Fantastic!!!. I would like parents and students to know how easy ParentLink is. It is also like edmodo IF the teacher uploads every single day but ParentLink is more effective. Grades are easier to look at, and faster! Now your child knows which classes to improve on. Grades are as easy as the touch of a button. I LOVE IT!!!

Terrible. My school isn't even on it.

Parent link app. I find this to be much better than the website. It makes it so much easier to stay on top of your child's grades and address any issues immediately. However, I do wish there was the overall grade listed to be delivered as another notification.

Instant Notification. I am receiving my personalised notification on time and it’s help me to stay tuned with my school district.

Parentlink. Great concept! Has good and bad days for speed. Maybe depends on how many users are on at the time? Teachers don't even use all of its functions! I wish the app would work with the new Core Curriculum Standards so I could be as knowledgeable with my younger son. But, I know how the older one's day was before he even gets in the car in the afternoon!

Yes it does show grades!. People, read the product description. Your school decides whether or not you get to see grades. I talked to the principal and sent a letter to the superintendent to lobby for grades. Yeah, it was a lttle work, but now I get grades, attendance, cafeteria, everything, and so do all the other parents. It's so much better than trying to use my district's grades web portal.

Great way to track kids grades.. I have 6 kids, so it can be difficult at times to really monitor everyone's grades and assignments. This App makes that job a lot easier! I do wish that it had the same feature that the online version has, where new grades since your last login are highlighted. Overall great app!

Ok tracking device. It can be useful, when the teachers grade and update on time. Unfortunately it's not always the case. The App doesn't show the current Web info, either, that you can see on your computer. There's always some old data there, to confuse you. Also, it's very easy to accidentally get out of the Classroom page, and than, you have to sign in again. I prefer the computer version of ParentLink, the App is more hassle, than it's worth...

👎🏽. It will not accept any of my correct log ins even the page I need to sign will not load.

Is it any wonder our school system can't compete globally? 😕. Love having the app. I've been a parentlink junkie since its since the website's inception. The App is the lowest performing app that I actually keep. If this was an app that had any alternative I would trash it. Actually I may still trash it and just go back to using the webpage through Safari. The notifications do not work properly or at all in fact. It's just frustrating because the app has so much potential. I'm hopeful there will be a meaningful update soon. It's embarrassing that the school district can't represent itself with a better application 😳😖😟

Error messages. Unable to select the school district. I keep getting an error message.

Better than what I expected. LOVE all the alerts they have available. I'm a student and I love all the alert options where it notifies you whether something has dropped in your grade. This is very helpful for trying to keep my straight A's. Before this app, I was really hoping they would make an app, and I was excited to see they did! Just didn't get the chance to install right away when they had it. I'm really happy with this app.

What I Think?. What I think about this app is that every school should have t it because this app lets your child see their grades if they dropped or going up. It also is a good thing because it tells you want shots you need and a letter saying that your child was absent. I really think this app is great and when you get for free I hope that you will like it to

I would give this app negative stars. Not at all easy to use. Finding school is very difficult. Correct login doesn’t work. Just all around frustrating. The fact this is the only place with what I need makes it worse....

Great. PROS:Finally can keep up w kids are doing in school & not surprised by progress reports. We know exactly what grades are & missing assignments are. Also helpful to know up coming tests so they can study. All teachers emails are accessible. CONS: not every teacher uses it or adds to it in a timely fashion. I think it should be mandatory they do. Eliminate costs of progress reports & report cards. The add a photo feature on app keeps resetting.

I hate your app. Your app is giving me a lot of problems. It is slow and when I want to log in it gives me problems.

Great but one issue.... This app is great with no problems what so ever, except one thing... When notifications come up about a new update for assignment or grade, and you delete the notifications, the next time you enter the app, you still have the notifications that you "deleted". So now I have 72 notifications that come back. The rest of the app works great though and doesn't crash or anything

Very useful but needs improvement. Great communications app from school to parents. It is great to know what is going on and use to monitor students progress. It could use some updates and include some features. I still can't find the homework page. How about a tutorial as a link after you sign in with a search feature. Also senders of messages should be able to set a level of importance so that my phone doesn't beep every time a message is sent. I would be able to get only those that are a certain level or higher which I can set under preferences. All other messages would go to Notifications without alert. Much better communications tool than when I went to school. Glad my district is using it

Love it!!!. My oldest son is in Middle School. He started to lie about finishing his homework. Never had a reason not to trust him until now. My other boys Principal who is a good friend told me about this app. Down loaded & I am so happy I can see all my children's work assignments, I can email teachers & get weekly reports. I now feel in control of what my kids are doing in school & know where I need to help.

Tutorial. Can their be a tutorial for this app. And I just made a black board and I don't know what my id six I tried to use my account for dual enrollment but that didn't work

Teachers need to get it together!. A great feature to add would be a text message/instant message option to notify teachers of any concerns. It would also be helpful for the teachers to send the information that way to ensure communication at school is relayed home in the correct manner. Often times my boys claim they've turned in an assignment but it hasn't updated on parentlink. If I were able to verify thru the teacher regarding the accuracy of my child's claim, it may prevent them from using that excuse again!👍

Works good. So far so good , this app has been working fine. I had to log in through the single log in option at the bottom of the log in page, otherwise it won't log you in.

FRUSTRATING. ugh

One student view. No instructions on how to add students to one account. Each parent has different log in per student. Between my husband and I, with 2 students- that is 4 different log in names. It won’t allow add/edits to email, phone number or make any changes to demographics. Parent Portal at least has ability to review all students in 1 log in.

Very confusing. Can’t seem to find a way to pay for lunch

Can't login. Useless app. SchoolMax login doesn't work here. Restarted phone. Deleted & reinstalled app. Absolutely useless and very disappointing

Great for keeping track!. I was having problems keeping track of both of my kids grades during the periods of time between report cards. By the time report cards came in, I would find out they had missing assignments and so on. Now I'm alerted the moment they miss an assignment or that they're grade drops below a point I designate. It's been so helpful in keeping me and them on track!!

Best app for any parent. Wow this is the most wonderful app ever for parents with children in school. Ditching, missing homework and lack between teachers a thing of the past!! My children have no resource or excuse that I can't verify on the spot. School districts need only to be responsible and make it mandatory for teachers to keep it up to date. If you want parents to be more involved in there children's education then give them the recourses to do so.

Bus route info. The bus information used to list the route number for the student. Now it appears to be a phone number? Please put the rout number back in.

Parent link. This app is a very organized app. It helps parents and students to keep track of their grade. Allows them to be aware if they have a low grade, missing assignments, class update, ext.! It is a very useful app it works for about every school district. Well, at least mine. The students user name and password should be their student#. Parents on the other hand I think can create their own. I have never have had any problems with this app and I think it is a great resource. I think you should download this app and use it.

Don’t Understand. I downloaded this app on my phone so that I can have a quick reference for work assignments for my son. It was working perfectly at first and I was getting alert notifying me when my son complete his assignments. Now I’m not able to see any of my son information. Don’t know what happened....

Why?. You can't login with any information you've previously been given, you can't create an account, I did not want this.

Feedback. It would be more efficient if you guys filter out the districts that aren't subscribed to ParentLink from the search results. This way we will get less search results. A "Find my location" would be easier than a search box. Therefore, all you would have to do us hit the button and it list the closest school districts near you. Overall, everything is perfect. For you guys who can't find it: If your district's name is initialed like 'CCSD', try spelling it out instead of initials.

Awesome for students. I am a student and I go to a very state of the art school and my teachers are constantly updating parentlink and I hated always have to go to safari and open up a new tab and type in the URL now all I do is slide to unlock and click the app and plus I am always the first to know what I got on the newest assignment.

App Crash. Every time I open this app it just flashes on screen and then shut’s down.

Question. Is there anyway one can get duplicate app for multiple kids,instead of logging out and in for kids?

Don’t even bother.. The app has some nice features and is user friendly for the most part. The only issue is signing it. Logging in is an absolute nightmare, making those attributes obsolete.

Okay. It has the potential to be great. My biggest complaint is it will not let me change my telephone numbers which I have been fighting for years. Every time I attempt the app crashes. The old app you were supposed to be able to have the school change it and despite having several conversations it still contains incorrect information. For those of you struggling to log in you have to select single sign in option then you will be able to use your old info.

IT WONT LET ME LOG IN. it keeps saying URL not found and when it does let me log it says error.

How helpful is this?. After having numerous issues with my child’s bus not coming and calling the transportation department several times so far this year, the woman that I spoke to told me to download this app in order to get updates on busses and whether or not they’re delayed. Does this app actually do this?? I see no notifications for busses... some mornings our bus will be there at 7:10 and other mornings it’s there at 7:40 in the same week! The inconsistency is ridiculous.

Need a BIG improvement. As a parents, I was very excited when this app went online. I made a district account and log on following the instruction of the district. HOWEVER, the app would not accept my log on attempts. I tried TWO different accounts, uninstalled the app, reset my passwords and created a Blackboard account. This is very frustrating, considering that this app is supposed to make life easier for parents.

Crashed. It keeps repeating a pop up telling me ive been logged out and doesn’t let me sign back in

needs major work. it works sometimes then it stops working but they need to put the schedule back up

Great App. Parent Link allows me to instantly see if my children are trending down so I can resolve the problem before it get to an unacceptable level. I love being able to get the alerts, it allows overall sight of how they are doing in school. Much better than waiting for a teacher to call or email. Very user friendly. This app is fantastic! I can keep up with my son's grades on a daily basis, homework assignments, attendance....I love it!!! Awesome Alert. I'm so grateful for this app! I can check my grades everywhere I think the alerts are probably the best part because I can get an alert when my overall grade or a specific grade gets lower than what I would like

....... The idea behind this app is great but I don't feel it updates properly. I often receive updates from my sons activity months ago. I think this system is only as good as the teachers imputing the information. They don't all seem to be on top of it.

Great. I think this app is GREAT! I have to give credit to the teachers who input the grades in a timely manner. Lol. One issue though. It doesn't save the photo when you log out and I have 4 kids so I have to log out and log in for each kid. Still, it lets me know when my child doesn't do well or has an assignment/test coming up.

no problems at all. I've been able to access my child's information without any issues. now I just need the info to combine both of my children's info to one account.

Useful. For a student who skrewed up in the begining, this app is very useful to me. I can check my grades when I know I have something missing, and I know I can ask the teacher when I check it. I love it. :3

Fix It. I love the app, but it has been sending me notifications for the same first quarter grades for weeks now. Needs to be fixed, we're in the second semester. I also like that I can put photos in now, but every time I close the app and reopen it the photos are gone. Annoying.

Better than the website. Awesome. Seems more organized most important info right at first glance. Much more user friendly, and my sins teacher was just saying how she cannot update from her home.. Maybe with the administrators app she can update more easily from any location.

Parents who pay attention. I love this app! It allows me to keep up with my daughters, assignments, see grades, contact teachers and notifications on low scores or absences. Any parent who wants to keep up and be informed about their child's education should get this app! So worth it!!!

Ehh...I would rather log on the internet. The internet version of parent link is better. The updated grades highlight to let me know there is a change in my daughters grade/class or assignment. I don't always get a notification that a change has been made so I just wait for an email and click on the link and log in through the internet.

So helpful. I can look at my grades instantly by this app I can do so much like add money in my lunch account, view what assignments I got an exact grade on, and also check to see what upcoming assignments there are! I would die without this app!

Ring a lung lung. I really liked this app and it is easy to access my grades and see when I don't get at least an 80% because of the alert and designated score line. Overall great app!!! ;)

Its a great app, but..... So this app has been great at keeping me up to date with my kids grades, but my only concern is that is won't let me delete old notifications. When I delete them they come back every time I get back into the app. I keep getting the same notifications on the thing because of this. Please fix, once I view the notification I don't need to see it again.

Super helpful!. I'm a straight A student, so I need to make sure I know my grades every day!!! It's helped me so much from keeping me from getting any B's!!!! I had a C for the slightest moment and as soon as I knew that all I had to do was look a this app and figure out what's wrong! It's wonderful and I recommended it too everyone!

Awesome app!. I check this app daily for information. It is quick and easy to use. I would suggest being able to put multiple accounts at a time on it as most folks have more than one child.

Nice app but problems.... It is great having a mobile app to know what's going on at school but I am tired of getting the same notifications over and over and over. I delete them and they come right back. Annoying! But the app is only as good as the info entered. Teachers still do not update the info regularly so much of the data is old and out of date and not current.

Great Tool. I love this app.. It allows me to stay on top of my kids grades without the hassles of having to log in and out online. The alerts are great. When the weekend comes and my teens want to go with friends the first thing I do is grab my ipad and make sure all of their homework has been turned in.

Great tool to easily see child's progress. I live in Las Vegas (ccsd) and this app works just fine. I can see my Senior's & my 6th graders grades along with attendance & assignments too. I just installed it on iPhone 5 and it seems as if this is gonna a very useful app.

Awsome!!. This allows parents to tract each kids in every area! Grades, attendance, and assignments. You can set it to notify you if a grade on an assignment falls below a certain level u set as well as grades as a whole! Kids can't get away with hiding mail like we did as kids :)

Ok but needs improvement. The developer should have tested the app thoroughly or even kind of tested the app. Make sure you tested it on different devices too. App crashes often. Simple links go no where or to the wrong places. Navigation is hokey at best. What's app with the weird home page navigation. The top part should slide by itself independent of the bottom part. It is not good standard UI. There are UI guidelines for a reason.

Parent link. Awesome application. Great for when your schedule is hectic at work or your time is limited . One can use this application on his or gets downtime to stay on top of your child's grade. Love the grade updates and school messages. Great job....

Great for Communication. I really like having access to this app. It is a great way to keep on top of the areas in which my child has difficulties. I also like the fact that it keeps track of her cafeteria balance so that I can reload the balance if necessary.

Annoying. I love that I can keep track of my kids but your alert function is screwed up. Every time I look at the alert or delete the alert it comes right back. Same thing with the school messages. It keeps alerting me to the same thing fifty times. I just shut off all alerts because that function is useless.

Awesome app!. One alert should be added: tardy alert. I would like to know if my kids are late to class. And the instructors need to keep up with their class websites, but that has nothing to do with the app. Thanks for making it so easy to monitor my kids' progress in school!

Great app. I love this app. I feel like I am on top of my children's grades. If anything at all is missing, or needs attention I don't have to wait to here it from the teacher. I recommend it to all.

Concerned mom. I've always known about Parentlink but I've never had to use because my kids have always made excellent grades. Unfortunately, my daughter got a D on a progress report and this app came to the rescue to continuously see if she was making progress on her grade.

Want report card grades notification. Very handy and effective notification and reminder tools. It would be great to notify quarterly / report card grades and notifications when report cards distributed so I can check with my kid. Also notifications of Lin school holidays and exam dates or school year calendar would be great.

Great app. This app shows everything that's on the website. It's very organized & user-friendly. If there are not grades shown its because the teacher has not uploaded them or it was done incorrectly. I only wish there was an app for teachers. :(

Love it. This app is perfect. Now i know what my daughter's grades are without having to wait for progress report cards that sometimes never come! I wish i would have known this before since my daughter was in 3rd grade thogh.

Awesome. I love this app!!!!! I can keep track of both my kids grades daily and make sure they stay on track. Sometimes I wish the teachers would update the grades more often, but that's not the app's fault...

No more notification coming in. When I first got this app it was working great. But recently it stop getting notification. I was still getting the email updates but no updates on this app and when I open it it says there is no updates. Can someone explane?

Parent link. This app helps so much instead of have to get in the computer and on safari it helps with easy places to have your grades and you can check them when ever you want so you can do what you need to turn in a ect thank you for making this app😁😊☺😉😍

Awesome!!!. I am able to check daily what my kids grades are, if they have homework or tests, any absences they have and their balances for lunch. Makes my kids a little nervous though!! Lol. I know what's going on before they do!!!! I love it!

Bug?. I don't know what's going on with the Parentlink app, but whenever I try to check on my daughters grades it will tell me I have an invalid password. I have checked with her school and I am absolutely 100% sure that I have her password correct. Please fix this soon.

Best app ever and one of most used. I like the ease of all my childrens' info on one page. Without this app, parents would have to rely on their kids to tell them how they are doing, email teachers or wait for progress reports. I think they hate it! Haha

Thank God my parents did not have this app. Great app, if the teacher is updating properly, it tells you just about everything going on, from grades to attendance, to homework!

Excellent App.. Extremely useful app for parents that like to know what is going on with their children's grades. You can see assignments and grades. You can email teachers. Great tool to stay on top of the grades and the school work.

Idk what to say. I really do love being able to see my grades and all but the same notifications kept coming up and i kept deleting them so i got the update and now it just takes me back to the home screen fix the problem soon please. :X

Additional Students. I like this app...however, I have two kids that are enrolled at two different schools in the same district but I can't load both of my kids in the one app. It only allows me to have one child assigned to the app. I tried to see if I could download the app twice but I can not do that either. Really wish there was a way to enter my second child into the one app.

Useful App! Giving 4*, it could be better!. I like that I can check on both my kids progress, attendance, grades ect. However I would like that I could see detailed lunch balance info/add money without having to again login to another site. I also agree with I could see high school credits earned. Thanks

Worst app. I'm sorry I feel if parents want to know our grades why don't they just call whatever school the child goes to and ask for the extension # for the teacher and talk to the teacher themselves so you would know what us kids are being put through because you don't even know half of it middle schoolers have it easy high school teachers are complete dicks and they don't grade the work on time and they hardly ever upgrade Parentlink!!!
