Winning a Jackpot is a JOKE‼️‼️‼️. When I first began playing DoubleDown Casino it was fun and I won. But for some reason it has become a joke to even play at anytime. Example: Mystical Mermaid slot is one of the worst slots I have ever had the pleasure of playing. And this winning a jackpot is not even funny 😂. I started with over eleven hundred thousand five hundred credits down to six hundred thousand. During that time of play I won one mini jackpot of five hundred thousand credits. I lost five million credits to win one little mini jackpot. Winning a minor,major, or grand jackpot is literally out of the question. What a contest this is. Spend three hundred million credits to win possibly, maybe three hundred million‼️ This is literally one big joke. And to think you have to pay such a high price for credits. Your credit packages are outrageously too high. Well so much for playing at DoubleDown Casino‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Horrible Game. After reading over some responses from developers, the most common one is that this is supposed to mimic a brick and mortar casino. This is a mobile phone game. Probably 90%+ people just want a fun game to play on their phones to pass time away. Even if there is a majority/minority, looks like you could accommodate everyone by making a room for people looking to pass time and a room for serious gambling. I’ve been playing this game for about a month. What I’ve found is that you can never build. Daily challenges and building is what brings people back. I don’t want to scour the internet or social media sites for free coins. I am actually suspicious that once you purchase anything, your chances of winning goes down significantly to keep you needing to purchase more. I’ve only purchased 2 of the $2.99 packs and since doing that, I cannot get bonuses or stay above what my free daily spins awards. What brought me to even leave a comment is that I slowly clawed back up to $6M and had a daily bonus challenge to wager 100k for 120 spins. You have an excellent setup with enjoyable slots, but it’s just not sustainable to the average player to make them want to come back.

I just read through a bunch of other reviews before writing one of my own. i wanted to be entirely certain it isn't just me who feels so dam cheated, for instance, a rep. answered one of the many negative reviews on this particular forum, the rep stated very matter of fact that the games are ran completely on their own merit, that the casino has no control over the wins and or loses. this statement is the most ridiculous thing i ever read. i play this game a lot and i am here to tell you that yes indeed they have control over the games. the blatant way they answer in these reviews and the blatant way they take our chips is criminal. they also are full aware of the addiction aspect of these games and take full advantage and exploit us because of it. now they interrupted one of my games with an invitation to review DOUBLE-DOWN CASINO. therefore i would only hope i'm not crucified for giving it. its a greedy owned platform they think of nothing but lining their pockets and getting rich off us poor folks.

Cheating payouts. Played this game for years. Started noticing that recently it started shorting payouts and there are payout discrepancies. The discrepancies are in the number of chips being paid out. For example in Thor’s Hammer at the end of game when I won 91 million chips a sign came up alerting to the mega win, it proceeded to payout my chips but after receiving 41million chips the machine stopped paying and immediately started next game, stealing 50million chips it owed me. Have also noticed in numerous other games that payouts between 1 and 1.5 million are just not paid out. Another example is I earned a jackpot bonus of 37 million chips in the game Wild Honey, was notified of a superior win but the game never posted the win to my chip account. Instead Wild Honey game moved to next game as if my win never occurred. Please reimburse these chip totals or the money I have spent over the last 6 months which is hundreds of dollars. I do not deserve this type of treatment as a loyal user.

Typical Pay to Play app. I’ve played for a little over a year. It was good in the beginning but has gone downhill fast. I play daily (at least the challenges) ant it took me a year to get above $400 million. Of course nearly half of that was daily giveaways. The themes are fun but like I said the winning percentage is atrocious and makes the games not fun. For example, there are several slots where you will not win unless you hit a bonus round. ( I consider winning making over your original bet, not “winning” $500 on a $10,000 bet) I have played daily challenges where the goal is one bonus round. I’ll put it on auto play and lose $30 million in under an hour (on $50k/bets) and still not hit a bonus round. I’ve received daily notification for 30 free spins and won absolutely nothing. Why would you promote free spins on a game and the game pays exactly $0 on $300k in spins? Finally, all you really need to know about how little these games pay out is to look at their weekly “jackpot happy hour” that starts Thursday evenings. This is where jackpots are easier to get on select machines and it runs until 1500 jackpots are won. It keeps a counter of wins in the upper left of the game. It almost always last to Saturday afternoon and sometimes we’ll in to Sunday. Really? If it’s easier to win a jackpot on your most popular machines during happy hour what do you think the odds are on the rest? Junk.

Double Down!. I truly love this game, otherwise I would not play, my Hugh complaint is something else, you are supposed to level up once you complete your level up bonus to move up in rewards and special bonuses,NOT TRUE!!!,I have been at the Cosmic level for over 2yrs, twice I have filled up the level indictater to level up to the FIRE level and twice it cleared to start over again,I send in complaints to no avail, they will cheat you as well,At my current level you are supposed to get when you purchase points you get 2 bonus wheel spins,NOT TRUE, when you claim your first bonus, then wait for 1hr to claim your other wheel bonus, but is you should fall asleep, and not there in one hr to collect,you are out of luck, you lose it,I am so upset that I am currently looking for another game to play, lost all faith in them, oh ,did I mention they were involved in a class action suit and lost,I received a really nice check for playing for so long, literally it took at least 10 yrs of playing to reach the Cosmic Level, should have been at the FIRE Level a long time ago,oh,and if you write in a complaint, good luck getting a response,(FIND ANOTHER GAME TO PLAY!)where there it is,an honest review.

I ❤️ Doubledown good luck fellow addicted Doubledowners🎉❤️👍🌹. I had been home recovering & saw Doubldown on FB I instantly played.. & I do often spend money on chips.. The only problem I have with the App is that neither of my emails are verified & they send me the link almost daily but it doesn't work .. I even created an email for this game. But when I try to tell them it's still not working or if I lose chips or have a problem u have to put in a support ticket & then it ask u to put your email in so they can help u when I type my email in it says not recognized. So when I need something I get pretty annoyed lol. I have tried to fix this a gazillion times I'm over it.. I love this casino game wheel of fortune is awesome on here & I can't find another casino like this.. Besides the email thing I love to play.. I wish I was one of those that wins the big jackpots but I also don't have 99$ to spend on this but I as I said love it.. Thx Doubldown for trying to help me register it just doesn't work.. RESOLVED. What is going on? Repeated Dropped connection!. Below is my original complaint. I commend Double Down for quickly responding through several emails and asking for a screen shot of my info. They also provided apology and explanations. Therefore I can upgrade the review to 4 stars. Since mid-June 2020, when playing the Journey challenge, going through various levels, I REPEATEDLY get a “connection lost, reconnect to the server” message during the games. Each time I reconnect, I get a few spins, then it disconnects again and again during the same game. Sometimes it lets you go back to where you left off, but twice it restarted and I lost all my points. I used to play this app often, but it has become so aggravating, I reported it to the developer and got no response. That is why it is getting only 1 star until the problem is fixed. NOTE: It is not my connection or WIFI, no other game loses a connection EVER. Also, I seldom write a review for bad apps, I just delete them.

Great fun....but. Great fun because these are real slots that you find in real casinos! BUT.....like real casinos the odds of keeping your credits are extremely low! What happened to your app. Please fix your app I been with you ever since your app been online. I am tired of friends I play with in this app we can't play together because when I press to get my free spin for the day I press on their name and wait for the wheel to spin and all at once I get knocked out and after that I try to go back in I loss the money .. I can't play any different games anymore because one of my favorite was 777 it won't open the new lobster game same thing please this has been going on since November 2017 . I have written this three times in review if this is not where I should go some how let us know. I am so sad that I went to 5 stars to three and before anyone else says it's my computer it's not I have all my friends play the games I am upset with an there having the same problem. Done with this app. I have been playing this app for years & truly enjoyed it until this last year. I can only assume that they have lost so many players that in order to make any money they have basically turn off the wins. I only bet 50k at a time & had built up to 140M chips when BAM! No more wins. It was like they removed symbols from some of the reels so it is impossible to win. I too have begun experiencing bonus rounds where I win 200k or less. 6 times in the last 3 months I have won 0 on the bonus. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is for the game to congratulate you on winning nothing? I’ve also been reading the recent reviews & see all are negative & double downs response is to thank you for your review. They don’t seem to care if they are losing customers. And they are full of crap when they say the games are the same payout as casinos. If a casino had this much losing it would be out of business. Perhaps if they showed some interest in what the customers complaints are it would be different but they don’t seem to care what you say. Not worth it.... The game is not worth it. It’s something that you can use to pass the time but unless you’re spending an ungodly amount of money to buy chips...you just don’t win. The free spin every day and the free chips that they give out daily doesn’t help much when you spin at 24-50k and only win 1200. They say to lower your bet until you start winning again....that doesn’t help either. Casual players beware, it will frustrate you to see that these other people are winning big but you continue to loose no matter how much you bet. DO NOT PLAY during the jackpot happy hour. 1 less to win the jackpot but you have to bet 5mil per spin and when you barely get past 10mil in total chips...you can’t make those bets. Love game but frustrated. I love this app because it has so many different games I know and love from the real casino!! However this just happened to me…. I was playing 30 free spins from my email account on “Piggy parade” and I got a bonus x2 my 10th spin in, was winning quite a bit for the bet being $10,000. Only a couple spins in to those free spins the game reloaded for no reason and loaded back into the same game then told me sorry you already collected this reward or something close to that, so I lost out on 20 original free spins and whatever was left of my bonus. Sorry, your identical replies given to all the reviewers says so much…. After enjoying DD for a long time several years ago, you must have received a message from Top management to “tighten the payout screws all the way shut”. Then after reading reviews yesterday, they are all basically identical to anyone who relates a poor experience, “ we try to present a real Casino experience…” That, is farthest from the truth. My wife and I are retired and have played in real casinos in Atlantic City, Vegas, Wendover, and more states and win REAL money at significantly higher percentages. Perhaps it is because they are regulated and required by their respective to give payouts at certain percentage rates. You must “regulate” yourself as your payouts are abysmal! Now, I’ve had it, farewell, Double Down, I will never waste any of my time getting frustrated at the disgusting payouts you give perhaps once a year. And I am not talking about winning Jackpots, lol- that’s a joke, I am talking about decent line pays now and then,for you it is only “never and forever”

Used to be my favorite app... Gone downhill.. Developers tell me "they're trying to make this game similar to the real casino." But I can assure you... I live 15 minutes from Mohegan and this is FAR from any of those experiences. I used to support this game by making purchases even when I didn't need the chips just to support because I was having fun... Then it got to a point where I can spend 1 BILLION chips without triggering free spins across 20 different games. It just seems unfortunate, and in my opinion has become a game that puts money over quality. Because they know some people will still make many purchases regardless of how rigged and unfavorable your odds are to have fun on a game where you expect to atleast have some fun seeing as in you won't ever win anything in the real world. I did love the game but......When Kevin Spacey did his thing he was removed from House of Cards. I saw him on the slots but felt no biggie as the show did what it needed to do. Broke in America. During the pandemic when forced quarantine was the big thing games like double down casino where my escape from reality and served an important distraction tool which I used big time! Be warned, be warned. 1 billion lost fast, they turn off winning and give nothing back. Be warned. They turn the winning on and they turn it off. These are not random win games. It is a business and they take your money, and give nothing back..except, a little pleasure in winning. however. They turn winning on and off. For me it’s mostly off. From then on, It was down down hill continuously from there. No jackpots, no wins, just took and took and took. Bet 1 mil, win 200k, which means I lost 800k.. bet bet bet, lose lose lose, bet, 1 mil, win 200k lost 800k.. constantly lose down.. the only time you win, is right after you buy chips. For a couple minutes. Then they turn off the winning. I even though to buy my chip jar. Lose lose lose. So be warned.. They turn on winning, they turn off winning. It is not random. Little Payoff!. DoubleDown is one of my favorite mobile slots to play. I occasionally purchase coins but since there is no real money payout, I depend primarily on bonuses, rewards, and payout winnings for my coin balance. I play the daily challenges everyday but the reward spins on Mondays always pay a minuscule win amount. DoubleDown always put me in the high limits room so it takes a lot of coins to meet those challenges. I would think DoubleDown would want to highly reward their high limits players. Giving a 500k payout on the Monday rewards spin when it took me 50M or more to meet the challenges is completely disappointing. Also, please retire “3x, 4x, 5x Diamonds” Mega Bucks games OR at least keep it out of the challenge games!! It’s a single pay-line game that rarely pays out. Playing a 1/2 million per spin in order to win more than 600k 10 times in a challenge nearly wiped me out! I’ve spent my limit on extra coins right now. DoubleDown please do better. I love the app and don’t want to delete it from my entertainment and I do not wish to break MY bank.

Love hate relationship with this app. I really like this app and I love the games, however the coins are so expensive and if you don’t buy at least $100 worth, you have no chance of winning. I will only buy coins if you are going to get at least 3% more coins. I have never got “lucky” on this app, no matter how many times I have played. You should really offer more to your loyal players. I must say, it has improved in the past year! I usually play a few slots until I lose a certain amount of chips, then I go to another app that isn’t so expensive and I have way better chances of winning. Love these slots but…... I have been playing for 10 years at least. The game has evolved so much and I love it. However there are a few things that I find need to be addressed. They are minor what would make the game so much more enjoyable. One being the daily Challenges. They would be so much more enjoyable to play if the dollar amounts wonWere higher. They are so ridiculously low that you spend 100 times more to play and achieve the goal than you actually win. I stopped participating. The other thing that I would like to address is when I win big the dollar amount automatically fills where my total is while I play. I don’t need to see BIG WIN and have the dollar amount slowly build then have to click ok in order to keep playing. Also, The smaller wins when I bet higher dollar amounts to spin should be relative to the amount of one spin. For instance if I’m spending $240,000 per spin and I have a small win it should be higher than $3000. Otherwise the games are enjoyable and fun to play.

Agree with same old scam. Preferably 0 stars. The DD games are the poorest paying of all games out there. Impossible to win and play for any length of time. During the pandemic with everyone stuck at home, it is shameful to take advantage of people. I spent $400 in the last week. I wouldn’t mind spending a little bit, but obviously the computer alga rhythms are set to get you to pay, pull you in and then know they have a sucker on the line. This is similar to “cat fishing,” you’re just not getting a fake conversation with someone stuck in another country and the government took their passport and they only need $500, $10 or $15 thousand dollars to come to meet the love of their life. I know I’m the stupid one so my fault for not stopping, but DD should also be shamed. I should or could have given that money to the pandemic causes or better yet, Black Lives Matter. I hope management at DD at least considers giving some of money for a worthy cause. As for me, my app is going to get an X and taken off my iPad. Then I’ll say a prayer that you do the right thing and stop violating people that are vulnerable.

Not happy with DDC. I’ve been a paying member for years and years and years. I spend about $200 every month. I have Never been able to win enough to have my purchased chips plus your daily free ones last more than a week or two. (And I usually only bet between $200 and $300K per spin). I play a number of different games so it could be my games selection but that’s unlikely. I guess I could be unlucky but over that period of time, that’s unlikely too. Then there is your daily spin. I recently bought two $99 packages and won bonus spins on bingo……a total of 11 days with two spins. I spun $4 million twice but $85K and $100 K three times each. I’ve been eligible for a max win of $40 million for months and haven’t received that even once. Coincidence? Unlikely. I’ve played every one of your special games and have never won the bonus. Bottom line is I don’t think your games and awards are random. And I can’t recommend your casino to anyone.

Take Care of Your Paying Clients a Wee Bit Better. ***UPDATED REVIEW*** the rules/requirements changed to participate in earning bingo balls & the new Cosmic thing. It use to be 300,000 chip minimum bets for bingo balls, now its almost a MILLION chip bet required. ITS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS, disappointing & genuinely takes the fun out of playing. Yes, you get a free spin on the wheel every morning but it becomes offensive when you use real money to land on $75k-$150k 4 to 5 days out of the week. Im currently at Red Diamond level, 1888, so Im close to Black Diamond, which is 2000. I just dont feel the loyalty in return to a loyal customer/player. SCAM. I play this game everyday and very rarely do I miss a day, even if I’m just logging in to get my daily “free” chips and the reason for that is because you get an extra $1,000 for each consecutive day with the max being 25 so $25,000 and in the past two weeks I’ve noticed that I’ve been reset to $1,000 which means I missed a day which isn’t the case. When it happened last week I thought ok well maybe I did forget yesterday but when I opened the game up tonight and saw that I AGAIN had been reset to $1,000 I knew right then and there that this app is being dishonest!!!! Reading other reviews I didn’t come across anyone else who is reporting this issue (maybe they just aren’t noticing?) but ALOT of people are reporting losing chips or having bets increased without them doing it and of course the lack of winning. I don’t know what can be done about my issue of my daily log in being reset even though i don’t miss a day but I would appreciate it if they could atleast fix the problem and not have it happen again?

Be warned.. They say the odds are always the same... not buying it. It seems the more chips you have the less odds you have of winning. On top of that, the XP leveling progression is minuscule and slow. Great Application. I have had so much fun and wasting time playing on double down casino! In the 14 months I’ve been playing I’ve only bought chips three times just for the offer being presented. I am still playing with the original 10,000 dollars in chips when I first downloaded this application. Their support center is excellent; always correcting issues with minutes to under 24 hours. If the system fails in some manner and it affects your game play or loss of chips they reimburse you the amount lost and most times throw in a chips for a bonus for the inconvenience the down time effected you. They are always offering new gams to play, so you have a steady supply of games on hand, and they implement holiday centered games during those particular seasons. My favorite slot comes out during Halloween season and I spend hours playing. You will not be disappointed in this application. It’s absolutely fantastic!!!

Terrible Payouts. I didn’t know if I wanted to give you 2 or 3 stars but opted for 3 because I have really had fun playing Double Down slots for years. Sadly, I have been so disappointed this last year though, that I just deleted the app. The payouts have been so low it’s not worth it to play anymore. It’s rare to win enough chips to be able to continue playing for longer than about 10-15 minutes. It keeps telling you to raise your bet for bigger payouts but it doesn’t usually happen that way. Even in Free Spins, for example, I had 30 free spins and won only 20,000 chips, and again, when I got 25 free spins I won only 4,800 chips. Many times it’s been even lower than that. I’ve won free spins and at the end it said, “Congratulations! You have won 0”. Not one chip! And that has happened numerous times. It’s pretty discouraging. I know DD wants people to purchase chips, but, I for one, cannot afford to buy chips, so I relied on the daily free chips, which I have appreciated, and the winnings, to be able to continue playing. I have always enjoyed the DD slots…they were always my favorite……so thank you for that.

Stuck at level 16 for years. I’ve been playing this game since 2012ish when I got stuck on bed rest and quickly leveled up until it just stopped moving and has stayed at level 16 since. I miss the tournaments, those were a fun way to win coins with affordable bets. The winner names showing amounts users playing the same game used to be in the $100,000’s until a couple years ago I see chip amounts in the 100’s of millions... and wonder are these ppl buying large coin packages because anytime my account has close to 100 million, I quickly lose them. I stopped buying chips and only return to play every couple months for a couple weeks at a time because I love a few of your games but get bored easily not being able to level up or grow my coins. Which is fine but I definitely should be earning level up bonuses... the meter literally has not moved in years and no one will respond to my question about this.. it just is what it is and I wish it wasn’t.

Don’t Buy Chips. DD games initially get you sucked in with free chip offers. The key here is not betting huge. You can if it’s a new account but the longer you okay the worse the payouts get. If you have been playing over 39 days stop and sign up again using a disposable email (search it) and thus way you can continue to receive decent pay outs (30 days max). Like in FB and you will probably get close to 1M free chips per day. Again keep your betting in check (under 100k) and you should easily be able to last the 30 day cycle before having to sign up again so yo get a decent pay out. Ratings and Reviews are questionable. One would assume you woud appreciate loyal customers for buying more chips. Obviously it’s just the opposite. My this app has fallen. Come back once a year for the feels, a decade ago this app was the best there ever was. What is going on with this app???. I have been playing this app since the very beginning and it was a very good app. But as the years passed, slowly this app has been getting really bad! It’s okay.. I have played for a couple years and one thing I noticed is, that, if your winning, keep playing a bit. If not, don’t waste your time. It does seem as others suggested, that they turn the winnings off sometimes and then back on at others. Just be smart, pay attention and don’t bother thinking “well, I’ve invested or played this long, so my luck will soon change and I will get a big payout”, because it won’t. If you are loosing after 20-30 spins and only winning small amounts, then stop playing. I do enjoy playing, I just try to play smart. So far it has worked pretty good for me. Fun to play ‘ish, but don’t expect to win very often. I have been playing this game for awhile, they have added quite a few new games to keep it from getting stale, but in the end the win algorithm is too tight, I play to have fun and winning and stacking chips is why you play. If I wanted the same odds of winning, I would just play with real money at a casino. I recently played the Red Hot replay game to test out the payout percentage, I spun the reels for 68 straight times and won zero times... when I did finally win at spin 69 it was for $16k off a $12k bet. Cancel app. I will have to delete DDC from my IPAD as I am finding it very difficult to play. Disappointment. Some time ago you deleted my favourite game, European Vacation. It was brought back again for a short time and was once again deleted. Why was this? Mixed feelings. Been playing this game for over 10 years for recreation. I’ve purchased chips on a number of occasions but won’t anymore. I grew up in Nevada where gambling is legal but if you’re playing for any other reason than for recreation you would end up disappointed. Mr. Slot. One problem with this casino is moving the slots to the left in order to play other slots further to the right. The problem is that many times when I place my finger on the screen to slide the slots to the left, my finger will unintentionally touch a slot machine and then that machine will come up on the screen. If I had slid far to the left in order to play a slot deep to the right and that machine comes up on the screen, I then have to cancel it which then takes me back to the beginning. There should be an arrow that one can touch that would then move the slots one position to the left and one could then move the slots without accidentally bringing to the screen a slot that is not wanted. Other than this, the casino slots are are fun to play. MAKE THE CHANGE. If they do then this casino will be fantastic.

IGT Games. IGT games have wonderful graphics and the game action is fun to watch, but the bonus are almost non-existent they are so far apart. Also the winnings are small and doesn't allow any real buildup so you can do higher bets unless you want to continually buy coins. If that's the purpose it's done, but the majority of people that would play the games won't do that. There are too many other apps with better winning amounts and frequencies. Lobsterman, Hot 7's, Mermaids and Red Hot Tamales are just a few that are this way, unfortunately they are the ones I like the most. Could be made a much better app. Game will say you have 1024 ways to win, but your winnings are usually only a fraction of your bet so you are still losing just slows it down a little. Definite Negative Changes. I’ve played Double Down for years now and while the slots are enjoyable and realistic, I’ve experienced obvious changes in how the games pay off. Periodically a big win comes along, but never enough to build chips. Even 600,000,000 chips, which can set me back $200, will drain in less than a day betting only a couple hundred thousand a play. The biggest change I experience is in Bonus payoff. More than 60% of the time, the bonus may pay off less than the initial bet, or even 0 chips. This is a new experience compared to last year and not a fluke. I also observe that times of the day pay off differently. Definitely not random. Very discouraging. I’m ready to delete the game.

This game steals from you!!. These games short you money. I was playing Rolling in the Gold and got the bonus spins. When you get a diamond it accumulates all of the money so far. I had a diamond showing $5.1 million, which would mean over $10 million in winnings. When my winnings came up it only totaled $7 million. They stole $3 million if my points. Points that I pay for and earn. I have noticed this on other games also but not this blatant. Lost all friends and earned points. Last night I tried to log in to my account and it would not download. It told me to clear my cache or cookies. I went to the instructions and did exactly what it said to do. That completely cancelled the game I had and started a brand new account. That also deleted all my friends points. I have complained before about this because this happened before. I had all 25 invited friends then and with in the last 6 months, my complaint was over a year go, you then gave me 50 points for friends. It cleared all my points I had on my account. Fun but cheats. I like that the games are games actually played in a real casino. But one cannot count on a few things. They say you get a free daily spin for free credits, plus you can $4.99 a month for two additional daily spins. I paid for the extra spins, and the daily free spin stopped. I complained about it, but I received no answer back, and still no spins. Also my favorite game will go many many millions without a reasonable payback. Lastly, the bonus round has come up but did not enter into the actual bonus round on two occasions,while a third occasion I was to get ten free spins but it only gave five. It is too bad because the games are fun. Very expensive which makes no sense to me as to why they wouldn’t keep them working properly. Do you care about all the complaints? Every 10 hours you get free coins. CHEAP.. You can not win anything any more. Past 4days I’ve bought 3,000,000 coins x 2. That’s 6,000,000 coins betting the 2nd or 3rd lowest amounts, just to be able to continue playing, just for enjoyment. Played about 4 hours total, now broke. Daily bonus gives You the smaller amount also. 50,000 a day. You are too generous. Used to be my favorite app... Gone downhill.. Developers tell me "they're trying to make this game similar to the real casino." But I can assure you... I live 15 minutes from Mohegan and this is FAR from any of those experiences. Calling it quits. DD Casino was the first online game I dl when I purchased my very first mobile phone and I loved it… the daily bonuses along with much better odds at winning were enough to play at least for the day. I could also meet the minimum bet for the bonuses, including during happy hour. Review. Well I've seen a lot a reviews so far for this game. This game makes it so real as actually playing in a casino. As for the ones complaining about losing money to not win anything, when does one always win in a casino? It's called GAMBLING. That's how companies develop more exciting games like these. I've lost some money on this game but if I had a real problem I would of called those stupid gambling numbers. Good job double down casino!! This has been my favorite game on my iPad for years and I have spent lots of time on it because it's like the real thing. Pretty realistic. I’ve been playing this game for about a year now. I love that they have the real games that I'm familiar with seeing in the casinos. It has ebbs and flows just like a real slot. When they’re hot, they’re HOT. When they’re not…well, its pretty frustrating lol. With that being said, I’ve never spent any real money on this game, nor will I. When I run low on chips, I decrease my bet and take advantage of the promotional chips. You can easily score a million per day if you allow notifications (app/email etc.). I gave it 5 stars because compared to all the other slot games I’ve played, this is the only one that really feels like playing the real thing (minus the dent in my wallet)!

Fun but frustrating!. I have been a loyal player for years. I enjoy the variety of games and the occasional big win. My frustration is with the free chips promised if your email is registered. I used to receive many email free chips and free spin offers. I have received none in the last few months. When I register my email I am told it is already registered, but the email offers are obviously not functioning. Another frustration is that several games go into endless spin mode when a big win is hit and the only way to stop the spinning and lose any win is to shut down and reset my phone. Was Great Now Not So Much. I’ve been playing this app for many years. This was my favorite game and played everyday and won often. Over time I’ve seen the odds change. No more fun they took away tournament slot play. I have been playing double down slots for over 5 years for the most part I loved playing my favorite fame was the slot with the leprechaun with pots of gold in the bonus round but they took that one away and never brought it back Then I discovered tournament slots which I loved and played daily. I even purchased chips often. It is a fun way to play 5million tournament entry to play for big jackpots without going broke. Now they have taken that too. For the most part they have changed the slots you don’t get to a bonus round often and you loose more then almost every spin they allow you to win in very small amounts you can spin a million a spin and you are lock your spin will get you a few hundred thousand. Log outs. I have had a lot of trouble with this game. When I play, it rolls. And rolls and logs me out. I have to log back in and it rolls me out again. Keeps crashing, game progress lost and keep losing my chips. The app keeps crashing on my iPhone it happened just now and at least 5 times in under an hour it crashed and restarted on its own, and then another 4 times it froze and stood there doing nothing. I’m very upset I had a lot of chips and with each crash I know the game I was playing lost all the progress and had to start new and lost all my chips right away, that’s never happened before and it’s all ridiculous. I tried going to “help” and contact the developers and that kept freezing and wouldn’t let me submit either. This is a fake casino game not a real one, the winning percentage should also be better than what it gives. I went from 48million chips to 86,000 in about 30min I don’t think even with the worst losing percentage this should be possible. I think part of the issue was that it kept crashing, but I’m very frustrated.

Rate of winning. I recently download loaded the game an I have to say it’s not at all what I expected. Not happy. It seems like they do a lot of sneaky things if you’re not really paying super close attention to make you play super high amounts and then lose a lot of your chips. and by the time you realize that you’ve lost half your money. I was playing 2 million and then quit because I wasn’t winning that much. I went back to what I thought was the normal gameplay. I thought I was spending 200,000 and it was really 200 million. Would never ever do that. Every time you win big and are ahead it seems like they do stuff like this to make you lose your money. Payouts are just not there. I have had Double Down now for I’m guessing 4 or 5 years and I am constantly struggling to have any money in my bank. It just seems to be rather “tight”.
