Used it for bridal shower. This app helped me a lot and I love that I can print it and easily work on it while on the go.

Pretty good. Overall helpful in keeping all guest info in one spot but could be a bit more user friendly with entering options.

Disappointing. Very unhappy that you can't import contacts. Only for a higher price. Ease of use- not that great. Back to I party. That app is great

Can't import contacts without UPGRADE. Disappointed that the "import contacts feature" mentioned in the details is not available in the LITE version. $6.99 for the upgrade. Deleting this app!

Helpful app. My job requires planning many events, so this is coming in handy. I would suggest either being able to customize the trackable fields or providing more to chose from (i.e., paid versus not paid, etc).

Pretty sweet!. From someone as chronically unorganized as I am, this app answers a lot of prayers!

Useful app, when it remembers your info. I haver found this app useful in keeping track of my wedding guest lists. I did have one issue where an entire guest list disappeared, though, without warning.

Nothing. This doesn’t do anything

It was nice then it crashed. It was nice setting up the first guest. Then it has been impossible to add another one. System crashes and closes everytime. Frustrating.

Very limited. Downloaded this version to test to see if I wanted to get the full version for organizing my wedding guest list. NOT! The app looks nice, but its functionality is completely limited. The only functions of the list include invited, not invited, arrived, did not arrive etc. and i had to ADD address lines for each individual contact! What use is a guest list for many more than a handful without automatic options for addresses? I played around with it for only a few minutes before deleting it, finding the app completely useless for what I wanted. Developer: add customization options for your users. Let us build our own lists and options for the guests.

Why it’s so bad. It just lets you list the title and location and notes. THATS IT!!?!?!?!

Not complete. There should be an option if the guest responded NO to an event. How will I remember that they called me and said “no” if there’s no place to note it?

Using this to help with my wedding guest list. I love this app! Everything is so organized. One thing I hate: when I type in a name, my iPad keeps wanting to autocorrect me. If you could make it so that the words in the "name" field don't get autocorrected, that would be great! Get this app, guys!

Helpful tool. This was useful in helping me put together our guest list for Thanksgiving. Since we were inviting nearly 40 guests, I was able to figure out table seating and keep notes on who was bringing what. The reports are also very handy for breaking down the guest list as far as male, female and child. I can see where the developers can add additional features that will make this even a stronger app, but it's still worthy of the space on your device.

Needs general import feature from Excel or CSV file. Great app, but could be better if it included a way to import guests names from a general list via Excel or other form of lists.

Guest List. Love this app. It will enable me to keep track of the guests. It is extremely helpful when we are planning multiple events.

Not so awesome. My daughter is planning a large wedding and I continually have trouble with the app (paid version) dropping me out when trying to edit a guest. Not very useful. Tech support not able to figure out an answer except to get more storage on my IPad. I have a lot of storage available. When it drops me out of the app, it is random. Not awesome when you are trying to plan a large wedding guest list. Very unpredictable and disappointing.

Good little app with basic functions. It definitely is the easiest way to keep track of invited guests and RSVPs. However, it is a pain to add contacts and wish it automatically would assume you will be adding guest's' addresses, instead of just email and phone number. I may be old school, but if you're planning a large enough gathering that you need to keep track of the guests, assign table numbers, etc, you're probably NOT going to be texting invites, but, rather, mailing them! I'm also fairly proficient at ignoring in-app ads, but this one for some reason is exceptionally annoying. My own fault, I guess, for trying to keep costs low. :)

Great App!. Does exactly what it says its supposed to do.

Good App. I wanted a basic App to keep up with the birthday invitations I was giving out for my two children with birthdays two days apart. This is a great basic app. If you expect to link your guest list with Facebook or email then you will have to pay $4.99 for the upgraded version, but I didn't mind typing in my guests. It allows you to check off who you have invited and who has and hasn't rsvp'd. It also allows you to add notes which is a helpful feature. The only useless part is the option to put in male or female guests which I don't find necessary but it doesn't effect the app in any way.

Free version is no version. Able to add event and dates but not able to input any guests!! Have to upgrade to full version to do anything. Deleted immediately!

Not what I expected. I wanted an app that would list names and address along the same line. The app seems to do this on a compute but not on an iPad!😩

More sort options needed. This is a good organizer. Love that you can customize fields. Would love to be able to sort by any fields (including custom fields) instead of only first and last name. Or even grouping option would be nice (I.e. group all people at certain table or custom field). Thanks for a nice program.

Changed rating. I originally gave this app a 3 star but changed it to a 5 star because I could thought it did not have the option to add a plus 1 to imported contacts. But I figured out that all I had to do was to hit “edit” and there it was! This app is user friendly, imports contacts easily, simple and to the point. The BEST guest list app ever! Will recommend to all my friends, fam, and co-workers!

Good start. This app is a good basic guest list organizer. I'd like to see the ability to change the headings to suit other lists, i.e. Christmas cards (sent/received). Looking forward to updates.

Efficient. Good app. I especially like the 'duplicate' event feature for when I have to schedule the same type of event and I only have to change the date.

Useful for event management. Tried this app out for the first time yesterday for an event I had. I like the concept of it but they should make it a tiny bit more used friendly. Also once you check people in if you don't also recheck the guest count, they appear as no shows adding a little bit more work which when checking in guests can tie you up or get confusing. Should automate that. Otherwise it's a great little app that needs a little finetuning.

Lite version does well. Our company does medical seminars for patient education. I decided to try this out and found that it worked great. I am upgrading to the paid software and rolling it out to the entire team. The only reason I am giving it a less than perfect rating is the lack of realtime syncing between multiple devices on different accounts. If/when they add that functionality, I will add the fifth star! Don H.

No pictures. You can not take a picture through the app for the guess list.

Amazing. This app stepped up my girlfriends event. Everyone at the door loved that they had a picture to go with there name on the list. Amazing. Would love an update where you can change the background to fit your theme!

Good start.... But.... It's limited in what benefits it gives to certain events being planned. It seems to lean toward corporate type meetings, i.e. a column for "attended". To me, a column for "regrets" would be more beneficial... I'm not about to walk around with my iPad the day of to check off who is there. It's quite handy for planning parties/showers/etc. , but could be more "personal" friendly handling parties & functions not of a corporate manner with couples, families, etc., and less "business" applicable, or at least be able to make choice of design to suit your function. Probably won't upgrade till it suits me better.

Can't edit. Opened this app , added names. Had to close it for min now I cannot edit invitees coz there is a "upgrade now" bar across the save and edit bar :( cannot move it

Fantastic. I’m only using it for simple guest lists, but I’ve found it brilliant. The only thing I had to work out is that to mark as declined, you have to double tap the confirmed box. It’s great.

Useless.... Can't add guests as the app closes when I hit save...will be deleting & trying a different app. Addendum after developer response: You waited TWO YEARS to respond? Two years? It’s all good pal, the event is well & truly over & done with & I managed it all with someone else’s app that actually worked.

Great basic planning. This app is great for basic guest planning. I am currently using it to put a It's of baby shower guests together for my fiancé and it's going very smoothly. My one complaint is that I cant seem to find a way to add +1 attendees without adding them to the guest list first, this defeats the purpose in my opinion, especially when it throws the invitation count way off.

One star 0 names. I downloaded this to keep track of my guest list for our big Easter party. I just now went to the app to add another name and all of the guest list is gone only the title of the event remains. If this is how badly operated the free version is I won’t go pro, next year I will go with a better app

Pretty good, some problems. Got the lite version to track guests for a party. There aren't any instructions that I can find, which makes it confusing to navigate at first. Also, when adding Guests, you are given room to add a phone number and email for contact info, but not the Guest's address. This surprises me, because most people want to organize the addresses too, for thank you cards. Yes, you are able to "add a field", so the addresses can be added in, BUT: when I try to "view a report" on the guests (ideally so I can print the report so I have an address list) , the addresses that I added do NOT show up in the address field, it's blank. Overall, I like the features, but I hope there will be some improvements.thank you

.. Very limited....so many more important issues than "man" or "woman".....really? How about being able to list couples together?....not the best.
