Worst app. I was trying to make an account and I sign up. With phone number but it got locked up. I don't understand the language sonic can't so anything expect leave it.

Honest opinion. Hello am new to app and have uploaded few things it’s good but I just feel that their should be a live stream chat somewhere in like with Meipai, also am bummed out about inappropriate being slapped onto posts that are not at all ie no nudity or other material that this app seems to be inappropriate it’s weird and should be fixed so the posts can be viewed normally. I hope the devs take this seriously.

I can’t send messages. Nice app but Messages I send don’t seam to get across to the recipient even after being friends with them… Tested this theory with my brother account and mine he seam to be able to send messages to me and I receive them, but when I return messages it doesn’t get across to him Please look into it

Error. It keeps telling me to reactivate my account. I’ve done it 8 times. It says account verified, but then throws the same message again

NO CONNECTION. Please update app. I’m trying to watch videos and they’re not loading. I thought it was my WiFi but I saw another review having the same problem as me.

verification process 👎. This is a cool app. I like it. Nonetheless, I wish the verification and sign-up process was smooth for users outside of CN. These things have changed for some users outside of CN now which is understandable that security is a priority.

After all these they froze my account with no good reason!. I’ve had my account for at least 5 years plus. Today just opened up the app like usual to watch short videos, and I immediately found out my account got froze. They needs my verification with Chinese ID#. If y’all could’ve told me earlier when I created my account I wouldn’t have to spends all these years posting videos and other stuffs. Now that I can’t do anything with my account! Screw yall!

Needs to be fixed. For whatever reason the app won’t let me un freeze my account even though I have given my information. Please fix this

Whats’s going on. I love the app however I haven’t been able to watch content for a few days now. My internet is fine yet I’m unable to watch anything..

It will extract your personal information.. It's better not to use Chinese applications. It will extract your information for privacy, and then use your privacy to make money!

Bad Collaboration. This app personally is good but the bad part is that there is live streamers that want you to buy them something to let them show your face. And guess what? It’s scam. And this app doesn’t do anything about it. Also, everytime I open this app, they have a collaboration either with 拼多多 or 小红书. There is a ad that pops up every time I open this app and even when I Don’t click on the ad, it still takes me to another website that tracks your information. If they don’t fix this problem I will ask everyone to delete this app and let the future generation know about this.

Still not the same. You updated and it’s a little better, but still stops to load videos all the time.. please fix!!

Account error. I was trying to look up an account and I get account when I verified and tried again it brings me back to verifying my account.

Confused. I downloaded this app to watch videos, but I cannot figure out how to properly set my account up, since it keeps freezing and requiring my personal information. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Scam. They hired my boyfriend to create content for them and then decided to cancel him halfway through the month and not pay him for his hard work.

There is no video loop playback setting on Kuaishou. The videos on Kuaishou all automatically play the next video without looping buttons or options, which greatly affects the user experience.

Fantastic app, yet.... I actually like this app a lot, and watching different social users. However, there’s only 2 things that I wish Kwai could change: (1) not limit the amount of users that can be followed daily and (2) allowing other users to have access to other user’s followings. Sometimes, other users share videos of another user and they don’t credit them which makes it difficult for those who actually wants to follow the real user. May the creators of Kwai consider this. Thank you for your time.

Menu suddenly all in chinese. I love this app but this morning all the menu selections at the top and bottom of the page are suddenly all in Chinese when it was in English….is this a known problem?

Weird Government access!!!!. idk this app is weird, you can chose to have it in english but most of everything is traditional Chinese, So i use to copy and paste the comments and translate it down anywhere ik the app when i wanted to know what the comments were saying, it didn’t take long for them to notice i was from the US and they completely blocked me from translating anything on the app itself i would have to copy something and paste down off the app then translate it. call me crazy but i just have this gut wrenching feeling they don’t want me understanding what there saying and i’ve noticed they took my access away to certain thing like downloading videos to my phone. this app is weird and i constantly fell stalked on it

Suspicious behavior. I dont think they check these reviews, but my account is locked and i cant figure out either how to get it back, or make a new one. my account is locked under a verification but i have no way to get past it. its strictly in chinese and i dont have an ID number. Help please.

You can’t spend your money in app if you’re not Chinese. I bought some ks coins in app, but I can’t turn them into gifts because they require me to self identify as a Chinese citizen and give them my ID number.

Clearly does not care about its foreign users. After opening an account, it was frozen due to suspicious activity. It then asked me to reactivate it using my citizen’s ID card, even though I am clearly a foreigner.

The first time using this app and account is banned. I just download this app and used it the first time. Surprisingly, my account is banned due to abnormal activity. I literally have no activity in this app. I don’t understand how I am banned.

Connection issues. I'm not sure if the developers look at these reviews but for my the app always says please connect or connection needed even though I'm conned and I have to always reboot my iphone. I have no idea why this is happening it was good from the earlier versions but as the app matured the connection issues began happening. Hopefully they don't drown out the app with tons of useless stuff also there's no way to clear the info when browsing to give just the video view without text. The app works only when it want to it seems.

Not good anymore after update. The video is choppy after the update today. Not that easy to switch to another video like before. Not happy with the new update.

Languages. I will download it again once English get added. I did try downloading 54 like to try out.

There are too many ads. There are too many ads, and they appear every few videos.

Kwai is slow. Ironic given its name, but all videos load incredibly slowly for me. It wasn't like this when I first installed it, but for the past week or so everything is unbearably slow. Not sure if it's because it's streaming from China. Please make this app more 快😂

Couldn’t see subtitle with new version on May4th. The most recent version has a major bug with the subtitle being blocked. Please fix this as soon as possible since most of the time I didn’t turn on the sound and this bug caused such inconvenience for me.

Can’t download speed mode vision. I am now in America and I’m not able to download a Speed mode vision tells me to money or the app money in the app which is really unfair to me because I have good videos posted and I can’t claim it and I feel really sad that because of that I am in America and I’m not able to download for other countries it’s for China

Like it,but..... There is no way to creat an account? I tried email and phone to log in hoping the app will redirect me to create account. Nothing. Therefore I can’t ‘like ‘ or follow. I’m in The USA. Is that why?

Stuck at real name verification. My account was in abnormal condition for no reason, I can’t follow or like a video, it needs Mainland China ID to verify real name, I don’t have one, I hope we can other country’s ID to verify, I want my old account , I don’t want to use the new one

This is only for mainland Chinese people. They make it very difficult if you’re not in China with requiring Chinese phone number if problems, want Chinese ID card etc. don’t list in international sites if you don’t want others using it.

Issues I have with Kwai platform. This application is a very useful and resourceful one in terms of video editing, photo editing and most importantly showcasing businesses and meeting new people but recently there have been changes on the platform that is really affecting everyone I believe. Private messages have failed to deliver for the past couple of days now and no notifications have been received for the reason why this is. I just hope this can be resolved as soon as possible! Thank you for your time.

can I have my account back?. Kuaishou coin can not use anymore. I purchased hundreds dollars Kuaishou coin. their payment method suddenly changed, not support coin to purchase video anymore.. it is really rubbish! ! Problem with authentication. Generally speaking, this is a good app. How ever, if you’re a non-Chinese passport holder, you can’t get authentication! Only Chinese ID card is acceptable. Therefore, if you are not a Chinese citizen, you can’t go live on this app! This is major setback for this app to gain popularity across the world.
