Patient portal. This is one of the best apps I have ever had or used and is so easy ad very helpful in finding answers to questions I have thank you for making this work for senior citizens who are not very computer savvy JAYE RINEHART

Frustrating. Wait times are ridiculously inaccurate. Had to make an ER visit this weekend. Said wait time was -15min. It was an hour and a half before we were triaged and it was 4+ hours before we were taken to an ER bay. I work for CHS so understand how unpredictable the ER can be. But when I asked the receptionist to check another facility it was even more inaccurate than that. I suggest the wait time function be removed until it can be improved. It’s bad enough to have such a long wait but when you are expecting such a drastically different result, it is extremely frustrating.

Decent app. Overall the app is pretty decent. It’s easy to navigate! However, is there not a way to see past test results/view trends, as you can on the actual website? Instead of going back to past visits, you should be able to click the most recent test result and have the option of viewing trends right there. Once clicking this option a graph should appear showing test results from a certain time frame.

Nice app. I have no idea why so many people complain. Nice working app. It’s got everything you need.

Reduction in functionality. Since this update went in, I can no longer see the messages sent back and forth with my doctor. I received a letter in the mail that I had not opened the last message from my provider but there are. I new messages for me to open. All prior messages are also gone. This is a degradation in service. I hope it gets fixed.

Appointments added to calendar. This past week I have not been able to post my appointments to my Google calendar. I try to update the settings but calendar is not an option any longer

Review. I used to not have any problems using this web site. Everything was user friendly. I had no problems sending a message/asking questions. Now it doesn’t show I have any providers nor can I figure out how to send nor ask a question. Are there instructions?

Video appointment scheduling. Appointment scheduling for video is confusing. Too many returns to verify who you are. This causes frustration and no appointment being scheduled. I am still trying to schedule.

Nice Health Tracking.... UPDATE: Devs have fixed the issue. Thanks! ORIGINAL: However, the “weight” measurements no longer seem to be syncing from the Health app. I’ve checked all access rights. Known issue?

Super easy to schedule appointments.. User friendly and I found my preferred primary care office and see who had available appointments. I was able to quickly schedule a sick appointment for this morning from my phone.

Updated to iOS12.1 suddenly app no longer works.. I updated the other day to iOS 12.1 and though the app worked initially it has ceased to do so now. It closes down right after I open it. I cannot even get it to stay open long enough to put my password in. I uninstalled and reinstalled it however, it is still shutting down repeatedly.

Changes Take Ease away from App. Previous version of App allowed to request referrals, communicate with Drs. and ask for Rx Renewal… current version has taken away the convenience of communicating via app. App Service has regressed back to must call, be on hold and ask for assistance. I miss the efficiency the app used to have.

Lost access. After the last update I have lost access to my children’s records and ability to renew their prescriptions. No matter who’s profile I pick it only loads my health information. Very annoying and frustrating. Please fix the problem.

Stopped working after iOS17 upgrade. After upgrading to iOS17 Atrium health app stopped working. It gave an error you have been logged out. Then when I am trying to login it’s giving an error “The operation couldn’t be completed. (oops error 900.)” Every I keep this app active on screen it gives another error “Unable to get wait times.”

RN and Emplyee. I’m unable to access my immunization record from the MyAtrium APP and I need them in order to further my education. It would make things much easier to have access to those from the APP.

To hard trying to find previous messages sent or to create a new message. To hard trying to find previous messages sent or to create a new message. Every time I go into this app I search 15 to 30 minutes to find the previous messages. Try it yourself!!!! App is not user friendly at all

Update. The new update does not allow you to set up payment plans like the old version. You have to call the billing office unlike before you just checked a box and it would set up a payment plan. Not user friendly

App review. Please only use one app or health record and shut down he new one until it’s ready for use with all of our information. It’s frustrating to look up something (I.e. allergies) and find them not listed as they’re in the old version of your record.

Covid Vaccine Booster. Since I’m high risk I entered on the my Atrium this morning requesting the booster. Tonight I saw the date i can get this. Is wonderful to keep up with my health record.

Downhill with latest update. This latest update makes the app not go to my atrium health and goes straight to finding care at urgent care or ER. Face ID no longer works. Have to go to web address and log in old way. Makes no sense. No way to change it in settings that I see.

Love being able to see my records. I’ve been a CHS patient for years but just tried their app. Wow! You can schedule and see appointments, message with your doctor, and see your detailed lab results and doctor notes. You used to have to call or visit your doctor’s office for these things and this is MUCH more convenient and easy.

Bring back the old app. Ever since they upgraded it or whatever at the end of December all my stuff disappeared and I can no longer make appointments or send messages through the app. Trying to find the test results for our Covid tests have been dam near impossible too. It was such a nice app before they made the changes now it’s only use is to see your next appointment but everything else is just crap and unusable.

Worst App Ever. I have been trying to use this App for over a year and it NEVER works I am constantly having to call customer support to reset my password or my security question. It literally works for the 5 minutes I make them stay in the phone with me and the next time I try to use it, it doesn’t work. They say the system shows I haven’t enrolled or I haven’t done the security question. I don’t need the app often but every time I do it doesn’t work. Like today..

Garbage app. Everything BLANK, no data!. This app is an embarrassment. It has always been buggy, horrible to use and useless in general. I didn’t think it was possible for the app to get any WORSE, but apparently I underestimated the ineptitude of its developers. Now the app doesn’t even have data or even any text visible when you open it. Every page is BLANK, and the few things that ARE visible don’t even work. I’ve been using this app for years and it’s always been useless. Atrium needs to fire the entire development team and hire people who actually KNOW how to make an app.

Letting it post the appointment. When the appointment is added to the iPhone calendar, it needs to be time expanded like for Perhaps an hour appointment so it appears on the calendar a little larger than it does now.

App crashes when loading. I’ve never had this problem before, although I see other users have complained about this. Something changed in a very bad way with the update to 4.2 last week. The app never successfully loads the patient data. Login is successful, the little heartbeat shows retrieving patient data, then the app disappears. Opening the app chooser in the OS shows a black screen for this app. If you try to switch back to this app, it prompts to log in again. Endless loop. 😑

No good. The application is good but the performance is terrible. I had downloaded it a couple of days ago and I had to cancel it because from the first day I already had access problems. It asked me for the password to open the app and I could never enter the app again. I changed the password and I still had the problem. It is a pity that he has these kinds of problems because we can hardly access important information about our health ...

This is a terrible experience. I am not getting notifications. Even though my notification is sent to yes I tried to renew a rx, but I got a message from nurse (and didn’t know) it doesn’t show here but mentions I should go to the (in blue) which I found but I can never easily get back to that page. And can no longer find the nurse conversation. It’s just frustrating as I don’t want to have to call.

So Convenient !!. I love accessing the portal to both communicate and receive information. I was notified this last time. I received an email that I had new messages, but was unable to locate them. Overall my experience had been great

Needs to be available for Apple watch. It’s not available. I’d like to see alerts of test results show up on my watch. Also i don’t see text messages.

Atrocious Customer Service. App is fine. Not exactly cutting edge or anything you can’t get from the website… will not even let me message my doctor anymore. Contact customer service and told “you don’t have an established relationship with him”. Even though he prescribes me medicine, asks me to send him numbers (via message) every other week and adjusts the medicine based on that. So now I get to spend an hour trying to get through to someone via phone so that they can just tell me “this would be easier if you used the app”.

Portrait view only for iPad…really?. Can you please add to ability for landscape mode on iPad? My iPad is typically docked to keyboard, so I have to undock and rotate to use this app. Less than 1% of other apps are missing this functionality. Thank you in advance for fixing this oversight

We need push notifications on test results. Push notifications for new test results pretty please.

Atrium Health at my finger tips.. I love this app. I have access to my and my children’s information at my fingertips. I love being able to schedule appts and message my provider.

Could be good, but…. They have been on a “Journey” to merge their “Blue” (old) and “Green” (new) IT systems for a long time. Now the useful, Blue, side is orphaned and limited, and none of the data is in the Green side. Making the app useless for now.

Not terrible. Not great.. App crashes... A LOT. I do like how there are records in the app for the last 5 years. It’s interesting to watch how my blood pressure has gone down over the years. Information, I never would have known otherwise. You can also see all labs you’ve ever had. However, I have had a good many issues with the app. It crashes a lot when trying to renew prescription- also that is not an easy part of the app to stumble onto. I had to look for it. It’s not obvious that there are submenus inside each category and if you click into one, you won’t be taken out of that submenu if you go to a different category of the site and then back to that category. Ex: category Health Record : submenu lab results. Click out and into category doctors notes. Go back to health record and I am still in lab results, not at health records main menu. Which is why it took a while to figure out where prescriptions were. I’m 28 and very familiar with app technology. It would be a bit difficult for an older user.

App and appointment schedule not in sync. I confirmed my kids appointment in the app and also confirmed through its messaging, however reaching doctor office was told that doctor is out of office and need to reschedule. Nurse says this schedule system and there office schedule doesn’t sync? Not sure if it’s system or nurses fault, data shown is not valid and misleading. I m worried if the other health data is accurate or not.

A lot of good features but…... A lot of good features here but when adding an appt to calendar I think it would be easier if the app actually opened the iPhone calendar instead of bringing the option to add within the app for two reasons. 1) when inviting my wife to the calendar appt the atrium app could not pull her name as I was typing it. I had to hit the plus button and add though my contact list/phone book. 2) it seemed when the invite was sent to her to add it to her calendar it was extremely delayed where I had to text her to make sure she got them and they were just coming through as I was texting her.

Cannot Open App AT ALL. Ever since the last update, I cannot open the app. When I click on it, it opens for 1 second but always closes. I have been having to go to My Atrium through my online browser because the app is unusable I have already uninstalled and re-installed the app as well and nothing works…

I can’t book appointments!. At least with my chart I was able to book my kids well check & urgent care appointments. I am one of those ppl who rather book appointments through the app and with this app it’s only giving me the option to book a 1st newborn check up for my daughter… she’s 4!

Too spread out. It feels like you have to look in ten places for something simple. All these little pop up windows are just confusing. I needed just a quick visit to get med refills and you are asking me to entire my entire history in here for urgent care when it is already in the app. Makes no sense. Waste of my time.

Love this app. Easy to nanigate. All my test results at my fingertips. I also really appreciate being able to contact my doctor through email. Much easier than the phone tag we use to play.

App absolutely stinks!!!!. Location says 59 min wait. You go to make a reservation and you can't. The next spot says 9:36 am tomorrow. You call. They inform you that there are no more reservations. They are only taking walk ins. So why can't the app tell me this!!!!?????!??!! Why do I have to waste my time listening to a ridiculous message with addresses and fax numbers before someone picks up the phone only to be told there are no more reservation slots?? By the way, the place is a 24 hour location and there are no more locations and yet less that 59 min wait? Yea. Right. No one believes you people.

Horrible app. I tried to set this app up since Atrium has recently bought out my doctor’s office. It won’t let me register without answering a long series of questions about my finances which I clearly answered correctly. It told me I was wrong and then started a new list. It told me I was wrong again after asking me what my phone number was 30 years ago because I am sure we all remember that. It feels like the company is phishing for a lot of information, and I still can’t see my lab results.

Prescription renewal issues. Dr. Melton-Smith’s office seldom responds to phone calls. I experience no medication for several days due to office not filling requests faxed to office for medication refill at pharmacy. I try to prevent running out of medication by calling the office ahead to send order to my pharmacy. The office does not respond. Is there anyway to email my doctor directly so she knows to fill RX?

Doesn’t work right. I like the fact that I can schedule appointments, reschedule and cancel in some cases. However, I need to send a message to my doctor and it says I have none available to send messages to. How is that possible when I have multiple atrium doctors?

So helpful when I needed care out of town!. I had to seek treatment at a hospital in another state. Through the app I was able to pull up relevant medical records to show the provider which helped them in treating me. This shortened the amount of time needed for the visit and saved me in treatment costs!

Messaging. The Atrium Health App is in and already I have hit a wall. I have been attempting to message a provider in response to a question about my meds. The app is not allowing me to connect with my provider and is telling me that I cannot refill the two prescriptions due and needed! This leaves me no choice but to call the provider.

Very Helpful & Easy to Use. This app was so helpful during my hospital stay. I especially appreciated being able to see all of my test results in one place.

App review. It was better before the update. It is way too confusing now, especially when doctors haven’t updated on their end.

Data Migration. Horrible and user interface is not great either. I have to navigate my way back to old portal to attempt to find messages, doctor’s notes, and even prescriptions. This rollout should not have been released in such a beta-like form.

Cannot send message. Cannot send msg to my doctor Richard Sigmon. Hes not listed….not under Blue either. And the communication model at Atrium health is just not good. 1. Called 4 times to have them fill script for procedure…the day before they finally called it in 2. Gastro office called me told me to get script filled at Canadapharmacystore. But did not call in the prescription. They called it in to the old pharmacy for double the price This is nothing new….always have issues

Harder to communicate. Since change it’s hard to maneuver and see messages. Before I could see and communicate a lot easier.

Can’t see my record. Every time I tap “Health Record,” I get an internal server error message. Same goes for “Health Messages.” So the app is useless to me, since the only reason I downloaded was to be able to see my record.

calling a clinic. i was put on hold for almost 1-1/2 hrs and then they cut me off. i called again and they put me on hold for over 1 hr and then i hung up. i really feel this is not the way it should be and many others i have talked to feel the same. it’s not the drs office that is to blame it is the call center that is causing all these problems.

A Patient. Too confusing and not easy to send my doctor a message ….. It needs to be improved!

This app is terrible. You had it right when you created the app but when you don’t know where your messages are or your records. You can’t send or receive messages with our headaches.

Messaging. The messaging feature is not at all user friendly anymore

Stinks. After trying to connect with someone over the phone we sent a message via portal and it took weeks to hear back from Atrium team.

Not Compatible with Dark Mode. This needs to be compatible with dark mode on iPhones, I logged in with dark mode on and count see any text just white icons.

It’s ok. The app is helpful for finding locations and wait times, but for instance when I’m trying to access messages, it logs me out 2 or 3 times in a row before finally allowing me to view the health messages.

App keeps crashing. Every time I try to maneuver around the app, clicking to go to a different page causes the entire app to crash. This makes it impossible to see anything I need in the app.

Updates. The updates are horrible. Trying to find info and doctor messages is a nightmare. I have a masters degree in Instructional Systems and it not user friendly.

Message center. I cannot message all of my providers, in the way I could on Atrium Blue. Please fix that. The ability to contact care teams is vital.

Ugh. I can log on on my laptop but not with the app. It says I don’t have an account when I do. Can’t do pre-checkin if there’s no way to access account through app. Reset does nothing to resolve this. Frustrating.

Back. You need a back button. Also I have tried to put specialty of a new doctor and picking from your list it says none found.

Too confusing. The new app layout is not user friendly at all. As a former Atrium employee I recommend going back to the older version.

New updates not an improvement. New updates make it harder to navigate. Things seem to get lost in the mix.

Messages. The messages portion of the portal has seemed to change where I can not see old or new messages

New update. The new update you just did, the version of this update does not allow you to use the app! Please fix the bugs in your face ID functionality that you just recently launched. This app is working great until this last update.

Never any answers. I write or call in and do not get answers to my questions. When I called in last week the person did not write what I said. Very upset and may look for new primary.

Notification. Would have been nice to be notified of some of the changes. Li,e why do I,have to look at Blue? It’s much harder to navigate

Poor navigation. COVID test result came back negative at 10:30am but text notification did not come until 3:30 pm. Found the specific results once but can’t seem to find it anywhere now.

Not user friendly. I don’t know what was done but it’s not user friendly, the old format was so much easier to use. All my correspondence with my doctors are gone, I can’t find labs, and I had to search to find other items. Not a win here

Great App but. Works very well on an iPhone but needs a horizontal format for a Apple iPad, please. The horizontal format works on a Window platform, why not here?

Where’s my test results. This is so stupid!! I JUST seen my updated info on test. Then I go back to look at the test results again and its not there?? Hate this app!

Love it. Love using this portal So easy to get To my health care team..

Randomly works. I use the app mainly to keep up with my father’s appointments. 80% of the time the app crashes anytime you try to do anything other than view your bill or just look at the homepage. Beyond irritating.

Messages. You changed something with the messages and now I have a bunch of extra clicks to find and send messages making it much less user friendly.

Horrible changes. It’s impossible (literally) to send messages via the app & calling is also not an option unless u have 30+ mins to wait on hold. Very frustrating.

Dislike. I do not like the new system. I find it much harder to maneuver through and find what I’m looking for. I have yet to find a way to send a message to my primary care physician as I have in the past.

Difficult to navigate. Hopefully the portal will get easier to use once everything is updated. It is taking me 5 times as long to find what I need on the new system. 😟

New look makes it so much easier. I like how I can view my health info really fast.

Needs improvement. The information needed is not showing up in the right areas. Also showing visits that I didn’t have. When I call the office, they don’t see it, it only shows on mychart side.

Doesn’t load anymore. App used to work fine, but now when I try to sign in it just says “Signing in…” with the spinning wheel foe a minute before going back to the login screen, so I can’t sign in.

Won’t let me do anything. I can’t message my provider or renew scripts. The whole point is to limit the calls and now I have to call.

My life line to my care. The best care ever

terrible. this app never works i can rarely get it to login, and if i can get it to login half of the time it won’t load at all. terrible app that is not user friendly, and i want to be able to see where and when my appointments are without worrying that i’ll be late to them because i cannot open the app.

Aggravating. I set this up so I can do my check-ins and it won’t acknowledge me. I used it once for this and was able to review my results on an X-ray. Cannot find my info. I know who I am and birthday along with knowing where I live. This is ridiculous.

App crashes when opening app.. Tried multiple times and deleted and reinstalled and still does the same thing. Worked a few days ago when I last used it.

Update. The new update is horrible, I have to click and search just to see my messages or send messages. It states I have to use the blue atrium health. Why not just update the website/app so it’s already in blue. Before the update the app was simple and easy to use.
