Congrats!. Way to be proactive with this app. It comes in very handy.

Save your time. Wish i could give this newspaper a minus-5 stars. Horrible, don't think they know what a free press is all about.

Terrible. Doesn't work. I purchased the digital subscription for 7.99 for 30 days and I am unable to sign in to this app. Says invalid user Id or password. Contact your publisher. Is someone working to get this corrected.

Terrible App. There are pop ups galore. It isn’t usable. When opening it says restore or buy and when I restore it just has pop ups that I’m unable to get rid of. It’s a terrible app!

aberdeen american news. your new app is glitched.. it will not work it only errors out.. we pay to be able to read the news fix the app. it is GLITCHED

Not working. Hasn’t worked since I downloaded this version! No one will help even though I’ve contacted them many times.

The app fills in the gap. I appreciate the app on especially on the days of no newspaper delivery. There’s no need to be without information, news, happenings and daily favorites to read. Thank you!

Terrible App. This App does not work and there is no one to help in their customer service area. I had to reorder the print version for my mom.

Works well. For the most part this app works very well...and when it doesn’t a quick, respectful email to staff at the paper will get a prompt response and if in their control, a quick resolution. If the issue is with the app itself, it may take a developer to resolve....but in all cases my issues have been resolved. I’m much happier with Aberdeen News app than I am with my local newspaper E-edition provider in western Wisconsin.

Poor delivery. We have a large deck on our house, but the person that delivers our paper drives through the yard, right by the deck and can’t seem to get the paper on the deck. It is always on the ground and sometimes wet. We are in our 80’s shouldn’t have to go down the steps to get the paper. This never used happen with the previous driver.

Great Newspaper. I like this electronic version, I’m not home that much so it is nice to be able to see was going on your local area when you’re gone.

Pop ups. It is very annoying with all the pop ups that are impossible to get rid of. It would be nice if someone would check into what’s going on.

Aberdeen News app is tops!. Now that it’s cold I don’t go out the paper right away so the app is great. Just clicking on the article makes it enlarge enough to read even on my phone.

Unhappy PAYING customer. I’ve had the American News app for several years and was happy with the fact that I finally received the paper daily without having to rely on a delivery person that forgot to drop off the paper. But in the past 6 months, or longer, we have been experiencing poor service with delays when paging through the paper and now we’re getting pop up adds while reading the paper. Please fix this problem before we give up on paying for a frustrating service.

Mobile ap. Disappointed that there are no updates. So has a red ribbon across the paper and cannot be moved. To read articles you have to slide the paper. Web designers need to get this fixed it come out with an update.

It’s Crap. Cannot even get into the e edition. Tells me the link has expired. Makes you wonder when it will just be a weekly paper.

Jerry Hamm. I can not get the e edition up on my iPad but it does work on my computer. What am I doing wrong?

Doesn’t work. The app does not work. Constantly have to reload to get the updated paper. Not a big benefit to have an online version.

Nice improvement. The app is easy to navigate but the two swipe buttons are too close together. It wouldn’t be so bad if trying to undo accidentally touching the bottom arrows took the reader back to the page previously being read.
