Not working anymore. The app was great, but now it does not work (does not open at all). I pay for this app and would like to have it back.

Awesome. May seem pricy, but superb! And i am happy to support the cutting edge research dr hale and his group do! Worth the price and super smooth.

Perfection. What a wonder to be able keep the information in “Medications and Mothers’ Milk” in my pocket! Thanks so much for this app- as a busy LC, I need to have this information on my person. I recommend it to all of our pedis and OBs.

Bad App. This app is useless. All I get when I search for a drug is a blank screen. I know my drugs. I just want an app to look up the risks and this is not the app to do that.

Waste of $$, MommyMeds is cheaper and the same info. Why did I pay $9.99 for this app when it is identical to the $3.99 MommyMeds app? Literally identical. I knew this app was less than the full Hales, but the description made it look more comprehensive than MommyMeds. I want my money back.

The update is a scam. Report to apple.. Having the same issue as the other review. Asks you to renew even though this is not a subscription based service. We are supposed to have access to the "un updated material". I will be reporting to apple as well.

Excellent resource tool. This is a great resource to have at your fingertips when you need to know if certain medications are compatible with breastfeeding or pregnancy. A must have for professionals.

Doesn't work well anymore. Was a great app when I first purchased, but now sad that I spent $9.99, as the app won't bring up anything but an error when I search a medication.

Great. I have been using it for years and the program is great. I had issues, but I contacted them and they were able to help me but now it won’t let me update my other review. I do appreciate you guys help I wish I could delete that one.

Helpful but one annoying bug. Very helpful BUT you cannot scroll through the details so the end is cut off!! Please fix!

Milk supply affected??. It would be great to know if mother's milk supply could be affected by certain drugs that are considered safe as that is a concern for many; it could change medication plan.

Subscription service????. I bought this app several years ago for almost $50 (and that was at a discounted rate), and now it's telling me it's a subscription service???????? I created an account, and now it's allowing me to search. Does this mean my account will be charged $9.99 per year now???

I want my money back!!. $10 for this app!!! Really? Wow I could of just googled this information. I figured it would have a lot more information and it barely works half the time!! I am demanding my money back because this is a worthless piece of crap!

Use it every day. My go to ap for reference in clinic and the hospital for pregnant and postpartum patients. I also love LactMed but the ease of this ap in my phone is key!

Can’t log in. Once I logged out I was logged out forever. The app will not recognize me nor allow me to recover or reset my password. Bet it renews my subscription in a year…

Lactation Consultant. This is an awesome app for anyone working with breastfeeding babies, I was so excited when it came out 2 years ago.I paid full price (29.99) for it at the time. It is much easier to use than carrying around the book. On the downside, this app has not been updated since it came out. 2 years is a long time in the medication world. I paid a lot more for this app than the cost is now. The new mommy meds apps has better fetters , i.e bar code scanning, than the professional one does. Hoping for an update in the near future .

Doesn't work!. Every time I try to click on a drug, I get an error message stating that the app is unable to connect to the server. For a $10 app, this is ridiculous. If this does not get resolved soon, I will be demanding a refund.

Not working. Ever since the upgrade it's asking me to renew a 9.99 annual subscription when it previously was 9.99 once. On top of that it won't even let me renew it and it keeps coming up "sorry but it appears the App Store is down, try again". I probably have tried to at least 10 times over the last three days. Frustrated I can't use the resource!!!!

Fail!. Every time I tap on a drug, I get an error message saying the app in unable to connect to the server, please try again later! Not too useful! Also, when you want to "search" for a drug, the best it will do is let you scroll through drugs that start with the same letter. Do you know how many drugs start with an "a"? That's not the kind of search functionality I was expecting! What a waste of ten bucks!

Was great, doesn't work anymore.. Was an excellent resource, until it completely stopped working. I tried deleting the app and reloading everything and it does not work at all. Please fix this app!

off to a good start (version 1.0). This app is expensive compared to the other work-related apps I use (Mediquations, Medical Calc, Eponyms, Ubertime), but cheap compared to the text books it will probably replace over time. Obviously, it also has the portability advantage. Best features noted so far: - the capacity to bookmark meds/vitamins/non-prescription substances into one alphabetically arranged list - search by trade or generic name - simple coding, symbols for each trimester of pregnancy & early/mid/late stages of lactation - the quality of the info matches my (limited) knowledge of the best available evidence; eg it was encouraging to see the risks of cannabis rated & described with the same dispassionate language & coding used for sertraline, st john's wort & folic acid - none of the shrill moral panic that distorts some info about illicit substances - it loads quickly & hasn't crashed at all Things to consider for improvement - the ability to access more detail PRN - this app summarises the evidence, but doesn't give access to the evidence. For instance, one of the best features of Hale's "Medications & Mother's Milk" is the few paragraphs that distill the studies considered credible. This app won't replace text books until it offers a similar feature. - I can't find flupenthixol - I guess this goes by a different name or something in the US, but it would be handy for international use if cross-border nomenclature was built-in to the app - I'm finding the "customised search with patient information" a bit fiddly & counterintuitive to use - "search by condition" is a bit higgledy-piggledly in the way it's arranged AND omits a couple of the most common perinatal complications: anxiety & depression - it would be handy if login across devices (eg: via iPad as well as iPhone) that the bookmarked meds were synced Overall, this app is off to a good start. Version 1.0 shows a lot of promise, but it's not a text-book replacement. Yet.
