Going Digital. I started off desiring this magazine when I saw it in a book store last year. The $16 asking price for a magazine was (and is) astronomical. But then last month I finally sunk the cash and bought a physical copy. I was impressed at all it had to offer. Then, today, I got my iPad, and I discovered that digital is the way to go! The magazine is loaded with extra features, such as art galleries, high resolution pages, and links to other sources. If you want an incredible magazine for a fraction of the price, go digital.

Keeps crashing. The iPad version of the magazine is fantastic, with links to video tutorials and extra pop up artist gallery images. However, for the past few months I can't seem to open an issue without constant crashing if it even opens at all. In addition some issues remain in a constant state of being "queued" for download, after weeks and weeks. Please fix this and I'll update to five stars.

No Full Screen Support. Does not have full screen support for iPhone X.

Not there yet. I love IFX's magazines, but they are clearly not doing well as an app or app experience developer. The IFX app takes longer to download the magazine, but the killer is that each page loads up slowly. Each page comes up garbled and then clears up...as if they never tested their decompression rate. That couple second wait for each page will make you hate the e-zine experience. No, there is no cache...so when you go back a page..you have to wait again for that previous page to load up. The Zinio app works flawlessly for IFX publications, but you'll find out IFX is keeping one-off titles like "Concept Art" on their app/store only.

Stopped working and or really slow. When are you guys going to fix and update this app? Its really slow and unresponsive... Its been days and about over 1 month... I pay for a subscription. :/

Back issue nightmares. I guess the app works fine for a subscription. Heaven help you if you want to buy a back issue. If you can get it to show in your library you will be prompted to buy it again when you want to download it. To fix the issue you have to delete the app and re-download all your other magazines again. But wait! Did you delete other back issues trying to get your latest one? Yes? Well, now the old ones prompt you to repurchase before downloading . This cycle goes on and on. What a waste of time and effort.

One of the glitchiest apps I have ever used. I’d love to leave a review regarding the magazine, however, I have not been able to view my digital subscription for this magazine in months. I have had this app for about 3 years now, and it’s never worked quite the way it ‘should’. Even with it as the only running application, it’s prone to freezing and crashing, or crashing on open, or a myriad of other glitches that the website’s helpful direction of ‘reinstall the app’, ‘close all other apps to free system resources’, and of course ‘try restarting your device’ have failed at. Telling me to visit the help section of the app was similarly unhelpful, as I am not allowed to access anything. If the app works for you, then sure, a digital copy of ImagineFX could be a wonderful addition to your life. But make sure the app works before you sign up for a digital subscription or, worse, buy back issues that you will not be able to access on non IOS devices.

Great art magazine, but the app can be frustrating to use.. I bought the previous issues but downloading them is a pain, keep getting error messages. Please fix!!!!!!!

App broken by latest update. Let's be clear. I love this magazine and until now the app has been passable though slow. Since this new update however, as soon as you open ImagineFX from the newsstand it freezes. Occasionally after a minute or two you can select one of your issues and it will open, but then it will immediately lock up again on the first page. It is now completely unusable. I have tried restarting both the app and the device. I am hesitating to try reinstalling fully because I have 5 gigs of back issues that I don't want to have to redownload at a snail's pace. I am using a 3rd generation iPad.

Good update but . . .. I like the new update about bringing in videos into the magazine because leaving out the videos for only the printer version was truly unfair. Now with the current update they've brought in videos but mind you still not the whole long video tutorials. A great first step though in my opinion but where it fails is when you play the videos. Rather than open within the player of the magazine, instead it opens on safari and then plays, you have to keep going back to the magazine section once it's done can be annoying for someone like but I don't know about others. Overall, I thinks this change is the right step but still needs some work on. I hope they makes irk on the video player issues to open within the magazine instead in Safari.

Had to quit. I had to quit subscribing. This app gets stuck in the download queue quite often. The only way to fix it is by uninstalling and downloading all issues again. I still have ImagineFX issues that I purchased and can’t read. Stay away from this app. Find a different platform for magazines.

Love this magazine!. There’s so much information to help me learn and grow as an artist. I really like reading the interviews and learning about different artists, their field of work and their backgrounds and their creative process. I live in a small town and am quite removed from the nearest art community, so reading and learning about other artists helps me feel not as isolated.

Amazing magazine !!!. I always buy this magazine sadly I'm not subscribed even if I'd like to be. I really recommend this to any artist out there. But just one thing ... There should b a way to get a digital copy of the issues u got physically :/ it would be really useful cuz It helps me a lot remind myself of some tips and techniques when I'm on the go.

That one time digital beats print. Zooming in and out getting details slammed right up against my face. Total immersion. Not sure what a previous reviewer meant about pop ups. I get zero in my reading experience.

Nice e-version. The issue with searching for this magazine in US is that local store only carried about 5 of them, if you take to long to get to the store.. it is sold out. Now with this digital format, that is a none issue - hopefully they will migrate their older catalog so I can turn my print copies to ecopies.

Killer Magazine!. I'm rating the magazine itself rather than the app, because the app is all about the magazine itself. This magazine provides a lot of inspiration and instruction for digital artists. I absolutely love it! The app is frustrating. I wish I could display magazine issues in a grid view instead of the swipe bar at the bottom. It would be much easier to find back issues to purchase if that were the case.

Great professional resource.. I had some initial problems with the subscription service. A few things weren't clear to me. The subscription sort of goes against the typical instant gratification of the app store. This really is a great magazine. It's a great resource plain and simple, especially for artists at the professional level. It always helps to have new sources of inspiration and new techniques to learn. I really hope they find a way to give digital subscribers access to the material they pack into the CDs in the print version. Not having that is more than a little disappointing. Overall it's a great magazine that is really nice to have on the iPad.

Great...thus far.. I'm loving the app so far. Great interacting icons and versatile form and function. With that said, I would like to see more options for us readers. Such as a bookmark button, allowing us to save an image or page, more video tutorials, and more tutorials for iPad apps like sketchbook pro and procreate.

Great Magazine, App is Okay. Update: 3 Stars I eventually got support for my issue (it was the third support team I contacted that was finally able to resolve the problem). The apps works now and I can download my subscription issues. It’s not great in terms of performance, but the content reads well on the app and the clickable links are a nice feature. If you can avoid any technical hassles then you will enjoy it much more, I’m sure. Original Review: 1 Star I’m basing my review on the app performance rather than the magazine itself. The published content is great, but you would be better off purchasing the physical copy over this app. I foolishly ignored the other app reviews here and went with the digital subscription so as to not waste paper; it’s also a bit cheaper. Lo and behold, my digital subscription is useless because I’m unable to download the latest issue. The only button displayed is the one to purchase the issue separately. Going through support gets me 1) a guide to fix the issue that does not do so, 2) an automated email response describing this exact problem, suggesting following the steps of the troubleshooting guide that does not work, and then stating that the team will only respond to help emails describing other issues, and 3) an FAQ filled with broken links. How does the app not know I have a subscription when I’m logged in with the account that I made when I purchased the subscription? This app is also totally crammed with ads, including those for other magazines and ad messages for other apps that you cannot delete from your in-app inbox. On top of slow load times and errors opening the store, it’s really just too much. That said, I would have overlooked these issues if I could actually read the magazine. I will update this review if I happen to hear back from support. Until then, I suggest getting a physical copy instead. Maybe then you will actually get your magazine.

Great mag, terrible slow app. Why should it take almost a full minute to load the magazines I paid for? Good grief it’s slow. I miss having downloadable pdf like they had 10 years ago. Why not load out content first, then the store? People

This app is a scam!. I had a subscription for four three years and inexplicably lost access to a year and a half worth of issues. Customer service from Magazine Direct did absolutely nothing. Their emails were automated as well as their live chat. They also didn’t answer their phone. I tried to purchase the back issues from the Apple App Store and not only did the issues not appear in the app, I lost access to all but four issues from my library. It’s awful because ImagineFX is such a wonderful magazine. So long story short, if you purchase a subscription it won’t work and if you buy the issues separately they still won’t work.

Love but bookmarks don't work. The bookmark feature doesn't work. It really need the ability to access the book marks in a list for each magazine and for all the magazines. The current bookmarks don't show up listed anywhere or in the magazine itself. Otherwise I love this app and IFX

Scam. Paid $40 to receive all back issues and they only worked for a few hours. Now I’m being asked to pay for issues I’m supposed to own. Sent multiple emails and have yet to receive a response. They are now selling that same subscription for $70.

Can’t read my purchases. Bought 2 issues no problem, then got a 3rd. It let me buy it, but I couldn’t download. Followed recommendation of reinstalling and restore. No help. Still let’s me download samplers. So that’s something.

Excellent artist magazine. Always have the latest artists and the sketchbook section is my favorite.

Do not buy!. When you try to restore purchases they never come back. But if you like to throw your money down a hole or light it on fire then this is the app for you!

Best reading experience. When it comes to reading magazines on a tablet, this is how it is meant to be done. Pick which one to read, easily navigate the pages intuitively, follow embedded links with a tap, and zoom in on features that in a paper magazine would mean digging out a magnifying glass. Since picking up the digital versions of ImagineFX, I rarely pick up my printed copies. Feels like digital was how they were meant to be read all along.

Could be a more natural reading experience. I love the magazine's content and I love the issues, I just wish that reading the articles on my iphone 4 screen was a little more legible. There is the traditional zoom but unlike a website the zoom is like an image where it doesn't zoom and snap to the width of the articles. I'd suggest that along with bookmarks, highlighting and a revamped UI design. The interface is very bare-bones and the black-on-red theme makes the application and it's content appear unprofessional; like it was made fast to get it out to possible buyers instead of being made with the valued reader in mind that they will be seeing this interface often. I'm not going to say make this app look like another app but I will say that if you reinvent the wheel to improve these points I think it would be a more satisfying experience that would encourage spending more time with the application and therefore more purchases. I'm also waiting for digital content access since thats pulling my leg the most as I read how some magazines have hundreds of reference photos or other valuable art resources and video. I know this is already known probably but I'm eager to become more involved with the tips and teaching in the issues! :3

Service. So8 bought one of the magazines only to immediately update my phone shortly after. Now that the mags gone I tried to restore purchase as offered in the help menu. Only that didn't work so I email the help desk twice. Only they haven't responded. Two stars for no service and no support. Update. Still no response Update. Finally got response so good to go

Scan. Its amazing to me they have favorable reviews. I subscribed over a month ago but haven't been able to access my account. Enails yo customer service keep getting responses about how they are migrating to a new server or aomething but they just keep pushing back the date. After a month I got a seeies of steps to do on the app but none of the features or buttons they mention are there. I started a skype account to call them (im in the US they are in UK) and I only ever get recordings. Not even an option to leave a message. Either I'm the most unlucky person ever or this is a big scam. Do NOT subscribe.

How an Art magazine should be done in digital format.. Simply the best digital magazine out there. Beautifully designed as a digital presentation, taking full advantage of what digital has to offer. It should be the "how-to" for other magazine to follow. The images are stunning on my iPad Pro, and allow incredible, detailed resolution for zooming and fully enjoying what it artist have to offer. I have a hard time looking at the print version now. I read a review saying the the "pages load slowly". Not at all. Especially considering the high resolution images that come within this e-zine. Well worth the 2-second wait, IMO. And as an art magazine the content and featured artists every month are simply awe-inspiring. Keep up the great work! - Sol Sims

For Artists of All Levels, parents take note!. ImagineFX is a fantastic magazine for artists of all levels. I would especially recommend the magazine for parents of developing artists, particularly those whose children show a strong commitment to developing their skills and pursuing a career in art. This would be a fantastic gift for them. The inspiration it provides is itself, alone, worth the subscription, but be assured that their is a lot of valuable training and edification to serve future professionals. I truly wish I’d had access to such a magazine when I was in middle/high school, and definitely in college. Even after 30 years of freelance illustration work, I find something engaging and creatively stimulating in every issue.

Keeps trying to raise prices. I got the subscription at a really low rate and every once in a while it says I need to pay a higher rate in order to download a new mag. If I try later downloading laterI get to keep my low rate. Other than that annoyance it is great!!

Print vs Digital. I've been getting the print version of this magazine for over a year, but decided to give the digital version a try when I purchased the iPad Air. I was reluctant to switch from print, but I actually find that I prefer digital, especially the in-text links to the video resources.

Needs Update. I’ve been using this app for years, and it has always been super smooth and responsive. Since upgrading to iOS 11, every navigation feature, scrolling, panning, pinch-to-zoom, is now twitchy. Tried reporting the glitches to the app developers weeks ago, with zero response. So now I’m leaving this review. Great if using an outdated iOS. Not so much for the latest iOS 11.

Very Nice Magazines; But The App is CrApp !. All of my other magazine apps open pretty much instantly, but this one is designed to make you wait several minutes while it ‘Loads’ — This is a psychological trick to trick you into thinking that if you have to wait for it, you’re getting a better value for The over priced magazines ! It’s completely unnecessary & very annoying !

Slow to a crawl.... Imagine fx has always been slow, but after iOS 9 update, just starting up the app takes around 20 seconds or more to load. And navigating the magazine also takes a while for some pages to render. Their help page blames on the specs and not enough ram on the iPad. But GQ magazine and National Geographics are way richer in content than Imagine fx and runs smooth as butter on the same iPad. I would say, skip the digital version until Imagine fx get their acts together and hire more competent developers to recode the magazine. Good content but horrible digital execution.

Broken. After about a year of subscription and buying all the back issues. The app completely stopped working. Denying me access to my entire library of magazines. I unsubscribed to the service for the time being😔. Since I actually can’t use what I’ve paid for.

great for inspiration and tips on new styles. my personal and professional work benefits greatly from this, I can browse whilst in my studio without being tied to a laptop/desktop. just glance through when I'm feeling the vacuum of working in a bubble... and burst the damned thing and try something new!

Horrific Support. I've struggled with this app since I got it. I love the print magazine and would love to read the issues digitally, but haven't been able to thus far. The app doesn't recognize my active subscriptions. Following their instructions to "repair" my subscription, I've now lost all access even to the standalone issues I purchased. Essentially I've spent around $20 on content PLUS activated a $64 subscription and can not access ANY of it. Support has been unhelpful at *best*, repeating the same things over and over, and the turnaround time on a reply from them has been up to 4 days. I subscribe to nearly a dozen magazines digitally, and it's been smooth sailing on all of them, but this particular app just doesn't cut it. Would love to rate highly if I had access to any of my purchased content.

Horrible App. Hopefully the developer reads the users reviews. Seen several comments about how bad the app its self is. I have to agree, the app is horrible. I love the magazines on here but the app ruins the entire experience. Does not go full screen on the iPad Pro. Constantly bombarded by adds asking me to buy something. The lag... I open the app and its about another 30-45 seconds before I even get to the magazine. (Probably because its loading all of the adds) If the developer actually used their product they would understand how disruptive this is. Please make the app a better experience.

Purchase record completely messed up. My subscription on the website is not working on this app and my purchase of back issues are gone even after restoring purchase. Please fix it.

Do not have issues I paid for. My entire 2020 subscription is not available and I paid for it. I have sent NUMEROUS emails with no response. At this point I might play pick and choose on which to get and cancel everything.

Great contemporary visual art instruction. mSpectacular picture quality, great articles and even better art. I have the app on both the iPad and iPhone; I was impressed enough with the content on the tiny iPhone SE that this specific app became a huge part of why I chose to purchase an iPad over a Surface. (Imaginefx made a similar app for the Windows store but there wasn’t nearly the same kind of deal available last I’d checked) Well worth the price of admission.

Wow, ads galore!. I purchased the past issues for ImagineFX for $50 and now when I look through my library it’s full of ads to purchase other magazines! If I wanted other magazines I would search for them. I wouldn’t mind a recommendation here and there but it’s literally every other item in my library is an ad so scrolling through trying to find my magazines it’s confusing what is something I own vs something they’re trying sell me. Can’t recommend until they fix this!

App will not work with iPad 6 mini. Tried to reset credentials as well as delete/reinstall, even hard reset the iPad.

One of the few magazines I read!. Being a lover of art and artist myself I enjoy. There are lots of techniques and styles showcased. Mainly a focus on digital but traditional art is included here and there. Translating digital workshops to a traditional setting isn’t particularly difficult.

Great mag, but crashes like no other. I love this magazine and I just bought all the back issues, the only problem I have is that it crashes a lot after this iOS update. I'm running it on an iPad Air 64gb. Hope they fix the crashing soon.

Great magazine, can we get less pop ups in the app?. I just subscribed after getting lots of recommendations from other artists. It's a very inspirational and educational magazine, but could you guys please cut down on the number of pop ups? Why should I subscribe to you only to be interrupted with a pop up asking if I want to purchase this that and the other every time I click on something?

Epic. Such a good magazine, if you want to get into Visual Effects, Animation, Games or drawing. This magazine is a must. Please put more Hobbit stuff in!

Good App for a good Magazine. I think this app for the Imagine Magazine it quite good, including the links to more detail.

Stay away from this app. This app simply refuses to let you read any magazines you buy. Clicking read will crash the app.

Great mag but. This is a great magazine, however, I don't understand why I need to have in app purchasing turned on to browse the available issues. Most of the other magazines that I get don't require this, in fact with most of them I am able to browse through the whole mag in miniature, almost as good as browsing in the newsagents. Having accidentally purchased a couple of things that I didn't want, I now have in app purchases turned off, andI only turn it on when I want to make a purchase, then turn it straight back off again. So it looks as though I won't be buying any more issues of ImagineFX unless they rectify this strange way of working. Pity, because it is a great mag. I did grab six issues in the Black Friday promotion. Well, there has been an update, but still the strange request to have in app purchasing turned on to view what is available. None of the other magazine publishers require this, and you can even browse a miniature version of their magazines. I don't have to hand my credit card to the news agent to browse the magazines on the shelves, so I can't understand the model that Future is using. I did email them about it but except for an automated 'we have received you email' I have heard nothing after two weeks.

I love ImagineFX. You guys deserve 5 stars, download this now! So helpful!

Charged my Credit Card without approval.. I did not agree to an auto renewal of my subscription, you sent me no warning message you just charged me $70. Unacceptable.

Latest update is frustrating. I love Imagine FX magazine. But the latest update has been giving me trouble. I can download about half of the issues I own. The rest ask me to buy them. I click on them and it knows I've bought them already but they won't download. It just hangs. I've done every suggestion in the FAQ several times. But it doesn't have a problem with purchasing issues I don't have already.

Love hate relationship. Iam addicted to the mag- it's full of information and inspiration, with incredible artists from all over the world and I learn so much! I hate the long waiting time til the next mag comes out (one month) lol

Not Bad. While these Digital Editions aren't super-enhanced like Wired Magazine, nor do they have hyper-linked table of contents (drives me NUTS), and lacking some essentials you'd come to expect from even a decent eReader (word definitions, bookmarks, highlighting and annotations, etc), rendering this as a not-quite-as-good-as-a-PDF reader, it's great to have these super popular magazines as a digital copy, AND they cost significantly less than their respective print editions. Like, 50% off! So, yay for price, and "meh" for value.

Collecting information. Collecting information about location when online and offline for a magazine? Really?

Still perfect!. ImagineFX is still my favourite magazine after many years of reading it.

Update: Restore purchase working with support assistance. Previous: I cannot restore my purchase from previous iPhone. If this gets resolved I will update review. Update: Restore works and support was very helpful. May take some time for app to configure.

App stopped working. I’ve had this app and subscription for years but now I can’t access my store, purchases or subscription. It’s been this way for at least a week. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and restoring purchases, nothing works

Best Digital Painting mag ever!. Fantastic magazine!

Great but no free software.... Recently was gifted a subscription (physical subscription) and I love it. Downloaded the app to check out older issues. They're great but are lacking the software disk that accompanies my physical issues. Would have given 5 stars if each magazine purchase came with the ability to acquire the accompanied disk.

Wonderful app with one niggle.. I am a freelance illustrator and absolutely love the the app and Mag. Highly recommend it all around. My one issue is I cannot back up the mag issues them selves.

Love it!. Well worth the subscription cost, especially if you're not in the UK and can't afford a print subscription. Videos are accessible from both the articles they accompany and at the beginning, table of contents links work beautifully, and the content is extremely well thought-out. Excellent source of information considering there aren't a lot of art magazines that specialize in sci-fi/fantasy art.

Bad subscription implementation. Why am I paying for a subscription if each month I get charged than need to pay again for the magazine in app? Something is fundamentally broken here and needs a fix. Also resetting my credentials each month and reinstalling to attempt a fix is a pain and does not work, just adds more issues when trying to redownload old mags and being promoted to pay again for owned magazines…

Ah-MA-Zing Mag!. Regardless if I lack the paper mag, it is an amazing product that I only now buy the digital version. I hate not thumbing through a paper version, but this is great none-the-less. Inspiration at its fullest and I cannot miss an issue! EDIT: The app crashes unexpectedly and has issues with slow response.... these two things have never been properly addressed nor fixed upon numerous requests.

Awesome. Love it

v3.1.4 (Current Version) Does not open. This version just opens the loading screen, but then crashes. When the previous version was downloaded, I was prompted to restore my library and all issues previously purchased are listed as New/Unread. Currently I am unable to use the app or digital magazine formats. Please resolve so I may utilize the app again, and I will reply with more stars.

New update brings much improvement!. Pages load much faster and look fantastic on the new iPad...great update!

An Artists Best Friend. The most inspirational magazine out there for art. The tutorials are very well written too. I do wish we would get the CD stuff too. Seems like you get the short end of the stick being a digital subscriber.

Bug fix please!!!. Model: iPad 4 iOS: 8.1.1 App: up to date Can't open any library items with out the app crashing. Would send a crash report but you know Apple products

Free Trial Problems. I'm looking everywhere in the app on signing up for a free trial. I clicked the button that says, "Free Subscription" and read the introduction. It says that I should click the button below to start yet there is no button. This is less than a review and more of a troubleshooting comment.

By far, best mag for Illustrators. Definitely the best magazine on the market for illustrators of all kinds, especially for promoting yourself and getting your work seen. If you're in downtown San Francisco, check it out at first and market at Fog City News.

Black Friday sale. On the app it said for Black Friday sale you will get 197 digital issues for 29.99. After I paid it only gave me 160 issues and rest of the issues wanted 1.99 each more. I am trying to reach the app developers for have been unsuccessful.

Having Fun and Learning!. This has really helped to improve my digital and non-digital art skills.

Subscriptions broken.. Supposedly the 3 week old update broke something and they "know the fix" and will have "an update soon". But their auto responder still says they're receiver "higher than usual support requests" from the issue. So far the only response has been the auto responder. So yeah... I wouldn't subscribe. Or buy issues, just to be on the safe side.

since ios8 barely readable.. i haven't been able to open any of my issues since i upgrade to ios 8. now i can't even download them with out try to charge my again.

Yes! Works better on 6 Plus!. On my iPhone 6 it was very buggy but on the plus it's perfect!

App crashes while trying open an issue.. Great magazine and content, but the app either crashes randomly or when trying to open an issue.

Great digital version. I love having digital access to my issues. There's a ton of great content to help you learn more about your craft. Things you may have never considered referencing before.

Crashes Before Loading.. The app has been useless for over a month now. I cannot view any of the issues I purchased, nor can I see new ones.

Magazine is great, app is not. I’ve been a fan of ImagineFX for years but since I live in the US and this is a UK magazine I could not afford the subscription. So I was excited to learn there was now a digital subscription available. I purchased it from “My Favorite Magazine.com” in 2020. The first few issues were great and I had no problem downloading all kinds of back issues also. Then after Jan. 2021, the App started charging me for the magazines. I’ve contacted customer service twice, both times receiving the same exact same set of instructions, which tell me to create an account, which I did, relaunch the app, and then They refer to selecting a top lefthand menu button, which isn’t there. The only selectable button is on the right and it does not have the option to “select Magazine direct login” which is what you are to do next. No other response from either company so I’m not sure what to do. Now they are changing from My Favorite Magazines (also connected to My magazines direct?) to “Future”so who will I contact to fix these issues? Seems like the App is buggy, but which company is responsible for fixing it? Who should we contact? None of the parties involved seem to care. Please stay away until these issues are addressed, either from MyFavorite Magazines, or my magazines direct Future or ImagineFX.......

Needs iPad Pro Resolution Support. The publication is very good, the app is so-so. It really needs to support the large iPad Pro resolution.

Great magazine, great app...poor update. I love this publication and in the past, this app has had no issues. However, for several months, I have been unable to use the app as it crashes as soon as I try to read an issue. I waited to see if this was updated but it has not been fixed. At this time, it needs to be addressed. Please update the app so I can actually view my content and purchase more.

Pretty Good. This is an invaluable tool for anyone training to be a games or movie artist. Top-notch tutorials and examples, and the fact that you can preview the whole magazine zoomed out before you buy it is great!

Fantastic resource. This magazine is a tremendous resource with an unbelievable wealth of knowledge. I highly recommend it to any aspiring to excellence in the fields of Illustration.

Great magazine but.... The magazine and it's content itself is wondferfull. The only problem I have is the speed of the page renders on my iPad (3rd gen) is horribly slow. I hope this app gets optimized soon.

Great iPad Magazine. I really like carrying all my back issues with me for reference. Wish there was a dynamic, composite index/cross reference of all issues so I could quickly go to my topic of interest.

I like if but..... If there was any way to get to the data that would normally be on the cd, I'd give this six stars.

Better preview looks, PLEASE?. The inside looks are basically worthless. They are basically the same: table of contents, editorial, studio shot and a parade of random artists. We never get a look at the pages that relate to the cover topic. Please show us relevant inside looks at the cover topic? Who knows? Sales on individual issues might increase?

Great mag, terrible app. The almost postage sized preview makes it impossible to read the table of contents and know what's in the mag. You have to find the mag at the newsstand or previewed at a website to be able to get excited about the magazine. Why would a high tech magazine use such a low tech preview system?

Can't access my previous purchases. I bought a newer model iPad and can no longer view my previous purchases made on my last iPad without buying them again. It shows them in my library as purchased but requires me to pay again before downloading, what garbage. I'd caution against purchasing from this app.

All problems fixed!. My April 2013 issue is ok now, not a car magazine anymore, no more crashes, and the issue I lost is now restored! Thanks ImagineFX team for helping me fix all these problems. I am happily back to reading this awesome magazine!

Great magazine !!!. My only wish would be for them to allow subscribers to view the magazine on their laptops or computers for even better viewing.

Awesome App, but.... Great magazine when it works, awesome content. Lots of app crashes. I'm on iOS 8.1.2 on iPad Air 2. Restarting app, restarting iPad, reinstalling app does not correct the issues. Please fix and I will review at 5 stars!

Each update gets worse! Beware!. Store homepage no longer opens. It's been 3 months already and I've been waiting for update with fix for issue. I guess I won't be able to purchase this magazine any longer. Love the magazine, hate the app.
