Paid for a subscription but says it’s expired. This COMPANY is garbage. My family has used escort products for decades and now the products and customer support is crap. There are an obscene amount of false alerts and no matter if I prove it or not they refuse to remove the false locations! On top of that I paid for a year subscription in April and the stupid app has said my subscription has been expired since June!!! Customer service never answers the phones or emails and close ridiculously early! Escort is a prime example of a greedy company whose policy is quantity over quality because they have zero quality!

Please go open API or expand this network. Has a Redline 360c owner I love detector! The hardware is peerless. Escort please Open it up or make some strategic partnerships. You might be surprised at what your customers or partners could do for you. You already know how valuable your live escort community data is. Its just to small to be very effective. For instance, If I drive 10 miles almost anywhere I will encounter a WAZE driver. If this app integrated with apps like WAZE it would be the hands down most powerful, informative driving app on the market. And I for one would pay a premium for that. Has WAZE user I would pay for “the Escort” service. Escort makes one of the best radar detectors out there. But unlike Valantine it is a closed api.

Garbage Out = Garbage In. When your dev team is sloppy, and/or ran by dishonest children, you get garbage. When management excepts project completion without any quality control, you get garbage. I spent over $700 on an escort radar, and I am sick and tired of seeing notice that my subscription has expired, and the prompts for renewal at 50 bucks. I’ve already paid. Whoever runs your development projects needs to be fired. And please do not contact me with questions about“did you check this, did you do that…” I’m an IT Project Manager/ SysEng. I know how my fxxxing product works, and right now, after the latest update, it’s not working…. Again…

Escort Max 360 app. Not only is the device extremely accurate the app makes it that much more user-friendly, awesome product!!!!! Great purchase for any driver as it provides traffic, crash, construction zone data and much more!!! Escort has created a great product when building these devices and linking them through Bluetooth technology with this upgraded app!!!!

Used to be good but.... I’ve had this app with my radar detector for about six months and at first it worked great. After about two months if someone marked a cop and I didn’t have the app open it would freeze the app and my radar detector. Thought it was my radar detector so sent it back to escort under warranty. Well the app didn’t stop freezing so I just kept it up on my phone. About two weeks ago the app started crashing to the point I can’t even load the app. This needs to be reviewed because there’s no point in paying for the service when I can’t even use it. Also, my thought, this should be set up to work with Apple CarPlay. Would be easier to utilize some of the functions on my radio rather than grabbing my phone.

Switching to Uniden. I’ve owned Escort detectors for 10 years (9500ix, Solo S2/S3, Max 360) and early on, Escort Live was an option that made Escort unique and worth being loyal to. However, both the App quality and Escort’s platforms have been overtaken by other options. Waze has much more thorough and up to date info. Uniden’s and Valentine’s detectors crush Escort’s performance and are 50% cheaper on sale. The Escort Live app doesn’t show any of my detector’s alerts. I am also getting very few alerts from other users, where I used to have great SA using the app. It’s Bluetooth connectivity is incredibly buggy, and half the time I have to cycle the power on the detector several times to get Bluetooth to connect. All of these factors have me concluding that Escort has made this app an orphan, and it is no longer enough of an advantage to stick with Escort. I have purchased two Uniden R4s and will be selling my Max 360s off. Goodbye Escort Live and Escort.

Just not connecting.. My radar detector works; the app seems to work independent of the radar detector, which is good. Not great. I can’t get the Bluetooth to detect that the radar detector is on even though it is; I have all my settings correct as far as I can tell; yet with zero interface between the app and the radar detector; they work independent of one another. Seems to defeat the point. Obviously if they worked well in tandem EVER this app & the accompanying hardware ESCORT MAX 360 this product would be primo a 5star app & Radar detector device. Falls short on connectivity & isn’t as user friendly as I hoped. Fir full transparenc, I must admit I didn’t memorize the owners manual either. Take this with a grain of salt for good measure. Troubleshooting on the road is difficult if nothing impossible

Great detector. App mostly does what it’s supposed to though travelling to work at 5am i get a lot of false ka readings where i never used to. The posted speed limit reading has gone haywire, the posted speed limits of 75 mph show 120mph and a 40 mph posted speed shows as 70 mph. The detector itself stopped taking updates around 6 month after i got it. It connects to my house wifi but will not connect to my trucks 4g hotspot. Overall the detector does what it’s designed to do.

Fails to recognize my Redline. What good is this if it never recognizes my Redline? I’m not a subscriber because it’s basically useless. The detector tells me if there is radar ahead, who cares what someone else experienced. The CHP are in cars that move, so because they were there does not mean that they are still there. The reason I downloaded it was to take advantage of the connection to the detector, which apparently would enable me to make sure the detector firmware remains up to date. I have Redlines in all three of my cars and it would be nice if the app recognized even one of them. The lack of a help/troubleshooting menu means I’m lost. Help resolving this problem between my Redline and my iPhone 7 Plus running IOS 13.2 would be appreciated.

Love the new direction of the app, just has issues.. Let me say that the overall design of this app is wonderful! It feels like it is finally modern. With that said, things were overlooked and seriously need to get fixed. Among some other negative feedback and what I have experienced, here are some flaws. The voice notifications are broken. I don’t think I’ve been hearing them much, if at all. The overspeed limit voice notification is the only one I’m positive works and even that is completely broken and seems to disregard my programmed setting of it to only go off over 100mph. Another issue with the design, the top bar is able to be pulled down by touching the green area to see radar status. I have no idea what the bottom area that appears the same “pulls up” to, if it does anything. On an iPhone X and later, you can’t pull from that part of the screen without closing the app. Either this was a hideous oversight, or a slight error in graphic design, I don’t know. It just needs to be fixed. With these issues and some of the other issues others have mentioned, this application would be a fantastic go-to! I really like what you were working on, Escort. You just released it before giving it to quality control. Can’t wait for the future update.

No Bluetooth audio option in new app and visual alert is too small. This new update is useless. I used to get audio alerts over my car speakers when listening to audio from my phone. Now there’s no option in settings for that and I can’t hear the alert from the device over my music. The visual alert is also so small it is worthless. I loved the previous version and am sure it kept me from many speeding tickets. I loved the fact this detector had an app that provided car stereo alerts. Now it’s like any other detector. Please fix or give an option to revert back to old app...

It WAS Great. Been using this app for almost a year. The Map options is sub-par, user interface was decent, notifications and main functions were incredible. I have 4 escort radar detectors, 3 of them compatible with the app. I would give this app and company 5 stars for almost every mile of the 4-5,000 miles I drive a month, that was until version 3.15; now the app just crashes within seconds of opening. Time to rethink my next installed detector options if they can’t release a stable product. My 2 stars is for the hardware I’ve purchased subtracting 3 stars for their software.

App/Product Review. Started using the Escort a year ago and has completely changed the way in which I drive. Easy to use, easy to manage, and beyond all has never failed with an alert. The App is as incredible as the device. Glad the redesign is allowing a detail by detail record of where and when I detected. Overall this app provides a safe way to observe the roads, speed limits, and commute of you and your family. 5 stars all around, Highly recommend.

Please fix or allow legacy devices on the new app!. Hasn’t been an update to this app in over a year. Just this week, my max 360 started disconnecting from the app every 10 seconds or so. Then, today, it starts showing the posted speed limit on my radar detector anywhere from 86 to 108 mph. As I was trying to deal with that, I was logged out of the app for a couple of hours, and despite changing my password, was unable to log back in.

Crashes often. I love my app. I have had it for years and use it daily. App started to crash often where Bluetooth falls off line. I didn’t complain thinking it was the phone, but recently got a new phone replaced and still dong the crash. Not sure if this is a bug or not..... however, when it’s not crashing, it does the job. Any help with the crashes would be nice!!!

Almost perfect. There is no question that escort makes the best radar detectors. The idea of a Tyanne with your iPhone is fantastic but the hope I had was that it would interact with a product like Waze. Therefore the updates as you drive in rural areas can be lacking. In ongoing issue is the speed listed on your iPhone. It is always different from the speed you’re actually going, usually much less. So, bike all abs this needs improvement and could be really awesome if it could interact with other available technologies such as Waze.

Not working with Redline EX anymore. Works with my Max 360 every time I get in the truck. Connects automatically in a minute or two. However in the other vehicle I have a Redline EX. I had issues before but the software update resolved the issue (after I sent my Redline to Escort to have it loaded with updates that it refused to accept). Now my iPhone won’t connect to my Smartcord live (That I bought to fix the issue before and it worked) or my Redline EX. In fact my iPhone might be stuck up because the Bluetooth seems to be too good to even acknowledge the existence of either of those devices. It’s a sad world when our iPhones refuse to communicate because of social status.

Don’t waste your money if it the app crashes and escort doesn’t accept derive calls. Have had the app send message that “your subscription has expired” 3x in last year. Escort has plenty reps to take sales calls but they have not accepted service calls in months bc of the pandemic really!!!??? Last successful attempt to reach someone to help was In February and downloaded all the “updates” again on from their website which worked for a month but no way to make it work now since June. No one seems to care and you’ll get the message that we closed down and reopened but haven’t enough time to train service personnel that is the reasons you’ll get when you need service!! But they will continue to see you new units.... no prob.

Cannot connect to hotspot. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and my provider allows my phone to be a hotspot as part of my plan. I recently purchased the Redline 360c and using the Escort Live app, I tried to connect to my phone’s hotspot. No matter what I do, the app sees the hotspot, and after putting the password in, I just get a continuous circle. And the says it can’t connect. From what I understand, the only reason you need to connect to the hotspot is to be able to give out real time radar hits to other users. You still get real time info from other drivers thru your phone if I am correct. Anyway, I don’t know why it should be that difficult to connect the Redline 360c to my phone hotspot. Also would like to see more and better information about how the defender database and ghe Escort Live community, so 2 stars until I can connect.

Thumbs down on new app version. Got back in my car after a stop and saw a new version of the Escort Live app was active and was very disappointed with the user interface, and because it was new but that the design was pretty dreadful. The screen with the map wasn’t that bad (though the original was better in my opinion) but the design of the dashboard was the worst part. That dark gray background overwhelms and the digital numerals for the speed are much smaller than the original and almost illegible. The ring around the speedometer is barely visible and I have no idea what the extra wedge shaped at the four corners surrounding the speedometer are! Way too fussy and distracting. Not enough visual contrast. Seriously, if I could give it no stars I would. In concept the app worked great. I’m not sure why the wholesale change. None of the changes enhance the apps use and even some of the color choices mystify me. Those green lines top and bottom of the screen serve no outpost but to distract from what is already an inferior UI. Sorry, Escort. Great detectors but you should can this new version of the app and go back to the previous one ASAP.

Must Have App!!!!. This is hands down the best way to communicate with your device. Just can be a lot to absorb to those that are new but I love it and I feel you will too. Might I just suggest that the Escort company offer some sort of visual crash course as many YouTubers videos tend to be long and can almost be overwhelming to the beginner user. I do realize though that this is a responsibility of the purchaser but just my personal suggestion. Love the quality and products!

Update is full of bugs… as usual. Cedar Electronics develops great hardware, but their software team is crap. This app has been garbage from the beginning, and each time they promise “ the next update” will bring it up to speed but it’s always bad, or with this latest version… worse. Now the BT won’t automatically connect on my Redline or Max 360, and deleting profiles and reconnecting does not help. For spending hundreds on a detector, plus annual subscription, you’d expect good support and not just a money grubbing cash grab. Uniden may be my next move before Summer road trip season!

Not impressed. I wasn’t happy to realize that to get all the features of the radar detector, I have to use the app on my phone the entire time driving with a current paid subscription. The posted speed limit that is displayed on the radar detector gets it from the app on your phone. The posted speed limit is wrong at least 30% of the time. The detection of radar is pretty good, but not $700 good. I should have returned it but I need it and it works better than my older escort radar detector. There are lots of settings for the radar detector but I haven’t found an explanation of what they all do. All in all, I should have bought a model with good reception and less trick features at a cost of a paid subscription.

A great start but needs rapid improvements. This app is a great start but does not quite meet the Escort standards a customer expects. It connects without issue to my Max360 but sometimes lags connection to my Redline. But this has vastly improved since the last update. The map is very “jumpy” and jot useful for plotting travel. I wish the app design team would use the dashboard display better, regarding having arrows up (forward), down (behind you), left and right, to alert the driver with large arrows of the direction of radar. Also, and this is a BIGGIE…. Many many speed limits are not correct, and you cannot correct them jn the app or even send a suggestion to the designers 😞.

I wish that it had GPS. I love it. I’ve had Escort radars since 1974. With that being said I was happy when you updated the TRUE NORTH settings to now move and have the streets in the right direction as our cars turned. Now is there a way to program your app to be like Waze? Or Google maps? Put in street address? I can’t use the Escort app with my Google or Waze. That would be awesome if it can be done. Thank you.

New Version no longer connects. to my Max 360 via bluetooth but connects to my other Max 360 in my other car via bluetooth. Updated firmware in my Max 360 and turn on the Escort Live app and try to connect to bluetooth and still no connection!! It doesn’t even recognize the Max 360 (one of them at least). Even the iphone’s bluetooth recognizes the Max 360 but that’s not how it works. Must go through the app! Oh and my iphone X iOS is up to date too. Just terrible since before the update everything worked fine. Sick of the inconsistency from Escort over the years. May be time to find a new radar detector co that is consistent and has it together!

Requires you to divert attention from the road dangerously. I have been an escort use or for fifteen years. This app would be great if it didn’t mute your detector after two beeps. It requires you to divert your eyes off the road and watch either the phone screen or detectors display to monitor the signal strength and Band signal is in. The beauty of the older escorts and the current one without using the app is you get all the information you need from the tone type and intensity without taking your eyes off the road. I tested this app out on a drive and liked the fact it locked out the grocery store signals and other false signals in town were silenced. But when legitimate signals came, it’s two beeps and then you have to watch the phone if you want to know signal strength. This makes instant on situations, where you hear a quick burst and it increases as you approach and other cars are checked, impossible to safely monitor for with the app. I’ll cal customer service tomorrow and if they can’t resolve this issue I’ll return the new app enabled escort I’ve just bought. If that’s the case, I’ll jump ship to use valentine one products.

Really disappointed. The screen, such as how fast you are driving is barely visible during the daytime. If you go over the speed limit the numbers of your speed turn red, and if it is a bright day are totally washed out. The only good part is it does tend to stay connected to the radar detector. Maybe it is not meant to be an app you run and actually look at? I was really hoping that this app would use Waze alerts. Waze is much more visible in the cockpit so I will use it, Escort Live can run (or not) in the background. It keeps turning on speed alerts set to the speed limit which is a real pain. I finally seem to have that feature turned off. I had heard this was going to be a really cool app, maybe it will have some updates to make it more compatible to be used in a car. Car play? I really wish on the map screen it would say for example “Ka” and not have to click on the alert to see what band it was. Very distracting.

Crowdsourced data needs users. 1. It seems to run great in the background. It automatically connects to my 360c every time I get in the car with no action on my part. Only had it spontaneous disconnect from Bluetooth and not reconnect once so far. 2. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t work well when it’s actually running in the foreground with the phone one because it crashes constantly, and doesn’t keep my iPhone from sleeping after 1 minute. So, it’s entirely useless in that regard. 3. It works well at configuring the radar detector, but sometimes the existing setting for an option does not show correctly.

Sometimes iffy app. There are times when I’m unable to post the location of police or other information, like traffic congestion. I push the appropriate symbol and nothing posts on the app like it used to. Too many glitches! Sad to say, but old app was better and it allowed you to push a button on the power cord to identify police locations without having to take your eyes off the road to push two police symbols on the screen. Disappointed!

Not a bad app but needs improvement. My device, Escort Max 360c by itself is awesome, but add Live Service and its even better. WiFi option is hit and miss as a lot of times the device doesn’t pick up on new firmware or database updates. The app is cool, overall not bad but it needs improvements. My biggest issue is Bluetooth not connecting or disconnecting for no reason what so ever. Another issue is the vehicle speed display which shows 10mph faster then what the device itself shows. The device I have been able to confirm is actually 1 mph faster then actual speed…Not bad and not worth complaining about. As far as the app, displayed vehicle speed needs to be fixed as do WiFi and Bluetooth. I also think user options for the app display / colors / map / etc should be expanded so the user can “customize” the displays etc. Navigation either integrated into the app or the ability to apply the app to a navigation source such as Apple Maps or google maps wouldn’t be asking too much considering the cost of the device and Live services subscription. Making the app CarPlay / Sync compatible and being able to connect and have full app video / audio / settings etc to in vehicle touch screen via usb would be another great idea

Not worth the money. The app is useless. More than half the time the speed limit is incorrect and says something like 39 or 98! The map is often times frozen and even if I close down the app and reopen it it still will be frozen in the same spot. Customer service when you’re able to actually reach someone, says it’s just a glitch in the system and that it’s a site wide error. Apparently one that’s never fixed. I have never seen one single alert from another driver. So not many people have this app where I live at least in Washington. I’ve had it for a year now and not a chance I would purchase this again. I give it two stars because I do like to be able to go in and change the settings on my radar detector from my phone but that’s the only thing I like about it. It’s unfortunate for how expensive it is.

Can’t connect WiFi. Cannot use paid subscription.. The app half way works. The radar detector and blue tooth work great with the app. But trying to connect to WiFi using app for radar detectors internal WiFi setup is a complete fail! Purchased a year subscription and a monthly subscription and got fail with the app stating my subscription is expired right after I purchased them. Have reset the phone and app and alll I get is the same results for this issue! Fix it soon or I’m going else where! This pains me. Buyer beware!

Good, not perfect. The good: -Great integration with radar. You can adjust all your settings easily and instantly in app. -helps notify you of what others have detected and helps you notify others of what you have detected -lets you look back at your history of alerts, and shows a map with nearby hazards The bad: -Never turns off! It will leave the gps on and drain your phone battery until you kill the app! Will also continue to notify you of nearby threats even when your radar is off, you’re out of the car, and in your house. -When you get an alert, the convenient “police spotted” button doesn’t actually work. You have to manually report it with the button in the lower left -No bug reporting! I wrote this review because there was no other way to report the bugs above. This means that improvements to the app will be slow, if ever.

Not so happy. Overall my experience with my Max3 has been pretty positive, but lately I’ve been experiencing some issues with either the unit or the app, I noticed that the GPS is off by a lot, for instance if I’m in a speed zone of 40 MPH the unit and app will display the speed limit being 64MPH, when in a 45MPH zone the unit/app will display the limit is 72MPH and when in a 50MPH zone the unit/app will display the limit as 80MPH! Kind of unsettling, I have updated the unit and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no change! After spending nearly $400 for the unit I’m becoming very disappointed in the purchase, and unfortunately I’m outside my return window! Is there a fix for this??? Or am I stuck with the unit lying to me?

Love the app and service, but .... As it turns out, my subscription expired and the update doesn’t seem to let me renew. Tapping “Subscribe” offers me the same blank stare as my 13 year old when asked to clean his room. I see a lot of new features in the update that are similar to those presently in Waze. I’d really rather just see some kind of integration. Particularly since I either have to choose dueling notifications, or selectively enable/disable notifications from one or the other.

Saved me to many times to count.. I’m currently on my 2 nd Escort product since 2010. The Passport IQ was my first and it lasted for years and it never failed me. Once they quit making, or repairing the IQ I got the 360 max. I’m currently around 235,000 in my current vehicle and I drive it like it’s the last lap at Daytona. Other than one of the arrows quit working and the letters wears off the buttons the device still performs like it did when I got it. I still use the Esort Live app and I still 100% satisfied. Hopefully I’ll be able to get another one soon.

Good device app ok. This app’s real competition is Waze. The disadvantage of this app is that it requires the user to have an Escort radar detector and pay a subscription fee. This limits the number of users. Also, it is not enabled for AppleCarPlay. Waze is free, has more users and is CarPlay compatible. The advantage of this app is that if another user’s detector finds a Ka band radar, you will be alerted that there is active radar (or laser) ahead. This is a great warning for both instant on and moving patrol cars. Waze can’t do this. I use Waze on my AppleCarPlay and have Escort Live on for audio warnings. If Escort Live gets more users and CarPlay support, it would be a real winner.

Some Improvement. The new Escort Live App has improved on the Map side of the app. however the Dashboard definitely took a step backward, when i get alerts now you can barely see them I have to put on my glasses to see the type of alert, with the old dashboard it popped up front and center and very easy to read, same with the speed very hard to read with the improved app. if you want to improve this app bring back the old Dashboard and leave the map side alone...or at the very least make the alerts and speed large enough to read at a glance... Wayne

Escort app. This app is a great app that really works with your radar and completely helps make last minute changes to your driving to make sure the road ahead is safe, and gives you road conditions by other drivers that have passed before you and many other features, you have to use it for todays driving.

Can’t count how many times it has saved me. Escort has paid for itself many times over. Yes, the price is on the high side, but you get what you pay for. If you’re looking to spend $100 on a radar detector, then be prepared for so many false positives that you’ll ignore the real alert and wind up with a ticket. I know, I’ve been there. When my husband bought me the top of the line Escort two Christmas’ ago, I wanted to kill him because of how much he spent. Then, I wasn’t paying attention, listening to my music, and the Escort yelled at me. Holy crap, I was exceeding the speed limit by more than a little bit! I hit my brakes, brought my speed down and cruised by the police officer without so much as a glance my direction. Estimated savings: $350 plus time and effort not including insurance adjustments. Okay, I didn’t want to kill my husband anymore. Then, it happened again, and again, and again. Have I gotten a ticket since owning my escort? Yes, but only because I didn’t have my escort with me.

Don’t bother. You have to leave the app open in your phone to connect your radar to the live app, even if Bluetooth is on. I’ve had my radar for 2 months and the Escort Max 360c is at a premier price point to offer wifi connectivity to your vehicle. Well I have a new 2020 Silverado with 4G LTE wifi and it will connect for 5 seconds and say it cannot connect. I’ve tried almost daily and it never connects. I’ve tried emailing support and have never received an email back. I tried calling during the posted business hours and the phone recording says they’re closed. Save your money, buy the cheaper model radars.

Redline360C owner. pretty disappointed in the activation of wifi and directions you provide, in the owners manual and application. I have even watched a dozen You Tube Videos on the subject to try and figure out this problem. May have to just use Defender alone? Apple says iphone 12 and newer default to 5ghz not 2.4 and this is a problem with most Escort models that only work on 2.4?

Would be a greater app IF. Escort if you were to add navigation to the app. I think it would be the greatest app out there. Currently while traveling I have to have two apps running to have navigation. I would like to see navigation and speed traps on same screen. If you make this possible I think people would really be satisfied Does has its bugs to it but I think escort can fix Thanks for reading

Redesigned app forgot the most important feature. The newly redesigned app is a visual treat, if three years overdue. But the UX team lost sight of the most important aspect of this app: alerts. The old app visually blasted the alert on the screen, and showed the frequency of RADAR in large enough type to allow the driver to instantly decide if it was a threat or not. The new app displays the frequency in such small type that you have to look very carefully to read it, costing reaction time, and creating too long a distraction for the driver. Huge miss. If I had the ability, I would roll back to the old app.

Escort Live better than Drive Smarter. Escort Live is better than Drive Smarter. Four stars for Escort Live because the hot spot WiFi is not reliable on either app. Three stars for Drive Smarter because hot spot WiFi and Bluetooth are both not reliable plus Drive Smart map cannot be changed from North on top to direction the vehicle is driving, as seen on Escort Live, Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze and every other app.

Amazing app. Could not live without it.. I love being able to find alerts for police, radar etc even before my detector could possibly pick it up. I feel part of a family all reporting issues. The graphics on the map are fine, but the graphics on the dashboard are terrible. Too small to be of any use. I like the new report button as that is much nicer now. However the requirement to hit it a 3rd time to add moving or stationary for seeing police is a distraction for yet another few seconds. Sad for an app that claims it not a driving hindrance.

Released before it was ready. I have a redline and used the prior app for years, exclusively for my motorcycle. It connected to my Bluetooth headset in my helmet. The new app doesn’t work properly. It looks great. That’s it. The voice and radar alerts don’t connect to other Bluetooth devices like it used to. Sometimes it works. I can’t figure out why, it’s likely a conflict in the connectivity that is resolved based on the order in which things are connected. But I couldn’t get it to work reliably or consistently. This is a major flaw. If I could I’d go back to the last generation software. Without Bluetooth connectivity the radar is useless. It’s just a pretty application on your phone.

At least it’s better than button only. The app seems functional and certainly allows for user control that the R7 I previously purchased and returned after a few weeks of irritation and false alerts. Buying the Escort 360C Max was no small expense. I’m unclear if the regular 360 was able to be accessed with a phone, for essential adjustment of the features. If the phone control was what the added $200 than I guess it’s essential. But the mapping portion of the package is in my opinion pretty worthless. Waze is free and gives a valuable police marking function as well as other alerts. This means tens of thousands of users are working together for a common cause. The hundreds of (probably dozens at best) Escort users in my city (Madison, WI.) means essentially no one is offering anything in real-time or worth. The full screen speedometer feature is just another distraction from the road. If all I bought for the extra money was the map and speedo screen, I’d say I was hosed. I’m definitely certain the subscription I paid for a 3yr period (the notification I see on my unit is for precisely one year from date of purchase) better update annually thru 2023 or I’ll certainly find another vendor in the future if I decide to upgrade in the future.

Subscription??. I’m trying to renew my subscription for the year in the app it’s self and when I click the blue “subscribe” button it will not do anything… like the subscribe button does not work for some reason.. I have closed the app out and reopened it and even tried clicking on the 4.99 a month fee to see if it worked and the blue button is still not working. What can I do to get around this to renew my subscription??? Help me please

Harbage. Waste of Money

App alerts on Bluetooth suck. The voice alert on Bluetooth is terrible, it’s so quiet and you can’t adjust the volume, I don’t want this to whisper at me, I want it to yell about Radar alerts, have complained directly to escort but they do not care, they already have the money for the unit and the app means nothing to them

To hard. To hard to understand the bands and keeps prompting caution for no reason

Alert during Bluetooth mode is rubbish. This app would be perfect if the alert during Bluetooth mode was adjustable. Using a softly spoken alert that only speaks once is a terrible idea. We need to be able to adjust the volume of the alert. Give the use the option to change it to an alarm noise and not just once. When it has detected something I want to know.

App. It would be great if the app would work with Apple car play.

Pm. Can’t register.

Very buggy, very basic app. Much room for improvement. Very buggy, very basic app. Much room for improvement.

Needs Apple Play. Needs Apple Pay

Newest update sucks for Canadians. Now it no longer shows the Canadian speed limit KPH on phone, it shows it in MPH. But shows Canadian speed limit KPH on radar display. It’s not auto posting when I get hit by KA or laser. On my iPhone XS Max the arrow doesn’t show up on my phone it’s off display. Great when the app updates it forgot my username and password which I haven’t entered for over 1.5 years. So took me two days to figure out what the user name and password. The app also forgot my radar detector, so I also had to re-pair my radar to my phone. The bar at the bottoms of the screen does nothing but over up the map. What’s the point of the ignore function if 1-2S later it repeats the same report. Would be nice if I ignored it if it ignore it for 1-2min. Also would be nice if it was easier to forget red light/speed cameras. I have one that has been removed for 3-4 years as they built an overpass where it used to be. Also in Canada we have mobile speed cameras so it be nice if you posed it and it would disappear after 2-3 hours as they don’t stay for that long. As of February 2020, I no longer see posted speed limits through the app?!?

Not worth the download. Open the register window can type name email address but can not enter password. Turns yellow displays STRONG PASSWORD. APP IS CRAP

Can’t log in. Registered online, can’t even login on the app! Brutal!

Doesn’t work. Bluetooth Never worked from the start. It does not remember device GT1. Always have to forget device and restart the process all over every time I use it. Beltronics is not designed very well.

Garbage. Needs more users glitches with standard and metric wish I could adjust colours bolder text preferred on old app .more options and info on this one.

Horrible App. Will connect to Bluetooth on initial use and every time after you need to reboot iPhone in order for it to pair. Worst app I've ever seen.

Live is not displaying the post speed.. What do you need to do to get the app to run properly.

Several bugs. Speed limit incorrect, won’t change to km and gives over speed based on the mph number when driving in KM, and it will not play the sounds, k band alert etc out of the phone- only the detector speaker (not like the old version) needs the bugs fixed

3mos. Free subscription. After about 2weeks of free subscription for buying a new max360 I was informed my subscription had expired! Not impressed so far!

Radar escort max 3. Speed limit is not accurate display on radar Waste my money

App doesn’t Work at All. Unusable. Been getting random errors trying to register for over a week. This app just doesnt work.

Car play. Old app worked with my sti magnum and now I can’t get it to work with new app: I have subscribed to 2022. Support said too bad. Upgrade. Well I might just do that and buy a Uniden and run Wase app Thanks for nothing

Decent. Would gladly give 5 stars if it was CarPlay compatible.

Escort Live Rocks. Thank You Escort, there’s Nothing better on the Road Technology: )

Can’t login. I can’t even login without an activation link but there is no activation link to click on and no instructions how to get one. This is very annoying.

No posted speed limit. Since update no PSL.

Live doesn’t work on newest update. Don’t bother downloading live notification and posted speed limit doesn’t work on this update. Expensive subscription and zero support.

Red line Escort. Apps great but speed symbol on main screen top left stays at mph and can’t be changed to Kmh

Bluetooth connection. I have to pair and unpair the detector every time I want to connect it

Abandoned. This app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. So it’s been abandoned by the developer.

Not as great as they make it seem. The idea of this app is good but doesn’t follow through. Glad I only purchased 1 month, this app is no good in Alberta or the Edmonton area. I find the app tells you about a speed/red light camera 500 meters which is a set of lights too soon.(250 meters is far enough) There is not enough live reports or people using this app in Edmonton to be useful. Also find it doesn’t pick up the alerts you put in either. Definitely hit & miss. Too bad cause would be awesome to use, just very disappointing!

Always -1 or -2 KMs on the posted speed limit!😡. I have always noticed everytime I go to highways, my radar speed limit always says 99 KMs instead of 100 KMs posted speed limit and 78 KMs instead of posted 80 KMs speed limit. All the urban/community areas just doesn’t give a speed limit, it only says “- -“. Can you update all these bug issues?! It’s really annoying that we spent $$$$ of money and not having a top service!😡

Posted speed limit. Ever since the last update the detector does not display the posted speed limit

Almost great. Needs CarPlay compatible. Speeds incorrect. Love the radar but app needs bug fixes

Terrible app. How can something you pay for be so terrible. Speed limits are out by 1 to 2 km. When some reports a speed trap they stay on for months on end so your constantly having to check the app while driving to see how long ago the speed trap was reported. Google will tell me where the photo radar trucks are every morning in my city and this app won’t ( I don’t pay for google). Don’t waste your money this app is terrible. I wish I would have known this when i bought the detector, I would have bought a detector that had a decent app. Terrible performance from such a trusted name. Escort should be embarrassed.

Need a app update. Escort why will you not update the app you have a solid base just need to work the bugs out every negative comment on here is correct I only have the app for easy radar adjustments it is sad that you do not care enough to address the issues Calgary canada 🇨🇦

Created Account Now Failure. Created two accounts, and when I try to login with the other of them to the app I get a failure to login!!

App keeps crashing. Won’t even let me register on the app. It keeps crashing as I register.

Bad. No support from the support team

I use it in all my cars ... but it needs to work in carplay. it nice that it reports who is ot there.. I used it with my 360 Max integrationed solution... But it really needs to be able to show up on car play sp that ypo can control it through your car entertainment system --- make it easier to dismiss alarms.

App does not work properly. In the latest round of update the app has become more stable. But some of the functionality of the app has stopped working. Speed limits are no longer showing in the app or on my device. The amount of false alarms for “mobile cameras” is getting ridiculous, a mobile camera won’t typically be in place for 6 weeks. They should be reset after 24 hours. Permanent cameras are being overridden with mobile cameras. There is no ability to remove a mobile camera when it is not there. The app allows you to say that it is no longer there. But it is still there the next time you go through the area. For a paid app it is not worth the money at this point. It was so much better a few years back.

Useless. This app is useless the setting don’t work I had to go the actual unit to change anything. The cost for subscription , it’s to much for what you get. They should automatically give you a year so you can see if worth it. I just delete the app because it just wasted space

Not displaying the posted speed limit since last update.. Please fix ASAP.

App. Why have a escort radar detector if the escort live app don’t work. Really escort

Errors. Indicates speed limits both incorrectly and when changed to metric, which all Canada is, displays speed limits in imperial MPH with speed in KPH. Speed limits are not updated and incorrect for roads that have been posted the same for years. A radar detector in this new environment is only as good as the software... I would not recommend Escort to anyone.

Speed Limit. Speed limit is incorrect. Needs fixing

App crashes. App crashes when trying to register

Escort is not a software development company. The current version has bugs.

Escort Live not compatible with carplay. I typically put my phone away when driving and use Apple carplay to access apps in a safer and more integrated fashion. Why can't Escort provide this functionality with their app? Is it a lack of desire or is there a technical reason for this? Regardless, this gap makes it very difficult to use Escort Live as intended.

Marked locations. It sucks you can’t even delete marked locations

Still doesn’t work properly. Doesn’t post speed limits in Canada properly. Indicates 1— instead of 100 or 110kph. C’mon Escort, get your act together.

Bluetooth. iPhone XR having a hard time connecting device through Bluetooth

No Apple Car Play. Needs compatibility with Apple Car Play. Otherwise a solid app.

Détection radar laser. J’ai été arrêté après avoir été flashé par radar mobile au laser d’une voiture de police qui était en bordure de l’autoroute 132 à Proximité de Varennes… Mon escort 360 n’a rien détecté!!!

Poor. Under “Radar Settings”, Units give two options, English and Metric. Major blunder!! Metric IS English! This should be corrected to “Imperial”.

Redline EX Best of the Best !!. # 1, all the way. Best of the best !!

Escort Live Radar app. The Escort Live Radar app is awesome awesome awesome awesome awesome awesome

Needs work, it a good start. Why can’t this be Apple CarPlay compatible? That would be extremely useful! The app used to let me change band settings on the unit, but that has lately changed. Trying to turn off the detectors ability to not detect POP, but it won’t open band settings. All in all, it’s not horrible, but I need to be able to access band settings

Keeps updating!. For some reason the updates are not taking or something is wrong with my detector. When I start it in the morning it updates and by the time I get back home within an hour it updates again. It does this multiple times each day and I know they aren’t putting out that many updates.

App update. App was great before the redesign. Now it’s just ok. The major flaw is now it takes forever to connect to my device. I have to close the app multiple times before it would connect to my device. Once my device is connected, it works fine. The only other issue I have is that once the app is running, a blue header bar pops up on the screen once you move to a different app/screen. This becomes annoying when on the internet and are unable to scroll up quick to the top of the page.

Awesome Technology. I was skeptical, thought the price was too high. After 7 days I can say I am thoroughly impressed with the technology, the interface and the app! I drive everyday about 60k year for my sales job. This is such an awesome tech that makes everyday more enjoyable and safe.

Profit First. I have spent over $2000 for 5 Escort Detectors in the last 8 years and now I’m been told that I have to spend $50 a year to use all the options on these radars. This is like buying a car and being told that you must pay $50 a year to use the power windows. I was told to Escort Firmware version 1.15 to get posted speed limit on my Max 360c. The most it would update to is 1.14. This will be my last Escort Detector. This company is more interested in profit than taking care of loyal customers.

Max 360c. Do not care for updated app. Do not like dark/black background. The numbers are to small to see. Cannot chose color of display from the bottom of screen as before. Does not automatically connect to WiFi like before. I do not get the overspend audio warning as before. Glad the choices for over speed now includes a 5 mph choice. I would prefer the old app with a choice of 5 over speed limit warning.

App worked great....for a few months. At the start I was really impressed with the information provided by the app. I downloaded this app around Nov 2019. About a month ago it stopped marking police location and this weekend every time I open the app it almost immediately crashes/closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still does not work. The app and Bluetooth capability was the VERY reason I got this model. Not impressed.

Terribly disappointing. The old app connected, I should say ‘recognized’ my detector about 1 in 15 attempts to connect. Even when it did connect to Bluetooth the app still had no clue I have a detector. The new one isn’t much better, however, the biggest step backward is the ability to lock out nuisance signals. When will this be added and when will you do something serious about connectivity? I’ve had Escort detectors for 15 years and really hope you can get this to work!

Excellent idea, needs updates. The concept is excellent, and yes I use this app every day when I drive. However it needs several bug fixes and improvements. As a companion to a $700/$800 radar detector it should be much better. Escort App Developers: - Please add CarPlay Support! - Please fix the intermittent crashing and continuous disconnects/ reconnects (worst with my older smartcord live) - Please fix the display glitches when in landscape/sideways or upsidown mode - Please fix voice alerts which play even for locked out radar hits - Please add more display layout options or the ability to move buttons around the screen for ease of use in different car mounts/locations - Look into automated reporting/syncing with waze, google maps, and Apple Maps speed check/police reporting. Thanks!

Bad system. If your radar detector has any problem with the app you will not be able to get any help I have 3 years paid on the app and after the first year it tells me I have to pay again so even though I’m paid up for two more years I can not use the system and can get no help on how to fix it I have been trying to get help for almost 6 months and have not yet been able to get anybody to help with this issue. The bad thing is my paid time is running and I can not use it.

Great idea, poor execution.. I love the idea of having a shared group police spotting network while driving. However this app must have been developed in 2010. It functions poorly, the map is outdated, speed limits are hardly consistent, non “main” roads don’t register, and it is just overall glitchy. I hope it is updated in the near future, I think such a premium brand like Escort could put at least a fraction of their earning towards making this app functional.

Speed limit display. I like the app, however I’d like to have the ability to zoom in on the map, and an easier way to set up a destination. Recently the speed limit displayed is off by weird increments. During a 65mph limit it shows 105mph limit, on 50mph it should 88mph, in 40mph zones it shows 64mph? What’s up with that?

Accuracy??. I’m sick of the inaccurate audio warnings . Some of the freeways I drive have no speed cameras yet the app gives a warning every 5 minutes sometimes. I dutifully tap the not here button but they always come back. It certainly could be others being inaccurate but can’t look this stuff over once in a while.? Of course I could always not use the app but then my 360 has no speed limit information.

The app needs to be updated.. I’ve been a loyal escort fan and customer for at least 10 years and the only negative to the whole system was the app. The UI was very buggy and the connection to the detector was like playing Russian roulette. The app continues to be a hurdle for the system. It still doesn’t connect consistently and there seem to be better apps for this application. I really was impressed and happy with the latest update/refresh and it is in dire need of another one.

Apple car play. How can you have an app that is completely devoted to driving and driving safely and not have it interface with Apple CarPlay which has the exact same purpose driving and driving safely. Hence the name CarPlay. I suspect not many users have CarPlay coupled with your radar detector in their living room . you guys have work to do. Your response was to communicate with Apple. I did just got off the phone with Apple and was told the developers of the app need to add whatever coding is necessary for Apple CarPlay. They say it’s your baby. But we knew that didn’t we. Don’t pass the Buck, Get on the stick And do what’s right

Out with the new in with the old. Old was better. The new version is much harder to see given the black background and how the speed turns red when you are going over the limit. Really loved the other version better as it was much easier to see your speed and alert strength/frequency with the brighter background.

Make it perfect change some things up in the app. Plz update the app the store option glitches out and you guys should note the meaning for all these different types of reading the radar does please make a change something

Crashes — app won’t function. I just downloaded it and tried to create an account, but the app crashes after I enter my information. I can’t get past the sign-up screen, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to create an app account through the website in order to circumvent the faulty sign-up function within the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling. I’ve tried powering down and back up. I’m stuck — can’t use the app.

Speed limit bouncing. After reading the most recent reviews, I’m glad to see that I’m not the only one with this problem. Over the past two weeks or so, the speed limit reading in the app (and by extension, on the detector) is nowhere near correct and it bounces around as you’re driving down the road. 69 mph, 97 mph, 56 mph all within about 15 seconds. This is an unacceptable problem to have for 2 weeks in a paid subscription service where speed limit display is one of the key features. Fix the app!

Escort Max 360 / New Escort Live App. I been using escort app for sometime now and I am happy with the new updates. But there are still issues which requires fix. Not sure if this is something with the device itself. The speed limit sync between the device and app is not correct. Example: Car speed limit 70 mph. Max 360 speed shows 71 mph and app shows 72 mph Another issue - When driving through the school zones where there is a flashing light to reduce the speed at 25 mph or less neither radar or app shows the dropping speed sign or warning or notifications. It’s display the same sign which is posted on the road i.e 35 mph. These are 2 major issues so far I have seen. I am also happy that you have made major updates to the escort live app. If the developer can look into this will be great 👍🏻.

Escort Radar Detector. Loved, loved, loved my Escort when the subscription was working. Since it’s expired now, my detector doesn’t work & I'm finding it difficult to reach the company to renew or set up an auto pay. Wonderful piece of equipment, but I’m hoping customer service will reach out & assist me to get it back working again. Thanks!

Very impressive. This is my second Escort radar detector. My 9500IX lasted 7 years in the Texas hot sun on my windshield and finally the plastic just got brittle and the screws wouldn’t hold it together anymore. Not complaining it saved my bacon many times over. Super impressed with the new Max360C and love the app, really easy to use and full of options with great information.

Escort App. The app itself works well, but the big issue I have is Bluetooth connectivity. Almost every time I start my vehicle I have to go into my settings, go to Bluetooth, select my Max360, go back to the EscortRadar app and then select the Max360. On rare occasions it connects by itself. I have an Escort iX in my other vehicle that seems to do much better. I know it’s not my iPhone because the Bluetooth always connects to my radio for phone use without any prompting.

Good App, Where is CarPlay Capability. I recently purchased a Max 3, great detector and the Escort Live app is well designed. For the app to be truly interactive within the Escort Community requires user inputs while driving… why isn’t this already CarPlay compatible? This app would be stellar and safe to use while driving with CarPlay capability. I’ve read elsewhere from Escort back in 2019, they we’re working on CarPlay capability, what’s the holdup???

Escort Live and Redline 360c - a perfect match!. The Escort Live app is great on its own, but when paired with the Redline 360c it’s outstanding! The features work well and provide a great app. However, when paired with a connected Escort radar detector it really shines! There’s no substitute for the convenience it provides especially when programming or changing the settings on your radar detector.

National Updates. Why don’t you offer customers the choice of retaining their settings when you (corporate) decide to make global changes? You did one six weeks ago and I lost all my settings. To fix your creation of a problem, I can no longer fix it from my desktop (why reduce my choices for ease of use?) , I must use your app on my smartphone in my car! Also, why not just give customers a choice when you launch your Escort Max 360c global updates. E. G. “ Retain previous settings?” And “Return to default settings (which is the only choice now)? Paul

Glitchy. The app works great. I’ve had it for about 6 months and i’ve never had any issues with it up until now. Whenever I try to connect my radar, it glitches out, shuts out the app, and won’t connect to bluetooth. It’s not a huge deal but I have a lifted truck and my speedo is off. That said, I know it is not 100% accurate but I use the speedo on my radar detector to make sure i’m not speeding too much.

App works much better than before update, but the dashboard is too dark!. I’m using this app with a Redline on my motorcycle. The app functions and connects to my Smart cord Live much better than the previous version, but the dashboard is way too dark for daytime use. The previous version’s dashboard was legible in sunlight but the new one is not. If you could update the app with light/dark/high contrast dashboard options this app would get 5 stars from me!

Stay Away. I found this app and the subscription to be absolutely worthless. I could not tell that there was ever any reported locations on the app, especially compared to other services. When I decided to cancel the subscription I spent over a month trying to reach someone at escort but their message would always say that they were overloaded with calls and could not take a call at this time. That is ridiculous customer service. I could not recommend this app for any reason

Bluetooth issues. I struggle to get a Bluetooth connection. When it finally connected, things seemed to work fine….except…..the speeds are way off. I almost got a ticket thinking I was driving the speed limit when I was actually 10 over because I was relying on accurate speed data from Escort. The app is also very jumpy in map mode. It would be great if Escort would allow third-party app integration.

Buggy at best. The product has a lot of potential. But after spending 4K+ on a full escort ci 360 - and even paying for the subscription I apparently did not need, the app continues to fail. It tells me I don’t have a subscription most times (even while providing me premium features and being connected to my detector), the map glitches and now I am not getting any premium features. It’s all over the place. And after reaching out for support multiple times, I get crickets. It’s a mess…hoping to see updates or changes to see the apps full potential.

Buggy. Its a great app if it would stay open, randomly would just close out.... over and over.... sometimes it would stay open for a minute or two before it shuts me out

Connection issue!. I am constantly having connection issues. I have an iPhone 14, so it isn’t a phone issue because it did the same thing with my 13. I always have the app open on my phone and it will either not connect at all or the radar detector itself will be stuck with the Bluetooth symbol as if it’s trying to connect. I have even tried using the delayed connection option and I still have the same issue. I’m not happy with this radar at all.

Love app... need Bluetooth update. App is great... only issue I have is once connected to my iPhone 12, I go in a store.... then get back in car and it won’t reconnect. You have to forget the decides in the app and in settings on iPhone... then reconnect and it works... really just a pain... but an update would be amazing.

Extreme issues. Bug fixes here when I buy subscription and update through website link it still doesn’t update and says my subscription expired bought subscription through app with Apple Pay won’t allow you to buy one year only one month and still says subscription is expired when you open the app major issue needs to be fixed immediately before customers are lost

Would give less than 1 if I could…. I have the top of the line radar detector hardwired into my CLS so according to the app, the Premium should be free. NOT. So reluctantly spent $50 to purchase it only to have it say “purchase successful” and five minutes later… it tells me it’s expired and I need to purchase it. Righttttt. Oh and calling Escort for help? That is a freaking joke. Never get an answer. My calls are disconnected because everyone there is so busy with other customers. I’ve never experienced such lousy service. Dontget the app unless you just keep wanting to buy it….

In-app settings don’t stick. Escort Live app Issues (Using Escort MAXII) Voice Off, but still receiving voice alerts Voice (over BT) would be OK, but it doesn’t respect GPS stored false alerts (radar detector itself DOES respect these stored alerts) As a result, I am constantly hearing the same K-band voice alerts at numerous places, always the same, on my drive to work every day. Some in-app settings revert to default every time I use the radar detector / Escort Live app: Red Light Camera alert - I turn it off and it is always back on next time I get in the car. Over speed limit alert regularly resets to default when I disable it. Am I missing something? Why is the app not retaining my settings? I am running the most updated version, v3.1.0, running iOS 12.4.

Tells wrong speed limit. $400 for a radar and the app tells me the speed limit is 105mph or 89mph…. Like really, the amount of money spent and this is the experience I get…looks like I’ll return and keep my 8 year old device. Great job complicating things by involving an app with paying features for users to have that don’t even work properly. Your app does not give me the option to set a trip and doesn’t have any info on how to use the app. This is one of the most unprofessional apps I’ve ever used and it’s crap you charge for it.

Update really messed this app up. I’m glad I had this app and my radar detector before this last update. It worked well and was a useful addition to the Max 360 radar detector I purchased last year. Now the app displays ridiculous speeds like 94 mph on a 30 mph residential street. The radar still works and detects but the feature of displaying posted speeds is broken like many others have said in there reviews. I have it 2 stars causes it used to work.

Getting better. I have to say the recent update has really improved this app now it just needs to be free and then more people will use it and it will be even better I got a year subscription but i don’t want to pay 50 dollars a year and I’m afraid I’m not the only one

Needs refinement. I’ve had this app for a long time now (4 years) it’s gotten better except the buttons for sighting police is hard to get to while driving it should be more or less in my face where I can press it quickly so I don’t have to go through a menu while driving. You guys should also keep in mind that the map mode is very useful and should have more functionality to it. Besides that I love this app I wish to see it grow.

App Crashes, worthless. This App is unfortunately worthless as it constantly crashes if you attempt to use any of its radar-specific features. What’s further disappointing is being told by customer service that they had never heard of this issue only to see that a number of other recent reviews detail the same exact problem. After reading the accounts of others it’s interesting to see that there are rarely updates so I’m left with no other option than to return the main product that provided me access to this app.

Needs major Inprovements. I have had 2 escort radar detectors and the devices work great!!!! However, the app has not been updated in a year. Currently I have 4 bars on my phone and the app open but the app will not show the speed limit of the road I am driving in even though it will show my current position on its map. This is an ongoing issue. You can write the customer support and NOBODY will reply. Please update your app regularly!!!!

Fantastic product. The max 360has save me so much money over the last several years. Thank you so much for such a fine product. I highly recommend this to anybody that drives on the highway or in the city. Are use it regularly, I don’t even leave the driveway until it’s turned on.

Miles per hour is not tracking correctly. Is there a fix to track MPH accurately on the phone. The phone app is always 5 MPH faster than the actual speed of the car. Everything else works great but the inaccurate tracking of MPH is very frustrating. Please help!

Good but app creators never used the app. App works fine but every time you get in the car you have to reopen the app in order to get the speed limit to display on the detector screen. If they used the app day after day they would have gotten timed of this. Probably written by a millennial who does even have a car to drive.

Wow what a difference!. Just got the new version of Escort Live. I have using the app for the past 3 years and have been pretty satisfied with the info I received especially on out of town trips. However after 1 drive with the new app from my regular commute I am hooked on the amount of great information I am getting as I drive. Can’t wait to take it on a trip.

New Dashboard is Horrible. I use this on my motorcycle and they have made the new dashboard so small it is to hard to see on my motorcycle. I bought it because it had the big speed display because my motorcycle has the speed on the tank and I don’t like looking down when driving and with this new dashboard I can’t see it when on my bike....very disappointed. Also it would be nice if the map side of the app actually had the ability to plot a course instead of just a map.

Excellent w/Redline 360C/Max360C. This works well with my RL360C and Max 360C. Very well worth the money, the alerts that come out on Escort Live are great....as far as connecting...I don’t believe I’ve had issues with connecting RD to app on either vehicle and hopefully I won’t. RL360C supposedly was a noisy RD but it really isn’t....KA band is segmented...Max 360C is fine just the way it is.

Very very junk service. Very junk service! I was fined by the police for failing this device. I have contacted the manufacturer countless times. As a result, the manufacturer was indifferent. Anyway, money has been earned. They do not need to pay the fine. They often update the system during the day when you need to drive out. And requires a phone model. When selling products, it will not tell you that you need to update your phone. But the fact is that my apple se is completely unusable. In order to use this device I need to buy another new phone. Do you work with Apple to sell mobile phones?

App needs an update. It was working well a couple of weeks ago but recently the speed limit on highways/ streets have been way off (69mph on a 35 and 108mph on a 65mph). Anyways I found a way to fix this problem and it’s by connecting your radar to your personal hot spot. Hopefully this helps out anyone who’s have the same problem.
