Prevent sleep doesn't work. The prevent sleep doesn't work anymore for me, I have it set to on for that option and my iPad still goes to sleep, it used to work, I can't remember if it still worked after the last update

No good. Had me on a black screen when I tried to play my music from my library.

Great for us creative types!. This app has lots of tools, but they're easy to figure out; intuitive, one might say. Just buy it already, you know you're dying to play with it anyway!

Great app!. I love this app in concept and in execution. I only feel that it needs two things: 1) you should be able to use your own music library as well as the included tracks, which are awesome. 2) there should be the ability to take video of any session. Otherwise, this app is amazing!

3.5 stars. i paid 5 bucks for this which is an very fun app but i thought i was buying a music visualisor cuz o typed in music visulisor and this was the first app i saw and i looked good. i love the app and it is very addicting but the only music visualisor related thing is that i can play my itunes on it but as far as i can see no visualixation just playing w/ dots and lines but as i said before it is a vertical fun app and i love it but it was just not what i was looking for

Unbelievable.. So much better than any other in the genre. Laser lights doesn't even compare. Draw mode alone is worth the price, add in the hugely modifiable options and all the multiple device features and this app is a steal!

Keeps crashing. Trying to use the microphone feature and it causes the app to crash immediately every time. The features that do work are not impressive. Not worth the money

Amazing. This app is so cool! It is completely mesmerizing to crate such elaborate light displays to a relaxing and ambient soundtrack. Highly recommend! I'm not sure how the developers feel about this, but it would be really cool if we were able to use our own music to go with the app, especially for many of us who create put own electronic/ ambient tunes. 1 small problem. With the gestures for its 5, the app doesn't work well when you touch with 5 fingers. Functionality stops when 5 fingers are on screen and takes a while to pick up once you add or remove one. For a relax the mind kind of app, it's kind of stressful...just a little.

The stupid line!!!. Is there a way to get rid of the line at the bottom!? It would be awesome if there wasn’t the stick at the bottom of the screen. Could be a way better way to control the app. It’s very distracting. I’m getting my money back.

Beautiful.. I love visualization/particle apps like this one, the way the particles move around on the screen is stunning! This app really reminds me kind of the Uzu visualizer, even down to how you can freeze and move the particles by holding down 5 fingers.. either way though this is a MUST DOWNLOAD if your into these types of apps, and it's FREE!

The most beautiful and amazing thing I've ever seen on an app. This app is amazing. Wonderful. Extraordinary. I've been on it for a really long time, and I can't take my eyes off it. It's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen on an iPad app. The particles spin, twist, and fuse together to create unique, pretty shapes. It's like I'm a real artist. It's a total step up from the original Gravitarium, and I say that anyone who enjoys artwork, abstract and beautiful shapes, and entertainment, should definitely buy this app.

Not at all what is advertised. Came looking for a visualizer I could airplay to my TV and have it go along with music I streamed from various apps. What I got was bad feedback to the mic function and the music completely screwy. Don't buy, wasted $5

The Most Intimate Multiplayer Experience Seen on Any Platform. I downloaded Gravitarium 2 expecting a gimmicky music/visual interactive tech demo and what I got, was on another level all together. The "Single Player" experience can be summed up as relaxing digital valium, combining the experimental music of Silent Strike with interactive visualizations controlled through multi-touch gestures. The "Multi-player" experience is just something else. It was the most intimate multi-player experience I have ever had on any platform. I would go far as to describe the experience of interacting with Gravitarium 2 with another person, be it an anonymous auto-match up or with a friend to be almost sensual. Utilizing multi-touch gestures, both players interact with the visualizations in real-time allowing you to respond to the other players actions. Again, one would have to experience the multi-player aspect of Gravitarium 2 to understand my take on it. Absolutely not to be missed.

WOW!. I love me the trippy stuff so have bought Uzu (2x), Tesla Toy, et al, and this i like more than all those and it was free. It's fairly amazing. While it 'borrows' heavily from other particle accelerators and visual toys, it brings the best of all the others into one, gorgeous app. It'd be nice to use iTunes tracks in the game part but ain't complaining. If you like visual apps there's no reason to skip this sucker.

App falls short. Within App Store, buyers are led to believe that this app can use an iPhone mic as an input. App crashes when trying to use this function.

5 stars plus!. This is the most entertaining, time killing, relaxing, meditative, yet fulfilling interactive drawing app out there. I don't know if that is a correct term for what this is, but I love it. But here's the best part - in need of a baby/toddler distracter? He/she will never want to give you your device back lol!

Noise. How do you stop that horrifying sound in the background? It sounds like a child having a tantrum on the piano keys.

Not what I wanted. I bought this app mainly for the drawing feature but I cannot find it. Other than that this does not have very many options. Just use your finger to Create cool effects and pretty much it. Great graphics though!

Good, one flaw. This is a wonderful app, but my only problem is that there is no easy way to take a picture of the screen. Please Make it present on the screen or easy to access. Other than that, great visual app

Slipped in a sick song in the “relaxing” music. Bought this for my young child whom I’m trying to keep relaxed. He loves the app which is why I was shocked when heard a mans voice from the app. One of the tracks has clips slipped in about “I really thought I was ceasing to exist” and dying themes - who in their right mind would put that into relaxation music?????? Are you intentionally trying to encourage suicides??????? PULL THAT SONG OFF!!!!!!!

Fantastic!!!. This is by far one of the best touch-based toys I have come across! Also, the music that it comes with is fantastic. This is absolutely worth your money :)

Key feature not working. The app claims that it has beat detection via the Mic to react to sound or music. When activated, it immediately crashes the app. Developer does not respond. Has not been updated in over a year. I can’t understand how it is as high in the paid Music apps category as it is.

Quite relaxing!. I really like this app...the music is calming and all 10 variations work for me! If you are looking for a way to spend a few minutes relaxing, this is the way to go. I just wish it had more music to choose from. I use this app frequently, so i know the songs well.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Do not spend a cent, this is a rip-off! Pretty to look at but won’t load Apple Music. Good luck getting help from the developer. You get redirected to some dead- in website. Get Tunr app. Now that’s a visualizer that lives up to its promises. And you can purchase it.

Perfect app for iPhone 8P. LOVE IT. Only perfection issue I have is. rotation lock when trying to make my iPhone 8P vertical app stays sideways.

I never give 5 stars but. this app is pretty sweet. If your bored and wanna chill out to some cool tunes and screw around with your ipad this is it. When I want to show off my iPad I'll be whipping out this bad boy. The way the effects follow your hand and movements are pretty freakin cool.

I worked 5 minuets. Waste of money It was incredible for about 5 minuets I changed the turn on microphone setting, then it crashed. No help from tech support. I wished it worked. Such a cool tool when it did work.

Limited. The concept is ok, but it’s quite limited, has little control and not much use as a microphone-responsive visualiser. Hasn’t been updated for 4 years, so I guess the dev is just happy to still be making sales.

Not bad at all. Surprisingly cool. If you like this i would definitely recommend Thicket which is similar but gives you much more control including the sounds and you control some amazing sounds that will loop and play back to you. There are cool videos of it if you want to check it out. Different modes and each mode is very different. It's like this app's big brother. (i recommend cathedral mode)

Lies. I can only do 5 finger designs.. If I put eight fingers or six fingers nothing happens... What's happening?

Amazing, but a few issues. Awesome app, but i wish that you'd add the option of choosing which effect you wanna do, and for some reason, the effects beyond 5 fingers don't work on a single iphone device

People paid for this??. Perhaps it should be noted in the title that on the iPhone it only allows 4 points?? I agree with other comments that we should be able to set an effect, having to touch the thing imo isn't relaxing. Visualization on wmp does similar effects, plays my music, allowing me to relax and trip out; without having to control them (by means that don't work). Also when I clicked not to allow it access to my photos, it claimed to have saved there anyways (thankfully that's broken too).

Where’s the support?. App seems fine but tapping on the “App Support” link sends you to an Instagram account that seems to only be interested in getting you to buy some kind of collectors coins. I didn’t take the time to pursue the offer because I have ZERO interest in collecting anything. The best things in life aren’t things.

Needs support. The program does not access my music library on iPad or phone. Support link on this page lands you at a company that refers you to a random Tweet page. After 4 emails I gave up. Pity, best music visualizer I could find but only uses a small library. Where is Apple quality control?

Amazing!. This app is incredible. The graphics and music are entirely captivating and I always find an excuse to play around with it in my free time! However, I thought that you should have allowed the users to CHOOSE which effects they want instead of having to put down multiple fingers. On an iPod screen, 6 or more fingers will be extremely difficult to put down. I wouldn't have minded paying for this app, I downloaded it with 'App of the Day' and so I sorta got it for free :P Keep up the great work!

Really Awesome App. I want to make it clear that I don't do any type drugs (prescription or recreational) and I don't have ADHD or any other mind disorder. But for some reason this app is just so mesmerising. I swear I can just stare at the screen with my mouth open for so long. The music is not what I'd define as relaxing, I'm more into sounds of nature like waves on the beach, but the music provided is perfect for the graphics. It's so awesome just moving your fingers around and watching the graphics change. When I read the reviews I didn't want to get it, but went for it anyway and I'm so glad I did. It is especially awesome in the dark. Transports you to a different dimension. It's like all the universe is in those little lights and you can change and manipulate them with only the tips of your fingers. Made me feel so mellow. It's not for everyone though, but if you think you'd like it, I say go for it.

Boring. The only fun was when I placed four fingers down on the corners of an invisible square, it makes a Spirograph design but that got boring fast (five fingers makes the particles freeze). Not sure how you're going to make a game out of it. Soooo...not worth the precious real estate it's taking up on my phone.

Go to time filler. Whenever I am offline and on pad, this is the first place I go.

THIS IS THE BEST APP OF IT'S KIND TO DATE!. Every finger combination produces a different psychedelic effect in a constantly shifting rainbow of colors. The shapes swirl, twist, and move in gorgeous formations with names like rocket, sparkle, energy flow, and lightning. Tapping in any corner of the app activates a menu bar at the bottom, which has several options that you can play with. There are four presets to choose from, each of which can be accessed from the options menu: default, drawing, tranquility, and user. These presets alter the settings of the app, from particle size, number, and density to color and opacity. The default setting is fast and small, while the drawing setting has less particles with greater opacity and slow movement for drawing with the stars and creating lasting images. The tranquility setting features stars with a smaller tail size and slower speed, allowing for a slow-moving universe that is fascinating to manipulate. If you get tired of the shifting colors, you can set one color as your default; even white. The user setting allows you to create and save your own preferred settings. Gravitarium 2 features 10 different music tracks that are all calm, mellow, and relaxing to listen to. The tempo of the music perfectly compliments the movement of the particles. This helps create a completely immersive experience. There’s a photo button that can be activated with a single tap. This will snag a screenshot of your creation and store it in the iPad’s photo gallery. You can share it, enjoy it, or set it as your iPad’s background picture. Through Game Center, you can connect with another player to use Gravitarium 2 in a multiplayer setting. The goal in a multiplayer game is to get the other person to “like” what you’re creating, and the number of likes you receive determines your position on the Gravitarium 2 leaderboards. The multiplayer experience is really unique, and this app is worth downloading just to check it out. The drawing mode was my favorite though, especially in multicolor. However, I’d prefer to be able to wipe the slate clean on demand to create new drawings, which I was not able to do. I’d recommend this app for whenever you want to spend a few minutes relaxing with some soothing music and designs, or whenever you want to show off the multi-touch capabilities of your iPad. I would really LOVE to see more songs added an be able to use our own music library to make this even better in so many ways.
