Great app. Love the desktop companion app. Makes it very easy to truly understand my performance vs different benchmarks after accounting for fees, dividends, cash in/out, etc. Hoping this iOS apps gets updated to support the larger iPhone XS Max screen size but overall a very helpful app.

I love this app!. Update: I still really like it, but, iPad - PLEASE?! ------------- It is easy and accurate. Also, the support is phenomenal! Worth every penny. I also have the Mac app and it is fantastic. Just wish it was an optimized app for iPad too. P.S. I don't know the developers at all. I'm just a real user.

Mostly good.. Love, love, love the simplicity an organization. But notice that there is sometime a discrepancy between what the stock market is doing and what this app shows. It seems like it is sometimes a few minutes behind the real deal.

Subscription not purchase. Great portfolio tracking software. Cannot buy the software any longer, v5 annual cloud subscription instead. Lose a lot if subscription is not renewed timely.

Excellent, Excellent App. I open this iPad app FIRST before I view my Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg, or Marketwatch apps! It allows numerous Watch Lists to easily monitor stocks, bonds, and ETFs. It is worth paying for in conjunction with the MAC full version.

Great to have stock updates on the go. Bought desktop SME to replace Personal Stock Monitor (PSM). Need to track cost basis for tax purposes. This app synchronizes nicely on my iphone with info on my Mac. Thanks for a great product. I hope you stay in business. I highly recommend the desktop version. It meets my needs.

Great App. I use it every day to know where is my money. I know how my power is doing every day.

No Longer Works. This was a tremendous app. I have used it for years. But, the developer has tied the app to their desktop software, and now requires you to purchase that. I can’t find a comparable app to replace it. So what pay, or go away. Too bad.

Doesnt work with v5.0 and above. Broken. Developer doesnt respond to emails. Online sync not working. Emailed for support 4 times, no reply yet.

Great Integration. I love this app and it has become my favorite stock tracker. Easy to see how my stocks are performing and comparing to the original buy price. Even breaks out multiple purchases of the same stock. I really like that I can synch across multiple devices. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is because they don't have an iPad version released...can't be that difficult! Looking at the iPhone version on an iPad is very lame.

Program is worthless. I purchased this ,to track my retirement accounts but it’s worthless for that.A waste of money.

Great app!. Works as advertised. Just wish it showed graphs of stock price and volume.

Excellent. Don't have time for a full review now, but just wanted to register my compliments to the developer for having put out one of the better iPhone stock tracking apps on his first try. That's a very impressive feat. Further this is the BEST app in terms of its ability to sync with a desktop program. Some others have sync features, but this is the best and I expect steady improvement given the track record of the developer thus far.

Don't use. Crashed over 20 times by itself and when entering a symbol Don't buy They just updated this on Dec 6. Prior to the update I had a gain of over $6500 dollars, after the update it showed $1800 gain and the market had gone up for the day. Forget this app, I will be looking for a new app for the beginning of the year One last comment before I delete this app for good, emailed the developer about my portfolio value being wrong and received no assurances by him that it would be fixed. This app is just to unstable to use

What they don’t tell you!. The mobile app is not much use without the desktop app at a cost of $60 per year.

Great for tracking at work. Use this app during the day when I can't look at the PC/Mac app

Exactly what I was looking for. Written exactly how you would want to see your portfolio and totals. User friendly. Also Mac and PC versions are nearly perfect. Have not found better. Delighted with product.

Easy to use!. I have had the app about a month, so far, no issues and easy to use.

Does not work. After an hour I gave up. Will not work on my IPad Pro. All it did was to say it was loading data but did nothing.

Don. I also think this is a great first version. I've been using this app and it hasn't crashed once (iOS 5.0.1, iPhone 4S). I use the desktop version too every single day. Here is what I would add to the already mentioned comments: -support for landscape as well as portrait view; -additional news sources besides Yahoo (e.g. google & market watch); -when you add the charts add color; -integrate the ability to email/tweet/facebook news articles and stock statistics (email only); -some kind of "not in sync" notification, upon opening; -support airplay so date can be pushed to a apple TV monitor; -add a stock search option. Again I think you guys are off to a great start. I look forward to version updates. M.Marcus

Compact overview but not reliable. Provide the functions you need but is not accurate and slow to update as well a synchronize. This app cannot work without the desktop app also.

Works well. Syncs with my desktop version. Not much to say. It does what it is supposed to do. It’s not gorgeous or ios7-like, but it works.

Easy to Use, Reliable, Good Features, Cloud Sync. I am in a sound position and pleased to recommend SME now, with more than a year using the purchased desktop/laptop and purchased mobile iPhone/iPad apps versions. The cloud syncing is free, and OFX updating works (for participating brokerages that enable it). SME is for investors who want to track portfolios and watch lists. and make better decisions. The cloud syncing works, and there is a push to/pull from cloud to override when things go wrong and need refreshing. It’s features include reporting individual holding “total return” of accumulated dividends received plus price changes, and calculating a holding time-weighted compound annual rate of return. The mobile version has news feeds, and the desktop/laptop base version has a basic chart. This is not software for technical charting traders, day-traders, timers, speculators or obsessive market watchers. You need a different product. SME is rock stable and crash free for investors who are building wealth and managing accounts for themselves or family or a few others. Cool features SME handles with ease: stock or mutual fund dividend or capital gain reinvestments or payouts. It even lets users manually process return of capital on holdings like REITs or MLPs, which changes the tax basis. You can change the cash balances in accounts any time with ease, when they differ from the broker’s statement. Features difficult or impossible to handle: If you own lots of individual bonds, especially CMO bonds that return capital when mortgage holders pay off principal (yes I still own good GNMAs that did not blow up in 2008-09), it is impossible for the software to update their values, or values of zero coupon bonds. Ditto if you own retirement 403(b) accounts with insurance annuity companies. The holding may be a name brand mutual fund, but the holding is reported as units, and prices are not downloadable available. Just manually enter updates semi-annually for a statement or Barron’s. What else? The email tech support has been responsive with 1-day and helpful. The screen columns are customizable to see what individuals users want, in any order they want. We’re all visually different, and see information differently. Do not use the WatchLists to keep an eye on mutual fund performance because the meager information from the free connections to Yahoo and Google information is poor. It is much better to track mutual fund watch lists of interest through Fidelity or Ameritrade. SME does allow the user to follow their ETFs with ease.

The Best Stock Market app available. I have bought and tried most Market Apps over the years including those for my MacBook and never really been satisfied StockMarketEye beats them all for both platforms It's complete and very comprehensive The customer service is excellent, when you are learning one of the extensive features, it's not difficult to use though I didn't expect it to be so much better than the competition and provides more information than either of my two Canadian and US brokerage accounts A GREAT APP!!

Great App to track diverse portfolios. The iOS app complements and syncs with the desktop version (extensive graphing & technical analysis, sync from a variety of brokerage accounts, etc

Desktop works fine but the mobile version is unusable.. I subscribed to the desktop version but had issues getting the data to sync correctly. Even if you use the desktop version as a master account and upload only from that account, the mobile app does not seem to allow its data to be overwritten. What you end up with are stock positions that remain on the mobile app even though they have already been sold or deleted on the desktop app. Customer service advised me to try the optimize folder feature and additional sync options but this did not solve the problem. The app is also not properly designed because some menu items end up at the very bottom of the iPhone. You can’t scroll, so it becomes very difficult to access them.

OK - but not very rich. As a standalone tool, I find this app lacking some of the flexibility some of the other market watch programs offer. I find it useful and well designed, but not as easy to work with as others. The application offers little function in the way of portfolio analysis which is really what is needed in this space.

Makes tracking multiple accounts easy. Super app that makes keeping track of investments quick and easy. Many features to learn but accurate tracking of accounts is simple and can be done without learning all the details.

Use It Every Weekday. It has been invaluable. Updates have been frequent to add to its usefulness.

Doesn’t work.. Under portfolios it is stuck loading data and will Not allow input.

It's truly the best!. I could write chapters of praise on StockMarketEye and it's stellar support, but I've used it for a few years, I use it often, it's the best. Once you think you've mastered its features, keep looking, there are more.

Worth the $$$. More than enough informative features (e.g. good reports) makes this app worth the price. Has the capability to migrate portfolio numbers from excel which avoids the hassle of having to input legacy data.

Nice app but.... I like the app and it was easy to set up but I wish there was a way to enter dividends so it would track total returns instead of just gain/loss.

Great Software APP. I have been using StockMarketEye for MAC for several years. It is great software for tracking stocks and analyzing market conditions. When they came out with the IOS APP, I tested the BETA and started using the APP on day one. Very nice job and just keeps getting better!

It's Good with Great Potential. I've used the desktop Stock Market Eye app for a couple of years and it is already great for my needs. I purchased the iOS app version to help me keep an eye on both my portfolios and watchlists when I'm away from my desktop. The syncing between the desktop and my iPhone works great. I really like the alert function on the desktop version and anticipate this feature being added by the developer to the iOS version at some point. Over the two years of using the desktop version, I've seen lots and lots of improvements in the functionality of the app and I fully expect to see that happen with the iOS app version. I've also had very good support from the developer when I had problems with the desktop version; so far the iOS version has not given me any problems. From my perspective, the iOS version is off to a strong start and will certainly get better with time. I don't find anything not to like with this version.

Desktop - Excellent! iPad version so-so. Desktop is everything you expect it to be. But the iPad add-on is marginal. Highly recommend the desktop and all its ability, especially the access to brokerage accounts. The interface is fast, secure and surprisingly accurate.

Very useful app. Useful adjunct to its Mac counterpart StockMarketEye. hasn't been set up for iPad yet, but works OK. Very good for iPhone. Looking forward to the version for iPad. Very useful and comprehensive portfolio and stock tracking program

Brilliant In Conjuction With Desktop App. Use this daily to keep an eye on my ASX and US share portfolios. Hoping to see an iPad native version in the not too distant future.

Great Companion App. StockMarketEye is the best in breed combo desktop/mobile stock management platform that I've been searching for for a long time. It's improving regularly too, with excellent communication and assistance from the developers. Looking forward to the next version of the app with some of the stated improvements coming. Keep up the good work!

Good partner to the desktop app. Works great in keeping you on top of your portfolio while on the road. It would be perfect if it notified you when a rule was triggered.

StockMarketEye. Very happy with this app, synchronizes well with desktop app version too. Very good value for performance.

An Excellent App.. In conunction with the desktop application (highly recommendable), this is one of the finest applications I'm using. It seems very robust, and is well-supported by people who really care. Further note: this is an insanely good app.! The more I look into it, the more really useful features I find. Best used in conjunction with the desktop version, though. Then you can *really* experience its power.

Not worth using. Probably one of the most basic and useless apps. I bought the desktop version expecting to have similar tracking and charting available on the app and quickly discovered it has no charting ability and very basic analysis. I given up using it and have reloaded all my shares into my broker app

I use it daily. Great app for checking US and AU stocks. I use it with the desktop app and it syncs flawlessly.

Work in progress. Great for tracking stocks. When I updated several versions ago, however, all stock holdings were lost and I had to re-enter them manually. I was assured that a backup would exist, but the only ones were v old. I'm now about 3 updates behind - no way am I taking that risk again!

Good stock tracking app. Being able to sync my devices and the desktop has been a huge win. I bought it just to track a few stocks but have now gone back and put in 20years of purchases and dividends to make the most of the features. Awesome work. Having basic charts available in the app would be the cherry on the top!

Needs many things to improve!. I have this app in my computer, and it is a great tool! However, the app for mobile devices is way behind of the same quality. No charts, hard to sync, limited information for stocks, I need other apps to cover the deficiencies of the app. FIVE STARS the computer version *️⃣*️⃣ TWO STARS cell version. Lots of things to improve!

Needs a total redesign. I paid for this product and I can tell you that I am not happy with my decision. They made many updates, thinking they improved the product. In my opinion they should toss the entire software to garbage and start from scratch. The current one is just too outdated and broken to be fixed by normal updates.

A great stock/portfolio tracker. It's a great portfolio/stock tracker. You enter your own trades, so no privacy issues with granting 3rd person access to your account. It does a great job of tracking multiple currencies, which no other app does.

Gréât tool and great support.. Reported two minor défets and they have both been resolved within 24 hours.

Its a great app but needs to sort gain. It is very good and we enjoy using it. We would like to be able to sort based on % or sort gains ( eg highest to lowest).

Overall values issues. I’ve been working with technical support to fix overall gains on this app, to no avail. It seems this sync is off by 240%! If only that was the case.

Best Portfolio Tracker I have used. Track activity / charts. See multiple types of reports on performance. Do the above from PC, tablet, or phone. Group stocks by account. What a solid package. Only issues: limited charting options, no news link, and only one cash currency per account. But easily solved when paired with Stockcharts and Yahoo news.

Excellent program. I have been relying on Stockmarket Eye to track my portfolios for about a year and am very please with the results. Easy to use, accurate, fun to use.
