Good but needs improvement. This app is great for the most part. I am not a fan of how long it takes to download the magazine, and that you have to have the app open for the download to take place (as in it won't download in the background) i would also like to see a more interactive magazine, like BHG electronic magazine.

GH review. I have been reading GH for 57years! Sometimes I’ve been able to have a subscription, otherwise I’d buy it in the grocery store. When the digital age struck I was delighted. Now I could have it always on my iPad. This April issue is the most disappointing issue, ever. Your format has been changing over the years: no personal interest stories, nothing written in depth, etc. This issue was full of repeating ads — duplicates one right after another. Often articles are short, and duplicated. I am extremely disappointed in Good Housekeeping Magazine. When my subscription comes up for renewal, I will be canceling. Regretfully, ....Hope Whitten

No point if you have the print subscription. I have a print subscription, and many other magazine apps offer free issues on the iPad, but this does not. I find it ridiculous that I pay to get the print issues, but when I'm traveling, or don't want to haul the physical issue around, I can't download the issue for convenience. Other magazines offer free pad issues, and I feel you should, too. What's stopping you?

I have not been able to get my November 2019 Issue!!!. How can I get November Issue. Never had a problem before! Who do I contact?

Good Housekeeping. I downloaded this FREE app today. $3.99 after 5 free minutes to read each month, no thanks!!

Ridiculous Pricing. I subscribe to the print issue and I thought to myself, "Hey, save a tree. Go digital." Then I looked at what it would cost me. When a magazine's editorial column (in July 2013 from Rosemary Ellis) talks about saving paper towels when washing hands you would think there would be better digital pricing. I can get two+ years of print for one year of digital! This is absolutely insane! I'm in shock and completely disappointed. I will continue with print, thus destroying more trees... And I will constantly be wondering about the hypocrisy of it all because these prices scream hypocrisy all the way to the bank.

Very Disappointed GH!. I agree with all the others - I had subscribed to GH for many many years & got an iPad & thought it would be free with a print subscription - but no! It totally surprised me since GH prides itself on keeping up with the times. I tried calling the 800# to get help & that was so frustrating, that I canceled my subscription all together! For the first time in years I'm not getting GH & will not subscribe again until they do what all the other magazines are doing - iPad version is free with paid print subscription!

Not Quite Fair..... I also strongly feel that people who have already paid for a subscription should NOT have to pay again to read on their iPad. Making people pay twice is just not a good business practice. Maybe those who fit this situation should contact GH in WRITING in addition to leaving their thoughts here, then maybe they will "get the hint" and change things.....

App won’t work. Not only can I not get my November issue the app keeps crashing!! Really not impressed.

GH goes wherever I go!. I've been a Good Housekeeping subscriber for years, but I often found it difficult to find time the read the magazines. Now I always have the latest issue at my fingertips and can read whenever or wherever -- early in the morning (when it's too dark to read without turning the light on) or waiting in a line somewhere. Although not having real pages to turn takes getting used to, I'm loving this digital subscription!

Not as good as it could be. I have read Good Housekeeping in the past and downloaded the Jan. 2012 issue because I was curious. It seems that the publishers have simply taken the print version and reduced the page size to fit on the iPad screen, rather than configure the page layout to take advantage of the iPad. The result is blurry text that is difficult to read. I have never had to complain about small text before, so this is a first. I feel it is a waste to pinch zoom for a magazine that is "made" for the iPad. It gives you a pin hole view of the page with a lot of scrolling. I would not buy this magazine again in the iPad format, as it was not pleasurable to read. It is a shame because because I really like having all my content in one place, and saving a tree while I am at it. While I am not an Oprah fanatic, her magazine is a really great example of configuring content to the iPad. It is much more enjoyable to read in the online format.

Missing issues, no customer service. I emailed app support about a week ago regarding November 2019’s missing issue not showing up for download. No response and the issue is still not available for download on the app.

Great issue this month. The articles for this month were more relevant to our current status ( Staying home). Keep us the good work with giving us recipes, home remedies, and basic activities to stay mentally well.

Cannot figure out download. I cannot get NOVEMBER issues to appear to even down Load. I have an active subscription .

HORRIBLE "UPDATES". The previous version was great! This app has ruined my digital magazine experience! Writing to them about it was another horrible experience with having to repeat myself to them over and over about the app problems. I kept getting robot answers! The pages load like a slow webpage. The ad pages are so touchy that I have to concentrate as to how I touch the screen, because if the ad opens, I can't get it to close and have to go all the way out and back in, sometimes to the same thing. I've deleted the app a couple times and have to start the magazine issue over...still getting problems. Not sure what the thoughts were in doing this to the app, but CHANGE IT BACK! I'm considering cancelling my subscription or going back to print. The app is more trouble than it's worth!

WHAT A WASTE..... Have a print subscription? Well, don't plan on necessarily viewing your purchase on your iPad. This is my FOURTH magazine subscription for which there is an app....but NO GO on accessing ANY of them on my iPad. I won six subscriptions in a contest & checked TO MAKE SURE they each had an app. Didn't realize that I'd actually get to READ ONLY TWO of them on my iPad. SO BUYER BEWARE: even if iTunes has an app for a magazine subscription you've purchased, there is NO guarantee you will EVER read it on your hand-held device(s).

Terrible. I assumed that since I am a subscriber to Good Housekeeping magazine, I would able to enter my subscription information in the app in order to review back issues digitally. Not so, the app requires a separate subscription and GH has no digital issues for current subscribers to review. Two separate subscriptions! Hardly. I expected more from GH.

HELP!. I got this digital subscription through a fund raising by Girl Scouts. I’ve already paid for it. Instructions call for verify subscription ; there is NO place to verify. What a waste!

Poor. Wish app would have a favorites option for articles and recipes vs having to scroll and try to find it - or at minimum a search feature that works

Frustrated with App. I just purchased a subscription to Good Housekeeping online and I got the email confirming it. I’m supposed to get access to the digital version of the magazine and yet it won’t let me log into the app with the email and zip I’m supposed to be able to log in with. I’m very confused and frustrated by this.

App is terrible... Issues will not download so buying a annual subscription is a total waste of money. The developer MAZ claims no responsibility and will not help. Basically MAZ (developer) has only one function and that seems to be to con apple users into subscribing. The magazine blames the developer and Apple says too bad! I have now learned to avoid any app that says MAZ

Can't download through iTune. Can't download through iTune but amazingly they can download my automatic payment. How do I cancel this?

App no longer works. Issues no longer download. Total waste of money

Glitchy app. First of all, I really like GH the magazine. But this app stinks. Used to work great but the app has become super glitchy. IF I can even get the issue to open, every page is duplicated in the issue. So I have to swipe thru every ad twice. I’m on my way to iTunes to cancel my subscription. Big bummer.

What Magazine???. I'd give ZERO stars as that is how many pages I get to read of this once favorite magazine. When I download an issue to read later, it is gone when I open it. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! Paid for the digital subscription, but now I'm wishing I'd gotten the hard copy since digital seems to be elusive to find. No customer support to fix the problem either. Good Housekeeping has done a good job creating mystery in reading. Too bad that's not the genre. What will the Good Housekeeping seal rate this digital version? There's your mystery.

Unable to login. I reset my password 5 times and I still can’t log in using the correct password.

Where’s the November issue?. November isn’t available but it’s a week away.

doesn't automatically download as advertised. app to use in Newsstand which advertises automatic download in background over wifi but it doesn't...please fix because we (consumers) don't have time to have the iPad open in this app all day to download each issue because if you close the app to do something else then the download stops :( terrible hassle especially when this is a paid subscription

Update your app!. Love the magazine but the app is crap. It crashes, freezes, and it always has difficulties letting me log in/download the issues I paid for...

Nothing loads. No pictures…. No text. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing.

GoodHousekeeping. It’s the only magazine I’ve love

This is great if u have no subscription. I found this app to be helpful when I'm on the run and I'm bored and I wanna read a magazine. It is great if you don't have the mail in subscription, however I think if you have the subscription GH should identify you so you don't have to pay twice, only once.

GMH finally got it!!. This version is much more user friendly. Love the 'page viewer' that lets you scroll/view then select the page that you'd like to read. Most of all, it can now rotate.

I Love this company and their magazines!. ❤️ Amazing in every way. I learn something new and interesting everytime I decide to peek in one. Perfect for someone like me who doesn’t know anything about housekeeping!

Seal of Approval??. I have loved Good Housekeeping mag for most of my 73 years. There was always at least one recent issue on the coffee table at home. I was thrilled to find that I could continue having those current issues on iPad even though I now live abroad, and I went electronic when the app first appeared. All was well until about a year ago when the app changed formats. Since then I’ve had nothing but trouble. I have complained about this directly to the app people when that was an option in the Contact Us area. The problems have been numerous. This week every morning I have received a notice on my screen saying my November issue is ready to Download and please be sure to see this or that. When I follow the link or go to the app to download it myself I’m still stuck on Halloween. The screens I used to be able to see to help control or just to complain to the powers that be are nowhere to be found! Why? This app certainly does not have my seal of approval. How can Good Housekeeping continue to give out their famous seal of approval and yet deal in such a shoddy product? It has given me nothing but trouble. By the way, all the other magazines I subscribe to work perfectly 99% of the time.

Bad policy. I agree with previous reviewers. Pretty annoying that ipad app is not included with print subscription, as every other magazine does! I jut got my ipad, maybe someday ill read everything in digital format, but right now I'm not ready. I like to have both print and digital copies. Love good housekeeping, but there are other women's magazines out there that aren't charging for both. Please offer a free digital subscription with print subscription, Hearst!

Paying for digital version is RIDICULOUS!!. I am a print subscriber and the fact that I have to pay $20/yr to read the same issue on my iPad is beyond ridiculous. My other magazine subscriptions allow me to enter my customer/account number and then the digital version is free/included with the print version. Any magazine asking me to pay separately for a digital version is one I am no longer going to read and will be canceling my subscription for. See ya, GH.

Can’t Get content. I bought a digital subscription, but it won’t even let me log in. It just keeps saying that the content is in the wrong format. What does that even mean?? And, yes, I have updated my iOS. So frustrated!

Great App. I love this app but my only thing is that it needs a place where we can save 🔖 something we like on the app. I wish it had that.

Digital version. I subscribe to magazines and newspapers which offer a digital version. None charge extra for the digital version, even over multiple devices. As a long time Good Housekeeping subscriber, I am very disappointed that you will charge for a comparable service for your magazine. I will not pay twice for your magazine. Also, it is misleading to advertise that the app is free when you know you charge for the digital version.

January Issue?. Love this app for reading the magazine online. However, is there supposed to be a January 2020 issue available?

Disappointment!. Soooo disappointed in this app. My mama gave me the subscription to print versions of 3 magazines for Christmas...this is the ONLY one that does not give you the iPad version free with a paid subscription. How can this be, Good Housekeeping? You have always been one of my favorites, but this app is such a disappointment! The subscription has been paid for...look at the beautiful app for iPad from Better Homes and Gardens. This is what a customer expects when you download an app!

Janette. I really love this magazine, it has everything; great advice, wonderful products, cutting-edge health and beauty articles, fashion and home design and the recipes are to die for.

App is not working. I am stuck in Dec. 2019. Apple support could not fix it. I like the online magazine, but where is it? Very frustrating.

Maybe it will improve. This is the second issue I h ave gotten on iPad 2. I keep tapping the screen....no interaction. That's what the iPad is about! Take a look at Seventeen ... It has embedded stuff... Like video, links, extra info etc....just tap and it expands into something active and exciting. I like this magazine... Unfortunately it's just a way to read it the same way as the print version. iPad users expect more. I am 63 years old. This magazine may be age appropriate, but my granddaughters Seventeen is by far more typical of what I expect of an iPad magazine. I tap the screen on it and go "wow!" and can't wait to show it to someone else. That excitement is what's needed with this app.

FINALLY!!. It took forever to get help with getting the right app downloaded (miscommunication on the part of Hearst magazine) but once they sent the right information i needed and I downloaded my first digital copy of GH ... I LOVE IT!!! I can SEE to read the articles w/o straining and I really love the extra stuff!! The photos are IN YOUR FACE gorgeous!! I want to get every magazine I subscribe to this way now!! No more wondering what to do with the hard copy when I'm finished with it and no more thinking of the trees it cost to print the ga-zillion magazines in the world. I'M LOVIN' IT!!

Very confusing to use. I purchased a digital subscription and have no idea how to access it. I entered my password but it still wants to charge me for a magazine???

Not user friendly. I am having a hard time searching recipes

Shame on you, Hearst,. Well, you are losing yet another subscriber. I subscribe to your magazine and have paid for the subscription yet I, as a PAID SUBSCRIBER, cannot read your magazine on my iPad. Are you friggin' kidding me? Well, here's one subscriber who won't be paying for print OR digital copies of your magazine. Greed always is bad for business. I am proof of that because **POOF** I am gone! No renewals for me. I won't be reading your magazine. Your loss.

Very disappointing!. I was very excited to see this feature on the iPad at first. Purchashing and downloading the magazines is very easy. However, once you download and pay for the item(s) you are unable to scroll or "page thru" the magazine. Six dollars and three magazines later, I am unable to read any of the magazines that I've purchased. This review is not about the money aspect. It is about the fact that this App does not work at all and leaves you feeling very disappointed!

Great magazine. This is a very good magazine with a bunch of recipes

Love it. I've been reading good housekeeping for 30 years and have never been disappointed in an issue! It's the only magazine I read cover to cover.

Jordan. It will not let me read it

Love this magazine. The only reason this gets only 3 stars is the constant problem with downloading. It takes forever and when I go back the next day I have to download all over again. Come on GH, your app doesn't deserve your seal of approval.

Cool app. Thank u :)

Great Magazine. I found this issue to be very interesting. I am in my 50's and enjoyed reading the articles about Kyra, solutions for wrinkles, and recipes.

Digital?. I have a print subscription .... How do I change it to a digital subscription? Thanks.

Charged to much and locked out. I was charged three times for this subscription and it won’t even allow me to log in

Love It!. If you love Pinterest, you will love this magazine! Every issue not only give me ideas I love, but has a link to how to do it, as well as where to buy the supplies! This issue is just as amazing as the rest!!

Love it.. Love this magazine

Lyme Disease. This article is very interesting and informative. I have clued into my daughter's, my Mother's, my sister's and possibly my girlfriend's misdiagnosed "Fibromyalgia". I just couldn't understand why all these symptoms were so common in "Fibro" and yet the medications Rx'd to them, did not help. Because of this articles in-depth information, explaination and thought provoking prose, I have phoned each one and asked if they have ever had the blood test for Lyme Disease. They all said no, but are contacting their family Dr.'s for these tests. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Tremendous disappointment. Offers no free digital edition with print subscription and only hints at discounted fee coming in future. Double shame on you for trying to double dip on your faithful followers and for being so far behind the curve. Not what I expect from you at all.

Good. I have yet to finish the current issue but what I've Seen so far is very good. I'm impressed with the variety of subjects offered.

Frustrating. I agree with the others about downloading the issues. Every month I dread waiting to see if it is going to let me download it easy or if I have to jump through hoops. I love the magazine, but I will be canceling my subscription when my year is up unless the developers make it easier to download the issues.

Really???. One would think the "Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval" would not fail for its very own magazine app! But fail they did, and in a BIG way. Solution #1: All higher-ups at GH need to go into a room with higher-ups from Hearst Publishing and decide that loyal print subscribers get the digital app for free. Solution #2: Make changes needed to accomplish this and send out letters of apology to all offended parties. Solution #3: For all parties not in agreement to get this taken care of swiftly.....FIRE THEM IMMEDIATELY!!!

A hidden rip off. This should be no stars. My wife already pays for this magazine so they just want to rip her off by claiming the App is free but in reality it is way more expensive to buy the magazines then the print version, Why can't they do what other magazines do and allow the print subscriber to download the magazines they have paid for. Shame on them for screwing over the women. This isn't the only women's magazine that does this. Don't download unless they change and begin to support women, rather than rip them off,

So glad I purchased one mag rather than subscribing!!!. Even Lowe's has a more interactive magazine! If I wanted to read a .pdf I could have just purchased this in print. Print would actually be better since parts of pages are cut off! Good Housekeeping needs to do a little more market research because this offering just doesn't measure up.

Failing appl ?. This GH Ipad application seems not to work well these days. The download is not finishing completely !

Poor customer support. Print subscribers need to pay another full subscription price for the downloadable iPad version - just poor customer support - every other magazine that I subscribe to allows for free downloadable version if you are a print subscriber - I hope you come to your senses soon - in the mean time, I will not purchase two subscriptions of the same magazine!

Disrespect. Talk about turning your back on those who've supported you for years. I'm tired of Magazine Publishers not showing some respect to the people that kept them going when print was your only choice. I'm canceling all my print magazines and NOT subscribing to the digital.

Lost a printed version customer also!. My subscription is due to renew. Since Good Housekeeping wants to charge for the digital edition for subscribers, I'll spend my subscription dollars somewhere else...there are too many magazines who give free digital editions to their subscribers.

Just wrong!. I subscribe to the print edition, but I don't get the iPad version? Lets just see if I renew this subscription!!! Everybody else in the 21 st century offers both. Step into the new century or just get left behind! By the way, I left you a one star rating only because it wouldn't let me leave you NONE!!!

Digital Subscription. I have been a loyal customer both print and digital - because I did not renew my subscription ALL previous years purchased WILL NO longer be available (per customer rep) on my digital device - will never purchase this magazine again!

I already am I subscription holder to the physical magazine. I already pay for the physical magazine, why on earth would I pay AGAIN for the digital version??? I love Good Housekeeping but this is a rip-off! Come on Hearst Publishers this is not the time to be disloyal to your already current customers.

Everything is gone. Suddenly everything has disappeared. No access to library, have to hunt for sign in page, to read ant past issues they want you to either buy them separately or re-subscribe.

Sooooo disappointed. I totally agree with those who are upset with having to purchase the GH app. I couldn't believe my eyes when they wanted to charge for a service all the other magazines give print subscribers for free, Even Martha Stewart!!!!!!!!

Entertaining and helpful!. Like the regular issues, they give awesome tips on products and have really good graphics + information!

Soooo Disappointed in GH!. I have been reading GH for over 40 years. I got an iPad for Christmas and have been downloading all the magazines I currently receive. They are all free, with the exception of GH! I can't believe this! Why is it not free with a paid subscription, like all my other magazines? I am so disappointed in GH!

Waste. I am a current print subscriber and you don't allow free access to the online app. I seriously do not understand that. I could not even figure out a way to transfer my current subscription to the online app. Sorry, but i think that is ridiculous.

Terrible!!. I subscribe to gh mailed mag. They want me to pay full price for the iPad version??!! Not a chance!! I received an email stating I could now view my mag on any mobile device. Apparently an iPhone doesn't qualify as a mobile device? This app isn't compatible with iPhone. I'm deleting it from my iPad. It will be a cold day in ____ before I pay for this!!

You are joking, right?. Can't believe this magazine suggests the things they do. Seriously, I've been called for emergencies at odd hours and thrown clothes on and I'm positive I didn't look as goofy as the people in this magazine. I'm losing confidence in this magazine.

Margie. Have print subscription...opened free copy and now they are charging me for something I already get in print...what a rip off...get with the times....all my other subscriptions give me both....will be canceling my subscription after its up. Charging someone for a free copy is wrong.

Free sample. I like that you can view the free sample. I found one article that was really interesting on it and I hope that I can subscribe to this magazine. It's a little pricy for online viewing.

Not cool. Not free for print subscribers? No good business. Will not be renewing in the future, there's no incentive. Every other magazine offers a FREE digital version to those that already INVESTED in the print version. Very disappointed.

iPad version vs hard subscription. I agree that if you have the hard subscription you should get the iPad version free. Most of the other magazines that I get offer it. It is great to have when you are traveling or just quickly looking for an article or recipe. This could be a deal breaker for me as to whether I continue my subscription.

iPad version doesn't work!. I paid for this months copy in electronic copy. Downloaded it and now when I go to launch it a blank screen comes up. I'm not a paper subscriber but I agree with other feedback that it is not right to charge _again_ for the same issue of magazine. I want my $1.99 back since there is no magazine to look at. Awful!

App does not work. Magazine is fine but the app is trash. Does not recognize my subscription. Done everything FAQ recommends and still nothing. Tried to contact service through their site and after writing about my problem asking for help I lost my message after hitting send due o technical problems. A lot of time waisted. Very disappointing

Very, very very frustrating app!. Have to go through an ordeal each month in order to down load current month. App wants me to purchase magazine even though I have a paid subscription which is verified in my account settings. Don't recommend this app to receive this magazine, wish I used another app.

They can't be serious. I already subscribe to the print version of Good Housekeeping, I have for years, BUT I have to subscribe to the digital version to be able to read it on my IPAD .... I don't think so!! Other magazines give you access to the digital version if you subscribe to the print version .....

Don't bother downloading. I agree with others. You have to buy issues for your iPad. Only magazine I've seen where you cannot access issues if you are already a subscriber. Guess good housekeeping only cares about money not customer service. I will not renew my subscription again. Very disappointed ...thought they were better than this.

Even better in digital!. I have always loved this magazine and it's even more fun to read on digital!

No way!. I downloaded the app just to delete it so I could add to those who say if we're already paying for the print version we shouldn't have to pay twice. No way I'm. Paying twice!

No access for print subscribers. Not only can print subscribers not access the digital version without paying again (they're "thinking" about offering a *discount* at some point), but I can't even transfer my print subscription to digital without leaving the app and going to some website which is not even linked. Deleting...

Why not free for print subscribers?!. I subscribe to several magazines & apparently any magazines published by Hearst Communications charge their print subscribers a second time to be able to have the digital copy. Not happy with this company at all & if it doesn't change, I won't be renewing my print subscriptions with them!

Are you kidding me. I am a subscriber, but based on the reviews I will not get this app. I have a hard enough time getting to read the hard copy I'll be d----d if I am paying a second time for the convenience of having it on my iPad . I will rethink what magazines I subscribe to. This is a deal breaker.

Poor Customer service. What is wrong with Good Housekeeping? I downloaded this app thinking that it worked just like all my other magazines (the issues are free to print subscribers). But know, you have to purchase the magazine on the app if you want it on your iPad. Don't waste your time because it isn't a free app, it's just a utility to purchase. I'm very disappointed in GH.

I can't access my previous issues!!. I reinstall the app and lost all the issues that I already bought!! I send a lot of messages to Customer Service, I did what they said and nothing happened!! I lost 10 issues! Where are my 20 bucks?

Amazing app. I'm loving the fact that I can read, shop, post, save, and share items I find in the magazine. Thanks Good Housekeeping for keeping up with the times!!! Luv it!!

Slow, almost unusable. The last couple months this app to read Good Housekeeping is so slow. Needs to load each page as you get there even when going back. So many ad pages to wait for and some never load at all. Whatever change was made, please go back to previous app for reading.

Greedy. Got an email, if you act now you can get the Ipad subscription to GH for $5.00, will be $9.99 in 2013! I am a subscriber print edition, but guess what? After my subscription runs out I will NOT renew! 👎 To charge active loyal subscribers for the digital is greedy. GH is not on my approval list anymore! Too many other ones that respect and honor their subscribers!

Good house keeping magazine (online). I purchased this magazine online for conveniënce even through I am mailed à hard copy THE problem is that I was only able to download the first magazine. I am not able to download the latest issue. I put it on my credit card and Will not pay if iT doesn't work for me.

Not free for print subscribers?. I just bought this year subscription and went to download the app as well. Imagine my surprise that the digital version isn't included! How can Hearst think that this is a good idea?! Every other magazine offers it, can't believe this one doesn't. Ugh.

Why?. This "free" app is so deceptive. Other leading magazines allow you to download the e-edition free if you are print subscriber. Since I travel a lot, I love been able to have the mags on my iPad, but GH's app just gives me the option of buying the issue AGAIN! No thanks! I will be deleting this app (and also not renewing my print subscription the next time it expires).

Every month is a problem. I have two subscriptions through Hearst and every month is the same .... the new issue says BUY. I write a note to Hearst then it mysteriously say DOWNLOAD a day or two later. I will not renew subscription as this monthly aggravation is not worth it.

Very disgusted. I have been a loyal subscriber for over 30 years. My mother and grandmother were also loyal subscribers. I have been purchasing a subscription fir my daughter as well. Since GH has even deleted my previously downloaded editions and listed me as inactive, I will not be renewing. Loyal customers should be treated with more respect.

Perfect for lovers of home decor & acting like you're getting. Your life together.. I love this magazine. Great ideas for decorating, cooking, organizing & has plenty of health tips.

Terrible. I'm finding it impossible to transfer my existing Good Housekeeping, subscription to the iPad newsstand. The magazine transfers existing subscriptions to Zunia and will not give you both a digital copy and a print copy. Although I've followed directions I cannot get the magazine to appear for me within Zunia. Many of my magazines transferred smoothly into the iPad newsstand. This is totally unacceptable for Good Housekeeping. Same problem with Women's Day. Believe it is all Hearst magazines.

Feels like a scam. I subscribed to the digital subscription only to find that their app doesn't even work. It crashes before it even finishes loading up. Very disappointed, this reflects poorly on the magazine and its entities. I guess I'll need to cancel or dispute any charges.

Not free. I could not figure out what I was doing wrong in trying to download a free app since I have a print subscription. After reading the comments, I now know that the app is not free. I am a very loyal Economist subscriber. They have the easiest iPad download in addition to the print copy.

Pay twice??!!. I agree with everyone else, why should print subscribers have to pay twice??? Very unfair!!!

Not free don't waste your time!. I was very disappointed that I have to buy my 'zines again even if I'm a print subscriber. Shame on you guys! Get with the program, even Martha Stewart is free to subscribers! When you let me have digital copies I'll change my rating. Don't waste your time folks!

Not happy :(. I would think they could figure out the problem of why it is necessary to delete and re-establish this App every month in order to read the new issue. I have many other magazines and this is not a problem. Probably will not renew this subscription.
