Well, it WAS a great app....... This was my go-to place for Bears news and info. But the latest update has now relegated it to a click-click app that drives me crazy! Why would you remove headlines from photos? Now, the user must guess what the photos mean rather than being able to select stories we want to read. Content was and I guess still is top notch but I am not going to spend my time clicking on every picture just to find the stories I want to read. Too bad. This used to be a great app. Now, it’s just so-so.

🐻👇🏼. I’ve been a Bears fan since ‘85. I was 7. Started playing the next year.... 85lb league 🤔. Over the years there’s been some pretty good teams with some really good defenses. Huge Urlacher fan. There’s something really going on with this team the past few years that have gotten us to,what I believe, will be the next back2back champions in Chi-town and I’m so happy I’m around to see it. What’s even more important is the character, the complete unselfishness of the WHOLE organization that has never changed and keeps me with my head high because I know that even with a hundred double doinks, we will never blame even Cody Parkey. I follow the news with this app so even a Jersey boy Bears fan living in NC can follow my QB b Tru Mitchell become not only the next truly great QB, but also a person the kids can look up to. Ty for keeping me updated and Go Bears!

Bears fan for 33 years. Love the app and the Bears as a fan in Tennessee without the money to see them at home I took a loan out to watch them play Panthers few years ago. Not the outcome I’d like but man just seeing your team that everyone that knows me know I just absolutely love! The app is amazing! Go Bears BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

App is not as user friendly. It was a great app, this year it appears that they’re trying to do too much. Instead of seeing the stats or depth chart in a snapshot like an app is supposed to be, you barely see the stats or depth chart unless you scroll across ( it is a full page website like view). It took a huge step back in functionality and display.

Breaking news. The review from the guy about the team is a moron. You should be reviewing the app genius. Anyway, my only issue is, how this app doesn’t display breaking news about the Bears? It’s kind of weird that I have to find out from other news channels about the team 1st. Isn’t this the official Bears’ app? Wouldn’t they know way ahead of anyone else? That would make this app a lot more valuable and as a source for breaking information.

Notifications Issue. I really enjoy this app a lot but man are the notifications annoying. I’m giving this 2 stars because what’s the point of having a spot in the settings to turn on and off notifications but it never saves your changes and automatically turns all the notifications on no matter how many times you try and turn them off?

App gone wrong. App is bloated with alerts that don’t go away after you open the app, and isn’t smart enough to know when you’re in IL compared to out of state. Went to the Risk It piece of the app and it’s telling me that it’s restricted to legal residents of IL. I’m easily inside of the IL boarder and marked that I was at least 21 years old and it still doesn’t let me play. Just like the Bears on the field, this app is not functioning up to expectations.

My tickets on the app are gone???. This app is terrible and the fact that after all these years of being a season ticket holder they switched to digital tickets. For whatever reason I was signed out of the app. I know I didn’t sign out and when I went to sign in my password wasn’t accepted so I changed it and now the my tickets are gone. This is so frustrating and not getting a lot of help this app the digital tickets are a huge pile of crap. Bout done w the Bears all together!

Same story year after year ….. Once again, I received a letter from the bears. Same stuff every year. We’re getting better. We’ve added good players, we’ve drafted good players, our coaches will improve from last year,and last, we care about our fans We also care about what our fans think about the bears team and our future. Since the NFL TV Contracts alone give each team over 330 MILLION DOLLARS every year, why should you care what we think ? That Dollar figure is public knowledge because the Green Bay Packers are a public organization and have to release the figures. You could give the tickets away and still be in the black….. after all, you have sponsors, sell Merchandise, have Radio deals, endorsements, payments from concessions, parking and who knows what other income streams. Yet, you always attempt to paint such a positive picture every year, but put garbage on the field. You can’t draft with any degree of success, you can’t develop any players you draft to make them better, the coaches you hire usually turn out to be unable to put together any semblance of a game plan that works on offense or defense. So , for over 40 years as a STH, I have no reason to believe you’ll ever get better in my lifetime. Lucky for your Or-Gan-I-Za-Tion, I’m 80 years Old and in about 15 years or so, I probably won’t be around to point out the truth about the bears.

Great app!!!. Moving away from Chicago to a town with no NFL football team to call their own put me far away from the updates. This app keeps my updated on our next. Hence to dance ‘The Super Bowl Shuffle’ once again!

Fan for life. My father brought me to games since I was 8 he had s seasons since 58 he passed in 93 and I have his ticks ever since and I am now taking my kids and my grandkids and I’m sure you have heard that same story a lot which should show the support and respect people have for the bears my love for the bears will never go away thank you and can’t wait for next season 🐻⬇️

Issues with Bears App. Since the most recent app update, I have had issues accessing my season tickets, I cannot transfer tickets to my Apple Wallet for some reason, and I am getting error messages trying to access the STH account information (including benefits like STH events, etc.). I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn’t help. Must be a buggy latest version that needs to be fixed/updated.

Chicago bears. The Chicago Bears have a really nice things that you can understand if you look in check out the app I would it’s really cool they have really cool games against each other in a really really excited to watch and they have really good teams but not so good things they’re playing the Jets on Sunday and I don’t like that it’s not that good in back to app they have really cool pictures and they have really cool things like about the team is really cool things that tell you about this

Love the Bears, but the app not so much. App experience is very disappointing. Can’t fill out forms for auctions and other registration functions as once you start the form won’t scroll (yes you can force it to show rest of form but it snaps back and won’t let you select submit or continue). Going into feedback form in the app, the same thing happens; you are asked to provide your name, email and comments and then can’t advance further. Hope you fix this fast as right not it just frustrates users.

Booooo. Not straight forward, need multiple accounts, thanks for making getting to a game more difficult. And what about people who don’t have smart phones? They’re just chopped liver. This is nonsense. I hope you got a bunch of money from Ticketmaster...

Live games/Updates. I would love to give this app 5 stars but I’m unable to watch any/all games live it pains me not to be able to watch the bears play once you fix this the app would beat out me trying multiple sites to attempt to watch the bears game

Awful. This app is worse than the team they put on the filed. Most of the time it just spins when you open. If your lucky the app opens but then it spins again once you try to get to your tickets. This new update is trash. Now I can't even get in the app to retrieve my tickets. I'm a season ticket holder and this app hasn't worked since it was created. Now I would take a working app over a win. Sad. Bears app down.

Appreciative for the platform. Solid interviews and information at my disposal at all times. We’re allowed to get good information as to how the players weeks are stringing together and also get first hand knowledge of the information they have gained on the opponents. Glad to be a fan and have this app! 🐻⬇️

Review of Bears Mobile App. Still need to work out the bugs to use the app on game day. Could not access the mobile app while trying to enter the Packers Game until receiving a “hot spot” assist after already being inside the United Club. Also, the concessions staff was not prepared to be able to process the STH concessions discount. They appeared to be totally unfamiliar with the procedure to process the discount.

New GM must learn you don’t take all the garbage out. This was a no win job but other than waiting till now to lose I always check the number/ player with so many new faces Quinn was a good move Mack we could have got more and dam pay Smith at Lb will hurt us.

GM, Manager. I’m not really sure on the selection of the coaching positions manager and GM. But in the last few years it seems like we get nobodies in the league and people that I hardly even know that have coached in the league. I wish they would go out and get a quality GM in coaching staff that’s been established from other teams and pay the money to get someone with quality. It just seems like the people they pick aren’t really the best qualified for the job in my opinion

Fun and Informative. This app makes keeping up with your favorite team, of course that’s Da Bears, both fun and informative with lively video updates and great articles along with personal stories and bring you right into the heart of this great team and it’s rich history! Can’t wait for opening day!

Lazy. I can not rely on this app for up-to-date information; just like the website. Several outside sources always provide updates on injuries, news, etc. far sooner. Sometimes days earlier!! For example, the app shows Hicks as questionable for today’s game but several other news sources show that he is OUT for today. This is a microcosm of a regular pattern. Why even provide an app if they aren’t going to mange it. Oh wait! Another example is the roster cuts. I could go to several other sources for the final roster and depth chart. But yet, the people IN THE BUILDING, can’t get the app updated. It’s pure laziness and clearly there is no accountability.

Has finite amount of stories on homepage. I wanted to look at each of the players they drafted after the draft but the app only allows a set number of stories before the earlier stories are pushed out. As of now, you can’t go back to read about their first three draft picks because that info is gone. Really basic mistake. I’ve noticed this for a long time. I’ll see something on the app that I want to refer back to later and it is gone.

Yes, all the latest at your fingertips. Keeps me up on every facet of the bears news ! Rating 5 stars because it works great and I know they will keep on improving it as new tech lets them ! Outstanding News coverage also

Bad updates!!!. Of my favorite features you had on this app, you changed!!! Most if not all of my friends agree! And, I should mention all of us are very hard-core into sports and all competed at very high levels! Turn some of the stuff back!

Out of Towner. I’m a 3 decades old bear fan now living in western Wisconsin ( I’ve been living behind enemy lines for about 3 years now). The fan site not only keeps me informed, and up to date on my fantasy football data, but also gives me that home town feel with local writers and commentators doing most of the talking. The videos make me feel like I’m watching local broadcast instead of some water down packers version of Bears news. I’m very satisfied with the site.

Update. This update will not update. What is an over 40 year season ticket holder going to do if the Bears continue to have these problems with their IT stuff. Get it together before we won’t be able to get into games.

A Bears fan must have!. I have been using this app for 3 years now and I still enjoy it. It has everything a Bears fan could ever want and more. Videos of player interviews, game previews, highlights from every game, and Bears play book breakdowns. Larry Mayer writes great articles that answer fan questions, and point out interesting stats about the players. I can’t think of any downside. User friendly: 5 stars Content: 5 stars This is definitely the best Chicago sports app!

Great App!. This app shows me all the additional information that you want and that you don’t get from regular sports news. The only thing I would say that is bad is when loading into a video either for a highlight or whatever if you turn you screen to much it makes the screen to small to the video. But besides everything is great with the app!

Super Bears Super Bowl 2018. This team has invigorated this city of “Big Shoulders” this year. Exciting offense, stifling defense and a shakey parkay at times has us thinking Championship with3 more victories. 32 years is a long time coming and the # of teams that have had opportunity to win one since we have. It is a whole new outlook this playoff season as we have a great shot to become the Monsters of the Midway once again.

Manage My Tickets. The ticket transfer has not appeared in manage my tickets two out of the four times I have used the app to receive transferred tickets. Ticketmaster doesn’t support the exchange, so you need to call the Bears during normal biz hours Monday through Friday for support.

Excitement. The app is phenomenal. The content is really good and videos are shot very well. Football games look forward to seeing more and reading more articles that are written by the beat reporters.

Lunch with Larry access. Until 2023, lunch with Larry could be easily accessed through this Bears app. Now it shows a post on the app but directs you somewhere else / forces you to use X. And it doesn’t seem to show up clearly there. Had a few other people try as well and none of us could figure it out. Please bring back Lunch with Larry on the bears app. PLEASE.

App. The app is getting better and better! Love the games added and the magazine you can check out. I hope they bring the game face back, but with all the cool new stuff, can’t complain!

Only minor changes would make it perfect. On the main page, where it shows the time until the game, it should show the network the game is on (cbs, Fox) - shouldn’t have to click “preview” to find that information. In schedule, it would be great if there was a way to “jump to next game” to see the next game rather than scroll down the list. Thank you.

What a Game Changer!. I absolutely love this app it’s a real game changer. I can get mostly any Bears game information. I can see how my Monsters line up with other opponents the articles are well written. Everything that connected with Da Bears like game time, tickets sales ect. is at my fingertips . It’s a game changer for Bears fans.

Super. Glad league approved New Jersey’s 🤗🙃🇺🇸. Am an avid Chicago Bear Fan since I was ten years old am now 69. I have Cerebral Palsy mostly lower limbs when I was young I always wished I could run like Gayle Sayers as I had to wear high top shoes with braces always looked forward to Thanksgiving when the Bears and the Lions played wish that would continue. Anyway happy the numbers on the jerseys were approved to reveal one hundred years. (140) etc. My nephew Nathan Appleman is a architect his company just did some work there. Fan in Texas. Best app to keep up with Da Bears, down in Texas. I especially love the in-depth information about the draft. Another great feature is the highlight reels from players and games. The Bears store is also great. Its hard to find hats, jerseys, and other memorabilia here in Texas about the Bears. Larry Mayer, Jeff Joniac, and Tom Thayer are the best commentators. Thank you all for providing a fan with great info about players and plays.

Unorganized and not having fun. Too difficult to get autographs. Waiting in a line to get an autograph then find out I have to go to another line to get a wrist band then later find out the players I wanted to autographs from I have to get their name on a scratch off. I ask someone who is working the event where do I get the scratch off and they did know; thought was when I first came in which didn’t happen. Can’t hear the panelist as the echo is too loud.

No gameday stats. The app is unable to provide gameday stats. It only shows season stats. When I use the MLB apps I am able to see real time play, active up to date stat changes, and feel quite engaged. This NFL app is poor and extremely inefficient while providing very little

Cool app. If you are a diehard bears fan like me you will love this app because it tells you everything you need to know about the bears. You can see the games and what time they are at. You can see the roster and you can read articles about the bears and what they might do in the future. They tell you who they sign who they draft who they trade for it is sick. So if I were you I would get this app NOW.

Bears gone bad. I have been a season ticket holder for about 20 years and have seen the bears go from a great franchise to a pitiful team and the reasons start at the top. The owners need to sell the bears if there is any hope to recover. The proof is year after year of failing to hire the right general manager and coach and a president who knows nothing about football. At this point I am contemplating selling my psls although who will buy them I do not know. Can you imagine Pace not saying a word all year and then has the gall to accept a three year extension and said we have mad e improvements from the beginning of his three years. Excuse me how many games have we won in our own division? Unbelievable the fall of the bears will continue and will approach not existing soon. The bears mccaskys do not care thinking many fans are on list for tickets. Haha the laugh is on them there will not be enough fans to replace people like us.

Why DA BEARS you might ask.. I became a Bears fan at 10 years old (thx dad) and that was 1960 so I’ve seen a lot of their history and a lot of great teams and players. The Bears app helps keep me abreast of much of the latest team news. Having said all that I’m as hopeful now over where the Bears are headed then I have been in quite some time.

App does not work. After using my phone for three years to move my season tickets around this app does not work. Calling the ticket office was no help. Once the again they do not care about te ticket holder.

Knoddys Review. I love the Bears but you keep sending me alerts even when the team is actually doing quite poorly.... Do you think that’s fair to some of your devoted fans? I would rather you spend more time getting it right on the field especially our really poor offensive than sending me alerts suggesting “Hey check this out, check out what we are doing....” I seriously think there is something really wrong with Chicago’s Board/Administrative Staff and most need to be cleared out because they are deluded if they think it’s fair running the online app etc like this when our fans haven’t had any joy of this team we love holding up the Super Bowl trophy since 1985???? Just no excuses from them.....

Crashes 50% on opening. Frequently have to have two, sometimes three tries to get it to run. iOS 14.0.0.

Update the stats. Great app but please update the player stats more regularly

Good app. Good app, all the news and info any bears fan would need. Only issue with it is that videos take too long to load. I don't have any problems loading videos on other apps or sites that I visit but for some reason the videos on this app take forever to load. A 5min video can take 10-15min to load for viewing and that's with wifi connection. Hope it's something that can be sorted out. I never had a problem with the older version.

Do not use the shop if you’re not American!. I just wanted to give you a heads up about your online store. I went to purchase a couple of items being as the Canadian dollar is doing better than the American dollar, so I figured why not splurge? I get my total which is about $73 USD which should be about $55 CAD right now, but $104 was taken from my account. The online store is not honouring the exchange rate and I feel very upset about being overcharged, especially when it’s double what I had expected to pay with the current exchange rate. I was basically given the run around and refunded the return label, but who knows if it’ll be through the proper exchange rate or not, let alone once my refund comes in from the return. I just wanted you to know that when purchasing through the official Bears app, international buyers are being treated like this. I obviously will never be using the online store again and am out $104 for who knows how long with how long shipping takes. I asked if I could just refuse the package and they said no.

Best feature disappeared. On the home page, there used to be either a countdown to the next game or the result of the last game. What happened to this? Is it somewhere else? Is it gone? Why do app developers always feel the need to remove a useful feature?

Bearing Down. The Chicago Bears app is a great source of information about the beloved Monsters of the Midway. Sure, the company line must be upheld but the approach is refreshingly valid.

Annoying Scores and Schedule Module. This app is fun and has lots of neat features. However, the scores and schedule module only lets you look wit for a few seconds before it refreshes up to the top repeatedly, and that’s really annoying.

Tiresome Bears. The Bears continue to fail as a competitive team. Very poor general managers and head coaches have continuously showed inability to make good decisions-especially regarding personnel. Pace’s first round choices and quarterback selections have assured the Bear’s failure. I have bought season tickets for 20 years but if these two losers come back in 2021, I will spend my $12,000 on something else.

Change is good. Finally an app and website that is enjoyable. Last years site was horrible and not enjoyable. This year you all hit it out of the park. Ty

Ads ruined the app. They added ads between last season and this season. So every time you want to watch a press conference or video posted, you have to watch a 30 second ad. Better off just following the Facebook page.

Stats not updated. Love the app. The only issue I have is that the weekly stats versus the other team are not updated anymore. Not sure why. Maybe it’s an issue on my end.

Better Updates. Updates are not very good reports are late other apps are updated very quickly.

Easy way to see what’s happening with the monsters.. Nice layout and design, updates quickly, lots of extras.

Diehard fan in Florida. I like the app s lot but there is no audio with. Why can’t the app have radio commentators? Radio stations are so difficult to find and then all broken or for the other team. Can we change this for 2029 season? Please!

CGR DaBears. I love everything about the app, i.e., all the videos, the stats, etc. The one issue I have is when I try to watch a video on my iPhone & turn it sideways, often times it shrinks down and rotates around on its own! There must be some type of glitch within the app itself, because when I view any other videos using other apps, that doesn’t occur. Maybe your developers can test it with an iPhone.? Go Bears!!

To those having issues.... I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Works fine now. Pretty standard troubleshooting.

The facts. Your the only place is fans can get the right info with out it being sensational like this so called analyst. They do have a couple good people like Rappaport and Sean O’ Hara. Thanks for all you do.

Can’t add tickets to Apple wallet. They tell you to add the tickets to your Apple wallet before the game. But when you go to do it, you can’t. Screen keeps loading and saying “can’t refresh your events.”

It’s all there, but it’s buried in app. The most used “Scores and Schedules” and “Standings” features are buried and the last to load on the “More” screen. Bump those up above the more useless selections and you’ve got a perfect app. Bear Down!!! 🐻🏈🏆

Amazing. Love Da Bears. Good app I have this for bears news and bleacher report for nfl trades and stuff. Amazing app I recommend. One ting I like is they show individual highlights. Like Jesper horsteds awesome catch. ( He should be in the roster) So yeah this is a app I like and use.

No radio no good!. The ONLY reason I’m giving the rating I am is because of the lack of radio, which to me, is a big deal since I can’t watch them on tv every Sunday. I love my Bears, but you apparently can’t be a fan of theirs if you live outside of Chicago. I live in Pennsylvania and would like to be able to listen to my favorite team through the radio in the app. Fix this please!

Chicago Bears App. Great for play by play listening. Joniack is excellent and honestly more exciting to listen to Jeff Joniaks play by play rather than watching. Thanks Bears for allowing this !!

Wonderful App. This app has served me well. To always having “my Bible” with me for study, sharing, or personal reflection. Having all the versions of the Bible in my phone or iPad is an incredible advantage.

Great App. Their is so much on this app that I can’t begin to name it all! I like the option o make “ faces “ & save them & share them. I can keep up with all the latest news , scores etc.

Garbage. You need this app to get access to your tickets. Ummm...on game day, when 61,000 fans are using the app and it crashes not a great way for e tickets. Get your crap your together.

Bears. This team just wants our money!!! This app doesn’t tell the truth, it’s a company spin web site. They say they want change, but they keep with their penny pinching ways. The podcasts are so slanted, good thing there so many others out there. I would give two stars cause I’m just a huge (dumb) bears fan and I do get some info from the site. It’s so embarrassing being a bears fan these last 12 years.

Bears need new management/ ownership. Chicago needs to wake up and smell the coffee we are being used by some people that don’t give a crap about the fans that pay there way to the bank.

Listen to every game. Enjoy knowing, if I can’t watch, I can listen to every game. Now, if live games in video was included, I would give it a 5 star and it would be my go to on game day 👍
