Ads. The app itself works great. Too many adds, and for that I uninstalled. Without the ads it would be a 5 star

Almanac missing. Some of your competitors have nice almanac info on the weather. Why don’t you guys have it? Also your weather app is identical to channel 13. What’s up with that?

Annoying alerts. I only want to receive severe alerts I have alerts turned off for every other thing and I constantly get alerts telling me that you’ll need sunglasses or some other garbage like that I don’t want those annoying alerts. If these don’t stop I’m going to have to delete the app.

Trust. This is the station and service I trust the most, the one watched in this home for many years.

Bad update. New update is terrible, doesn't open to map as before, a bunch of needless menu boxes. You have to select a menu box to open upon app opening. New daily and hourly forecasts are terrible looking. They just took a great app and made it worthless. App just keeps getting worse with each update. Opens with an ad first, and full of adverts using junk. Menus are crap. When it first came out it was the best weather app out there. Now it's just full of bloat ware and slow.

Reliable. Great weather app and helpful videos. Highly recommend

WTOL weather reports online. I check the hourly forecast every day so I can plan my schedule. I depend on it so I don’t waste time planning outside activity and have rain. Indoor projects can usually wait, if I plan well. It’s great that the predictions are pretty accurate most of the time. Love it !!! Thanks.

Great app. Local knowledge makes a big difference.

Not as good as it use to be.. This was a good app and I relied on it for weather and alerts, however, it now has so many ads it’s not worth having on any of my devices. Disappointing!

Won’t open. I have loved having this app for years however, it hasn’t worked at all for several days now. Absolutely won’t open. It does this several times a year, so I think it must need an update.

Convenient on the go app. This is a very convenient app for me to get local Toledo, Ohio weather on the go. I’m a sales representative/vendor and work outside in the elements, so whenever I feel the need, I open it for a quick update and I’m good to go. The hourly forecast and up to the minute radar makes it quick and easy to use for my liking.

App has gotten worse. I have always relied on this app and the First Alert Weather Team, but the app is not nearly as good as it used to be. I hate to say this, but 13 ABC, WTVG’s weather app is now a lot better. They give you the next 6 hours of weather, not 4 hours like your app does. Their radar screen display is larger, they have a closing section and seems to be better organized, even though both apps appear to be designed by the same people. Please go back to your old version and update it, so you are back to being the weather leader you and your app used to be.

Needs to work out bugs. The app frequently has issues displaying radar and traffic conditions. But the ads mysteriously always work just fine. Also, add closings and delays to the app to improve it.

Weather. There are times when the forecast that is given on the nightly TV newscasts DO NOT match what shows on the app! Very frustrating!!

Won’t load. Keeps telling me not available in my location. It’s always worked before. I live in Lucas county how does it not work here? The new update I think screwed something up.

App info not the same as WTOL11. Just watched WTOL11 weather forecast on TV and it’s not the same forecast info on the app. Now, I realize with the civic-19 going on that some things might change, but c’mon people! Let’s take the appropriate action to keep the app info “current” or what would be the point of having this weather app...right???

Great App. While checking the weather on an app that was preloaded on my phone it wasn’t very up to date and I became a little frustrated wondering why my daughter knew the weather outcome before I did. My daughter grabs my phone and says “Don’t use that stupid app, I’m downloading WTOL weather app for you it’s way better and more up to date, plus mom they also send you weather alerts” I’m so glad she did. Your WTOL app is amazing as well as your awesome news station, I enjoy seeing the smiles and hearing the laughter among the news casters, and everything on the set is so vibrant and upbeat despite the worlds issues right now. Keep up the great work!!!! 😊

Too many notifications. All I want is weather updates once a day unless severe weather is threatening. I don’t need all the other worthless emails all day long binging my phone . I wish I could edit what I receive, but I haven’t figured out how. Only other option I have is to close the app and try 13 abc.

Constantly Requiring I Update App.. What has been changed is very annoying it that it is constantly prompting me to update. Then when I do try to update it tells me the version is not applicable to my device asking to download the App. VERY ANNOYING!!!'

“ Weather Wisdom”. Of all of the weather stations I have listened to, WTOL 11 always seems to get it right the first time. They show it all from daily to hour, radar is greatest and I really appreciate the “ road conditions “ they report. You can choose a location , take a picture to send, and they quickly respond to any questions you may have. Traffic conditions are a “ must “ and you truly can “ plan your day” around their reports. I appreciate them all for a stellar channel. God bless.

Not very accurate weather at all. It’s amazing how many times WTOL weather meteorologist get the forecast wrong. Supposed to have moderate snow at 6 AM and there’s nothing even on the ground yet. 10-year-old kid could probably forecast the weather better than the stupid meteorologist they have that are not very accurate every time.

Terrible. Worst weather forecasting ever. Should have paid more attention to Blizzard Bill in the fact that Toledo is a difficult area to predict because of its topography. Also since they moved all the weather data to the Cleveland area. If you are right 20% of the time, it would be amazing. Should have picked another line of work.

App took a step backward. This new update needs another update. Upon opening, it says it is raining when it is actually sunny(one of the fees times we have had sun the last few weeks). Just had a heavy storm and radar was showing nothing

My favorite. This is my favorite weather app! Great local weather clips and I enjoy the radar no matter where I am in the country!❤️❤️

Handy but not always working. Like it but the radar works about half the time

Weather. When I look at the days ahead,I wish I could see what the projected wind will be. It helps when you’re a golfer.

Needs an update. I think the app needs an update or something. It has been taking a long time to open compared to before. It just shows the background screen for a while before any of the data loads up.

Weather. With 1 touch I can check out the rest of the day weather and make me aware of any potential storm threats during my day

Radar. Unknown why occasionally the radar isn’t working.

Update?. I believe the app also needs an update. Too many times I need the app and it will not fill in. Becoming very disappointed.

Garbage. App is garbage. Radar is inconsistent and not accurate. Constant ads and alerts about nothing. It gets really annoying when you are trying to look at their crappy radar and a carpet ad kicks in. You always have to watch their videos to get updates and it crashes regularly.

11 news and weather. I enjoy reading the weather two or three times a day thank you so much for keeping me posted I’m 82 years old and I always want to know what the weather is thank you again

AMAZING. There is nothing bad that i can say about this! It is honestly an amazing app!! It is definitely a must have if you worry about weather like me. It tells you if there might be storms or something like 3-4 days before it actually happens. It also tells you when there is lighting detected and much more! It is honestly amazing! Keep up the good work!

Lost current conditions. I was very happy with the app but suddenly I have lost access to current conditions like current temp, wind chill, humidity. What has changed and why have they been removed?

Why does an ad always start the weather????. The title above says it all. Do you really need to show an ad every time we open this app? Can’t you pay the bills some other way?

Not bad. The app is great but not a five star at this point, I would give it a four an half star. The problem I have with it is that sometimes it won’t load and I have close the app and wait a few minutes and restart it, then it takes a minute or two to get loaded, but beside that it’s great, keep it going and thank you.

Informed. I look forward to these Weather reports every day, especially on Sunday, it sets my work week and it’s always good. Thank you Toledo 11 News ☮️❤️🙏🏻

I Depend on You!. The weather is very important to know because I drive a long distance to work. I regularly check the Channel 11 website to help me plan my daily commute. Thanks, Channel 11 for a (mostly) accurate and dependable forecast!

Notification Troubles. The app sends constant notifications for articles and weather related stories, rather than actual weather warnings. I tried multiple different notifications and these articles persisted. It would be a great app if it actually earned you only about the weather instead of trying to drive traffic to the articles.

Recommend. I love how fast and accurate this weather app is! And you can click on any city as well, not just your current location. You can also set it up to give you weather alerts which is very useful when you’re out and about

Great! But..... This app is great! I would give it five, but it doesn't notify me for severe weather. Like right now, I'm under a tornado watch, and t didn't tell me. When the notifications don't work on a weather alert, sometimes that can e life or death. The notifications are a must!

Sexual deviancy ads not appreciated. I enjoyed using this app until I watched a weather video and the advertisement was for sexual deviants masquerading as entertainment fit for general public consumption.

Running mom. This is the best weather app for the Toledo area but it constantly freezes. Please fix it soon so I can continue using it. The format is good and the alerts are helpful. The hour by hour forecast is accurate.

Way too many notifications. Wanted this to be notified of severe weather but it sends an alert many times a day.

Annoying adds, slow, and temperamental :(. This app used to be my favorite for weather until the update a few years ago. You can only view it in vertical mode, the title screen displays way too long, then forces you to view an add before finally getting to the weather where it tends to freeze. Very disappointing. I keep hoping someone fixes this, but until then, I'll resort to using TWC.

Not loading.. Everytime I open it the commercial for pizza or something just freezes and that’s all it does. Yes my phone is up to date and its an IPhone 10x. Please update or I will just use 13 ABC.

First Alert overuse. Alert button being pressed for rain showers, instead of being reserved serious weather. Getting as bad as the news cast overusing Breaking News. What happened to the boy that cried wolf?

Was better before update. I loved this app but then they had to change it. Last update added user pictures an a blog section. All I want is the weather.

Love it!!. This is the best app I've found for NWOhio weather. It loads quick and tells me what I need to know right up front. I like that I can see the map as well as current and 2 day info right on the same view. This has got TWC beat.

Love the New Update. I love how you guys changed the theme from the 3D Windows that would turn in a circle, to a nice easy friendly dashboard where you can now see all the info all in one place. Now it's just a click away instead of having to turn the 3D Windows it to get to them. Keep up the great work!

Hard to see, very small boxes/displays of info. Hard to navigate.. New to this app. Not impressed.

Incomplete weather forecast. It would be greatly appreciated if you would include the wind direction and velocity in your five day predictions.

Forecast review. Should always have wind dire and speed on the daily forecasts. It would be very helpful to outdoorsman.

NO NOTIFICATIONS EVER. Have went ahead and deleted this app for the last time because in the many months i have had it on lake erie it has never notified me of obvious bad weather. I have three other weather apps that make timely notifications, weather underground; storm; and eweather. I need notifications on the lake and this one never, ever cut it. Bye!

New version has pros and cons. I like the bottom nav where I can quickly get to hourly and daily forecasts as well as radar. However I am not fond of the two huge advertising blocks as I scroll down. The Weather Channel's app manages advertising better.

Title screen........ Why do you have to have the title screen always appear no matter if you have the app open already or not? I can understand when you first open the app but if you have it open and go to another app then back you have to look at these 3/4 weatherpeople EVERY time. During recent severe weather emergencies this was quite annoying and a waste of time. If you already the app open why do you have to look at these yahoos and waste time?

They are too much in a hurry!. I downloaded the WTOL News app a while ago and I an thinking about deleting it. Too many times the articles they put on there are too rushed. I have read articles that changed completely because it seem they just want to get the story out there first even if it isn't reported correctly. Also they should get familiar with the counties that their story is in when they post it. FYI WTOL, Marblehead is in Ottawa County not Eerie County. They just need to get the facts straight before putting it out there. They will be awesome when they start doing that!

Terrible update. This app was amazing prior to the latest update. Easy to navigate, with all of the most important information shown on the screen when the app opened. Now, it's a hot mess. You have to swipe through annoying little boxes to find what you want (or worse, use the complex drop down menu), and when you finally find what you're looking for, the information presented is terribly designed: too much clutter! Looking for a new weather app, which is such a shame because this one used to be the best one out there.

Annoying Ad Bar On The Bottom Now. All of a sudden this annoying Home Depot ad bar appears at the bottom and gets in the way of viewing the content, forget watching a weather video in full screen (panoramic) view, the bar blocks the lower 3rd of the screen so you can't even see the whole video, please fix this, used to not be a problem up until a few days ago!!!

Very Good App. Can't believe all the negative feedback! In my opinion, this is a significant improvement over the previous version. It seems to me that it easily provides all the features that the other feedback claims to be missing. Sure, it's new and different so it requires a little familiarization - so for folks opposed to change in general it might be intimidating - but once you get familiarized (takes about 5 minutes), I believe it's excellent.

Miss The Old App. They took a very well designed app and turned it into an overly complicated mess. I don't care about video of your weather cast, I don't care about anything user submitted, I just want the app to open to the radar, temp, and any alerts without having to navigate menus. You know, like before you dicked with it?
