Im surprised only a few reviews on this program? I noticed the small amount of reviews when I went to re-Download the app so decided to post one: Great for small business, Easy to Use, You have to access the invoiceasap Website from a Desktop Computer in order to see all the extra customization you can do first, then your Mobile Version works great. I would give it 5 Stars except they recently Stopped their Deal with Square and allowing customers to pay with Credit Card and Merging the info once it was paid. They are no Forcing prior customers to use a new Credit Card Processing Company which wants a Full Credit Check and Credentials that should not be asked for just Credit Card Processing. I might keep using them for invoices and manually mark when invoices are paid and take credit card payments via phone instead.

I love the upgrades on this app. It gets better with every release. I can now access my customers easily on the Customer List, or expand if I want to see more details. The new invoice list shows me more easily what's paid, what's open, what's late. It also tracks whether or not I've sent the invoice, so I don't accidentally send the same invoice to my customer multiple times, and I can't forget to send an invoice. Like I said, it just gets better with every release! I love this app!!!!
Not only does this app allow me to generate estimates and invoices from my various mobile devices but it also gives my clients the convenience of paying me from the comfort of the their home or office directly through the invoice I get emailed them. Now the biggest plus is not that it also syncs with my QuickBooks account but that I can assign all of my field technicians their own accounts with their own logins...freakin' amazing!!!!!
I love this invoicing app! It saves me sooooo much time every day. It is easy to use, and allows my customers to pay RIGHT AWAY. It just keeps getting better!
Customer service is nonexistent! Charged but does not show a subscription at all. Been using this app for months and on auto draft payment and still being told I need to upgrade! Tf I already pay $8 a month for this service. Why would I want to pay more and risk it not working when I need it to????
The Labor inputs will not save. Nor will anything else.

I never leave reviews for anything. I been using this app for 3 years and I enjoy it. Nothing is perfect but this app does amazing job. Strong customer services. And they listen what you really want. Thank you guys.
For one, the app crashes/closes whenever you "send". The estimate/invoice sends correctly, but it would still be nice if it didnt crash every time when you send. Secondly, "offline" ability would be helpful since i dont always have internet everywhere i am, and i cant use the app without internet. Just tell the app to save the info internally until you connect and then upload etc. Third, there is a bug where the options "send, pay, edit, approve etc" all get overlapped and bunched up, so you cant select any option until you restart the app. Fourth, whenever someone signs, it takes like 8 seconds for the "ding". Surely it doesnt take 8 seconds to save/write a signature to the app. Fifth, it has happened like 4 times now that i go to "customers", create a new customer, and then when time comes to summon that info in an estimate, the customer is no longer there and I have to re-enter the info. Other than that, the app has potential.
This app was great, but the latest version doesn't allow you to create an invoice as the pop up notification to upgrade prevents you from going any further. Very frustrating!
Support is either bot software or a 'sweat shop'. Generic answers given that clearly demonstrate they have not read your query. This has happened multiple times. BEWARE OF THIS APP BEFORE INTEGRATING INTO YOUR BUSINESS.
9th January 2016 A) Still not a great amount of space left on subject line for you personnal input B) When u click for a preview, down in the bottom RH corner. It gives u a choice of a PDF or print the pdf gives u no options to save or share the final invoice. C) However if u choose "print"& then cancel print, you can then do what u should be able to in pdf!! D) Still nowhere to enter your bank details in the settings area E) BUT, Still a very very excellent & quick app, to do & send invoices. Very very very easy to setup & use!!!!! Could need at touch of improvement but it is just so EASY TO USE, setup & do an invoice... Very cool indeed.....

Doesn't send invoices properly from iPhones
I've just had a wee look at the "trial" version not able to notify client "text" to say I'm on my way? Can do this in servicem8 Need to have "open in" function for iPad Australia need to be able to add NBN number to invoice This app is good needs fine tuning but hopefully it will be even better soon I only had a quick look so maybe these functions are available when you pay? It's also expensive!
Great app. Would be great to be able to edit existing customers details once you have saved an invoice, as I often need to add email or phone number. Also having a auto save while making an invoice. Other than that it's great!
This app gives me everything that my small, home based business needs in terms of customer records and invoicing. Very easy and straightforward to use.
Everything is good, but when you print the invoice it only shows Invoice not Tax Invoice as a head line. Please add the word Tax. Please fix.

On top of that they have an amazing response time to emailed questions - I'm very happy with InvoiceASAP. ( I quickly canceled the other service.)

I have used ASAP Invoice for 3 in a half years and must say, it is the best application For business owners. My company completes lots of deliveries which allows us to print out the shipping paper and have our driver request signatures right on the spot.
