It does what it's supposed to. Well.. I don't use this app often, as it is very specialised. But Skyrim is not the same game without it. If you can deal with the occasional hassle of updating your ingredient list by hand, you will have a very powerful tool. I love the feature that shows you the most valuable potions you can make from your ingredients on hand. In 15 years of playing Elder Scrolls games, I have never dreamt of having anything so useful as that.

Best Skyrim App EVER. I don't know how I ever planned potions before this app. I'm now running low on ingredients and I'm carrying more weight than my character is capable of (with the help of enchanted shoes and gloves) with hundreds of potions all valued over 100 gold!! Buying a house in Solitude doesn't look like such a long-shot anymore! :) Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go update my ingredient checklist and get my alchemy level up some more!! (and my bank-balance)

Awesome!. I keep thinking this app is just perfect for my experience of playing Skyrim. And he keeps improving it! Basically I don't play Skyrim without it!

The #1 SkyRim App. I love this app, it's very user friendly,and quick to use. I must of played Skyrim a Kaijillion-Billion times, & this trusty little app has been there with me. I make SO MUCH "invisible" and "paralyze" potions, that I can battle almost *any foe despite their many levels above me! *[dragons not included] This app is phenomenal! I don't know what my life would be like without it...I probably would of went down a dark, dark path... moved to a major city in America & been a super-pimp... "H03 you gotz my money"? Would of replaced my Thu'um aka "FUS-RO-DAH"! Good thing my nerd game is better than my pimp game L🤓L

Neat. Doesn't seem to figure Jarrin Root poisons correctly. Be great if the user could add custom ingredients from mods,etc

Simple and useful. Good information presented in a clean and simple interface. This has become my go to tool for all my Skyrim alchemy activities. Well worth the price! Get this, you won't regret it. The latest version added the ability to track the quantity of ingredients on hand and then automatically subtract from the quantity when you make a potion from the sell list. Very nice update!

LOVE this app!. It was absolutely worth getting, it saves me time and brain power reading up about everything, and makes alchemy enjoyable! Only thing I didn't like was in 'Sell', it doesn't fully list the potions from most expensive to least, it did at first, but when I would use that recipe I would look down the page and there would be another potion worth like 300 more coins than the 17 above it! I learned to check before I used up ingredients, but I do hope they can patch that up in the future!

Perfect Gold-Collector!!!. This app makes the game SO MUCH EASIER for me! Just a few ingredients picked up from the start of the game lets you make high-value potions to sell for useful coin AND power-level your alchemy skill to make even more powerful potions! This app is a must for those who want to get some of the better starting armors at the beginning of the game, or even just a bit of gold to train in archery (or whatever else you want to)!

Robust and full featured. There are other calculators out there including free and online but this one is very convenient and full-featured. Exploration is easy - looking up the effects of ingredients and reverse look up based on effect. I especially like the ability to create combinations yourself - and excellent UI makes it very easy. And if you’re willing to put in the effort to create your inventory in the app it pays off in the ability to make money/alchemy skill/speech skill. Once the inventory is entered the app shows a list of potions you can make sorted by price. Once you make the potion you can subtract each ingredient from your inventory with one touch. I would love to see more info about ingredients - where to find large quantities in Skyrim, what they look like in the environment. But even without that information this is an excellent app

Most useful and greatest skyrim app. This app is a must have for skyrim players. Alchemy is one of the easiest perks that you can power level in and this app helps. Looking for an extra level for different perk trees or even just for alchemy itself? This is perfect. You sort what alchemy ingredients you have, then it does the rest for you. You can make easy gold with this, enough to buy anything you want in the game. Helps so much. Definitly worth it!

Definitely Worth Buying!!!. Has all of your Alchemy needs and more. Has an inventory list that you can use to calculate what formulas you can create from your current ingredients in Skyrim, another category takes that info and make a list of formulas that will make you the most gold and skill out of your ingredients. (A Giant's Toe is for some reason the Main Ingredient in all of the Most Valuable Potions) Also an easy to use category that tells you what effects an ingredient has and all of the ingredients you need for potions. JUST BUY IT ALREADY!

AWESOME!!!. I love this app it makes it so much easier to both level my alchemy and get gold. It takes all the guess work out of alchemy. Before it would take several months just for me to raise my alchemy to 100 and to unlock every ingredients affects. Now it takes mere days if not hours if I'm extremely determined. What I like best is how I can input all of the ingredients I have on hand and the amount of each and then as I make potions it removes those ingredients keeping up with me. The only thing I wish it would do is remove the ingredients I don't have from the planner section and keep removing them as I made potions and ran out of those ingredients. Other than that this app is one of the best apps I've ever purchased. Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me.

Amazing for Crafting. I have used this app several times for keeping track, but there’s only one thing that bothers me about the sell section, and that is that it doesn’t take into account if you have any speech perks that increase sell prices. Also, I love the app, but i wish it was possible to have ingredients from creation club.

Excellent App. Just when I think my Skyrim OCD couldn't get worse, I discovered this app. Very well done! A lot of thought went into this app, and you can tell its made for gamers, by gamers. I especially like the "sell" feature. Put in your info, and the app will list the best potions to make to maximize your gold return. An hour or so of burning through my ingredients stockpile, coupled with the "kill the merchant to reset they're gold" exploit, and I'm at 10,000 gold.

Fabulous help- for time & making septims. Using this allows you to skip the figuring out what stuff does (ie: wasting ingredients) and helps you figure out what is the most valuable potion you can make with what you have. It’s a go-to for me every time I start with a fresh character. Would actually pay for this app. Would LOVE to see the new content included - like the new fish and the ingredients you can only get from the cat people available with the anniversary addition.

Very Helpful. This app is a tremendous help for keeping track of ingredients and making potions. It's a must get if you play Skyrim. The app supports all DLCs.

This app is really great!. I hope that you would be still improving this app, as it may become the most useful Skyrim app in app store! There's one more thing at this point I would be looking forward to see - a potion planner, that you choose which potion you would like to create next, let's say "restore health" and then the app creates a "quest" to do it, so that you choose which ingredients you already have and which you still need to find. It's pretty easy if you just want to create one potion, but if you need 3 or 4 then it would be great to be able to create a list of all neede ingredients... Just a suggestion :) But anyway, the app is great and if you do alchemy at all, it is a great help!

It’s ok. Not as useful as it seemed, would have been nicer if free. App does have tips for maximizing xp and gp, but those are available through free sites online. I tap ingredients and filter to remove ingredients with zero inventory... and I still get potions I don’t have ingredients for. Better online resources for free.

Best Alch App Out There. Great app, far and away the best one I have used. This first tab is a great reference page, allowing you to scroll through the ingredients to see their effects, and vice versa. Really easy to customize the collection of ingredients you have. One thing that I would love to see is the ability to filter the 'sell' tab to then only show the recipes with that ingredient. Just something nice that I know I would use. Regardless, great app, worth every penny. Thanks

The Best Alchemy App for Skyrim. I've downloaded several, and this one is the only one that was worth it. You can tell the designer has actually played the game and has thought through what you need to do. And just when I was thinking it was the best - the latest update improved it further! Great app, warmly recommend any Skyrim player should buy it. And the latest release has yet again improved the app - incredible! Just give us a way to save favorite potions and it's a wrap! :-)

Not worth the money.. I don't think it's worth buying, seeing as there are much better programs/calculators online. If you (tediously) enter in the ingredients you have in your inventory, it will still show all of them when you go to the calculator or planner section. Not to mention all the ingredient values are automatically at 1 when you use the app for the first time, you'll have to change them all to zero if you don't have the ingredient. You also have to manually change the values -1 unless you are doing the alchemy specifically for money, which I do not. I simply want to find the characteristics of every ingredient. Then focus on money. I suppose this would be a great app if you already know every characteristic of every item and hoard your ingredients for a long time then binge on alchemy usage. Otherwise, I'd suggest using an online calculator or looking the ingredients up on the Skyrim Wiki.

Great Job. You have done a very good job with this app. I am grateful that you added the iPad support which is much easier then the iPhone. This app is very easy to use to create new recipes and to create recipes with multiple ingredients. Just an idea it would be nice if we could make a list of ingredients that we have in possession in the game... From there it could tell us what potions we could make with what we have. Just an idea... Fantastic app!

Very useful. I used this app frequently with past characters and it is a great way to discover ingredient properties and maximize your potions. Since I've installed Perkus Maximus, however, I don't use the app as much. Perkus has made significant changes to the game and the recipes in this app do not always give the intended result. Fortify smithing is one example. With Perkus installed, following the app recipe now creates a brawling potion instead. This is, of course, no fault of the app, but I do hope that there is a Perkus friendly update in the works. With that in mind, I'm rating it 4 of 5. If a Perkus update comes in, then I would have to consider it a 5.

More useful than my computer :D. When doing alchemy I always sat my laptop in front of the tv and looked up the effects and ingredients, but with this amazing, easy to use tool I can clear out all my ingredients with ease. What took me an hour of boredom now takes me 15 minutes. After getting this app I reached 100 in alchemy in no time flat. I recommend this app for anyone playing Skyrim who will do alchemy.

Great app to start, play, and max Skyrim. I love this app. It shows you how to make gold by crafting potions. While crafting, you gain experience. While selling potions, you gain experience. So, you gain a lot towards maximizing your character build. It is user friendly and actually was built to help you with the experience of wealth building. It was also built to help you craft the potions you need to adventure. The app tracks your inventory and can remove ingredients with the click of a button to keep your inventory accurate. It can handle multiple characters simultaneously, so try it with a new character or an old one. It should help you.

This is great!. I especially like the way you can cross-reference your ingredients! Oh wow! I just found some canister root, besides tea, what can I make with it? Or I need something to fight off disease, what ingredients do I need to make a cure disease potion? As far as leveling, with the stuff I have, what will help me level up the most? It’s all there, in spades! This one of the most used apps I have. Well, this and FB,😉😏.

Great App!. This app is incredibly useful, especially when you don't want to have to search up several pages on UESP or spend time experimenting with ingredients in the game. What used to take me 5-10 minutes takes about 2 minutes now. However, as people have mentioned, there is definitely room to expand this app and it's functionality. I hope to see future updates to this wonderful tool.

Dont let the number of reviews fool you. This app is updated frequently, and with each update, the amount of reviews resets. This app is perfect for anything alchemy related, wether your just trying to level the skill, create the most profit, or create the strongest potion. I could say many more good things about all of the apps features, like being able to use the app offline, but id be here for a very long time.

Super helpful app. Highly recommended. I was lost when it came to potions and poisons. I've gotten to level 60 alchemy and made tons of gold in just a couple hours of crafting with this app. I really like being able to remove the used up ingredients from the list as I go to always have the available recipes listed for the most gold. The only problem is finding enough vendors with enough gold to buy all the stocked up potions and poisons I have made using this app.

Awesome. This app makes alchemy enjoyable

Great time saver. Does what it claims. Saved me so much time. Made me so much money. With this app you don't even have to discover all the properties of ingredients unless you just want the extra xp. If you are using the filtered list you can grind out all your possible pots before moving on. But learning all the properties helps you keep from grinding through rare mats on weaker pots. Wish it would completely omit entries in the recipe planner when using the filtered list and some property is unavailable. Currently it just fades. Since this is an exhaustive list that means tons of scrolling through greed out items.

Very well written. While I haven't tried any other alchemy guides, I can tell you that this app vastly improves the (otherwise weak) part of skyrim called alchemy. With this app you can almost create an entire new type of character class, alchemist. You can give your characters a wonderful addition of potency by adding a plethora of effects to your weapons. And while that may be available with any other alchemy app, this one also provides the ability to make potions based on the highest selling properties of ingredients. It is not unrealistic to create potions valued well into the thousands of gold. And quickly learn which ingredients to harvest for profit. I especially enjoyed the feature of being able to enter my inventory, then combine multiple effects from what I had available to me on the spot. Now I don't like to play the game without it.

Unbelievable with one tweak needed...(v 2.1). That this is an incredible app for $2, is without doubt, especially now that strength of effects is now shown! However there is still one minor tweak that would take it to Epic! Currently there's no option for you to add custom ingredients (with properties) manually, which is such a major component of PC players needs! This would allow awesome customization without the app developer needing to be familiar with all the mods out there! Keep up the amazing work! I wish I'd found your app sooner!

Wow.. So I’ve used this off and on for quite a while (years) but I just realized how amazing the cross reference section is. Specifically that you can select an ingredient, tap the effect, and have it show all ingredients that share that effect. This makes brewing potions with multiple effects nearly effortless. This app is the best.

Fully functional and easy to use. Everything it says it is. Ingredient research and potion planning is infinitely easier, and that was prior to the 3 ingredient/3 effect matrix. Now it also has potion sell prices? Never mind ingredient lookup and matching...If you play Skyrim with any regularity and have a buck to spare (I've spent much more on things worth far less, to my chagrin), this app saves you an enormous amount of time. Highly recommended.

Great and Very Useful App, Frequently Getting Greater. Waaaay more than just a list of ingredients, or what parts mix together to form a potion. This truly is truly an application, not just gathered information, any would be alchemist or just anyone who would like the most easy and effective way to make money in Skyrim would be greatly benefitted by this tool. Helps level up alchemy many times more quickly than winging it or consulting non interactive references or charts.

Unusable due to small effects ui. The ui sort by effect (where I input effects and the output is the ingredients necessary to make the given potion) is so small and Un searchable, I cannot use the app for the primary reason I got it.

A Necessity. This app is an incredible boon to have sitting alongside me as I feverishly craft the maximum amount of potions given the materials I have in my bags. Gone are the days of looking up databases and eating/experimenting with the given materials. I love the sell function of this app, it ensures that I am going to get the biggest bang for my mats! ;) No alchemy app gets better than this! Every penny is worth the time and effort that alchemy would cost me if I didn't have the app! Amazing app, and I am looking forward to the updates!

A keeper. Awesome. Keeps track of everything and is able to discover by ingredient, filter, by value. This is vital and worth the $$!!

Necessary to play!!. Great app, best and easiest way to utilize Alchemy to its full potential! Only downside is that it doesn’t support the new creation club content “Curios of Skyrim” Still an essential Skyrim app, non immersion breaking; just well done overall!

Help for the uneducated.. This game is four years old, and I've never ONCE. Used alchemy because it was always very tedious and complicated from my perspective when you could use Enchanting or Smithing and buy your potions. I bought this app with extra money and hope for a fresh play through, little did I know that this gem of an app made alchemy seem petty to me, it was easy and seamless. This app is very great for those who maybe play without alchemy and have thought about using it.

Awesome. Way more features than the free app. Info on ingredients and where to find, save favorites, see how perk points and skill affect potency, and others. Easy to use and I like the help section.

Fast and easy.. I like Alan Caves Skyrim apps. They’re fast and easy to understand. If they could add a general location guide for finding specific ingredients it would be even better. Might even pay for that but with Skyrim having been out for so long it’s hard to make anything new for it so I’ll stick to the reliable apps.

Great App For Both Leveling and Using Alchemy!. I've used this app for a number of characters now, on all three platforms (PC, Xbox, and PS3). It is truly awesome, especially for leveling your Alchemy skill. It is also very convenient when gathering ingredients to make potions/poisons for specific effects. It works very well, and has a number of features beyond what I normally use. It is my favorite Skyrim app. I highly recommend it to anyone who plays Skyrim and uses Alchemy. I only wish there was a similar app for Oblivion, though I certainly understand why no one has created one or such an old game. Particularly when there are so many Alchemy calculators online for Oblivion. Still, it's incredibly convenient to have such an app available on the iPad, rather than to have to go online. Kudos to the author - great job!

GREAT APP!!! GREAT GAME!!!. This is a great easy to use app u can make any potion in seconds and you can also find out what ingredients you need to make the potion you want. I was able to make extra cash by combining ingredients I didn't need into super 2,3 or even 4 effects potions and sold them for upwards of 900 or so coin. These were things I picked up as I went no special trips just to get certain ingredients. Again great app saved some gold grinding and having to waste things just to find out what they do. My only complaint is that I had already found out about 2/3 of the effects if I found it sooner would not have had to waste so many ingredients Eating them... THANKS FOR THIS APP JUST ADDED EVEN A NOTHER LAYER OF FUN TO AN INCREDIBLE GAME OVER 100 hours in and haven't even done the main quest yet. What an app what a game!!!

The perfect game companion. This takes the guesswork out of alchemy and enables you to level up quickly. I essentially have unlimited gold by a) buying all potion ingredients from vendors, b) crafting expensive junk potions just for selling, c) selling them the potions to get all my money back plus theirs, d) fast travel to a far away city, e) repeat. The best part of the app is under "Sell" you can click on the recipe and deduct the ingredients from your inventory as you craft, and resets the potion list. This saves me so much time! I can now spend my time on more quests than extremely time-consuming character improvement.

Pretty good. This is a pretty good app for when you want to create a potion for specific skill benefits that you have in mind (ie. I would like to increase my light armor and sneak). I have two suggestions. One is the option to just take the list of currently held ingredients and get a list of possible potions based on 1) one desired effect and/or 2) sorted in order of price for those that want to use alchemy to make money (sell the potions). Pretty good app for what it does. By adding some additional capabilities, such as the ones I mentioned, I think this app can improve. It is worth noting that beyond those basic suggestions there is more that can be done such as listing common locations for the ingredients but that would start to become more of a map guide. With the addition of my two main suggestions I would change my rating to 5 stars.

Worth the Septim. This is probably the most useful guide for Skyrim in terms of alchemy . The inventory list is a wonderful way in keeping track of your ingredients and the cross referencing is an excellent tool in taking out the guess work on ingredients. The sell option is almost like your personal financial advisor, giving you the highest selling potion mix first. Get this app if your serious about alchemy and making quite the hefty Septim in Skyrim. Overall great job done by the developer.

Best Skyrim related app. I use this all the time whilst playing Skyrim. It keeps your ingredients levels and then tells you what the most cost effective potions to make (based off what effect you want). You can also keep different player profiles for anyone who plays with multiple characters. Highly recommend for anyone who uses alchemy in Skyrim.

Best App available for Alchemy in Skyrim. This is the greatest tool for the alchemically minded Skyrim players. Easy to use and very helpful when searching for that perfect potion or poison. Just when you think it couldn't get any better, it does. This update gives it a fresh look and improves upon existing structures - even easier to use!

Does what it claims. Nothing more to say than it does as it is supposed to. It's a far cry better than most other Skyrim apps I've seen so far.

Super program. I use it all the time. Better skill development, higher selling prices, and also more powerful spells. A really great program.

Not bad so far. The app seems like a great idea and it lets you put in what you have and tells you what spells you can make. The inventory system has a fatal flaw though. I was putting in my inventory and accidentally hit the minus sign at the top, and my entire inventory was wiped out. Needs a fix for this so it either checks with you first befor wiping inventory, or move that button so it can't be hit accidentally.

So useful. It works wonderfully. It actually brought my girlfriend and I closer together!!

Wish I knew about this app sooner. Quickest and easiest way to make lots of cash selling potions in Skyrim. More than worth the cost given the time it will save you!

It works.. This app will do what it is supposed to do, and do it very well. It essentially allows you to turn all those random ingredients into vast sums of money. It's also excellent at helping you create powerful potions/poisons with several effects. Such as a health potion that can make you invisible, or a magicka poison that causes paralysis. The only problem I have had is finding the ingredients from the Dragonborn DLC. Other than that, I would highly recommend this app.

While i enjoy the discovery aspect of the alchemy in skyrim at the end of the day its very time consuming to relearn all those combos on new heroes. this app really stream lines that process its an interesting fusion of modern thinking in a fantasy setting. i'd like to see a warning implemented for the clear inventory list. Excellent. Helps out so much. Great for making useless potions that you can sell for all the money. Or making potions for practical use. Also includes locations of the ingredients required. Only thing that would make this app the best is inventory sync. I hate updating my ingredients. If it could do it on its own I would have so much more time for activities :-)

Great alchemy app. If I just had an app that let me keep track of my ingredient inventory, I would be happy. This app does that and so much more. My only complaint (if you can call it that) is I can kill so much time looking up which potions I can make with the ingredients I have in stock.

It's awesome but. Is it possible to translate just the names in of the ingredients in German? Because I'm from Germany and it's hard to find out how the translation is and I cannot change the german Xbox version language to English. I hope there will be an update soon. And by the way I bought the Enchantment App, too. They're both awesome!

Great app!!!. This app exceeded my expectations... I knew by the reviews it was going to be good... But not this amazing! It is such a complete guide of alchemy in Skyrim! It is a must have for anyone wanting to improve their alchemy or just start out! It really takes the guess work out of alchemy. It tells you what each and every ingredient's properties are and also how to make any potion. It also has tips on how to maximize your alchemy skill too.

Why would you need anything else?. Honestly one of the most well thought out Alchemists app. I have it open each and every time I play Skyrim. Not only a quick way to make money (coughseptimscough) but it's a quick way to raise that pesky alchemy skill. So glad I got the app. The update was great too. Darn extra effects making us all confused... Or rich. Whichever.

Fastest way to max out Alchemy. I've run around Skyrim stockpiling ingredients and once a week put together the most potent potions and poisons. Some to use, most to make some money, but I always raise my alchemy skill at least 10 points per session. This app is well laid out and very helpful. The developer goes above and beyond to satisfy the players' need for updates and tweaks. Well worth it.

Sidekick gig. Not an xboxer. But like watching husband go thru the story and help solve puzzles , gather stuff, and randomly yell WATCH OUT, DRAGON! :). This app was a lot of fun for me to join in, roam around for ingredients, and make potions! Though I admit I still toss controller to hubby when bad guys arrive! Fainting damsel? Yup! Back seat driver? Yup! But we have fun! Just saw the other apps and am looking forward to trying!

Best App for my iPad. This app has helped organize Skyrim's alchemy skill to such an incredible level, that I don't play the game without it! Makes it so easy to create powerful poisons! It has been such a boon to me that I just downloaded the enchanting guide. If you're looking for a quality app to help with some of the ins and outs of Skyrim, I highly recommend this one!

Worthy purchase. Exactly what I was looking for. You just plug in the type and number of ingredients from your inventory, and this app calculates all the potions you can make listing price, effects, strengths, you name it. You can even type in your perks and alchemy enchantment effects to plan your potions ahead of time.

Best Alchemy Guide EVAR. This app is the best, it really helps to be able to see what everything does so I don't waste ingredients guessing, and being able to check off what ingredients I do have is helpful as well. Alchemists little helper. This app has a number of incredibly useful functions. You can track inventories , cross reference ingredients and will even provide some clues as to where to find your reagents. Truly a fantastic app to supplement game play. I typically don't reach for any strategy help until I have been through a game , so on my second run through I came across this gem by chance. Turn alchemy into a fun challenge rather than a chore. My favorite part is the inventory tracker. Since no one is perfect , the only change I would like to see in future versions so far , is the ability to track separate characters. Get this and the other 2 ( enchanter and spell book ) to get the more out of your game time .

A good start, but could be a lot better.. I would love to see a function that uses your list of reagents to construct a list of recommended potions based upon profit. There are some free programs on the pc that do this, but having easy access on my iPhone would be key. I would also like to see you be able to add quantity to reagents list that will auto reduce based upon constructed pots.

Best Skyrim App Yet!!. This by far has been the most useful Skyrim app yet. Potions and poisons are simple to create and cross reference for use or sale. Super easy way to make money and level. Best thing to do is perk out the first star in the skill tree to 5/5 and u will never need to buy another potion (or steal). The ones you make will be ridiculous. Never have to scour the land for an enchanter's elixir again! Well worth the investment.

If you own ES: Skyrim, then buy this app. I don't review that often. But I must say that this is the most useful app for Skyrim thus far. The menu is easy to use and shows you the best combo with your current inventory. If you are just looking to make money from potions, it is just a matter of pushing a button. This is a must have for any Skyrim alchemist.

Awesome app great support!. Okay so whoever is behind this app is doing a great job. The app is faster than milliseconds to load a page. He updates it to every new update for Skyrim. The app tells you easy ways to level up alchemy create expensive potions with cheap ingredients. It even has an inventory to tell you what you can make with what you got. Overall awesome much better than that other alchemy app.

Perfect App. I was tired of looking at text online at every ingredient to see the effects to match. I get a new ingredient then look on here for the effects. Touch that effect then bam. All the ones with same effect listed below. Perfect to get whatever combo you want. Has saved me more than a dollars worth of time.

Quality Skyrim App. Bottom Line Up Front: This App made me enjoy Alchemy. Prior to purchase it was a skill tree of little interest. Treks across Skyrim yielded pounds of ingredients and discovering potions was much more "miss" than "hit." When my character plateaued at level 67 I needed something that would help me enjoy Alchemy as much as Smithing and Enchanting. This App fulfilled that need: Long time alchemists appreciate what I was missing. Alchemy is an "in game" money maker and saver. More important: Alchemy fun. As described, I discovered this App late in my Skyrim play so it was very polished when purchased. iPod, iPhone, and iPad versions are excellent. Menu and in-app navigation are well engineered. I highly recommend this App to all passionate Skyrim fans. It re-ignited my own.

Must have for Skyrim players. If you play Skyrim, this app is easily worth the price. I hadn't done much with Alchemy and I went from level 15 to level 38 and earned 2000 gold in a matter of a couple hours. Hit the Alchemists, buy out their ingredients, plug them into this app, and then make the potions based on the sell options. Go to the next town and repeat.

Version 1.7 raises the bar again. This app keeps getting better and better each version. The lastest, 1.7, adds the ability to see the price your potions are worth(base cost) if sold. Previous builds added a potion planner. I think having the ingrediant and effects lists are worth the money by themselves.

Amazing, but could use just 1 thing... I have had this app for years now. I still use it to this day and will continue to when the rebooted Skyrim hits PS4! If I could, I would suggest one addition: support for "green pact" alchemy. It would be a very RP addition when using the planner. Not necessary, but amazingly helpful.

Awesome app. I had a hard time not giving a 5 out of 5. But there are a few things that can be added. First, details of potions it makes plus the base price of the potion. Most useful app I own for a game. Being the Dragonborn is tough enough without having to rely on picking up useful potions. There is power in knowledge, and knowing your potion recipes can give you a leg up in any fight. Make powerful healing and magica potions, for that big fight. Create deadly poisons to destroy the opposition. Need some money? There's no easier way to make a profit in Skyrim. Alchemy is the Dragonborn's best friend, and this app is the Alchemists very best friend. All ingredients for Skyrim and expansions are included. The cross-reference feature helps you quickly find compatible ingredients and the planner helps you develop the perfect recipe. My favorite potion is a poison. Canis Root / Imp Stool / Mora Tapanella. Try it. And don't take on a giant without it.

Essential. This app is INCREDIBLE. Even if your character never has a perk placed in Alchemy you'll be glad you have this app. Just toss all the random ingredients in a barrel somewhere and every few days take them all out and hit up a table and make a few thousand Septims in no time. You'll wonder how anyone would play Skyrim without this once you see it in action, seriously!

A Must Have!!!!!. This is one of the best reference apps I have ever seen. It has everything u could possibly want for alchemy in Skyrim. I personally have the guide book and this is so much faster and easier to use. With its cost for made potions/poisons added with this last update my hardest job will be finding vendors to buy all the unneeded products. Ty all for your hard work and keep it up.

AWESOME APP. So far this is the best alchemy app I've tried, and it does a great job! I improved the rating from 4 to 5 stars because of my own error that I thought was a flaw. :) But I love how it gives you a pretty good estimate of what the potion will be worth, and the way you can track your ingredients. Nearly Perfect. A great deal of information that makes leveling alchemy a breeze paired with money-making and enchanting applications as well, this app is invaluable. The one thing that is missing is a "potion save" feature where one could bookmark and compile a list of effective potion recipes. Still, a stellar job.

Amazing. This app is amazing. The app allows you to track thousands of potion ingredients and plan what potions can be made with the ingredients that are hand. Has a very slick tool that will determine the highest value potions that can be made with the stock on hand. This is useful to make gold from vendors. If you want to able to develop characters quickly get this app!

Awesome app!. Takes about 3-5 min to input your inventory and after that it is awesome. You can tell the app what levels you are at and and it will auto adjust all information for each effect and $$. When you make a potion you can click on it to remove it items from your inventory. Can search by price or effect or what item you want to use and work from there. Awesome job!!

Very useful app. This app made potion making so much easier. I always thought it was frustrating looking up the effects of ingredients online, but this app does a wonderful job of keeping all the information I need easily accessible. Easy septims, quick level-ups. I'm very into alchemy in Skyrim and this app helps tremendously! It takes a couple minutes to input your ingredient inventory but once you use a recipe, just tap on it and the ingredients are subtracted from your inventory! It's an amazing feature. I always use the app to earn septims and level up.

Great!. This is a Great app! You can also find Nordic Barnacles in the pool in front of the Jarl's palace in Whiterun. Hawks make nests on the roof of all three Hearthfire houses on the top of the main house section opposite the entrance giving access to feathers and eggs. If you make friends with Apothecaries they'll let you take most of their stock which respawns, I know this works with the ones in Whiterun and Solitude. The Mage College respawns the ingredients too.

I love Skyrim, and with this app I have been able to really get into Alchemy in a way that I couldn't before. Must have. This app is so helpfully and lets you customize to your character. The only thing it needs is the ability to quickly switch back and forth between characters and the ability to have different characters saved on the app.

Excellent time-saver. I love this app. I could get away with looking up all of the info on the computer, but this is so much easier to use. I use it for a very quick inventory and always have my iPhone in my pocket anytime I play. The Xbox version has a cumbersome inventory and having this app has if nothing else eliminated wasted time navigating through my ingredients in-game. Well worth a dollar!

Great app!. Very useful app the only feature I would like to see is in the sell section would like the first ingredient listed be the one with the lowest item count would speed up choosing between multiple potion of same value to make first but the is a very minor thing every thing else is just about perfect.

Excellent App!. Very thorough and straightforward. Allows you to keep track of your inventory flawlessly; unlike other apps I've used, it automatically deducts from your inventory totals with each potion made. Very useful ... In one use, I gained over 20 levels in alchemy! Would definitely recommend.

I have been using this app since day one and am now onto my second run through of Skyrim on a new system and have used this app extensively to quickly build by skill rating as well as make some quick cash. Nice, needs tweaking. Very nice app. Could use more features. Such as the ability to sort by the base sell price of potions that you can make from ingredients you have. This would really help those looking to make gold. But it should be a list, and not have to mix and match ingredients to figure it out, the app does the leg work, and spits out the ingredients and base vender sell price. Worth the 99 cents!

Useful Alchemy Guide For Skyrim. This app features all of the effects for every ingredient in Skyrim and its DLCs. The interface is very easy to navigate and features the most profitable potions to make with your specified list of ingredients. Most importantly, I haven't encountered any technical issues while using this app. I highly recommend this this to any hardcore fan of Skyrim.

App is crashing since last update.. I was just using the sell feature and after working fine for a few minutes, it just closed after I selected to remove and ingredient. Now I can't get it to work at all. I love this app but as of right now it's broken. Edit: I have restarted my iPod and now the app is frozen on the planner screen. Please fix the app!!!

A must have for Skyrim players!. This app is great. They are constantly updating them to make it easier on us players. If you need alchemy help in skyrim, this is the app for you. Saves countless hours.. It would take countless hours to design a spreadsheet that does everything this app does. Instead, get this app and spend that time enjoying the game. I made over $5k gold this morning just from the stuff my level 12 character had on hand.
