El. Easy and convenient

App. The all is convenient to us, but glitches and freezes ones in a while.

Bug!. There is a huge bug which annoys me all the time. I put a book to archive, but it still pops up any time I open the app, or try to listen other book.

Some limitations. A very nice app, but worth some limitations. There is no way to sort Catalog by “best books’, for instance…

Different prices on website vs app. I bought a book through the app and the price appeared to be 50% more than the price on the website. Beware.

Easy to use, Russian books away from home. The app works perfectly on my phone, my kid’s phone and tablet. It has both eBooks and audiobooks. I’ve been using it for years and it’s now quite a collection of books there. Easy to have all books always with you.

It is very horrible don’t get it unless you like wasting your time. I rated it one star for many reasons for one you have to pay for those books two it is like not that many good books like the hate you give stuff like that it is just anthor app that’s makes you think that u can read all these books but you really cannot

Doesn’t login with Google. Worked well but now when I switched to iOS 13 it doesn’t login with Google account. Just kicks off the app when chose this option. Obviously a bug, but critical one. I have multiple purchases on my account that I’m still reading and this is terrible that I’m not able to access them

Bugged - not working. Recent version is has a bugged login - Facebook not working, icons stuck on spinning, means I can’t login and can’t use the product. Please QA everything before releasing

Slow and unresponsive. For last couple weeks app is very slow and unresponsive.

Prices are doubled on the app. I have to say that the app is fast and amazing, I love it! I suggest to buy books directly through litres website, because on the website it is two times cheaper than buy it through the app 😏. Even after you will make a purchase from the browser, it will appear on the app instantly. I have to say that the app is fast and amazing, I love it!

Worst book app ever. It's impossible to download anything, ridiculously slow and glitchy. Download doesn't work properly and corrupts files. Terrible app. Just terrible.

Great app. Great app. I find everything I need to read. I still download to my e-reader primarily, but the interface of the app is convenient nonetheless. Just not my preference in general to read on the phone.

Múltiple errors. The site makes errors. You place an order for your audio book and it is in your cart, check 3 times before you place out or download it. It switches to read only and then you can’t return it. And the visto service is baaad!

Advice. the order of books in the My Books section is completely broken. The first ones to be shown are those uploaded by me (which are "someday"), and those that I read now and open daily are somewhere in the middle of the list. It is very inconvenient to search

Fantastic App. I had used the website before to purchase books but the app makes it even easier to read while on the go as well as save titles or authors I am recommended but have not yet committed myself to read.

Great content but the app is glitchy and unstable. Playback randomly pauses or wouldn’t start. Dowloaded books get deleted.

Great app. Great app but they need to come up with monthly plans because buying each book is hella expensive. Come on!!! Every other app already has that option

Charges for no reason. It appears they may have some sort of a leak or something of your payment info. Make sure to not provide them your credit card information. I got charged three times last hour for no reason. Trying to dispute that with Bank, Merchant and will try with Apple. Just be aware please

Correction: Support not responsive. I did purchase two books on MacBook. These books do not appear in my books on iPhone. My request for advice to Litres is unanswered for two days. Edit: I did check my mailbox and found the email to Litres in Outbox. It was not sent. Therefore, my previous rating is incorrect and misleading. Please accept my apologies.

charged but couldn’t download. I was charged for three books, but the app failed to download them for me while I was on vacation. I came home and now I get messages that I might be charged again to download the same books

So-so app. Bad searching system. The book is in store but won’t show up. Had to use different types of searching ways. Some books are always in front raw probably sponsored ones and this is not honest way of respect to premium members!

Not that great app anymore!. I loved this app until I got annoyed by one saved book popping up all the time every time I open the app. The book is Marie Kondo Магическая Уборка. I unsaved the book, marked as read and still every time I open the app it pops up and is marked as saved but I unsaved it just now 🤬 Updated the app and still get this problem. Purchases disappeared. My all purchases disappeared. I tried to click on “restore purchases” and was unable to do it, it was greyed out

Good app but prices are higher than on website. Overall this is a good app but their pricing policy is make me not to want to use it. In app purchases are around 2 times higher. What should I do? I can buy through website every time that will make it inconvenient for me. If this doesn’t change, I’ll switch to something else.

Great customer seevice. The app is a little glitchy but has a very good and fast customer service. The service they provide is good, the library is big and has several optional languages including English, not just Russian. I think they will fix glitches, so I will stick with them. For me as a for Russian living in the USA its the best and easiest way to purchase a book in Russian one click and storage them in one place.

Good app but has room for improvement. Overall the app for audio books is good. Design, features - have no issues there. On the downside, I have issues returning to the spot where I left, app is marking wrong spots. Pricing in the app is always higher compared to the website. Stupid I have to visit their site to get same book 50% cheaper. Otherwise i like it. Keep up good job and listen to your customer reviews.

Audio player is terrible. Thanks for the app. But the player is so buggy, please fix it. The most annoying: it jumps, starts from the same place again and again, sometimes I just can’t start the player at all, sometimes it pause by itself. Everything that might be wrong with the player is here.

LitRes. I do not understand why there are two apps. I love to listen and read books using these apps. But yes the app requires improvements. For example: I reboot my iPhone and after that all my books are gone. Or when I drive I love to listen a book, but all of sudden it requires internet, even though I know I downloaded it. Still it is good to have it.

The most user-friendly reading app I've used thus far.. Few great classics are missing but otherwise a very pleasant experience!

Lagging. The app is lagging terribly. Audio switches every time I open the app on the one same book that’s already been read and archived, I don’t even know how, since I deleted the download. Hope developers fix the problem…

50/50. Само по себе приложение адекватное, то есть работает в целом без критических сбоев. Но вот удобство вызывает вопросы. Нет градации книг по ценам, нет раздела "книги со скидкой", нет ясного и четкого раскрытия информации по акциям. Например, я решила поучаствовать в акции "Купи три книги - четвёртая в подарок". За покупку трёх книг на сумму более 800 руб мне предложили подарить книгу стоимостью (внимание!) 19.99 руб. Только сначала я сама должна найти ТАКУЮ книгу. Интересно, много ли делающих потратить несколько часов своего времени на поиски какой-нибудь ерунды за 20 руб?! Пожалуйста, не устраивайте лохотрон, ясно и чётко прописывайте условия акций!!!

Litres Слушай!. Использую приложение для айфона. Написано что я могу посмотреть таблицы и рисунки к аудио книге я уже купил. Как это сделать с телефона не ясно, и нет инструкций. Второй раз за текстовый вариант книги платить не справедливо, особенно за пару таблиц.

It is good but!. After installing the application I started exploring it? I really like how fast the downloads are as well as the available titles. The only problem I encountered is that after I opened one of the books I can't figure out how to close it. I have tried everything short of deleting the application. There is no way to get out of it or any buttons to close it. Every time I try to open the application the book pomes up first in its open format. Other than that it is great.

Супер приложение. Очень люблю приложение Литрес читать и скушать. Удобный доступ почти ко всевозможным книгам в любом месте. Одна просьба-пожелание: выдавать в рекомендованных книги, которые действительно могут мне понравится. Никогда не читала эротические романы о султанах и их содержанках, а на главной странице вижу именно их. Если бы там были путешествия, исторические романы и бизнес-литература - я бы читала ещё больше! 🤓спасибо Литрес!

Очередной будущий «Мега апп». Зачем-то навязывают свою убогую читалку в приложении. Зачем-то в книжное приложение интегрировали платформу подкастов. В общем вместо того что бы делать хорошо что-то одно, это теперь комбайн работающий «так себе», и смысла пользоваться в общем-то нет.

Удобно и функционально. Использую более пяти лет. Доволен. Хайлайты и заметки очень удобно выставляются с помощью цветов. Спасибо за качественный продукт. Особо хочу отметить работу Сервиса. Большое спасибо за четкую и уважительную работу с клиентами!!!

Почти 5. Очень нравится приложение! Просто обожаю. Удобно, приятный в использовании, очень много книг. С месяца марта 2019 уже прочла 70 книг. Единственный минус: на сайте Книги дешевле, чем в приложении.

Очень хорошая читалка. Вы молодцы! А еще вы очень вежливо и классно отвечаете даже не очень вежливым отзывам. Отдельный плюсик за это! Позитива вам и благодарных пользователей!

В Канаде приложение плохо работает. Основная и довольно большая проблема состоит в том, что алгоритм не видит или убирает скидку на книги в момент оплаты. Например, я увидела книгу на которую скидка 4$ (полная цена 6$, а после скидки - 2$), решила купить, прохожу на чекаут и тадам!! С карты моей литрес снимает 6$ плюс налог!! А за что, простите я плачу абонемент? Мне в итоге все книги выходят дороже, чем у конкурентов. А якобы бесплатная книга (до 600 рублей) у меня сгорает из-за этого бага. Приложением я стала пользоваться исключительно для поиска книг, а на компьютере уже оформляю покупку либо на литрес, либо у конкурента. Написала в службу поддержки - никакого толку. Ответ: проблема не в нас, а в Apple store. Ну, очевидный ответ от ленивых девелоперов. А подписчики просто молча соглашаются и теряют свои деньги. А не нужно молчать, нужно оставлять отзывы настоящие, правдивые. И только тогда девелоперы литрес начнут работать. Я бы поставила ноль звезд, но, увы, такой опции нет.

Классное приложение.. Удобный интерфейс, замечательный выбор книг. Рекомендую.

Минимум кликов - 5 из 5. Купил книгу отпечатком пальца. Синхронизируется с онлайн читалкой. Ничего делать не надо - покупаешь и читаешь. Все удобно. 5 из 5

Again problem with reading the books I payed for. Создатели этой программы - наглые беспардонные реальные ДЕБИЛЫ!! Раньше я жаловался, что после проплаты за книжку читать её часто не получается из-за программного сбоя, но заметил, что лучше аппловского ридера, в отношении того, что не имеет вредной функции внезапного подчеркивания текста вместо пролистывания страницы, так думаете что?! Ввели, уроды, эту задолбившую еще на "родном" аппловского ридере функцию!! А вот функцию проплаты пофиксили ли - не знаю, не хочется что-то читать на таком .овне... Прежние проплаченные книжки все еще висят без возможности читать, с пометкой "загружено 94 процента"... Да и перечитал уже все, что там было- а было маловато...

Отзыв. Обожаю ваше приложение! Покупаю книги постоянно и выбор просто поражает. Очень удобно что можно загружать книги и слушать офлайн. Пользуюсь уже несколько лет и планирую продолжать.

Очень плохо. Кусок говна, а не приложение. Не залогиниться никак, просто появляется значок ожидания, а потом ничего не происходит. Ни переустановка приложения, ни смена пароля не помогли. Бесит.

Проблема с загрузкой файлов в имени которых есть спецсимволы. В остальном - приложение отличное. Мне нравится, что читает .fb2.

Great app, but needs improvements. App works great, easy purchasing process and lots of books to choose from. It's very easy to add purchased books to Kindle and other reading applications as well. One important suggestion though, there is no way to browse books by price range. It's one of basic features for any online shopping platform nowadays. So please consider to add it in the future.

Книги не сохраняются. Если покупаешь новый телефон и переносишь всю информацию книги не сохраняются, все что вы покупали будет потеряно и техподдержка не отвечает

Бесполезное приложение. Все платно, не говоря уже о нахождении нужной тебе книги - их просто нет. Не скачивать.

Отзыв. Одно из моих самых любимых приложений. Нравится интерфейс, а так же забота о читателях - возможность делать закладки, выделять любимые фразы. Комфортно сохранять в лист «на будущее». Авторам спасибо!

Фильтрация. Как было бы замечательно иметь возможность нормально фильтровать поиск! Очень часто пытаясь найти что-то новенькое, уже минут через пять это желание исчезает под напором мегатонн «шедевров» типа рубиной, карамзинишвили, $$таса. Я регулярно покупаю книги и мне нужна возможность иметь свой black list при поиске книг. Поверьте, это только на первый взгляд, понижает продажи. Мне нужно спокойно выбрать то, что мне интересно, а не ковыряться в кучах откровенного мусора.

Лучше не придумаешь!. Ребята, вы и ваша команда команда самые лучшие! Благодарю вас от души! Вы подарили несчетное количество минут настоящего наслаждения в уединении с собой!

LitRes. Апликашка хорошая но не работает без интернета а это очень мешает вообще конечно не буду нечего скрывать но апликашка так себе, и ещё хочу сказать чтобы всё-таки книги выставлялись какие я люблю

Poor UI/UX. The worst design I have ever seen in iOS apps.

Latest version for iPad doesn't work. It just dies when you try to open it. At least on my iPad mini retina. iOS v8.3. Please fix it. It does work on my iPhone 6+, but reading on the iPad is so convenient. It's a shame it doesn't work.

He write abuse for ALL FREE E-BOOK READERS at AppStore (and even GooglePlay) - and many cool readers is banned. Reason? Oh, LITRES want to MONOPOLY. If you want to see in AppStore free readers - we need to ban LitRes and their shame app. Thank you for your support!

Easy to use!. I had been looking like forever for a Kindle-like app to read books in Russian. Really pleased with Litres - it is easy to use, easy to purchase books and never crashes

Rip off. You pay for a book and you are given only a fragment of it. I bought several books from the series русский язык как иностранный and only got fragments of them, around 20 pages from each. Stay away until and if this gets fixed.

Good app, need to fix their conversion prices. Good app, easy to use. One issue is their prices in the app are in dollars, vs on the website it's in rubles. I guess it feeds the app out of my phone system, but the conversion is out of whack - if I buy a book through a website it's usually at least 50% cheaper if not more. Would be much more convenient to buy it through the app.
