Surprisingly poorly made and needs a lot of work. This app is very cumbersome and it takes a lot of effort to do anything. It takes a long time to load anything. It does not register when you try to delete someone. It'll say you have 4 interests or messages or whatever and then will only list 2. It will say that you haven't responded when you have. It needs a whole lot of work to be even as good as apps like OKcupid or Tinder. *And please please please add a way to exclude people from outside the area you are requesting! I'm really tired of responses from people who don't even live in the U.S., much less in the state that I live in when my preferences specifically state that I want someone in the country and state that I live in! It's a waste of my time on an app that already takes a lot of work.

Slow n Unresponsive. Notifications takes forever to load and then crashes. And not consistent between iPhone app, ipad app and website. Chats doesn’t have any kind of notification unless someone goes n checks that section. Mailbox loading takes it’s own time as well. Also no option to search caste no bar from the app. Ppl removed from Shortlist r still appearing in Shortlisted members chat list. Needs lots of improvement.

Very slow. I strongly believe they are using very old tech stack if i would had known about the performance of this application i would had not even installed this app. I advice the people to hire some professionals to redesign the application

App looks amateurish. I like your website but the app looks quite amateurish. a) It does not have a portrait view. b) The thumbnail images are stretched to its double size that the pics looks horrible in most cases. c)You cannot see if the profile is created by self or someone else in the app. d)The menu is all strange. You should implement the web version of mobile view in your app. It looks way better than your ios app. Plus that shows consistency of the product you offer. Totally disappointed by the app. I have 2 general feedback too. 1) Maybe add a category for profile 'created by self, in the filter or search option. 2) Allow an action to share protected photos when sending interest to a profile. At the moment, this needs to be done manually.

Money collecting Matrimony. Guys please be careful while doing payment to this guys. Even after money is been received by them, they will say they have not received money. This is are BIGGEST SCAMMERS in the name of marriage matrimony. I was tired of calling them , sending emails, you not receive any response from them. My call was routine to Chennai location, I have faced very bad customer service from them. Very poor communication skills. As this is a life event, I have paid them again and choose the subscription, but they Showing limited and repeated profiles. When I asked them, they are convincing me to pay and subscribe to agent service package, then only they will show or pop up more profile.. “More Money you Pay, more profile you will see on your screen.” Even I doubt, most of the profile when I view contacts, I won’t see phone numbers there will be only email I’d. when we request for phone number, we will never see the response. I just wonder and guess there profile which is been created by them self (Money Collecting Matrimony Agency), to show up the customer that they have profiles online and fool the profile to get the subscription. **Scammer’s. Talk with the people while doing the payments**

Useless piece of app. This is one the worst matrimony service and customer service, I have ever come across. Forget everything else. The app itself is horrible, useless, you have to refresh several times. Top of that, their membership is expensive and you don’t get unlimited messages at all. In order to reach their customer service, you have to wait several days. Most people don’t speak English. They call million times to buy membership and after that, no calls or messages. Irrelevant matches.

The app never launches 🚀. I have been trying since 3 months now. The app never launches 👎

Too buggy. The app does not load properly on my phone (iPhone 13 pro). The prices are high compared to other sites and thus have lesser chances of finding a match here.

App Crashes, Logsout, don’t send the OTP. Very poor performance!! App needs updates!! All that they do is bombard with bunch of emails and the app never works straight. You gottta close the app before opening it!! Surprisingly this app has many users but they’re only focused on money making. Interesting thing is when you subscribe for a month, initial 2 weeks you get plenty matches and next two weeks nothing and again last few days when your subscription is about to end 😂 that’s how smart they are but they never spend on improving the apps.

Bad or no service , unprofessional. I am a prime member but never received any suitable match and never got my service addressed correctly. The customer representative are after you to collect the money for membership and then they forget. They did not return the excess money charged. Horrible and I regret being here.

Worst app I have ever used. This is the worst app I have ever used. It keep crashing every time I try to open or use. Not sure why App Store allows such bogus apps on their platform. The app developers who developed this app should be fired for making such terrible app. Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 start rating. This app deserves 0 star rating. Just today I had to download this app 2 times because it would not open when I login in the app.

Beware of scammers on this site!!!. I had reasonable expectations coming onto this website. I paaid $100 for 3 months subscription and half the invitations I got were from fake scammers from Nigeria and India with fake profiles. The other half were far below my expectations. Very dissatisfied and dissapointed with this site as myself being a great catch, couldn’t get great proposals at my standards. I wouid recommend Bharat matrimony to have one month membership for people to try and see if they like it first. Don’t compel for 3 months subscription for clients. It’s not fair to them to pay to talk to scammers.

Tech glitches all the way. Bugs right from creation of account to payment. This app should have used the latest technologies and the testing should have been a lot better.

One of the Crappiest and Savage platform. We have been using this platform for a while, and always, money is a priority! T frequently, the apps get crash, and login fails most of the time. All of this wonder, our profile gets deleted without any notification, and they don’t know how it get deleted and say we told them so. What a crappy people ?? Because we didn’t renew! So, guys deleted our prior? Without notifications! Savage

Worst Matrimonial Matching Experience. I will provide a genuine and honest review based on my experience. I have had the basic plan initially to search for the prospect. I personally feel that most of the data they have is outdated as you barely get response from anyone but then you will have agent reaching out to you asking to get assisted services convincing that you will definitely get someone as there will be an assisted manager assigned will be doing all the hard work for you. I took the services for 3 months paid decent amount. Forget about finding a match i would not even get a chance to speak to any of the prospect out their. Your assisted manager is there for the sake of finding 3 matches every week which they are never able to connect or getting a response from the prospect saying they are not interested. It kept going on for 3 months not a single prospect i was even able to speak forget about anything else. Thats the worst kind of experience i have ever had with this matrimony app. The folks working for the organisation are out there to meet their target they dont care post they get the money out of your pocket. I would recommend Jeevansathi any day over bharat matrimonial. I would give it half star just because they exist.

Terrible! Never pay.. This Bharath Matrimony app, website and service is terrible. Not sure anyone got married through this site. Poor service, fake profiles, untrained poor sales and customer service staff and over all very poor. I will recommend please stay away from this matrimony site and its horrible. I get calls everyday from some guys claiming as calling from Bharath Matrimony Chennai office with poor language, horrible manners and forcing to upgrade. Worst is asking for credit card details. Never, never never even try this horrible site. I would have given zero star, no option giving one star.

Performance. Worst app have to open multiple times It freezes all the time

App requires lot of improvements. Worst app by far in my phone. In this generation an app with frequent issues like hanging up at login, not loading all tiles inside app consistently like people viewed your profile, app experience is just okayish, there is no option to withdraw an interest etc. Will not get a paid subscription with this experience.

Buggy iPhone App. I would suggest to use this app just to have reference purpose alone as it has more bugs in it and you will be forced to use web version even if you are paid member. I have reported many bugs to developer and you may get answer as "please use web version" as workaround and they are even dare to say / accept the bug gladly without plan to fix it. A recent reply from them says as "you cannot see previous messages in iphone app, it will just say "changed your mind?" Instead of actual message entered by member, when u decline a message interest" and lot other defects.

Hangs up breaks doesn’t respond. This application needs serious development or it’s not worthy I need to unistall and reinstall every time I want access. shaadi and Jeevansathi are much better than this. I’m an iPhone user.

Very bad experience. We were not able to login for the last 15 days and now the membership is about to expire. They didn’t respond to our issue that we are not able to login, but they keep calling us to renew membership and pay money. I ask that should get extended membership for the days we were not able to login.

Expensive packages..Looting from public. I had 6 months gold plan since April, 2022 for 4100Rs but very few interested accepted and received and that too after contacted most of them didn’t work because of multiple reason like horoscope, location preference though I mentioned everything in profile and suddenly started receiving some interest at the time of expiry of my plan and thought to renew it but seems like they increased too much from total amount of 4100Rs to 6500Rs for plan + 18% GST…. They simply looting people money and they got nerve of the people that people won’t go anywhere and they think that we don’t have other options except paying for plan… When I had chat with an agent he didn’t give me quote until I gave my ID and I told I will give it later then he said offers will change ID to ID so I really didn’t understand how they give different quote when people are in same country…. I can understand price may differ country to country but how can be different within the same country …. I am sure this people looting our money …how prices increase 3500Rs within short span of 6 months … very bad experience … when I told agent I would like to have same plan for same price then he simply said he is working since 5 years and he never saw that kind of plan with that price and she told to check my history how much I paid last time then no response from then… Beware of these frauds

Being a paid member also lot Lot of problems. Please don’t waste your time and money. Always there will be some kind of block for sending interest ( WHO HAS TIME TO SEND 500 MESSAGES EVERY WEEK) they will give this kind of reasons and blocked for paid member! because they will try to make you pay again some extra packages fee and top of it you are going to get calls in midnight o my God.

Horrible service and feels like they cheat people for subscription. I have never seen a website or service that has multiple versions of "terms of service". I haven't received a response from their support team even though I emailed them a question at the beginning of the week. They stored my credit card information in their database without my consent. They actually have a clause in their terms of agreement that you won't bring a class action suit against them (which I think is because they expect one to be brought on them for reasons they know very well). The minute you land on their subscription page.. they call your listed phone number... are they eavesdropping on my computer browser ? I am sure they are breaking lots of laws... just haven't heard of anyone suing them yet.

Absolute garbage app. I think, 3.3 ratings is a lot more for this app. I have to login every single time to check my profile. From recent times, new issues with app like I cannot see anyone’s photo in my accepted list and pending list. I do not want any response from developer regarding this. I’m not sharing any screenshots or providing any details. I’m really not interested in that. You are bunch of scammers, stay away from me. More than asking me to share details. Try to fix your app or website, it’s slow and unresponsive all the time. If you sign up, then you receive million calls in a day asking for feedback or membership. Once you pay for it. You’re completely done, they don’t care if you exists or not. Their membership is all a joke. Unlimited messages or chats, that is definitely not true. Don’t waste your money, time and dignity that you’ve left.

Frustrating process to login. Excruciatingly painful to login if you’re outside India. Their otp verification process through phone is broken. Why can’t they support email verification is beyond me. The app itself logs out automatically and is super unstable

Nothing works!!!. This app is a crap. They charge so much for the subscription but it’s not working at all for messages or chats or anything. It’s a Network full of Scammers!!!. As soon as they receive a payment they restrict your account from being accessed and restrict you from accessing other accounts as well so that they are the only ways for you to contact, like, or to even see other profiles. And when I reach out to the customer service they refuse to help and suggest u should just make another account and restart the services by making another payment. The company should fire the staffs in between pretending to help to avoid further scams behind their back and should consider automating the entire process similar to apps like Tinder. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had and it shows how far one would go to eat off of another’s plate. PLEASE AVOID ASSISTANCE SERVICE AT ALL COST!! it’s a shame that the company allows this just for their piece of commission.

Worst app ever. How do you release an app which takes a limited password length when your web interface tells you to do otherwise. I could not login at all and instead of throwing me back to the login screen this app takes me to the homepage where I cannot do anything since I could not login. Furthermore there absolutely no way for me to get back to the login screen and the app keeps showing me random error messages. Seriously who released such an app to public....you will need to try very hard to make it any worst. If you do care about your service take this off the AppStore and spend some money to hire a good developer. I do t have words to describe how stupid and bad this app is. Is it actually affiliated to the site or is it some dumb scam....

App needs improvement. This app needs some serious improvements. It opens blank, need to close it and reopen few times to get the data loaded in the screen. I don’t want to add any video, every time I need to close that window, which is an irritant to me and I am sure for other users as well. The mutual matches is not really the mutual matches, it gives you unwanted results even though strict filters applied. Also, I feel like it won’t give you all the mutual match results. Also, I don’t see search results is also working well with all unnecessary results showing up even with filters applied.

How is this app built so bad 😄. They worked very hard to build to make people get frustrated even to do basic interactions.

Horrible app and UI. I have had some bad experiences using apps and sites, but I have to say that this one surely takes the Oscar in how bad the user experience has been. Everything from registering to adding photos took multiple retries. Add to that, when you try to verify your profile things just freeze and then I could not even login to my profile - get a “invalid login information” message - even when using my profile ID for forget password option. Reached out to chat help, and they simply tell you to email to some address for help… then why have chat help?? Needless to say, I am glad I didn’t spend any money and will be promptly deleting this poor excuse of an app.

Pull off this app. This is piece of crap app, whenever I open their website and click "skip" button still it takes me to forcefully to app store and force me to install this app, can company work on their website so that "skip" option can work properly or apple must pull out this app from app store for spamming and forceful installation and bothering to install app while I just want to go to their website only. Incorrect search result. If we change the search parameters app is displaying incorrect results eg : change city to Chennai it displays all city and caste happening only in last version also unable to restore to previous version

Worst App Ever. 1 - This app doesn’t work properly. Being the most expensive app among other matrimony apps they have the most errors and bugs especially with the session. You have to login again everytime you open app as it breaks for some reason. 2- So many fake profiles. 3- The customer support is PATHETIC. They just want to end the call asap without even understanding the problem in depth. 4- The quality of development is very bad. Also i can tell the product owner of this app who built it was definitely inexperienced or stupid. Especially when i saw the button auto renewal is auto check on the payment page. They should take the customer consent for this kind of sensitive feature. But they have auto checked it which is so stupid. It is not decent and doesn’t look legal either.

Worst experience. I have very bad experience on this site, to whomever i send request, its always says your account is suspended , but did not show why it is suspended. No warning, No email regarding that...at least should tell why account is suspended. All the information is provided by me was genuine..

Filters give unknown error. I can’t apply any filters to the app. It keeps giving me “unknown error” for every filter. This is insane.

Too much harassment by sales team Evan after escalating. So sales team was harassing so I had to escalate, after escalating I got response from management that I won’t be harassed, for 2 days they were quiet, and agin started calling me. Asked me to delete The profile if I don’t want calls, also this site is without consent doing registration on other site like divorce matrimony & community matrimony and they send emails separately. Not a good management and I guess apple should remove the app from the App Store for customer privacy breach.

Worst app interface that I have ever faced. I have been using this app and it’s not a new initiative that’s BM has taken, many people are into business now and your app has numerous bugs and worst interface. You collect the most valuable data of your customers and you still maintain a worst application ever . It’s 2022 at least do some changes and invest proper time developing your application interface

Filter doesn’t work. Message doesn’t send.. I applied the filters for my search but it doesn’t work the way it should have. I applied the age filter between 21-26 but the profiles I can see in my app is only above 30. They seriously need to update their app.

Horrible app! Despicable coding :(. The app is slow and poorly coded. HTML5 would definitely improve the app and make it smoother. The app is not iPhone 5 compatible. While the main website promotes the app, it is not a very fluid app. The various buttons on the home screen of the app are not even sized properly for the iPhone 4 screen. It's not even optimized for the retina display.

Too many flaws. I have been using this app for quite a long tym. This app is a good initiative by BharatMatrimony. But this app have too much flaws to replace the website. First of all ---> application version number nowhere mentioned in "Settings" ---> search filter does not work properly. I unticked "Leva Patel" to check filter efficiency but still there were many Leva Patel girls in result. ---> only basic search is available. ---> application holds little to no data. There are 12 searches on page, you scroll down to 6th then return to top of page n its still loading. Come on!!! Your app cant even hold a page of data?!? --->its too sensitive to touch. When scrolling through page, it selects a profile and open it. Then we have to go back n see wat? Page is loading!!! I think the app suffers from Alzheimer. Given an option, I will go to website rather than this app. I really desire to give 1/5 but that will be discouraging for developers team.

Needs a lot of work. For the amount that's charged for the subscription , this app needs a lot of work. Stability would be one . The app is too slow. Navigation is not friendly. I have to tap multiple times to get to where I need to be. List view n grid view is great. Good job on that. There is no way for us to update pics via the app. That would be nice . Buggy and terrible user experience!. This app is a pain to use. I don’t understand with all their customer base , they don’t take it seriously to build a good product.It has no user experience at all.No feature works as expected.You would be scrolling for profiles and it accidentally touches a button and sends out an invite! No one would have such an app in 2020.Terrible and shame on the company to care little about their customers.

Very poor user experience. Very slow App, many features don’t work.

App doesn't load!. Since the new update, this app doesn't load when I am trying to open it! Please fix this issue ASAP!!

Waste of time. Search option works for only couple of days than after that it doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t give you the proper results, waste of time to spending in BharatMatrimony. And always it crashes on IPhone ios version 11.5. Simple they take you money from. As my personal experience waste of money and time. I prefer better not to use.

Sucks. App just sucks.. everyday, I open for the first time- the app gives blank pages. Bunch of buttons are non functional. It’s a sack of crap.

Amazing customer service experience. They renewed my membership without notifying me so I emailed them. Within half an hour I got an email stating my money will be refunded within 7 days. I like the services

Filter not working on iOS. App is not compatible for iOS non of the filter works

Unauthorized transactions, App is horrible. These guys are thieves & never give your Credit Card to them even if they call many times. They did 4 unauthorized transactions (all different amounts) & claim its a technical error & will never return your money back App is not full fledged & unknown errors often. I prefer computer than this app Just find out. They sold my profile to some other matrimony site. Hmm! I'm receiving e-mails from that site as well. Seems like there is no privacy. Ridiculous.

Premium. What’s the use in taking premium membership if I cannot view contacts that are hidden with privacy settings. Paid members should be able to view phone numbers without any restrictions.

Its meh. Most of the profile are over a month old, people look at the profile but just tend to ignore the invitation. Wish they really add an option to take down profiles that people dont use and or have an option saying "found your match" if not keep the profile if yes pull it down.

Bug. This app is nice but you cannot search all the profiles. As per my criteria, it is showing more than 3000 profiles. If you go next page to next page, it is crashing when the profile number reaches 1000. Please solve this bug.

Complaint. My name is Deepak. I am divorced. No body told me that they have Divorced Matrimony site and the employee name Rupali Pandey put me on a unmarried BharatMatrimony site. And I have just waisted my money to be a member with you guys. If someone can help me out and put me on Divorced Matrimony site , I will appreciate it a lot. Otherwise I have to take some kind of action. And I will make sure no body in my knowledge will become a member of this BharatMatrimony.

Can't even do basic stuff. This is possibly the worst app design ever. I still have not figured out how to search by a matrimonial id using this app. Can't read messages unless you hit reply and can't read previous messages even after that. Also the interests sometimes show one member and when u click on it another member is shown. This app is trash

Too slow app. This is very slow app. I also have my profile preferences setup to only USA based search yet I’m getting invites from outside of USA it frustrating to keep declining and blocking the non USA invites. I was hoping this app to be more fast and user friendly but it’s too frustrating as it can’t pick up right filters for preferences. Not sure if I would sign up for premium membership. Thanks

Incorrect pictures and profile info. As I keep scrolling, I see profile info of one person and picture of somebody else. In order for it to load the correct pictures, I have to wait few seconds after each scroll. Terrible app!

Poor UI; somewhat unstable. It's a good effort; but the UI is very poor. For eg when you send an interest, you cannot figure out when you did. You cannot see chains of emails. Sometimes changing menu selection on left panel will not change main screen and app has to be restarted. Definitely not ready for prime usage, but what's the choice?

Crashes many times. This app is good but many times if you try to send a message the app closes off and also the search function doesn't work good. You people seriously need to re design this and look at your weak points!!

Good app for matrimonial purposes. I have been using this app for last 6 months now. For the most part, I had good experience. Only couple of times, It freeze on me but majority of the times, it was beyond my expectations. I suggest his app to all the needy Indians who are looking for their better half.

Where is the search option on this stupid app?. There is no search option on this app after the latest update. Who develops and tests these stupid apps for you? This is like developed for a $100 by a school kid learning computers. DO NOT add new features to the new versions until all the bugs are fixed. Can't search anymore. The search option craps the hell out of this app and it crashes. Each Pic takes forever to load.

Slow and unresponsive. This app is just horrible and this is sheer waste of money . Most of the time the app crashes and extremely slow and unresponsive. In fact you would just run of patience while you would be using this app . If you chat with anyone suddenly the app would crash and then the chat service won’t be available, ultimately you need to restart the mobile to use the app again.

Awesome app. It's a really awesome and polished app. The UI is smooth and intuitive to use. It provides all the functionality of the original website. Photo viewing is cool and allows pinch zoom. Overall a really well done app! Great job!

Painfully slow app. I would give less than one star but that's not an option here. App is painfully slow. And unstable. And crashes. And does things without you realizing. You click on somethin g and keeep waiting forever it doesn't change the screen. Sometimes while you are scrolling g it captures some click and sends request to random person. Slow is an understatement.

Worse service. I want to delete the account to do that I have to call customer support to verify. so i am not understanding why I need to call them to verify. I created the account and I want to delete my account. it is simple so why you guys not allowing me to do that from the website or the app. when I called them it's getting disconnected every time.

Horrible app. 1. Keeps crashing constantly 2. iPad app remains locked in ONE horizontal position!! Won't turn 3. Worst: your profile history for ignored profiles from desktop/web is not carried onto to mobile apps. So you end up getting shown the same bloody profiles again and again 4. Search feature is very limited 5. Restore previous history feature is stuck in such a place that a slip of finger will trigger the restoration. And the genius that designed this app does not think a 2nd confirmation is needed. 6. I reported all these bugs via the help desk and keep getting fed BS responses I could not design a more sucky app if I set out to intentionally design The Most Horrible App Ever!

User friendly. Easy to use and navigating the application. Dear Team can you please add ignore or block option on the option on the matches instead of going inside the profile and then ignore or block. This option was available earlier. Please add this. Thanks

App doesn't respond. Previous version app was at least better, latest version doesn't respond , crashes, it hangs during search. What is the use of UX enhancements when ur basic functionality doesn't even work. Poor application testing and release, if possible please upload ur old version to the store again before u address these issues.

Worst App to Use. Very poor usability and very inconsistent in data display. Sometimes it's show no message and other time it says you already read the message. Listing the old message is truncated compared to their website. Using their direct website is much better. Unless they display consistent data. It's better to avoid this app.

Sub-par app. For a website that claims itself to be number 1 Indian matrimonial site, it's a very poorly designed & maintained app. Invest part of all those $ you earn into upgrading the app to attract more paid clientele.

Terrible App!!. Its that slow , May be you need to spend next life finding your partner also if you stick to this app !!

Improve. Messages and updates are not showing up on application. Also need to work on Real time updates. But the desktop websites are doing fine why don't they make it right on application.

Assisted services. It is literally the waste of money. The person is supposed to be assisting you after charging $450 hardly do anything. They don’t even listen to you properly what kind of matches are you looking for. You can find the same information on the app. So I’m highly disappointed for wasting that money that resulted in pretty much no service.

Nice app!!. Nice app!! The search options and the mobile dashboard capabilities are good. Magic match is not much fun though. Can improve the search options to include and show profiles based on the search partners preference along with the existing profile searcher's preference

Useless. Such a piece of crap this app is, eve not when you pay for it, you see the same boring list of people you see each time you open this app. It’s real concern that matrimony apps run on the information provided by users and this app specifically is not even able to present that information is a neat manner to user, I mean they are not even able to handle users information and present it to user. I mean come on be serious for what your getting paid for least. People it’s up to you if you experienced same if yo continue with this app.

Waste of Money when signing up with these guys. An app that doesn't work with the latest phone and the fastest Internet connection money can buy from multiple places in the world. This app is a total disaster, it's a travesty. The girl will probably get married before her picture will load on the app. Do not spend even a single penny with these guys as how much they care about your experience is evident in how slow the app is.

Not designed for Apple device and 100’s of phone calls everyday. App is insanely unfriendly with lots of prompts showing up for any action. And it’s insanely slow. Irctc app is faster than this. Instead of making 100’s of payment calls everyday , company should focus on improving user experience.

Wrong data shoing up. The Look and feel is good but the data which is showing up on the personal profile which is correct when viewed on the website.

Missing search by member id. An importanat option thats missing in this app is that you cannot search a profile using member id. Also having issue while uploading a picture through iphone. It pops up an error "Parsing failed/Received empty response."

Worst user experience and poor customer service. No option to opt out/update certain sections of profile information if you have accidentally provided the details in the past. Don’t ever make a support ticket for any request other than payments because the support team is totally inactive and arrogant. Stay away from this app. Never sign up for paid membership!

Membership. I recently joined this dating app . The membership is ridiculous that you don’t have a choice to try out for 30 days. Why would someone want to pay for 3 months if you don’t know you would be on this site or it is for you. You will definitely loss clients then retain them

Useless software used. Rascals, you are using stupid software. Now every phone and computer are with touch screen. Any chance you touch on any service you will be charged without any notice. Don’t keep your credit card with this matrimony. We don’t have options to delete it. Don’t store credit card with them.

App takes infinite time to delete messages and decline interests. 1.) GUI is slow 2.) Refreshing doesn't happen. You need sip coffee and reopen it to get refreshed😳 3.) Declining interests and deleting messages take forever. Probably you can sleep and get in morning to do it with a fresh mind 😐💤

Profile photos take forever to load. The app is very easy and good for most part except when trying to view album pictures on any profile. I have tried it over 4g as well over various wifi connections. Loading pictures are taking for ever and it's degrading day by day.

It's a fine app, but plenty of room for improving.... The UI needs a little more upgrade as sometimes it is difficult to have the app restarted. Once connection is lost, I have to again download the app newly to get it started....

Money suckers. Took an assisted matrimony service.... Very irresponsible... Will keep following up with you only till you pay ... I think I would have done a better job myself.. It would have been better if you can just stick with premium or basic!

Good GUI, but needs a lot of work. App seems sloppy, you can't read messages completely, and there is a lot of missing functionality. Overall, looks like a weak attempt to create a mobile iPhone app. Needs a lot more work.

World's top match making site on the go. Very user friendly. Much more convenient than accessing the website on a mobile platform. I hope to see many more features added into the app in time.

Great app but needs lot of improvement. Feature wise the app is great I can see all profile details, search and perform all actions as one could do on a desktop browser. The only thing that bothers me is the loading time and it keeps irritating me by trying to load more and always shows the spinner. Sometimes scrolling a profile is terrible especially on the iPad app. There should be screen rotate option which is missing on iPad app. Can make your website data lighter as it takes long to load even with high speed internet connectivity. But overall a good app

Yet another useless update. I've never seen a single bug fixed in any of the updates. In addition, each update introduces some new bugs/ stupid features. For example in this version, if there are no brothers it'll be displayed as NONE, but if there are no sisters it'll be displayed as 0. You guys are really inconsistent. All you need is our money to make this app even terrible. Have you ever considered testing your app before just dumping on the users?

Worst app update to an already worse app. The app startup time is infinite, it literally takes couple of minutes before it can show you any results. Probably loading all the profiles before rendering, bad app design! Learn from your website team fellas, they're doing a great job there. Rating it 1 as that's the minimum. Literally the worst app I've ever used.

Need to improve the app. The UI is poor. Can't even edit my profile. Can't save my search. Every time it goes back to beginning of the search. It's frustrating after you flip 100 profiles and you have another 500 profiles to look but you can't save and go back to search where you have stopped earlier. App doesn't have capability of edit your profile. Need to improve the UI. It's terrible!!

Slow and very difficult to use. This is the slowest app I have come across. I feel that overall Bharat Matrimony has the worst algorithm or programming I can imagine. It keeps on sending same recommendations everyday when I have already skipped the profile on multiple occasions. It will keep on sending you emails of the same profile again and again. They need to seriously think about to revamp their app and overall algorithm.

Worst site n app. This is the worst matrimony site and app. No way to make your contact private. Even when u do not accept the interest the contact details are visible. It's like a creepiest thing, u get random calls of people asking why I did not accepted their requests. What the hell. App is teribly slow and the worst user experience ever. I say stay away from verifying unless u want to pay just to save ur contact details.

Improved a lot over time. They did a nice job of embedding most of the functionality if the website into an app. I am on app most of the time instead of the website.

Worst Customer Service. Worst customer service ever.. I have made the payment for 3 months plan but account dint get updated. However, customer care people don’t know what to do or how to help and keep dodging call. Nobody’s at customer is concern that app is not upgraded. It’s like pay at your risk or if you have 1 week to spare spending time to customer care calls.
