I've tried so many at home work outs and nothing really seemed to get me motivated. This is just what I needed! I can be in the comfort of my own home but feel like I'm at the gym with a "live" trainer. My first workout is the undefeated, the workouts look easy but boy do they work you out! Absolutely worth every penny!
I've tried many programs including beachbody and this is hands down the best I've ever used. It suits every level, style or intensity as well as length. A wide selection of instructors to choose from as well. The app works well for me. I download workouts and find they run without a hitch when I turn off wifi and data. I can't see ever using another program as long as downloads are available.
I have done daily burn for a while and love it but for the last few weeks I can hear the videos and the instructors but the screen just shows loading. Can't work out because I can see the moves.
I love waking up to the daily burn crew everyday. There are always new challenges that await!
Needs update or I need a refund asap
New update displays the time bar differently but when using AirPlay, no longer shows cycle intervals on the iPad. Also when I try to share the workout the app closes immediately. Moving forward I would love for it to provide more data and metrics, not just calories burned. Like data tracking with weights used, list of movements, etc. more data to monitor progress.
I absolutely love the variety on this app! If you put in the effort, you will definitely be sweating during this app! So many people tell me they need a trainer to help them get through a workout. Well, that's what's right in front of you! Just do as they say and put in your best effort and you definitely will be sweating! Great app! Been using it for several years now!
The teachers are professional, knowledgeable and upbeat. The classes are extremely thorough. If you close your eyes and imagine any sort of class genre, you would be hard-pressed to think of something not found on this app! My newest discovery is the little gem called DB 10. (These are *really* challenging workouts done in 10 minutes) Some days when that small voice in my head whispers "you're too tired and you don't have enough time to work out" I simply tap my Daily Burn app and go straight to the DB 10 programs. Before you know it I've done two or three of these quick classes and feel like I have had a wonderful workout.
I was getting flubby. I wanted to change that. I have failed miserably at gyms and running before. Four weeks in but I'm coming back every day and already seeing results and feeling better about myself. I will stick with this one, if only because I can do it in my underwear in my living room.
I love the Daily Burn app. I've had it for two years and love their workouts! You can get anything from yoga to strength training with weights and everything in between. Plus the price you pay for the training you receive is ridiculously low priced!
I love the 15 minute programs. I get a REALLY good burn, pool of sweat, full body workout and at my own schedule on a daily basis. I would recommend this to anyone who is busy. It's so affordable for me as I am married with 3 kids under the age of 11. It doesn't break the budget but it will break that fat. DO IT!!!
I have never worked out consistently in my life. I knew that I needed to lose some weight and my husband recommended this app. It allows me to have a short, but good workout in my home or when traveling. It doesn't take up a lot of my time each day. Most importantly, I'm able to not be so self conscious of others watching. This has allowed me to become stronger and gain more mobility which I didn't know I had lost. The true beginner program is perfect for gaining these back without putting too much stress on my previously injured knee, and still allows me to take an extra day rest if needed. I love how I feel afterwards the most!
I've found this to be a great streaming service. Many workouts including my favorite: Black Fire. One suggestion, I haven't found a way to save workout data as related to my heart rate monitor. It shows my progress during a workout but I can't seem to view previous workouts. Otherwise, a great way to challenge yourself and work at your own pace and time.
This app has motivated me to start working out again after a 5 year hiatus. As someone who is anxious with the thought of being inside a gym, this is a great alternative. I love the different workout styles available. I am currently on my free trial but I intend to pay the monthly fee vs gym membership.
This is a great daily workout and recently they added a barre program which is amazing! I wish we could have some access to older 365 workouts without paying extra, that's really too bad, because several trainers are really not my favorite. One focuses a lot on kickboxing...not for me. However majority of trainers are motivating and not annoying LOL. Great workouts to do at home, and keep me from getting bored. Overall-great!
I have tried so many different apps!!! I typically lean more towards the free ones because I'm a newlywed so we're always on a budget. But after researching so many options and constantly being disappointed with the free ones I decided to try this for the first free month. Now I am in my second month so I am paying $14.99 which is extremely reasonably priced for what you get. I have been able to do a different video every day! I am always satisfied and feeling so well worked out after every one! I have done some of the 365, barre, MMA, and yoga videos. They are all so amazing and have modifications if needed. I will definitely continue using this app. It's also very nice to be able to send an email with a question and get a response within 24 hours and most of the time its sooner than that. I finally have some motivation to get my work outs in everyday! Thank you Daily Burn! I know I will now finally be able to reach those goals I've been trying to achieve but never had the resources. I highly recommend this app and have been telling everyone I can about it!!
It's only $10 a month for a diverse and robust set of professionally done workouts. Also, their mobile app seamlessly feeds into the iOS Health system. Good stuff! Two years later and everything I said above still holds true.
