Loved it, now I don’t. I don’t like this new version. Action is slow and my games are constantly freezing, animation is choppy. The old version was just fine the way it was, simple and uncomplicated. Not playing it as much due to the frustration of not having a smooth gameplay.

Good but glitches. The pass button needs to be relocated as many times I have accidentally hit it. Also, 5 minute time frames are too long, there should be a quicker option for those who want a faster game

This new version does whatever it wants. Games disappear. Sometimes it doesn’t tell you if you win or lose. Please revert to the previous version. The only good new feature is the instant totaling.

Keeps crashing. I love the app. I play it all the time however I ask that you do a bug fix update because it keeps crashing when I try to play a game with someone

This is Aword right?. I guess it's been a while, I remember you used to be able to play in different languages, what happened to that?

Not saving settings. I play this game daily. But, within the last week it no longer saves my preferences. I hate the zoom, and it is aways on one I close the app. I turn it off and it’s back when I return.

One day, all data and current games gone. I’ve enjoyed playing Aworded for several years in French and English, despite a fair amount of real word rejections and freezes. However, I opened the app a week ago to find all my data gone, including 4 games currently in progress and my account. The app gave the option to sign in by Facebook, which I’d done before without a problem. But THIS time, all information was still missing, Facebook was aggressively demanding access to my contacts and the usual Aworded s screen gave me a choice of kiddie-type games to choose, with a plethora of ads. This whole scenario has the smell of a malware infection within the app itself. I contacted the company and only a robo-reply so far. Meanwhile, my fellow player in France has all our games and no problems with her app, so this information is still retrievable, if the app maker cared to follow-up on my message.

WORDCRACK MY A_ _!!!!. So what.....now you all are taking one of your other games & calling it wordcrack???? you really need to quit misleading people with the title. Its bad enough you ripped us off the original wordcrack along with all our coins that most of us worked hard for but now you have to mislead people with nothing more than another boring scrabble game. I gave you all exc reviews for years but since youve taken what was the best word game of all time & turned it into pure sh_t i wont be dwnloading anything else by etermax & just as sure as all the many people i had to dwnload the original wordcrack when it WAS awesome i can say the same for them. Oh & p.s. you could have at least kept the paid version of wordcrack so we would have at least had that option. Have alrdy deleted your crappy wrdcrk2 app & fixing to delete your stupid scrabble app too. Thanks for nothing!!!

Server offline. For the past couple weeks the server has been offline make it impossible to play. Word Crack2 still works but it’s much too busy and clunky to be as easy to play

Quitting. I’ve played this for several years but I’m quitting. I don’t like the recent significant update. May be it’s the interface or the new added ‘cheats’. I played Word w/ Friends but quit after their new version too.

Fun game. Love the game, love playing random people but lately have not been able to start random games. They just expire unplayed.

Lots of fun!. Love the game. I usually just play with people I know and I have an older iPhone but I don't experience freezing or the other problems people seem to have with it. Lots of fun!

Lots of glitches. The game itself is fun, but the app crashes a lot, and constantly has ads that open safari which is really irritating. If not for those things, I would have rated it five stars.

Word crack ads. I have played this game for years, its my favorite, however, it freezes innthe ads, I have paid for free ad, it doesnt work. Continues to freeze after an ad. I have to delete it every time, this happens when I want to trade my letters or anytime an ad comes on. So annoying!!!!!

Make Your Game More Competitive & Exciting. Aworded can't compare to games like Words With Friends or Word Chums because the developers have yet to update this game to be more challenging. Same old Same old everytime you play. Gets old & boring too quickly

Updated app is blank. This has always been my favorite game online until this past week when they “updated” (down-dated is more like it). Updating completely changed the way it looks and the whole atmosphere of it. I think I will look elsewhere for another game. This is not like it used to be and I wish we can go back to the original game as it was set up. They can take away all the bugs and leave it the way it was so that you can enjoy playing it. So sad.😱 Update: this used to be my very favorite game to play. Then they decided to update it. When they updated it, all of the information was incorrect. It is absolutely the worst game I have ever played now with this so-called new updated version. So many keep asking them to go back to the original, but they do not want to do that because someone there can’t quite figure out that changes do not have to be made. Change is not always the best. This newest update is totally blank. *please note this game has terrific customer support…now all they need to do is not update the game, but update the app from quitting with no ability to sign in to the ability to sign in and not lose one’s password.

Auto zoom on iPad. When I turn off auto zoom it still zooms on a IPad .. otherwise excellent

Fun. Really fun game! But it just recently has been freezing, shutting down and few other glitches. Wont even let me watch an ad to use a power up. Very frustrating. Great game tho, very fun and challenging. Needs app improvements.

What in the hell?!!!. There was an update. I did the update. It ERASED MY GAMES. Gone, nothing there in an ongoing battle with the same player for over a YEAR. Not to mention I can’t even find the scrabble game in the mishmash of crap they’ve put together. How do I even get the old version back?!

Lightning game makes no sense. Constantly skips my turn and says I passed when I didn’t. Can’t find any rules for this version. Also, it gives my opponent a constant 5 minutes and I only get 40 seconds most of the time!!! Very irritating.

Mute. Frustrated that most of the ads won’t let me mute the sound. The button to mute just takes you to download. Back and forth. Plus 30 sec ads are too long especially with annoying sounds. Love the game but starting to become annoying.

Dislike update. I used to love playing this game and made some friends that I would chat with while we played. I like that we can come back to the game and play at our own pace. Unfortunately this update is terrible. I can no longer chat, I can't even open up the chat at all. There's a red dot showing I have messages that I can't get to. It also got rid of our scores after the update so we are back to zero. I liked the simplicity of the original game as well but am willing to overlook the new game and graphics to still play if my chat is restored.

New version is horrible. A lot of issues, ads last forever, have to reopen the app each time in order to « fix » the issues... it was much much better and faster before this new version

Too many bugs!. This is a really good and challenging game however it freezes every other game and has to be rebooted. Also the entire game itself will crash almost as frequent. I would probably buy this someday if they would fix it.

Love it. Love the gameplay at least 10 to 15 a day actually scored 190 points on one single play yesterday

Updated app is totally blank. This game was my favorite at then, I usually play against many opponents around the world, my kids and we chat while the game is going on even when the game is not running but since the app is updated it becomes so annoying😡😡 You can't chat with opponents and the gameplay is just different. Please I would appreciate if you bring back the old version. I bet many of my friends from different countries deleted the app because of the useless updates😡😡😡do something about it.. you are losing a lot of customers

Stop with the political ads. I, like many others I know, play this game as a way to relax and de-stress- one way we de-stress is to tune out all the nastiness going in around us for a few minutes each day. So please get rid of the political ads. - I am tired of seeing theSame as for Trumps push pole over and over- (and no, I don’t want to see ads or poles for the other side either - I want a place where I don’t have to see or hear from a politician for a few minutes a day) also, add a way to send customer support a message. I tried to send a direct email but all I can find are the forums (I might have missed it because the page is in Spanish and even hitting the “No habla espanol” option, doesn’t help. I don’t care that they are in another language, just wish there was a way to contact support directly, since a forum is not going to help with ads

Good but the pairing is horrible. I just downloaded the game and the players randomly picked to play with me have 999+ games played. The app is supposed to pick players with compatible experience, otherwise it can be a little frustrating.

Fix last "update". One of my favorite games. Unfortunately recently there has been a weird issue with it refusing to launch properly. Opens and closes in a split second. Only fix is delete and reinstall. Getting tiresome. Please fix

Not “English” words; Not a dating site. I loved playing this game for years, but recently, I have noticed that the game is allowing bogus words. So I began checking words in a scrabble dictionary and found that I was right. Something must have happened during a upgrade. Also, there are quite a few players who are using this as an dating and/or scamming app. And then there is the guy who keeps changing his Id and sends vulgar messages. It’s a shame that some jerks have to ruin everything.

Bad update. This game was a lot of fun to play until the recent update . It looks totally different and plays different! I will not be playing this game anymore unless they go back to the old platform with bugs fixed. Why change the whole thing up?

Layout. I love this game but When can we get a new design layout? Something more interesting to see.

Totally disappointed. I’ve played this game for years and loved it. I updated because my game was glitching a bit. It looks nothing like what I’ve been playing and it is so disappointing. It’s like I’ve lost a friend. Why not create a new game instead of taking away our game?

Is that a word?. I just downloaded this cuz I really like playing Scrabble. I’m frustrated by the fact that the spelling allowed is atrocious!!.. given that, I tried turning a misspelled word that the game accepted by an opponent into a properly spelled word… it wouldn’t accept it!! Aworded. This is such a fun game. Been playing for 2 years now. Much more user friendly than Words With Friends :) Unfortunately this update causes massive amounts of crashes. Game closes when I go to take a turn repeatedly.i love this game!

Extraordinaire!. Great way to practice vocabulary in different languages. It is bothersome that the game keeps closing after one play.

Terrible Changes. What is going on with your company? The new version is awful! “My Turn” is not my turn….it is my opponent’s turn. I cannot delete old games. I have to search, even under “their turn”, for active games that are really my turn. What a mess you have created. I guess I will have to search for another similar app to play as yours has become more aggravating than enjoyable. And depending on where you live, the app is different. My brother lives in a different state and his game is nothing like mine. Please go back to your old version or you have lost me!

Word rejection ETC. Love the game too many word rejections I put a word it’s rejected my opponent puts in same word and it’s accepted? Also should win more coins! And free video doesn’t work most of the time.

Recent updates ruined game. Word Crack had changed so much over the years. Is not fun anymore and the user interface has changed. Latest update you have to sign in with Facebook or Apple ID. I don't have Facebook and don't want to use Apple ID. Originally signed in with email address several years ago. Why isn't that still a valid choice?. I'm done with this game.

From Best to Worse. This game was so much more fun when you were allowed to interact with friends and family. Now it’s just like playing with a computer. Dry and boring. And what’s up with giving hints on what words to play? You don’t need to develop scrabble skills to be good anymore. The game tells you where to play. It’s more like a children’s game now!

Stop the music!. Don’t like this new update. Now every time I go into the app I have to manually turn off the music, the automatic zoom and other noises. It does not save my setting and to avoid I go in less than before

Crashes too much. This is a very fun game, however it crashed far too often to really be enjoyed. I hate not being able to play for several days in a row due to the game not loading.

A Game You Play by the Rules. It's a good game, and I will continue playing; however, too often I find my opponent scoring with acronyms and names. It's an inconsistency that awards those don't play by the rules.

Getting better with updates.... Still words missing from the official scrabble dictionary. Good gameplay, games expire after a while if you don't play.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I used to love this game and played it regularly. The latest update has completely changed the user face. It’s crowded and tacky and makes me not want to engage with it at all. I also keep getting new games started by random people and there is no option to disable this with the new version. Please restore previous version ASAP.

Great game but the ads are bad. Game play is great but there is an ad between plays that are sometimes difficult to close. Occasionally even have to restart phone to close an ad.

The Rules Are There Are No Rules?. 'Learn How to Play', 'Rulebook', 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Policy' are all blank for me when I try to read, but Account Info / Other Games By aren't ... I'm hesitant to spend money on this without a bit more assurance it's been bug tested / the server is stable. I like the concept, the multiplayer matching usually works well and the ability to play in other languages is fantastic, though. Going to stick to Words With Friends for now, but keeping an eye on the updates here.

Angry words. Love it! I live on the opposite side of the world to my brother and this is a great way to keep in touch everyday.

Great game, but random tile selection needs fixing. The wife and I have played many Angry Words games and the one thing that we have noticed it that the tile randomizer is very poor. In one move I got 4 "E"s, I swapped them out the next turn and the very next turn the wife got all "E"s... It's the one problem that is constant throughout all our games. Other than that, great game.

English Dictionary. The English dictionary is very limited. I expect if you are Spanish you'll enjoy his game more. Developer doesn't seem interested in supporting the English version of the dictionary and asks players to email in words that should be included. Pretty poor. Unless you want to play in Spanish, go and buy Scrabble or another similar app.

Aworded by etermax. I enjoy playing this game especially now that a situation with the ads has been fixed!

My granddaughter. I live in Australia and my granddaughter lives in Barcelona. She is terrific! Her best score is 150 in just one move. I am learning from her. It is a very exciting game that makes me happy. Susana Furphy

Turned a good thing into gambling click bait. This game used to a place where I would keep my n touch with friends from overseas. Now I’m looking for another place to meet up. They show their contempt for users with ads at every turn and non game related notifications. I would love to use bad language to describe how bad this app has become, but I want my review to be seen to warn others. DO NOT INSTALL.

Fun app. Have a lot of fun playing it with friends and random opponents around the world. If you didn't have to get in & out to refresh would be beneficial but none the less it's fun to play and enjoy playing.

Poor support. Great game but occasionally the server seems to go down. I play in Spanish, not my native tongue so it would be good if there was some indication of word strength.

Tile Randomiser Needs Work. Nouvelle version. J’ai payé pour ne pas avoir de pub. dans l’autre version. Et maintenant sans nous aviser on nous change la version pour une autre, plein de « fioritures » et on se tape des pub. à moins de payer encore et encore. C’est un bris de contrat! Impossible de voir le jeu dans son ensemble quand on place nos lettres. Pourquoi avoir changer pour pire???

Too buggy. I have to reinstall the app almost every day. It freezes and crashes constantly. So disappointing. Now I can’t even log in. It was pretty good until the last bug fix three days ago.

WordCrack. WordCrack has been a wonderful game to play with my family in other provinces during this period of Covid lockdowns. Also, it’s good to have a game going with relatives who live alone and when they play, you know all is well with them. Having ongoing games is an inherent wellness check as well as fun.

Stopped working!. Two days ago word Crack stopped working on my iPhone. Tried reinstalling the app - and it defaults back to the app page. Is this game gone?

What else have you done. What else have you done… personal settings wiped out each time the app’s reload.

Problème. Avec la nouvelle mise à jour j’ai complètement perdue la progression de mon compte et je n’arrive plus à connecter avec l’amie avec laquelle je jouais. J’ai essayé de suivre les consignes pour me déconnecter tel que proposé et le bouton déconnexion n’existe pas dans les paramètres.

Nouveau look. Qui a eu l’idée de ce nouveau look tape à l’œil, fait pour les enfants? Détestable. Je regrette le style plus sobre d’avant... Et je suis prêt à parier qu’on est nombreux. J’ajoute: des bugs qui rendent difficile de poursuivre les parties avec plus d’un adversaire et pas d’indication sur le temps qui reste à jouer (c’était 6 jours auparavant). Au final, déplaisant à jouer. Ramenez-nous l’ancienne version Aworded! Janvier 2021: je viens de perdre une partie très bien commencée. Pourquoi? Pas de décompte 6 jours! Très déplaisant. Et pas moyen d’écrire un commentaire directement par l’application.

Pas très stable. C’est plutôt agaçant de se faire avertir « une erreur s’est produite » et ne pas être capable de jouer. Je ne suis qu’une utilisatrice pas très habile en informatique et je dois déranger ma fille pour qu’elle vienne me remettre l’application en fonction. Pas agréable du tout.

Very Glitchy game. Paid for the game last year, now it keeps showing ads. Have to request multiple times to have ads taken away. Requests take a few days to process.

Déçu. La nouvelle version est franchement désagréable. Le zoom sur la grille est agressante. Il est dommage qu’on ne puisse revenir à l’ancienne version.

Beaucoup de bugs. Plusieurs publicités ne « partent » plus, il faut fermer l’application. La roulette chanceuse ne fait pas toujours le second tour tel que promis et quand on gagne une partie, on obtient pas toujours nos points. Frustrant. Serait plus amusant si ces bugs seraient réglés. Not user friendly.

Depuis la nouvelle version. Je déteste la nouvelle version en plus l’autre était tellement facile et plus j’avais payer pour ne pas avoir de publicité et avec la nouvelle version il me faudrait payer à nouveau pourquoi Je suis vraiment déçue et surtout personne ne nous réponds Nous parlons dans le beurre Francine😡

Déception. Récemment, j’ai dû réinstaller WC (?!) et payer de nouveau pour éviter les pubs entre chaque jeu… et par le fait même repartir à zéro et perdre aussi tous les joueurs avec qui j’avais coutume de faire des parties.

Décevant. Nouvelle version désolante et qui ne fonctionne pas. Je préfère jouer d’autres applications comme Scrabble go qui fonctionne!

Powerups bloqués. J’ai des pièces mais quand je vais dans la boutique et que je pèse pour acheter des powerups on dirait qu’ils sont bloqués. Je suis incapable d’acheter les powerups. Aidez moi svp

Interface Maintenant trop compliquée. N’est plus convivial! Maintenant trop difficile à utilisé pour une personne âgée. L’ancienne version était beaucoup plus conviviale ! Je dois cesser de jouer.

Toujours boguer. Quand on sélectionne *jouer * ça prend une éternité avant que l’application réagisse , je crois qu’on est plusieurs à avoir ce genre de bogue, aussi trop de pub

No one knows how much time we have for our turns. - When a game times out and ends say who's turn it was when the game expired!! - Make the board the size it used to be! It is too small!!! POKING THE PLAYER: - This does not work most of the time! Please fix immediately!! NOTIFICATIONS - Notifications are not working! No red dot to tell you when it's your turn! - Not getting messages in notifications settings on devices! Many games expire because of this!!! CUSTOMER SUPPORT: - Is very poor!!! They rarely respond to emails!! - They do not listen to players concerns!! WORDS ACCEPTED - My opponent can play the word "Zo", but I can't!! This isn't fair!! - There are a few more words like that, but can't recall them right now. WHEN YOU CHANGED FORMAT: - When you changed how the board looks & brought in those stupid boosters you made the game worse!! - Why most people played this game was because there were no boosters & it was playing using your own brain 🧠!! Not these stupid boosters to cheat!! - The board is so much smaller & it is hard to read! - Most of the people I played with for 3-6 years left after all these changes!! All Etermax games I play, this one (Aworded), Word Crack & Trivia Crack ALL have very bad chats!! And for over 5 years there are on-going problems not getting fixed!! I used to recommend this game, but haven't for over 3 years!

Nouvelle version horrible. Svp redonnez-nous l’ancienne version. Trop d’animation sur la nouvelle.J’ai payé pour l’ancienne sans pubs. Je dois payer encore pour celle-ci ?

Annonces publicitaires. J’adore ce jeu mais, le problème est dans les annonces publicitaires ou certaines restent figées, je dois me résoudre à quitter le jeu😞présentement Royal match figé et il n’y a rien à faire sauf quitter, très négatif!

On n’aime pas la nouvelle version. La version précédente était de loin plus agréable. Rien à faire de toutes ces récompenses, on veut juste jouer au scrabble

Changements récents. Je trouve ça très agacent que le tableau devienne plus gros aussitôt que l’on place une lettre. De plus il es impossible de chatter avec notre adversaire et ami depuis que vous avez modifié le jeu. Ça aussi c’est très agaçant.

Plus rien ne va. Mes parties en cours ont toutes disparu

Publicité-bugs. Souvent des ‘bugs’ après visionnement des publicités, tu dois éteindre ton ordi et le redemarrer , beaucoup de pertes de temps.

Trop de publicités. C’est poche les pubs qui durent un siècle

Problème. Bonjour, Depuis la nouvelle version, j’éprouve beaucoup de difficulté à me connecter au jeu. Une fois sur 2, ça ne fonctionne pas. De plus , je n’ai plus accès au ch@t. Est-ce que une nouvelle mise à jour pour corriger ces problèmes?

Nouvelle version. Très déçue de la nouvelle version. L’ancienne version était beaucoup plus facile et agréable à utiliser.

Publicité abusive. Sur Aworded Crack il y avait beaucoup de publicités mais jamais au delà de 5 secondes.

Wordcrak. Ewee est un mot valide pourquoi ne pas mettre a jour l’application en 2022

Désastre. Des pubs indélogeables en chinois.

Nombreux bogues. Tellement de bogues depuis le changement de version… surtout plus d’accès au tchat!!! Vraiment poche!

Insatisfaction. Vous devriez revenir à l’ancienne version que j’aimais beaucoup. Vous avez amélioré celle-ci mais elle bloque continuellement. Beaucoup d’autres défauts....

Joute qui démarre automatiquement. Bien dommage que les parties démarrent d’elle même. On devrait avoir le choix.

Update ruined the game. I played for years; update has made this impossible to play. Screen goes to black after title and that’s all she wrote. So disappointing!

What happened?!?. I loved the game before the “update”. The new one is radically different from the one I’ve enjoyed for a long time. VERY disappointed.

Most recent “update” made game inaccessible. Not able to sign in anymore using FB as of the update, and all games forfeited due to same. Such a shame! Used to love playing this before this “fix”. Ugh.

So disappointed. Unfortunately, I totally agree with all of the negative reviews. You took a great, straight- forward game with few advertisements and replaced it with a completely different beast. I do not enjoy this new version and have deleted the app.

Repetitive. Tired of bad letter draws and narrowness of options The winner keeps on winning by 100 point margin and I get all consonants.

Scrabble for dummies. great game for people who are not good at Scrabble and would prefer to cheat and buy hints and aids in coming up with high-point words. i’m offloading.

Chat doesn’t work.. Chat has not been working for a few months. How hard can it be.

New version is terrible. Update lost the games I was playing. New version looks terrible. It looks like a child’s game. Half the screen is filled with irrelevant things instead of the board. Letters are not ‘hazy’. They don’t look crisp. Hate it!

Fun. I enjoy word crack, but the free version has excessive advertisements and Some of the features don’t make sense to me

Please get rid of update. I inadvertently deleted the original word crack app and am horrified with the update. It is terrible. The original Word Crack was simple and competitive,. This update is nothing but ad-watch options and is crap.

Awfull Horrible! The new version. Go back to your old version. Can’t understand where to change language. Screen zooms no matter if you disable the option. I quit and delete the game, also friends of mine. Bye, bye!

I used to love this game.. ... On the Spanish version, not all verb forms are allowed, I find it totally unfair. Terrible new version! On top of that, they took ALL of my points. The fact that it keeps on asking to play another game gets me upset. Not happy with the changes.

Word crack 2. Hate it. Deleted the original because it wouldn’t work thinking something was wrong with my phone. Downloaded word crack 2 thinking it was an elevated version of Word Crack. Hate it so I guess I won’t be able to play a game I truly loved.

Irrating. The ads come on all the time. At times ads will freeze my phone. Like the game.

Chat issues. Ive contacted numerous times to see if chat issues can be fixed and over a year later still no chat available

NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT. Love this game but I'm updating my review to 1 star because it has too many bugs. The app logs me out every time there's a comercial or it freezes. Too many adds also.

Crashes. App is nicely designed and fun. But unfortunately it crashes randomly my iPhone 6S making it reboot each time.

What in the hell?!!!. There was an update. I did the update. It ERASED MY GAMES. Gone, nothing there in an ongoing battle with the same player for over a YEAR. Not to mention I can’t even find the scrabble game in the mishmash of crap they’ve put together. How do I even get the old version back?!

Good n bad. Great game, love playing. Ads are sometimes horrible, they need a human to review them, One just had a lot of cursing.

Server offline. For the past couple weeks the server has been offline make it impossible to play. Word Crack2 still works but it’s much too busy and clunky to be as easy to play

Bring back original Word Crack‼️‼️. I refuse to download the replacement for the original word crack with the timer and the great format‼️
