Update deleted everything. I purchased chips a few days before the app updated. They had this "sale" saying deal of a lifetime. Purchased 6,000 chips, 5,000 chips, 5,000 chips, and a pack of 210 power plays. When the update popped up, I decided to do it. HUGE MISTAKE. I lost all of the chips and power plays that I had purchased, over $150 worth. Also, I had over 100,000 coins because I've been playing this game for years. This is so shady Bingo Bash! I was a loyal customer, through the glitches and all. I played every day. I got scammed so bad on this one, and basically threw $150 down the drain. I cannot express how upset I am. This is so wrong. How can you just delete everything, the ENTIRE history a person has with you. I downloaded this app years ago and this is how I get treated as loyal customer? I don't even want any money back, I just want my stuff restored to what it was before the update.*** updated.... contacted support like they asked and they did nothing to restore my purchases. DONT BUY ANYTHING! You will get ripped off***

#1 Bingo Game. 1 of the best bingo games out there. Out of all the bingo games I played, this 1 is my most favorite by far. It’s exciting, fun & challenging sometimes, which I like. This particular bingo game is definitely addicting. They have new bingo rooms that come out about once or twice a month. They have a gr8 variety of different bingo rooms. Each new bingo room that comes out, gets more fun & more interesting. I look forward 2 playing this game every chance I get. Also, every once in a while throughout the pandemic, Bingo Bash allows u to claim ur bingo chips 2x a day rather then once. Doing something like that may b small 2 some, but doing it while ppl r hurting 4 money, speaks volumes 2 ppl who can’t go anywhere, bored 2 death, especially when ur in a lock-down state, is nothing short of amazing. Pls keep up the gr8 work!

Less Wins over the years. When I started playing BB 5 or 6 years ago, there were 50% to 55% bingos awarded compared to the number of players in a room for any one game event. That changed to about 40% a few years ago, and now, dwindling even further, as if to squeeze the turnip just a little more, it is about 30%. That means if there are 100 players for a game, it used to award about 55 bingos, and now, for those same 100 players, it is maybe 30. Really pathetic. I am not one to normally complain, and, I did slowly build a good pile of chips.... but, that is all but gone now due to the really terrible odds stacked against you to win. All games then also used to cost you 24 chips, while the daily rewards have not improved at all, the cost per game has gone to 32 chips a few years ago as well. Anyone giving a 5 star here is either a shill or hasn’t played the game that long. Once my current chips are gone, I will be freeing-up some memory on my device with a delete.

One of my fav apps. I love to play bingo and have tried MANY different bingo apps over the years. I’ve now settled on 2 favorites that are sure to please. This one is one of the 2. I’ve been playing since about 2012 if not longer. I play maybe 3 to 4 times a week to relax. Between the daily credits, bonuses, notification freebies, and freebies on the fb bingo bash page...I am able to play 4 or more games each day depending on my luck at winning. Now that is just bc I choose to play at the highest 4 card premium level. It lets you finish collections much faster. Some of the games I just like playing...it’s not always about the collections. Plus they always have xtra tournaments going to earn even more chips. On top of that there are unlimited power ups on random weekends. For a free game it is top 2 of my all time favorites. The ONLY thing I do not like is how often it asks you if you are “having fun” and would you complete a review..lol...I’m not a review person but I’m breaking down today hoping I won’t be asked for awhile. I guess it’s a small price to pay for a free ad-less game!! YEAH! DID I MENTION ITS ADLESS!!! Truly love this game thank you Bingo Bash!!!

Feedback. I’ve been playing this game for several years and enjoyed it very well. I have recently lost my site and can no longer play the actual bingo games. I still can enjoy the mini games. It seems to me that increasing my levels and the daily bonus is connected to them takes much longer when not playing the bingo games. I have spent my own money at least once A month and have been stuck at the daily bonus amount for quite a while. I’ll still play it just doesn’t seem quite fair Is there anyway to trade off the bingo Power plays that I had collected andI have no need for the. it’s really a bummer when I spend the daily bonus wheel and get a power-play or get power plays in the scratchers game. I know that you have to design a game for all players and I’m only one I like these games quite well thank you for listening to my complaints

Jeanette. I like this game but it freezes a lot which affects game play. It also takes a long time to hit the next level because unless you win the daily bonuses are only enough for 1 round of four canards and a second round of one to two cards. It would also be nice to be able to buy more chips with games coins as those accumulate quickly. I also have friends that play and send stuff and have tried to invite more friends and for some reason the invites don't seem to go through and so I don't get stuff that way. I have been playing this game for about 6 years and only at level 149. Improvements need to be made and there would be. Lot more people to play it. Also, there are many times I get notifications of stuff like here is free chips to start the week and then when I log in they don't pop up.

Played 5 years, still love it. This bingo was my first on my first iPhone years and years ago. While keeping new games coming they don't let the "extras" become the main focus like Bingo Blitz. To get the most join through your FB account. Make friends in the games by trading items. The newest advance (beta) is fabulous! I'm really happy. Glad that Bingo Bash has kept the app about Bingo, with little fun extras and bonuses. They also call the numbers a bit slower than the others and I know many who love that. If you play 4 cards at once using your phone (my iPhone's do this), cards number 3 & 4 will have their numbers daubed for you! They also get daubed before any human could daub so I think it's an advantage!

Sinking fast. My rating on this game was once a 5+. Now it’s different. They’ve taken all player advantages away in favor of making even more money on their end. There are many glitches in the game overall and the standard auto response is to email the support team which I think does not exist due to they never respond to the issues. Its very hard (and costly )to get a bingo most of the time. Your lucky to have any of the called numbers and in my last game I played 4 cards and actually had about every other number that was called, one time, on one card. This game is not nearly as good or fun as it was when it first came out years ago. I’ve played and used to enjoy playing from the beginning of Bingo Bash but they’ve made so many changes it doesn’t resemble the original game at all. It’s not fun anymore. All “new” games are like the ones before it, requiring many, many bingo ws to make progress with little mini childish like games coming in between the games that your playing, where you have to fulfill many goals to advance. It’s quite ridiculous and really should be called “buy a bingo” or “win when we want you to” it’s fine. There are other things to do, games to play. BB is losing players selected this reason.

Coming along..... There are unique games that makes playing more interesting. There have been some improvements since I began playing. The in App purchases are reasonable, the cost to play is not excessive which means that you can play for free and enjoy it. That being said, although it is possible to play and win without power play boosters, to be competitive they are necessary. They can be purchased with game coins won during the bingo round, won as a prize in one of the mini games or purchased. Still don't think this is optimum as I run out of boosters before I run out of game chips and winning coins necessary to buy more is difficult. Still I like the game and will look for future improvements. I upgraded my review for two reasons. I forgot to mention that there are some weekends with unlimited power plays which is very nice and recently I have been receiving notifications for free chips or power play boosters. This gives me an incentive to return to the game multiple times in a day and results in more game play

Costly and one useless bonus, COINS, also difficult for vision challenged.. You have to watch your pocket book with this game. You can spend $20 on less than 800 chips and it can be gone in 8 plays if you play 4 cards at the premium level, which can take all of say 20 minutes. This is akin to a gambling addiction. The worst part is they continue to reward partly in chips but in huge amounts of coins (my total currently 1.5+ million) and virtually no where to spend them, NIT IN CHIPS, FISH FOOD OR ROCKETS, where even if it took several thousand it would at least be something. You can use coins for boosters but they are ALWAYS running them unlimited for free, not that they do really anything, so other than that, zilch. It can really make you angry when you spin a wheel hoping for chips, fish food or rockets and you just get more blasted coins. I will give STERLING reviews if this game EVER deserves it. FYI, recent new games (except most recent) have been awful.

Game COULD be best, but... While I love the games included with this app, I am getting tired of being offered wonderful prices for extra chips just to have my screen freeze not too long thereafter! It's not my Wi-Fi; it's not my iPad -- I have NO OTHER PROBLEMS with any other programs/apps/games...IT IS THIS GAME!!! This weekend I took advantage of the 2 1/2 chips times the regular price; a day and a half later, the screen froze. I clicked on other programs; I read my mail; no improvement. I turned the iPad off completely. Nada. When it finally "unfroze" 4 days later, I had lost my coins that i had just bought! Please note: I am not the only person with such a problem... Furthermore, I took advantage of the extra Powerplay purchase; however, when I checked their dispersement, 90+ were coin powers and fewer than 30 were given to each of the other, more desirable, Powerplays. In addition, I agree with the previous poster that freebie coins should be dispersed more than once every 19 hours and in greater quantities. Monopoly Slots gives out 1,000 coins every 4 hours, every 2 hours some weekends -- Big Fish Casino even gives 2,000 coins EVERY 30 MINUTES!!!!! Finally, each player is to get a free scratcher every day - can't tell you the last time that happened consistently...ov er a week though... litig8rij

Bingo Bash Junkie. I love Bingo Bash! I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years. It’s exciting with several different ways to win extra bingo chips. They change the themes often, but not too often. I enjoy the mini-games such as; slot machine, scratch off tickets, and pull tabs. Everyday that you play you get a free ”Daily Spin.” It’s exactly like the wheel of fortune wheel packed with free bingo chips, power plays, and or free coins. After a whirl of the wheel, I’m off to collect my free bingo chips with the offerings from the “Daily Bonus.” I do find that when I spend money on, “Second Chance Rockets” I win Bingo more than I do if I don’t spend any money. And it’s not from the rockets, it’s just winning Bingo from the regular call numbers. I have won the jackpot about five times, which is acquired by winning 4 out of 4 bingo’s and then you’re awarded 50 bingo chips. You know, it’s an easy game to play, it’s free with the option to spend money, but you have to. It’s enjoyable, exciting, and I Love hearing, “BINGO!” Go ahead and try it out for yourself. One more thing, when signing in it asks you if you want to sign in with your Facebook account. Apparently, there extra bonuses and freebies when you sign in with your Facebook account. I don’t have FB, but I still have great fun playing this game.

Bingo Greed, NOT Bingo Bash. First, you max out at 69 chips per day, and it costs 96 per game if you want to play the premium level. Do the math. I’ve lost over 12,000 chips in just over TWO months, because it’s impossible to win enough games to keep you in chips! You can’t trade coins for chips so you have thousands of coins that can’t be used on anything but power ups. (Even on the coin power up, you win a whopping ONE chip). Plus, the cost of chips is ridiculous! $100 for 2500 chips - that will last a week if you play every day. That’s insane! This should be called Bingo Greed - and all the developers ever say is ‘we’ll let our staff know’. Once my chips are gone, I’m deleting this game. I hate to lose all the coins and power ups, but I’m not spending all my money on chips when I rarely win. (And I’m certainly not paying money for rockets that only give you two extra daubs per card. THAT’S a rip off, too!!!). FYI, the quests are worthless.

Fun, but has flaws. This game has lots of variety and would be a five star game except for some frustrating flaws. The main one for me is that I get dropped mid game, and lose the tickets that I bought. Other games reconnect and give you a refund which is more fair. The other main problem is that you can have a bingo on the last ball, but the game doesn't give you time to claim it. This is a real bummer, as this is the way to earn bingo tickets, very frustrating to miss out in this way! Otherwise there are lots of interesting games with good variety and imagination! I wish it were possible to buy tickets with the coins you've earned playing, instead of having to purchase them with real money . It's nice to be awarded free cards each day, but they are not enough to play more than a couple of games.

Bingo bash. Don’t take Dogs Gone Wild away 😢 I like the Easter game I loved the dogs getting the frisbees. Clunky is okay. The little man moves way too slow. I like the classic games because it’s a regular bingo game and it will improve your daily balls given. The other bingos seem for frustrating competing with a large number of people playing and harder to get bingo. I like getting a point for each pot, instead of having to get the whole set for a point! ❤️ it! I like getting a point for each bingo. Love to watch the cute bunnies hop around. THIS IS MY FAVORITE GAME IN BINGO BASH! 👍🏼 Ahoy game is fun, but it’s very hard to complete sets. It gets way to hard to finish the set in this game. It’s taking me forever now for 450 points. Bummer! I don’t like the frame stuff. It’s not as good as seeing our friends in the frame. I haven’t liked the new games either. The last game has been good compared to the other ones you had. I haven’t tried the brand new one yet. Bingo Bash use to be better. I’m getting to not like it as much. My favorite game is the Shell Game! It has different ways that you can decided yourself to complete a set. It’s fun to play also. Other games seem to frustrate me the more sets you try to complete the puzzles seem way too hard to complete. It takes you more bingos to complete the sets.

Disappointed lately. I started playing years ago. When you won a high up bingo, you got lots of chips. There were at least 1/2 as many bingos as number of people playing. You got more free cells, when you bought power plays, a lot more, not those power up things. Now it seems impossible to win most times, and those who do, are the same people all the time. I see some names coming up on the win ticker two and three times every game, and they are always winning first,second, or third place it seems. It almost seems rigged now. It used to be way more fun. Now it’s all about you trying to get people to buy things. The rockets are especially annoying to the game. It people want them, let them buy them to use on their own. I’m just really disappointed in the way the game is going. It really just isn’t that much fun anymore. Some of the games, like the new monster mash, you just sit in the corner the whole game. That is not fun.

Watch It Playing This Game. Just started playing the game. So far it's ok. Not many players. Again, not many playing,but still like it. It crashes more & more. IF you don't purchase tickets you sure can't play the other games. WAY to high for the games on the different games they offer for you to play. When it crashes,you do lose your amount given to you to play. Sure can't build them up either. YOU want to play this game...Purchase tickets!! Not a fair game to play. Misleading. Again. Wondering why it keeps crashing. I didn't get to play yesterday,& of course I had some credits built up & now it keeps crashing. I suppose they don't allow keeping yesterdays credits wanting you to purchase.i tried this morning for about 5 or 6 times & it keeps crashing again & again. Fun to play just need to work on the crashing!!!!

Always new challenges. Always seasonal challenges, with new games. Yet they keep the old ones around for a while so that you can continue to play and move up levels getting more bingo chips. While some bingo games change the background, how you win pretty much stays the same. Not with Bingo Bash! New games appear regularly, different ways to win, extra bonuses to help you gain chips to play some more. This is my favorite Bingo game and I have 6 different ones on my tablet. This one I play every day. One issue I’m having is that at times at the end of the games I’ll get a bingo, but don’t get credit because there’s no more bingos available. It used to say “Sorry, no more bingos available.” At least a year later and I still love that Bingo Bash keeps it fresh!

Bingo Bash. Have enjoyed game but it doesn't always register bingo's earned and daubing is so often delayed that bingo's can't register. Very slow response and its very frustrating. I rated this game 1 star but often its less than half of that. payout is terrible and, game after game without a single win and only a few numbers called. Generally, a waste of time without improvements in the game. Graphics are good. Once again, I wanted to play 2 cards, they took the bingo chips then the game continued to load, load, load! The game started but I couldn't play the cards, this is not the first time but I hope it will be the last. I could hear the numbers being called but wasn't able to play. Could you finally fix this problem?

Bingo Bash. Yes, it’s Fast! Fast to Boot you out of the Game! Not Nice Bingo Bash!! Really? 7 x’s in just the 1st 1/2 of the game! It’s Awful & it’s the Main reason I deleted the game in the first place. But, I thought you might have fixed some of your glitches. But Alas! No! I’m Truly NOT going to have to KEEP PAYING for Credits & be Booted out! We know that your Admins have their Faves in each room but it’s Really Sad that they have to show Favoritism like that! What is this? Junior High? Come On Already! We all have to pay OUR own $$ to play Bingo Bash bc we sure don’t get enough credits except to play 1 game a day! You’d think that you’d at least want ppl to be able to play a few games & have a chance to win a few. With all the $$$ you’re making from us I’m sure you could spare more credits than you eke out to us. I either don’t play for Days or I have to buy credits, which is why you only give us the bare minimum. I get 44 credits a day & I've been playing for years now. I’d say it’s time for a raise, don’t you?

Too many issues lately. Do not like the new layout I have had the last couple months. I don’t want to hear the noise of bingos gotten at the first bingo to last bingo. Before it was like the last few which is better. Also there is some issue with power plays lagging and not applying until seconds after hitting power play button. Also the worst issue is when hitting the extra daubs button and paying way too much for them then the app times out and I don’t get them. This has been HUNDREDS of dollars of my money not getting what I paid for. I advised Apple but they just turn around and tell me to tell you with no assistance or credits for what I paid for and not gotten. Also for some reason this week my Get Clucky game has no boxes or chickens to smash so I can’t continue , finish and get the chips . I am on over level 400, been playing for years and all this stuff is some big problems. I have a case open but then you never reply or fix anything.

Crashes. I’ve been playing this game for YEARS and I use to love it but now I am on the verge of deleting the app. It crashes with every round I play and I don’t think I am getting all my rewards because it crashes when there are around 15 bingos left and by the time the app reloads, the round is over and I’m back at the screen to buy cards. The whole point of updating an app is to prevent these issues but it still has not been fixed over the last couple of updates. If this issue is not fix then I will have to delete the app because I spend too much money on this game for it to be having these problems. I will not be back on until the next update and if it is still crashing then I will delete. Last time I played the game, I contacted support and all they told me was that when I log out the game back up I should have all of my winnings from the round that I crashed in. They made no comment as to if they were going to fix the bug.

Bingo. Instead of watching TV, I enjoy iPad games and jigsaw puzzles. Bingo is my favorite but it's getting expensive for me. You have new games often enough that it never gets boring! You really are generous in your payouts - thanks - otherwise I would have quit a long time ago. I have to wait for special sales to buy more chips. Keep up the good work. It's getting more and more expensive with percentage of winners so much lower than players than before. I have to limit my playing time and may have quit altogether. I'd really miss Bingo Bash if I quit but you've given many pleasurable hours and I thank you for that.I'm aBingo fan and volunteer once a week at our seniors residence for their night of Bingo. I really enjoy BB but with limited funds, have to limit my playing time. I I do enjoy your differ ways to earn chips and your different venues. Keep up the good work! I like the fact that you have different ways to help us win extra chips. And I like that you don't quit offering games that we are trying to win higher amounts of chips. Bingo bash. I have played bingo bash for at least three years. I have spent a lot of money because this is the best bingo game I have played. To my dismay your payouts are horrible. For instance I usually play four cards, 8 chips per card which costs 32 chips. I will bingo on one card and only get 8 chips back. I have bingo end on 2 cards and will get 16 chips back. Just the other day I binged on all 4 of my cards and only received 32 chips back exactly what I spent. This is just not right! I would feel better if at least you would get double your chips back plus 4 more. I am so disappointed on how greedy you are. Please change your payouts. You would probably have a lot more players

Awful new version!. I have played for bingo bash for around 10years! I have enjoyed very much. However the most recent update isHORRIBLE. I can not get logged in and play a game! It kicks me out constantly! I have an iPad and no other app is having this issue! I It deducts point to play but I never get to finish a game! I did contact app support and it continues to be very frustrating! If this keeps up,I will just delete this terrible app! The straw that broke the camel's back happened last night! I have deleted this app. I have recently downloaded this app! All the problems I listed above are only present when there is a large volume of players!i am enjoying the new version of the collections! I love the maze concept!g Up date! I have enjoyed the cleaner focused arrangement of the app! Nearing the end collection for the Rabbit game! A real motivator!

Non existent customer service. I have played this game for years. When there have been issues, such as recently I couldn’t get the newest room to load on the last update, I am told the same every time. I am asked to send screen shots. I have done this every time and included the list of fixes I have already tried which they also ask me to try, as if my message hasn’t been read. I am on my third response, this time with Sylvester, asking for screenshots. I have sent them twice. I attempted to respond on the same ticket, and write a new complaint that includes the ticket number. I am informed that the ticket is closed because my issue is resolved. It isn’t and I have never told anyone that it is. Due to getting the same answer no matter what is sent, it appears to me as if “customer service” is no more than an automated response.

Fun game....BUT. This was the first bingo game I downloaded when I got my IPAD over 2 years ago. This was a great game a year ago..now I'm not so happy with it. 1. Why do you only get the golden ball for every other hand of bingo you play? Cuts down the odds from 25% even greater! 2. The cost of cards has gotten ridiculous! Compared to the daily payout you get. I save up chips for a week then play for an hour a week. 3. The games are creative and fun graphics and challenges, BUT it takes 400 credits to win 100 credits??!!! Either make it easier to complete rooms OR give bigger payouts and daily credit collections. 4. Get more rooms that you can collect items rather than always creating rooms where you have to get certain combos to complete it. 5. I have been playing the western room for a year almost and still can't complete it! I am getting to the point where iBingo Bash is just not fun and I don't really look forward to playing anymore. Soon I will probably just stop. There are other bingo games out there 6. There should be a few seconds delay for you to daub the final bingo number.. I have lost bingos countless amounts of time because I daub the final number and then the game gets cut off before I can daub bingo!! Frustrating really! I urge you to make the corrections that myself and many many others are telling you about. You ask for feedback...now do something with it, ok??!!

Love bingo bash...but!. I love this game and have been playing for years! However.... it’s kinda crazy that it’s so hard to get at least 100 bonus chips a day... I’m a weekend player and it’s took me years to get 4000 chips saved up. I spend quite a bit of money on rockets and it seems if I have rockets the only way to bingo is to use them up... I have not rated this game ever and I have watched other people do nothing but whine about how unfair it is. I think if you think it’s that bad then don’t play! I know you guys r there to make money but it would be nice if you could give people who have played the game this long more bonus chips instead of penalizeing them for not being able to play weekly and keep their bonus chip... for example I had stuff going on this passed week and because I didn’t play on Saturday I got 7 of my 72 daily chips taken away! Like I said I spend money on this game weekly and that’s my choice. But as faithful bb player I would like to be appreciated a bit more than that! #2 problem could you not give at least 100 chips every time you move up a level. I play premium most of the time that’s one game...after all this time am I not appreciated any more than that! I still will give this game four stars because I really like playing it! Bingo Bash. I have been playing this game for a few years. I love my Bingo Bash! It is part of my nightly before bed routine🙂. However, for the last month or so I am lucky if I get to play 1round each night. The game kicks me off before bonuses can be paid, or before I can start another round. If I try to immediately start again it will keep booting me off! It is sooo sad and very frustrating! Cindy K. It has been a couple weeks since I wrote that letter... but I am still having the same trouble😥. I have done a complete shut down of my iPad. I have looked for updates. I have deleted a couple games that I don’t play much. I don’t know what else to try. Frustration doesn’t quite cover it anymore. I can’t play even 1 entire game through to collecting any winnings or bonuses before it exits out of the game! If I try to immediately go back into it then it just shuts down immediately without completely loading. WHY? WHY? WHY?

Game A+, Customer Care D. Overall this is a great Bingo game. Lots of choices in theme & type of game, even a Wheel of Fortune-themed game. Better than playing in real life bc you can tap numbers on your card if you get behind; it's only "dabbed" if that number was in fact called. In other words, you can't get a false Bingo. I do wish it didn't take 20 hours to get your chips replenished, 12-14 would be ideal. Customer Service, however, is not great; you'll get a response, but no actual service. After I took the time & trouble to contact them about an issue, the response was basically, too bad. What??!?! Most developers would understand how frustrating a glitch on their end is & give the reward I had earned (it's virtual chips that would've cost them 0 & made me a happy player), but they didn't. Another issue is that often you'll find a ridiculously low number of Bingos compared to the number of players in the room. I guess this is to force people to buy more chips? That being said, I still recommend this game, especially for the occasional Bingo player.

The programming is rigged. I actually downloaded this game about 4 years ago but really didn't play it much until about a year ago. There have been many glitches and lost quite a bit of real money on playing the game but that's on me I continue to feed the beast. The one thing that really upset me and I will never forget the bait and switch they pulled on us unsuspecting people that had been playing the tournaments for quite some time and play in auto pilot. To buy into the game you had pay with 4 gems which was great but when they implicated the updates for the game and with no notice to us players, change the entry fee to an outrages 59 or 60 bingo chips. Not knowing about their bait and switch I clicked enter and starts to play but had realized that I was missing quite a lot of my chips so when I was done with three rounds I want back and looked. And what do I find. Well it was not longer 4 gems it was 60 bingo chips I was so angry they had just had made a MAJOR CHANGE THAT THEY SLIPPED IN WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE TO US PLAYERS. They have pretty much locked out items that are needed to complete Slots games... I have gone 4 months in Carnival Cash and only hit on 2 of the friends have to send items back and forth to complete and get the Trophies you need to raise the level of daily free chip you get each day. So basically they lure you in and rob you blind. Fun but very costly

Frustrating!!!. I love this app. Great bones but almost impossible to finish. Only gives enough tickets to play 2 games a day. And no matter how many bingos you win, you can never complete the collection. Will probably delete soon. I agree 100%. I play every day and the app has great features BUT no matter what level you are or how much you play, you still only get enough chips to play 2 or maybe 3 games a day!! I loved Mr. Potato Head. That was the best. Dear Diary is the worst!! I love the game itself. I play every day. Just wish you were able to play more than 2 or possibly 3 games a day. Other games, such as Bingo Lane, gives 1 ticket every 15 minutes. That allows you to play several times a day. It is like you don’t want anyone to play your game.

Bingo. This is a really fun game --- if I didn't get knocked off the website after every game...literally. Tried uninstalling & re-installing...same thing...so until this can be fixed or the company can tell me what I need to fix it -- I will continue to use the game...sometimes. There are lots of bingos for the iPad. Sure hope you can fix this glitch..the glitches have gotten worse....it will not log onto any game - just crashes. Regardless if you are connected to Facebook or not....do NOT RECOMMEND THIS GAME IN ITS PRESENT STATE... This is the 2nd time I've been asked to rate. Stopped playing for a while, came back & the game didn't crash much at all....update it & now I've not been able to play ONE game. Fun but they are getting cheap!. Finally got past another bad and time consuming phase of bad ideas and implementation by development group. So once again fun to play! You can actually get enough free chips to play everyday. Now I play the top number of chips, 96, which is supposed to give you a little better gifts. On the new bakery game, Bready Set Go, the gifts are worse than playing with the lowest amount of chips on any other game! So there is really no advantage to play with more chips other than getting 3 bingos when you do bingo but that rarely happens as well! The odds of the game seems to have changed and the gifts and side “games or quests” are harder and play A LOT less if you can actually win anything! Mind you I have played this game for over 2 years but quit for periods of weeks to months just collecting my daily chips, when it gets ridiculous like it is getting!

You’re getting better!. It seems to be getting better about about letting us get get better about letting us get get Bingos, and I really appreciate it! But about the only times I can win is in the the Premium(sp) section. It costs more to play one round of of 3cards than I get on my daily bonus. As far as I can tell there’s no way to increase the amount of the daily log in, it all comes in lump sums. I guess that works out better for you. But if you could increase our login by maybe 5 balls every 10th (or close to that) level up it would certainly help me and others out. I have been buying some about once a month, but can’t do that any longer. Being a disabled senior citizen, I choose to eat over entertainment. But after saying all of this, I still like this Bingo game the best& I’ve tried a lot of others, so good job on improving the win ratio (of course I may be just going through a lucky streak now, whatever it is, I’ll take it)

Love Bingo!. This app is great. I get up and after my coffee get my daily chips for years now. I’m sad at some point an update occurred, probably years back, and I lost thousands of gems which could’ve been turned into chips back in the day. Bummed out, but I plug along. Wish we had a heads up on that one, I would’ve converted before I updated and lost them all. Other than one complaint, and the game a bit laggy at times, I still play as often as I can and never forget my daily coffee and bingo chips. Love the new rooms added to keep me interested in completing lots of different rooms! Keep up the great work. And if you hear about where my gems are, I’d love to convert them one day! 😆

Addictive ripoff. I second many of these comments. After years of throwing away money on this game it continues to 1. Not daub the called numbers & no beating the screen mouse or whatever doesn't help 2. Forget these contests because if you Think you Place in the winning Chips spot You do not get your winnings even when you play to the end & see you are still placing to win chips. 3. Crashing when you are about to win a bingo or losing connection then let's you back in game at the Very End so you can't catch up OH YES that's so you do not get a refund because you played your chips. 4. The slots games::: well don't expect to receive the coins to keep playing If you hit big or if you get big & finish don't look for 300 chips unless somebody dis feeling generous. That's not often. Either. Now delete the app & watch how many emails you get luring you back then reinstall play with your freebies win win win then delete app again & repeat cycle. Update not good. This use to be fun, not so much now since the latest update. Takes forever to complete any of the slots games. Reels have been spinning out of control, get booted off quite often. Impossible to build up any coins. The update definitely didn’t improve anything for players. Seems like slots is being manipulated in your favor. Continuously loose coins and next to impossible to complete. Much easier prior to update. Gave two stars because a lot of us chat and play otherwise I would give one star. Evaluating other bingo games we can switch to. Your update was a downgrade. Well the latest update was the worst ever. Why why why can we not have the option to update or not. You have moved the chat which kept so many of us connected. Feels like you are playing by yourself since chat is no longer visible while playing slots. So many of us play slots and you have taken that down to only one slot game. New graphics are horrible. I would love to go back to old version. Why keep changing when so many of the long time players are leaving. Quit making update mandatory. Don’t think I will be playing much anymore. You have taken the social out of the game and graphics make it appear more for children now. Can only give one star now.

Fun except difficult collections can ruin the fun. Been playing this for many years and generally this is my fun unwind activity each day but some games’ collections are absolutely impossible to finish, which completely ruin that game for me. Like the latest Easter game, it was absolutely impossible to get one colored egg, never allowing you to finish even the first level. Some are more fun like the bake my day one where it seems like you can never finish the collection but it all comes together eventually. My favorite was the lemonade game from a couple years ago and they took it away. Ice cream one too, which is also gone (although very difficult to get enough “dollars” to ever finish a collection). Worst is the bingo royale, completely difficult and not the slightly bit fun. Also, the horrible poker one. Ugh. Invested way too much time trying to finish that large-pay-out collection. Overall, I guess 4 stars, some games 5 stars, some 2 or 0. Watch for more-difficult-than-fun collections and low fun to cost of play.

Great Bingo...expensive add ones. I really love this app! I get to play with my kids and they love it too. They like that there are new games coming out and get to have a variety. Bingo Bash allows you to get free balls every 20 hours which is great, however, I would like to purchase more but the deals are not good enough. When it takes 32 balls to play a four pack game it’s too steep to purchase enough to play for a while. Instead, I have to collect over time and play only once in a while. I would love to purchase some but again, they just don’t have a good enough deal ever. Not even on holidays. I have been playing this app for several years and have yet to find a stellar deal, which I would gladly pay for. I do spend money on apps like Slotomania and Homescapes because they do have good deals regularly. They get me hooked in further because of the way the have different specials and deals. I’d give this a 5-star rating if the in app purchasing were better.

Not overly happy. I have been playing since 2012. It Was a lot of fun back then. No too easy to complete rooms, but possible. Your level up bonuses are still behind the times as well as daily bonus. I play every day, but there was a long time that I refused to play, as changes in the games made it less fun and cumbersome. For example, I like to play the slots, for one of them (Grande Tour) you can’t get or receive requests or collections items unless you leave game, and go to Puffin browser, but you can’t send gifts from puffin browser, so you have to go back to your other browser again. I played for awhile ,to excess some days , but built up my coins and chips to record amounts. But you are taking down so fast now it is ridiculous. I have decided that when they get way down, I will delete your app. I am not betting excessively, but many of my friends had this happen to them as well, and they deleted your app. These games should be fun, but you’ve made it irritating instead.

Fun, but.... Update: the new design is a complete failure. Now, there’s no way to watch the balls, chat, and see who’s gotten bingo without opening different windows. I feel like I’m playing by myself, even though there are others in my room. They’ve taken all the community out of the game. And sped up the calling of the balls so I’ll spend more money since games go more quickly. It’s a complete and epic failure. I’ll be looking elsewhere for bingo. This is a fun game. The graphics are engaging and the different boards and prizes make it interesting. However, when I tell you there are sooooo many pop ups, you should run. I can close a room without a minimum of three pop ups. AND, if I change the settings so the annoying background music is off, it should stay off. Several days after adjusting this function, it’s always on again. When I change settings, the game should remember them until I log out.

Loved Bingo Bash before you updated. I’ve been playing this game for years! I even got my 95 year old Grandma to play and we both have enjoyed it until this last update. Just like other players have said you can never win anymore. I like playing the mini games too and I used to win nice little pots so I could play everyday. The pull off tickets Pirate them and Rapido bingo were soooo much fun. Now nothing. I don’t understand why you changed everything up? Now there’s no fun, just depressing. Another person wrote “if you don’t like the game, don’t play” and saying all this “whining” about not winning anything, yet he was complaining about the same exact thing!! He said he has to use Rocket ships just to win a bingo. Well I’m not whining I’m saying it like it is!!! You asked for a review so I’m just giving my review… Loosen up on the wins and more people will be excited to play. No whining here!!!!!

Bingo review. Recently was showing to be MVP player on leader board over the weekend and was actually still playing and way ahead as MVP when the clock ran out and switched to the next day. I was very pleased to know I would receive 500 bingo chips as a reward for being ranked MVP, UNTIL I LOGGED IN LATER TO COLLECT AND SAW I WAS RANKED 2nd AND ONLY RECEIVED 200 BINGO CHIPS. I notified Bingo Bash and was told that is not what their records indicated and when the counts were in at the end I was indeed 2nd. So obviously there is a major problem with the leader boards not updating properly as I was indeed MVP according to my screen throughout play. I was very disappointed that Bingo Bash is not honest in the leader board as what is right before you is not accurate.i will no longer make an effort to rank as MVP as you cannot know if what you see right before your eyes is correct. Very disappointed. Was offered 50 bingo chips for my inconvenience as if that was the point. I want them to fix the problem with the leaderboard ranking system. Still love bingo but not a super fan of Bingo Bash anymore.

Very manipulated game. I have been playing this game for several years. In the past the number of bingos per game were at least equal to 1/2 of total players with large payouts; not so any longer. I have found it very difficult to bingo when you have acquired a larger number of bingo points. I have often played 10 or more games with 4 cards per game and not had a single bingo. This never happen a in the past. It seems the developer is only interested in fattening his wallet; especially with the addition of the rockets. The most frustrating issue is the lack of respect shown to the player. Taking our money with limited benefit or fun of playing seems to apply to updates. I wish the focus would return to player entertainment without robbing our wallets returning to the original idea of these games.

Needs real options. Bingo isn’t an exhilarating game but they made it fun enough I scroll thru diff options in rooms, etc. There is an inherent problem where they, either don’t reward paying customers or they find it probable those who have spent money, will no longer win (esp the big prizes) or accomplish their current “challenges.” Highlight: The auto rate at which numbers is called is perfect and you can’t accidentally daub yet get a bingo so it doesn’t impede on your earnings (for the most part, you can’t daub after earning a bingo, in the essence if you want to daub out and call a bingo before they’re over, but receive more credit for the daubs, gifts, extra boosts). Typically it goes quickly so this isn’t a major concern since once it winds down you want a bingo over the others yet who knows. Maybe you could play another game had you gotten that bingo ball daub, you catch my drift. It might sound like I take bingo super seriously but even if you have any competitive and add root for capitalism, it’s lacking a quite a bit. You can’t keep customers on your slow server by punishing them for not paying in a mostly based free game.

Great game but. I have been playing for over 5 years and have seen many many updates but this last one has some serious 1995 dial up loading speed. Loading screens use to be instant. But now it takes 15 seconds or more just to load every single freaking page. You’ve taken away most of the player stats. That was seriously lame! I’ve been trying for years to get some of those achievements and you just took them away like the Grinch on Christmas. As others have mentioned, getting daubs can be quite disappointing at times, such as when a card has no numbers called, but you aren’t going to win every game... but it would be nice to be able to win at some point. Anyway, fix that load speed, return the player stats and stop being so stingy with the bingo chips. I realize it’s a game, but hello, give us chips and we play the freaking game. I go days sometimes without playing just to collect free chips. Who wants to spend hundreds of chips trying to get bingos to win a few extra chips? 5 years ago this game was cool..... but it’s really starting to drool into super lame sauce.

Love playing, but...... I have played this game for years & love the game itself, but I think I have finally had enough! I am a weekend player and save my pitiful 65 daily chips to be able to play for 20 minutes on the weekends. The game has to be rigged because it is too hard to win. And don't tell me to increase my chance of winning by playing 4 cards and utilizing power ups, because I play 4 cards on Premium and use power ups and my wins still don't even reach random averages. Then, when I updated the game this weekend and it kept kicking me out mid-game and keeping my chips, I messaged support. All I get out of them is basically "Sorry, it's not us, it's you." Bull Crap!! It wasn't doing it before the update! I deleted and reloaded and it still did it. Any other game I have ever had an issue with, has replaced my loss when an issue arises, even a couple times when the problem was on my end. It's just good business. I spend money in those games, but not Bingo Bash. Their prices are a joke and there is not enough play time or return on my money to make it worthwhile. And finally, take a look at the review responses.... automated, superficial pacifiers! Good bye Bingo Bash....I hope I find a game I like as well that appreciates their fan base.

Bozo Bingo. This game is such a rip off. I want to like it as I've been playing it on and off for years now in the hopes that they will make improvements to actually make it playable but to no avail because you get ripped off constantly. The rockets are the dumbest addition to their increasing line of "power ups" and extras that just don't make sense. The fact that you have to buy power ups you would think that it would increase your odds of actually winning a game but now not only are the Rockets stupid because they never hit the right tiles even though you're paying for them. the power ups provided in the game are beyond dumb and useless, what do I need a money bonanza or a double money if I can't even use it to buy bingo chips? Which by the way The fact that this is the only bingo game where you can only reload lives every 20 hours is also really stupid especially when the reloaded amount of lives is only useful for one gameplay so essentially your reloading lives every 20 hours to only be able to play one round,this game has no incentive to continue playing it's very moronic & a complete waste of your time.

Very disappointed with it at present time,promised chips and you never get them!!. Have to do soooo much to earn chips! Please fix the bugs. I’ve played this game for 8 years and have loved it. But since you’ve updated everything it crashes constantly. I’m losing credits, items and my patience. Great BUT..... Love the game love the graphics but even with collecting my daily bonus and sending and receiving gifts I never have enough credits to play more then a few games unless I leave it build up for like a week then I can play 5 games, I know I need to complete collections and level up to get more daily credits but how can you do that when you can’t play?

App drops out. I’m enjoying playing this app, but there has been several times when the app randomly closes in the middle of the game and I loose the chips used to play, plus all the prizes and collection pieces I won which is very frustrating. New games. I have been playing this for quite a few years and have recently noticed the change in the game. Winning ratio is weighted towards the developer. 20 bingo wins for 70 players on average. Play is a lot quicker which can disadvantage players. Developers will comment that it is a game of ‘luck’ but I feel they may be topping up their bank accounts rather than their players.

Fun game. This game is a lot of fun but the bingo to players ratio is too low. 30 players but only 9 bingos offered. The ratio should be a min of 50%. To win anything decent you have to get either 1st or 2nd. In my opinion the game rewards seem to have reduced over the last few updates as in not enough bingos offered in each game. I find the wheel of fortune to be more a wheel of rubbish & should be replaced or prizes updated. The game should only finish when ALL bingos have been won & not when ex % of numbers are drawn. In real bingo you keep playing until all prizes for that game are won or all numbers are out.

Different types no free chips anymore. My hubby has the same game and has free chips downloads and more. I can not even get any of the free chips buy watching videos or on Facebook anymore. So many changes and glitches can only collect daily chips if lucky. I have tried deleting and reloading so that I could get the version like hubby but that did not work.

Frustrated. I’ve been playing for years, and recently I’ve noticed the player to bingo ratio is terrible. I’m now wasting chips more and more. Therefore, I decided to buy rockets, thinking 30 rockets meant 30 times they could be used. No. How wrong was I. There is no explanation that 30 rockets get used all at once. Waste of money. I’m sick of losing chips. It’s not worth it anymore. You’ve lost me a a player/customer.

Great fun to play. Bingo Bash is one of the best Bingo games on the market, it’s not too easy, the challenge keeps you coming back to play again. Frustrated. Can't even play without issues anymore! It takes my chips I've used to play regardless of the fact the game freezing a third of the way into trying to play! Then by the time I've restarted the entire game I have zero chips and I never even got to play! Have played for years and have always been fairly happy, if I had issues customer service were always prompt in reimbursing me and prompt in actually getting back to me..NOT ANYMORE! Now ur lucky if u come close to getting reimbursed half the chips lost! And I've noticed I'm been charged twice for a purchase, to which I only foolishly made due to missing actually playing from freezing gameplay and chips stolen! Not far off UNINSTALLING!

I love the game. I love the game but there is one thing wrong the lack of wins in bonuses. I have been on 73 for so long it never goes up, you have two turns of with four cards and it is over till next bonus.

Advertisers heaven. The ads in this app are sometimes crippling. To earn extra chips you are given the choice to watch an ad for 4 lousy chips. Some of the ads can go for over a minute and are also very repetitive. Just had the same ad repeat 7 times for online gambling. Not worth the hassle

Poor score and lost game. What has happened to my original game? I have suddenly been switched to another game. On another iPad I sometimes get the original game but my daily bonus has gone from 83 to 35. I have just played a game and scored a bingo and it was not recognised, it would have taken 1st place. This has got worse, I have just played 3 games and 2 I had bingo but it was not recognised. I want my ordinal game back, I do not like this volcano one. I have also been told I am not eligible for any rewards!!! Things have got much better but my previous report was not answered or resolved. Best Bingo game.. I really enjoy playing this game. It has lots of different styles, the chat is virtually nonexistent which suits me fine and the game play is challenging but fair. I agree that the games cost a lot but the reward system is pretty good, so you get lots of bonuses on the way.

Wish you could use collected coin to purchase bingo chips. I think you should be able to buy bingo chips with the money earned in the game as all you can really trade it for is power ups otherwise I love playing it

Bingo Bash. Love the game but chances of winning disappear too quickly. Ie if. Am down to 18 bingos then get down to 7 all of a sudden I get down to zero with only 2 bingos called and Game Over!! Game Over comes way too quickly. I am at my wits end. I have played this game for years but this is the pits now. It is freezing all the time and starts again but stops again. I am nearly at a 600 bingo reward and wonder if that is why...not long now til I give it up and go somewhere else. Such a shame after all these years

Great game. I love it. I play it every morning. Sometimes it is difficult to connect, but otherwise, its pretty good. I have a different version to my wife, and she gets to watch ads to get more chips. I dont have the ability to do that on my version. Can’t seem to link Facebook to it either, so I can’t send gifts to friends or receive them. Not happy. Would also be better if you could trade in boosts that you have too many of. Since the update, it is impossible to spin up a 10 or Jack on the bonus game. Been stuck on it for 4 weeks, and no one has any spare to trade either.

Glitches need fixing. I’m a long-time player, & recently the whole game drops out. After going to support page....found possible solutions. The fix it was easy. Turn iPad off & on. Support page was very useful.

Was my favourite. This was my all time favourite bingo but been lots of glitches lately. Just keeps shutting down at random times, which is really frustrating when you are in the middle of a game. Bingo Bash. Not everyone can afford to buy chips, power plays or coins all the time. So frustrating when there are 61 players & of those people, too many multiple winners. Have played around 10 games of "hoppy" and have not won once. Also, when I do happen to win or even get close, tells me that I have no server, reload, nothing wrong this end, but have lost so many chips, I feel like deleting Bingo Bash altogether.

Long time player. I’ve been playing this game for over 11 years, recently they’ve made it much harder to get through levels and I’m not enjoying it as much.

Love the game but. Great game been playing for a few years now but it costs far too much for chips that essentially have no value other than for playing the game $40 Australian is a lot of money for 700 chips that will allow you to play only 7 premium games with 4 cards, not a lot of game play for the money

Totally frustrated ex player. Game continues to either NOT load or freezes when playing. Therefore you lose chips and when you send feedback to bingo bash all you get is less than half your chips returned. And they have the audacity to tell you it's your device that is at fault. Wrong. There is nothing wrong with my iPad. It plays every other game perfectly and I don't have any wifi nor not enough Rams problems. My advice to all DON'T BOTHER LOADING GAME FROM ITUNES

Great game. Enjoy playing the ice cream game liking the new look of the game. But couple times it has stop playing during the game then it starts up again then I had to try and catch up with the numbers that is on the screen

Highs and lows. This would have to be one of my all-time favourite games, but there are just so many continuous flaws that’s it’s disappointing! I’ve complained in the past about the game using violent ads on what is a family-friendly app, yet just tonight another violent zombie ad shows up again. My kids love playing the game, but clearly I can’t trust the app anymore. It’s also got regular problems which never seem to get fixed, mainly the issue of the game kicking you out mid-round. If they would only restore it to the standard it once was, I’d give it 5 stars!

Lower card prices. I play this game because it is fun, and most of all your cost of 8 per card. Many games charge 15 per card, and enjoyment of playing is limited to 2 or3 games! Bingo ash is user friendly, and I can play longer and therefore enjoy it more. Thank you!

Not bad. Enjoyable, but it kicks me out during a game, there is no place to send a complaint or query and you HAVE to buy power plays, doesn't allow you the option of no.....

Bingo crash. This is a fun game to play.......but like other reviewers, the game frequently crashes mid game, and any hope of rejoining the in time to finish playing catch up is, dashed by the rigmarole you go through each time you log on to play, to get to your game again, nor do you get reimbursed for the chips you used pointlessly. The last game I played & won, crashed just as the game ended, so I'm not even sure I got my rewards. The whole thing becomes very frustrating & annoying!!! Please fix the glitches so I can give the game more stars!!

Best bingo game online. I've played this game everyday for 3 years. I love it..........That was what I wrote 5 years ago.... I find this game the most reliable and enjoyable out of all other bingo games. I love that slots are not an expected part of this game. I recommend completing all rooms that gain daily rewards and then exploring the event rooms. If my wifi freezes or the game fails I usually reload and find I have been credited my loss. I also use the Facebook page to gain daily rewards and find them beneficial. This was the first bingo game I ever downloaded and no other bingo app has compared over the years. Easy play. Easy to play, and nice animations, if a little slow at times. Good to play and pass the time. When collecting winnings, it takes too long as the animations are convoluted.

Bingo Bash is fun. I love the new rooms and challenges that are updated regularly. I play every day to clear my mind. I just wish the number of bingo numbers called was consistent with each game. Sometimes 12 numbers are called, sometimes 21 numbers are called and that is frustrating. I play 4 card games and use the rocket daub when I can. Surely you can set an algorithm that will play a consistent number drop rather than players having shortened games because the parameters are not set correctly.

Mrs. Great game. Shame that it takes so long to earn coins. The rewards are great. Some times though there seems too be that cards don't have winning no's!!!! Still very addictive. My game dose shut down during the game still. I have reported this before & followed your advice. This is the only game that has this problem. Hence I am sure it’s a problem with your program itself. It would be a shame if I had to stop playing altogether due to this issue. I am loosing too many bingo chips.😲😪

Not Happy. I brought 3 games got flicked off before the game started and by the time I got back on I only marked 3 numbers and the game was over then before I could collect any winnings I got flicked off again 3 times the last time I won I was flicked off again and lost everything. I was not interested in the valentines series so I just have been trying to finish the hamburger game. That one is a good one. One that I really have a problem with is the payouts. Bingo Bash. Very addictive game. Lots of different ways to play. There should be more incentive to continue playing for the "regular " players. The prizes offered should be more than they are presently as the games become quite expensive when you compare what you spent versus what you won. There are also several times during various games that give you the feeling that it is " fixed "ex. When you are playing a game with a card the has the golden ball, you might win on all the other cards. Also, the characters like Santa and the Grouch move too slowly when a bingo is revealed and could cost you the game.

Frustrating. I have played this game for a long time and I am ready to look for a different bingo game. In recent weeks you must play forever to get any bingos and then when you do you receive something which does not help in any way. Another object you already have six of is not helpful. I cannot buy chips soooo I may have to consider another game. When you use 100 to 200 chips and have one bingo it is exasperating! Just want you to know maybe you need to reconsider how you have your games set to make the user feel somewhat successful. I like playing the magic carpet!

Disconnecting. The game has disconnected twice in the middle of a game and I've lost 24 chips. Can you do anything about that? What happened to all the bingo games?. You moved all the games and lumped them into one "room". Okay but not very user-friendly. But now, you've removed games. Like Three Wishes.... the only game that was affordable, allowing anyone the opportunity to play a cute and fun game. It was only 1 chip per card. Why? There were always people playing. Another one you removed quite a while ago that was fun, very fast moving and priced reasonably was a game where five balls would come down at once instead of 1 at a time. You could only buy 2 cards at 6 chips each. I can't recall the name but it was disappointment to see that one removed, also..

Keeps Getting Worse!!!. The latest update where the game is “faster” in the Fashion Easta room is the worse thing ever! I find it too fast and frenetic! After playing 12 rounds I have not gotten a single bingo. I went to one of the old rooms and got a bingo in both rounds that I played. Don’t say it’s luck and random because it is only as random as the algorithms tell it to be. I like to play this game as part of my morning routine while relaxing with a cup of coffee. This “fast” update is not relaxing. It needs to be slowed a notch and if I don’t get bingos what’s the point of playing. If things don’t change I’ll not be playing anymore. This is the last straw. Makes me said because I’ve been playing for many years and there’s been many changes - some good and some bad - but I just can’t keep playing with this new update. It’s definitely NOT awesome!!!

Disappointed and addicted. Some games seem like a complete rip off because they're hard to win. The rewards for winning are low and the price to purchase is too high for the amount of chips you receive. It also seems like the same people win every game. I realize that bingo is a game of luck, but honestly I know statistically it's impossible for the same people to win so consistently. I really want to find a different bingo game, but I've invested both time and money so feel stuck! Another irritating thing is some games require you to win specific items so you end up wasting hundreds...no make that thousands of chips just to complete a level. Then there's power ups that give people an unfair advantage...I often wonder how much more fair it would make the game if everyone was on a level playing field.

Disappointed. Been playing daily for years, and since the major overhaul to the game a couple months ago, nothing but problems. Was hoping the last update would fix them, but actually got worse. Before the game would freeze, lag, and shut down (the same as all of the other reviewers complaints), now I can’t even play a game. None! I can log on, play the “mini games”, but can not get any of the bingo rooms to open. I get shutdown before it opens. Just looks like longtime players are getting weeded out. I get the cookie cutter response, sometimes even get an email with a name telling me to do something I have tried multiple times. Very disappointing that nobody can figure this out. Another new room. I love Bingo Bash. I’ve played for years and though at times I get frustrated I believe it is still a fun game. They offer daily chips in app and on messenger, Facebook and Instagram. A new room is introduced about once a month and this new Christmas room has a lot of personal decisions to make in order to progress through the room. In addition to team and individual mini challenges (which are normally a two day event) there are challenges which carry over from day to day so they are within reason to accomplish. Always there are many ways to earn extra rewards.

LOTS OF FUN, NOT ENOUGH COINS. I have been playing this game for several years. I continue to play this game because it is so much fun, and I love the different themes. The issue I have is that there are not enough free coins to play, after many years of playing, I only receive 70 coins daily, in which I save for several days to accumulate enough to play more than one round, although they go extremely fast. Update- It would only be fair to say that I hv seen lots of improvement with this App. There is much more excitement within the games and the payouts are better. Update-still after many years of playing,still receiving 70 coins daily, but love the game Love the updates

Long time player. I have been playing for many years, and there have been many changes in that time…not all of them good, imo. It used to be that you got to play games without much, if any, interruption. Not true now. All kinds of things pop up that have to be waded through before you can get to a game. In the old games, you had to complete a series of challenges so you could increase your daily allotment of chips (I got up to 76). A lot were simple bingo games…get 5 in a row. Not anymore. You have to create pathways to let the character involved to get to the “prizes,” etc. As far as I’m concerned, it really isn’t fun anymore, and frankly, I don’t play that often (before, it was daily). I have thousands of chips and coins (can’t buy chips with them…only power plays… so what’s the point?), but that’s not enough incentive to play. It seems that with every upgrade, it gets a bit worse, not better. I’m upgrading today just to see if that’s the case…again. I guess I shouldn’t complain, because, for the most part, it’s free, and I appreciate the work that went into it to create it. I just wish you’d left well enough alone.

Fun, but needs improvement. There are regularly delays in the games. The game will then catch up by self marking numbers called during the delays. The delays make it quite difficult to get a bingo as they tend to increase as players are getting bingos and has caused quite a few missed bingo opportunities. This tends to be most prevalent in the evening when there are more players and hardly at all when there are fewer players. This has occurred even when I’ve restarted my iPad, updated the game, and have no other things running in the background. It’s happened while connected to the internet in different locations. Very disappointed at the waste.

More chips please.. I have enjoyed this game for a long time. I find the very skimpy free bingo chips take some of the enjoyment out of the game. Please offer more lucrative rewards for the spinner and the free slot machine. You could ,also lower the cost of cards to 5 bingo chips and leave the bingo win at 8. I feel as though I am spending so much more than I am receiving. I always play with 4 cards and would play with premium, but the cost is way too high with the small number of daily chips awarded. It would be better if the daily award increased for each day the player signs in and a large award at the 7 day mark.

Review. It’s a fun game, but open the wallet to get anything. And when you open the wallet to buy rockets or chips, you get even less of your numbers called. The same people get multiple bingos every round. I won’t get a number called in like 4-5 calls. Then when I do get a number, it goes another 2-3 calls without calling a single number I have. I really love this game, but apparently it hates me, and I’m DONE spending money to win, when you win even less when you do spend money. And the first two to three bingos go to the same person… I cannot even get a number called and they get at least one of the three first bingos… and they get the first bingo in like 4 numbers called, when I’m lucky if I get one or two daubs in the first four numbers called. It’s a JOKE!

Fun and Addictive. So many different bingo games. The sounds are fun. Rarely a glitch. I love the slots. The slots can be additive. Just like with real money, you have to have will power. I've been playing almost daily for months. The games have not lost their charm. People are entitled to their opinion, I play on my iPad and iPad mini, I rarely have a glitch. If something does happen you are given your chips back. Besides it's not that serious. These are well designed fun games. Super fun. Great job on designing games that provide hours of fun :)

Horrible update. They turned a fun game into a piece of junk. I have played this game for many years and it has always been my favorite. After the latest update, that is absolutely no longer the case. The new programming is horrible. In the game Clucky’s something or other you have to collect 5 coins to get a bingo. I collected TEN coins and still didn’t get a Bingo. The farmer waddled right past the closest coins and collected the ones that were further away first. This prevented me from getting a bingo in a timely fashion. This has happened more than once. Bingo Bash is celebrating their 10th birthday. Well, you sure gave yourself a crappy gift with this upgrade. I really should be thanking you for giving me time back in my life to do more important things than play bingo. Goodbye Bingo Bash. It was fun, but not anymore. Two thumbs down.

This used to be a fun game. If you like being in a middle of a game, with a bingo showing, only to freeze up, and the game reboots to lose everything, have I got a game for you. Credits, bingos and anything collected during the game all lost. They have known about their stability issues but the recent updates I hoped to fix the problems, only made it worse. This WAS my favorite game & it COULD be the best out there but when you spend money & cant complete 2 games in a row without it booting you, it’s annoying. I feel so cheated by them. Best not to even start playing this game or trying to complete the challenges. My advice, wait & watch these reviews until people start talking about them fixing their issues. Or find another game, this one is only good if you need to get your blood pressure raised & you enjoy being annoyed.

Not real happy. I very rarely get a bingo. I use all my points almost every day and have to wait for hours or overnight to replenish. Twenty hours is too long. Why not have some double bingos? Played 7 seven games before I got a bingo. Really dislike this game, its not fun anymore. I think I will discontinue this game as I get much too frustrated especially near the end it just moves too fast. It stinks! Got ready to play when I got up this morning and was not able to see the previews to obtain chips. Every day there is something wrong and now I am just disgusted. Just not enjoyable anymore. I spend more time writing what is wrong than I do playing the game. Fix the problems!,,,

Fun game, but.... I have been playing this game for years now. I love it. I do wish they would get rid of the rockets. They are annoying. After every game you can buy 30 rockets for $ and get two extra shots of balls to win. You have to wait 10 seconds so that if you want to buy the rockets you can. But there is no way to release it early if you don’t want to buy them. Every single game you gave to wait for the rockets screen to do its thing. You can’t earn or win the rockets as a prize so unless you buy them, you are stuck, watching the rockets clock count down. Like I said, so annoying.

Issues I have with game. I love to play this bingo. It is one of my favorites. The only problem I have is the only way you can get playing chips is by spending real money. I understand the game producers have to make money, but why is it players can accumulate so much in coins but can not use them to buy chips or rockets(mostly chips). The way it is set up you can only play one or two rounds before you have to stop until the next day. It almost makes it where it is not worth me keeping this game on my iPad. Please tell me what can be done about this. I really think you should be able to buy chips and rockets with the coins. I repeat it is almost not worth keeping

Not the Greatest. I love bi go, but for what this game costs, you don’t get many bingos and the rewards are paltry. They make sure to find ways to keep taking your money. When you log on, you are hit with a barrage of pop-ups that are so frustrating. Some of them are designed to take you to a specific game that may not be what you want to do, and there is no way to exit out of the pop-up. When that happens, I just leave, as my frustration level is too high at that point. If you are hoping to log on for a quick game, forget it. You will be stuck with the multitude of pop-ups that take too much time to get through. There are other games more worthy than this one.

Game play freezes, makes you lose. Update: Significant improvements in connectivity and smooth gameplay. Solid 4 stars now. Good variety, specials like free power-up weekends, and I like that bingos are called automatically and you can see which numbers you may have missed. Unfortunately, the latter is critical because 1/5 games freeze up and you miss numbers. It says it auto-daubs anything missed, but it never gets all of them and if the freeze occurs near the end of the game, you lose. After a freeze, I can switch immediately to the Bingo Dragon app and the play is fine, so I don’t think it’s my connection or device.

Bb feedback. I like the game but the 46 chips at the level up is not worth the game. Bingo blitz gives more chips for leveling up...over. 100 chips. So I’m playing that game more often. But I really like having unlimited power plays on the weekends! Some of the games have too many items to finish lvl 8 so I quit them and moved on. I like egg adventure because the mazes are fun and more fun to achieve. I don’t understand why they’re only 2 eggs per maze. Please let me know why there can’t be 3 again like the other game. I’m also getting bumped off a lot but not reporting it. It just takes a lot of effort.

Lucky Labrynth. When I play 4cards on my iPad I receive one free daub on each of the cards but when I play 4 cards on my iPhone I only receive one free daub on the two cards showing on the screen. Also, when I daub a number that gives me access to more than one clover in separate spaces or one number that contains multiple clovers there is a delay in counting all of the clovers. One clover is counted and then it takes a few seconds before the others are counted. This sometimes means losing out on a bingo when it happens at the end of a round. I hope you can resolve these problems.

Bingo Bash. Absolutely adore this game. The downfall for me is the farther along you get the more expensive the cards are. It takes forever to bingo and the last number called you better be right on top of number otherwise it won't let you hit it before it closes game. If you don't play at least three or four cards your chances of winning are slim to none. I play four cards and still it takes four or five games to get a bingo. I'm a senior citizen who lives on a fixed income so it is getting to where I won't be able to play much longer at the price they charge for cards.

Still glitches!. This game now attracts so many followers that it keeps crashing (at least I hope this is the reason why I lose internet connection so often). Then the game rarely reimburses chips and power things. Sometimes it does not add the bingo rewards, sometimes it loses chunks of chips for no reason, the bingos are hard to come by (I swear my numbers are not called on purpose), and sometimes the game joins a game in progress. There is no way I can catch up! The cards are also becoming too expensive. I have started to stockpile my daily free chips so I can play a few cards. I used to play daily - no more. But I do love it!

I love this game,but.... I have-played this game for a couple years now. I do love everything about it except the price I pay to play. I have to spend a lot of money to win because of chip price. The price of one game only allows one chance for me to play fully. Sometimes without power plays. It’s impossible to win without power plays. And the cost too great to sacrifice chips for them. If lower card cost maybe chips would be burnt for power plays. Or lower power play price. Anyway game is great, I will continue to play. Not sure how long financially I can keep playing.

Love the game but hate the changes. Recently, the game has changed and has required players to spend coins on gettin automatic (some of the time) bingo spaces. This changes the entire game. Before, I could play two or three games and get a couple of BINGOs and maybe get another game. Now, the dreaded money sack comes up, and I have to spend 750 coins to continue the auto perk. It’s really disheartening when you don’t have the coins while trying to challenge the other players. PLEASE go back to the old game without this new feature. Thank you. I would have given 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 if it weren’t for the negative changes.

Love this game but…. Lots of fun with different games. This is my 2nd review of this game. As an HR Director for a service company you should be ashamed of your responses to your customers. Most of the time you don’t even address what their complaint was. In addition, I see a lot of the same complaints about your product and yet have never seen you address or update the product to make your customers happier. Two of the most common complaints I see is how hard to earn chips and no reward for hitting certain levels and the “ghost” players who get bingos when not enough numbers have been called - yet you never answer honestly why this is. You really need to up you customer service!

Great game, love it!. Game has always been good, it has improved a lot over the years. Entertaining and a time killer. There are several different bingo rooms to play with different challenges. I actually taught my son numbers with him helping call the numbers out and also find where/if they are on the cards as well as excitement of getting the bingo. The different levels in each room, however. Challenging allows one to receive extra to keep playing. Have even won SEVERAL in starts and slots and the pull tabs. You can win and you can keep playing. Thank you for hours and years of entertainment!

Love I, lose it. I absolutely love this app. I enjoy the specialty rooms, and the mini games. I’ve played for years and have earned about 6,000 chips and at one time I had 100,000 coins. Every part is great fun with very fair chances to win. My only complaint is one that makes me crazy! When on my WiFi, Bingo constantly loses connection. I know it’s not my WiFi because it does not occur during any other of my game play or apps. I have to think it is something inherent in the app. Whatever the cause it needs to be fixed because my coins are not being replaced. That said, thanks for the hours and hours of fun and relaxation I’ve had playing Bingo. Melanie Stanley

Fun. Thanks for this game. Have played it for years. Some rooms cost way to much but you have one that I enjoy. Hate new format. New format is completely different and not in a good way. Difficult to play if you are you are used to old format. Wins comes in waves. You will spend hundreds of balls to win a few. New games are not very innovative anymore. Things have been changing for so long but not improving. Not going to play anymore until things improve. Update: I guess I really won't be playing anymore. Since the update the game closes EVERY TIME I try to open a game. Really not happy with game or update. No use talking to support - it is the game update since it worked fine before. Update - even with most recent update game crashes everytime I try to load an individual game. Like another reviewer said, I am not buying a new ipad just to play this game. Guess I will have to find another game to play. The updates and new format have significant issues.

First game review ever. Best game ever!! They have fixed the issues I had with the latest update!! This is longest running game I have. I am so disappointed in the new updates. It’s almost like they took the fun of the game away. I always rated this game a 5 but I can no longer do that. I won’t delete this game because I believe ( I hope) they may make some changes that will make it fun again. They made the changes and it’s good again. Thank you!! Still the best game ever!! Bingo Bash rocks. Best bingo game available and my personal favorite! Challenging but ‘fair’ when it comes to completing events. Must say that I wish there was a way to earn extra chips. Sometimes I go for days without playing BB due to lack of chips. Other bingo games allow you to earn extra chips if you return every few hours. Does BB really want to reduce our playing time? Perhaps! I used to be allowed to watch several videos to earn extra chips which helped but that was taken away from me. Why? Still my favorite but can be frustratingly fun! Enjoy!

Bingo Bash. It's a bit of a joke. Screen often stalls, to many pop ups. How about all those phony names. How does someone get 2 Bingos in three pulls. Game is strictly for the house. JAMMA MIA is the worst game in a while. It is almost impossible to get a bingo. I buy rockets and even with them the chances of getting a bingo are extremely low. So far this new game Bingo Cruise is not bad. Actually, it's really to soon to tell. Good game Too soon to tell. Ask me again next week Actually there are to many items in order to win a game. Bashville is a good game. New game with the cats stink Game is TOTALLY BORING No thought process. No strategy. Need to talk to your developer about using your brain. Way too Woke

Gone Downhill. This used to be the best bingo game by far, but it has gone downhill. First, they added the stupid rocket thing at the end of each game. Stupid! But, the biggest issue I have is that it is nearly impossible to win a game anymore. I’m to the point where I’m thinking I’m not even playing against real people because they’ll say there are 25 available bingos and 75 players. That should mean I’ve got a 1 in 3 chance of winning. Yet, I can play 10 - 15 games and never win a single time. It didn’t used to be this way. Update: I’ve been playing for days with four cards and haven’t received a single bingo. This game is so rigged. I’m off to find a better bingo game. Also, now that it is associated with Game Show Network, it takes forever to load just like all the other games I’ve played that they have gotten involved with.

Very Very Low Winnings Very Very Many Credits to Play. I’m getting ready to level up to level 380 and my daily free credits are only 62. By this level I should be getting at least double free daily credits. Plus when I level up I only get 50 credits. Most games increase your free daily credits the higher level you go. Example Bingo Blitz at level 230 I receive 120 credits a day plus 25,000 coins a day. When I level up I receive twice the credits and coins. This game doesn’t even give you free coins and the little side games only give 5 credits for 5 bingos which is a joke. I suggest if you enjoy playing bingo don’t play this game because it will take you forever to complete a room because you can’t even play a round of bingo with the free daily credits they give you. Now all their bingo rooms have gone up per card. To play 4 cards it cost 96 credits. This game is a JOKE.

The best bingo game!. It's ridiculous that people actually think it's rigged. When you play, obviously people are winning! I've been playing a long time and have played and won chips in all the special rooms. I play until I've maxed all the rewards! I have won hundreds and hundreds of chips, probably thousands. Recently I won 500 chips on the scratch off (yay!). I don't often play the regular bingo--I like the special rooms. But the regular bingo has huge payoffs, so I periodically go in there to get lots of coins. I get 63 chips a day and am on level 141, so I'm rewarded for being a loyal player. It's my favorite iPad game.

Greatest game. Love the graphics! Giving so many free chips on power play weekend is AWESOME! And is very generous of B.B.!,, Every single thing about this game is the best on the Internet. The rooms are fun. I just wish you would reduce the number of levels of rooms in order to complete them. But that being said, I believe the game is rigged. I expense so many trips to never get anything goes and see the same people getting multiple Bingos every game. Which leads me to believe that we are playing against robots. And I believe the majority players think the same thing but it is the only game going that really is challenging so I continue to play it.

New update horrible. I have been playing this game for 7-8 years and this update has ruined my fave bingo game. This was the only one I actually spent money on too. The country items on the slots are too hard to tell them apart now. I keep thinking I hit all items of something and will realize one does not match. You cannot chat either while you play, now you have to exit the game to chat with anyone. Whoever designed this needs to try again and give us back our game until they come up with something better.

Update is terrible. I was forced to install update and it is terrible. Bad graphics; completely new layout that makes it difficult to play; game freezes, is difficult to hit number when called, slow and jerky, balls are too fast and come in multiples; difficult to chat; no more ads to earn balls; I could go on and on. I guess this is a sign I need to move on and find another game to play. Used to be fun but has been going downhill for awhile. The update was the last straw for me! The new update is terrible. I guess all the negative comments is not pushing you to fix this mess. Can’t chat and play, can’t see who won, graphics are crap, game hangs up, hard to see power plays...I could go on and on. If things don’t improve significantly, I won’t play anymore. The game is no longer fun :(

A good bingo game. I like most of your bingo games, in fact this is close to my favorite bingo app. There is one aspect of all of your bingo games that seems totally unfair, and most other bingo apps don’t do it. With Bingo Bash, if you get a bingo with the last number for that game, 90% of the time you don’t get credit for that bingo and the words”sorry, too late” or “bingo not good” appears on the card that shows that you did get a bingo. However, if you buy rockets you can still get bingos and credits on a game that is over. Rockets are fine, but they shouldn’t make the game unfair if you don’t buy them. You could easily solve it by crediting any bingo that happens with the last number. Thus my low star rating!

Fun & addictive. Love this game but needs a few tweaks. More rewards for higher levels. New games. More ways to win chips. It disconnects right in the middle of a game and you lose your chips. I'm having a lot of crashes lately. Almost every other game disconnects. Please fix this! Update: crashes are even more frequent. The new problem is you can't log in through facebook because it crashes. The new game is very slow on iPad. The game works well on my desktop though. Why aren't these problems being addressed? It's a fun game but I'm walking away at this point. Let me know when when all the problems are resolved.

Frustrating. I like the different games and challenges but it is extremely frustrating because you don’t get enough credits or freebies to play just 1 round. The cost to purchase credits is very overpriced and If You purchase rockets it is very rare that they explode the numbers you need. There are many other Bingo games that give you more credits to play and if you want to spend real money to play you get more credits for less money. When you give us unlimited power-ups don’t give us power-ups in our special gift boxes give credits instead. Allow us to purchase credits with the coins we accumulate when playing. I could see if the prizes are real money but come on give us enough credits to actually enjoy playing this game. I really want to love this game but it’s impossible when playing with the very limited credits to play.

Credits only reload every 20 hours. New version is calling out two to three numbers at a time and find it hard to keep up. I’ve lost many bingos because of this. Can someone please fix this and credit me some bingo chips? It’s very frustrating!! I like the game, but.... cards are way toooo expensive! Also, you can only reload every 20 hours. The cards should be cheaper so you can play a little longer. Right now, if you don’t win, you can only play twice in 20 hours. Ridiculous, other games give you better incentives/chances of playing longer. Developers, please make this game with more incentives, otherwise you lose players! How about reloading every 12 hours, instead of the 20 hours? We need better incentives to keep playing the game.

Bingo Bash. Have enjoyed game but it doesn't always register bingo's earned and daubing is so often delayed that bingo's can't register. Very slow response and its very frustrating. I rated this game 1 star but often its less than half of that. payout is terrible and, game after game without a single win and only a few numbers called. Generally, a waste of time without improvements in the game. Graphics are good. Once again, I wanted to play 2 cards, they took the bingo chips then the game continued to load, load, load! The game started but I couldn't play the cards, this is not the first time but I hope it will be the last. I could hear the numbers being called but wasn't able to play. Could you finally fix this problem?

Best Bingo App Out. I love 💕Love Bingo Bash. I actually run a rl Bingo and have for 20 years. I rarely get to play in rl because I’m the caller too. So I find my entertainment on phone/iPad apps. This is my absolute favorite!!! You can play a lot of cards because you can just concentrate on daubing and not on if you are “on” or not. It will Bingo for you. I love the fact that we get infinity power ups or whatever they are called. But they are not on all the time. My only downfall in this game is not getting enough play per day and it taking WAY TOO LONG to earn more. I mean I play multiple times a day and it has taken forever to up my intake even a few. Other than that AWESOME BINGO!!!!!!!!
