Weather Channel. I absolutely depend on this app daily . I do home care in multiple homes . All my people want to know what the weather is like , um , multiple times throughout our day . Thank you !

Formatting changed. I have enjoyed using this app for several years, especially on my iPad. However, recently, it seems to have changed so it will only format in the narrow, vertical format like for a phone. No longer fills the whole iPad screen which means you have to scroll more to see more.

App closes even after reinstalling. After working fine for months, started closing within seconds of launching. Deleted and reinstalled, worked for a day or two, now doing the same thing.

Best of the Best!. I’m not sure this app gets the recognition it deserves, but it’s definitely on of the top weather apps! I believe I have finally left The WeatherBug behind, because This (The Weather Network) app has a much better radar, and it shows the precipitation in inches every day! Thank you for creating a great every day weather app that can be used for every situation! Major Kuddos! 👍

Predicted Totals!. This is now one of the ONLY weather apps that offers precipitation prediction totals. It’s a feature I came to rely on in another weather app, but a recent update removed that very useful information. I’m glad to have it available here!

Number 1 best weather app ever but would like to see humidity or dew point added. I have tried them all this is by far the best weather app out there

Love it. I love this app so much more than other maps I’ve used!! Though I wish it included the low on the current temp on the top of the home page without having to click on it,

Accurate!. I work outside, and the Weather Network has always been pretty accurate. I also use Weather Bug and the local news to compare, and it seems like the Weather Network gets the closest. Also, they have a future radar that goes further into the future than others.

Slow to launch/load. I want to like this app, but it is terribly slow to load. I am using an iPhone 11 and the load time is sometimes fifteen seconds or longer. Other weather apps launch and load essentially instantly by comparison. I’ve deleted this app. Why bother?

Just downloaded. 1st minute in use blows any other weather app away

Quick and easy. This App is easy to use and quick. Travel locations can be added and deleted as you move around - it really helps me pack better so there are fewer weather surprises.

Nice. App works well nice ui has never crashed on me and the weather forecast is accurate I deleted the weather channel app for this app happy so far

ADs have taken over. I have been a user of this app for 4 years but this last revision is overwhelming with the number of ADs interrupting the flow of information. I’m planning to switch to Weather Bug which at least has a no ads option of $1.99 a month.

Replaces Wunderground. After going though more than a dozen apps, to fill the void after the other app was ruined in an update, I finally found this! My main need is a horizontal timeline with rain/snow amounts. All other apps just put percentage and not amounts. Other apps also make you dig for key info. This is great. Thanks weather network!

Feature missing. The newest update brought back the UV rating, which has been missing for awhile, but now the extreme weather forecast section is gone, which I used all the time. Also, the ‘Climate’ tab is in French and can’t be changed.

Crap. Not accurate even! When it is sunny out, it says it’s raining in my location… Vise versa. Climate is in a completely different language and can’t be changed, and I never get my alerts even after I check marked them. May delete it if no update to fix these issues happens soon!

Precip inches!!. This is the only app I can currently find that shows the precipitation in inches on the weekly forecast. I find it very useful to be able to look at a 7-14 day forecast and actually know how much it may rain each day. The percent chance of rain means very little to me. Thank you for this feature! It would be nice to have a scrolling feature for the 14 day forecast directly on the main screen instead of having to click and open the 14 day first. Thanks again.

5 stars and a goofy thing…. Love this weather app. Works so much better than The Weather Channel’s app. Gives me what I need in a consistent and easy to get to manner. Even the adds are really not in the way. There is one goofy thing… At the top of the startup page that has all the terrific info that I want… They have a nice feature that shows precipitation as an animated graphic behind the display windows (ot looks great!) One little problem… No matter the actual weather in the default location… It always displays light precipitation. Right now the temp is near freezing under clear sky. Yet this graphic animation is displaying light snow. It also has some text to go along with the animations and that’s always light precipitation of the variety to accompany the actual temperature. Goofy and fun… but a fix would be a little helpful.

Ruined the app with ads. All of a sudden now when I tap to see the hourly temps a stupid ad for lending or something pops up and never goes away. I don’t see an “X”to close it or a button that’s says “close. “ Now I cant see hourly, just a stupid ad that doesn’t go away. Greedy people making you pay so that you can get weather info. I’m deleting it

LOVE IT!!!. Best Wx app out there, detailed info on future days. Wx network is the most accurate source I've found anywhere !!! It predicted rain’s begin & end within mins ... Dev note-wish you could add re-order the saved cities, Thx

Great App. This app provides good and reliable information to current and future weather conditions. As an app user I’d highly recommend you download it. It’s by far the best weather app.

Weather quick and easy to use!. Weather quickly set up and used.

How could forecasting be so wrong??. I have recently moved to canada and everyone here told me that this app is sooooo good, however I have found over the past 3 years of using this app that it cannot even tell me the correct temperature and cloud cover at the current moment, let alone tomorrow’s. i’ve been taking screenshots to confirm that their forecasts are not accurate for 24 hours let alone 5 days. their “radar” loop is a joke. when you play a loop into the future their loop just holds the last radar image and moves it over map in the direction it was last traveling without being affected by microclimates, loss of moisture, terrain and downstream systems like the NOAA radar does. it’s literally the south park animation equivalent of weather.

Some usability issues. Good app, I like the way it looks and it tells you what you need to know. But there are some counterintuitive transitions - swiping back doesn't always get you to where you expected to go (i.e. The page you were on before). Also, the 'follow' feature seems to somehow turn on the 'alerts' for the places you've been, which quickly gets annoying if you travel a lot.

Old version much better. Why you would make the display screens (and font) smaller and harder to read than the previous version (before being hacked) is really disappointing. The videos are so small making it really hard to see anything specific about your immediate vicinity. Hopefully the next update will be an improvement or time to find another App.

Excellent app. I especially like the radar feature that shows theoretic precipitation an hour or so in advance! Being a construction supervisor this helps in scheduling work for the day. Also the fourteen day forecast is as good or better than the other weather apps! Good job team! I’ve used this app for years.

Much improved. It’s probably the most accurate weather app out there. It’s much improved since it was first introduced. I relied on it often this past winter because the snow predictions were always right in the ballpark. The only annoying thing are the pop up ads but I can live with that because the app is actually good.

Radar. The recent change in the radar service that did away with future tracking makes this app useless

Potential Malware Ads. I’ve used this app for years, just recently they started hosting ads that auto open safari that lock up your screen & force interaction with a “Restore” “Cancel” app just called “TV”. Anytime something like that pops up it’s usually malware, I sent in a report but I’m also deleting this app because I can no longer trust it not to be a malware host just so they can make a few pennies or try to force me into an ad free subscription. Sorry but I’ll use the built in weather feature on my phone thanks, keep your malware

Nice and complete, just a few rough edges. Right off the bat I try the climate button on bottom and get sent to a French web site with no way to alter language settings. Not sure why there's a news button. Seems better to focus on your core strengths than take the kitchen sink approach.

Crashed. This has been a pretty good weather app. But the last week it’s crashed and all that’s available are the news and ads. Hopefully they will get it fixed soon, if not I’ll have to start the search for a different weather app.

TEALLY NICE APP NO MORE WEATHERBUG. Yes great app very easy to get around I just loaded it and liked it right away i have a back on apps that last and that don’t and not looking for a job unless pay is great and I use my machines upgrades on you if u want the best u have to keep up Good work guys & gals David G Orlando Florida

Hello developers “ALERT”. Just a heads up that the medium size widget is not working on iOS 14.2 on iPhone 11. Other than that I love the app, keep making it better. I have the paid subscription.

Good for traveling. I live in the USA but I travel between Mexico and Canada quite a bit and before I pack I always check the weather to where I am going so I know what to pack.

Location. I was forced to remove my old app for WEATHER NETWORK because it suddenly denied my user / password (either or both) I downloaded the latest version bot had difficulty entering my location but eventually got it. I then was totally unable to enter locations to hold in memory to view other places such as my summer home. I did, with difficulty, find it possible to enter a new location—only in place of the initial location. It appears the site wants to do locations automatically ONLY THIS WAS NEVER A PROBLEM WITH THE OLD VERSION I WAS FORCED FROM! As of now, I have them all deleted from my 3 devices. Perhaps I should select a different location for each device, but that would still be far short of the 5 or 6 I had

Simple and Quick Weather App. The weather network is a great app. It gives you many stations to select from. It’s simple and it is not bogged down by lots of superfluous stuff that doesn’t help. That makes the response time quick. Great app!

My favorite weather app. I’m in the US (KY) and this is my go to weather app. More accurate than my locals and usually ahead of them on trends a few days out. I also like the videos. They do a good job of posting interesting videos that I want to watch.

One of the worst weather apps I’ve ever seen. This is one of the worst weather apps I’ve ever seen. The app design in itself is just a big blah. The radar is one of the worst, with no settings what so ever, to turn off the terrible future radar future, and the radar is extremely slow, as there are no speed options for it as well. This app needs a complete redesign and overhaul and add settings to the radar to increase the speed, and even get rid of that future radar as it does not make any sense. On it you just see a frozen radar pretty much with the precipitation just moving out of the area, with the same exact look, just moving.

Good Weather Source. Our family has lived in Ottawa and one of us is Canadian born. We enjoy getting weather from this app not just for Canada but for our home in the States.

The weather network. Your weather app is great you have accurate forecast I love your radar I love everything about your app but please get rid of the pictures on the app and I will continue to use your app it’s better than the weather channel I love the Weather Network

Least propaganda of all weather apps. I’m sure there’s political/environmental propaganda there if you look for it but not in your face with everything you look at like a lot of other weather apps

Terrible since the last update. Where did the forecast go? Knowing what it is right now isn’t really helpful when I can’t see a forecast. Can only see the current weather, there seems to be no hourly, daily or 14 day option anymore. Just whatever is going on right now.

Ruined a great app with intolerable ads, forecasts now inaccurate. I’ve had this weather app for years and it’s been super accurate. We affectionately called it my voodoo weather app because it was so good! Now, the ads are extremely hard to deal with, and I’m sad to say that the accuracy is gone. No one wants to check their weather app first thing in the morning and wake up to an intrusive pop-up ad that engulfs your entire screen in a bright white light! To top it off, the “X” to close out the screen rapidly moves from one corner to the other, so you effectively get to play a video game the moment you wake up—almost like they’re trying to trick you into clicking on the ad. No one in their right mind would click on one of these invasive, garbage ads. Thanks Weather Network. Next, they added the endless Temu ads for ridiculous t-shirts and “clothing” at “90% off”, modeled by scantily clad individuals. Great job, Weather Network. I get it, they had to rebuild their app after being “hacked”. I’m sure that had nothing with the endlessly-running Chinese ads. But once the app was up and running again, it was never the same. It seems they are guessing and/or copying/pasting multiple hours/days’ forecasts. Too bad, it used to be a solidly reliable app. RIP Weather Network.

Stop Assuming What I Want to See. Please remove or make optional the feature you recently added that assumes that I want to see details of the first entry in the list when I change views from hourly to seven or 14 days.

Much less marketing than The Weather Channel. Much less “bling” & more pleasant than TWC, with superior accuracy in Canada. Accuracy in US is as good if not better than TWC.

Trouble with APP. I have been using this APP for over a year with no problems. However, for the last week I have been unable to get a forecast due to a “problem”. When I have to dress for the whole day in the morning, I need a reliable forecast so this is very disappointing. I live in New Jersey, USA. If this is not fixed by tomorrow, I will delete the APP.

Finally A Clutter Free Weather App. Gives me all the details I need without the clutter of overly commercialized Ads. And you can also go Ad free for a tiny price. Simple is good.

Layout. I like the thick, high contrast numbers where they are used. Font size could be increased on some slides. Appreciate the radar.

Please develop a metric option for wind and rain measurements.. Very useful but would be improved with an option for metric measurements for wind and rain. Australian users have not used imperial measure since the 1970’s. Younger users would not be familiar with inches, mph and Fahrenheit.

Good. App very good, but poor widgets, you can’t have multiple widgets with different locations, and also missing daily forecasts in the widget, there is only hourly one. Despite this I subscribed for a year (cheap) and hope for the further development of the widgets

Gives the correct temperature but melodramatic in the "feels like" temperature. Like the layout of the app and how easy it is to find cities and their temperatures. I travel a lot and it's a great app for my overseas adventures when planning what to carry clothes-wise. But the "feels like" temperatures are very over-rated!! Like right now it's 21 in Darwin but they say it "feels like" 29 which is ridiculous!! It definitely doesn't feel like 29! It feels like 21! Give realistic "feels like" temperatures! That's really all I think needs fixing!

Could not find any suburbs in Australia!. Not one suburb in Australia could be found within the APP! Could not find NSW or any other state in Australia.

Ads warriors. One star for predatory advertisement. You are barely touching the ad that your screan starts changing and loading the ad. I want my weather back.

Sooo many ads. I used to love this app but now there’s so many ads and they open even when you don’t click on them. Recently I get nothing but temu ads and when I researched temu I discovered that they are basically scamming people and data mining their phones if you download the temu app. Why would weather network want to be associated with this horrible company. You can do better Weather Network.

Mainly an app for showing you ads. The makers of this ad-delivery app keep getting my honest review deleted. TL;DR – This app has too many ads – Use WeatherCAN instead. This app used to be great but then an unnecessary overhaul turned it from a weather app into an ad-focused app. The formerly, well-designed layout was ruined by spreading it out needlessly and lots of useless blank space was added. This makes you scroll for no benefit… except to fit in more ads! And then there’s the full-screen-takeover ads that hijack the screen all of a sudden. So annoying! I do understand that ads help generate revenue, but this app has taken it way too far. When I sent comments and constructive criticism to the makers of the app, I received a canned response saying they make improvements based on user feedback and for the best user experience – This is clearly not true. I have switched to use WeatherCAN. It’s accurate, detailed and it provides THE WEATHER conditions and forecast from Environment Canada itself.

Ad Take-overs!... ❌. While I'm generally not against the occasional sensible small advertisement of someone local to make a name for themselves, this app takes real advantage of a loyal customer who now is plagued with whole page, unknown origin spam pop-up ads that are crying Click bait & I'm not even sure your app has been hacked by its own virus of some kind. I wouldn't even allow this quantity of inappropriate spam anywhere near my phone or laptop without first installing a good & reputable anti-virus spyware or firewall. Your app is risking us to install unknown trojan viruses & risk security as we unintentionally click on these unknown, unchecked sites, which I'm sure your third party app do no such things to provide us with that proper & safe gateway. Install ad-free sites like Apple Weather or even WeatherCan, who will guarantee us simple, accurate weather & timely warnings from Environment Canada without dangerous unknown ads that can potentially compromise our phones & IOS software. Mandating customers to subscribe with money to remove these dangerous ads are further fleecing their audience out of their hard earned money & long term trust in wanting to simply find out their basic weather every day. Truly unacceptable, negligent, & unethical consumer relations & practices.

Boooo. Worst app I have ever had. Advertisements work perfect which is good if don’t really want to know what the weather is going to be.

Force opens links to ads without even clicking them.. Lately myself and others have noticed when you scroll past a certain advertisement on the app to see the forecast it force opens a website link which then force opens the App Store and takes you to that app. They are likely getting paid per click on these ads and somehow have made them open automatically. If this continues, I will delete the app.

Why I deleted this app. This is about the suffering burnt baby bear video that you can see along with the temperature. This isn’t right i wanted to see what the WEATHER I was not prepared for something that would shock me into tears! Things are challenging and seeing this bear suffering made me cry, I mean full out ugly face sobbing! This isn’t weather! This is about a baby bear scorched and suffering and clinging to a tree! I didn’t get this app to see heart wrenching videos of baby burnt animals, nor was I prepared this kind of emotional drama to start my day. This is unfortunate. Your weather news people maybe could post more weather videos not the aftermath and suffering after the weather. If I wanted grief and suffering with or without a happy ending I’ll google it. This is not why I got this app. Maybe I am the first to complain to this extent, maybe I am not. I hope though someone understands what I mean. Thank you. Jackie.

Data thieving ads? Why??. As for an app it works as it should. Recently they have been running numerous adds that have the sole purpose of misleading and collecting personal data. This is a great oversight as good apps only remain that way when they perform as they should and don’t put users at risk. For this reason I will leave a poor review until this is corrected.

Creepy advertising practices. Hey do you use amazon? Do you want your random amazon searches showing up in a Weather app? Well this is your app. Totally unacceptable, sneaky advertising practices. Anything is better than this. Stay away.

Metric / Imperial. I like the app, but I don’t understand why you’ve removed the option to switch from imperial to metric for precipitation (rain in mm, snow in cm, etc.). It’s not practical to force Canadian users to convert.

Too many ads. This used to be a great weather app, but it is now overloaded with banner ads and pop up ads and it really takes away from the experience. $3 per month to remove the ads is way too much. The “Weather Assistant” seems to be a useless feature. I will never ask your assistant “What should I wear today?” Or “Best time to visit Cancun?” Please stop spending money developing this stuff and focus on delivering accurate forecasts with a great UI. You’ll need less ads!!

Invasive ads!. Please remove the ad that auto plays. Extremely annoying and invasive!

Commercials. Get ready to watch a commercial before you get the weather

Horrible ads/videos (sad, because good app otherwise). I use this app because for the 14-day forecasts, it helpfully lists the date next to the day of the week, which most other apps do not. However, I have finally stopped using it because of the obnoxious and often disturbing clickbait videos on the screen. I do not need to see trash headlines about people with bees stuck in their eyes or horrific injuries when simply checking the weather.

Had to delete, it is so full of adds. Had to delete, it is so full of adds, the adds just don’t stop. And you can see they tracked your history, it’s a shame, it is still a great app but it is too hard to move around and slow

Videos and News?. Not sure why a weather app needs to show videos and news so prominently everywhere. Cancelled my yearly subscription.

Swarmed by ads!. Used to be my go to app for weather up until lately now it’s plagued with ads.. deleted it. If you want to bombard me with ads then you can start giving the people with your app something towards the data you consume..

Ads are aids. The ads are so bad. You just scroll and it opens Safari and Apple Music in one go. Removed features recently and made the ui worse. Just download the apple weather app. It’s better now.

Apple Watch app. The Apple Watch app is back, but it’s now missing the feel like temperature. Is there plan to add it back?

App opens ads as soon at its opened. This app is unusable. You open the weather network and without touching anything ads open directing you to safari then the app store over and over.

New watch complication. I miss the old apple watch complication. The new one only displays the current temperature and completely dismisses the "feels like" which can be far from the current temperature.

Overrun with ads. Used this app for 8 years but lately it’s overrun with annoying intrusive ads. Uninstalling it.

Ads. Ads with half naked women every second time I use the app. I don’t feel like having people think I am a pervert when I check the weather in public. And way to many ads for a basic app. Switching as soon as I find something better.

Radar map. Hate the new radar map

Even WORSE. Still huge ads, still terrible layout. I have a iPhone 7 plus and when I scroll the app it STUTTERS now, ridiculous.

App freezes all the time. The last update broke the app for me. A pop up screen blocks everything and there is no way to get out of it, none of the buttons work. Uninstalled and reinstalled, no change.

Trash!!. Deleted this app after they started shootin their lips off about not eating Beef!! A shot at Beef is a shot at Farmers! And that just don’t fly!!

Don’t update. With most recent update, when you press for detailed hourly/36 hrs/log range forecast an ad page shows up covering the entire screen and doesn’t go away. Even though the add is completely black you can tell it’s an ad page with a tiny x in the top right corner. Don’t recommend you update if you don’t have too.

Awful ads. The ad system you’ve switched to where when you’re scrolling down the page and scroll past an ad it opens it and takes you to a webpage is absolute garbage.

Ruined a good app.. Latest update ruined the app for me. Very choppy, ads load slowly and are very large.

Not what it used to be. Clunky, slow, full of ads, poor layout.

Ads. This is better at providing ads than the actual weather now. Anyone know a good alternative?

Pop ups gallore. Had to delete can stand the pop up adds to 2 different pages every time I open the app.

The Ad Network. This app cares more about giving you advertisements then it does giving the weather. I want to check the weather, and sometimes check the news in weather, and doing so with this app is a nightmare. You open the app, there’s a big ad the size of the screen before it opens. Then you see the weather, scroll down, there’s the news. Which if you try to watch a video, it’s going to show you a 30 second add first that you can’t even skip. Then underneath the news, there’s another ad. Then under hourly weather, there’s another ad. Then under 14 day forecast, there’s another ad. Oh and if you click the weather details for the day, there’s the weather, with an ad. Thanks for making checking the weather , a mind numbing experience. Like I used to love the weather network. Used to always watch it. And truthfully I would watch far more news videos if there wasn’t ads literally everywhere all the time. It’s so excessive.

New update no forecast?. Does the new update not have upcoming weather anymore?

Ads open other apps on my phone. Miserable to use, if I even touch an add space while scrolling it automatically opens safari and iTunes without any input from me, sometimes several times in a row. Creepy and unacceptable.

Advertisement spam. Worked ok until last update. Now there's animated ads between all the information windows. App took a serious performance hit. Uninstalling for something better.

Ad redirects ruined the app. Will be deleting due to ad redirects popping me into safari each time I check the weather. I’d rather get rained on than deal with that nonsense. Adios, mediocre weather reporting.

Rarely accurate. Better off going outside to see what the weather is doing. For example, today it says it’s supposed to be -3 and snow with windchill -11. It’s currently pouring rain.

Paid for no ads, still getting ads 🤔. It’s been 18 hours, ads are still appearing - I’ve emailed twice and still no response. Not good service.

App absolutely infected with obtrusive ads. Ads, ads and more ads. The main screen of the app has at least 4 ads. When viewing 14 day forecast you get another banner ad up top and in the middle of the screen, and then after a second or two a full screen ad pops up, usually just about the time you’d tap the screen to scroll down, so you end up tapping the ad and opening up some garbage in safari. I installed the app thinking it’d have fewer/less obtrusive ads than the website but it’s actually way way worse.

Ad-free isn't anymore. This used to be a good app. Sadly, in recent weeks, despite having a valid 'Ad-free' subscription, the app serves incessant ads. I have contacted The Weather Network (to query why, despite having a valid ad-free annual subscription, I get advertising) all to no avail, no response, the ads persist.

Opens Ads Without Clicking Them. Whenever I open the weather network app and scroll down it opens the App Store then opens Apple Music. Very annoying, will be deleting the app if it doesn’t get fixed!

Upgraded. Upgraded to commercial free with extras. They took the money and I got nothing in return. No upgrade.

Metric, imperial. I used to be able to have temp in Celsius and precipitation and wind speed in imperial but now that’s gone. Why did you change that? I would like to have that option again.

Worst weather app, tracks every activity. This weather app is very intrusive, loads up lots of ads all over, tracks every activity on my phone as it keeps asking permission and I try to limit it. There are some good alternatives out there.

Why the mindrape in a weather app?. These people are heavy on the fearmongering with 90% of their “articles”, which also just happen to be a huge unwanted distraction that does NOT need to be there, let alone at the top of the app. And a healthy percentage of all this is absolute globalist propaganda. Pathetic.

Awful app. That app is so awful and useless. Never get us the correct forecast. Every week was overwhelming because it exaggerate every prediction. I don’t recommend this one!!

Too many ads now. My husband and I have used this app for years and are deleting it now. The number and size of the ads is frustrating. It used to be fine but was changed recently.

Adding more locations.... Love the app, but if i purchase it can i add kore locations?!

Good weather app. I really like this weather app. However, on my iPhone SE, it freezes all the time. It would be great if this could be fixed.

Too many ads. Ads now pop up and stay on the screen way too long and sometimes no way to close it off unless you click on the ad. Deleted

Add magnet. It’s a good app, except any time your finger gets anywhere near an add, even if swiping down to scroll, it opens the add in safari. Very frustrating.

Promotes the climate change hoax.. I’m sorry, but any educated person that can read a graph knows the world is heard into a mini ice age since 1952. I will not support a weather app that thinks mankind can raise the temperature of the earth .0001 of a degree while ignoring solar fluctuations, volcanoes and established cycles.

Good weather report. Knowing what the weather is doing in different parts of the country really helps. Know what I mean?

Love the app but.... Love this app but the push notifications aren't working. I set some locations up and it rained today and got no notification. Will be going back to Dark Sky in the meantime...

Finally. An app that shows how many inches of snow per hour and per day. Nice UI, too.
