Doesn’t pull itineraries correctly and absolutely painful to manually add any trip into the app. Firstly of all I don’t fxxcking understand why I need my passport for everything. One simple use case: if my family members bought the ticket for me through airline website, I’ll not have their passport info. Because of that, I won’t be able to submit a fxxcking purchase proof of my ticket. For manually adding the trip, it requires a ticket number and my own passport info which is verified with a stupid picture of me holding the passport. With all these info I have given to the app, I still won’t be add the itinerary without a proof of purchase. Does the fact that my passport number matches with the password number on the ticket not prove that I’m the fxxcking owner of the ticket? What were the developers/product owners thinking when they made this process so painful?

When it works, great; when there is a problem .... If the system can pull your itinerary automatically, it works well. If you have to manually input one, the process is painful, takes a long time, and customer support is almost nonexistent

Best app for frequent flyer. Not one of the best but the best

Can’t Update Passport Info. I had enjoyed using this App, but for a while now it hadn’t been able to automatically load my flight itineraries. I checked into it today and realized that, Duh, I had my passport renewed with a new passport number, so of course auto load hadn’t been working. So I proceeded to add another passport information on to my profile. Problem was, it printed both my last and first names onto the entry line for “Last name”, and I can’t change it. The system won’t go on to the next step because my “first name” entry is empty, nor will it recognize a two-word name in the “Last name” line. Ergh!!!!! If this is fixed I’ll be happy to update my review rating.

A must have App for traveler in China. For most of time this App works well. Unlike some of similar apps, this app handles the rebooking smoothly. Occasionally it did make mistake by importing some garbage data, but it only happened twice in last two years.

A necessity for frequent flyers. If you are a frequent flyer, this app is a must. It gathers all flight information in china, allows you to check in to any airline with no hassle. It also has updates faster than the airport staff at the gate, and is mostly accurate. Sometimes it doesn’t work very well on international flights though

Used to be easy to use. Previously it was easy to monitor flights with just the flight number. Now the app constantly demands to verify user information and it seems it is only possible to monitor flights with the ticket number. A big step back from what used to be an acceptable app.

May 2, 2015. The application is pretty easy to use and especially convenient when check in via cell phone when in China. I was not able to get this to work for overseas flights.

Great to check on flight delays. Seems to have the most updated info for Chinese airlines.

Wrong time zone in international cities.. Be aware of the time zone issue. State owned company do have an unfair advantage. Please let the private company have the same even playground, same access to passenger info.

Poor upgrade!. This app is now totally useless for foreigners who travel in China or Asia, the new upgrades don't allow for adding anything but China passports. Very disappointing considering how well it worked, but terrible that they can't maintain consistent service for all end users, not just native Chinese
