Nice Quality, Late Delivery. The magazine looks great on the iPad. Like others have said, zooming is sometimes necessary, but I don't find it to be a problem at all. There was an entire month with no new issue, but I got both that issue and the next one today. Let's hope it was just an issue with getting the system properly set up and won't happen again.

Slow load on pages needs to be fixed.. Old review: The low rez pages followed by a slow load of the readable page is not going to cut it for long. I am planning on canceling my subscription if this is not fixed soon…. They fixed this! I am impressed… I improved my rating accordingly. These magazine apps may have a future after all. :)

Quality Magazine But Slow Release. I've been a subscriber of PC Gamer for years. When the iPad was initially released I was hopeful some of my favorite magazines would make the move to a digital release. I was very happy when PCG did. While nothing cutting edge here as far as a digital magazine goes (see Empire Magazine) the image on a retina display is crisp and easy to read. My only real issue with this magazine (and Maximum PC, another Future mag) is how slow it is to be released. My print subscription was always a week or two behind the release date and the digital is even slower. I don't understand why the digital version can't be released the same day as the initial release. Other then that it's a great and informative magazine.

Well done. Despite a rough start, this app has received the attention and constant improvements to make it a great alternative to the print edition. The addition of a yearly rate, new issue notifications, and the ability to retrieve previous issues (if you subscribed to them) across all iOS platforms are examples of the tweaks and are are invaluable to me. I do miss the print edition, but at least I know my wife won't throw these issues away.

Problematic. Works ok if your issues download. Many times, the app wants to charge you for the newest issue even though you have a digital subscription. Waiting a few days eventually solves that problem. The holiday issue costs extra, so you really only get 12 issues, not the 13 advertised.

App deletes issues. Downloaded issues are constantly deleted forcing you to redownload them. When no wifi is available you are left with nothing to read. Will not be renewing my subscription to an otherwise good magazine.

Digital delay. I always get my paper copy at least a week before the digital version shows up. This is very annoying.

Still Not Improved. I saw the good reviews and wanted to see if PC Gamer was improved. It is not. Anyone giving this 5 Stars must not have used a magazine that's actually optimized for the tablet format, such as the excellent "Edge." This is nothing more than a PDF version of the magazine, and is a worse experience than a physical copy. Text is too small to read without zooming in. Does not take advantage of the tablet format at all. Needs to be improved ASAP.

Did a second grader make this app?. The look is so horrible, it doesn’t feel modern or sleek at all. It’s very clunky and ugly. It has a “scam website” feel. I subscribed and tried to download an issue. It says if I’m not an iTunes user I need to sign in. First I need to actually create a login and password but there’s no place to do that and I’m NOT going to download something crappy like iTunes just for this app. So I’m going to cancel my subscription...but guess what. I need to download iTunes to cancel! How are we in 2020 and some companies can’t make a good app. Even just a decent one. I could go to Fivr and get someone to make me a better app than this.

Design is kinda clunky.. It looks a bit out dated, and doesn’t really fit well with the screen. Looks like it’s still designed for the 4in. smartphones. And the interface of the pre iOS 10 update. Love PC Gamer though so happy that they have an app for it, but would really love it if they updated the design and interface!

PC Gamer. I have been a print subscriber for years but recently found I was not reading print issues due to time constraints and space issues. So, like any rational modern human being, I set about ordering my new digital copy of the magazine. Now I can read it on the go or at work or any other location thanks to it being on my phone or tablet. Thanks PC Gamer magazine for keeping this amazing service going into the modern era. Keep up the good work. Thanks, Zach

Great Magazine, Solid App. The magazine is great! They have turned me on to so many cool games over the years that I would have never thought to try. FTL and Papers Please being my shining examples. The app is just okay. It doesn't automatically size pages for iPhone plus so I have to manually zoom on every single page. Something like Safari reader mode would be a brilliant touch. There also doesn't seem to be an option for auto download when a new issue drops; which is a silly problem in 2016 when pretty much everything can auto DL. Overall, good stuff! Edit: Over the past few weeks it constantly deletes all the 2-3 magazines I have downloaded. Over and over again. So when I inevitably want to read one in an area without Wifi I'm SOL.

Crashes !. I just continued my subscription for another year, only to find I couldn't read the magazine now because the app crashes almost every single time right after the "pc gamer" logo screen! Do something please!

Prompt for purchase???. I have an active iTunes subscription, yet when I attempt to download the March 19 issue, I’m presented with an App Store purchase screen for $8.99. Why?

You morons.... You people are so illiterate and uneducated. Like they're going to let you get a Free subscription to their magazines JUST for owning an iOS device? Yeah right. All of you idiots who marked it as a 1-star review for the reason above should go back to school and get some education, and perhaps some common sense would do you some good too.

Renewed Subscription but no new free issue. First time I purchased this it charge me once and then would not let me download the magazine. Then I hit subscribe again and got charged twice then finally was able to download. Fast forward to 30 days later. I see two new issues 220 and 221. Issue 219 is missing. 220 and 221 are asking me to pay 8.99 for each. This is really been a poor and frustrating experience. Time to end it.

Excellent magazine, poor App. PC Gamer is a great mag, which I've subscribed to for over a decade. The tablet presentation is generally good, but much improved by a higher resolution--reading on my first generation iPad was becoming difficulty due to no dedicated support of the lesser resolutions. Being a continuous subscriber, I've lost my entire collection several times, and have never been able to complete it again. Downloads are slow as is decompression. The App is a necessary evil for a good magazine.

Forced to purchase magazine each month, though subscribed. Both the Maximum PC and PC Gamer magazine apps deserve less than one star. Each month, a person either needs to reinstall the app and restore purchases or pay for every new magazine each month, even with a monthly subscription. I’ve subscribed to each magazine for countless years, but after dealing with this broken app for nearly a year now, I’m unsubscribing. It’s not worth the aggravation, and Apple should pull the app.

Awful. I have no idea how this app could be this bad? Just port the regular magazines, right? It does that OK, but everything else is bad. It will delete issues without your permission. Even worse, one time I got a free back issue, cool right? Nope. When I updated the app to increase performance (which is still kinda laggy) it deleted it, and said I need to buy it again for 9 bucks. No thank you. The only reason I gave it two not one is because I like the actual magazine. don't switch from the real one.

No customer support for subscribers after update. I can’t log in and view my new magazine. I just renewed my subscription (somehow? Despite being notified of a card problem )

Very disapointed.... Bought the subscription from the new Newsstand app in IOS5, my gripe is I have to zoom in to each page to read. They did not scale the pages correctly. You basically see a scanned version directly from the magazine. (left and right page all on the same screen) Zooming in is such a pain and looks horrible. Already canceled my subscription!

Best gaming mag you will find for PC games and beyond. I have been a long time reader of PC magazines, and they have never been wrong on the games they review I wish I would listen to them more often. Let me tell you their integrity has, always been the highest of standards in magazines lately. If your PC gamer and want good honest reviews of games and products this is the place to go.

Long time reader and love the app version. I have been a subscriber and regular reader for years. Love the mag and really enjoy the reviews, tech talk, and previews of new games. I really like the now even more. Easy to expand and zoom. Paging is a breeze and I can read anytime or anywhere! Tyty!!

Rip off. "Subscribed" for the savings, but did not receive a new issue for an entire month and now it's asking me to pay another $8.99 for the two latest issues. Complete rip off. Even without the billing issues all you are basically purchasing is a PDF scan of the magazine. Would have preferred they collected the articles in a more phone friendly format. Unsubscribed.

Same as the real magazine.. Seems like its literally photocopied from the real one. Which is good. And since it's not printed the picture quality is MUCH better.

Awesome!. Awesome magazine! Make an issue with funny stories from famous gamers first experience with a game. You would make lots of money off of that one! Keep up the good work guys!

Not the current issue. I don't mind switching from the hard copy to digital, and $1.99/month is reasonable. But I will be canceling until the current digital version catches up with the hard copy version. The only digital issue available is #218, when I'm currently holding a hard copy of #221. Unacceptable.

Waiting .... I have an iPad 3 and find that it takes 5-10 seconds for each page to render/ load, even when I go back to a previously loaded page. For some reason this isn't an issue on the iOS Kindle app. Tested with the free issue. I am going to wait until this issue is fixed before I subscribe.

No New Issues?. I'm currently subscribed and see two new issues available but neither of these have downloaded automatically as they should, and I can't make them download. I am currently paying for a service I am not receiving. Fix this. So yeah, great, they fixed it. But now the store page won't even load so can start my magazine downloads. Unsubbed until the problem is fixed.

App update but no new issues???. The app was updated, letting us know that there really is someone alive behind the scenes. Problem is that there have been no new issues released in 2+ months!! Why offer a subscription if you can't even release an essentially PDF version of your magazine monthly? Especially when we all know they're done on computers in the first place anyway. Absolutely unacceptable. I was charged for a subscription, yet still have not received what was paid for.

If it would only work.... I installed the app and then purchased a subscription for $1.99, but even though I was given a message that the latest mag was ready to download, I was never given the option to do so. I actually had to purchase a copy (an older edition) for $8.99 and downloaded it to my iPhone first. It's just okay on the iPhone due to having to zoom in and out again. I tried to download the same magazine on my iPad (same iTunes acct), but all it does when I try to open the magazine is hang up on the loading screen. My Internet connection is solid as I tested it on various other sites. Not a good first impression from an app sporting my favorite mag.

Eh. I like the content of the magazine but not the execution. After reading it still has a notification number above newsstand. Also no back issues or subscriptions longer than a month.

Good mag, average app. I'm a big fan of this magazine, both in this format and their website. However, you can tell the app is a low budget copy paste rebadge magazine mill app. I get that there's no sense in PC Gamer reinventing the wheel, but they should pressure their middleware vendor to not be so average. Crashing, failure to load, and failure to login were typical of my setup experience. My favorite error message upon trying to login was that I had to wait for the dashboard to load before I was allowed to login. The dashboard then took an entire day before it loaded without error.

Nothing fancy about app.. Nothing more then a digital version of the print. No interactive features like trailers or anything. Nothing more really then then a PDF version of the print. Magazine is great. App is blah.

Good but.... First, I love the app. I used to get the snail mail version of PC Gamer, but cancelled it as I started playing more console games. Now that I'm migrating back to more PC gaming and with this available on the iPad, I thought I would give it a shot. The are, however, are a few problems. The first is the "new" moniker does not go away, forcing people to constantly check to see if new issues are available. That leads to a second problem, new issues being updated. On the OXM magazine, the issues are two months behind the mailed version (I cancelled my print version in favor of the digital one, but there is an accounting lag). I suspect, due to both being Futures publications, that this is the same. I solved the zooming problem by viewing in portrait mode, but everything else I view in landscape mode. It's annoying, but only slightly. For those who want something a bit better, try EGM digital. Both the app and issues are free. They aren't as fully featured, but weekly issues fill the gap. They are hefty downloads because of video and interactive elements.

Great magazine, annoying app. I've been getting PC Gamer in one form or another for about 20 years, so suffice to say I'm a fan. After subscribing through this app I've been pretty annoyed at being repeatedly bothered to buy their back catalog of issues. Can I say no and not be bothered again for at least a month or something? Why do I have to get a pop up every time I want to read my magazine? And even on a speedy connection these issues take forever to load and don't seem to be able to load with the screen off or in the background, making my iPad captive for 10 minutes or so as I have to keep it awake and not do anything else with it, on an iPad Air 2. Come on guys, I'll keep subscribing but please fix this thing!

Very pleased. As a longtime PC Gamer print subscriber, I was apprehensive about the move to digital. Frankly, I haven't found myself missing the magazine at all. AAMOF, I prefer reading PC Gamer on my iPad mainly because it's always with me and I can zoom. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and have had zero problems.

Exactly what I want so far, but.... Where is the 2nd issue? I was charged 2 days ago and it hasn't been delivered.... Get your stuff together pc gamer and apple! Other than that I'm perfectly happy with the app, looks great on the iPad. Yeah I occasionally need to zoom, but I really don't care, the images are high resolution so I'm happy. If you're using an iPhone... Well let's just say there's a lot of zooming and panning involved. Yeah they probably should have formatted it differently for mobile devices. On the iPad it's great though. The magazine itself has a long history as a top notch pc gaming magazine, with game reviews, previews, hardware reviews, etc. I'd also recommend the pc gamer podcast--very comical and informative. A little compensation for this delay, like, say, a free issue would go a long way to make me a happy customer!

Figured this would be free since I have physical subscription. Nope.. They need a more obvious sample magazine. I had to scroll quite a way to find a free dl, also they are a little slow from page to page. Nothing big though. Biggest problem is not with the app. I have the physical sub and will never pay another sub for this. So, no go. Love to have this on the go but never will pay more for the subscription I already pay for.

Constant subscription reset. I love the mag, but this app wants me to cancel and carry around paper copies. Or cancel all together. It constantly resets my subscription and I have to download my issues all over again.

Slow on iPad retina. Rendering pages takes too long and is repetitive. Each time you scroll, even just a little, the whole page gets blurry and takes too long to come back into focus. Each page turn is the same. You have to wait for a long time as the page slowly sharpens, piece by piece. Also, this magazine app lacks the ability of the same magazine on the Kindle and Nook apps. Namely, to read it in "flow mode" where the text is made bigger and flows with the graphics. That is a great option available on the other platforms but not here.

Problem accessing March 2015 issue. Why are you charging me $8.99 for the March issue when I have a digital subscription? Great to read but not if I can't get it. I've already paid an annual subscription and you won't let me read the current issue without charging me.

Subscription for $0.99 please?. Been a long time subscriber to another digital product very similar to PC Gamer but they charge $0.99 per issue and I'm very content with that price --- will pay from now until whenever without complaint. PC Gamer currently charges $1.99 per issue (subscription) which is just a touch too much for digital. Reduce that to $0.99 per month and I would instantly subscribe. Just a thought.

PC Gamer. Not sure what all the complaining is about. I like this app and to be able to buy these mags for $1.99 is just fine. I love the content and have been a subscriber for quite some time and am happy to change to a digital version to save on throwing them away. To the user that says it doesn't keep your place when you close and then reopen... It works this way for me. I give it a well deserved 5 stars! Good job.

Subscribed and Can Not Download New Issues. I have a subscription and have read issue 218 on my iPad. Two new issues were just posted today...I didn't see them before yesterday. Shouldn't they be posted as they are released to stores? There's been a new issue in the stores for 2-3 weeks and I can't get it on my iPad. What's more, I can't download them even with my subscription. They both say that I can download for $8.99 each (on top of the subscription fees paid via iTunes). I clicked on one to see if it would download without that payment and it won't. Before this issue I was fairly happy with the service. The magazine looks nice, but is just a nice scan of the magazine. There didn't seem to be any attempt to format the magazine for the iPad, but it does have good content. I am very irritated. Please fix this ASAP.

Subscription scam. Ok. So when you subscribe you don't get the latest issue? I'm guessing I will have access to new editions going forward. This is something that should be prominently displayed somewhere. The latest issue is what lured me in. Now I have to lay down another $8 to get it..... Maybe it's me but don't you think you should at least get the current months issue? I feel scammed and cheated ... Good start pc mag 3.. 2.. 1.. Unsubscribe

The only decent mag. If your true PC Gamer US definitely should get this magazine The stories and are amazing and they get out early access to games which is great

Severely disappointed. Won't download issues correctly. When I get an issue downloaded, it gets stuck as "unzipping" then tells me the issue was deleted and I have to redownload the issue. There is no option to redownload so you are forced to delete the app, download it again and even after all of that trouble, it still doesn't work. Way to go, PC Gamer. Just stick to physical copies because you obviously don't know what you're doing when it comes to apps.

Disappointingly slow on iPad3. I'm a longtime reader of PCG and the content is good. But the app is unbearably slow rendering pages as others have mentioned. Read a page, swipe and WAIT WAIT WAIT while the next page loads. Feels like watching old web pages on dial up slowly drawing despite the fact that the whole issue is stored locally on the iPad. Please please optimize this app for better performance on iPad with retina display.

Idiotic low star reviews.... Of course it's not free. Look at all the other magazines, they're also labelled free. It should become to users that the app that manages the magazines and your subscription is free; not every issue... Also, if the people who give low star reviews for the above reason learnt to read the app description before download; they wouldn't be here looking so stupid. Great magazine 5/5; and cheap subscription too.

Warning. I have been using the app for three months and it works well What dose not work is their tracking of Apple App Store purchases and how they handle their subscriptions. As it stand I can kiss the rest of my subscription goodbye. So honestly use zinios the app is as good if not better and you will actually get what you pay for...

Annoying!. I keep losing the page I'm on and have to flick back for ages!

Disappointing. Earlier issues are unavailable for individual purchase, what a shame. Defeats 1/4 - 1/2 of the reason to have this app/magazine. And you're nuts if you think I'm going to buy an issue if I can't AT LEAST look over the cover & read the teasers, and read the contents page to know what is in it.

Good app, but magazines delayed for weeks after print.... The magazine reader app itself is very good. The controls are intuititve and the magazine resolution is excellent even when zoomed on fine print. Unfortunately, the December and holiday issues were not posted to the app for many weeks after the print versions were published. Given the nature of the magazine, the products and advertisments become obsolete very quickly. Hopefully, Future Plc will give the digital releases the same priority as print and this will eventually become a five-star product.

Wish it was on Zinio. PC Gamer is a terrific magazine. The subscription price can't be passed up, compared to buying the paper copy in-store. It's just too bad the US edition isn't available via the Zinio app like the UK edition is. Zinio has a faster download service plus the magazine can still be read as it downloads. Oh well, just having magazines such as this available on the iPad is a convenience in itself anyway.

Was it ever not broken?. I subscribed almost immediately when Newsstand launched, received issue 218 (the Original) and I was happy. As time passed I started wondering where my other issues were. The app shows issues 220 & 221 are available, for $8.99. Clicking on the "Subscribe" button notifies me that my subscription is valid until Dec 03, 2011 I've emailed support at least three times now and gotten nothing back besides the automated response that they have received my email (and renewal money). Please fix.

Still broken. I love the idea of being able to read PC gamer on my iPad. But the fact is it doesn't work. After subscribing I finally get access to an issue 2 months old several weeks later. I'm tempted to just try the UK version, but I'm afraid I'll be SOL there too, seeing as its the same publisher.

Super. Super

Where's my subscription products. Charging me money for nothing, totally dissapointed

Great app, cheap price!. Everything I wanted in a magazine app is here. Just 2$ a month if you subscribe which is awesome!

Great mag!. Great info and the app is awesome

No Issues. Subscribed. Got a notice saying latest issue available for download. There is no issue available for download, I want my money back.

Subscription failure. I subscribed as soon as the newsstand was available, and since have only been given access to the original issue. I have already been charged for a renewal and I don't have access to any issues since the first, though it recently shows two others asking me to buy them. Fix this app please, I am regretting my purchase.

Such a shame. I've been reading the hard copy for years and stopped a few months back because I only read magazines on the iPad now. Since making that switch I've picked up several subscriptions and enjoyed them all. Saw this one today and got excited given the high res pics. What a disappointment. 20$ (same as most iPad mags) to get a scanned copy of the magazine, no interactive content or benefit from being on the iPad unlike every other one I've bought, and worst of all, EACH page has to render before it goes from a fuzzy state to something you can read. I mean heck, if you are just going to scan the magazine at least make it so it works quickly! I have a 3rd gen iPad! Wtf?! Highly suggest you stay away until they radically change this app.

Great PC games magazine. No better source of information on PC Games.

Still not optimized for iOS. It's been a few years, and for technology magazine, this is very obsolete.

PC Gamer. Not bad.

Really great content. I simply like the way this app work and the content, as a gamer.

App fixed -all is good. Contacted company and all issues avail for download today. Will wait until next issue release to move this up to 5 stars. Content looks excellent on my ipad and i love the 2 dollar a month subscription rate.

Love it.. Love it been reading pc gamer since 95 time to go with the emag version less space in the basement lol. Not 5 stars because i just got the app so cant really tell if there is any issues.

Where is the next issue?. I bought the October issue in September but now it's November and there has not been a new issue since. This is very disappointing because I bought a subscription and I am regretting that. There was an update but I still cannot access the issues that I purchased.... What's going on?

Nice attempt. I got this thinking it would be good to be able to read on the iPad. The text is sharp and easy to read and the images look better than the print version (how is that possible?). This app needs some tweaking though; bookmarking each section of the mag would be helpful. They should also make it so you can click on the newsstand to get the newest issue right away. If you paid more than the $1.99 for an issue, you got an older one I'd say. Make these changes, guys, and I'll give you 5 stars.

Great. Good read.

New version slick. V 2.0 is wayyy improved, now fast and slick. Thanks! Glad to see Edge also improved.

Quality. Thanks for putting out a quality magazine...

Needs previews/price cut. We should be able to see what the issue contains a preview. Secondly it's a virtual version which should not be 8-9$ more like 3$ maybe.

Crap. I was charged for November issue and I never received it from new stand. I emailed pc gamer twice and got an automated response on how I'm a valued customer but it did not state how I can get my issue I paid for. Word of the wise don't sign up for this.

Worthless. Like everyone else has said you subscribe and get one old issue and then they want $8.99 for the next two. So no point don't waste your time.

Great magazine app. Some of the bigger publishers need to learn from you guys. Painfree download in background, notification when it completed, words and images were crisp and I didn't have to jump through any hoops to get to my content!!! Thanks guys! ============ Edit: That was my original review from years ago but with the update to ios8 I can no longer read issues so I have to lower my rating of the app, will adjust when I can actually view my purchased content....

No tie in to print subscription. Until they tie the online version to my print subscription, this gets one star. The Economist can do it why not PC Gamer?

Great content horrible app. The magazine itself is excellent and priced fairly, but like all of the magazine apps from this developer, it does not remember your last viewed page when you come back to it. This is a lame oversight. The app does not take any advantage of the digital format. It is just a cheap PDF viewer.

Bait and switch?. Received an email from pc gamer informing me of a labor day sale. Clicked on the link and got a page that said "Available on iTunes and the App Store for only $0.99 per month and receive a FREE sample." The actual cost is 1.99 per month and there is no free sample.

Good magazine, choppy performance. Why is it that a magazine app released when the iPad 3 was new is running really choppy when flipping pages on my iPad air?

What idiot pays 9$ for a digital copy?. Deleted! Keep dreaming of you think I'm gonna pay that! I pay $2.00 a month for a paper subscription mailed to my house. Why would I want to pay the same for a digital copy that I have to read on a small screen! And it misses some of the stuff the paper edition has!

Great quality. We'll designed and looks just like the magazine if not better.

Oh well....... Canceled my "sub"..... Paid for first month, able to download issue, my subscription renewed, the next give me a buy button for $8.99...also it appears to have skipped an issue... Contacted both Apple and developer, no reply.....

Love the magazine.. Who says PC gaming is dying? It is alive and well. Love the mag but one irk is that the new issue notification comes after the new issue is ready, sometimes for days.

Great way to read the mag.. Long time paper reader, but love the digital format. You can zoom in to your hearts content and no granularity!

Great magazine!!. I've only recently subscribed to PC Gamer but they are one of the best gaming magazines out there!!

Not surprised by declining SAT scores. If you subscribe it's 2 bucks per issue. I used to get this via snail mail and I'm thrilled that I can do it on here. It's a great mag and definitely worth it

Spam. PC Gamer keeps sending spam as push notifications on my iPad and iPhone. I can't turn it off. I've disabled everything with no luck. I've lost respect for this magazine...I'm canceling now and deleting the magazine app.

Takes 5 seconds to repaint each page.. Takes 5 seconds to repaint each page. I would wait if you have an iPad 3 until they fix this problem...

Subscription??. Just like the rest of the reviews, paid for a renewing monthly subscription and am unable to download any new issues. Steer clear of this one until the issue is addressed. I will be canceling my "subscription".

issues are late. App works fine, but issues are late to arrive on ipad. I get my paper copy in the mail 1-2 weeks before the digital copy. Makes no sense. PC Gamer Customer support ignored my inquiry about this.

Reader from beginning!. Now that the digital is same cost as paper issue it is a no brainer, great magazine

Bad marketing people. I might be interested in buying the magazine if I at least knew the contents of the issue. 9 dollars for a non physical copy of a magazine and I can't even get a small preview?? You people should really re-think your price and marketing strategy.

Bad. Subscribed to the monthly fee, and only got the one issue, when other ones came out it said download and I did and then was promptly charged 10$. A rip off. And trying to get your money back is no easy task. Apple says you have to talk to PC gamer. And PC gamer won't respond. Love getting ripped off.

Buying a subscription does not get you back issues. Totally bogus. I was under the impression that you would have access to the back issues if you payed for a subscription. It's digital. They should make that an option.

Great App, Great Magazine. If you like PC gaming, or gaming in general, this magazine is amazing. A huge amount of great information, articles that are actually interesting, unlike *cough* IGN.

Pretty cool. I love pcgamer. And to spend 1.99 to sub is just fine with me. Idk what the whole 8.99 is about though. never spent that o.o

Downloads do not work. After your stupid app reset my download over a dozen times for no reason (all progress lost at 89% - nice one guys!) I give up! Please fix ASAP downloading is not possible this way.

Great. I love looking at new PC Games coming out. But the thing I like is the advertisements for laptops/desktops.

My favorite magazine. If you are into PC gaming it is well worth it to subscribe

If you like the print version... You will like this. Great port.

Painfully slow page loads. Pages take forever to load on the ipad3. Will most likely cancel until there is an update.

Very slow magazine download!!. Their server is dog-slow when I try to download the issue. You need to try multiple-time to get an issue!! Save your money. The ZINIO version is way faster with same price.

No issues displaying in storefront,. Downloaded app on new iPad...no issues appearing in storefront. Old iPad with account setup has no problems downloading new issues though. What's up with the latest version?

Currently broken. Issues download but don't open on iOS 8. Really annoying. Have cancelled my sub until this is fixed (been this way for a few months).

Great!. Exactly what you would expect from a long running magazine, in digital format!

Needs a MAJOR update. For one, it seems you need internet connection to read the issues which isn't good for the iPod Touch. Second the quality could be MUCH better along with better zoom functionality. And finally the app crashes ALOT on me (iPod Touch 4G). If these could be fixed that would be awesome!

Loads forever. The loads take forever I and I was waiting almost twenty minutes. Fix this crap!

Pretty great. Other than occasional hiccups when changing from portrait to landscape and vice versa the app is exceptional.

It's $2!. What's up with the $9 bs people? For $2 per month I'm chillin with my favorite mag gg.

No new issue???. I subscribed for the 1.99$ monthly thing, got the LoL issue, then a few days later saw two new issues (skyrim and diablo 3) that i want really bad and they say i can only buy them for 8.99$ each. But im subscribed! Please fix and give me my issues!!!!!!!

Buy this. Best PC gaming mag out there. Plenty of good content making it an excellent read.

Crashes. Was good but since ios8 just crashes back to newstand for 4 months been unreadable....pretty upset by no fixes

Great magazine but..... I have to pay extra for back issues. It's all digital now. You have my subscription. Just give me access to back issues that you have already made a profit from. Stop being greedy. Thank you.

Bad.. Pro: 1.99 subscription cost. Con: it's basically a series of unsearchable images. Cheap and annoying. Definitely worse than actual print, which was probably on purpose.

Don't Bother. Stuck on unzipping... Can't even read it. Way to steal our money pc gamer.. I actually liked your magazine until now. And to future people wanting to buy it, go ahead if you like people stealing your money.

Subscription. Needs more subscription options. Like a year maybe

From: A Loyal PlayStation Player (since 2008). I dig this mag sometimes.

Avoid unless, you want one old issue!. terrible app paid for subscription, delivered one issue. 2 other issues show in menu but @ 8.99 although my settings show I'm subscribed...Avoid till they get their act together!

Cancelled. I had to cancel my subscription until they 1) get the app fixed so it's useable and 2) they offer something other than scanned images of the mag. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want this on my iPad! But this just won't cut it.
