Love this app. I use this app every since day both here and abroad and it's easy quick and reliable - some features aren't available on the app which is a pain iban no especially should be able to be found on here but it's not the end of the world

Landscape not a option. I can do most things I need to do on the app. My only complaint is I cannot use it in landscape view. I do understand this app is for the phone but, I need to use it on my ipad as I have a iphone 5 and the screen is too small to be used.

No dedicated iPad version. Really....??? Does any reputable forward thinking bank think that providing an iPhone app for iPad users is going to go down well. Uninstalled as soon as I saw it.

This is a really good banking app. Easy touch sign in and a well organized site that is pretty intuitive makes this my favorite banking app.

Dreadful app. I have had this App a few years now and it is very unreliable and frustrating to use. It keeps crashing, takes ages to load sometimes and finally I have to give up and go online to get my tasks completed. They need an update badly.

Registration process does not work. With the app on an iPad and on an iPhone 12, the regustration process requires receiving an automated call saying or typing in the numbers displayed on the app. The phone call, received on an iPhone 12, did not come in through the standard phone app and did not accept keyboard input, the voice recognition did not recognize speech (not something I normally have a problem with). It’s a cumbersome process in the first place and useless if it can’t accept input.

Terrible service. While the app is ok as far as banking apps in the UK go, it is impossible to get any help when you need it. They offer a mess engine service via the app, which is advertised as the only way to contact the bank if not by phone, however unless your query is very basic and can be answered by the bot, don’t expect to have it solved. No response from multiple requests.

Sending money. Sending money,the receiver usually do not receive on time when I make use of my app

Decent but room to improve. Login is smooth. It's generally reliable. No search for my account history though, or any further visualizations/breakdowns.

Good for viewing, no advanced function. Had to report a fraud, app said Lloyd’s is open 24/7 for that but it is a lie. Got voice recording and next day was told I had to go to a branch to report fraud. They couldn’t even do it over the phone! You would think fraud prevention and protection would be a priority?

My life is so much easier. I travel a lot so having access to my account to process all sorts of transactions or updates to my account with just a click of a few buttons is super awesome. Makes my life definitely a lot more easier

Finally optimized for iPhone 6!. Incredibly hard to use and navigate. Poor user experience. Finally supports iPhone 6 that was released 5 years ago. Sticking with Monzo that’s a joy to use and well designed.

App won’t even open.... Idk if it’s the latest version of iOS but the app can’t even open. It loads and then immediately shuts. I would give it zero stars if possible. How do the developers not know their app can’t even open and it’s been WEEKS?! Ridiculous.

Excellent service. Lloyds is like a good friend of mine with efficient and effective services worldwide. I am a loyal customer for over 50 years.

Overseas Lloyd’s Bank Customer. I have been a loyal customer of Lloyd’s for decades, and I now live overseas. There are two main gripes I have. 1. When I log in from anything but my phone, the safety verification asks for my phone number and it’s not recognised, and as a result shuts me out of my account. 2. On bank statements I wish the credits were put in the same place - it would save a great deal of time for me to find them. Top or bottom, doesn’t matter.

The services are powerful. I I respect the services I received at all times

Leaves un-deletable notification number. I’ve deleted the app, tried everything I could find on the internet and I can’t get the notification to go away. Googling this appears to be something maintained by the app rather than iphone. Very unfortunate.

Amount. I think it would be better if you show balance without blocked amount, there is no point to see them as my current balance since I cannot use them

Good App, easy to use. The app is easy to use and contains all the services I require.

Useful enough. Once you have the hang of it, it proves quite straightforward. Mind you ,choosing a unique nickname took many efforts!!

Easy. So helpful and immediate: notifications and face recognition make managing my accounts easy, and so far, after 12 month’s use, the app has been glitch free.

Should be compatible with the iPhone 6 and later. Overall the app is good. Normally basic features (account summary and bank transfer) are easy to use. But one thing must be improved is the compatibility with larger screens. On the iPhone 5 it looks pretty fine but on the iPhone 6 and later everything seems to be enlarged, e.g. The icons and the text. It's been so many years since the iPhone 6 was launched. Hope this is going to be fixed in the next release.

What happened. I have been using the app just fine unti the latest update, now the app opens.. Pauses... Crashes.

Lloyds bank app. Pretty intuitive however living overseas has meant you were unable to download except from Apple U.K. Has taken several years but now available

Too many passwords. Lloyds Bank has so many different passwords. They are all called by different names such as password, pass phrase, pass code, memorial information, internet password, etc. It is so confusing and can cause customers like myself to enter the wrong one. Can this plethora of passwords be simplified ….. pleeeeeease?

Fast and efficient service. I’m very happy with the fast and efficient service with online banking

Poor system integration. The inability to do simple payments between my Premier Account and the Lloyds Currency Internet Banking platforms is an ongoing disgrace. Totally unresolved after many years of promised integration. It should be possible to have one platform that shows all my Lloyds accounts and that facilitates easy transfers.

Needs modernising!. Does all the basic functions well, but could be a lot better. It’s not designed for iPhone X or iPhone Plus sizes, so it looks pretty aged on those devices. There’s no widget or way to quickly see your balance without fully launching the app and logging in. That’d be a pretty smart feature.

Log in. I am not very happy about my Lloyd’s app. I can only log in very randomly and most of time it comes up with “there are some technical errors try later” I am not sure why it has suddenly started to do this as I have the app since it was introduced and I have banked with Lloyd for over 50 years. Please can someone tell me what to do!

Too much internal advertising before account information.. This app prioritises advertising Lloyd’s bank facilities before showing even basic overall account information.

Right idea, wrong execution. The app in principle is great, it has all the necessary functions and the user experience is right. But it has some very basic pitfalls. For a start it doesn’t scale to the appropriate screen size for different iPhones making it large and pixelated and looking like an app from 10 years ago. It also has a few bugs where it won’t auto scroll to the field I’m typing in when the keyboard pops up. So I must guess what I’m typing. Finally, the journey to make a payment and then head back to your dashboard is quite tricky to get to, there’s no back to balance option to make it fast and easy.

Easy to use app. Great app, allows me to control everything I've wanted to account wise since joining Lloyds

Cluttered. The app interface is really poor and far more cluttered and awkward to use than the Web interface. I think the developers just wanted to be different with no real appreciation of the user interface. There are messages and ads everywhere and it does not give you a clear easy to read summary anywhere. The web interface is very good (the app used to be like this!) - i will not use the app any more.

The security call doesn’t work. To login on my new phone it called me and an automated voice asked me to enter a 4 digit code. I entered this code exactly both times it asked me. And it completely failed to register. Now I’m locked out of my bank account for a week or more while a physical code is sent to me in the post. Extremely frustrating.

Too hard.. Security is over the top compared to other banks. The process to set up is laborious for no reason. Messages are sent, alerted via email, and once Read will not be marked as Read for days. Despite using the app constantly I received a letter saying that I should use the app more often. It’s a clunky, unpleasant experience that I wouldn’t recommend

International phone numbers. Although my Australian phone number is correctly entered in my personal details, the website doesn’t reflect them and cannot call me so I am forced to bank using the app. Pretty poor.

Fast and efficient. I’ve been banking for almost two decades and I’m very happy with the services they provide. Fast and efficient.

App is well behind. Lloyds are a decent bank and the app lets you do most things you want to. The interface and integration with the platforms is horrible. Back gesture doesn’t work on my iPhone. The search box kind of acts like a button and pops up another screen. There are weird loading boxes everywhere. Every screen feels different and not tied together. There are way too many calls to buy products. It feels tacky. You need to look at how other banks are providing app based services. None of them are perfect, but for me Starling is a wonderful example. It feels like you’ve let this app languish over the last few years - when it first came out it was innovative. Get some real mobile people to fix this.

Credit card information has disappeared. I can no longer see any information about my credit card, yet I have opted for electronic statements. I live overseas but am receiving snail mail about my credit account to an old postal address which I changed years ago (successfully for my current account). Get your act together Lloyds this is hopeless. And now I’ll need to pay international phone rates to sit on hold until I can get through to someone and sort it out. Not impressed.

Easy online banking. I’ve just transferred some money to a new recipient, it was easy, straightforward and only took a couple of minutes. Thank you for making life easier. Also so much better now you can use your finger print rather than waiting for a code.

Ease in doing online banking. What a wonderful service from Lloyds bank The improvement is enormous and is really appreciated Safety is the paramount importance and Lloyds really take that very seriously

Mediocre but has potential. Love that the app now has Touch ID but it fails to use 3D Touch for quick balance, shortcuts, etc. Really disliked that it looks blown up on my screen — which means it isn't optimised for the latest iOS software. The app looks old and disorganised in its design. At least it runs faster than the HSBC app.

Embarrassing but expected for Lloyds. App is slow to load, and the interface is not at all intuitive compared with the likes of a digital bank, such as Revolut

Change of Address. Every function of app is great except change of address. I have tried to change min 5 times over past 12 months. Old address: 8278 Misty Moon Drive Colorado Springs 80924, CO New Address: 2848 Boxwood Pl Colorado Springs 80920, CO THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AS NEW DEBIT CARD HAS NOT ARRIVED. And Old Address is not Forwarding any mail. Regard’s Colin Chappell

Happy Canadian. This app was how I banked with Lloyds for the duration of the two years spent in the UK. Not a single glitch, very easy and straight forward. Would totally recommend to anyone. Most everything available via the app. Thank you! 🤗

Your App. Your App and customer service is a disaster. We called the helpline in order to try to get back on line. The service rep not at all helpful. I have been taken off line for minor mistakes over the years and has ALWAYS been a problem trying to get back on line… As of today I am not interested trying to get back on line and do not care if I ever get on line again. Go back to sending me quarterly statements in the mail much easier for me

Been with LB for 6 years. I moved to the UK from NZ and now I’m in Canada (who are so behind on banking)! Lloyds has a great reputation, this app follows suit. Intuitive, interface laid out well, secure and I think you’re able to do most things via the app.

Poor fraud protection .... I’m a foreign national currently living in Canada and none of my calls are getting through via the app. I have a Canadian number registered on my account and Lloyds is still unable to verify it for some reason. Someone has stolen my card details and is using my account somewhere in Leicester. How am I supposed to get protection on my account if you can’t help me abroad? I’ve sent complaints to head office before and I will do it again!

Good but not perfect. Overall, the App is good. The only improvement I can suggest is to please add a function which can allow users to name their deposits and withdrawals. E.g +£70 deposited for "New shoes". Or -£20 withdrew for "Restaurant x"

Lloyds Bank Service. App. Is great but not so personal service in the U.K. I wanted to add my daughter to my account and make it a joint account. I was unable to do this despite phone calls and 2 branch visits to the bank!!!

Messy and overcrowded. It’s confusing clustered and messy- cramming way to much in to one screen! I just want to see my accounts, how much I owe and and my bills! Make a menu for other services or to look at other things!!!

Useless. You'll hate this app so much. Not only can you not paste passwords into it (e.g. from a secure password app) BUT the keyboard doesn't have the full complement of special characters, so if your password has - for example - a # in it, you'll never be able to login.

Phone contact UK to USA. I have had my online account for many years. A couple of months ago I was locked out of my online account. I did not appreciate that it took me many international phone calls costing over 60 pounds before it was finally corrected. It was a fault on your end that prevented international phone calls with the required code coming through , because it was wrongly keyed.

Lloyds bank app (and Halifax). The bank account app works fine for me, is robust and pretty self explanatory.

Really?!?. This app is a joke. The whole experience is fairly terrible. Can’t copy-paste username or password, the whole screen is the wrong resolution, the keyboard doesn’t even show letters in the proper case - and all that is before you even get logged in!
