Not working out.!. It let me in class some days but others it glitchy and keeps kicking me out and 3/4 times I can’t hear they teacher cause it keeps going in and out and you only have limited tabs so you have to keep going back to the source and it is very difficult to understand when people are trying to talk and right.

Decent. Good program, but seems to mess up the sound when mic is activated when host is computer and the other user is smart phone.

Annoying Text Problem. Well, it is really bad to see such an app that supposed to be widely used by students and instructors around the world, doesn’t support right-left languages like Arabic. The issue is that the desktop version performs very well in this regard, while only the mobile app looks crazy!!

Adobe Connect. Hi everyone 👋🏼 Please give us an update to increase the screen resolution and add other options like in windows app. For now, this app is very old and no has any good options and look.

Non-functionality. In lieu of COVID-19, all of my University classes have been moved online for the rest of the semester. I have found this application to download on my iPad so I can “have my classes with me” no matter where I am, instead of lugging around my laptop computer. I used this for one of our online meetings/lectures, & I could not see what my professor was showing on her screen. All I saw was “unsupported content.” This does not help my learning experience if I can’t see anything on my screen. The idea is great & I was very expecting of this app, coming from a company like Adobe. You have wonderful photo & video editing programs, but this needs some work. It would be wonderful if things worked as they were intended, especially in a time of crisis...

Too Many Glitches. Whether or not the user is using WiFi, the video always goes in and out. The app is not easily accessible. I use the app for a class and there is always a glitch, which causes me to miss important points from my instructor and have to go out of my way to find out what I missed. The only thing good about this app is the sound quality.

All it does is open your browser.. Like a screen door on a submarine. Downloaded because I can’t open A.C. videos in Safari. This app requests a URL then opens that URL in your internet browser. So (1) it doesn’t DO anything, (2) I still can’t attend virtual lectures, (3) if I could open the video in my browser then why would I download an app?

Terrible. Audio connection was terrible, cutting out every other word. I switched to the browser on the same device and it was much better. Several of the features (link to additional content, timer) that work fine on a PC or through the browser were unsupported in the app.

Stopped connecting. My daughter uses this for Live Lessons in Connections Academy on her 2018 iPad. It was at least usable last year even though it’s a pain how you have to switch between windows. This year the video streams are usually blank. Audio but no video. Starting yesterday she can no longer even connect. It just spins and says connecting and doesn’t do anything. I’ve uninstalled the app, rebooted the iPad, re-installed the app multiple times now with no luck. Oddly enough it still connects on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, so she luckily hasn’t fallen behind. Maybe it’s something different between iOS and iPadOS? I wish the school would move to a different platform. I’ve used Adobe products Professionally for over 20 years, but this app is garbage. The teachers and students complain about connection issues on a daily basis.

What is wrong with you?. You run a business meeting application. Your iOS app just kicks you to a browser and doesn’t reconnect back to the app when it says it needs to open in an app instead of browser. Doesn’t work at all. Can’t view recordings

Kept getting error messages. Garbage app. I wish the host of the webinar I needed to attend used Zoom or Teams. From the single sign on page I would get an Error Loading Page message. Then I went straight to the app and entered the meeting info manually. Here I would get a network error

OK - Some frustration. It’s a little clunky. One key challenge is when you are using the chat feature. You enter your text, hit enter and it shifts focus to another area. Doesn’t seem to make sense that focus should move away from the user data entry field for chat. Very frustrating since I think I am typing to send a message and it turns out the focus is not in the chat field. Also, it would be handy to shift some of the items like user info to a pop up from the bottom that would provide more screen real estate for the session.

Worse app ever. Used this app for watching the Home Depot workshop live. Worse app ever. Forces the screen to landscape mode. To maneuver from one page to another is nightmare. To type something in landscape mode is virtually impossible. See the reviews before downloading this app. No engineering team has spent time and effort to develop this all. Shocked a company like Home Depot would use this useless app. Better to use a safari website to watch workshop live video for homesepot.

Worse compared to zoom Webex or hangout. Biggest grip is that I have to keep the screen lit on my iPhone in order to the audio to keep streaming. Zoom and other technologies allow audio and microphone to work even when the screens are off. Please step up to the plate

Terrible App. This app does not work properly. It freezes up and takes over the entire screen in away that causes this app to be the only thing you can access on the phone while it is running. There is no easy way to move it over like other apps and this makes it very challenging to get to the phone to dial in to a call.

What exactly are you doing, Adobe?🤷🏻‍♀️. I think Adobe has forgotten about this application. They do not respond to reviews, do not fix bugs, do not publish updates (last updated almost a year ago!). They do nothing for this poor application😕 What exactly are you doing, Adobe?🤷🏻‍♀️

Trash, Garbage - Expect Way More from such an Establishment. Overall, if I could give a zero star review I would. This app is horrible, clunky is an understatement. The UI doesn’t fit the screen. The UX is trash. You can only use in landscape mode. If you phone locks or you switch apps. You must re log in. I expected so much more from a established brand such as Adobe. This is really a shame. As an investor, I am ashamed to say this is something the secured my invest dollars.

Worst app I have ever used in my life!. This app is terrible! Doesn’t connect easily, you jump from the browser to the app. Then there’s the issue with connection! It keeps loading and loading. On top of that, it doesn’t seem to load slides properly. The slides kept lagging for most of the audience and the presenter had to go back over and over the same slide.

Inaccessible, non-ADA compliant. For a company that is almost an every sector of the business and academic markets, it is shameful how non-inclusive your application is. Not only does the application barely function with voiceover, but blind users cannot even get past the terms and conditions. Haven’t you guys ever heard of a checkbox? This is just sad. Check the box to accept the terms and conditions.

Great Development. at first we had so much trouble with connecting and showing pictures, we even couldn’t hear the voices , but during just a week the application has the best improvements and it’s getting better every time

Absolutely awful - DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. We were testing this out for use in our ever-growing business, and only a few of us could join “the room”, but then it started booting us out. Will not be subscribing to this. Also, seems Adobe customer service is as terrible for this as it is for all their other products.

Worst App Ever. This app is horrible. Due to COVID 19, I have to use this app for class. I can’t even hear my teacher half the time and the video does not work. Many other people have this problem, too. And when ever I try to share something, it just says unsupported content. And the audio does not work either.

Fail. This app would constantly have to re-connect to the server, and then it would dump you out of the meeting. It also forces the comments on the side. You can go to full screen, but once someone changes their PowerPoint to a video, and then back again, you lose the full screen view. Either way, the loss of connection is just not acceptable for 2021.

Not too bad.. Hey! I’m in Connections Academy online school, and sometimes when I’m on the go and my computer dies, I only have my phone to watch Lessons from. This helps a lot. Only downfall is it is a bit glitchy. Overall good app.

One of the worst apps I’ve ever used.. This app is truly horrible. I’m currently using it for web seminars and it’s really barely usable. There’s a number of problems: 1. Audio stops when go to Home Screen. Sometimes I want to switch to Safari and the audio just stops. 2. No multitask support on iPad. Combined with above this means you can’t switch to other apps. 3. Audio is choppy. 4. App doesn’t support most handouts. A webinar had a number of pdf files and the app just says “unsupported format”. 5. Can’t copy from chat. Also can’t tap on links in chat. 6. On my iPhone 12 Pro Max, I can see the status bar on the left side of the screen despite being in landscape mode.

Never works!. My children attend connections academy and all we experience are issues! On our iPads (which are new) it constantly cannot connect and yes we’ve rebooted, deleted and reinstalled the app. on our computers (which we purchased last year for homeschooling) we experience no sound or volume even though I’ve allowed it in security and installed different internet browsers to support it.

Can’t play recording on phone. Does this app have the function of playing the recording on a phone? If it does, I always have trouble launching it even when I copy/ paste the link. It just directs me to a page with some words but the video never plays. Why have the app on the iPhone when it won’t even launch to play the recording? Adobe needs to fix this fast please because some of us can’t get to a laptop all the time and we’re on the go.

Old fashioned. Its so functional and perfect, but the app in ios is so old and seems to be very old fashioned. The options are so limited than the new services. For the god sake please improve it and adjust it to new designs and equip it with some new options! Thanks

You plan on updating. Idk maybe at least optimize the app for a screen bigger than an iPhone 6 in 2020. Maybe update the call quality so it doesn’t sound like I’m talking through a tin can. Maybe update your app more than once a year. Unbelievable how lazy this software team must be. You’d think that updating a conferencing app that many students are forced to use during a global pandemic would be some kind of priority instead of just an afterthought.

Cannot join meeting from iOS after new update.. I have been using Adobe connect for almost 4 years. It is a great app as all my classes are online and I can connect from my phone or laptop anytime anywhere. But after the recent update, it’s a different story. I nor my classmates are able to connect to online meetings through phone. We have no Choice but to join the meeting thru a computer. It gets very inconvenient when I’m traveling as I usually use my phone to join meetings. Hope they fix this issue ASAP.

We are human, too. Hi.I wanted to say something that really bothers us. many iranian use adobe for thier online class but wen we want to type something in chat box we can’t read our messages because it doesn’t show Persian. I hope this problem solve soon. thanks

Terrible App. I hate this app with a passion. Trying to use this app to study for some CFP classes, and unfortunate our provider makes us this this app. It barely functions on the full internet site (chrome safari IE classic or new version, it doesn’t matter, it’s just painful to navigate no matter what avenue you try). You think the app might be better but no, you have to manually type in the link which then takes you right to the internet. On my iPhone you can’t do anything else besides load the class stream, and god forbid you need to fast forward/rewind or do anything except allow it to just play (phone or site). This program is just painful to use. I’ve wasted so much time just trying to get the thing to load that I’ve wanted to switch providers since this is the only player they offer to disperse the material. Adobe Connect is really just awful.

Awful app. Streamed same webinar on both PC and iPad simultaneously. On iPad, after jumping around menu options, screen froze and slides would not advance. Had to close out, go back in and not touch any controls. Audio intermittently cut out during the entire presentation, and screen froze from time to time. On PC, there were some hiccups, but not nearly as many as in this app.

Not full screen. I love the way that this app makes things easier but it’s not full screen on my iPad

Garbage. If your just watching a meeting, it works. But as soon as you try to participate in polls or the chat it’s horrifying. The keyboard keeps randomly closing. I felt nothing but pain the time I had to attend class in the car. I would rather take shots of bleach then use this app.

Add Kurdish, Persian or Arabic Keyboard. There is no Kurdish, Persian or Arabic keyboard sitting in Adobe Connect. Because of this we have problem during chatting. For example if we want to write کوردستان, it would be written ن‌‌ات‌س‌درو‌ک. Please solve this for us. Thank you.

Not a pleasant experience. So many issues for the past two days trying to use Adobe Connect for a CE class. The screen would freeze, I couldn’t participate in questions, the screen would go blank, I couldn’t hear the hosts, I couldn’t use chat. I installed and uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times trying to troubleshoot it (I couldn’t access help either) that I missed half of my class.

New option. Add an option to mute an individual in a meeting pls its annoying I wanna mute some people

Surprisingly Poor. For a large company who’s app has been around for a long time it’s surprising how poorly this works with the most recent devices. Swiping up from the home bar on non-home button devices takes several tries before it will actually leave the application. Why is this an issue more than 2 years since these devices were first released? Yikes... Adobe really needs to work on quality control

Zero updates during pandemic!?!?. With schools stubbornly relying on Adobe Connect as the primary distance learning platform, the fact that this app has gotten zero updates for the duration of the pandemic is criminal. When apps like zoom and meet are releasing updates at a furious pace to add features to meet the demands of this moment, kids on iPads using Adobe connect can’t even view two videos live at the same time. The poor audio/video quality (10fps best), the clunky 1990’s user interface, and again, not being able to see more than one tile live at the same time (and needing to manually tap other tiles to see other speakers live) are just a few of the reasons this app deserves no stars. These are all table stakes features that literally any other video platform on the market easily covers. Yes Adobe has made incredibly modest improvements to the desktop app, but they must know children frequently must use mobile devices as a more durable, portable, cheaper, and easier to use alternative to their parents laptops. That they would continue taking money from school systems during the pandemic and leave this app and the students who rely on it to waste is unconscionable.

Can’t Even Use. I use adobe connect for my work training. After using the link in my email to get to my log in, it takes me to TWO pages to tell me to download. If I say I already have the app, it takes me to the SECOND page where it once again says to either download the app or use it. Both buttons do nothing. Support was of no help and kept telling me to reinstall the app or access the mobile site. Once again, both did nothing to help. I have other devices to watch my training on, but it’s ridiculous that we HAVE to download the app and it won’t even work.

Smartphone support no longer available?. I have used this app until the last couple of months. I am no longer able to access an Adobe Connect meeting via iPhone.

Poor Performer. This application does not do what other meeting/presentation applications seem to do easily. During my conference (I was an attendee), I found the interface to be cumbersome and not especially intuitive, and experienced connection issues and long buffer/load times for nothing more intensive than presentation slides. Additionally, the bottom 1/3 of the screen, allocated for file downloads made available by the presenter, consistently displayed a banner that read, “Unsupported Content”. Programs like WebEx, Zoom, and others seem to perform much more consistently than is one. I do not recommend Adobe Connect.

The Microphone. I use this app for my university’s online classes. Apart from the crashes, I can’t use the microphone because when I use it I can’t hear anyone and also after that the class goes on mute and there’s no way to fix it. The prof. thinks I’m doing it out of laziness but I’m not. Thanks to you now my grades are decreasing:|

What a disappointment. If I could have given a half star I would have. It keeps having sound drops it like I only get 80 percent of the communication and the other 20 is lost. This is worse than any other meeting app I have ever used. I would have chosen google hangout or hi5 or anything other than this if I had the choice. Smh

It works, just not well.. Considering this app hasn’t been updated for a year means it is far behind a lot of other alternatives that are embracing the new COVID era online learning/working by putting more features into their connection platforms and software. Other apps like WebEx are getting easier to use on mobile because the developers realize the need for intuitively designed mobile apps for the average (non-professional) user. Connect is falling behind.

Request. In next update please put an option that we can use different speeds for the recording sessions

Does not function properly at all. Watching webinar recordings on playback is not supported on the app. But even watching on a desktop is frustrating because whenever you pause the video, pressing start again causes a 3 second delay, so you miss what the person was saying for that amount of time. And since there is no 10 or 30 second rewind or fast forward option, you end of sliding the time bar too far behind or too far forward, which is extremely time consuming and having to keep relistening to what you already heard, or fiddling with it to find your space again. For me to take notes on an hour long webinar, it ends up taking like 3 hours just because of this tedious process. So what i started doing is recording the voice on my phone’s voice memo, so that way I can pause, rewind, fast forward with ease. But how silly is that?! Adobe needs to get their act together and create a fully functional webinar software!!

Poorly made “business” app. Poorly made mobile app. Very cumbersome to use. Doesn’t even fit the screen size of my phone. This app needs major updating to make it user friendly on a smart phone. Just changing a couple of buttons and trying to use the desktop website version does NOT WORK!! Not refined at all..

Recorded. I was hoping to be able to play my recorded lectures as it advises me to download this but it still won't play them

Utter garbage. Not only is the website horrible, but so is the application for here, and the computer. It’s known Flash is a very horrible service, hence why it has stopped being the most used service. Flash has an update every week or so, that means this application doesn’t work most of be time. When you do get it working, either it still bothers you about flash, or it is almost unusable. It’s okay on a computer, but here on your phone or iPad? It’s horrible. It takes 30 seconds to load up the messages, and it takes longer to load up any videos in the lesson. I can’t wait until this is replaced by another service for schools and other educational institutions because currently it’s horrible.

App not working. Keeps telling me I need to download the Adobe connect app before I can log in to view my uploaded uni lectures, even though I have already downloaded it.

Hopeless. You can’t view a recording through this app on an iPad. You are only able to join a live webinar. In this day and age who could have imagined an app being so far behind the eight ball. Hopelessly behind the times.

Lichrally doesn’t work. Asks for a password when there is no password for a meeting. Incredibly frustrating.

Teacher Consultant and blind voice over user. Unfortunately this app is completely inaccessible to those of us needing to use voice over on the iPhone/iPad. This seriously impacts upon my work as Adobe Connect is the preferred web conferencing tool in my workplace. Please Adobe, can you build accessibility into this app? Thanks.

Disappointed. I downloaded this hoping I could use my iPad to watch University lectures that had been previously recorded using Adobe Connect. Unfortunately it keep telling me I need Flash Player. Back to the laptop! I might be doing something wrong so that it is bypassing this version and using the uni version so I will follow it up further.

Garbage and a half. This app is utter rubbish, doesn’t let a National University website load. Said that it is “an unsecure site” Load of junk. Don’t even waste time downloading it.

Sharing Pod Still Buggy. I wasn't able to share any of the files in my content library even though they were compatible file types. The file just didn't load into the share pod. I also couldn't see any of the image files from my content library to share them.

Don’t bother. Unable to watch recordings of lectures with this app on my iPad, which is the whole premise of having an iPad and studying via correspondence.

Why?. Why does entering the URL in the app push you to a browser that then tells. You that you need to use the app. This is a ridiculous and pointless app that does not work. Don’t waste your time.

Downloads. Im unable to retrieve or download any pdf content, crucial for my needs. Its very buggy. Chat does work but thats all.

Doesn’t work at all. Complete trash.. My institution uses Adobe Connect for lectures. They will play on my laptop but not my phone, so I tried downloading this app. When I put in the URL for the lecture, the app simply loads the web page in Safari, which plays only audio and not video. It does literally nothing. The entire Connect product suite should be loaded into a spaceship and crashed into the sun.

Half a year later and still no fix. Please fix your product...

Cant delete and download again. It’s undone downloaded app for me and now i cant delete it and again download this app

Incredibly hard to exit couldn’t even turn off my phone r. With my new iPhone XR I was excited to watch webinars on my mobile. It once you click log out it is almost impossible to close the window. My friend has an older iPhone and she had the same problem... I couldn’t even turn my phone off. Eventually all of a sudden it went small but took about 20 swipes to get it to go away. Need to fix this or you are gonna frustrate your clients away.

SO BUGGYYYYY. I used zoom and my webcam was really good. BUT YOUR APP MAKES MY WEBCAM LOOK LIKE I USE AN IPHONE 4. MY AUDIO CUTS OUT AND I CANT HEAR ANYTHING WHEN IN IN MY CLASS. UPDATE YOUR APP.

Outdated, far behind competitors. This is surprisingly bad from Adobe. It is very dated, and does not work smoothly or effectively at all. It lags well behind competitor applications for delivering online events.

Impossible to open video recordings in-app. I mostly use adobe connect to watch recordings of classes. When I put in the meeting URL in the app, it brings me to a webpage and tell me I have to download software when I clearly already have the app on my iPad.

Whiteboard feature is cut off. Unable to see the entire whiteboard from presenter. Information is constantly cut off on right side. Tried tech support and it was no help.

Can’t even use it. No option to even log into my account. As soon as I open the app it asks for a meeting URL which I provided and it just tells me “room does not exist”. Horrible app.

Extremely buggy!. Many many problems with adobe connect. But the major one for me is that my students using an iPad can not join the meeting simply because either the link keeps opening the app download page instead of the meeting (while the app is already installed) or gives the error “room does not exist” when copy/pasting the link. This is making our work very hard and excluding students from classes. Don’t use this product!

Worst Application I can think of off the top of my head. Pure garbage. The only browser on iPad that can support it is Puffin, and Puffin costs money to download. As a MA student at University Laval, I decry loud and far the use of this s***** application. Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, but work on an iPad, and other Apple products, without freezing, or closing suddenly every few minutes. Getting through one 2H50min late class takes me close to 4.5 hours because I need to constantly refresh my browser. I shouldn’t have to buy a PC just to watch a couple virtual classes. Hopefully, this application just disappears one day, and all my classes are done through Zoom. For shame Adobe, FOR SHAME! Also, the application writes Arabic backwards, which I don’t appreciate.

Screen Sharing not Available Yet on Ipad. Some competitors such as GoToMeeting allows the screen sharing with tablet and mobile devices but current version of Adobe Connect doesn't support sharing the iPad screen. It would have been a great feature for online meetings and online classes. Three starts for that.

Does not connect. And I cannot find enough information to learn how to make it connect. I am missing out on a webinar - and even the recorded version because the host is making it available for only 3 days. I will not be at my PC desktop within that timeframe. Need to use my iPad.

Not updates for million years!. I think the app hasn’t any updates since iPhone 5 or 5s. Also it can not display Persian correctly.

Useless. Lol. Technology is supposed to make life easier. I was given a link to join a conference and I was led to adobe’s prompt to download the app or use the app if I had it. The app never got the connection from the website. I’ll let the company know that adobe connect doesn’t work and they should move to a better solution that uses current technology to make their customers’ lives better

If I could give less stars I would. The app doesn’t work at all on iPads and barely works on phones. Unless they update it, it’s trash take my word.

Kind of useless for hosts. I downloaded this app to continue training my class while there was a fire drill in my office. The features available for hosts in this app is useless. Really kind of lame for participants too. I love adobe connect but this app could use some work.

Audio Feedback. I called into a teleconference when using this app on the same phone. It worked, but there was audio echoing and it was distracting. Not displaying the app fixed the issue, so I just tuned in every couple of minutes to see updated slides. Would like this to be fixed though. 4-5stars otherwise.

Pretty decent app. My class started using this because of covid 19 and it’s been pretty great so far. I’ve had some issues where I’ve had it to leave the meeting and come back but overall it has worked well for my paramedic class of 25

Very Laggy. Wouldn’t be using if it wasn’t required for my uni course, the online version works better than the app but even the desktop version is slow and has many glitches. Wouldn’t recommend, better off with zoom.

Does not allow me to play previously recorded webinars.. Useless for the purposes I hoped. My company offers many professional development webinars online. Where they open in adobe connect on a PC, they are not at all viewable from my iPad.

Old and clunky- please update!. Please update, especially for iPad. It doesn’t even utilize the full screen. It has the two black bars in the sides. Mic mute and unmute is clunky. Same for video. Adobe has clearly neglected this app.

Why is this still available?. Even Adobe doesn’t use it anymore! They use third party software now!

Was not able to connect at all. Will delete this app, I wasn’t able to connect with the presentation that I needed to attend. Just to add that every time I wanted to send the review they ask me for a nickname and would not take any for now.

Useless ON AN IPAD. Will not connect at all . Keeps asking to load the app or gets stuck and can’t connect. Was able to get it to work on older desktop computer but no luck on an iPad.

I would give this zero stars!. This app is not user friendly from a mobile phone and not that much better on a laptop. The user experience for Zoom and Microsoft Teams is awesome.

Fix your software. Not only does this app hardly work on a functioning computer. You can’t have more than one speaker have their mics on. The phone app is so terrible you can’t even hear or see the meetings. Adobe please look to ma teams and zoom for pointers.

Doesn’t Work. I try to log into Adobe via the link sent for a recording and it sends me to download the app, which asks for the URL. When I put in the URL it opens it in Safari, which tells me to open it in the app. Literally useless.

Awful. This app is terrible, especially the computer one. Every time I have a lecture on it the entire thing freezes and I can’t answer any polling questions. Use zoom.

Adobe forgot this app. This has long been forgotten. It isn't sized for the new iPads. It is trash. Super clunky. It wouldn't be an issue if you could view the trainings in the browsers, but that barely works on iPads.

Terrible connectivity. Had to disconnect and reconnect after each speaker in a meeting, which did not happen when I switched to desktop.

Audio connection via phone?. Very odd that there is no video or audio-in. It only presents slides and audio. Why would anyone use this over Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting?

Straight up garbage. Impressive that this product has existed for 17 years, per Wikipedia. Yeah I had to look it up because I couldn’t believe this app has the Adobe brand. Glitchy, old style interface. Poor A/V quality.

I need to use this for work. I downloaded this in the hopes it let me do training on my phone but no such luck . It doesn’t even work at all I enter my training url pretty much copy and paste so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong if anything plz help

Listening provlem. I dont know why i cant listen to listening that share on adobe by my AirPods or other bluetooth devices with my iphone!?

Right to left language problem. Its soo poorly made that I cannot belive its made by adobe! One of the worst problems is it does not support right to left languages like Persian, and it your University LMS has hyperlinks to connect you to your class its not supported on safari

Jankiest app I have ever used. I had to download this app for an online training program and it was so frustrating. It wouldn’t let me submit answers, I had problems communicating. A waste of two hours of my life simply because the app didn’t work.

Need speed play options when watching a replay.. Isn’t it a must-have modern player feature?..

Would rather they didn't offer this. The app design in off-putting and hard-to-navigate. The interface is poor and - in the live qa session I joined - it is near impossible to view older posts as the app constantly rebumps the latest post.

Can’t escape on iPhone. When I go to watch a presentation, there is no way to clear the box and use my phone. No way to reduce the screen. So I’m forced to turn off my phone and clear website data just to use my phone again.

Needs an update. This app feels pretty old and could really use an update – it doesn’t utilized the screen real estate of newer phones well at all. It does work though.

Connection is awful. We are being required to use this for training. It cuts out. It locks the speaker out. The sound quality is terrible. I’m only giving this a star because it is required to post this review.

It’s Trash. You punch in a meeting ID and it takes you to the Safari app, where it tells you to download the desktop version. Immediate delete of this garbage app that was built by garbage devs.

Does nothing. Worthless. Open the meeting URL, it tells me to download the app. I download the app, it asks for the meeting URL...which it then redirects to Safari, which tells me to use the app. A complete waste of time, use any one of the hundreds of alternatives.

Outdated. Why is this app even still on the AppStore? If you developed a new app, just delete this one. It’s confusing to download only to be told I need a different app.

Can’t view Adobe Connect recordings. 90% of what you need Adobe Connect for is viewing recordings so this app is useless. The desktop version is barely usable. I’m going to push my school to move to a usable platform.

Not able to open adobe connect on iPad. I’ve used this app consistently for meetings but recently not able to open app tojpinmeetimgs on iPad. Deleted, downloaded new app, reinstalled and still unable to join.

FIX IT RIGHT NOW. Im in Connections Academy classmates and I can’t even learn because our TEACHER ALWAYS GET MUTED. Horrible. One of the worst tools to use for a meeting. They need to revamp the program. It’s like using dial up AOL. Connection is bad and I have very strong WiFi. Takes 20 minutes or not at all to load a presentation.

Doesn’t work. Tried it on a couple of occasions and it didn’t even work. Other than not working, the UI is horrible and outdated with little to no functionality.

Not supporting split-screen feature. Seems like the company has abandoned the project. This app is full of bugs and also lacks many features that are fundamental functions of the iPad OS.

Not supported by adobe anymore. This app is sooo outdated the links from safari do not open. You just get an error while still in safari. And to top it off the UI buttons are from like iOS 5 or 6 at the latest.

What is wrong with you?. You run a business meeting application. Your iOS app just kicks you to a browser and doesn’t reconnect back to the app when it says it needs to open in an app instead of browser. Doesn’t work at all. Can’t view recordings
