Not able to choose colors for search. Im not able to choose color during search for images, while on site this option is available

Suggestion. Very good i suggest to ability signing by different account at same time like instagram without logging out.

DOWNLOADED PNG AND THEY DIDNT DELIVER. They promoted PNG file on their site over the app to find out the image has the shutter stock image on top and the checkers in the background after paying $40 for 4 images. Customer service said they’d give me a credit for 5 free pics and they didn’t neither will give you any money back for their lack of efficiency and error on their part. Oh, and if you call them they’ll be closed. If you have a project and are on a budget well, they can’t help you. This comment will stay this way to warn people of what they are getting selling products with their images on top and png checkers in the back promoting its a png when IT IS NOT. Neither they tell you that you need to have adobe photoshop to fix the image. What a joke. I am a business owner and as such I never tear my clients this way, especially if I’m at fault. I’ll make sure all my marketers know and are aware of such scam.

Subscriptions will Burn You. Decent platform with decent images but I am done being burnt with their auto renew features. If you purchase a subscription for ANYTHING you have to go in and turn off the auto renew feature or you’ll be continually billed month after month. To me when I purchase a 30 day subscription, I only want it for 30 days. Therefore this doesn’t work for me and I now use a competitors digital assets instead. Customer service is mediocre.

Scam, terrible service.. Apparently if you cancel through the app it does nothing. I canceled and deleted the app the same week I tried it. I just got notified that it was never canceled and they’ve been charging me $30 a month for the last 5 months. I reached out to see why it wasn’t cancelled and to get it corrected and now they are telling me it’s going to cost $80 to cancel. Seriously?!? I used it one day for one image!!! For a home project! Don’t do it!

A good assortment of pictures and vectors but a bit expensive. I have been a subscriber for several years and appreciate the depth of pictures and vectors just wish it cost less

Slow lightbox. Search function works well - easy to filter. Adding an image to a lightbox is way too slow.

Abundance of pictures!. I am enjoying using the pictures. It's amazing how many artists contribute their work.

Overpriced and terrible customer service. For an image download service, Shutterstock is way overpriced. The only reason I tried Shutterstock was because I have to create presentations regularly, and I like to use stock images in my presentations. The images from Shutterstock are average, nothing spectacular. The free images available through MS PowerPoint are of the same quality. Shutterstock is too expensive for what you get. For $50/mo, you get 10 downloads. You can sign up for the annual plan at $30/mo, but trying to cancel is like pulling teeth. You also have to pay the difference between the monthly and annual if you do complete your year commitment. Don’t bother wasting your money!

Addicting!. This app has been a catalyst for my inspiration in creating art! It’s great that I can store in categories of my own choosing and that it’s free to collect ideas. I love it.

HORRIBLE. I signed up for a free trial and then canceled in the app. Apparently if you cancel in the app, they do not count it and will still charge you monthly. THE $30 IS NOT PER YEAR ITS PER MONTH! They automatically enroll you in a 1 year contract without asking and charge a LARGE FEE to cancel early. They charged me $30 for a month after I canceled and then I was charged $40 TO STOP THEM! DO NOT USE THEM!

Awful, not only they charge for the image you are required to have a subscription.. I paid 9.99 for an image that was not able to download because I didn’t have a “valid subscription.” This “valid subscription” wasn’t needed to make the purchase.

Can’t log in on phone. I created an account on my computer then downloaded the app to use and track on my phone and when I go to log in is says account and passwords don’t match. I changed password and tried again but still same issue! Seems this is only for laptop use!

Stiffing the middle man. You thought getting paid 25 cents was bad. Just wait. SS just warned us in 6 days we’ll be getting compensated even less. Stating “Shutterstock aims to provide customers with competitive plans and pricing, while fairly compensating our contributors for the time and talent invested in the production of their work.” So now, making less than 25 cents and image is fair? For the sometimes hours of work I put into projects. This is absurd! Horrible excuse to insanely profit off of the ones make them all the money.

Broken. This app used to be nearly flawless, but for the past couple of months a very important feature has been broken for the majority of images. When you tap on a picture to expand the size and have the ability to zoom, the screen turns black. This is happening to about 75%+ of the images. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but it still happens. iPhone 12 Pro with the latest version of IOS.

Greed, shameless. This is a company that is taking in free content that they put zero money or effort into creating, editing, keywording, etc. and is now giving themselves a raise to an 85% commission. This leaves a pittance of 15% for the creators. The shutterstock head office is located in lavish, opulent space the Empire State Building, among the most expensive real estate in the planet. The new ceo is pulling in over a million a year in salary and bonuses. What they are doing to the longtime, loyal contributors that have come to rely on the income generated from years of hard work is inexcusable and they should be ashamed of themselves. Please consider Adobe, Alamy or Pond5 for your stock media purchases. They are the more “fair trade” of the options out there and you will be supporting the independent artists that need it, now more than ever. Thank you.

Perfect for Graphic Designers!. As a freelance graphic designer, shutter stock is a must have to my arsenal of tools. Just love the vast selections of design and formats. Couldn’t run a successful business without it!

You’re worth more than pennies. I’ve been selling on stock sites for quite awhile now, and shutterstock has to be at the bottom for me. They pay the least (quite literally pennies) and have the most stringent uploading regulations, and when rejected aren’t explained well enough at times…I highly suggest going to Twenty20 (ten times more enjoyable, and pays significantly more)

Great source of useful images :). Great source. But there aren't recommendations for similar images/from the same artist on app.

I can’t copy a link of a collection and paste it in my email without going to the web browser. I wish I could copy the link to my collection in the app!!!! Why can’t I do that I don’t see it anywhere!!! So now I have to go to the browser and login again just copy the link? Please add this feature! Please let me know where I can do this so I can change my writing for this app! OK I’m looking around to see that in the description it says you can share your collections I have an iPhone 12+ so maybe this is just a feature that has been disabled in this phone please let me know guys

App is sooo SLOW!. I can’t even look at my saved collections on this App. I’ve even deleted the entire app & reinstalled, hoping it was an update glitch, as that’s when this problem first started- 3-4 months or so ago when the last update loaded. Everything is sooo bogged down, it’s easier just to go thru Chrome on my iPhone. Not worth the App space it takes up on my phone at this point. Huge waste.

Photo Privacy Bug. This latest update doesn’t work well with iOS’s photo privacy setting. I can’t download photos unless I select “Allow Access to All Photos” which is a privilege Shutterstock definitely doesn’t need.

Too Slow, Too Many Crashes. I use this app every day to peruse ideas when I’m away from my PC. I’ve had this routine for a few years now… Saving a file to a favorites folder sometimes takes several minutes. I’ve curated my favorites down to a dozen folders, yet it still takes forever to pull them up. Very frustrating to sit here watching the app plug away like cold molasses. What’s worse, typically after about ten minutes of using the app, it crashes and I have to start the waiting again. It clearly needs to be updated or streamlined.

Heaven. Beautiful images of anything you can imagine. It’s an artist’s heaven.

Disappointed. When I first got this subscription I was able to download and edit 10 images per month. I was happy to pay the over the top price of $30 a month for that privilege. This lasted three months, then all of a sudden the subscription has changed...I am only able to download select images and I am unable to edit in this app. In order to get most images I have to pay additional fees...WTH. With the changes that you have made this app is way too expensive and a complete waste.

Do not update. Latest update you’re not able to save to your collections. Upon clicking the heart icon to save to your collection the app seems to be loading your collections forever. Super frustrating

Very bad.. Just downloaded successfully. Register an account. But you can't log in. You need to re-enter the web page to reset your password. It has been reset. Still don't let you log in. Prompt to reset your password.

You pay hardworking professional photographers a couple cents??. A couple cents for hard work, uploading, a trained eye, a lifetime of education, tens of thousands of dollars in equipment that constantly needs to be updated and maintained, countless hours of editing, uploading, keywords, categorizing, and descriptions. Someone in this equation is very very greedy and taking what little bit of food in the best of times could be bought with the already low prices you paid out only to be slashed by 60% or more.. There is a big movement with all the photographers to contact all the photo buyers to explain our position of how we are being taken advantage of.. I have 15 years experience and over 3000 pictures on Shutterstock, thousand of hours spent getting my pictures on Shutterstock and I would have made more money today picking up a bottle off the road and getting the deposit on it.

Be aware. Don’t waste your time or your money they’re fake they sell you “pictures images” that already on the web I purchased an image that cost $9.99 and Google penalized me for using an image that it’s not belong to me and that’s hurt my ranking on Google so be aware I contact them request for refund they denied the refund

Overpriced and scammy. I got it initially bc I think photographers and artists should be paid for their work and I still do but shutterstock is just ripping people off. It’s by far my most expensive monthly subscription and the one I use the least often. Also, if you try to cancel early they charge you another $180.

Forced to install app. Just realized I cannot open shutterstock with safari on my iPad. It says I need to upgrade my browser. Then I upgraded my OS to the newest version, including the browser, but it’s giving me the same message. I contacted service chat and they only told me to try chrome or the app. Every other stock website works well with safari, but shutterstock disables access to their website in order to force customers to install their app. Very dirty

Terrible. Do not use this application. There is no support. No answer to my problems after weeks!!!! They just disturb you by sending spam emails to take money from you.

Not Worth the Price. iStock has way better photos for the price. Also if you sign up for the monthly discount and cancel, they will charge you the difference for every month you took the discount. Would strongly NOT recommend.

Needs to show remaining downloads. I currently need to log in thru a web browser to view how many downloads I have left for the month. Doesn’t look like the app shows that info. Also would be cool if there was Dropbox integration. Otherwise it works well!

Good contributers leaving!. On May 26th Shutterstock suddenly gave its contributors a 6 day notice that they would cut their earning by 60%. They sent an unclear, haphazard communication (with one correction mail hours later) on how they would screw over the very people who make the content you love. Buyers : Please take your business to Adobestock, their fair payouts mean you'll always have beautiful up to date images

Lazy reviewers.. Sent a photo in and was rejected for lack of editorial info. Corrected that and resent only to find out it had to much noise. Both could have been mentioned in the original rejection but I guess that would be to much trouble.

CHARGED me after I cancelled half a month in advance. I make a lot of stickers for scrapbooking so I looked into different sites to see where was the best to get free sticker sheets, I used my 10 free images but I found myself not being too fond of my selection so I cancelled my subscription about two weeks before it ended and got renewed. AUTO RENEW was OFF. Yet a couple days before I ended I was still charged for it. I had to call customer support and they told me it was a charge for the upcoming month, why would they charge me DAYS early if I had already turned off auto renewal??? The rep even agreed that It was good I called when I did but why would they even try to charge you i was so annoyed and it made me not even want to try out this platform in the future.

Terrible customer servic. Okay so I started off really liking this app, photos don’t sell for much but I had sold a few and it’s cool, but I stopped using it for a while and got locked out of my account cause I forgot the email I used… it has taken over 3 weeks of countless emails going back and forth to make any progress in getting back into my account. They would tell me what I’d need to send them, and then say we actually need this, then I’d send them that, and then they go, well we actually need this as well… it’s been absolutely ridiculous… I loved the app but the terrible customer service has ruined it for me

Can’t cancel easily or get in touch with customer service easily.. Customer service is key!

Logo Template Function is Inoperable. I purchased the “Free Trial” package for the purpose of designing a logo for my new website. When I tried to open the template, all that appeared was a blank scree with a red pulsating dot. The operator on the Help Chat suggested that I change browsers. I use Safari. Period. Refund Please.

Great!. This app is great if you don’t want to pay for anything but get inspiration for other things

Great options, could use some flexibility. Been using Shutterstock for a few years for my business and I’ve really liked the selections overall. Finding the correct key words for the right photo can be a bit tricky but that’s probably not their fault as the photographers and searchers alike have to have the sane understanding and definitions in mind. I would like to see a bit more flexibility in subscription plans as I would forget to use my downloads for a month or two and just lose out. It would be awesome if they, or at least some could roll over to the next month. I’d say over the last couple years I paid double or triple by forgetting to download…which I get is on me, just would be cool if I could have used some anyways. Overall, good deal. I used the 10 monthly downloads plan.

A shining example of corporate greed!. Nope. There are far too many alternatives out there to even consider ShutterStock. They charge customers a fortune & pay the actual creators 15¢ on the dollar. The subscription service is outrageously overpriced and notoriously difficult to cancel. And then there’s the added bonus of them selling all your information to marketers. Nope!

My go to for images!. It’s easy to love this app for the diversity and quality. Using it is easy. My graphic artist for my company swears by it.

Greedy, awful subscription based service.. Signed up for a free trial and forgot to unsubscribe. Had to pay $30. Went into my account and selected to not renew my subscription, but they still charged me $30 the next month. I then found out the subscription is yearly even though you Chet charged monthly, and I had to pay an extra $20 to cancel what I intended to be a free trial. $80 for one image.

Yes...IF the tables WERE turned. Kpedney’s inability to understand is should bring sympathy. Shutterstock advertises a FREE app & royalty FREE images. You don’t find out the expense until AFTER you’ve registered and given your personal information to SS to do with as they will. That’s the usual price of anything FREE on the internet. Not necessarily from one that exacts fees. There is nothing FREE on this site/app that I could find. There are plenty of websites that do offer FREE image downloads of varying quality. No one denies Kpedny or others the right to try to recoup the expenses they have in doing photography. The complaint lies in the false representation of “royalty FREE images” that still incur a significant cost. I’m deleting the app, cancelling my account and, if I plan to pay for images, I will buy them from a site that doesn’t misrepresent itself. What’s not to understand? BTW, do you know the music and movie industries also incur costs? I’m sure you don’t expect to download their content for FREE either.

Beware of Auto Renewal. Shutterstock doesn’t just rip off creators it gets the customers too. Somehow my account always switches back to auto renew when I download. Watch those credit card bills closely. Used to be a good service. Shame.

problems with the application. sometimes you charge me for photos I haven't used, sometimes you kick me out of the app, sometimes you tell me you have a virus.

Most Dubious company ever. Don’t ever sign up for trail. They charge you monthly for a year. They don’t have online cancellations they don’t let you delete your card details and you have to mail them. They then charge you the difference and only allow you to cancel.

Cancellation Fee. Read the “fine print”. They lock you into a monthly subscription and when you want to cancel, they charge you a cancellation fee and also charge you an extra month.

Misleading App - none of the content is free!!. Falsely advertised app which requires you to purchase content. Nothing is free and it forces you to make an account in order to find this out. Completely illegal. Avoid!!!

It's ok. I like the idea of this app but unfortunately images fail to load after a couple of searchesregardless of wifi or cell connection. Gave up and went back to the site

No unsubscribe option. God save you from subscribing. It is almost impossible to cancel. The app doesn’t give you an unsubscribe option. The site doesn’t have that option either. You need to contact them. But the chat is not working and the send message option returns as “something went wrong, try again”. I’m doomed to die with this subscription...

Love It. For doing photo searches I use Flickr quite a bit but you get a lot of very sub-ordinary compared to the number of really good shots. All the photos on Shutterstock are stunning high quality images. Just great inspiration for travel and your own photography

Great app. Great app, so much footage and pictures perfect for amateur film makers . Also found out about this through Filmriot.

Unethical behaviour. App passable but After giving three months’ notice and removing all of their licensing rights even before that, Shuttertock still refuse to delete my portfolio of over 2500 videos, where it is easily added to a buyer’s cart. Their support takes several weeks to respond, if at all. Upshot: If you’re buying from them you may be buying material they have no rights to sell. It seems that many of the better quality contributors have now moved to other sites like Pond5 and Adobe; there is a lot of dross on the site.

Really vast selection with Country relevance. I’m really impressed by the vast diversity and interesting creative images. They are perfect for content to give your presentation interest and that much needed edge.

Best stock of photos around. Love this site, I don’t use anything else💜

Scott. The iPad app is good, but regularly quits/crashes half way during an extensive image search which makes it difficult to go back to exact place you were during a several 1000 images search. Adding images to a light box should be a one touch while browsing, there are too many steps, which breaks your search flow, and I suspect also causes the regular crashes. Overall the app is much better than the first attempt.

Great App. I search all my images here and save them to lightboxes to download on desktop. Love this app.

Unethical. I tried the free subscription then forgot to cancel before the date only realised 3 months later. Have not used the service at all during that time and then want me to pay for the annual subscription or pay to get out of the subscription.

The most useless app possible for photography.. This app is just utterly a waste of time and not even worth me talking about it. Couldn’t be more disgusted.

Simply brilliant!. Such a clean design that works perfectly! I truly prefer using this iPad app over browsing via my laptop. It does the job smoothly. Thanks guys!

Changed my life!. This is not only visually spectacular, but I use this almost every day now! Before finding an image took ages and I had to set aside an afternoon, and colleagues did the same with time double-up. Now I sit in meetings and use the time productively. We can discuss on the spot, make decisions in real time... So much more efficient!

Unreal images. This is by far the best image sight

Awesome!. Easy to use and so many images available! Love the iPad app and being able to save images in categories.

Photos. There is a great variety of photos but it is hard to see through the "shutter" watermarking throughout each photo

Couple of ideas. Works well. Has a few crashes but looks like your getting those fixed up with the updates gradually. Badly needs the ability to see how many images your scrolling though for each search or page numbers. Sometimes the app will crash and have to go though all images again from the start. Would make it easier while scrolling if you don't finish going though all images you could save the page number for next time.

Outrageous and Illegal Cancellation Policies. Warning about subscriptions: 1. They don't make it clear that you are signing up for a YEAR LONG not rolling subscription 2. They sign you up for AUTO RENEWAL 3. Auto renewal takes 2 months to take effect 4. Cancelling a subscription is a flat fee of $100 per year 5. As my subscription is due for renewal within this 2 month period, I am being charged $200 to cancel 6. These practises are ILLEGAL I will be taking this to the relevant authorities for investigation and hope that more people reporting Shutter Stock will result in changes to their outrageous fees. NEVER USE SHUTTER STOCK.

Buyers buy from somewhere else. We contributors got just a 70% pay cut and can’t even pay our bills anymore.

Simple and amazing. Love this! The app is so simple and doesn't have unnecessary clutter on screen. Perfect for picking images and saving to lightbox while waiting in line, on public transport etc.

Intimate viewing. Much better than viewing experience on web browser - intimate and interactive. Shame the buying experience is not too easy.

Sleek.. Great app, links seamlessly with my account through a desktop browser, and anything that can get you away from a desk and the chance to work in a cafe or outdoors on the iPad like this is a winner.

One of a kind. There's hardly anything that you can't find as image for artwork use on shutterstock.

Shutterstock app. This ipad app is visually captivating and very practical for looking at, and reviewing multiple images for selection - love it!

Lock in. They really push the free trial in your face and make it very simple to sign up. Then if you forget to cancel your free trial you're locked in, bound by contract and they will take your money for rest of the year. It’s expensive and there’s no way out but to pay the entire year out and pay them back for the ‘discounts’ They’ve apparently already been giving you. It’s not a nice system

Disappointing.... I was really looking forward to using this app,but what a shame that it constantly crashes... It's also a massive let down when it crashes after you've scrolled through several hundred pics then have to start from the beginning again!!! I've read many complaints in the reviews on this issue,and they stem back from quite a few months ago,and still nothing has been done about it... I suggest the crew at Shutterstock Inc review these reviews that they ask people for,and do something about fixing it... We've done our part,so please do yours and fix it!!!

Excellent. I use Shutterstock for medical pictures. They have diverse content, relative to similar stock image providers. Their licensing terms are favourable. There is good chat-support on their website. It is easy to select images, file them in folders, download them again free of charge, and choose the quality of file to download. While the default subscription option is auto renewal, it is easy to turn off auto renewal (I suppose it is easy for Shutterstock to turn off auto renewal by default, and it would be nice if the company did so). The functionality of the photo-editor is average, and could be much better. There are many features in the editor, but it is not intuitive. The website experience is much better than their app, in my opinion. Overall, I think Shutterstock is good value for money, and I highly recommend it.

Incredible!. I love the abstract backgrounds especially. So much inspiration for graphic design. Very user friendly! No need to download. Just use lightbox and browse. Write number of image required and purchase from computer.

Great app, easy to use and search. Easy to use, search function works well, would be good to be able to download directly, but might be able to take screen shot instead...

Really great design. Very impressed with this app - it's really smooth to use, and I find it a much better experience than browsing through images on the shutter stock website. The layout of images in an irregular grid is a very clever idea. My only complaint is that there is a slight delay when adding images to the lightbox, while contacts the server. Would be nice to see this happen asynchronously, so the user can go on browsing immediately. This is a very minor issue though.

Bugs need ironing. Should be a great, simple app. Unfortunately pics load too slowly and glitches every time you try to save one into your light box.

Great start. Overall pretty good app. Very useful and elegant. Great to use at client site. If your a steady user of their site you'll miss the advanced search filters and excluding of certain key words. I suspect they will be pushed to make these changes. Nice start though. Jeff

Logo. I don't like how the logo is written right in the middle of the photo. I would like to see it without the logo !!!!

I would recommend Stutterstock to a friend.. I found that the selection and ease of how Shutterstock works was just about perfect for my needs. I really enjoyed that I could pre-buy an amount of pictures and then select as I went. The variety of topics and the quality of the pics were a great asset. The negative things I would say is that this has such short timelines. Having a monthly fee was out of my budget, so I had to work quickly to get what I needed before cancelling future months. I also felt that we should be able to filter the type of pictures as to what was suitable for a younger crowd to see and those who would enjoy something more risky (i.e. lingerie and poses) A suggestion I would have is to incorporate 'Placeit' or a similar idea so it would be easy to add your own touch to mockups. Best of all if there was a way to add your product to a picture. Like you branded frisbee flyer to a picnic scene. A friend recommended shutterstock andI would recommend it to a friend as too.

DO NOT GET!!. They want you to PAY THEM IF YOU WANT A REFUND! A very shady shady company, not to be trusted!!

Horrible Experience. Bought a package for 750 stock photos and they automatically took off over 250 photos. I phoned to say there is a mistake and they acknowledged there was an issue but refused to give me photos. The package has now timed out and I don't have all of the photos I need. What's ins of company acknowledges a problem and then refuses to fix it???

I seach on my iPad. Loved the website, but the iPad made searching even better. Great images, super service and now even better with this iPad app.

Poor UX, not really usable. Am a paid Shutterstock website subscriber. This app has an unnatural UI, forces you to use landscape orientation, a lack of the most basic filters so is not usable for a typical paying customers requirements. The makers of the app should read Apple's user interface guidelines and at least make some attempt at following them. Feels outsourced. It sort of works, but is not usable as a Shutterstock subscriber.

Garbage!. This app is a piece of trash. I cannot even see the upload button and the folder does not open. A literal piece of garbage!

crashes. great for finding cool pictures otherwise though. but it starts loading a lot and it will continue to do this for half an hour even though I have full internet. I close the app, turn off my phone and try again for the same result. please fix as it is difficult to use like this.

Shitterstock. Starting June 1st, shutterstock cut artists earnings from $0.38 to $0.1 saying this is for good of the artists, when in fact many of the contributors will be pushed in poverty, because for most it was main income. This is immoral and unethical especially now, when is almost impossible to find new job to stay afloat. Shame on you Shutterstock!

I participated in a hackathon hosted by Shutterstock so I set up an account and started a subscription, thinking that I will cancel later. BUT it turns out it's a one-year commitment, and I'm not allowed to cancel unless I pay them back 60 dollars for the months that I'm subscribed. Why in the world do you need your customer's one-year commitment?!!!! I'm not renting an apartment from you. OMG

Excellent !!! Just love this app. This app is excellent. It's quick and easy to browse images, being able to zoom In on an image is also very useful.I love that I can add the images to my light boxes and then download the images later! Great app!!

Where are the settings in the app?. I have downloaded the same photo three times but I can’t access it because it downloads to the app itself and I can only change it in settings. That would be easy if my app had a settings button. Extremely frustrating!

Garbage. I have and regularly use my web based Shutterstock account. This app refuses to allow me to login and returns "invalid username/password" alerts despite the same com inaction working and securing access in Safari.

Great stuff but has bugs. I love this app, but I must say the problems. This app crashes often and refuses to reload several times I had to uninstall and reinstall it due to this problem. I hope that the next update will resolve this problem.

Needs sample downloads. Please add low res picture downloads u can use on ur iPad. It's great for browsing but at least give registered users the chance to save files to their iPad images folder.

Avoid Shutterstock. I cannot use it easily and they keep charging me even though I’ve never been able to properly use any images! There’s no technical support and if you want to dump them you have to cancel your credit card. AVOID SHUTTERSTOCK!

Crashes a lot!. I spent several hours using this app and it crashed consistently about every 15 minutes. It's unbelievably frustrating to have to start your searches over and view images you've already seen twice. Other than that the app is awesome.

Not The Best App. It’s almost impossible to find instructions on how to download the jpg images into files with the iPad.

Watermark. Every video and image I download retains the shutter shock watermark. I’ve conducted 10 chats called three times and still not fixed.

Its ok if ur a pro I guess. It wont let me edit the pics, I’d rather get an app that lets me edit right when I download it, too many hoops to jump to get something simple done.

DON’T SUBSCRIBE. Don’t sign up for the free trial! If you don’t cancel in time, they not only charge you, they automatically enroll you in a YEAR contract and then charge you ANOTHER FEE to cancel it! So not worth it!! Wish I never downloaded this app!

They egged each other on, their contacts made possible by their overwhelming misunderstanding of reality, aka "paranoia" and the internet. Scraping (is that the word?) the web for public domain or unattributed images may not be as awful as planning a coup but it sure wasn’t a thing in the before days. I had the Best & Most Beautiful Dog Ever and found her images reposted often, many in Eastern Europe. I didn’t worry about ownership of my photos even though translation wasn’t straightforward and I couldn’t read the actual words. I’d worry more now about a for-profit entity that doesn’t care about ownership, only profit. —————————— —————𖥶𖦊𖥶𖦊𖥶————𖥶𖦊𖥶𖦊𖥶————𖥶𖦊𖥶𖦊 My suggestion? Search for images outside of this company. Misleading subscription policy beware. I purchased a 365 day account that was advertised for $30 It was unclear that it would be billed monthly. It should be called a monthly subscription. I had to pay $100 to cancel. The images are cheesy and redundant. Big regrets.

I submit to 13 stock photo markets, shutterstock is the least professional and the wor. I am here to tell Shutterstock’s clients why contributors are fed up with the inconsistent attitude of shutterstock. I am on 13 stock photo markets, some exclusive. We all start somewhere and one of my earliest is shutterstock. Shutterstock is not who it once was. I will have the same photo on all 13 markets. I obviously cannot give my exclusives to shutterstock but that doesnt mean my non exclusives are of poor quality. The 1 photo on 13 markets is on all but shutterstock. Why? I very rarely get rejected on markets for noise or focus these days. Sometimes but rarely. Except for shutterstock. Shutterstock refuses my content on a very inconsistent basis. What do i mean? They will reject the same photo on 12 others for noise. I fail to believe this and demand someone to prove to me that they found noise. Nobody from shutterstock will provide this information stating they cannot contact reviewing team (probably due to the amount of rejections they create…). I will not make any changes to that photo and resubmit it. It gets accepted. This is what I mean by inconsistent. One time they rejected mine for focus, I resubmit with no changes, get rejected for grainy, I resubmit with no changes to get ACCEPTED. They are very poor in theirs judgments. I refuse to change my images to a non exclusive agreement to the Walmarts of stock photo markets… To prove this… I intentionally uploaded a grainy picture. It was refused for focus. Yep. I resubmitted and INCREASED the grainy look. They ACCEPTED IT!!! Nonetheless my years with shutterstock looks to be ending soon as I’m not going to waste my time uploading to a group that can’t determine a good or bad photo. I hope clients look away from shutterstock. Many good places out there and shutterstock isn’t one.

Not good pictures style. Better pinterest

Stay Away. Over charged me. Promised a refund. Never delivered it. And have lied about the status of repeat. Their customer service does zero research into your account, merely read a script and promise a follow up that never occurs.

Farce!. The pictures are fantastic. Every picture I clicked on I was told I needed to upgrade to a paid subscription. So I deleted it off my phone. To log out of the account was an impossible task!
