Crashes ALOT. This app worked ok the first time I had used it. But have since got the iPhone 6+ and it just crashes like every 10 minutes, very annoying!

If I could give zero stars I would. The app will tell you to go to your privacy settings and enable microphone for the app however the app doesn’t show up on the list of apps.... don’t waste your time.

Works, so long as no one uses TTS. It's clear over wifi, but when anyone so much as uses text to speech the client just logs out of vent. That's pretty broken if you ask me. Even if you can synth the text to speech, it shouldn't kick my client.

Worked for 2 weeks then went to same junk!!. Look people I am paying for this app please fix this problem temporarily denying connections for this device. OMG can U ALL PLEASE FIX THIS CRAP!!!!! Worked good for 2 weeks then went back to denying connections from this device omg this is dumb!!

Consistently disconnects. Whenever I use this app, whether listening or transmitting, I get disconnected/ logged off after just a few minutes. It is very frustrating. I paid $5 for it several years ago. The sound and mic quality is good.

No longer working.. As of November 2020 ventrilo updated their client software, and as such this program which has not been updated in 5 years is currently no longer working.

Bug found. There's a bug on the full version where the button that lets you talk whenever won't work. Please fix it.

Terrible. I purchased the pro version of this app and it definitely falls under the rip off category. Voices sound mumbled and it disconnects constantly. It sets up easily but that is pointless when the app is unusable. Do Not Buy!

Needs an update. Worked wonderfully until ventrilo did a recent update to the vent. Now this app isn't compatible.

Vent on iOS. It's vent on iOS. You can edit and view your server info. Easy to use if you're not an idiot like me!

Doesn’t work for V4.0 server. Trying to login multiple times and it doesn’t work like you stated

Great!. It's a great app. Makes connecting to my friends server very easy. I only have Three cons on this app. #1 my friends have said that my voice comes in staticky, but they can still hear me just fine. However if you use the auto speak ability in the app, this gets waaaay worse. So the best way I've found so far to use this app is to just use the Manuel version. #2 whenever my phone falls asleep after about 3 minutes, the app disconnects me from the server. This is just a price to have to pay for using a phone for this purpose I suppose. But if u repeatedly use the push to talk butten then this isn't a problem. #3 because the auto speak feature doesn't work very well, I have to take the time to manually touch my phone in order to communicate with my team. Which of course takes a hand away from my controls of the game. So it can be difficult to play & talk for this reason. If they would fix the auto talk feature this wouldn't be an issue. So in the apps current state I'd say that it's works great for casual gaming, or just keeping in touch with your friends. But it definitely isn't a replacement for the desktop version if your a hardcore gamer. If they would be to fix these issues id definitely give it 5 stars!

VERY Not Impressed. At this day and age, an app that is designed for prolong use that d/c you in such a short amount of time - no setting to change. The push to talk button is too small maybe another option to switch over to a screen where it's just a large button to talk, utilizing this app while also doing other things makes coming back and finding that button near impossible. Couple that with the sleep issue and this app is a definite 0.

Great on wifi, no LTE 3G at all. This app functions decently. When connected to Wi-Fi the signal is crystal clear and it's just like holding laptop in your hand to speak to your guild mates ventrilo. However I have been completely unable to connect over 3G or LTE it keeps giving me an error that the server is denying connections from this device I'm the server admin for my ventrilo server I went into the settings and checked and I'm not seeing any reason why it should be blocking this device the IP is not banned nor are there any other indicators of why connection is declined. I contacted the vendor that supplies my server who indicated no reason that it should be declined. I'm giving three stars -1 star for not connecting over lte/3G -1 star for lack of ability to obtain customer support from app dev. (Neither in app or website)

Not at all what expected. App will not work in conjunction with the game unless mic is hot always. No way to assign a hot key for iPhone so the app works with the game... Vent got me for renting server and now gets my users by having to pay for the pro version to keep mic on so it will stay running once you open game.

Best way to use vent!. If you're not at home or near a computer this app handles everything you need when it comes to contacting your friends on vent! 5 stars all the way! Especially now with all of the new updates just released! Keep it up and continue to improve this amazing app!

Annoying. On my iPhone 6+ the app is constantly shutting off completely with no warning. It's super annoying and getting uninstalled.

Can’t enable mic access. This app use to work. Now it requires mic access in IOS. However if you go to that section it doesn’t have the ability to enable to mic in the settings.

Won't accept my device. This app has something wrong that it's refusing to let my device work with the server that I know is not blocking me, keeps saying the server is temporarily not accepting this device and to try again later I'm using an iPhone 5c with the latest updates no reason why it should deny me access!

Great app when it worked. The app worked for me flawlessly for several years. However it no longer connects to my vent server unless I’m on WiFi that has the server on the network. It used to work on cellular. The support site doesn’t come up, so I’m wondering if anyone else has had this issue or if the dev sees this.

Yes--it totally works!!. Better sound quality than my PC. Easy to use, and a good backup Vent tool, in case you get disconnected on your PC! Handy for checking into my guild when I'm late for raid night, but want to save my spot in the raid.

Completely Abandoned. Hasn’t been updated in 4 years. There’s no ability to give the app access to the microphone which completely renders it useless. Please take this app off the App Store until it’s been fixed.

Not worth it. It worked great for a while but now I can’t get in on the app at all. I use this a lot and have reached out to the developers to let them know and no single response at all. Very frustrating to not be able to interact with my friends when I can’t be at home on my PC in ventrilo. Very disappointed that there’s no response.

App shuts down. App shuts down way too often and should have push-to-talk support with the iPhone headphones. It also seems to drain battery and use up a lot of memory, so it's definitely not yet optimized.

I love it. My phone is very laggy and doesn't connect to wifi, yet this app works perfectly anyway. Using it to check in on my guild while I'm unable to get online helps a lot.

The patient. Great app, use it mostly for WoW, sometimes for Hearthstone. Love that it can run in the background and NOT crash. Keep up the great work guys! 5*'s

Love it !. Love this app considering it's free. My only issue with this app is I have to pay for the voice detection by upgrading to the pro version. However considering it's a free app my voice communicates crystal clear. If you don't have a mic or want to go out and buy one I strongly recommend this app. I'd also like to add I'm on an iPhone 5s.

Doesnt request mic access and wont work.. I have reinstalled it, and its a new iphone 10x and it says to allow access to my mic and when I go check its not requested it. Used it fine before, something is bugged now...Doesn’t work...

Missing options. Hi, app is great for basic stuff but if you need to ping someone ( aka send page) its impossible also missing private chat. Phantoms would be also fine.

Vent iPhone substitute.. Works very well for all the channels that we use for our guild. Only flaw is that when we need to do a private chat in a written form so others are not included I have to switch to my cell phone texting. Please add in private chat for person to person.

Needs improvement. Even with the new update your app still crashes please fix his it still even crashes in the background.

Best Vent App Around!. Love this app! Simple and easy to use. Best vent app I have found by far.

Ventrilode and IPhone 7 and 7P. Downloaded the app this week and followed directions. I get the message to allow Ventrilode permission to access the phone’s microphone. Going to settings>privacy>microphone, the app does not appear on my screen to permit access. This is true on both my 7 and 7P. Hence, I am unable to use this app. The microphone feature is active and working on all my other iPhone functions on both phones so it’s not a phone issue. What do you suggest? I’d like to rate this appropriately but until I can get it to work, I have to rate 1 star. Hollywood Huntington Beach, CA

Meh. Eats battery faster than he video. Can only use while plugged in. Phone gets really hot while using so it must be maxing mem or cup, possibly both for a simple voice program with no vid components. I can FaceTime for hours and no heat/battery problems so this app is poorly optimized and that's a compliment.

Awesome App. For quite some time I've been liking for an app that would work with Ventrilo. This is the app and works great. Things to improve would be to have a cleaner and better reception while using the earphones.

Great but could be better.... I would love to see push-to-talk that could recognize my earbud button as the hot key. Pain to reach for phone while raiding.

Shuts down. The app is great while it's not in the background. Its suppose to be updated so that it doesn't shut down. But it still does.

Really good. Overall I love it. That only problem I have is 15-20 mins in it will disconnect and it's at random times. If that could be looked into and fixed that would be awesome

Works. Best I am an admin on many different gaming servers and works great to communicate with other admin if Any problems arrive

Pro version breaks the app completely. I bought the pro version of this app and what I hoped would make my gaming experience made it more frustrating. I want a refund. The pro version section say inactive and when I click to activate it the app crashes. I redo loaded it and now I can't connect to any servers. Please fix this or remove from the App Store. Also, your app support is a joke.

Abandon ware. Should be removed from app store.... It hasn't been updated in YEARS and as it currently stands, it will not connect to the microphone because it no longer is able to request access to the microphone with the newest iOS versions.

Works great. Works perfectly on my iphone 3GS and I'm sure it would on other versions of the iPhone too. Only issue is when auto speech is enabled it just switches the mix on perminately, as apposed to turning on and off automatically when talking.

this is not compatible with ipad mini retina. donot buy this if you have a mini retina the app is invisible to it and cannot be installed so it probably can't be installed on the new ipad air either. My ipod5 can see and install it

WoW fantastic. Ok, the app is awesome. However there should be an admin option to change others ranks and block people from chat for admin. Apart from that it's an awesome app. 👍

Great app, but needs some work!. This the only Ventrilo app for iPhone so it's great for what it is but I would like to see some more features for example user authentication and comments. Support for this app is great, I sent an email because I couldn't connect due to my server requiring user authentication and they got back to me with a solution very quickly! So to sum it all up, this app is worth the money simply for the fact that it's the only one for iPhone but it definitely could do with more features, then maybe I would give it a 4-5 out of 5 stars :)

Great way to stay in touch. The app, is an ideal way to use ventrilo on the move. So very useful!

Very good app!. It's about time they allowed vent on iPhone again, since all the other smart phones have it. This app is awesome and I'm very happy with it, it does need to be modified to remember channel passwords and support private chat and chat functions however. Please patch! :)

Needs update for version 4. It would be great if this app was updated to work with the new Vent version 4 which most servers are running now. It's a great app but can't be used anymore as it fails to connect.

Good app but found an issue. Goes well but sometimes I find the ptt button bugs out and either won't let u talk or locks on.

Buggy still. 1. Had great trouble initially connecting to a server that requires a password for a user account 2. The "Ventrilode Support" page takes you to a stock form website where all links redirect to the bottom of the page and a phone number. 3. Every time the screen lock switches on it crashes. I also don't know if this is legal since its not a Flagship product, and they've been removed in the past.

Great App. The only thing is it doesn't let me into rooms even though I am an admin!

Works great!!. Easy to setup and works with great sound quality over 3G or wifi. Definitely worthy.

Awesome. For a gamer...well so glad I came across this app tonight. I was having trouble with vent through my set up. After seeing this app thought mays give this ago. Works perfectly. I use my head set through the ipad jack. U can set it so that u can press to talk or auto speech. Join chat rooms as normal. Make sure u add your email or it will boot you out. Can be done via settings.

It's good... But. I could easily set it up. Which was great. But overtime (on wifi) it lags. You can't see who's online. No volume or edit support. Latest version crashes once I log on and it doesn't work :(

Has peoblems, but its awesome. Im glad vent finnaly made it to the ios devices, but on my ipod it says that there is no internal speaker on this device... And then wont let me change to headphones. Both are problems as i cant hear people nor talk to them. Even on an ipod touch, which has internal speakers its a great app, but needs fixing

Happy customer. Still some bugs, but ultimately a working ventrilo app on the iPhone I get some lag through vent on 3G, so the quality isn't perfect, but if your stuck without a headset and computer its worth buying.

Great app could do with a tiny bit of revising though. This app is great, I use it all the time for talking to the guild seeing as I don't have a wireless headset for my computer but it tends to lag a little, I have a great wireless connection but when on this app either I can't see who has come on or off and when I'm talking my messages are delayed by 10-30 seconds. But other than that it's awesome

Good, lacks basic functionality. Overall good app, but there are some annoying issues that will hopefully get ironed out. Right now this is a very basic app that allows you to join a channel and talk. Not much else outside of this. Some issues include, • No iPad support. • UI is amazingly huge, makes navigating vent servers with dozens / hundreds of channels very difficult. • Lack of chat functionality. • Lack of basic admin commands. Kicking / banning through the app would be cool. • Voice activation is very touchy and tends to stay permanently on. • No local mic test to see if you sound ok. • No customisation. Can't move the push-to-talk button. • No ping indicator. Hard to tell if you're lagging at times. • No private messages.

Very nice, it's good to see something that works well. Requires the ability to edit past servers, some vent servers change passwords on a regular time table and having to re-enter the whole thing is a bit to much, but other wise very nice it's about time someone made something

Would recommend. Very good, a few additional features would make it perfect.

Lacking Features. Admin features are a necessary part of vent. Along with private messages. As this is a wi-Fi or data usage app, it would more useful to have these functions as part of the average user or admin commands. Please add them soon.

Need to fix bugs. I found that the auto speech will not work for me. You need to add a bluetooth setting on to it I'd find myself using it more so then i do now i think this will make it much better for ppl to use as a everyday app but 3 stars for making Vent on IPhone :))

Fantastic application. This truly is the best app for Ventrilo on the market (ok, so it's the only one for Apple that allows you to speak & hear), but it works remarkably well, does not use significant amounts of data and has certainly fulfilled all my requirements. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but I have had no problems with it in the 6 months I've used it and looking back on it now, it was a very worthy investment. With the update of allowing you to use global chat as well, the app is even better. Yes, it lacks the ability to private message people and paging etc., but these are very minor issues. I would recommend this app to anyone who wants to use Ventrilo on their unjailbroken iPhone - a great application!

Solid Vent App. Needed an app to chat on vent and this is it. Great connection but sometimes after long sessions the app crashes and needs to restart.

Perfect for basic Ventrilo usage.. New update has fixed the old issues. Works great, highly recommend for Vent on the go.

Great app. It could use sounds when ppl sign in and when you hit the talk button it doesn't work well on 3g but who needs it to it works fine on wifi if your gonna use it on 3g your paying more think about it

Decent. It does work. It needs a bit more work although, like it crashes my screen goes black on it freq' but it does work on the go.

Friar Tuck. It is very slow and choppy. Blew the $5 anyway. Wish I could get a refund.

Exceptional. A cut above the rest. I've used ventrilo for years and any time I'm forced to used another app for voice I'm reminded how much better it is.

Works great. Was a little slow to start. But after re entering the server several times. I was able to connect. Not as good as the of version. But sweet to talk on the go.

Ok but.... It works fine, if you don't mind watching you 3 day battery die in 45 mins. There is no way audio needs to chew through your battery that fast.

Mostly there. It's great that I can be back on vent from a Mac standpoint. The two things missing is the ability for the app to run in horizontal mode and to remember and save channel passwords. Thanks for the hard work.

Ventrilode it just works.... I am hopping to see them add new features like advanced push to talk for targeted person or channel.... Admin commands would be nice and may be available but I did not see them... (of course I am not an admin so they may be hidden... Quality does work well... And input and output volume levels do make the core functionality work nice... So I give it a 4 out of 5

NOT WORTH IT. Never worked connecting to any ventrilo servers. When it tried connecting, it crashed instead. Never got any reply after first email for support, really bad customer service/support.

Pretty good. The connection and ease of use is good. Unfortunately it doesn't support Bluetooth connections, and the auto talk feature needs work.

Pretty good.. I've been using Ventrilode on my iPad for the last couple of weeks. It's a pretty good app for the most part. I am very pleased to see that the app is accessible with Voiceover, being a Voiceover user myself. Only one problem: There is a significant delay from when I talk to when what I have to say is being transmitted. It doesn't matter whether push to talk (autospeech) is on or off.

Decent. Good app but needs more options like individual muting. Also there can be latency problems

Great app and fast. Compared the iPhone vs PC vent. The iPhone was receiving a lot faster than my pc. Can let you edit your guild server information change. Was able to connect to various server. Sounds great and glad there a real working app for the iPhone 4. May be expensive but worth it. Been using this app since December and haven't had any problem since.

Slower and slower. This app started great! Worked well. Couple months down the road. Not a single update(bad for a paid app). The amount of lag between people talking is insane. Switching over from wifi to 3G sends it into connection hell. There are no sounds to know be changed channels or if someone has signed in. I am constantly getting disconnected yet the app keeps you "online". No people didn't stop talking ventrilode doesn't know how to DC you. Until I see more support from devs this gets a generous 2 stars. Thank you.

Awesome!. Been waiting for years for this app! Pros: Easy, clean, simple, great for mobile use. Cons: You can only talk and change channels, no comments, private chat or user options. | Also very quick to drain your battery on both 3G and WIFI. Overall: Great app! Would give it 5 stars, however I would like to see a little bit more functionality first :) worth the money to buy!

Finally a vent client. Much needed app for iOS! Has few cons like Bluetooth and not in background which can easily be updated. Previous reviewers are over picky, but is a "new" app which has already been getting fixed. But they won't admit there pleased to finally have the ability to take vent mobile :)

Very nice works well. Some of the reviews left me skeptical, but I am pleasantly surprised. Sound quality is very good. I had a little problem with using a URL vs an IP but added a www. In front and then worked flawlessly. I recommend this if you are a frequent user of vent, and/or if you have issues running on your computer. Nice job keep up the good work. I don't mind paying a little more for quality apps.

Finally!. As a loyal iPhone user, it's about time someone made a Ventrilo app!! I'm so excited to finally get this. It's a little pricy--not quite worth $5 until more features are added--but if you've been waiting forever for an iPhone app for vent, as I have, then this is your app! Absolutely brilliant! While the function to select a audio recording device didn't work, when I plugged in my Apple earbuds with built-in mic and tested it, they worked just fine!! :D Can't wait to see more!

It rocks. Not a lot of choices out there. This is the best.

Nice but buggy. The app works like it should, The only thing I would like to see is a way to adjust the volume. One person is at a whisper so I need to turn it up to hear him, the the next person that talks blasts my eyes out of my skull. The main issue I have with it is that it constantly, locks the app, suddenly quits, locks my iPhone, sometimes my iPhone suddenly reboots, Sometimes my iPhone will fully lock up and I need to force reboot it. then after this app has been running, most of my other apps act strangely. I have been dealing with this over several versions of this app and several versions of the iOS and nothing has changed. I get about 45 minutes to an hour of use out of it and I need to reboot my iPhone. Otherwise it works fine.

It works but eats data.. Works good on wifi, but trying to connect on LTE.... Forgetaboutit!

Does what it says. I gave this a 3 star but it has the potential to become a 5 star with more updates. My main gripe is that I can not remain connected when my phone autolocks, so I have to periodically touch the screen every few minutes to keep it from locking. Also, I have noticed some lag issues but not so bad that I regretted making this purchase. This app does what it says it will and it's just what I need when I wanna take a smoke break inbetween games without having to leave the conversation. I'd recommend this but with those caviats.

Vent.. Kept getting dumped off server. Non seemed to have solution or cause or the statement it happens. A true waste of going pro sprint has better service! Don’t waste yur time or money.

It's vent!. Awesome sound quality, and the portability is great. I'm the GM of a guild in WoW, and this app really helps me stay in touch with my guild and keep tabs on everything when I'm at work, out for a walk, or anywhere really. Or if you have a crappy computer like I do, and don't want to lag more with vent running, this app rules. The price is a little high. I think it would have been cool and sold a lot more if it was maybe only 2 or 3$ instead of 5. Oh well it's definitely worth it.

Great app. I've been using this app for quite some time now, actually a couple of years and I've had no problems with it. I'm able to chat with my buds on the go when I'm in my car or something without a problem. I read some reviews and I felt like they have no app no justice so here I am saying this app works good. However idk the issue about connecting to an Internet address server, I'm unfamiliar with that, but all I know is for a couple of years now my app hasn't given me a problem yet. Note one thug I noticed, but doesn't surprise me is when you leave cellular data to wifi or vice versa, you will have to reset the app, just be aware of that . I think it's an IP issue because your changing your connection, like I said this never surprised me. Otherwise I love this app and it works great with me..

Nice App but needs features. It does what it's suppose to do. Allows me to connect to all of my Ventrillo servers and talk with my buddies. No crash issues so far. My biggest issue it it doesn't work with bluetooth headsets, I listen to music, text and talk with my headset but have to remove it to use vent. I wish it supported admin functions, even simple ones such as kick/ban. Easily a 5 star app if they put a little more functionality into it.

Amazing. This is the best mobile Ventrilo app I've had the pleasure of using. Works great on wifi or LTE. You can put it on sensitivity/auto mode and lock the screen and it still works. It would be nice if you could be in a channel and just idle and if someone paged you, a notification would go off and then you can in and switch on sensitivity mode. Thanks!

Awesome customer service!. Had an issue with this app crashing repeatedly so I emailed Pandaris in hopes that maybe someone might come across my email and by some miracle add weight to others experiencing the same issue...Its sad how low expectations have gotten when it comes to technical support and other issues related to products due to the likes of certain ISP's and the host of other fowl products sold at your neighborhood big box retailer. To my surprise I was promptly emailed back by a rep from Pandaris very interested in resolving my issue. Within the span of under 30 mins I received confirmation that the problem causing this app to crash had been resolved and the update had been sent to Apple for review; where it would be released later that day. Amazing tech support/customer service /accountability, whatever you want to call it. They went above and beyond and I am grateful. Get this app.

Good Start. Bumped from 3 to 4 stars because of update. My wish/feature list: 1. Be nice to see a ping to the sever displayed. 2. Push to talk sound. 3. Join/switch channel sound 4. Sound when others join your current channel. 4. Admin functions. 5. Chat functions. It is awesome to finally have a ventrillo applications for IOS, will point it out to all the vent/IOS users I know. Note the last update seems to have addressed latency issues (people breaking up while talking). This may have forced a slight lowering in sound quality? Hopefully latency/bandwidth/ quality will continue to be tweaked. So far I am not missing anything that people say, will test further. Also addressed was not being able to see the lobby.

Works great. This app works 99% perfect and I use it all the time to stay in touch with my friends on vent who don't answer the phone because they are too obsessed with their games. Cons: If you can't connect to a sever, you can't cancel the connection process and must wait for it to fail. Also, you can't adjust a user's volume. There may be a bug where you can't see users who log in after you are logged in and in a channel, but you can still talk to them. You must log out of the server and back in in order to see them in the list for that channel.

Okay MVP but needs more work. This app works (and I have the paid version), but it has some annoying bits and pieces, such as you can't dealer or edit a server once you add it, which means you have to create a new entry every time your guild changes their password. It doesn't crash and is usable, so as a minimum viable product (MVP) it merits three stars, and I'm not wishing for my money back. I hold out hope that an update will someday be released for it, which will address the above issue and others (perhaps even adding more features), and bring this rating higher.

Love the mobility. Great app just as the computer version.

Wonderful for 3am boredom.. I bought this app last night when I couldn't sleep and was tired of saying AFK and cutting off the convo for a bit. I'm happy with it! It's very worth it, I dont use the comment function, and chat is not needed, just buy Beejive and talk to people there if you want to type. I do want admin privileges... Buut, I can always give the password to one of my officers and say 'kick him!!' and it'll be done. XD. So no big deal. Thanks for this application, I was told about it mid last year but always forgot! Glad I remembered! To bad I can't give more stars. :(

It cheated me. Horrible experience. I bought this program and at first it worked fine; then the push free taking stopped working completely. I reinstalled several times and it would only fix it for one go, but as soon as I turned it off then tried turning it back on it wouldn't work again. Secondly, even while using it with he push to talk the latency between what I said and when it arrived to the other party was so bad that it negated the whole point of using vent -- we are talking like 7 to 8 seconds between what I said and when they heard it, and yes I was on wifi with 30mbs speed. Then the last straw was when I deleted it to reinstall (to try and fix my previous issues again) it locked me from my purchased screen in my app store. I have never had a problem loading my purchased screen before, but now it will not load even after restarting my phone several times. I searched for this app again to try and get it again that way, but now it's going to charge me again. It has been a complete scam of my mort and this has been the first review I have ever written regarding any app. Hopefully this will warn others before they waste $5....

Disconnect constantly. Keeps disconnecting if phone goes into sleep mode. Even when others are talking and I’m just listening it logs off.

Dear god finally. Seriously ive been waiting forever for this app. My computer crashed recently and i lost the easiest means of communication with friends. I had just thought to check if there was a ventrilo app yet and to my delight there was. Granted it doesnt have all the same properties of the original but its no real problem. I love this app so much that i think this is the only app i dont regret buying.

Noise-Free Talk During Sunspots. Ventrilo in push to talk mode is great when we can't use Skype. Skype is full duplex and there can be intolerable noise for my noise-sensitive family. Ventrilo, and Ventrilo can work with voice activation, but we prefer push to talk because, for us, it works better. We use it in our family and in our guilds. Grateful for this app so I can use it on iPad and play an MMO on PC. Thank you, Developers!

Not worth the money.. It works for me, but it's missing a lot of features. It would be nice to be able to see and send comments and private chats, and the lack of special effects, especially changing others' volume, is annoying because many times, people are too loud or quiet and others already have turned them up or down. Having to re-enter passwords to channels whenever you join and leave is annoying, and remembering all of the different passwords is a hassle as you only have to do it once on computers. Auto speech needs some sort of adjustment, because it either doesn't work or stays on the whole time for me, picking up background noise. TL;DR: make it more like ventrilo for the computer, please.

Ehhh. I use it on iPhone 4. It's functional but I have a lot of issues. People complain about how "I sound like a robot". My mic does not do this with any other VOIP software. The push-to-talk button needs to either be larger or not located at the very bottom of the screen. I cut in and out often because of this. Also, it crashes a lot and has completely locked up my iPhone several times. I have to literally wait for the battery to die for it to work again. I've had it for several months expecting an update but I have not seen one yet. Not too happy about paying $5 for this with no support along the way. Please update this for iPhone 4.

Needs one last feature to be perfect. I thought over the phone the lag and quality would be garbage even under wifi conditions but its actually almost perfect. Even on 3G the quality and lag is still quite good. Very highly impressed. Although, I really cannot believe they do not have voice activation built in. This is key and the main reason I have stopped using this. I cannot game with two hands and hit push to talk. Also having the MIC open constantly is not possible because of others talk it echoes horribly. Please add this last feature.

Can’t access microphone. It says go to settings, privacy, then microphone and give Vent access but the thing is, vent doesn’t even show up

Hobbled App. There is no clear way to edit or delete a server once entered, no way to test a connection before saving it, all in all one of the worst apps I've ever seen.

Very helpful. I find this app very helpful. For some reason my computer has issues running wow and vent at the same time so when we raid I need to get on my phone for vent or else it's a disaster with a healer disconnecting mid fight. I really enjoy the function of the app but there are 2 things I wish I could change. 1. I wish there was an option to leave the screen on when the app is up. I really like using it but my house is noisy so push to talk is best for me but it's a pain to wake the phone up every time I wanna say something. 2. I wish there was a mute option for people. I have 2 vent servers and for 1 I like the mute so I can not hear the whiney bratty 10 year old who is the GM's son when he feels like trying to troll vent and for the other I play with my husband and hearing him in the room and on my vent is annoying. Not asking for volume control really just really want to mute a couple people. But other than this it's a great app and I can't wait to see the changes they have in store.
