Great program. This is a great program been on off with it but has seen tremendous results and each time I have gained the necessary results I been looking. I am wanting to master my own body weight and with me taking time off this app always come in handy with getting me back in shape

Ok content, horrible app. I can’t believe that as long as this app has been out (6 years) it still misses basic functionality that exists in every other workout app ever created. I was so excited when this app was boasted to be ‘redesigned with a fine-toothed comb’ that I updated it immediately, only to realize that all they did was changed the screens slightly, and added useless links to supplements so they can make money off you linking to supplements, some from not-good supplement companies. If you look at the other apps by this developer, they are all the same basic content, just repackaged into separate apps as a cash-grab. Which is fine, but in 2018, the bar for paid workout apps is much higher than what they are delivering. The fact that the timer doesn’t work when you start it and then go to the workout (so you can actually see what you need to do), and that there is still no form of tracking anything you do in the entire app is why this dumpster-fire of an app gets 1 star.

I ❤️this app. I really enjoy the breakdown of this app, it’s simple and effective, people have asked me what my routine is. And I recommend this app every time, I will say u will need a dumbbell and barbell so invest in that first. That the only thing beside a few things like a bench and raised bench but I make my way around those

This is the one.. I'm obsessed with gorilla and have been for about 5 years. This is your entire home gym (just purchase a door frame pull-up bar for $30 - that's all you need!) The workouts are strategically balanced, the instructional videos are great, and you feel the results the next day. Sure, you're not getting the total expenditure and agony you would on a machine at the gym, but calisthenics are more about overall fitness and health, endurance and toning, not bulkiness (although in the premium package there are extra plans for bulking). I'm sore after most gorilla workouts but not so sore that I can't do the next day's routine - which means no excuses! I like to pair my gorillas with a 1-3 mile pre-run to warm up and a recovery protein shake/reward right after :D

Great app!. Love the app and the exercises provided... I had no idea where to start (it's been so long). This app lets you pick your level, based on a simple test, and then bases the exercise level on that choice. Also love the fact that there are instructional videos for each exercise. Keep up the great work and excellent , again great to have as it's been too long.

Great at-home workout. I use this when I can’t get to the gym or want to shake up my current flow. I’d give it a 5 if I had the ability to customize each exercise to my abilities/needs. Such as rep number, exercise type, etc. Even so, I’ll admit that it’s nice to not need to think about what to do and just follow what’s laid out for me.

Used it for years. Love this app. Every time I use it consistently I feel better. I haven’t always lost weight but I have gotten stronger and I always feel healthier and better about myself which is the real goal right? I have arthritis in my hands and back and have been pregnant while using it. Some exercises I have to modify or swap out to address my personal needs. Like I have to do wall pushups instead of normal ones because of the pressure on my wrists. Tutorials are clear and straightforward. I would love to see a low impact and/or natal workout added to the list of workouts.

No frills but great workouts and fitness plans. Lots of fitness apps try to do too much. This one just gives you great fitness plans, which consist of progressive workouts that you do and that get more difficult over time. It’s a but of a pain that it doesn’t highlight the fitness plans you currently have active, but it’s main focus is the workouts and not app bells and whistles. Great for anyone who wants to get fit(ter).

A NO NONSENSE FITNESS APP. This was the app that started it all for me about 2 yrs. ago. Made me lose weight and get in shape. For different reasons (injury and work) last year I just stopped using it. Then at the beginning of this year I wanted to start exercising, because I needed to lose weight again. Started slowly with cardio and stretching and also stand up paddle boarding. So I realized that I needed to strengthen my muscles for SUP and running. Thinking that maybe a new app would do the trick, I browsed and tried different ones. That was a mistake, they had too many bells and whistles for me, stupid ads and unreal promises. So I said to my self "stick with what you know and works for you". This app is just that, no nonsense, no bells and whistles, only pure exercises and easy to follow instructions. My only constructive criticism would be, that it would be good to have warm up and a cool down routines to follow. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the app and the consistency of the results. Would recommend it without a doubt.

Great workout App. I have had this app on my various phones for 6 years now. That is a geologic age in app terms. It still is one of the best workout apps that I have found. The examples and the workouts are great. The interface is a little dated and sometimes responds slowly, but overall the value is worth every penny.

Pushups, squats, & crunches. Great value! Gorilla workouts are an easy way to get some exercise without needing any equipment except a bar for pull-ups after a few weeks. The regimen has you doing more and more, and you eventually can notice how you’ve “leveled-up” with still plenty more to accomplish

Excellent!. UPDATE: I’d give this app 5* if only the developers took simple fixes into consideration. What's great about this app is that the workout sessions cater to whatever fitness level you're at. I like that one can start from the absolute minimum and increase the intensity because each workout tones and strengthens. So convenient to do this at home and the sessions are quick but effective! Love the video demonstrations as well. The only issue I find is with the cardio workouts that require so much space. I live in a tiny apartment and have limited workout space which is one of the reasons why I choose this app in first place. Another issue is that, if doing any other workout other than the signature Gorilla Workout, one has to scroll through all workouts to find the one(s) that are being done. I have all of them so it's a pain. I wish they had a dedicated section for workouts currently doing. I combine several different ones sometimes to get an all around but more intense effect and I don't want to spend my time scrolling through workouts to find the ones I'm doing. It really is a pain. Other than that, great workouts that are strengthening, fat burning and quick to do!

I’m not disciplined enough, BUT.... UPDATE: I’m still not working out regularly, yet I still keep coming back to this app! It’s simple and no-nonsense enough to keep me active whenever I am motivated to get/keep fit! —— Try as I may, I have *always* found it difficult in devolving a regular discipline cadence for working out. However, with all the apps and programs out there for getting some kind of routine, I always keep coming back to Gorilla Workout... to start all over. :p Getting in some exercise is completely on me. And I appreciate that Gorilla Workout makes it simple (though not always easy) for me to follow a program to burn some calories and get a little more fit every time I use the app!

Update fixes ‘restores purchases’ bug, app is back!. Updated review: Developers fixed the ‘restore purchases’ bug, which makes the app functional again for those of us who had previously purchased the full gamut of workouts. Overall good app - user interface still a little clunky and in-app advertising of supplements take off a star. Original review: Don’t upgrade if you have purchased workouts and you need to restore purchases! Version 6.0 doesn’t allow you to do this - the button is there in settings but it doesn’t work - literally does nothing. Money wasted!!

Great app for the money. I really like this app as it fits into my busy life. I love that it has different levels to keep you constantly challenged. Things I would like to see updated eventually- 1. The timer overlays the exercises so it’s hard to see the order of the exercises when you have the timer running; 2. No ability to track progress in the app (it would be great to be able to keep track of this all in one app and not have to go to a different app to track my weight loss goal); 3. More useful features - along the bottom there are links to their workouts, settings and supplements but I would love to see suggestions of which of their workouts to combine for specific goals. Basically, each of the workout options are great, there are just a few little things that could be tweaked.

Decent but limited. The Gorilla PT programs are decent for tracking and keeping a log of your basic calisthenics workouts. They are clearly NOT written by qualified trainers, though. They show a tendency towards the usual linear progression model that displays unrealistic expectations of progress in very short time frames. They also have a tendency to conclude a workout with 2-3 Max effort sets with short rest intervals. If you just did a max effort set of say, Push-ups, going to failure, and then rest 30 seconds and try to repeat...you’re going to get maybe a couple reps, if any. This would be obvious to anyone who’s actually trained - “max effort” should leave you with nothing left to follow with a second “max effort” set.

Tried and True. I just tried gorilla workout after at least a year hiatus. Years ago I used it for quick hotel/hostel workouts while traveling for work to not get completely lazy. It’s still super solid. I agree that, compared to new apps it could use a timer that can help step you through workouts, some way to favorite workout tracks and some way to record progress. Yet... it’s also just something I come back to. Cost effective, great functional fitness challenges, it’s not fiddley and never crashes.

Only one problem. Great app. I’ve been using it for a few years now and still have not utilized all the great exercises it provides. All the exercises in this app will save you so much time and money from having a gym membership. The only problem is that the video demonstrations do not work anymore.

Great Family workout app. My son and I need to workout and this app has a ton of workouts to choose from. The free workouts is where we are now, so when we are done with them and need to buy workouts, then I will check back in to let everyone know our thoughts.

Fantastic. I’ve done it before in the past and it really increased the amount of repetitions I was able to do. Got back into it today after a couple of years and let me tell ya, its really beating me up, but I’m loving it. Going it a month and see where I’m at after that time period, looking forward to the results

Worth the 99 cents. This app gives videos that show you how to properly do it and it starts from level 0. As someone who couldn’t do even 1 push-up, it really did help me build the muscle I needed to be able to do a proper (not modified) push-up. I haven’t paid the $10 to get all of the workouts and I’ve still benefitted from this app. Definitely recommend!

Burpee all day. I really like this app. I workout daily and I need structure to keep me on track. This app is perfect for structure and a good challenge. I usually do the 100 Burpees because it really does give a thorough workout. Thank you for such a fantastic app!?

Nice!!! :). I’ve been walking, eating better, and losing weight. I wanted to add something to add some muscle and get more results. I came back to this app and it is perfect for me. The workouts are short and doable, but challenging! I love the technique videos. This really is a “no excuses” program. :)

Great app, I have some suggestions. I like this app for what it is. However I think some things could be better... 1. Some workouts include running or pull-ups but for someone working out at home some of these things can be difficult to accomplish without equipment or accommodations. So I would appreciate knowing what equipment may could be utilized or if there is running involved in the workout summary so I can decide if that particular workout will work for me. 2. If I can’t run there could be a jump rope equivalent or something similar in place of the particular distance or speed the workout wants. 3. I like that there is a timer but I wish there was an alarm built in. This is just for convenience of not having to keep glancing back at the app if I’m with a partner or just get distracted on my phone etc. Other than that it’s a great app if you need some structure and guidance to your fitness routine. I’d recommend it to everyone.

Good app. This is perfect for beginners like me. The exercises push me but not so much that I get frustrated. Update 9/6: I just purchased the premium packages. They are great! So much variety! However, there are so many that I forget which one I'm working on. Can you make it so we can have some as favorites or move them to the top?

Just a couple tiny gripes. I’ve had the app on my phone forever and rarely looked at it. Recently I started going through it because I want to lose a good amount of weight (20lbs), and I like the idea of doing body weight exercises because it doesn’t require a gym membership! As for the functionality of the app, it’s fine but some functions could be a bit better. During a workout you get a timer, it would be nice if you could set the timer to the recommended rest time for the duration of the workout and have it countdown and sound or something when at zero. It would also be nice if you could check each set within the workout so you know you completed that set so you don’t lose your place.

Clear instructions. This app caters to different learning styles. If you like to glance at written instructions, this will work for you. If you need to see the exercise performed, you can watch a video clip to see what you’re going for. I also like that it tells you what you’re targeting. This keeps me from just going through the motions.

Push-ups. I bought this when there was one program: push-ups. I did the workouts and lifted lightly in between and got up to 125 consecutive push-ups. The other workouts have also been great.

Great workout plan. I have been using this app for a while but am just now really getting into it and I like it a lot. I like the fact that I didn’t have to buy equipment to go with it, and I get a good work out, especially now that I am on level 4. I’ve completed several of the work outs and it never gets old.

Easy at home workouts. Fast to accomplish, easy to choose which works best for your fitness level. As some of the other reviewers have said there are a few inconveniences; from the functionality of the app to certain exercises requiring things you may not have. But over all highly recommended, even if you don’t want to spend money on more elaborate exercise routines.

Great workout every time. I can honestly say this app is a great way to start any fitness journey. It’s easy to follow straight forward and it will make you feel great. Biggest plus is video demonstration of the workouts. Just finished level 1 beginner and I can’t wait for the next level. Give it a chance DON’T QUIT and stay focused.

Been a user since the beginning and still love it. I’ve had this app since day 1 when it was SO basic yet still awesome. Love it and highly recommend especially for those that are busy but need quick workouts that will make you sweat and breath heavy.

Works. I've used this app for about 4 years and it's great! It's simple and easy to do, most exercises require little more than things you have at home. You may have to venture to the occasional playground for a pull-up bar but all in all it is relatively low cost. It scales up or down based on a simple fitness test and gives you visible results if you keep at it. Great for beginners as it has instructional videos for all the exercises and great for more experienced users as it gets harder. For the relatively low cost this app is a great buy and worth using!

Solid App, Effective Program. I was skeptical at first, the graphics shown and a peek into the workouts kind of made me wonder whether or not the program would be effective, but it definitely is. Every workout gets your heart going and leaves you satisfyingly sore the next day, even at the easiest level. It will train you up and get you fit without unnecessary strain or impact on your body. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great App With Video Instructions!. Great fitness App. What I like the most is that each exercise has its own instructive video. The addition exercises are worth the price. Different difficulty levels means you are always challenged. Bought the App and additional content years ago and I still use it. Only thing I would ask for is a watch list or favorites at the top so I can track my current workouts.

Easy for newbies. The free workout is pretty good, I’m a couple days in on the baby gorilla workout. The different exercises are easy to do because of the videos, I love that if I don’t know the proper form I can watch a short video demonstration. Took off a star because the free workout is hard to see at first, it almost looks like an ad when the rest of the page is an actual ad for their paid workouts.

Great app!. I’ve used this app forever. And when i mean forever I mean as long as this app has been out I have used it. Great app!!! Doesn’t judge you doesn’t push you. You do it when you want. You go at your pace. Love the kind reminders to get up and work out. Again you as the user set those up. I use this app along with my workout regimen and my local gym.

Simply good. This app is simple and to the point. I completely recommend it for someone that is just now starting to work out. Not many people know where to start and this app gives you exact workouts with exact instructions and videos to show you proper form! I love it!

Solid app. Good quick workouts which generally burn me out (though I’m usually using the app once I’ve gotten out of shape haha). Videos are nice and descriptions good. Inexpensive and spartan, it provides structure for workouts (most of which can be done in a hotel gym/home - important for keeping me fit as gym access can be iffy). Maybe my perspective is skewed because I’ve had the app for 6-8 years and haven’t really scoped out comparable apps, but I’ve gotten what I wanted out of the app, which was quick bodyweight exercises that gas me and can be done in a variety of settings (gym, home, morning run past high school field).

Incredibly successful. I used this app to get fit several years ago to great success. I felt great and was able to gain the strength I wanted. Picking this back up after all this time and it’s still a great way to get back into fitness. The app has seen minor improvements throughout the years but overall it’s a very basic and straightforward app. I wish the interface was a little simpler but no major complaints.

Great tool for the tool belt. This app is a great tool for the beginner and the veteran. For the beginner, it's a great tool to use when building your foundation. It teaches you the basics and progresses to teach you how to modify them Into more functional movements. For the veteran, it brings you back to the basics. All in all, this is a great tool to hang onto and as with most things in life, your results are determined on the commitment and consistency that YOU put into it.

Great for Hotel/On-The-Road Workouts. A great companion app for when I’m on the road and away from a conventional gym. Videos to show the moves, realistic workouts, and a straightforward interface. I’m glad the Developer has continued to update the app since my purchase years ago (unlike some Devs that allow their app to fail since they don’t update as new iOs versions are released).

Awesome home workout app!!!. I used this app to get back into the swing of things after high school. I’ve just re-downloaded it to get back into it again! This app starts off slow but you start to feel i if you’re consistent with it!

Bite Sizes Workouts that Don’t Overwhelm. I love these bite-sized workouts that pack their punch but don’t overwhelm! I am not your typical exerciser. I don’t want some major program to commit to... if it’s too much, I won’t stick with it. But with Gorilla workouts, you take one day at a time, focus on just a few areas (2-3) each day and do one exercise per area (granted several times). You feel the burn and the next day soreness. Yet the next day, when you might be wavering on whether or not to start, you look at the day’s workout and say “yes, that’s totally manageable” then get to work!

It’s good. This app really comes in clutch for home workouts (especially for how common it is now with gyms being closed or regulated). These are very good workouts for conditioning and overall athleticism, from beginners to experts. Some workouts may need to be modified for space/equipment reasons. Some workouts involve switching between jogging and stationary workouts, like pull ups or crunches. So some of the fitness challenges you might not necessarily get to accomplish entirely from home unless you get creative. Aside from that, I have used this app on and off for years. Also, you have to pay to get all the workouts as a heads up. You can purchase them individually but just buy them all for the bundle to save money (only if you plan on commiting to this app. Otherwise I wouldn’t make the purchase). If you’re willing to push yourself, these are the best kind of workouts for shedding fat and building lean muscle.

Flexible & Demanding. This app challenges you in a manner that is effortless, yet demanding. It provides a natural progression that fits most, if not all, criteria. Honestly, I utilize this app with my HIIT workouts during my off days. It is simple enough to understand and challenging enough to feel.

Best App Ever. Have been using this app for years. They break it down for you so it’s very easy. It’s like having a personal trainer while working out. Great for beginners and anyone looking to get back into fitness without overdoing things.

Simple and Effective. I’ve owned this app for several years and have used it off and on to mix things up in my workouts over that period of time. It is fun and effective and I recommend it to everyone.

Good Jump Start. I’ve been using this app’s reminder setting as my alarm recently. I wake up, bang out the work out, and I’m ready for my day. The workouts are concise and simple enough for you to be confident that you can complete them. Each workout gets your heart beating and allows you to work up a sweat. A great app for those in between gym memberships!

Great app for multiple fitness applications. I’ve been using Gorilla Fitness several years and come back to it frequently for its solid fitness program. Weight lifting, running, spinning, etc are great forms of fitness; however the functionality of body weight training is often overlooked. Body weight training in Gorilla Fitness address mobility, balance, core stabilization, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and the ability to functionally handle ones own body weight through varieties of movement. Gorilla fitness is an excellent workout for youth athletes or general fitness. Easy on the joints, growth plates, and it trains them to stabilize and efficiently control their body. A great workout to do with my kids. It’s great for squeezing in late night or early morning workouts. It’s an awesome workout to use in between heavy weight training cycles.

Great - one suggestion to make it better. Really good app for workouts. Don't underestimate them - they look easier when you read them than they actually are! One addition which would bump this app up to five stars in my opinion would be telling us how long to rest in between each set.

Great hotel room workout. I purchased the paired muscle workout, the exercises seemed simple but some proved difficult. I felt the muscles the next day and benefits in coming weeks were good. Recommend app!

Gorilla workout review. Great app, for beginners trying to get in shape and fit, workouts are great and intense. Could include a nutritional section to help make the right food choices, to make sure that by the end of using gorilla workouts they will be fully satisfied. I've been using this app, for 6 weeks as well as going to my local gym and I've seen changes in my body.

Clear and straightforward. What a great exercise. Simple, practical, straightforward. Just pick your level. Watch the instructions and do your exercises. Very recommended.

Definitely worth it. This is a great workout app and I'd recommend it to anyone. It has specific workouts which cater to which ever area/muscle group you want to work on. It's great for training where your goal is to tone up using body weight/circuit training style exercises. Comes with descriptions of the workouts and even instructional videos on how to do the specific exercises. The workouts aren't time intensive which makes it much easier to fit into a busy schedule, great for breaking up your routine and for people of all fitness levels.

A quick blast. Great for a quick blast most mornings. Intense workouts for the time poor which are assessable anywhere. Has become my go to.

Cancel your gym membership!. Fantastic App. There is no need at all to pay ridiculous gym fees if you follow the workouts on this App. Great instructional videos make sure you get the best out of it.

I'm glad I have this app. As life can get a little busy, I find getting to the gym though helpful is often not possible for me. The great thing about this app, is that in the time it would take to drive/walk/jog to the gym, I can have a workout already done. I enjoy this app because it's creative and has variety of movements and I only need my body to do it. Thanks for creating the gorilla app :-)

Great Workout App......but..... I love this app. It has given me motivation and I now have a waist again. However, it should have alternative exercises to choose if you can't do them. Eg the pull ups, I don't have a pull up bar in my house. Squat thrusts, I just can't do them yet etc. Also, I feel the jump from level one doing 10 modified pushups and squats to 10 normal pushups and squat thrusts in level 2 is unrealistic, remembering that level one is for people who may not be able to do any pushups at all. Maybe level one should be a bit longer or the jump to normal pushups (or similar) should be more gradual? The exercises are clearly explained however and the video is great and because each day doesn't take too long to do (just high intensity) you actually want to do them. If it let you write some comments when you post to Facebook, that would be great too. One last thing, it would be great to have inner thigh exercises too Thanks

No equipment needed. Well instructed workouts easily executed in small spaces if required.

Enjoying this app. I'm not a gym person but am really enjoying this. I love rolling out of bed each day and exercising in my PJs. I'd recommend this for anyone looking to make a positive change but doesn't know where to begin.

10/10. This app in my opinion is the best fitness app going around. Easy to fit into a busy life style and very affective when balanced out with healthy eating. I recommend this app to anyone either starting out or just want to add something different into an existing exercise program.

Sensible and achievable. This app makes a lot of sense. You don't need to spend a lot of money and you can workout anywhere. The tutorials are really well presented and easy to follow.

Great app so far. Have only been using this app for a week. Very simple to use and good exercises for a beginner. I particularly like the exercise demo videos a great help for someone who has not exercised in a long time. I like the fact that exercises require minimum extra equipment. Would like to see the ability to change or go back and redo certain workouts built into the app. For someone sedentary just starting up exercising again this app is simple and easy to use, i dont know if it would suit fitter or more experienced people. Would probably require a more detailed tracking system perhaps.

Love it!. This is a fabulous app. It's simple and straight forward and the exercises so far are great for increasing my core strength and, importantly, create just enough muscle to keep everything firm and in place. The only downfall is that when I play my own music in the background the videos pause it. Once I know the exercise and don't have to use the videos there is no problem. Use it anywhere!

Great just needs little tweaks. Needs the ability to undo. E.g. If I want to view some workouts by skipping through, that shouldn't be a permanent change. I'd like the ability to remove workouts from the completed section. Otherwise an awesome app, there's now no excuse not to work out!

Good App. Good no frills training app

Loving it. Only in the first week, and its hard to find an excuse not to complete a workout daily. Exercises are simple with clear instruction both written and vid, and I'm surprised that they raise a sweat and leave lasting burn! Great app :)

Follow it throughout. Choose your level appropriately and follow through with the designated exercises everyday and you'll definitely see results. The video demonstrations are particularly helpful.

It helps me on my knees. For a year I was exercising extraneously and injured my knees, after 3 months of therapy I found gorilla work out very helpful in getting me in top shape ! Effective and fun. Clear instructions with a good slow build of work outs. You do have to pay extra for specialised workouts but the few I've tried have been great.

good, ezy too use and variety. like all exercise the hardest part is to do it regular and push your self to get results. i stopped sport six years ago and ended up with an extra 20kgs today. this app has helped me to start and maintain regular exercise with it variety of different work outs and ease of use.

Short and effective. I was surprised with the short but effective routines when I tried the Gorilla lite version. After a while I bought the full version as I found the apps fun and effective. No excuse not to do the daily workout. Good stuff

App is good, workouts not good. These workouts are rediculous. I've paid for complete app, all in-app purchases. And the workouts are far too basic. Have to do like 3 of them back to back to get a full body hit. This style of workouts is almost like isolation training (daily splits etc..). I was under the impression they would be full body circuits that a gorilla would do(lol). However no. As for the app itself, awesome. I Like the way it works and unlocks new content etc. Just get some better workouts and i'd 5star this. Thanks.

Almost perfect. Some of the pictures don’t match the exercise description (like mountain climber and plank). Also, planks and other holds should not be included in a ‘do these exercises as fast as you can’ workout.

I had a hunch.... ..that this would work for me. It does. The best aspect of this workout app is that the workouts target different muscle groups each day allowing for repair and reducing the chance of hurting myself! Now there's no reason why I can't do 20ish minutes of exercise everyday. Get this!

Pay for the app… get nothing. So I paid for the app, open it up and then realise that I also have to pay for each individual workout? Why did I pay for the app when there’s no benefit? You could have just had a free app and then asked people to pay for the workouts.

Great value workouts. I've been using one of the other Bodyweight training apps with the in built 'coach'. However, I found the coach didn't really listen to me so was losing motivation to train and was paying for the privilege. I'm 55, busy single dad who just wants to maintain a good level of fitness, not become an athlete that puts training over everything else (as that other app seemed to assume). There's more to life, right? I've done my first workout with Gorilla and was really satisfied. No hoo ha, just good, solid exercises. The videos are great, a regular guy using a regular tone to give clear explanations. No motivational music, no super fit athlete doing the exercise faster than I could ever hope to. Looking ahead in the workout schedule I can see a straight forward progression that I can do at my own pace. Suits me perfectly. Yes, I get a free workout for this review. The above comments are my genuine opinion though.

Better then the rest. So far the gorilla level has been keeping me challenged! After a day my arms usually feel shaky and I've been working out for strength and size for a few months now, to be honest this is quite an excellent work out app, has variety of levels for those who are different levels of fitness. I'd like to see more content be put into this app in the near future!

Don't see the point. All this app does is tell you what exercise to do without a timer, tracking or anything else. You can get the same information from the Internet for free. Does it work? In short, not really. Going to the gym for 20 minutes will do you more good than 60 minutes of this. It's good for beginners however who are looking to gain some strength but not muscle.

Gorilla is great. I travel a lot and have use Gorilla's workout too keep me going highly recommend this app to anyone trying to stay or get fit.

Easy to use. Quick and easy to use. Starting at the easiest setting as a wee monkey, I found the very first push-ups ridiculously hard. Hopefully that will improve!

Just Okay. This app is just okay. I wouldn't recommend it for gaining muscle or losing weight. The exercises themselves are fine but there are a ton that are basically the exact same. The instructional videos are poorly done and some (ex. One handed push up) are literally 2 seconds long and the person you are viewing isn't even able to complete the exercise properly. This app was a great idea and a lot of solid exercise can be done with you own weight but I think it just needed a little more time and effort.

100 push-ups challenge. Used this app with its 100 push-ups signature workout to get to 100 push ups with friends. Best spent money of the year.

So much potential wasted!. First and foremost let me go out and say that the exercises are extremely well done, versatile and challenging. Here's the problems: -video quality is poor - audio description to pair with the video would be amazing! Especially for visually impaired. -the User interface is so bad, there is no backtracking, overview, options, FAQ, prep, nothing to assist the user in how to prepare for workouts and to best capitalize. - the overall design, and aesthetic is so weak and uninspiring it makes me want to just stop using it all together. Capitalizing on other features.. Stop watch, timing, extra challenges. Capitalize on an achievement system.. Make this a game for serious users!!! - what's up with the website?!?!

It’s only YouTube videos. This is highly highly mediocre. Modestly better than the subscription apps but ultimately it’s just a bunch of you tube videos. I recommend downloading the YouTube app and just use that and a calendar. Really nothing to see here. Don’t waste your money.

Great app but. I would really like it and recommend it to make your app better to work more on your timer. Surprisingly good home workout program. I have had this app for years and always come back to it after trying other similar apps. Exercises anyone can do without need for equipment, or weight bearing tables like other apps.

Needs More to be Competitive. Basic functions and use of app is OK. Need to have ability to use timer and see workout at the same time. Also, timer should record your time upon completion and let you know how you rank against all users. Timer history also needs to be available if you want to go back and chart improvement.
