sadly and annoyingly, this app never keeps you logged in. Even if you leave it briefly to go look at a menu or map or something, you have to again log in when you open it. Easier to just print your reward cards out on paper, old school style.

So many coupons gone bad. Not worth it. Businesses have gone out of business. Let’s say you purchased in 10 or 25 dollars… you have to find the same value to exchange. No other local locations to exchange. I have two valid coupons left then .. no more of this. You get a better deal elsewhere.

Terrible functionality. Trying to redeem an existing card s very frustrating. Must of the certificates I have purchased and are no longer available. I’m glad they were converted to certificates but there is no seamless way to use them. Had to log back in several times just navigating the ap. I finally gave up in frustration. Do the developers even try using the ap themselves???

“Destination Restaurants”. This app and site always introduces me to new “destination” restaurants which is now a new hobby. Look for a type of food to enjoy and go to that location to explore and work up an appetite. Plus the savings with the meal goes for the gas!!

Selection. There is not many restaurants in the area that I live on the app. Bigger cities of course have more. Make sure you read the description because some places have rules on using the certificates, like can only be used on dine in not take out. I would have given more stars if there were more restaurants.

Just OK app. App is a little sluggish. Chief complaint is that I have to constantly re-enter my user and password, doesn’t seem to be a way for the iPhone to save user info and password. I don’t use Facebook so if that is the solution then it’s no solution. I like the deals but the app is a hassle to use.

Always a treat!. It’s a great way to find an unsuspectingly good place to revisit. You will always be happy you tried a place without over spending.

No good restaurants. Always the same restaurants. Hardly any new ones are added. Also can’t combine $5 certificates which is unfortunate b/c hardly any of the restaurants have them anymore and I have about 6 left to use which I’ll probably lose?? Not happy with this currently.

App needs a “remember me” feature for log-in.. I don’t have issues redeeming certificates, however, every time I go to the app it makes me login, every time I click on my account after logged in in makes me login again, if I switch between apps and go back to see my certificates (even for a few seconds) it makes me login AGAIN. It’s aggravating. Please fix this.

Don’t Use. It’s so out of date. It’s way too complicated to use. I have discounts and can barely use any, it promises certain things for diner discount but it doesn’t show up even when it’s in my location. I have to log on to do ANYTHING instead of it saving the password for the next use. It’s been a very unpleasant experience

Scared. Couldn’t use the website to set up my account first tried to link my fb acct no go tells me I need special permission because the app is not for public use, then tried to set up an account without fb and got stuck in never ending I’m not a robot garbage! Had no other choice but to download the app and try it this way I hope Groupon has checked these people out before just selling their junk because I don’t like wasting money on food!!!

Restaurant did not know. Went to restaurant they said they had no idea they where enrolled in the programs did not accept coupon they where checking who signed them up.

Many problems trying to redeem. IAlways have problems whenever I use this coupon. I’ve also tried calling the customer service number and no one ever answers. Luckily the restaurants are always understanding and allow me to use the coupon even though we are unable to redeem it properly in the app or with paper copies of the coupon.

Log in every time?!. Why doesn’t this have an option to keep you logged in, or to use touchID? Also, it is further nonsense that you have to log in every time you click the my account option. The app is otherwise decent, but the log in is a real pain. Also, for good UX add a search button so you can find restaurants you know the name of.

Issues with app. Good app but I have to put in my user name/password every time I go thru the apps features I should only have to put in my info once.

Best experiences over the last 10 yrs +. I am so proud to call myself one of the users of the site ! I’ve had the best experiences over the years and could not find word to thank the creators for the opportunity!

Sir Gary Tulupan. A lot of the deals are pretty good just some of the restaurants aren’t taking the coupons anymore but it’s only like 10% so it’s better to call them ahead of time and weather Annette let’s have fun

About the App. It is nice to use when it works. There are times that my husband and I purchase a coupon and when we go to use it the place tells us they don’t accept the coupon so we are left embarrassed and paying more than what we budgeted for. Other than that, when it works you can save a quite a bit.

Don’t bother. The service used to be better. Twice now I have gone to a restaurant and they tell me they no longer take the certificates, even though you can still buy them and they show up when you search. You will have to log in multiple times. Certificates and gift cards have just disappeared from the account.

Kebbie Brush. Love this app been using it since the first year it was made available, however with all the competition it no longer offers a good selection of restaurants...
