A good game that does exactly what it says. I do not understand all the negativity. This game does exactly what it says it does. It is as close to the real game as it can get in a free app. Those of you who boast that you did it in 28 seconds just by random tapping are not only cheating, you are missing the whole point. The game is to use your observational skills and beat your own best time. You can't do that if you just randomly tap! Young people bore way too easily these days, I suppose. That said, I agree with two criticisms. The scoreboard and timer do indeed make it difficult to see what is going on in that corner, and should at very least be more transparent during play. And it would be nice if it would save your top score so that you can remember what it was next time. Other than that it is an enjoyable game for those moments you are waiting at the DMV, being transported as a passenger, or whiling away an idle moment.

Blindsided?!. Why would you change a beloved color by number app that was clearly doing well in the Appstore and change it into something completely different and unrelated.. a solitaire game? I immediately deleted it, as I downloaded a color by number app, not a solitaire app. Why wipe the color by number app? Why not just make a separate solitaire app if you want to branch out?

Likeeeee. Fun game, it's entraining and kinda addictive. I do think it should have levels, difficulties, and maybe be able to move the timer out of the way. Otherwise it's awesome!!

Needs improvement. I really wish developers would stop allowing the colors to override each other on apps like this. It’s extremely frustrating and it’s too bad because I honestly like this app. Please fix this.

Pretty Fun.. It is pretty fun, but I think that you should make a setting to where that if you touch the wrong stick you should start over. You know? Just to make it a little bit harder. Other than that, it's a fun game. (:

Good game. I really like this game it's a classic like the title says, but I really wish I could continue to Listen to my music while I was playing. If you added that, I would rate it 5 stars no doubt. But still good game!

Great app, when first downloaded. I loved this app, and used/played with it constantly until I went to play it today and it doesn't work. I will touch one of the "sticks" and the app won't do anything (the purple circle goes somewhere else. Will be deleting this app as soon as I finish this review.

Simple and addictive. Love playing this classic game for a quick burst of stress relief. This version has a nicer look than the "new" one, but it would be even better if it didn't kill my background music when I opened it.

Can you please please please please fix these problems for me and people who play this awesome game. I don’t like when you have to wait a long time for new pictures and there is not enough pictures when you thought there would be a lot of pictures and then you see that there is only 12 pictures and you are mad because you waited a long time and you get pictures that are you are not able to do because you have to pay for those pictures like there just picture why should anyone pay for pictures. Just okay. It is hard to see which sticks are on top of which through the clock. Also, need a two player version.

Addictive!. Now over level 700. Great for kill no waiting room time. Great game! Helps pass the time in the quarantine of the pandemic.

Mostly good.. This game is so relaxing in a weird way. It is so annoying though that you can not have all the pictures. I have done a lot of the pictures and I do not want to buy. The good thing is there is no adds. If you are going on a long car ride this is the game to do. I would recommend this game if you want a game to play for about two months this is definattly a game that will last you for a little while. Every once and a while you will get me w ones but when you do all the ones you don't get to play that often.

Used to work...... I haven't been able to get the game to function for quite some time now. The game doesn't sense WHERE I'm pressing correctly. It's completely shoddy work and until this gets fixed (as you cannot get a score above 0 in the game in its current state....) I rate it as a 1 star ... and honestly wished there was an option for no stars at all.

Awesome! But..... This game is awesome but... I don’t think it’s necessary to app like uh, I think it was a premium? I don’t know, but some of the canvases have like hearts on them, so you can’t do it... I would’ve gave this Five Stars, but I didn’t. I gave 4. But besides the “premium” it is AWESOME!!!!

Stop say that phrase!. Everyone says it's not addicting. Well. Did you ever stop and think it wasn't MEANT to be? This game is supposed to help pass some time. For example: when your at a doctors office, in a car ride, at a resturaunt, ect... It meets it's purpose. It never crashes on me. It never freezes on me. Very travel friendly! I think you should give it a try because the best thing about it: ITS FREE! So if you don't like it(which you will) you can delete it(:  A TRUE CLASIC

it is very good. I like this, it have 3D scope, very neat and easy to understand how to play, pick up stick in 3D space with large amount is an good ideas, give more update to it, it 's very fun thought. not easy to feel boring.

the app completely changed. the app over all worked very good. however, the new update said bug fixes. i didn't update it but it automatically did. suddenly it went from a color by number game to solitaire?!? really?? i enjoyed coloring and wish i would've saved my pictures before the app COMPLETELY CHANGED. smh. that was not just a "bug fix"

Not bad. Fun way to pass time. The timer and counter in the upper-right corner sometimes obscures sticks in that area especially if a crossing of sticks happens behind it. The only mistake I made during my first game was because of that. Would it be possible to make it more transparent or, better yet, put the timer and counter along the top edge of the display out of the way?

AWESOME!!!. I love this game because there is nothing special to it. Its just picking out sticks and u can listen to your own music I love it because it is so simple!!!

Doesn't really work, no stars. Ok, maybe it's my iTouch but I'll touch a stick and a purple bubble will appear across the board on another stick indicating that I touched that stick and not the one my finger is on. So I don't get anywhere because the game thinks I'm picking sticks everywhere EXCEPT the stick I'm touching. I also don't like the scoreboard covering up the sticks in the corner making it difficult to see them. Last but not least, why the heck do the sticks overlap off screen? I usually like mindless games for when I'm waiting for appointments, on the bus, etc. This one was a definite dud.

Mickey_iphoneluvr. This game has poor image quality and it doesn't keep track of your scores. There is also no need for your music to not play because there aren't any awesome sounds that add to the game.

Great-----But.. I loved this game as a kid, and love this free classic version. Only three things wrong. 1-Stupid round spot stays where you touch for a bit and sometimes it doesn't work on the first touch but counts as tho was wrong. You touch same one again and it was right. 2- The scoreboard needs to be a bit more transparent. Sometimes you can't tell if a stix is crossed or not. But if its going to wreck it please leave it alone. 3- Please put an off on switch to the noise. Like to play where some people don't appreciate noise and I seldom like it myself.

Fun, but not addicting. This is the perfect way to pass the time; it's very easy to pick up and fun to play. It does get kinda boring after a while, but every so often it's actually pretty fun. Please GameCenter enable it and I will give it 5 out of 5.

I Love It ! !. So simple, but so much fun. If you want to kill a few minutes, this will at least test your powers of observation. Note: the score corner IS poor. Maybe a see-thru icon to pop-up the score ?

Ok. It was a good app at first but it all of a sudden stopped working on both of my devices and started saying it was offline. I tried at multiple places to fix this issue and it still does not show new material.

Fun game!. I really enjoy playing the game but I would like it if there was a glow version or if the sticks were the same color to make it a bit harder..…I also agree with the other people about the score keeping and starting over when you get a wrong stick.

Love it!!!!. I REALLY like this game. It is completely ridiculous but it is free so that makes it ok. It is a great mindless thing to help me refocus on whatever I should be doing. I really wish there was a timer and score bar at the top/bottom rather than a "see thru" timer at the top because it is pretty hard to tell what stick is on top in that corner. Otherwise it is a great random app that serves the purpose of entertaining those of us who don't need bombs and guns to stay interested =)

Like it, but.... The characters in the top right corner where the score displays cover the sticks in that section of the screen so you can't see the sticks clearly right there. Otherwise this is a fairly satisfying free game.

Luvs it!. Sad about the recent update! I was really hoping you would make some improvements to the classic instead of opening with a note to just "purchase" the upgraded one. Oh well. Still an enjoyable game. Maybe someday you will bring the classic to it's potential.

Bad reviews? Bunch of Idiots!. How can ya give this a bad review based on game content? Do you not know what pick-up sticks is? The game IS PICK-UP sticks. That's it, nothing more, nothing less. And it works just lovely. Cool idea and well executed. Just let me SAVE my times and you'll get five stars.

Color by number. I love this app it’s so addictive. The only complaint I have is I bought the year subscription and the new one won’t load I’m hopeing the issue gets resolved.

It's alright. The count clock blocks you from seeing the sticks in that area which is annoying. Then it doesnt record your scores, so there's no competition even with your old scores. It's fun at first but then it just gets boring. It's the same thing over and over again

Fun!. I'd give it a lot less if it wasn't free but its good when you're bored! If you could save top scores it would be better. But I don't see how people don't get it, it's pick up sticks! Pick up the top one, it's pretty simple...

Not bad.... I like it ok.. but my favorite color by number is pixelcraft.. only because they have options you don’t have..like auto fill and hint.. also you don’t have to go all the way back to the beginning to correct a mistake.. just click and your mistake is gone. All in all I do enjoy this app, but will only do the free ones for now.

It WAS okay. A while ago, this game was a color by number game of some sort. One day, there was an update where you had to play spades, then you could color. The app was called Color of Spades or something. I deleted the game because I couldn’t color anymore. I while later I came to see what this app was, and now it is a card game.

I LOVE Pick-Up Sticks!. I feel like a child again, playing pick up sticks, but now I do not have to worry about losing on every try. Just a pleasant sound reminds you to try again. No consequences, except if you are trying to beat your own time. I play it whenever I have to wait for anything, turn down the volume in the bank. I play it for relaxation also. Good for my kids to think ahead and look carefully! All for free! Wonders never cease!

Simple But Fun. This game is so simple! But, that's what makes it so fun! It can be tricky, but I love it. Who knew something so easy could become one of the best apps!

Love it!!!!!!. I absoutly love this game!! I play it all the time just one problem though. . . At the very top in the right hand corner the time and points are there and i cant ever see wat sticks are where up there so i lose my points plz move it or make it smaller and see through

Confused and disappointed. So I really don't get what's going on. First the app was great and had new picture every day and doing my own pictures was fun then all of a sudden no new pictures EVER came and it was always the same ones that kept being labeled new image when it wasent it was an old image I already did. And now it's not even a coloring thing anymore. Like one day you can color in pictures and the next it's called count the spades or something and it's a card game. Would love to know what's going on.

Great electronic version of the original game. If you played pick up sticks in the 70s as a kid like I did, I think you'll find this is a pretty good electronic rendition of that classic game. The only real improvement I can see in this game is to add it to Game Center and make it multiplayer where if you pick the wrong stick you lose your turn.

Takes Me Back!. I played Pick Up Sticks as a kid, loved it, and got very good at it. Now, at age 64 I can play it again, and share it with my granddaughter. Granted, the original game had a quality that can't be touched, but for a senior like me, it's still challenging and keeps my brain active. And I love the silly cheering at the end when you get all 50 points! Yep, I played only one game so far, and I haven't lost my touch! Thanks!

MASSIVE GLITCH. The app has absolutely no idea where my finger is, it is the only app on my iPod that does this. I have an 8GB 2nd generation iPod touch with iOS 4.2.1. PLEASE FIX IT

WTH - Coloring App changed to Card Game. This title used to be a color by numbers app and then changed to Number of Spades at the last bug fix. Trying to contact Support at Falconmedia via email resulted in a failure notice. Don’t waste your time.

Boring. This is not how u play pick up sticks! U need 2 players! All u do in this game is tap sticks and if u get one that's under another, u lose a stick. That's it. It's only good for 3 mins then it's lame and boring

Kids under 2yo, this is your game !!. People who rate this 5stars are probably friends if developperz. 1level no challenge no difficulties. They need to put some effort into the free version

Get it. It is cool love the game if you don't know how to play it you need to touch the stick that is in front of all of them.

An ad before your ad. Yes there is two ads before each game.. way to many ads i would be ok with one ad after game and maybe an extra ad if i play few games in a row but come on! Plus the game itself is very basic.

Awful sounds, gets boring quick. The sounds are awful and there's no settings to turn them off. Game is the same thing over and over. Fun a couple times, but then boring fast. Deleted after a few games.

NO GOOD AFTER LAST UPDATE. Was a fantastic game before 2016 update. Now Game board is too big and am unable to shrink to fit. unable to see all the sticks on game board so unable to complete a game! Bring back older version or make it so it can be played proper on an ipad!

Pickin stix. The game was good. I got an update. Updated it. And now it wont work. I downloaded it a second time thinking I downloaded it wrong. That time too did not work. My mom wants to play it. My dad too. I thought also I was going crazy so I exploded and got mad. Pleez fox the problem.

Meh.... It's ok, I guess. It got boring too quickly for me. I think it needs to be more challenging somehow. Like a scoreboard or achievements or something. Works smoothly, but I'm not totally impressed. At least it's free, you don't lose anything by getting and/or deleting it.

Ughh. I used to like this game, well this color by numbers. But now when I click my app it takes me to solitaire and I cannot color at all? And when I upload my own pic to color, most of them my screen goes black and takes me back to my home page.

Love it!!! . It's a classic game I still love as an adult. The actual game that comes in a can is something that can't be duplicated, but this app is still very fun 

Not connecting. Says it can’t connect to the internet when it is connected. Even checked in settings to make sure. So I have no way to get the daily pictures.

Pick Up Stix?. The update notes said “bug fixes.” This is an entirely different game. It used to be Pick Up Stix. Now it’s some coloring game. “Bug fixes” doesn’t indicate that the entire game will be changed. Developer is a liar and cheat. This new color game is smeared with ads. Deleting this shameful cash grab.

Greatly disappointed. I have loved this game for a year or two. All of a sudden, everything I have done is gone. It has somehow turned into a card game after it updated. I am highly disappointed by this. Please fix it.

Fun. Enjoyable and I really enjoy playing it , it seriously calms me down. Lots of fun

Remove the icon!!. Love the game but hate the icon in the upper right corner. It makes it possible to see the stix and determine which is on top. Please fix this and you rate a 5 in my book!

Good game. Like the title it's a good game I never have a problem with it and it really does help pass time I don't think it is addictive but it's still fun

Awesome. Awesome but isn't pickin sticks supposed to be for you to pick up a stick not on top then th pile not to move and thts the point of the game!?!

Good. I thought it was pretty good but ya, the time and score do get in my way but otherwise, I enjoyed it very much.
