Definitely Useful. Love the mood tracking, and the thought checker. A powerful tool to see what gaps there are in your thinking, and how to gain a better perspective.

Glitch in the Activities. I downloaded the app today. There is a glitch on the Activities page. I can go into other activities, but it only gives me the information for the Entertainment activity. I need to go out of the app and re-enter each time I want to perform a different function. Not sure if I can fix this on my end, but I already purchased the app.

Excellent app. This app has made it much easier to do my cognitive therapy work - from thought records to journal entries. It's also secure so I dont worry about the information. Highly recommended!

Add Half Numbers LOVE this app though!. I like the look of the app and ease of use. Great suggestions for keeping things on track. I track my mood multiple times a day, especially of Im having an episode of depression. I can easily chart and then carry on. Four stars because I think the actual charting could be better. Maybe build in a reminder to chart your mood a few times per day. ALSO HUGE SUGGESTION please add half numbers to the charting. Sometimes Im a 5.5 not quite a 6 but not a 5 or 4. This would be a great addition to the charting feature. THANK YOU MOOD CHART!

Wonderful app. I searched through many, many highly rated apps for my son before I came upon MoodKit. After just a couple of days, I knew I’d found the right one and started using it myself as well. I had no idea how many thought distortions I’d been experiencing (no wonder he has them!) and am already generalizing by catching and adjusting my thoughts in the moment. I love the simplicity of the activities and how easily they can be embedded into daily life. I recommend selecting a few at a time to focus on until they become habitual, then gradually adding more. I love this app and will be recommending it to many!

Great tool. Mood Kit is a great tool to have with you. It is so easy to use. The thought tracker has helped me thru some really challenging situations. I find it incredibly practical and easy to use and it successfully helps me keep negative thoughts in check. I highly recommend it

Amazing functionality. I'm definitely happy with this purchase. This app has very similar functions to other cognitive behavior therapy apps available; however, while it may not be as "pretty" or intuitively constructed, it has an amazing and diverse list of resources available and doesn't have an outrageous monthly fee. Further, I like the way it allows you to reframe thinking patterns and then reevaluate your feelings in order to see the benefits immediately. I can see myself continuously using this application to have more positive and stress-free thoughts.

I would give it 5 stars but a few accessibility issues which can be fixed. Mood tracker seems to be a great app for self monitoring and then it provides ideas to help with areas of concern. I would rank it a solid 5/5 if there was area to monitor sleep. There are great sleep aids. Thank you. My biggest issue is being charged for an in app purchase and I was unaware of the purchase or what I purchased. This is an app for people who have some area of need psychologically or mentally. Some may be more serious than others. I think it would be helpful if there was a bold clearly delineated notice that a person was starting a purchasing process as well as a “ are you sure you want to spend 4.99 per month box. It would be great to have a buyers remorse box too (LOL). Thank you very much for this program and it’s a solid 5/5 if you give a little more thought about your target audience and the types of issues different people cope with on a variety of levels such as accessing your wonderful program. I am recovering from a brain injury and I am relearning many things that are difficult for me like understanding things on-line purchasing and other financial things. Until a few months ago my partner was dealing with these types of things for me.

Mood Journal-Thoughts to Thrive. I have been using the app for a couple of years, use it regularly and even share my work with my counselor who is also a fan. It would be ideal and encouraging if I could record and track positive thoughts and emotions. My thought life is not a constant negative flow, and I am catching a distortion much quicker (which is the goal of the app). The given choices of emotions is negative, small and restricted. The app has great potential, and I would give a higher rating if there was a broader range of emotions (especially those which deal with ambiguity). I would like to identify distortions but also see the patterns toward positive change.

Great, but wish there was iCloud sync/backup. This is a great app, but I wish there was a way you could sync the data to iCloud, so that there is a way to exchange data between devices. It seems that if the app gets deleted, the stored entries in your iPhone/iPad get deleted as well. This is important to me because I like to keep track of prior entries to notice patterns.

Incredibly useful for myself and my kids. I've used this app to improve my own mood long-term and I'm also using it with my kids. I've learned a lot and it's helped me recognize distortions in my thinking I was never fully aware of.

So far I love it. Even brought it for my wife.. Haven’t done the activities yet but the thoughts is invaluable. Wish that once thoughts session have been saved it disappears. It says it’s saved but all the data remains and there’s no way to start a new session without hitting the back button which makes you feel like something is wrong with this process.

What I needed. I was looking for a mood tracker and found this. It is doing a great job of tracking my moods and a lot more. I am a fan of the CBT approach to dealing with mental issues, so this app hits a lot of what I like. I should also mention that I am not the type of person to use their phone for much more than calls, texts, and Internet access. So I’m really not used to spending time with apps. With the reminders that can be customized and the knowledge that difficult or painful patterns can be addressed immediately without looking up one of my templates or worksheets, this app is getting a lot of use.

advice. i purchased the app about three weeks ago and it stopped opening after a few days on my phone. i can still access the app on my ipad. this isn’t a negative review. the app is great, but i need it on my phone to access through the day. i have a severe TBI and my psychologist recommended the app for us to use during therapy to track the days to reveal patterns and how they affect me. moodkit is the perfect tool for it. my phone has been restarted and is updated. thank you!

Very useful tool. I use this app regularly for individuals in my therapy practice for CBT monitoring of their triggers and situations, cognitive distortions, moods, etc. As I have become more familiar with it I am increasingly impressed with how many features there are and how well thought out it really is. I work mainly with mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy and this app has included every element needed to follow this therapy. The price point is affordable for everyone. My only complaint is that as far as I know, it is not available on anything other than iPhones currently. I have not found another app for my clients who do not use iPhones.

The creators of this app get it. They just get it. They get it with their questions, feedback, suggestions, etc. Fantastic app that has genuinely affected my life positively.

The app has already helped me feel better. The 'though checker' part of the app is extremely helpful for me and helps me really reflect on my negative thoughts annnd on my anxious thoughts. The self reflection aspect has made me feel better numerous times and I've only had the app a few days

Beware of lost data. **Beware: you will lose your journal entries and other data if you have to reinstall the app.** I had been very pleased with this app until I upgraded my iPhone, after which the app no longer worked. In order to reinstall the app, I first had to delete it, which erased all my app data with no choice to save it. If you have significant information in your daily journal, I would recommend copying it to some other app in order to back it up.

It’s like having a therapist in your pocket. Very nice app! Many proven therapeutic techniques have been woven into the various excersies. It also has some nice mood tracking functionally.

Helpful. This app has been a big help at least in getting a load off my chest. Would recommend

Mood and thought checking. Wow. I’ve been using this app for years on and off. It helps me work through feeling with my students, my children, and myself. I rank it up there with meditation for calming effects. Also love the reminders. Suggestion: computer version or access to the program online. I would pay an upgrade fee for that accessibility. I’m older and don’t like typing on the “phone “

Has helped me so much!. I have depression and OCD. This program is exactly what my therapist has me do in terms of marking my moods. It’s just nice to do it in an app and not a sheet of paper I’ll likely lose. The note function with the rating really helps me think about what’s going on and how I’m feeling about it. Wonderful app. Thank you!

Lots of tools, and easy to customize. Unlimited mood entries per day with a detailed mood chart showing daily averages, ranges, and one-tap access to mood notes right from the chart. Fully customizable journal templates and mood improvement activity "cards." Thought checking tool with a detailed distortion list. Fully exportable journal and data. CBT toolkit in your pocket.

So simple yet helpful. This helps me journal in a way that is actually helpful. Waiting until the end of the day to write things down can be overwhelming, but this app allows me access to journaling at any time I want. It also helps me track my mood without getting too complicated. My favorite thing is to write down a thought. This walks you through thinking it out by suggesting examples of how you might be looking at the situation with a distorted thinking pattern. Great app that has helped me a lot.

App crashes. I just purchased and downloaded this app today and can’t even start to use it. I tap the app and it immediately crashes!! It wont even open! I have an iPhone 12 Pro. What’s going on? If it can’t be fixed will you please refund me the $5?

Keeps Crashing. I just paid for this app and was excited to start using it but it keeps crashing. It won’t even open up for me to use. I’m really disappointed cos I chose this over moodnotes. Could you please give an update or something ?

Fantastic result in minutes. I just bought this app and dove in to try it out without reading or having any idea how it worked. It prompted questions after measuring my level of (in this case it was) demoralization. I felt it at 85%. More questions and prompts were asked and answered and I was asked to rate that level of demoralization again (3 minutes later) and it was a 40%. I can’t say this will work for everyone but I’ve read enough self help to latch right onto the ideas presented and (at least today, right now) they helped me feel better. And to think, I was only looking for some way to record my daily moods never dreaming they’d improve!

Great app!. I have been using this app for about 3 months. I really like the graphing of my moods so I can see at a glance how I have been along with the notes I write. This has really helped me understand why I have moods and how I can change them for the better. I have never been good at keeping a diary but this is so much better.

Awesome until:. So I downloaded this app last week on Thursday or Friday, and started using it right away! I love this app, and am very happy with the shear amount of knowledge it has to offer as well the amount of tips and exercises it also has to offer, 200+ not including the ones that can be created by the user. But, Everytime I try and sync it with my calendar, it closes out on me and never saves it to my calendar at all! I had this happen 3 times yesterday (Saturday) within an hour. Then 2 more times in the evening. Bug... Glitch... Not sure what is going on, but not one sync has happened with the calendar. To which is this a feature I must have inorder for me to use this app? No, but I thought I'd bring it to the developers attention. Otherwise I would highly recommend this app to anyone suffering with mental health.

Waste of money. For 5 bucks the app should work. It launched after install and I started doing some stuff in it. After I closed it I went back a little later and it constantly crashes. It was up to date and no reason it shouldn't be running. Delete it and lose all my data. What a waste of time. Refund please!!

Great app but their support will not respond. The APP is great. But if you have a problem and contact the apps support, don’t expect a response. After waiting a week I got no response. I was frustrated, so I just deleted and reinstalled my app which caused me to lose my previous data. Very disappointing.

Boring layout, waste of money. It’s not at all what I expected. I thought there’d be more to work with. It’s so disorganized and cheaply made. There are better CBT apps out there. I used it for 3 days and found nothing in it that I didn’t already know or that was helpful in any way. You’d be better off buying a self-help book and a real journal to write in. Better yet, just see a therapist so that you get some real help. There goes a wasted $5.

Made a Difference in My Life. I don't want to go into details about the app. I will say that it has improved my overall mood, productivity, ability to deal with others and myself. AMAZING PURCHASE!! ❤️❤️❤️

Frustrating. I really tried to like this app. But the new update has ruined the whole thing for me. As someone without insurance, I pay out of pocket for everything. Now you can’t pay for premium, at all. First they made it where you couldn’t buy premium for life anymore, THEN they now make it where you can’t buy it at all?? Then what is even the point?? The only thing I use on this app anymore is the hope board. If you TRULY cared about helping people, you’d not lock critical parts of the app. The creators took 2 hard blows as far as I’m concerned. If I find another app that has anything like the hope board I will no longer use this app.

Neat and efficient. It’s always good to be able to be self-reflective-“know thyself”-in ways that matter. MoodKit does just that; it allows you to track the inordinate beats in your life, either caused by oneself or experienced as suffered from daily events. Thanks for a very practical and meaningful kit of psychological tools which can be used to administer self-healing.

Life and thought changer. This app has been a complete life changer for me. I've been using the app for several years as I struggle with depression and generalized anxiety disorder. Granted, sometimes when you are so emotionally worked up, you forget the resource is here, but when I do remember, I stop, use it, and am able to re-process my thoughts and realize the distributions. I then always feel better.

Incredibly Helpful. MoodKit has been incredibly helpful in managing my anxiety and improving my ability to deal with stressors and maintain emotional equilibrium. The thought and heart that went into designing this app is remarkable and clearly with the goal of helping people. Just wanted to share my heartfelt thanks and let you know that you are making a real difference and improving lives.

Packed with wisdom and actionable advice.. This app has helped me understand myself better, and deepen my relationships with those around me.

Great resource. I've been dealing with Persistent Depressive Disorder for a number of years now, and this app helps keep me motivated to improve my life and correct my distorted thinking.

Helpful. This app has helped me regulate myself in many ways. I particularly like the ability to create my own activities and personalize the list of commitments. I don’t like the fact that it is so easy to clear all my commitments without intending to. “Clear” doesn’t remove the items I checked off; it removes everything. And if I’ve competed a task, it disappears from my commitments unless I affirmatively recommit. I wish there were a way to group the journal entries by task so I could review progress.

Great functionality, but needs to be updated for iPhone X. The functionality on this app is amazing. Very powerful. But the UI is lacking. It’s a bit complicated to use. And it doesn’t take advantage of the full screen on iPhone X.

So thorough & evidenced-based. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but as both a mental health clinician and someone who suffers from major depressive disorder and anxiety, I'm so impressed by the practical utility of this app, first in probing the myriad ways that chronic distress undermines our real-world well-being, and second because of the myriad targeted, concrete & evidence-based strategies it suggests to flip the tables and improve our moods through simple shifts in conscious thought & action. Also love the personal commitment framework as practical strategy for real-life application. Only quibble is that the daily mood & thought journaling interfaces are clunky-looking and not nearly as intuitive as a handful of otherwise mediocre & shamelessly pricey mood tracking & CBT apps on the market. I also wished that this somehow integrated with iOS' 'health' app, which I already use for diet & activity tracking. Were developers to redress those two issues, I hesitate to speculate what I actually might pay for the result.

Updates and Ideas. The repeated prompts are still happening. I'd love it if we could save journal entries as drafts if we have to leave the app.

Wide variety of activities. I like the variety of activities offered in this app. I also like the convenient way the journal is tied to the activity descriptions, so I can easily make entries. Good mix of CBT and positive psychology.

Better than journaling. Although I do daily journaling, I find I have learned so much about myself and my moods by using the ap to rate and explain them in the notes section. I’ve even shown my doctor the chart in response to his question about how my mood has been in the past weeks.

Extremely beneficially and useful app!!. Whenever I am struggling I come back to this app to journal and sort out my thoughts. It has so many helpful tips and actions to take if you are stuck in rumination. Having ADHD my thoughts tend to race and I am easily overwhelmed so this app just gives me a private place to brain dump, get ideas, and then move on. I never write reviews and I often download apps that I use only once and delete but this is the one app I have always kept on my phone and used for the past couple of years. I haven’t found a better one! The interface is simple and not distracting.

Easy &convenient thought checker at no cost says all you need to know. My therapist gives me paper work to check cognitive distortions but I lost interest after a few days. I tend to ruminate and sometimes can spend days researching something. That’s my crisis mode. My PTSD is very hard to manage but this make everything all In one place and it’s straight to the point. On paper, they would be scattered and forgotten for months until I found it again and repeated this same cycle. Thank you so much!!!

Glitchy and boring UI, lots of activities. I’ve just started using this app so hopefully it will get better and I’ll become more attached as I use it. I’ve turned on fingerprint authentication and now the app glitches and crashes every time I try to open the app. First time it took three crashes before it finally opened. Unfortunately for the app I was just getting crashed on logins two times before it finally ran and I was able to open the app where it immediately asked me to rate. So, the breadth of activities seems to be good, I just ran through random activities. I wish there were more statements based on the aspect to help place myself on the slides for determining the focus areas. The UI just seems less graphically appealing than more recent apps. The icons could be more rounded boxes and less cluttered on the landing screen. Plus, the quick start guide would have been great if it was a few opening slides when I entered the app. My first opening was super overwhelming and so I had no idea what to do or where to go. So a quick run through of what the app can do would have been really nice. UPDATE: Just bought the iPhone 11 and I can’t even open the app anymore. It glitches and then closes, yet is showing up in my list of open apps but when I try to select it- crash. Will be trying to figure out how to get my money back for sure.

Great tool. I mostly use the thought checking tool and the mood rater. But just those have had a huge impact on keeping my mood up. Including keeping me from having an actual mental break-down one day and giving me the time to get to a psychologist. I couldn't praise this app enough.

Contact me immediately. I could find no other way to contact the software administrators other than through this review process. OK. So be it. Why are the forced choice moods from which I must choose, unanimously negative? Is it inconceivable I might want to record a positive mood? You need a "contact us" option.

Awesome app!!. My fav psych app ever. Love the journalling component, but every part of it is great. Would highly recommend it!

This is what I have been looking for :-). I have learnt CBT over the years but often fail to practice it. I recently spoke to my therapist about a CBT workbook I had purchased, thinking it would help. I have failed to open the book, preferring to read travel books. This is an app I am using daily and I feel I am taking control of my depression and anxiety. Thank you to the other users who recommended it in iTunes - I rely on your opinions before purchasing any app.

Don’t waste your money!. I purchased this app yesterday, used it once. And now it keeps crashing every time I try to open it. What a waste of money! :(

I love it!!. This app is really good and the suggestions are really helpful, iv had it one day and I already feel loads better!:)

Glitch. If you set a passcode, the app no longer works and all of your entries will be deleted when you reset the app. Very disappointing

Wow!!. Wow.. Love this app! I'm hopeless at the pen and paper thing. Couple of things for next upgrade, sleep tracker and an alarm function so I remember to do mood tracker same time everyday

Great App!!!. Amazing app I love it!! Just what I needed to help me get through the hardest challenge life has thrown at me

Love it. So far so good. I find myself using the app regularly, and it also provides practical tips and tricks.

Already helping. This app has made mood changing so convenient for me. When I'm overreacting to situations and can't just flick it around, I take 10 mins out to use the mood changer and get my thoughts out. It is helping me already in one week. I will say that I already know how to dispute my thoughts after years of practice, so this app is perfect for me. I love the simplicity of the layout and the options of thought distortion ready for me to just recognise + choose. It's incredibly helpful during stressful times (like now).

Perfect. My therapist asked me to do mood monitoring and after two weeks I had Done next to none. After downloading this app I'm doing it several times a day and making HUGE progress, there is science behind this and the content in this app is exactly what the clinical psychologist does with me in a normal session. Get it now. Worth the $.

Great!. Very helpful love the mood tracker

Thoughtful app. A beautifully thoughtful app. I use every function in it and all of it is useful. I have found Thought Checker to be particularly amazing. You are taken through a series of steps to "thought check" a situation that recently bothered you. Without fail, it has given me a realigned perception every time I used it and made me feel better. Quite impressive. My only feature-wish is syncing. Would love to switch between my iPod and touch and iPad. Particularly great if I could key out some of my (lengthy!) journals on the iPad.

Helpful. This app is helpful and is better than the icbt. It has a few more extras. I use it all the time and it has helped me with my cognition immensely. I recommend it.

Great app. This app is fantastic! I have an eating disorder and BPD and this app is helping me track and help with the therapy techniques I've learnt for years. I have my phone with me all the time so I can use this app to help me through the day. Thank to the creators, top job guys you've done well :)

Very involved... Great app. I haven't been using this app long, but so far I've found it to be excellent. It's very involved too which I do think warrants the slightly higher price Range. I have suffered major clinic depression for most of my life & this app has the tools to help me carry out CBT techniques in conjunction with my Doctor. I will definitely be showing this app to my Doctor on my next visit!

Best mental health App that’s out!!. I use this app to help with my mental health & it is incredible!! It honestly has changed my life and the way I view things! Best mental health app that’s on the market by far.

Life saving app. I love this apps features of the thought diary and mood tracker and the journal. In the last week alone it has really been a great help and review my thoughts and assumptions. It has saved my life a few times this week. Would recommend to people with personality disorders.

Upset. Set up the app how I liked it and added a few entries but with privacy being important I turned on Touch ID setting. I have not had a Touch ID phone for years but with Face ID running on the same API it should just work like other apps. I can no longer open the app unless I delete everything and start again! Thankfully I haven’t lost too much but putting a pin in is a hassle.

Good. I'm impressed this app is quit help full. I'd like to see more of a description in regards to mood options

Great for general well being and confidence. It's the little things to be appreciative of. This app is practical, encouraging and puts you in control of what you wish to commit to and how you wish to deal with challenges. Fantastic app

Good. Good app, but won't take it seriously until its ipad compatible. The developers should probably invest in an iPad if they haven't already to get the ball rolling ;)

Had to delete 5 years of entries. I upgraded to iPhone 11 a few months back and the app kept crashing. I contacted support and did what was asked but in the end I had to delete and reinstall. I lost 5 years of journal entries which is a shame. I’m trying to see this as a good thing (were they even worth reading again?) but there’s some sadness there about having to do that. I still think this is a great app but I’d be hesitant to write long journal posts again without sending every single one to my email.

Makes u think. Just bought it as part of my New Year's goals to use more accessible Apps with my psychology clients this year. It is very intuitive and does stop and make u think and assess how u think and feel AND how to become more positive and focussed. Thanks for putting this together.

Mental health. I have found this application very useful and have used it every day to keep tads on my feeling and actions. I highly recommend it as an aid to recovery and day to day living. The App allows for a guided look through your daily feelings and reasoning.

Calmer in the moment. This app is a great tool for analysing thoughts in the moment or after the fact. Useful for picking apart the negative threads of a thought and reweaving them more positively into the fabric of your day.

Miss. Wow this is an amazing app, I suffer from an eating disorder and depression and this app is helping me much not to mention how much I'm saving on my psychologist. Thank you so much to the creators : D

Love This App. I bought this app because my psychologist recommended it to me and I found it sooo helpful just working out how to use it and getting advice straight away. It is fairly straightforward and I started doing the activities straight away. I have tried lots of really good apps for my anxiety and this one is already in the top 2-3 that I have used. I definitely recommend this app to anyone with anxiety or even anyone who just worries too much!

Worthwhile investment. I have both depression and anxiety. This app does a great job at helping me pinpoint negative triggers and helps me think differently. I've never reviewed an app before but I seriously reccomend this one; no matter if you're depressed or even feeling slightly melancholic, it will change your life! Thank you! :)

Great app. I suffer from depression and this app has helped me with my thinking so much. It is such a great tool I highly recommend it!

Great app. This is a really helpful app to clear my head and get my thoughts straight. Would LOVE an iPad version though.

Excellent. Worthy tool to improve mood.

Highly recommend this app!. I really like this app! It has been a wonderful tool for improving my self awareness especially in relation to mood. I am finding it helpful for developing healthier coping mechanisms and lifestyle choices.

Excellent app. I use the app to help me keep track of my daughters daily struggles with severe anxiety and school refusal. I can keep a journal of daily successes or failures and monitor her state of mind which help me give a bigger picture to health professionals and educators. I really like the fact I can easily email any involved parties. I also like the secure settings.

Fantastic tool. This is a fantastic tool. So very helpful for "in the moment" thought corrections. Thankyou, thankyou has helped so much

Great for between therapist visits and in conjunction with the therapy. The best mood app by far, I would love a sleep tracker and medication log in it, though it's awesome as it is. I use it and then email the entries to my therapist the morning of our session. Before we start therapy, she reads everything and we discuss the past entries since our last session. It really allows us to make the best of our session time. It's great for when I can't remember manic phases. The thought checker is awesome too. It's a good idea to have for 'normies' too!😉 Get if if you can spend the few dollars.

Awesome. I love this ap, especially the thought checker aspect, its helped me process some extremely challenging situations. It's almost like having a councellor on hand, when I need it. It makes me feel very empowered and I've been very happy since I got it. Most impressively, after using it over a couple of weeks I'm able to notice and turn around thought distortions as they happen just through the practice it gives me. Its a great tool for mental health.

Excellent. It goes through all of the steps you learn in therapy but it helps you to be able to focus on it during times where your mental state is unfocused. It takes you through helpful steps to calm and assess your thoughts as well as letting you record the journals to see the progress you have made.

Very useful app. Simple to use and excellent features. I mostly use the activities section but thought distortions and mood monitoring sections have been helpful in particularly stressful times.

The thought checker component is great. Thanks so much for making this app

It's also fun!. This app is fun! It worked for me bcs I use its reminders to come on every single day and by reading them day after day, those positive affirmations started to have an effect! To motivate yourself you have to be at it all the time! The hardest bits are on those low days! I do feel nowadays! And I've been feeling like that for months now! No mean feat considering I was somewhat depressed for over 25 years! Can't see myself going back now... But I read those affirmations everyday... Thanks to this app!

Excellent. I'm a CBT oriented psych working mostly in schools. This app is fabulous for encouraging homework that is in sync with a CBT approach. Lots of kids, not to mention adults, have iPhones. Get them to install it, then theres a neat, always on them, paper free option for completing thought identification, disputation, and reframing exercises. Also appeals to tech savvy clients. LOVE the lists of behavioral activities / experiments also for homework. Brilliant!

App Crashes on Launch. I bought this app before realising it hasn’t been updated in 2 years. I launched it once successfully, it crashed partway through and now crashes on launch without any obvious way to recover it.

Buy it !!. This app is excellent - you won't regret it.

Tried and tested tools. This has the look and feel of something developed with genuine care by qualified professionals. A great supplement to help alongside counselling. Definitely worth the money.

Very helpful!. I have had depression for around two years now and this app has really changed my thinking. The guides on what and how to make things better for yourself are really helpful. Awsome app.

Great app. A really thoughtful, thorough and well presented app. There's a host of activities and tools to help to reflect on thoughts and feelings and the thought checker I find particularly useful. Well worth the investment.

Love it. I purchased this app after using it on my clinical psychologists iPad in session a few times. I decided to purchase it and use it myself, as I thought it was a really cool idea and I believed it was something I would use. I was right in purchasing it, it’s very helpful and I’ve since recommended it to everybody. Fantastic app! Easy to use! 10/10

Life changing. This app will enable you to sail through stormy personal weather and being an inner calm when you most need it. Fantastic self help tool!

Need help immediately. This app has crashed after opening it twice! I need assistance ASAP

A must have. This is such a surprise! I love it and OMG it works like a psychologist, really helps get the thinking straight and I love that I can rely on myself with its help to solve issue and sort out what's my crazys and what's not! Really have a good look, as it's worth the money I'm even going to load as gifts to all I know!! Great app

Excellent app -- noticing a change already. Never thought I'd find an app like this! Much faster than completing my psychologist's forms -- and I love that it graphs the results!

Great app. Have found it very helpful to change my thoughts into more positive place!! Great app

Very unimpressed. After reading all these positive reviews, from reliable sources, I was expecting a great CBT app. The focus of the app seems to more on goal setting/activity scheduling, which is not what I think of as the foundation of CBT and is not very useful to me. Thought records are not intuitive, don't provide much guidance on challenging distortions (ie, evidence for and against) and don't allow for line breaks which turns them into a jumbled mess. Mood tracking is also unintuitive and doesn't allow for visually tracking anything that might contribute to mood issues (see Optimism for an example of this being done well). The different tools seem disconnected from each other. Not updated for iPhone 5. Could be so much better.

Fabulous resource. I started using CBT almost a decade ago, but I've almost always done it in my head. I find the journaling aspect time consuming and while I'm willing to do the work, I also run a company and my time is very, very valuable. This app changes everything; it saves time, it makes CBT a snap, and it's keeping me engaged in the deep work of changing my beliefs. I would recommend this app to anyone who's willing to do the work of changing their beliefs and attitude.

Won’t work!. The app will not open on my phone (iPhone 11) . Very sad. I paid for it after it was recommended by a counsellor and I cannot open it! Hope to see this fixed soon as I’m sure it is a great app with such people recommending it!!

Helpful app. My doctor to recommend this app to me to help with my depression and anxiety. The thought checker tool really helps me to see the sources of my anxiety with less distortions. I have been using it for 10 days and already see slight improvement with my anxiety.

Has really helped me. I noticed positive changes in my attitude the first day I used this app. Only wish the mood rating could vary by hour instead of just the one day average. Great app! Thank you.

Excellent app!. I have been using this app for months. It has worked wonders in reducing my anxiety and increasing my positivity The interface is really clear and motivating too. Highly recommend this application!

Great app!!!. Cool!!!

Very Helpful. Being able to articulate my thoughts and compare them to destructive patterns is so helpful! An immediate 'gut-check' to catch myself.

Great. This is an excellent little app. Part of being able to write good thought records is being able to do it as close to the situation as you can. It's portability makes it easy to keep a real time inventory of distorted thinking and lifestyle choices that can perpetuate depression. Good job on this app.

I'm excited to use this app. Recently I had a psychiatric assessment where various activities were proposed to me to help regulate my anxiety. I was so pleased to see all her recommendations included in this app. I've enjoyed using it so far and look forward to seeing long term results . One suggestion: I would like to see a way to build and integrate my own custom activities.

Like a therapist in your pocket!. Tremendous app. Like having my therapist in my phone. Exactly like the homework I'm provided at appointments.

Awesome. This app has simplified one of the quickest and most efficient uses of CBT.

Great CBT app!. A great tool for analyzing negative thought patterns, especially for those with anxiety and/or depression. A little expensive for an app, but well worth it for its quality and depth. It would be very useful for those in therapy, but also for those who don't want / can't afford therapy and need a little help, and as support to those on medication. Doctors should recommend this!

Good app. I have tried a few other similar apps but this one is awesome and covers almost everything. Well done.

Only one issue. Wish I could scroll through the graph and see mood fluctuations over more than one month. Can see them on the list but not the graph. Also wish I could print the graph to show to my doctor. Otherwise a useful app for sure

Very very useful.. Well thought out and helpful app.

Awesome app.. Very impressive templates, and an excellent tool to keep me on track; very happy with my purchase.

Really Like It So Far.... Tried doing CBT in the books, but travel about and have no set routine, so having this on my iPhone is great. Really smart tips, questions to ask yourself. Shifted perspective better than my recent therapist could to be honest. Great tool for folks who want to practice self self help. Worth it. Cost of a fluffy latte...

Very Thorough. I wish I could view all upcoming tasks according to date & time, but I do love that tasks can be scheduled in my calendar. I love the thought record portion. These are things my counsellor has recommended I do anyway, so it's very convenient to have in one app. Would definitely recommend.

My rating. I give this app 5 stars . I have had therapy for 5 yrs and on going . This app combines a lot of the things I have learned . It gives me options to type, record, and view my days. Their is also so many suggestions to check my thinking . Thanks Moodkit : ) if you would like some other ideas to improve your kit please let me know .

Nice. Very thorough and helpful app. The one thing is I wish the user face was better designed, graphics beside the activities/etc kinda tacky/kitsch so maybe simplified vector graphics instead? Overall very good app well done

Great app!!!. My psychologist recommended this app to me and it is great! I love how you can do the activities and then write a journal entry about it after. There is also a wide variety of different activities that you can choose from. The thought checker is also very cool. I agree with the other person who wrote a review that I wish you could go back and look further than one month to view your mood patterns. That would be a really useful tool, maybe you could change that? Overall, this is a fantastic app, I love it!

Mood kit. Mood kit picks up where CBT left off. It is great at keeping me on track with my goals, as well as challenging those distorted thought patterns we all get from time to time. I'm finding I use this App almost daily.

Great app, but a lot of bugs. I love this app, and the content it offers - but I can’t even open the app after having used it only once ! (Sort of defeats the purpose ...) 😩

Not impressed. This app may or may not be good, but it involves a lot of writing. Why do app developers, knowing that iPad Pros have been released, not have the option to use the app in landscape or portrait? I want to type all of those words, not tap with a few fingers to journal and more. It’s too bad that you don’t seriously consider the users of your app.

Great tool. Well thought out, one can even set reminders in-App for mood logs, etc. Good job!

Very comprehensive. When compared to the single-purpose CBT app - the same price for both - this is multifaceted and deep. Very impressive.

Absolutely love this app!. I am not great with emotions so this is a perfect tool to help me take control of a situation or mood and get to the root of the problem. Love that it has a lock for privacy and that everything can be added to journal, but when looking at journal, you can filter by entry type.

👍. It would be great to make this a universal app and sync to iCloud for use between iPhone and iPad.

CBT on the go!. I really like this tool! I like having the ability to discreetly do a thought record when I'm feeling stressed (at school, at work, on the subway etc). The commitments are also an excellent feature. It's CBT in your pocket - such a great idea.

Probably my most useful App. I really love this app. It really forces me to document how and WHY I am feeling a certain way when I am feeling really down or when I'm feeling really happy. I don't use this app on a daily basis, but use it when my moods are particular down or happy. I just enter the 1/10 scale to rate my mood and then I use the corresponding short questions to explain WHY I am feeling that way, what could perhaps be done to done to change my view and what I could DO next time when feeling this way. You can look back and read your old entries when feeling the same way again. Very cool. PS I'm an avid reader of DISCOVER MAGAZINE and they suggested this app, so that pulled a loooot of weight in my opinion!!!

Me. Beautiful App So much to read and apply in your daily life

Good app so far but has glitch. Running ios7.03 on an iPhone5 & when relocating the cursor when entering a journal entry, it causes already entered text to be partially deleted.

Fantastic. As a resident psychiatrist, I can't give this tool enough credit. It's well designed, intuitive and gives users a great toolkit (literally) into making Cognitive Behaviour Therapy work for them. A central tenet of CBT is to "be your own therapist", and this tool can be used on it's on or in conjunction with a therapist for effective, empirical results

Disappointed. This is exactly the type of app a person with pre-existing anxiety is triggered by. The notion that our thoughts are being read without our knowledge. There is so much room for the abuse of power.

Simply the best. I tried many many mental health tools, in with this one you got the best of them all. I would like to see an iPad version too.

Practical Tool for those trying to make Cognitive Behavioral Therapy a habit. This tool is so handy because it puts CBT in your pocket, allowing you to work through your thoughts and worries while they are on your mind. Practical exercises can be integrated into you calendar and notes, the journal and thought tracker let you use those small windows of available time in your day to improve your ongoing practice of CBT. Very thoughtful app.

Worth the buy. I have never given CBT a fair shot until I tried this app, now I have found that it really helps. It makes it very easy to work through your emotions right when they are happening, having a step by step guide on the go is so convenient. The little tips, mood chart and journal features are great as well.

A+. This app is amazing, simply put it uses all the CBT skills you should practice on a daily basis in such a convenient form. Commit to using this daily and you will see changes!!

Amazing app!. I have had great results from this app so far. I can use it to plan my mood for the next day just like I plan other activities.

Best CBT App Available but Needs Improvement. After researching and testing a few CBT apps, Mood Kit is one of the more robust on the market, however it leaves a lot to be desired, primarily in the GUI department. For example, from a usability standpoint, when opening the app, it isn't clear 'where to go' or 'what to do' first; some guidance or icons (rather than list view) would be helpful (also a 'Home' screen/button is absent). Secondly, it would be beneficial if all journal entries, commitments, etc. automatically saved (with the option to delete them after). Thirdly, it seems logical that Activities, Moods, and Thoughts would be integrated more somehow, but I don't see this in the app. Perhaps an indication on the mood graph when thought records are logged, as well as activities accomplished - this would be helpful as they are interrelated.

Crashing constantly on iPhone 11. Sad because since getting an iPhone 11 this app keeps crashing. I even re-paid for it - uninstalled and reinstalled it - but it still keeps crashing.

Very Good. As someone fighting depression, this has turned out to be a good companion to therapy. Thanks.

Very useful and effective. I find this app to be quite the helpful tool when my feelings and thoughts seem amplified. I work through my thoughts and feelings in real time which makes a huge difference. I also use it when contemplating certain decisions day to day. Even when my thoughts have no distortions, Moodkit can help me see most situations and feelings from another perspective, which helps me a great deal. I'm grateful for this awesome app!

Solid App. Over all a very solid app. The interface takes a bit to get used to, mostly because there is so much available. I use this as a mood and thought tracker, which it does well. I have started using the commitment system as well and am impressed with the variety and customizations available. I have two suggestions that would make MoodKit a five star app for me. First, I would like to be able to add new marks for mood through a day. Dealing with moods, they can change during the day and this change could give a better representation. And secondly, more of a wish list type thing, it would be great to have a desktop program to export this into, even a website would be nice. Again a nice app, worth the cost

Most expensive app I've purchased.... ...and worth every penny! I just wanted a mood tracker with chart function but the thought distortion tool alone has been phenomenal in improving my moods (as well as the recording of my automatic thoughts in the journal for future reference). I like "committing" to healthy activities out of the robust list of social, physical, functional and custom choices. This has made a tangible improvement in my life. The capability to print or email everything from the thought, activity or mood chart/journal is helpful as well. The only thing I'd love is a reminder to "check in" daily via iPhone notifications...

Great app and user friendly. Love the thought checker!

The thought checker alone is worth it. Needs iPhone 5 support, but still great! After reading this article about how useful an entrepreneur found it to graph his mood, I went searching for an app. Low and behold I stumble upon this. While my intentions were to track my mood I've found the Thought Checker to be ground breaking in rationalizing out my negative thoughts and calming me down. Funny thing is I use iMoodJournal for the actual logging because the interface is more visual and it has tagging. I personally don't mind using multiple apps, but if you want a one stop shop, this is it.

Great app with one significant flaw.. I am a therapist, and I think this is a wonderful, simple CBT app for an extremely affordable price, but unfortunately one that I would not recommend to people with eating disorders because of a serious flaw, which I will outline after praising what is good about this app. In addition to a simple thought record feature, the app includes a journal, and many helpful mood boosting activities. The app is very well organized and easy to use. I think it would be beneficial to many users. Also, I really appreciate that the developers did not make this app subscription based, and priced it very reasonably. If the developers remove the unscientific content that could negatively impact people with eating disorders, this would be a perfect app! Now for the negative: When playing around with the apps features, I was surprised that the app offered what is basically diet and weight loss advice, such as “go for a walk instead of eating dessert,” or “get a salad with oil and vinegar.” These suggestions were not in response to me indicating that my goal was weight loss, they were under a more general health recommendation. This is clinically inappropriate and not based on CBT principles. Dieting advice like this also simply does not work. It makes an otherwise wonderful app unusable to many people. I do not have an eating disorder, so I will simply roll my eyes at these suggestions. I would love it if the developers would remove this content, while keeping content that promotes exercise as something that can improve mood.

New session button. Can you add an option to create a new journal session on the last step, once a session is recorded in the journal.

Excellent tool.. I would highly recommend reading "The Feeling Good Handbook" as an accompaniment to this tool, or, at the very least, read up on the basics of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). It will help put a lot of it in context. That said, even on its own, it's an excellent tool for therapy. One of my biggest struggles was actually doing the work and capturing things as they occurred. Having those tools in my pocket makes it convenient enough that I can do it any time I need to, and so I have been, and have benefited from it.

nope. this is a big nope from me. nope nope nope, nah ha hun. like don’t even try

MoodKit is Very Helpful. I have bipolar disorder and this app has helped me in two distinct ways. First I have set the reminder feature to help me track my mood multiple times each day. This gives me time to reflect on my mood throughout the day and check myself for faulty thinking that may be negatively impacting my mood. Secondly I love being able to see the graph of my mood over time. This has shown me many patterns I was unaware of before. Both my therapist and my psychiatrist love the data it provides. This app has made me a much more active participant in my own wellness.

Journal entries disappeared. Old version wouldn’t even open anymore. I updated and find that a years worth of tedious journal entries are gone. I can’t find any information or help to get them back. I enjoyed the app and used it every day. I am very disappointed.

Great App. Absolutely love this app, and u can note as many moods/changes or journal entries as u want throughout the day. Big help for doctors also since it is very organized. Most of the tips for feeling better are legit and actually recommended in cognitive and/or psychotherapy. Only addition I would ask for would be to allow u to interactively allow u to attach or upload photos (whether of yourself or to express how u are feeling), in the Journal Entry portion.

Fix this please. Everything is perfect when it comes to this app except for writing in your daily notes in the dairy section. I like to spell check my notes and i admit i am clumsy. So on multiple occurrences i have accidentally clicked the cancel button and lost a days worth of notes. I know Some people would freak out if this ever happened to them. Thus, please add a "are you sure you want to cancel prompt" for if someone does decide to cancel there notes. It would help out because Once you say whats on your mind its hard to recreate that. Which in turn is hard to analyze the emotions in my thought process. Thank you for your time, keep up the good work!

Those in eating disorder recovery beware. I was excited to get this app and take a more active role in charting my moods etc. However, as someone in eating disorder recovery, I was dismayed to see the diet section reinforce the restrictive behaviors of my eating disorder. I hate that I wasted $4.99 on an app I can’t even use due to its pervasive diet message triggering thoughts and urges to engage in ED behaviors.

This is the best app for mood control.. I think that this is the best app ever for people who are bi polar or just looking to control and chart their moods. There is no aspect that has been forgotten. There is a journal there is a thought checker and there are so many options that are easy to use I can't say enough good things about it. I think after using the app and money spent was well worth it and $10 is even an acceptable price for this app although I paid five dollars it is worth 10. I wish there was someway to back up to a cloud source so I would not have to worry that I may end up deleting the app by accident or phone crash or something strange removing everything that I put in my journal. However there is the option to email what you write in the app that any time to yourself so it's sort of the same

Incredible. Absolutely outstanding. For me, it is missing these KEY features: Dark mode (journalling at night) Option to make font bigger iPad synicnff Landscape mode

Useful, credible. Seems research based. I like the teaching component to help me interpret and understand cog. B. T

So useful!. Great app, will help me manage and decrease my depression long term

Useful tool. Update #3: Every so often I notice the emotion list in the thought checker is missing things like “tired” or “numb” or “hopeless” or “overwhelmed” where there isn’t even a good substitute, even though other words are close synonyms. This app would be significantly better with a way to put in custom feelings, or at least if there was a wider range of feelings. There’s a way to reset the thought checker now — it’s not automatic (why wouldn’t you want to reset after saving to journal?) but at least it’s not very hard or complicated. Having “wellness apps” that run on a monthly subscription model is becoming the norm, so it’s refreshing to have an app that just costs a small one time fee. Update #2: I’m changing my rating to 5 stars for continued usefulness over time. There’s a few things that could be better: in particular, the thought checker doesn’t automatically reset even after you save to journal, which is weird. Once you’ve gone through the process you’re done, right? It’s annoying to re-open the app and want to start fresh and then get a reminder of the last thing you were working through. And I just don’t use the mood tracking feature at all. But, I do use both the thought checker and the journal feature quite regularly, and at this point have for...idk, maybe 5 years? A long time. Excellent value for your money. I keep this app on the first page of my phone and have never considered deleting it. (Oh, and yes, I believe it has been very helpful for stabilizing my mood, calming myself down in moments of crisis, improving how I handle interpersonal conflict, etc. Being the kind of person I want to be. Enjoying life more. I read Feeling Good before getting this app; I’m not sure how useful the app is without some outside introduction to CBT, but definitely with that outside introduction and remembering to actually use it, it’s an extremely helpful and convenient tool.) Update: for the last few months I've been using the thought checker nearly every day, and I have noticed a change in how I respond to upsetting events, so hey, it works. Overall I like this app. The big weakness is that the mood tracker only lets you do one mood per day. Also, some of the journal questions come across as cheesy or annoying or just unhelpful. However, other ones are direct and helpful, and I've already created a couple templates of my own that I think will be useful. I like the thought checker: it's brief and convenient but also to the point. I like having the long list of suggested feelings and the option to pick more than one, and it's more convenient to have a list of distortions there rather than pulling out a piece of paper and having to go by memory when on the run. I also appreciate that there's an option to say there's no distortion but still a better way of looking at things. I've only looked at a couple of the activities but the apparent variety is impressive. And again, the convenience factor is amazing.

Looses content. Canceling this stupid app! Going with Day One. This app is horrible! It won’t print AND it has lost days of my journal even after saving! DO NOT USE!

So happy I found this!. I am so happy to have found this app. As an anxiety sufferer, this is a great tool for keeping track of my mood and anxiety...which comes and goes during stressful times in my life. With this app, I can keep track of my negative thinking and focus on being a positive person - which is the best way to overcome the stress and anxiety. I highly suggest this app, even if you are happy in general as this app will help keep you on track to living your life the best way possible.

Amazing!!!. This little app is packed with so much self help therapy, it's like having a therapist right with you when ever you may need one. I use this for PTSD and find it quite helpful. I especially appreciate the commitments you can make and not forget about. There is also a thought checker so you can maybe find patterns and change them as well as a journal to write about anything. I love this app and would recommend it to anyone who needs to change something within themselves. This helps you do it!

BOO! Disappointing!. This app is way overrated & overpriced! I barely find this helpful at all. The Thought checker tool is frustrating. It helps you identify thought distortions, (which is cool) but doesn't explain how to go about trying to modify your thought! If someone's been thinking a certain way with distortions a long time, it takes more than a quick little blurb in a cheesy app to help them learn to fix it. I don't find the journal helpful either. The questions are generic and again not very helpful at all.. i.e.: "How can I go about changing (whatever)?" ..Well if I knew how the hell to change things I wouldn't have bought the app! Writing in a real blank journal is more helpful! The "activities suggestions" are pretty standard things you could easily find doing a basic Google search. I was really hoping this app would be as helpful as the descriptions make it sound. But all I get from this app is frustration. Only reason I'm not deleting this is because I paid for it. I want my hard earned money back! Save your money for a fun game app or some new songs in the iTunes store, that will improve your mood better than this app.

Fantastic app!!!!!. I am involved in CBT and I think this app is just incredible in helping people who are using CBT to change their lives. This app if used properly with a therapist can really change your life for the positive and you will be able to expand your world and achieve things you never thought of. What is outstanding about CBT is that it has been proven to work in laboratories And all it has been thoroughly tested by thousands of psychologists psychiatrists this process really works!!

Surprisingly robust AND simple to use.. I have been using this for a month after reading about it in Discovery magazine. I started using it to chart and add notes for mood ratings to help identify patterns however the additional features have proved valuable on their own. It's not something that I feel obligated to use and I find that I use it when I need to whether it be to chart a good mood or lower mood and I have seen progress in that area alone. Additionally the Random Activity option is a great thing for me if I am feeling low as well as reviewing common thought distortions in order to check my thinking and recognize where I may be applying distorted thought/perception to a situation or to my opinion of my self.

No response from Support!. It has been over a week since my follow up reply and no has got back to me to explain why the app keeps crashing when I try to open it. Not cool!

Misleading. Not what I thought it would be.. wish I could get a refund

Excellent!. This is the best app I have ever used. Surprisingly extensive and useful tools, supportive environment, excellent training for improved lifestyle and wellness.

Great app!. Simple tool with many components. Great for overall tracking and tracking progress with therapy and with medication trials or changes.

The Real McCoy! Outstanding!. Literally hundreds of outcome studies have proven that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is effectiveness in the treatment of anxiety disorders and depression. I have been a cognitive-behavioral psychologist for 20 years and have kept up closely with all the developments in the field. MoodKit very effectively guides people in the use of cognitive behavioral skills to change unhelpful/distorted thinking, to set goals for healthy living, and to increase activities that contribute to fulfillment and well being. Please note, to benefit from MoodKit, you'll need to use it regularly and incorporate the skill & activities into your daily life. If you do, you are very likely to benefit. I highly recommend MoodKit!

App keeps crashing. This app looks promising with all the data- supported activities, but it keeps crashing on open every time. Developers are not responsive, I reached out through their website but no reply. Expected more customer support for the price.

So far so good. I use this along with Mood Journal. I use this primarily for when I freak out about something that really isn't that big of a deal to calm myself down a little bit and help myself to stop ruminating. It shouldn't be used in place if a therapist, but it's a real nice way to keep a record or your thought process do you can easily recognize when you're blowing something out of proportion. I think its a great app! $5 is kind of pricey. I have other apps that have around the same functionality that are much cheaper or free, but this app is very useful.

Keeps crashing. Would love to rate it higher because I think this app has potential but it won’t open!

Awesome app love it. Love this app!!!

Crashes. I bought this app, used it once, and since then it only crashes upon opening. Complete garbage. I’d like a refund!

Won’t open. I purchased app, used once and really enjoyed it but now I can’t get it to open. User error? Maybe…but I’ve never had this issue with any other app.

Life Changing. Moodkit helps you develop your inner therapist so that you can be aware of your thought patterns and shift them as needed. Great activities, reminders, the journal is my favorite tool. I have my clients use it so they learn to pull themselves out of moments of mental frenzy when we're not in session. Emailable journal entries and virtual version on phone. Simple interface. Would recommend it thousands of times over, to people who seek mental clarity, without reservation or changing anything.

This app is FANTASTIC!!. This app helps to track patterns of my emotions which is great for me because I have no thyroid so when my meds are off, I can become depressed or even manic. A regular thyroid is self adjusting secreting more or less hormone based on your body need. Because my meds do not auto adjust, I have to listen to my body to tell me when I need more or less hormone. A lot of the symptoms of my medicine being off are psychological or emotional & this app makes it very easy for me to detect when it's time to have a blood test and that maybe my medicine needs to be adjusted. Also, when I'm angry, it helps me evaluate the real reason I'm angry and it's easier to figure out if my thinking is a little bit skewed. LOVE this app!!!

Totally helps. I use this app to regularly rate my mood and save it in the Journal feature to scan for patterns. When in a bad mood, the Thought Checker pinpoints the erroneous thinking and gives you a chance to change it. The Journal feature has many formats, from Problem Solving to Achieving Goals to Focusing on the Positives. There are also many types of Activities that help you take care of yourself, from diet and exercise to enjoying yourself and being more productive. So many features! Awesome app!

I've tried other mood tracking apps.. But this app is by far the best. You can commit to daily goals personalized around your feeling and mood for the day and I find it extremely helpful. The mood scale is simple and only goes 1-10, which is not ideal, but there are so many other helpful things that more than make up for it. Detailed explanations of "off" thought patterns (for hypo-mania, mania, MDD etc...). This app is no joke, if you have bi polar or other mood disorders I would HIGHLY recommend that you purchase this app.

I love this app!. there are a LOT of mood tracking, CBT type apps out there it was hard to choose. I stumbled on MoodKit and I have found it to be the perfect choice. it offers a lot without frills and fuss. you can use it just to track moods OR take advantage of the other cool features. i use it with my therapist to help organize our discussions and keep track of how I'm doing. this is the first time I've ever rated an app - that's how dope I find it :)

Only iPhone compatible. I have to say I really like this app but unfortunately it's only iPhone compatible. That stinks! I wanted to share with a friend!

Touch ID. Doesn’t seem to be working

Making the Commitment. I am currently going through a devastating breakup. I have felt helpless, and I have been taking the proper steps to grieve and move on. I have not been coping well, so I have been desperate for any sort of help. I bought this app earlier in the morning and have been writing in the journal portion and finding "commitments" to achieve and setting goals. Obviously, I am no better than I was earlier today, but I feel like this is something that I am going to make myself use each day until I am finally at peace with my situation. It was the same price as a Starbucks drink, and if it helps that is priceless.

Much more useful than anticipated. I wasn't sure what to expect but saw an article about this app and decided to give it a try. I do not normally write my thoughts down, but I find this app easy and inspiring. Every day, sometimes more often, I use this app. Easy, fast, and gets to the point quickly. I am very impressed and it has allowed me to track things in a very positive way. I would recommend this to even the happiest of people for its insight!

Great content but super outdated. It helps with depression but it’s outdated to a point that it adds stress. The lack of dark mode, messy lists and outdated icons are disappointing. Please take the time to improve the user experience. Dark mode at least.

Crashes every time after first use. I can’t attest to the content because I’m never able to use it after the first use. It will crash on the second use every time.

Excellent tool. Had helped me tremendously.

Brilliant. This app is fantastic. Interface is a little awkward in some places, but overall by far the best, most interactive health app I have found. Wonderful for those with dysthymic, or any, depression of any intensity - whether you're having a lot of anxiety or just feel like you might not have someone to confide in. One of my favorite 'commitments' is to schedule time to disconnect from technology for ten minutes a day. Sometimes it just helps to be reminded to do little (and big) things to improve the happiness in your life. My psychiatrist is pretty impressed with the functionality of the app and how it keeps me on key between sessions. Thank you for making such a wonderful app!

Outstanding: with this you take "corrective" action & then revisit your feelings. I have tried quite a few of these self-help applications. This is the easiest to use and the most clearcut. This has been the most helpful of anything that I have tried. And it will not disappoint you. There are other god programs which track your emotions, but this app asks u to delve into what is happening emotionally, what corrective action you can take, and then you get to reassess your emotional changes/improvements. In this regard it is, I think, unique. Tracking feelings is one thing: delving further in to see how you can avoid this plight next time is quite another.
