fun but annoying. the game would be great if there wasn’t a long add every few matches. like seriously, the adds happen so often and they are way longer than any normal add you would see on a mobile game. Also after a few matches you have to wait a long time before you can play again so your energy recharges or whatever. it would be a five stars if it wasn’t for this

Buggy. Game is buggy and I’m sure it’s on purpose. The fact that if I run out of glow then I have to wait but the little screen pops up telling me to watch an ad for more glow (by the way I paid for ad free so I’m kinda confused there) but if I just let it recharge the glow that screen doesn’t go away so I’m forced to close the game and get hit with another ad! It’s inescapable that you’re going to get an ad unless you spend $1.99 for ad free + $100 for unlimited glow. Pitiful game now. Please do better

SCAM. Bought the paid version because I used to love this game when I was younger and the ads are now ridiculous. Even after buying the paid version, you can only match a hand full of elements before you have to wait an hour or watch and ad to get ONE extra match. If you want a true ad free experience it looks like you need to pay another $10 and who knows how long that lasts until your stuck watching more ads. Insane

Good game. One of the best games I have played over the years, it’s well made and it makes you really think that’s what I look in a game in strategy and how well you can figure out a problem, keep up the good work.

Lots of PROBLEMS. First off, there are wayyyyyy to many ads BUT, you can just turn off wifi and they will stop popping up. Second, you can only get to 21% which kinda makes sense cuz it's a light version. Third, I get that you would have SEX ELEMENT BUT WHY A ICON OF TWO PEOPLE HAVING SEX!! Why not just like Y and X chromosomes???? Like really?! Little kids probably play this game. IF YOU ARE DISAPPOINTED N THIS GAME READ THIS. There is a game called LITTLE ALCHEMY that is free and very few ads and no inappropriate stuff. I Recommend Little Alchemy if you like making stuff -Puke

Freemium Bloat. Sad to see one of the my favorite classic games turn into a pay-to-play freemium game There's a ton of ads (you can turn them off by denying the app cellular data) and a bunch of animations in between every reaction that I appreciate, but also take way too long. I redownloded this game for the first time in a while today and got to do 10 reactions before being told i either have to watch an ad (to get only 1 more reaction!) or pay to get more.

Doodle God review. It’s a fun game. It’s a kind numbingly fun game that I can play all day long. But, its so annoying running out of essence so I can’t play for like an hour or whatever. Also half the time it doesn’t even let me load into the game which is stupid. It’s a fun game and I’ll keep playing but make some edits and make it better.

Not today. This game loves to throw ads at you. Even if they decide to put it on airplane mode to avoid the ads, you'll still have to wait 10 minutes for another creative spark when the max is TEN so basically with ads the game takes ten minutes, 8 of those are ad time. Without ads the game lasts two minutes every time and you have to put it on airplane mode to even accomplish that. OOOORRRRR you could pay for a game that won't last you long, who's company supports giving people LITE versions of apps that bombard potential consumers with ads and get you less play time then a game of pong. Just play the computer version. If this review gets out I'll be surprised, they'll probably decide this is tarnishing their name too much

Please fix major bugs. I recently picked this game back up because I used to love the creativity aspect. However, there are some major bugs to be squashed. I have the latest version of iOS. I thought it was my phone that was acting up, so I deleted the game, and then re-downloaded it. When I opened the game, all of my saved data was gone :(... Some current issues I am having are; 1) 50% of the time when you click on the app, a dark screen comes up with few balls of green light floating around, so you have to restart the app 2) The Facebook connect link still does not work. It does ask to open facebook, but when you do, you get an Error message stating “App not setup: This app is still in development mode and you don’t have access to it, ect” 3) About 40% of the time when the ads come up during the game, when I click the X button, the games shuts down Sorry for this being so long, I enjoy playing this game, however these setbacks are quite a nuisance. Please address these issues, because I would not like to play this game anymore if these bugs continue to show up frequently

Don’t bother. If your thinking of redownloading this app after played it 6 or so years ago don’t bother. There’s way to many ads to make the game worth playing anymore. Experimenting with elements pops up an ad every 10 second not even exaggerating. And the fact that every time you get a new element it takes you out of the menu causing you to watch an animation and then go back in just to be hit with another add butchers the creative flow this game used to have.

Ok and fun but..... Careful what u wish for. I love the whole game but I'm not completely satisfied I don't like how your turns are limited to 10 and how you have to pay money or watch ads to get one or more turns. And when I make an element , exit out of the game, and go back and I have to create the element again because it disappears suddenly, wasting a turn to recreate it. I wouldn't totally recommend it but everyone can take chances

Fun But Annoyingly Takes You Away From Game. I would give this game five stars... if it didn’t pull you away from the game after every match to look at the earth. It’s SO annoying, pulls you out of your groove so you can easily lose your place if you aren’t intently memorizing where you were. Honestly I stop playing after probably 10 minutes purely because the constant switching back and forth is annoying, just like being pulled into a 5 second ad. Pleeeeease stop this. Make it an option to look at the earth when we want to. Don’t pull us to look at it at every freaking match. Seriously, please fix it. If this is fixed I will gladly give this app 5 stars. I do really enjoy the quests so far, though. They are creative, fun, and no interruptions! 😊

Intrusive ads, Infuriating experience. The only reason this game has more than 2 stars is because it’s coasting on the review scores at least a half a decade ago. Likely from a time when they didn’t have this horrible aggressive monetization strategy. (Read: 30 second ads for every minute of play, the energy system that requires you to watch ads if you want to continue to play) I have never seen a game fall so hard from grace. Don’t even bother wasting your time with this game.

this game is the best. doodle god is the best game I have played (not really) but it’s really good I know there are a lot of ads but man this game knows every element it started with earth fire water and I forgot the other one because I’ve been playing this so long I forgot it so please take out the “watch ad to play again one more time” I don’t say that but that’s an example also take out the inappropriate things like human + human

What ever happened to the App Store man. I remember playing this game on my 3rd gen iPod touch, I’m talking 5 maybe closer to 10 years ago. It was great, drag elements together, make new ones, repeat - did it all day long. Downloaded it again because I was sick of games restricting me from playing, dousing me with ads and trying to get me to pay ludicrous amounts of money just to play a little more. Doesn’t it make sense that in order for people to play your game more you have to actually let them play it? Why can’t I combine more than a few elements before I’m “out of essence” and I have to spend 10 minutes watching ads just to play the game for another 5? Of course I could just fork over A HUNDRED DOLLARS for unlimited essence so I can actually play the game for more than a few minutes without being bogged down with the same ads over and over. When did all the developers decide “hey screw the customer experience let’s just see who’s stupid enough to pay for this”. What ever happened to being able to play the d*mn game you downloaded. I’m still gonna play it out of nostalgia but I’m not happy.

Too many ads. You are literally watching more ads than actually playing the game. It’s sad cause this game has been around for awhile but the original creator sold the rights to some shady app company that overloads then entire app with ad at every possible second. Like you get one element combination and then you have to watch 6 minutes of ads and then one combination and repeat. The ads are for the scam apps as well

Fun but a bug. Nice game fun but a bug where it says I need to complete the first episode to play the second but I completed the first episode I think watch add should be for two points instead of one small change but it’ll help a lot

Fun experience ruined by ads. This is a great game, which is why it’s such a shame that it is riddled with ads. The first few days were fine, but after I started actually making real progress in the game, Every minute there would be another ad. No reward or anything, just ridiculous ad after ad until I finally gave up playing because I couldn’t tap a button without watching another 30 second advertisement! Better off playing the game for free on a computer.

Not what it used to be. I first downloaded this app on my iPod touch years ago and it would keep me entertained for hours. Never experienced a game like it, still to this day. Figured I would install it again to play, just to find that within 30 seconds of play time it says “you’ve run out of mana! Please watch a video or purchase more mana to continue”. Quite a joke at that point. Might as well just make the game paid instead of frustrating the hell out of everyone who downloads it.

Ruined. Often times I will get stuck in an ad loop where for some reason closing an add takes me all the way out to the main menu but advancing past the main menu triggers another ad making the game literally unplayable. Not only that but the developers have slowed the gameplay down so much that even if you somehow manage to not get an ad and make it past the menu the game isn’t all that fun anymore. I used to play this game years ago on my old iPod Touch and it was really simple and fun. It’s sad to see that the developers ruined it.

Get rid of ads without paying (IPhone). At first I hated the game for its ads, but I remembered that I could turn off the cellular data the app and when you want to play the game, just turn off the WiFi on your phone and turn it back on when you aren’t playing the game, hope this helps!

Way too many ads,even for a free game. After attempting to play for a while and getting frustratingly hounded by ads, I started trying to count them. After I had my 7th ad in less than 2 minutes, (not an exaggeration, I was timing the), the game froze then closed. Upon trying to get back into the game I was forced to sit through another, full 30 second ad, before I could even select the "main game." I understand ads in free games but I am literally seeing more ads than gameplay at this point, and to me that makes this unplayable. The fact that it is free is the only reason I didn't give it 1 star. I would say spend the money and buy the ad free version, but frankly I refuse to reward this kind of blatant anti-consumer crap. Uninstalled.

Stuck on ad. I played this game alot and decided to redownload after a couple years. It let me play a couple rounds, thrn when i tried to go to the main game it would play a ad, take me back to the main screen, then play an ad and do the same thing over and over never allowing me to actually get back into the game to play.

It’s good but.... There are so many things this app can do, like make you think and stuff like that. But WAY too many pop up adds. If you keep getting things wrong: pop up ad, if you want to fuse more stuff after you have already fused 10 things: pop up ad, and so on. If you could have infinite tries without spending time getting 2500 mana, it would be more fun. But it’s doodle god, it’s a fun game, so 4 stars. Only because of ads.

This game is trash DO NOT GET. I saw a review of this from a few years ago, it was a quick relatively positive review and I thought I would try it. I finished the free version within minutes. The ads, while I never really minded in other apps they were occasional. THIS APP GAVE 5 30 SECOND ads in 5 pairings. Do not play this game. Do not download it. It is garbage and should be treated as such. Any positives I could say is over ruled by how frequent the ads are. Limit them down, or have use watch ads for points or whatever the in game currency is. Please don't download this

Ads. This is so unbelievably rife with ads. I thought I was used to pay to win schemes, but holy smokes I’ve never seen anything like this app. The ads pop up completely at random, obscuring the entire screen, often BLARING audio. Even worse, these ads are made to not look like ads and the exit button is often hidden or nonexistent. EVEN WORSE still, on top of the absolutely absurd number of completely intrusive ads, the game STILL forces the “cooldown” crap that P2W apps use. TLDR: do not download. Ads + BS artificial slowdown tactics = least fun version of this game yet.

Ads Killed It. Used to play this all the time. Ads have completely destroyed it. I get you need to have ads to make money, but let me combine more than one thing before you’re throwing another ad in my face. Makes the game frustrating. I don’t mind a few ads, but honestly unplayable if I can only combine 1-2 things before I need to watch a 15 second ad. Or it’s redirecting me to a random website I do not want to be directed to. Way to ruin a good game

Game can’t be played. This game is something I played a while pack when it was only about mixing elements not putting them on a world and I thought it was a really fun game for passing time. Now I came back to try it again and the free version forces the player to buy the full game by spamming ads whenever you click play then sending you back to main screen, if this wasn’t a problem I would give it maybe 3 1/2 or 4 stars but this free version of the game might as well just be removed if your not able to try the game for more then 2 seconds.

WAY too many ads. I can’t believe how many ads you have to go through while playing this now, I used to play this years ago and had so much fun with it and got it again to just try it out. I deleted this game not even 10 minutes after downloading it because I had at least 12 ads come up, it was astronomical. It’s a good game, but come on.

A few issues….but otherwise great!. Ok so this is my 2nd day playing this app and I have gotten SO MANY ADS today!! The only reason I didn’t get as many yesterday is because I had no internet and so the ads didn’t play, but the game worked just fine. So the ads are a major issue when you have decent internet. Anyway, another issue is sometimes after you make and element, it sends you back to the globe which is SO ANNOYING. It gets me out of my flow and ruins my desire to make more elements. Other than these issues this game is a pretty good game.👍👍👍👍👍

Too many ads!. Me and my bf decided to play this together and after everytime we both got a new one they put us straight to ads so we would get upset of a series of too many times. Over all i enjoyed the game just wished there was less ads.

insulting. This was an old favorite of mine when I was younger. I used to pour hours into this on my old phone and had discovered almost every element. Just thought of it and redownloaded it for nostalgia’s sake, and... Boy am I angry right now. I am not exaggerating when I say that, since downloading the app a half hour ago, I have spent more time watching ads than playing the game. All I can say is it’s insulting. Way to throw an amazing, nostalgic little app down the toilet. If anyone behind the game ever actually reads this, I hope you’re ashamed of your greedy, memory-tarnishing self.

The greediness lost me. I used to play this game a couple years back and I thought I would try it again only to be stopped 5 minutes into playing because I ran out of “divine glow”. Now I have to watch an ad every time I want to create something. I wasn’t aware this was an ad watching game. This game used to be awesome but the greediness of the developers have utterly destroyed any pleasure someone could get from it. I’d even be fine if they put it back to how they had it and charged $.99 for it.

super good game but just one problem. So its a really good game but why is there not a no ad setting or vip that blocks ads cuz always having ads 5-10 turns is annoying. also why did u have to make 20 different versions just make one like one doodle god and one doodle devil! thanks for reading have a great day

Used to be good, consumed by greed. This game used to be a fun time waster, now it is consumed by a sea of ads and a energy bar that depletes in minutes of play if our lucky. Also this is a blatant example of how the rating system on some apps in the Apple App Store is false. If you look at the reviews, and I sampled several hundred because it was a better use of my time than playing this game in its current state, you will see that around 70% of the reviews are 1 or 2 stars, yet when you look at the distribution that Apple says it has it has overwhelmingly positive reviews, which just isn’t the case. What happened to this game?

Nostalgia at a cost. I used to play this game when I was younger and decided to give it another nostalgic go. I saw that it was made freemium and played it anyways, but the ads system is glitched and botchy. The game will make you watch the ads and then not reward you for it or reward after you watch an ad, but after tacking an extra ad on top of it. I for one will watch the ad as it being a free game makes it fair, however don’t lie to my face about it being watch an ad for a reward when you are actually marking me watch two for the reward or even nothing if I am most likely to get thanks to the reward system in place

Awsome but let’s make it awsomest. I love this game it’s addicting and scientific .1st There are all lot of ads I would make a feature for if you have a lot of mana you could disable it. 2nd there are some bugs where sometimes it would lag and freeze yes it could be fixed with removing the tab but it sometimes gets me mad having to do that and wait to load it agine. So far that is it it’s a very good game and I hope it goes viral but I’ll recheck.

if i could give this 0 stars, i would.. i remember playing doodle god on my laptop when i was like, 12 years old, now you can’t even play the complete main quest without paying for it? and all the puzzles and missions are so riddled with ads you end up getting an ad probably every 20 to 30 seconds. literally painfully disappointing, just trying to relive a little nostalgia only to find out ANOTHER good flash game got converted into a bad mobile game. sad.

Not bad, needs some work. The most irritating thing to me, is that when you run out of "glow" (the divine power used to cause reactions), you get a screen that offers you ways to get more. That's all well and good, but THERE'S NO CLOSE BUTTON ON THAT POPUP. You can't get out of it! You have to close and reopen the app, which is very irritating. Other than that, it's a very good game. There's ads, yeah, but it's the free version after all. I mean the ads pay for the game to be free.

Infuriating amount of ads. In terms of the game itself this is 5 stars. The way this game operates, however, is nothing short of infuriating. I got so fed up of the ads that appear ever 10 seconds (literally) that I tried to buy the full version in order to get rid of the ads. I COULD NOT find where to do this so I had to uninstall the app and then reinstall in order to buy the full version. After doing this I promptly continued to get ads, even though it explicitly says no ads will happen in the paid version. I’m honestly incredibly annoyed and do NOT recommend this app to anyone. The point of an app is to entertain, not force ads on the players constantly in order to make money. Utterly disappointed as I played this app years ago when it first came out and thought it was great, now it is just a sorry excuse for garbage. Quite frankly, I want my dollar back for false advertising.

It’s a great game but really buggy. This game has a lot of things to do but it is horribly buggy, every time I back out of the game and go back in the screen freezes, when I tap to fast sometimes it will crash, sometimes when loading the game it doesn’t load right, also I think there are too many ads when you make several items at once and that I would like there to be quests for more than just the beginning so that I know what I can make.

Sad. I used to play this game when I was a little kid and I remember having tons of fun. I came back to the game for some nostalgia but all I get are a bunch of ads. This game has really gone downhill. You get an ad every few matches. You can barely even play the game due to the energy bar. This is so sad how the producers started to care more about money than actual fun. This game is now just a sad, faded memory of what it used to be.

Embarrassing how many ads there are.. I used the app for about 10 minutes and at least 5 of those minutes were from ads. This is ridiculous. I used to love this game when it first came out. I downloaded it for nostalgia and all I got was betrayal from an old friend and disappointment. This is sad. And to top it off, half the time the ads would freeze the game so I would have to close the game out, start it back up and watch another ad to begin playing.

Fun and annoying. I found this game and had so much fun but later I’m all ways bored because I can’t stand a ad after every match or when my glow is low I have to wait and to get infinite glow it’s one hundred bucks and once you have it after every match an ad pops up I would love if there was less ads then I’d give it a 5 star rating

Ad bombardment. Simple as that. Ad bombardment. Every click, every achievement, and every other second you have to sit through another ad. It’s almost impossible to read the screen because the ads pop up so frequently. You close one out and before your eyes can even lock back on the screen another one pops up. I literally couldn’t even play I was just being bombarded with ads. Use to love this game, redownloaded it for the nostalgia but found it to be the worst experience I’ve ever had with ad bombardment. 0/10. Would not recommend

Great app but a few suggestions. So I know you need to make money off this app and ads are your way to do it I really like this game but it’s frustrating to watch an add every move and being a kid not allowed to buy anything makes it worse so maybe instead of all the adds you could make a vip system or change it from every move to every 5 moves or 10 thanks for reading and i hope you have a great day

Came for nostalgia, left with this review.. I started playing this game back when it first came out on my iPod touch, I just recently came across it again and downloaded it for some nostalgia. And I gotta say, it’s very disappointing to see a game I once loved turn into a completely different game FULL of ads. It’s still a good game, don’t get me wrong but it was extremely disappointing coming back to one of my favorite games and seeing it turn into every single other pay to win game on the App Store. I wouldn’t have such a problem with it, if it was a new game that was independently owned but this game has been out for years, they’ve made their money. But hey this is just my opinion 🤷🏻‍♀️

New essence system and ads is beyond ridiculous. I’ve been playing this game since it was only available as a desktop game and I download it occasionally as a hit of nostalgia. Imagine my disappointment when I find that you can no longer play this game without having a 30 second ad every 30 seconds of game time. Imagine my disappointment still when I decided to give these bandits $1.99 to play the game and they decide that that is not enough and that I need to pay ONE HUNDRED dollars to just literally pay the game without ads. That is bonkers and I will never support these clowns again.

Extremely Disappointed. I used to play this game years ago back where there were little to no ads as well as having no energy bar to constantly need replenishing. Now, this app is mostly ads rather than actual gameplay, and after about 5 minutes of gameplay (several more minutes counting the ads) you run out of “Devine Glow” and have to wait for it to replenish to continue playing. Is it just me or are apps getting worse and worse in general? Uninstalled.

Ads & Essence Killed Doodle God Games. This game was by far one of my all time favorite childhood games that I used to play in computer lab in middle school and numerous times have downloaded it again for nostalgia purposes. Instead I’m met with an unplayable experience due to “running out of essence” and every 7 failed matches I get struck with an ad that is honestly degrading and disgusting to watch. Most of the ads are absolutely terribly made, false advertisements. It puts sour tastes in my mouth when I’m doing more advertisement watching them playing your game. Most of the time people are looking for a well made, fun to play, time consuming game. And you guys have all of that. But the advertisements are unbearable. People are more willing to put money into a game when you can play it comfortably without having to buy right away.

Can’t even get through the ads to play. Ads appear so often and when trying to get into the main game, then when the ad finishes you’re back to the menu and can’t get into the game Over and over again Deleted after 10 minutes

Fanastic. This is a great game. Played it orgionaly on PC and litterly said out loud. This would be great on an iPhone, And guess what IT IS! Its smooth, easy to learn and quite rewarding. Highly recommend :)

See, people can't stand the ads. The ads genuinely get in the way of playing this incredibly short ' demo' It's a brilliant game, and very interesting. But your too greedy for your own good. And you will suffer. I'll come back to the game in 6 months, hoping you've done the right thing and removed the constantness of the ads, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

A very annoying bug. The game is good but because I don’t want to pay to remove adds everytime and add shows up and I cancel it the game freezes and I have to restart it. The thing that makes this bad is there’s adds every 30 seconds and it makes it super annoying

Dood.. If your game crashes , you seek support. But I think you should turn off your device , leave it for a while, and then turn it back on , play the game , go to the app store, and rate it again.

I know it's free but still.... Fun and very engaging to play and unlock things, but it has got to the point that the ads make the game frustrating, I can understand that it's a free game and I expected Ads, but putting one straight after a combo makes it very annoying, they go for 30 seconds which really slow things down, it be fine if it was one every so often but one after each combo is terrible.

Fun, but also just bad. Okay, I’d first like to say that I love the mechanics of this game. It’s really fun and satisfying to see what you can create. But of course, I can’t install the copy of the game that I purchased several years ago back onto my iPad for some reason. So now I decided to go with the NEXT best thing, and grab this free version. I expected that there would be ads, maybe an ‘energy’ system so that you needed to funnel a bit of money in, but no. That would be too easy. Instead, you get an ad after almost every second match. Can't Access. After a while I enjoyed the game (by that i mean the start) the first and second time I logged into the game and went main game I was fine then it came up with 'download full version and could never access the game again and the DAMM ads are annoying every time Needs work or just be taken off.

Should be called 'demo'. The game is fine, but it locks you out after a short time playing, before you unlock any of the other game modes etc. basically it is just a demo for the full version and they should be honest about it to set appropriate expectations. Very disappointed.

Could’ve Been Good. The gameplay here is somewhat enjoyable and addicting, but any chance a player has of having fun is immediately thrown out the window by relentless ads, constant money-grabbing attempts, and countless other predatory freemium game cliches. The “stamina meter” is small enough to ensure that no user can enjoy the game for longer than 5 minutes at a time before being locked out for hours, unless of course they choose to spend unreasonable amounts of money for merely the privilege to play another few minutes, only to be locked out again and have the cycle repeat itself. The bottom line is that the “Doodle God” series used to be known as entertaining, low cost games, and now that they’ve decreased the fun while increasing the amount of money they ask for from their players, this game becomes worthless. If you really do believe that you will enjoy the extremely-limited gameplay you get to experience, go for the $1.49 original version of Doodle God instead. Sure it has a higher initial price but you will never have to spend another cent. Plus, I’d be willing to spend that price just to get the abomination that is the free version off of my phone forever.

Ads make this game unplayable. Fun concept, cool design. Was looking for an alternative to Little Alchemy 2, but uninstalled immediately because of the relentless ads. In a game where tapping and trial and error is literally the point of the game, the player is punished by playing the game as intended with an ad every few taps. Disappointing, but would return if they figured out a better monetization scheme and got rid of the stamina meter (again, punishing the player for….playing 😒)

Cant restore progress. I played this game awhile ago, deleted it, and now redownloaded it. Apparently I have to start over, because despite what the update says I can’t connect to Facebook to restore my progress. When I try to log in it says I previously tried to log in with my account, showing the icon for the Fourth of July doodle god game.

Fun game, too many ads. I've beaten this game on my PC before, so I thought a download on my phone would be great. Sorely mistaken. Meh. It’s an interesting concept, but much over saturated with commercials. Every few seconds a commercial pops up. And then your energy runs out way to quickly, the only way to restore it is with with more commercials. Also the game feels lacking in excitement. I do like the idea of combining the different element to build the world, but then what??

So many ads the game is unplayable. Game is basically unplayable due to the sheer amount of ads. Looks like it could be fun but between the constant banner ad at the bottom of the screen and the unskippable interruption ads every few times you try to merge things it’s just not worth it. Good, but has problems.. Like the game, but for some reason it don’t like saving my progress. Like I’ll work for a while, stop playing and when I come back my progress hasn’t being saved for some reason. It’s both annoying and dejecting having to create the same elements over and over again.

Soulless Money Grab. I just wanted to play this game again since I remembered it so fondly as a kid. You can’t play for more than 30 seconds before you run into ad after ad, then limits how much you can play before you have to watch videos for more combinations. Dumb.. Game doesn't even load up half the time. Then, when it does, the second you're bombarded with the ad you also get the pleasure of having your game crash. Ads, Ads everywhere. I downloaded this game and was alright with the ads because there wasn’t too many, but THEN—they did an update! Now there’s ads every freaking 10 seconds! A shell of its former glory. Five years ago I last played this game- a simple game, tasked with combining elements to make more and nothing else. No special graphics, no elaborate gameplay, no ads even: just a simple drag-and-drop game with funny quotes. Seeing it become consumed by a hunger for more popularity for more ad revenue is depressing. This game is a husk of what was once a great time-spender that I had cherished so much.

There are way too many ads. I haven’t played the game in a while and so I decided to go back on it, but right as I started playing an ad came on and I remember why I had stopped playing it. Because there are way too many ads.

Annoying.. I had fun at first but then ads popped up every few tries of matching. Then you only had a certain amount of tries until you had to either watch more ads, pay, or wait for one more turn. Just an ad filled money hungry game.

The Ads are keeping me from playing.. I have had the game for less than ten minutes and I’m already frustrated. I got to complete one quest and then it kicked me to the main menu. Now whenever I try to get back into the game to try and play it more I get an ad for buying the game... which also kicks me to the main screen. Memory’s sake. I got this app because I used to love it. I could play it for hours when I was little. Now it is absolutely awful. I played for five minutes before I had to do something else and when I came back, I was stuck in a never ending loop. Main menu-(3-5) plays- add-main menu. It is sick that my favorite game turned into this and you can bet that I will never pay money for this.

Still unplayable. I remember playing this on new grounds as a kid, then being disappointed as to how limited you were to playing it now on mobile, and it hasn’t changed. Every move you make, you have to watch an ad, and the game will stop you every chance it gets to squeeze pennies out of you. Safe to say it is unplayable.

Game breaking bug. Ok so don’t get me wrong, I love the game, but every few times I open it, the screen goes completely black. I can still interact with buttons, but I can’t really see anything so it defeats the purpose. Also what’s with the “divine glow” thing? It won't let me even play!?!. When I downloaded the app I played for about a minute and the app crashed and sent me back to the main menu. I tried to get back to the main game and every time I clicked on it an add for doodle god would pop up and sent me back to the main menu. For the next 10 minutes adds would just pop up every single time.
