Fitness Buddy+ Train At Home Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

App Size. Only issue is that the app size can grow quite large. Everything seems to be synced to your account so I’m wondering what is taking up so much space. I simply deleted and reinstalled and all my workouts and logs were still there. I’m guessing the initial logs are created locally but if the app is automatically syncing to the account, why isn’t it optimized like all other apps to get rid of the redundant data after so much time to free up space?

Pretty good but some features are hard to access. This is a great tool to track weight lifting progress but does anyone know how to edit a body weight goal? I've clicked through every link, and I can't find it. The interface is improved with the most recent update, but it is still a bit clunky. It's not super easy to create and save your own workouts and exercises either.

This is a must get for beginners. I downloaded this in high school when i first started to work out and i continue to use this app as a reference. I can thank the creators of this app for all of my girlfriends and hot babes i get! Admittedly, I don’t use the extras they include in the app i just check for the proper movement in each exercise. Still a 5⭐️ App

Crashing App!. This is a fantastic app that I depend on, but it is crashing every time I try to load a workout in the “Discover” section, “Body Specific.” I have already deleted then reloaded the app, but the app still just disappeared from the screen without loading the workout. This is on an iPhone X.

Good app but not perfect. Ive used this app JEFIT and Nike Training Club. NTC’s interface is superior to Fitness Buddy but the workouts and plans in Fitness Buddy are better. JEFIT is just not good at all. Some gripes I have are that once you start a workout through a plan its on a timer. If you take longer than the timer allows you cant swipe back to go to the exercise you were doing. The interface for the workouts from a plan are for some reason different than the workouts available for you to do on your own. Im sure theres logic behind this but you should have the ability to choose the interface you want. The workouts as part of the plan are also very long. The app says they should take 40 minutes but thats not possible on my plan which has at least ten exercises with 4 sets and a minute break in between each set.

Stole my money. I had an issue with premium subscription. I was no longer able to use features that i had paid for. I had contacted tech support and after a few emails back and forth a solution was found. They restored my subscription and all is well. Problems happen and it is how the problem is dealt with that makes a good review worthy. Thank you to K.D. for ironing things out for me!!

this app is a con and a waste of money.. waste of money. suckered me into paying 30$ to get the lower body workouts and let me tell you this app is dumb af. the workouts are randomly generated and make no sense. they dont give you an overview of what the plan is or anything. its just random exercises that pop up with little videos. no way to look at the entirety of the workout before you start. makes gathering necessary equipment difficult. this whole app is a con to get you to pay for it before you actually use it. my advice don’t bother, but if you wanna see what its about DO NOT PAY A CENT BEFORE YOU TRY A FEW WORKOUTS. they are reallly worthless.

Developers need to stop updating. I’ve been using this app for about 6 years now. I Used to recommend this to all of my friends who were trying to get into working out or looking for a good tracking app. However, overtime this app has progressively gotten less user friendly and less efficient which has caused me to back track on any of my recommendations. Aside from occasional crashing, the issues I’d like to point out most are as follows: - Exercises are no longer in alphabetical order on the exercise list. I get that I can type it in, but this shouldn’t even be an issue in the first place. -Workout description fields don’t save what you enter -Custom workouts appear as “Unknown” - Even after paying, my workout is often interrupted by ads for premium membership, as well as “premium” exercises locking out on me. - When I start my workout, the exercise types aren’t specified anymore. For instance, “Barbell benchpress, Incline” just shows up as “Barbell benchpress” Many of these are small but it’s just more to pile on top of the years worth of terrible updates ripping this app apart. My complaints about those updates have been mentioned by others in plenty of negative reviews this app has received. Strange how the app I paid $0.99 for back in 2013 was vastly better than this dumpster fire that by now should be making the money to actually improve.

Great when functioning properly.. With the exception of the constant subscription nagging (which I don’t need), I love Fitness Buddy when it’s working properly. Can’t view exercise examples during a custom workout for the last two versions. Seems to me like that fix should be a priority instead of making sure the nag screens work properly.

Great all-around app. Great app. Highly recommend. 3.5/5 stars I love how it gathers all of my health/workout info from other apps (Apple Health, Nike Run, etc). However, I wish there was a better landing/opening page. I wish there were a better day at a glance/food page rather than workouts. (Because not all of our days revolve around researching gym workouts). I don’t understand, and don’t like the meal plans. It only shows one recipe for B/L/D, so it’s not fully encompassing of what one should eat for the day. Additionally, I think some menus are cumbersome (going back to the landing page issue); It’s also hard to program your own personal workout plan, like if you get a workout from another website, you’re not able to create a daily plan, but just have to remember which of your custom workouts youre doing for the day. I also don’t know how to get out of the meal plans, and workout plans that are set in the app. Otherwise I love the app, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Disappointed and Demotivated. I reported bugs many times, but the latest bug has me thinking that I need to stop using this app altogether. First, it was great. However, the first bug was random crashing. The second bug was suddenly not being able to share my workout (which, for me, is a huge part of the motivation to show my supporter how hard I’ve been working). The third bug was crashing AND LOSING any workout data I had during the crash time. The fourth bug, the final straw, was today when IT DIDN’T EVEN TRACK MY WORKOUT!! I spent over an hour and updated my heartbeat (which is the only thing it tracked) after every set. Now, my motivation is very decreased and my calorie count is off. I recommend saving the space and $2 by downloading an app that won’t fail you.

Fix the calorie counter. What happened with the last update? I enter food and it disappears! Meals I eat earlier in the day just vanish or they seem to be hidden somewhere, or today when I put in a new entry it doesn’t log it at all. this aspect of the app is pretty much no longer functional. Please fix it. Fix it now! Thank you

What happened?. This app used to have an offline feature that allowed you to view workout plans if you were not connected to the internet. For those in the service when deployed, there is a good chance there will not be any service or internet connection. That was one of the key features to this app I liked. Also, the fact that before any large updates to this app you paid for the premium version of this app to then have to pay for a premium subscription is annoying.

Apple Watch integration please!!. This app is great! I wanted an app that would “workout” with me and this one does exactly that. I do wish I could integrate all the info with my Apple Watch. Every time I do a workout it doesn’t show up on my Activity app, it doesn’t matter if I integrate the info with the Health app, it just doesn’t show up. I would love this because then I’m able to see if I’m pushing myself hard enough based on my heart rate. I would also be able to pause it or something on the Watch as well. I also wish I could select the equipment I have available in my gym and get a workout based on that. Please add more workouts with medicine balls like wall balls and ball slams. Thanks! P.S. Why do you have different options of this app available (but it seems to be the same one)?

These engineers are terrible. In each new version they remove features and make things less intuitive. In the latest version they made it more difficult to access custom workouts and they now call all exercise variations by the same name in your list. So if you have 3 biceps curl variations, you have to click in to see which is which. Find another app, this engineering team is garbage. If it’s one guy, which is my guess, he’s the worst UX and Tester on earth and is so Arrogant he refuses to have others test his product. If it’s a whole team they need to replace their SDETs.

Poor updates. Specific problems that need to be addressed: * During a workout I can no longer tap on an exercise to see/review how to do it, or access the info on muscles targeted and personal history. This is critical for those of us trying to target (or avoid) certain muscles after an injury. This has been broken on the last two updates. * Need a way to turn off the rest interval/timer alarm feature. I don’t use it, and it’s very annoying to have my phone making random sounds at the gym EVEN THOUGH MY PHONE IS MUTED. In general this app, which I once would have rated four stars, has become more difficult to use since its major UI redesign. It’s bloated with social media connections which, while I’m sure are helpful for some users, I will never use—it would be nice to have a setting to opt out of having to constantly click past them. The app is much harder to use, and extremely non-intuitive. But I will admit the colors are much more attractive since the redesign.

Waste of money no meal plans unless you pay even more!!. It is literally a waste of money. I am a somewhat advanced level trainer and this app is laid out horribly and there are still constant ads to upgrade to premium... I thought paying $4 for the app was the premium?! Ripoff. I’ll stick with the ‘full fitness’ app that is free, doesn’t have ads, and is laid out much better. Luckily I got an iTunes gift card for my b day so it wasn’t my money I wasted. The whole reason I wanted this app was for the meals and you have to pay AGAIN for the meals. False advertising. Wish I could give zero stars.

Complete Fitness Tracking App. This app has everything you need to track your workouts in and out of the gym. It is simply the best, most complete fitness tracking app available. Track your workouts. Track your meals. Track your progress. Find a plan that works for you. This app has it all. Easy to use. Tons of exercises. Meal plans. You name it. I highly recommend this app.

Awesome!. I love this app! I used to do the same exercises over and over during my workouts. With the app, I can easily look up new things to do each workout. The app also has many bodyweight exercises that you can do at home or in a hotel room, which comes in handy especially during a pandemic when you’re stuck at home! I highly recommend this app.

Great App. Love the training plans and meal options as well. I need a little more structure in my plan so this is exactly what I was hoping for to move into the next phase of my training. If I may make a suggestion, I’d like there to be an Apple Watch version of the app so I can upload the session into my watch and I don’t need to keep checking my phone to see what’s next and record stats. Other apps I’ve used have had that feature, although they were not as advanced as Fitness Buddy in other areas.. Keep up the good work!

Recently a real disappointment. The 3 stars represent years of 5 star functionality balanced with the recent 1 star update. I have been a paying subscriber for years and loved this app. The recent update that erased the workout history and ability to see weight/reps in history is the end of this app for me. I’ve switched to another one and will not renew my subscription here again. Nice job chasing a long time user away!

Food log all over the place. Great exercises, so-so recipes with crazy ingredient ratios (i.e. more milk and breadcrumbs in the turkey meatloaf than there is turkey), but what I can’t stand about it is that it doesn’t sync with my apple watch workouts. I suddenly need to change over to their platform and start over. Data cannot be exported. If you are working with a trainer, good luck getting printouts of your meal plan and exercises. They will have to get the app, too. I asked for a subscription refund after four days. No word on whether or not I blew $40.

Buyers beware. I got the app based on a targeted Facebook ad... yep they got me.. read some reviews and saw 4.8 average on the App Store so burned 4 bucks to take a look. Apps laid out pretty nice and simple to use, got pulled into the idea of getting a 12 week “personalized” workout so ended up opting in for the yearly premium subscription. Got my plan and was pretty disappointed. This would probably be ok for the average person who doesn’t workout at all but I would expect, since I selected advanced, that I’d get a better workout regime. Unfortunately this is not the sole reason I’m giving this app a 1 star.. I am rating this app based on there being 0 ways to contact customer support to end a annual renewal that I now have to dispute with my PayPal account. There is nothing in the app or on their website, that I can find, that gives any customer support.

SCAM!!!. To start with I wish I could give this app 0 stars because thats what it deserves!!! I installed this app during the weekend and got the yearly subscription. None of the workouts worked for me on my iPhone. Sometimes app would crash in the middle of the workouts, timing was completely off and the guided instructions sometimes were unrelated to the actual exercise. I contacted the app developer after two days and asked for a refund and they instructed me to request it via Apple. I did so, but no matter what description i put in the apple’s refund request form, I always got an automated message back saying that I don’t qualify for a refund. I contacted the app developer again and explained them that I can’t make Apple’s form to issue me a refund for your broken app and aksed them to step in and give me the money back. Sadly I never heard back from them again. Very bad app with an even worse customer service!!!!

So far, I love the app!. You actually saved me from using another app, more expensive per year and no videos, no recipes, and no plans. Plus you were on several lists of the best fitness apps to use when I couldn't find anything else on the other app. Maybe a suggestion for you and all the other apps: My memory is not that great and I am often thinking of other stuff when I'm exercising alone so I lose count of how many sets I've done. Maybe putting an option to have a tracker in each exercise so I can check ✅ done so I'm doing the right amount each time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ if anyone else has this problem, but the main reason I don't work out 🏋🏻‍♀️ by myself is because I can't remember for the most part, how many reps or sets I've done.

Waste.. I wasted $3 purchasing this app and $30 signing up for the subscription(the sign up made it seem like they were billing me $2.50 monthly but billed me for the entire year). This is a very basic workout app. I have to type in all my own exercises because they do not have the basic exercises in the system, i.e. basic pull-ups, dumbbell lateral raises, upright cable rows, etc. Even the full workouts are very basic and though you inform the app what you are looking to do(build muscle, lose fat, maintain), it does not offer any type of recommendations or plan to assist you.

Money hungry app. I used to like this app before. But now It seems like all they care about is making money off you. The app used to be well structured you used to be able to choose what kind of workout you want whether you wanted to use weights or not. But now it seems like every time you try to open an option to workout you have to pay for it. WHERE ARE THE FREE WORKOUTS THAT I USED TO USE THAT WERE EFFECTIVE FOR ME AND WERE FREE OF CHARGE? This app is sinking because they are too concerned about making money off everyone that downloads the app. I wouldn’t be so mad if I didn’t like his app before but now it’s ridiculous how money hungry they have become. If I had 10 thumbs I would give it ten thumbs down.

Have Used For Years. I love this app. It is exhaustive in the exercises it had in its library. I sometimes use it to find new ideas for working out a specific body part. The only thing I would recommend is that the display of available exercises is sorted by popularity as there are plenty of exercises that are very niche and hardly used by many users I suspect. But great app over all.

A great investment. Your own Personal Trainer.. I used the free version before switching to the paid version. I’ve been using the premium (paid) version of this app for years now. It’s great at the gym, at home, outdoors, and on the road. GREAT FOR PANDEMIC QUARATINING! You can workout ANYWHERE with this app. It makes it hard to give an excuse. The exercises covers all levels of experience and all desired goals. I have found it helpful in keeping my routines constantly changing and interesting. There are also injury-prevention exercises as well as recovering-from-injuries exercises. There are also training regimens to cover a variety of sports. While the free version is a great start, the premium is definitely worth the investment.

Fantastic. This app has it all. It give you workouts for the gym, for at home, for no equipment, for all equipment. It not only has visual instructions for each exercise, it also tailor makes workout routines for your individual fitness level & fitness goals. It includes meal plans & so much more. Well worth buying the full app.

Thank for no being useless. Easily on of the better apps for planning your workouts. Plan isolated workouts by choosing which muscles you're trying to improve on, keep track of how often you've been working out, and set personal goals to keep motivated. Click download. You won't regret it.

Perfect for anybody. My favorite feature is the built-in programs they give you. They may not be perfect for the gym you go to, but they serve as a good blueprint to create your own workouts based on where you work out, what equipment you have available, and what your goals and fitness level are. I would highly recommend this app to anybody looking to track their workouts and monitor their own progress!

Still room for improvement. Although the app had great features like meal plans and customized workout plans, when it comes to the workout plans there is room for improvement. The plans given are mostly body weight exercises. My suggestion is to do a questionnaire that will determine if either body exercises or gym based exercises (with equipment) best suit your particular preference. The. Based on that formulate a workout plan. If this upgrade were to happen it would really take the app to a whole new level.

Pay for app then pay for subscription??. First app I have ever encountered that had a subscription AFTER I paid several dollars for the base. I expected a one time fee for enhanced content in a payment model like this. I've never seen a paid app with an additional HEFTY subscription price. This app may be great for some, but I found it to be way too busy. Too comprehensive for my needs. Spent more time locating what I wanted than actually using. I can see how it would work for some, just not right for me.

Custom workouts. I like all the features of this program. But my favorite it being able to make custom exercises and custom workouts. A lift that has a pause or a hold in one workout but not the other is somethings hard to remember. So the entire workout can be plan ahead of time and then executed well in the gym.

June 2018 update removed key features. This is a good app, but the most recent update removed some features and is a bit less user intuitive. In the previous version, the user could adjust a custom workout we created. Usually, a newly-created custom workout appears at the bottom of the custom workout page. In previous versions, the user could move it to the top so as not to scroll through their entire custom workout list to see their latest workout. The latest update removed that feature (or if it is still there, it is not easy to find). Please bring back this feature. Additionally, the app used to have a daily step counter but that feature was also removed in an earlier version. I found that feature particularly helpful. Please bring that feature back as well. One feature that would be nice to have is the ability to write notes on the specific exercise when building a custom workout (e.g., “first set toes in, second set toes out, third set toes straight). Currently, there is a way to take notes AFTER completing a SET but the ability to provide notes on the overall exercise while building a workout would be most helpful.

Poor Support for an Awesome App!. I have been Fitness Buddy Premium user for close to a year and everything has been going fine until I ran into an issue with adding old workouts/workouts that I did without having the app with me. My issue is with the app support. The discussion board part of the support page has been retired and there only about 12 FAQs for this particular app which are not helpful. So I emailed via the app and received no response so a few days later I emailed via the website and have yet to receive a response. I really want to give this 5 stars because it is awesome but without the support and customer service to back it up, it only deserves 1 star.

Throwing current user base under bus. I bought the premium version of this app several years ago. The most recent update to the app placed 2/3 of the original workouts behind a subscription paywall. I already paid to unlock these workouts. Why don’t you just add more workouts instead of taking the existing content away from your original users in an effort to make us subscribe. They were very happy to take my money originally and I was very happy with the app. Now I am very displeased with this experience and will gladly share my negative experience with anyone who asks me about fitness apps.

Look elsewhere - app has gone downhill. I used this app for years and it used to be pretty reliable. Recently, several updates have really brought this app down. First, the recording exercises feature constantly crashes if you switch between different apps. Second, and REALLY is this new "check if you're overtraining" banner that seems to be on several parts of app and that I frequently accidentally click on. Luckily, my phone requires thumbprint authentication prior to making purchases, otherwise I would have unwittingly signed up for the app's $30 per month subscription plan. This "feature" is annoying, intrusive and dishonest.

Support is almost nonexistent. Steer clear of this app/company. Downloaded and purchased Premium membership the same day. I accidentally deleted app while cleaning out folder. No biggie I THOUGHT. I re-downloaded the same night under the same login/email. Premium options were gone as if I was a basic user. I made MULTIPLE attempts to contact support via online “Help Desk” submissions. Unlike ALL OTHER online help supports I have utilized - they do not generate ANYTHING that is emailed back to you showing they received an online submission and are looking into whatever your issue is. I made 3 more submissions online throughout the week. FIVE DAYS LATER I received an email from Natalie Silver asking for the email I signed up with which WAS in ALL the “Help Desk” submissions I made. I responded with requested info and NEVER heard back via multiple attempts within the direct email response chain NOR by yet MORE submissions using their online “Help Desk.” After reaching out to Apple Support I was refunded my purchase. Really, REALLY disappointed.

Updating review!. >>>Update on previous review>>> The devs fixed the previously described issue and the app has been working well. I appreciate the speedy customer service! Thank you! >>>Previous review>>>I have used this app for years and it used to be awesome. Lately it’s so glitchy and it just “erases” the workout in progress if I quickly look into another app (ex: go to my music streaming app to skip a song, go back to the fitness buddy app, my workout in progress data is gone). Same thing happens if I use the rest between sets timer - once the clock runs out, the app just quits and erases the workout all together. This issue has been happening for a few weeks now, I’m still hoping it’s fixed soon.

Thumbs up!. I have been using this app as an alternative to going to a gym. I really enjoy the variety of workouts and the choice of equipment and muscles to work out. I also really enjoy the pre programmed workouts already for me... I run a lot so my favorite is the stretching workout. It is worth the money for the larger package.. it is less then the gym... You do have to be somewhat knowledgeable about exercising. There are some exercises that I should not do. Know your limits!!!

Disappointed. I am really disappointed in this app. I had the free one and it was good. So I thought I’d buy the paid version thinking that I will benefit more but I was disappointed because there is not that much of a difference, in fact, if you want the real use of it you have to subscribe to a premium membership, which makes me wonder what’s the point of having a free and paid version when eventually you’ll end up subscribing to the premium which doesn’t make any sense to me Really disappointed!

What happened?!. I have had this app for years. I paid for it back then to ensure I had access to all the workouts and would be able to track them so I could meet my goals. Now with this latest update, essentially all those workouts - now listed under “fitness buddy classics” - are locked and can’t be tracked, just because you want me to pay for Fitness Buddy Premium access? No thanks. As I said, I paid for the app and I should still have access and the ability to track ALL of those now “classic” workouts/programs. Very poor update for those of us who paid back then and have enjoyed using the app until now. I’m kind of sad I have to start looking for another app now because I doubt I’ll get the access I had back if this app just pushes getting Premium subscriptions on every page.

Buggy Custom Workouts. As mentioned a few times, the app crashes during custom workouts and in order to properly track your history, you have to manually merge two or three separate entries due to multiple crashes during the same workout. It is inconvenient, for example, to have to try to restart the app during a 1-minute rest period and ensure you are following through with your routine from the previous session. Additionally, to do so you’d have to manually search through your history due to the crashing.

Could be great but few bugs hurt it. This could be an awesome app... a few issues im having. 1 the search is terrible... i will type in a food and search and it will say not found , but if I type in one word it will find the food but it will have the same words that the first search didn’t find. 2 one protein drink labrada premade shake it said couldn’t find... once I scanned the label it found it... but after i logged it then next time i selected it but only used half a serving but it wouldn’t let me change the serving. These are two big ones... I really am impressed with this app with all the features but these things need fixed. Ive been comparing to myfitnesspal which works great but has less overall features.

Excellent Addition to my Workout Routine. I appreciate the ability to plan and track my workouts. The app also makes it easy to evaluate my progress. My only complaints thus far are that your own added exercises aren’t searchable, and you can not resume a workout if the app is inadvertently closed. Overall, a great addition to my exercise regimen.

Aggressive collection of data. I am evaluating about 30 workout tracking apps, looking for a combination of features I need for my specialized routines. I’m sorry to say I could even start a proper evaluation of this one, as it is so determined to collect my data before even slowing me to use it. The opening 3 minutes with this app includes personal data (standard, age, weight, height, birthdate), followed by an aggressive advert for pro version (with large timer as if they need to convert you within 30 seconds!) and then they want a Facebook account or create new account to login. I have yet to see one exercise? (Or a terms of service and privacy policy?) For me accounts should be optional until I decide I want the features of storage or multi-device sync etc. So far, this app was more in your face about sign up than any I had evaluated. It may be good, I never got there I’m afraid.

Bugs. Would of given it five stars if not for some glaring problems. The exercise catalog is huge, which is great but the search feature is absolutely useless. Rarely when you search the title of the exercise you want to log does it come up, even when you type the title verbatim the way it is in the app. The app also frequently locks up while in use ending you current session forcing you to state a new one because you can’t go back and continue a finished session.

Core bug there. I wanted to give this app the max rating but one issue made it useless at least for me with iPhoneX. When you see workout list and you press start workout you see another screen with exercise name and you can record sets and weight but if you want recall how exactly the exercise is done it doesn’t show video you have to remember the training name and how exactly done before you click start workout ... schedule of programs also very lose not as real Trainer can do in daily basis until you advance , good work though

Remove excess ads and iPhone X support pls. Great app, just make it more easy to use, less clutter, and if we are on pro, the odds of us buying premium is going to be low if they pop up every 2 seconds right? Please remove them! Also can we get iPhone X support!

Apple Watch support please!. Love this app but there’s no Apple Watch support! Have been using it for years and by far the most comprehensive workout app. Good job team 👍🏻🙌🏻

Avoid. Bought this app a while back when i was training. Fell off the wagon and now back into it and the blood suckers have changed the whole app to exclude all features that was once included in the paid version. So what did we actually pay for? An app that requires you to pay and then hit you with a monthly subscription. If this doesnt scream scam then my god bring on the pyramid schemes. I am impressed how many obviously paid reviews are on this app. Save your dollars and find alternatives. Would give 0 stars but not possible.

135kg to 95kg thanks to this app. Asbove a

Mostly everything I need. This app is more than adequate for what I need in terms of fitness and strength training. It's easy to navigate however when I want to add a new exercise to my workout it doesn’t save it in the following workouts which is annoying. Also the app will decide to close near the end of a workout at times and is a bug that requires fixing.

Great training app. Real results

Old payed app was way better. Used to be able to download all images for offline use and create custom workouts. Looks like you have to have a subscription now for most of the features. Dislike!

Should be free. It should be cheaper or free once you pay you then have to pay for a monthly subscription to use other options at least give us a month or two of free membership. Come guys you need to sort that out

Used to be good, now full of bugs!. Once upon a time I paid like 7 bucks for this app! It was amazing, had 100s - if not over a 1000 exercises and tracked my exercises with no faults. Now, the app is full of bugs. Mid session the app closes and you can’t go back in and edit your workout, you pull up an exercise like a barbell row and there is a description and pictures for a dumbbell press (that’s just an example) and I’m guessing if you want the “working” app you need to now pay the month subscription. Just give me the old app back 🤦🏻‍♂️

This is GOLD. I started off totally, yeah just another app yada yada what ever Then worked out I need routine so I committed myself for 5 weeks to see if it would make a change, as I expect things to change over night. So I persisted for 5 weeks with hesitation. But with this I Changed mentally as I progressed I saw change not physically but feeling healthier physically and mentally. My physic changed as some sort of reward and I didn’t even notice until someone pointed it out. So not only is this app GREAT for body this app is a good all rounder for the Mind Body and soul if you still have one lol. . You just got to have a little patience and a little will power with that you will get the drive to strive . Good luck ENJOY FEELING LOOKING & GOOD. Give it five weeks, people will tell you. Remember keep it to your self to learn the true results you will surprised with yourself. Cheers for beer. Have no fear and get into gear.

No Apple Watch. I’ve used this app for years! But after recently getting an Apple Watch to find that this app doesn’t support it I have decided to make a Switch. The app is great but without Apple Watch support I simply won’t be going back to it.

Excellent app but..... Really needs to have the option to have kilojoules instead of calories. Other than that, I'm extremely happy with this app. Really fantastic workout and healthy living companion app!!! 🙌🙌🙌

Cannot use app in stand-alone mode. I bought the app because I could use it in standalone mode. The app worked well. Next moment the designers updated the app to only work in logged in mode only. I don’t like it, because I want to use the app in stand-alone mode. I am not interested to log in via Facebook or some other way. Now the app is useless to me.

Useful app.. Helped me get back into the gym by Giving ideas what exercises and muscle groups I planned to work. Has much more useful hints Recommend this app

Awesome!!. Motivating app

Excellent exercise logger, but the logger features is a bit difficult to access. It is a great exercise logger if you know how to find this feature. To be honest it took me a few minutes to find the place to create my own workout plans, which was just a few seconds when I used my previous app for the first time. The exercise logger is powerful and easy to use (again, after you know how to find it). As a paid app, it's inappropriate to hide the features users have already bought, and try to divert everyone to its premium subscription. It would also be much better if I can get back to the workouts I'm logging after I unlock my phone or switch back from other apps, instead of a full screen timer. Would give 5 stars if the customised workout plan is easier to access.

Brilliant. Used it for years. Does everything you need and more.

good but could be great. I used to use iFitness until they had some falling out with Apple which got them kicked out of the iTunes store. Since then I've been trying to find the right app to replace it. After numerous trial and errors and money spent I can finally say that this is the best I've seen to replace iFitness. That said, this app could be better. One of the major things missing is exercise on weight machines. They have cable machine, resistance bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebell and stability ball but NO WEIGHT MACHINE!!! I used a lot of weight machine especially for things like leg extension and leg curls just to name a few. The idea of referring to legs as lower body is not that big a deal but you have to get the weight machine added to your list of alternatives. That's one of the things that iFitness did very well, it covered all the tools necessary for a complete workout. I still give it a 4 because it's a very good app.

Awesome app. Awesome app

Motivation. Being conscious of the app on your phone just gets ya motivated 👍🏿

Disappointed with the downgrade. Used to use this app with lots of custom workouts and data. Now, with grubby monetisation, you need logins etc to access. Very disappointed, would not recommend what used to be a top app.

No brainer!. I don’t have to think, just do! Great app.

Not so great. This app was great right up until I have to go premium to open any of the workouts, I did pay for this app it should still work without having to subscribe to a more expensive version! I’m very disappointed.

Best Training App. I can’t fault this app. I’ve had it for a long time now, and it’s been great. The only thing I would like to see added is when you create a custom exercise and add a picture, that the app can recognise gifs. When I’m trying out something new, it would be good to see the animated pic which serves as a reminder to form, posture for the particular move.

Love it. Have been using Fitness Buddy for approximately 5 yrs and love. When you think you are in a plateau you can track back to see your progress. 2 thumbs up

Bad update. The new update is bad, I’ve lost all my workouts and the replacements aren’t what I want to do

So far so good. Good fitness buddy for beginners

FB (v2.1) - Great App, BUT latest Update Teething Issues. Great gym app. BEEN USING APP for OVER 4 years. Love the new look & feel of latest update, HOWEVER it has teething/bug issues :( gggrrrrrrrrrr * to input data (record 1 x set - weight & reps) takes "LONGER" than doing a set or 2!!! It lags - not quite sure if it's the new timer running in the background when you start your workout. FRUSTRATING!!!!!!! * have to make sure battery life is almost full prior to starting work out as it NOW uses over 60% of battery capacity. Previous version was very battery friendly. * lost capacity to record calories, avg speed, incline, etc when doing cardio exercises e.g. treadmill. Hopefully there will be new update very soon to iron out these bugs & others mentioned in customer reviews. Have ALWAYS highly recommended FB to other gym junkies, but will not do so with current version :(

Awesome App. Lots of free stuff before u have to pay

Paid for it and now it wants me to pay more for subscriptions. See in the title. Poor!

Lots of annoying updates. Latest update is buggy and a lot of free features have now been moved to subscription only. Whenever the app is fixed, another update always seems to ruin it one way or another.

Difficult interface. Exercises are not listed in alphabetical order and are only grouped into A,B,C etc. Not all variations of each exercise are listed. It would also be good to see a male and female demonstration for every exercise, and the relevant photos display based on your selected gender. The floating + menu also covers the screen when space is already limited and should be moved. There is no show less button for recent or favourite items on the exercise screen. Both these lists would be better as a filter and decluttering the confusing list. No option to swipe on an exercise to quickly favourite. I can not tell at a glance if I’ve added an exercise to my favourites without having to click on it. An exercise in the list should instantly highlight blue once favoured to keep track of new or favourite exercises.

Updated. I had this app on a very old iPad and am so pleased I now have the updated app on my new iPad and iPhone

Money grab. I am greatly disappointed in this app, I used to have it on my Samsung s5 it was the best fitness app ever easy 5 stars. I upgraded to a new IPhone and now there’s ads, many features are now missing and you guys expect us to get a premium plan for the features that were standard? What ever happened to paying for something once and that’s it

Great App, Needs To Support Apple Watch. Great app, have used it for years, however, would love to see it move with the times and offer Apple Watch support. Only thing that has stopped me rating it a 5 star. Considering moving to Apple Watch supported app but don’t want to lose my data. The above considered still one of the best fitness / workout apps available.

Grocery List Feature Pls. Love the fitness and diet plans. My only qualm is not having a shopping list feature that tells me exactly what I need to buy. I need to chdck the recipe and decide for myself. An integration with apps like Wunderlist would be flipping brilliant. This helps in plan my groceries for a week in advance saving time and effort. Love the app 😊

Tried them all!!. Tried so many- this app is the the most comprehensive and easy to use. Awesome!!!

Previously very good. Previously I have found the app very useful and when working fully would highly recommend it! However since the iOS 13.1 update the app simply crashes whenever the rest/interval timer reaches 0, I try to end a workout or the screen enters standby. Until issues are resolved the app has become less than useless.

Difficult to use. Very limited use for real exercise enthusiasts. Misleading marketing as a comprehensive exercise app. Takes a long time to load programs. Programs are simply presented, but are to slow and relatively boring.

App. Decent app purchased a while ago but frustrated that an update is followed by a note saying I need to buy again......I'm going to download a reliable app

terrible. i payed for this app a while ago “a one off purchase “ but now i still have to subscribe monthly or whatever, disgraceful

Love the app, use it all the time !. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Waste of money. There is nothing extra you get with this premium service.

Great!!!. Good work guys. U have really done a fantastic job with this. As a fitness instructor I would love to see an update which could be used specifically for instructors and trainers alike or even for keen fitness enthusiasts to be honest. Intergrated BMI, 1RM calculator etc. also Integration so that you can print your program straight from the app itself would be awesome. Apologies if some of this has already been included. I'm using an iPhone 4 myself so I don't know if this has been optimized for iPad but if so it would be awesome to add features for PT's and instructors. Should definitely give yourself a pat on the back for making such an amazing app.

Best fitness app....full stop!. Love the variety of exercises and the add ons of heart rate readers to allow you to get a sense of the intensity of a workout.

Top Exercise App. Been using this app for years now, keeps up to date easy to use exercises and routines at my fingertips

Personal trainer app. Great variety. Easy to use with clear explanations. Definitely worth having this app on your phone!

App won’t open. It has worked fine up until now, I’ve updated but it won’t open. Started scrolling then just drops out.

Good but missing support for Apple Watch. I love this app and the amount of exercise and variations that it has is incredible! There’s only one big thing missing! And i think that a lot of people already asked for it! The Apple Watch support! Planning, logging and following the workouts made with this app on the watch will be amazing and even more intuitive, please develop it soon guys! I don’t won’t to find myself in the situation to decide to change for the obsolescence of the support. Keep doing the great job that you always have done till now!

Nice application. It’s give all types of food and exercise information for all target👍

Awesomeness. This program is for men and women of all ages with or without weights. You can customize a workout routine or use a preset one and provides hundreds of workouts from losing weight to muscle gaining. All I have to say about this program is "it's a AMAZING app".

Disappointing. Paid for the app only to find out there really isn’t anything useful you can access without subscribing. Would be willing to subscribe if I could have tried it first.

Not so premium. Upgraded to premium. I can’t get the premium features even though premium membership confirmed.

Once a great app, now full of ads and premium.. I bought this app years ago. Now I’ve been pushed out of all my workouts I paid for originally and bombarded with ads for their premium model. I won’t be using the app anymore due to this style of customer service.

Finalement. Très bonne app pour suivre un workout!

Vamp. I am their.

It’s okay could add more. Good app but could add more workouts routines or cardio exercise (jump rope) combat sports routines

Rackx. This app is awesome

Great app!!. No other app offers what Fitness Buddy does!! There are too many benefits of this app to list. Thanks Fitness Buddy!!

Go back to old system!!!. First off before the update I relied on this product to keep track of all my workout needs, then the update two days ago and now the interface is extremely unfriendly and hard to navigate. Prior keeping track of past workouts was seamless and progress was easy to track, now it is virtually impossible and I am contemplating deleting an app that till this recent update was a staple in my workout logging. This morning I logged my cardio and I can’t even see it, much less track I old workouts. If we cannot monitor our progress there is no point to log it. PLEASE FIX THIS OR BRING BACK OLD INTERFACE!

Annoying notifications. With the latest update I keep getting notifications telling me to work out and with ads (“75% off premium!”). Why am i getting these annoying notifications and ads in an app I already paid for?

Great app!. Love it!!

Amazing. Best app of all time

Awesome app. I love this app, I use it everyday a must have

Exercise. Good for beginners to show them exercises. For people with gym experience, not do good.

Crashes. I love the app, but it crashes on me quite often, sometimes multiple times during a workout.

Ads, Searching and Custom Workouts Hidden. The application is great, but a few problems/annoyances exist. Even though I paid money for this application I am still faced with ads to purchase features on almost every page. Very VERY annoying. Also, the search feature could use some improvements, as trying to find exercises doesn't seem to limit the options to the correct terms I am looking for. Lastly, the list of custom workouts (which I believe the majority of people purchased this app for) is hidden behind two tabs! I use this feature every day and having to dig for it every time is not appreciated.

Updated for Apple Watch?. This app is amazing. The only missing function I would have to use is the Apple Watch interface. Is that something planed for tte future? Otherwise it’s 99% perfect!

This is useless. This app is useless. You pay for the app to download and then it asks you to to see the exercises and meals promised. It’s misleading. It asks you to pay $14 a month for information that you can easily find on the internet. Very very useless.

Great. Great app. More than enough exercises to keep you interested in working out.

Great App!!!. I use to bring a book and pencil to the gym and eventually the book would get torn in my gym bag. Then I used a free app when I got my iPhone but it didn't have everything on it. This app has it all! Could never go back to the free app.

Paid for this. Why do I need to make an account!?. Why do I have to give these people my email when I already paid for this app. Ridiculous

Fix the app already!. The app hasn’t worked in 2 months. A few updates ago the app began crashing constantly. It’s so unstable you can’t get through 5 minutes of using it without this happening. The app was “updated” today but the problem still persists. Once again the app is completely unusable in this state and is a total waste of money.

Paid about $6 for the ap. Paid the amount for this ap. Thought it would give me more things as I purchase it. However it does not. I would like my money back. As the wording on this app she is misleading and should be more clear. I will also informed Apple about this. I hope this developer contacts me.

My buddy and me!. It’s easy to navigate. The best part is that I’m seeing results. 💪🏻

Great App for All Fitness Types. I've always been a little wary of fitness apps as some that I've used didn't seem to deliver what they promised on their webpage. Not so with Fitness Buddy. Tonnes of exercises to choose from, built on workouts for variety, and great tracking tools to monitor your fitness. The layout is great and easy to navigate through and the ability to share your workout is great as you cam to see what other people are doing. Definitely an A+ app.

Please add apple watch functionality!. Would be easier to have apple watch measure your heart beat instead of holding finger on the camera, also mark exercises directly from the watch would be great! after recent update I can't preview exercises in my custom workout menue please fix this! over training test doesn't make any sense and always will have same results it's definitely bugged! besides that I love this app please make it to be 5 stars!

Feels like a rip off now. I liked once I first bought the app, ever since the new update the fitness buddy classics are locked now, in order to unlock them you have to subscribe premium now, I don’t like to pay this app every time when subscription ends just to keep them unlocked, before this new update they stayed unlocked

Great App. Use it all the time and its great some great things

The best. Excelente

Lot's of errors + crashes. Some muscles labeled incorrectly. Many of the videos actually have very common technique errors instead of correct technique. Descriptions of exercises are not very good.. I think many will end up doing exercises improperly and not knowing any better. Not as good as Gym Buddy for ease of recording workout. Most of the exercise pictures are simply duplicated showing the same move with either a ball, dumbbell, kettle bell, or barbell, but it's actually the exact same move. The sports training workouts are actually not specific to the sports they are supposed to be for.. The beginner workouts don't actually start with what are considered skill building foundation exercises that prepare you for the harder exercises, and the advanced workouts are not really advanced but rather look like a random assembly of exercises. I've been working out for 30 years and can tell there is no sport science behind this app.

Fantastic App. Couldn't have reached my goals without it!!

Excellent. Love the routines. Can switch things up nicely with them. Helps me to stay focused and reach my goals.

Have to pay to get monthly subscription.. Really wasted 3 bucks for nothing... have to subscribe to monthly subscription once in the app...

Great App but crashes a lot. I have found that unless my iPhone is plugged in, the App crashes and then you have to start the workout over. There is an option to merge your activities but that does not get rid of the repetition. Meaning you see both the exercises you have done and the one’s you haven’t due to having to restart the same workout.

Huge archive of exercises. From individual exercises to full workout routines this app has it all.

Great app. Great variety of exercises. I like the timing features. Would be nice if exercises were refreshed from time to time.

Well thought out. The app is great to keep fit wherever you are. The workouts are complete and well thought out. I appreciate how integral it is.

Crashes. Constantly crashes and ends workouts, food macros are locked behind a paywall.

Best Fitness app. I have tried a few fitness apps to use in the gym and at home. This beats me from trial and error mistakes and saves my from injuries.

Don’t not buy !. Showed a whole bunch of workouts, so I bought the app, and then they all disappeared. Waste of money

My go to app for Many years now. Love the app and the ability to create your own workouts. Been using it for years!

TOO MANY ADS for FULL PRICE!. Using iPhone 6s v.10.3.3 no issues with compatibility with app v.5.100... This is a good app paid full price and still get unbelievable amount of ads for Premium use, Get My Plan Now, Meal Plan, Overtraining, etc. Although I am not opposed to this kind of advertising, it should be done any less conspicuous area and not made its own tab because it interferes with what I paid for initially. The app does not properly import previous sets. It only imports what you had previously programmed. For example, if you program it work out for five sets but on the day of the workout do six sets, your next workout will only import previous sets of five, not six. I still have not figured out how to view past recordings of weight and body fat percentage. It seems this can only be viewed at The time of inputting the data. This ad is very good for displaying different types of exercises but I can only give it one star due to the fact of several ads.

Tired of certain exercises being blocked off. It’s annoying that you can’t log exercises that you could previously do. I shouldn’t have to pay for premium membership for work out that I was able to log last week and now we can’t.

Flop for me. This was not for me. Did the first fitness test and found it to be for more athletic type people than myself. I was hopeful that the following programs would be set up or modified according to how well I did (or how poorly I did) -pushing me a little harder each and every week. No such luck. Also found the app not to be very user-friendly. Wished also that I could've had a trial run before purchasing.

Don't waste your money. I paid to download the app only to find out most of the workout plans has an additional fee. The are apps out there that provide the same information for free.

Could be improved. **update July 1** After taking a break from the app for a few months, I’m really excited to see that some of my recommendations are implemented. I’m looking forward to putting it back to use! Thanks for hearing me!! ** I’ve used this app for a long time as a free user and only recently started with a subscription. I had hoped to use some of the workout plans to keep me moving while too busy to log normal routines. The advantage is that I can set the duration of the training and not have to watch the clock. My, and maybe most, user experience would be improved in workout plans if they made some of these fixes: - have a way to mute the music only, it’s too loud behind the “coach”. The current available option silences all audio. - give an option to silence the coach’s encouragement. I realize this can be helpful to some, but audio cues and rep counts are all I really want. With the music in the background, it sounds like chaos. - darken the text for rep counts on the screen. - for whatever reason, even though i specify that I want dumbbell related upper body strength exercises, it still give me resistance band exercises that I have to skip over. Also, the stretching exercises are incredibly limited. In a 15 minute upper body stretch workout, it queues up 4 stretches only for me. I’ve liked the app for it’s exercise logging for years, and the subscription seems to be worth it. These are just some kinks I’d like changed.

Yo. C trop chilos

Great app. Has everything you'd want

AWESOME!!!. Basically awesome and worth the buy

Stop asking for premium it's not going to happen. I have used this app for a few years now. It used to be a simple easy to use fitness tracker. It in the past few updates this company has been acting like a crazy stalker ex girlfriend. You cannot open the app without being harassed about "going premium" for 9.99 a month or whatever the price is. Stop asking me to go premium it's not going to happen. I don't need or want to share my progress with others. I don't need cloud backup of my workout history. All I want is for it to stop asking me to go premium. I even paid for this app I'm not a freeloader but apparently a one time payment isn't good enough for this company. They want 9.99 a month 1/3 the cost of my gym membership. Every month so I can be social.

Disappointed. I was hoping to find 1 month + workouts but they only have those for at home workout. There is a whole community out there at the gym who just want to be guided everyday. I don’t what to custom make a workout nor do I want to to spend everyday choosing from a set of available templates. I want templates that will load to my calendar and be set for the next 1 to 3 months with gym equipment guidance.

Best workout app. If you have a workout log, ditch it! You can see gains and history easier. Exercises I have never seem and shows you how to do them! Could use a good food diary for free. Overall, best Fitness App PERIOD!

Enjoying the App. I have really enjoyed the app. It has helped me create and modify my workouts the way that would best help me. It also does a great job keeping track of the exercises.

Used to use this app all the time. I used to use this app all of the time but it looks like they removed the best feature about this app, which was the ability to create and save custom workouts. All of my custom workouts I had been doing for years with this app have been deleted. Looks like I’m back to using the Notepad app for my workouts, because this app is now totally useless. Save your money.

the only fitness app you'll need. Bought this a while back and will say that this app is the best out there. From beginner workout levels to expert. The app is meant for it for everyone.

Good apps. Since I am introduce to this work out app since beginning using it and really help what kind type work out so you want to accomplish, easy to use it and work for me.

Awesome Fitness App. It does everything I need it to and more. I like be being able to track my progress and see what I accomplished on previous workouts to compare.

Would be a 5 star but... This would honestly be a 5 star app if it reverted it to the way it used to be.. I hate how the workouts are generated now. We can’t even actually SEE the workout when we select it. There used to be workouts defined for different categories such as “full body 1,2,3. Upper body 1,2, etc.” But they removed it for a less intuitive, auto workout where you can’t even actually view the plan for the day.

Fixed. Update: as of 6-9-20, app records multiple exercises properly. I bought this app years ago before it became a “free” app and have been using it since. Would have given 5 stars if the subscription reminders weren’t so prominent/frequent.

Calories and when hitting lock screen on phone. A way to log calories and I’m sick of restarting the app when I hit the lock screen on my phone and have to constantly find the workout or exercise all over again...

There’s one really annoying issue. So it’s a well designed app and I like it except for one thing that’s really bothering me. The rest feature between sets weirdly goes off and is super finicky, I wish there was a feature to switch it off honestly or at least turn of the beep or setting that quiets my music when it goes off. Like i wanna use this app but that little bug or feature really gets me.

Just get a personal trainer. Not my kind of app you have to pay for everything after you purchase the app might as well hire a personal trainer, I am erasing this after 5 minutes of purchasing it.

Great App. I love this app!! It really helped me get more creative with my workouts and understand how to workout different muscle groups. I really like how user friendly it is and the variety of exercises and equipment it offers. Love, love, love!!!

Good App, But Problems!. Great variety of exercises, good examples of how to do them, nice choice of workouts... But one huge problem. The app doesn't load the exercises. As one who works out in the morning before work, waiting ten minutes for something to *maybe* load just isn't in the budget. I'm already behind several days on my 12 week plan, simply because I couldn't wait for the app to work. So for this reason, I can't recommend, so don't bother with this one.

Updated removed my program. Deleting app. So I was two months into using the one workout program. Update removed it. So thanks guys. Your update is ruining the progress I’ve made. In search of another more reliable app. Update: got a response from developer that old workout is at the bottom. It’s not. Went back with a classic that surprisingly has a completely redesigned app: JEFIT. Pumped to see how far it’s come and easy to navigate as well as find programs that work with my schedule and goals.

Force closes on follow along.. Love the app and have been using it for years but it force closes when I select follow along instead of journal. I have the paid subscription and would appreciate being able to use it in its entirety. Needs immediate attention. Once issue is fixed I’ll give app 5 stars.

Don’t download - lost entire workout. Only used this 4x so far and half the time I have lost my entire workout. iPhone 12 Pro max It seems to be occurring when I add a custom exercise because their database is incomplete and doesn’t include many weighted machines. Deleting this after I hand write my data in a notebook. That won’t get deleted as easily. Very frustrating to lose the data. Don’t bother with this one.

It is okay.. The app specifically asked me to write a 5 star review, but oh well. The workout sets are useful, with animated gifs to show form. There's a beeping timer between sets that you can't turn off. Every time your phone closes, the app hops to the timer screen, making you click back to the tracking sheet each time. And it regularly tries to upsell you. So, useful content, bad UI.

Good for workouts, bad for sharing. The Facebook integration seems to be broken and hijacked my phone by failing and retrying to share in an infinite loop. I had to do a hard reboot in order to use my phone. Then I tried to tell them about it on the Contact Us of the webpage and get a “failure” message when hitting submit.

Great application to track workouts. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and enjoy the number of different workouts, ease of use, and ability to track progress.

Great app. I bought this on my IPhone years ago and was delighted to find out I can put it on my iPad. I workout at home and only have dumbbells, I love how I can just build my workout around what I have. Very intuitive and elegant design. Great job app developers.

Doesn’t work on ios13. On iOS 13 and 13.1, the app crashes anytime display goes to sleep or apps are switched. Impossible to complete a workout or log any progress. Makes app completely unusable. Devs have had access to 13 since June and app hasn’t been updated in a month from this posting. Final straw after slow updates to incorporate features up to a year after they’re added to iOS. Cannot recommend anymore.

Accidentally adding new sets!. I love this app abd my only complain about it is that most of the time that I try to log a repetition I accidentally hit “New Set” and a new rep is added. It infuriates me a lot. Please do something about that glitch.

You ruined it. I used to love this app. I recorded all my custom workouts and used a lot of theirs. Then they “upgraded” it and all the features I used to enjoy I have to pay for now through premium. I paid $28 to buy it and now you want more!? So disappointed.

New system has some glitches. Love the app but ever since the new software from apple the app has been extremely glitchy. When I use the timer feature in between sets the app completely closes out making it impossible to track workouts. I hope they fix the issue.

They screwed over original supporters. I originally purchased the paid version of the app a long time ago before they had subscriptions. I had access to videos and can create custom workouts not it’s all gone and they want me to pay again. Total betrayal for original customers who supported this app in the beginning.

Where was this app 7 years ago! Awesome. Love the fact i can have all my notes, stats, routines in one place and in check. I still have to get more into other features but so far the app is the best

It works for me. I am recovering from a series medical issue and I need to rehab and get fit again. The body weight exercises were a great start, to work at home at my own pace. Less pressure than being in gym. Worth the download and I have recommended to a few other people

Update request. Love the app but can you remove the feature where it automatically checks the “Log” box after I enter a new weight or number of reps? I’ll check it when I’m done actually done. Sometimes I want to enter new weights before I complete the exercise.

One Suggestions. The apple watch has become such a huge part of my workout routine and now with lte cellular connection, maybe a well made apple watch app to complement the app itself would be amazing. Had to start using UA Myfitnesspal to easily track my calories. Would love to come back once the app it intigrated with the watch flawlessly. Rep counter for the workouts and things like that

Disappointment. I paid for the app. Paid for the extra exercises. Now it expects me to pay for a monthly subscription. If I had known I would have never paid for the extra or even the app. The app is too busy and yet seems scattered. You have to poke around to get to where you want to be. Also if I say I don’t want to upgrade I don’t want to upgrade. The contestant harassing is making it one step closer to having been deleted on my phone. That is why I have given you one star instead of the two for the app.

Bait and Switch... Paid for the full program a long time ago. Haven’t opened it in a while, my phone auto updates the app, and now they want monthly/yearly premium dues to use a program I paid for in full? Shady business, and an obvious nickel and dime company. No option to restore purchases either. This is shady! Stay away from this scam workout app. You pay them in full upfront for a piece of software, then they switch their business plan up, and decide they want to milk you forever.

Best fitness App. I have tried several Apps for my fitness and this is the best hands down. I can edit all workouts to my age and there is hundreds to choose from. I am using just the gym one but there is so much! Good price too! No hidden fees and good customer support.

Luv this app!. I use this app all the time. I like how it allows me to develop my own custom programs. And if I don’t feel like coming up with my own, there are plenty to choose from. I would like to see them develop more female oriented metabolic functional movement programs for serious athletes.

Garbage.. misleading and a waste of time. When I saw $3.99 to purchase the app, & nice features like custom workouts and meal plans I thought even if its basic it’s worth it. Instead I sign up and I’m given the opportunity to have a premium version now for a special price.. really? And I paid for? I skip it and everything costs, meal plan even being weekly. When there already is a free version of the app, what did I pay for? Nothing. Garbage. Don’t waste your time and money.

Really like this app. Took a while to find a workout app I like. I was using Nikes app but updates ruined that one. This one was worth the small fee. I don't use the annual subscription although that seems like it will be good and I might try it.

Disappointed. My biggest frustration with this app is that despite having paid for the "upgraded" version of the app, it still tried to upswell me on additional features. In addition, workouts have been removed due to a paywall... the search feature is also limited in functionality. Type in leg extensions and you'll quickly grow frustrated...

Doesn’t work with new iOS!. This is normally a great app to recommend and log strength workouts. However after upgrading to the new iOS, the app crashes frequently and every time my phone locks (which is basically time I put it down to start an exercise) the app has to restart and loses all my progress for the current workout. Very frustrating and really not usable anymore. I hope Azumio will release a fix soon!

I use this all the time for reference. This has been an excellent streamlined app. Gives me the info I need in an encyclopedia sort of way. I really really appreciate the cleanliness in the app.

Great app!. This app would be 5 stars if it was compatible with Apple Watch. Hope it’s in the works... otherwise going to have to use an app that is. Highly recommend for those who don’t mind it not being on Apple Watch. You can make your custom workouts or follow already programmed workouts. Love it...get it on Apple Watch please!

Garbage!. I gave it 1 star because it won’t let you give it zero. First time using app today during a workout. Got halfway through workout went to enter data between sets and screen goes blank. I leave app and now have to start a new workout and all my data is gone. This app is total garbage. Don’t waste your money. Even if it were free if tell you to find an app that works.

Major Issues W/ App. Recently anytime you add a new exercise to your workout, the whole screen blanks out. You have to reopen the app and it will eliminate the bottom exercise already logged in your created workouts. On top of that, you can no longer log efficiently as weight and repetition have changed over to be repetition and rest duration. I used to love this app but they have too many bugs to use it properly. Uninstalling the app if the issue isn’t fixed by the developers in a week.

Good app, unstable, crashes constantly. This app is unreliable and crashes almost every time I use it, especially when entering body weight. It’s gotten to the point where I’m going to have to look around for something else, an app that isn’t going to quit on me all the time.

App Continues to Crash. Losing workout info. WTH. I feel you guys listened to my last review so I hope you do the same with this one. You fixed the issues since the last updated and I’ve been using this app since, however after updating to the newest iOS (13) you app continues to crash and I cannot log my workouts. Please fix!!

Crashes all the time. I have used this app for two years now. I love it. It records my work outs perfectly. But slowly over the years it has gotten worse at crashing. It is literally the only application that crashes on my phone. Even after completing wiping my phone. Even after getting a new phone. This app continues to crash all the time. It is also the only app that I have ever paid for. So for $30 I am very disappointed. Please help. It is useless now.

Great app but.... Add database to computer so we can see workouts on bigger screen. Read burned calories from Apple Health and add it to calorie counting tracker to help us know how much more to eat for those of us who wants to gain mass. Otherwise, very comprehensive app! My favorite fitness app so far

Reliable, simple fitness app. I love that it still has 10 years of my history. However, it doesn’t communicate with my Garmin devices. Anybody know a way to extract all my old data to a fitness app that works with Garmin?

Have not found a better workout app. Been using for three years, still our go to up to work out at home !

Used to be great. This app used to be great before all of the extras they want you to buy. The app has been dumbed down to the point it’s a confusing mess and not accurate. I choose body weight and type in chest and the results are all hamstring stretches. It used to have a much simpler and accurate search engine and ways to record the exercises. This is currently garbage compared to the original way.
