Don’t Activate - better for free. I activated the deals within the app. Half the deals require some sort of Visa signature card to activate; others require you do a specific level of tasting or buy a full case of wine. Additionally, it can’t find some of the larger vineyards I’m looking for in Napa. For free, it’s fine, but I’m really regretting spending that $10 right now.

Winery deals not great. Winery deals are not great because most require a retain type of Visa card.

Great App and great customer service!. Used this app last weekend in Sonoma and Napa and had a great two-fer at Hess on Mount Veeder--well worth it. You must sync your Facebook or Twitter account and "check-in" and in some instances, post a picture of yourself in front of the winery to redeem an offer. I couldn't sync my Twitter account and contacted the app via email and got response within an hour--can't beat that for customer service. I also got a couple more emails following-up on the issue, so they definitely are responsive and the deals are great--definitely worth the download if you are doing any wine tasting in California.

Best Napa Sonoma App so far. For our 2 day trip to Wine Country, had downloaded quite a few apps but nothing even comes close to this. All others provide basically the same type of info. This app provides something of a value in an easy to use format and works pretty quickly. Due to this app we saved some time and visited few other wineries besides the ones featured in the app.

SAVED $100!!. Awesome app, loveed it for Napa Valley & Sonoma wine tastings.

Waste of money. Had outdated information and every winery we went to based on ‘deals’ charged us double! ****Thank you, I’d like a refund.

No deals. Got the app to find deals on wineries. There were no deals and very confusing as to how it was supposed to save me money.

Great Customer Support. Customer support was very helpful with an issue I encountered and quickly fixed it. Would recommend for anyone going on a trip to help plan!

Best app for wine country that I've found. Headed to wine country in a few months so I've been looking for a great app to use. I've bought several and, this one is my favorite by far! Not only does it have great coupons but they're for some of the top wineries in the region. The videos are also very helpful. And, best of all, it's free! In addition, I contacted their customer service and they were very responsive! Love it!

Beware No deal unless you pay up front.. It sounds like a great app with discounts but you have to pay $9.99 to "UNLOCK" any such savings without knowing what the deal is first. Not really a free app IMO.

Total Scam. I paid $10 for the app to save on my tasting at the Castello di Amorosa winery and when I got to the front desk they said they don’t accept the app. Do not pay for this app!!!

Don’t get this app. I downloaded this FREE app to see what it was all about. Then it quickly pushed me towards paying $9.99 for nothing. It took my fingerprint as permission of payment without me being fully aware of what happened . I then explored their app and their so called Winery visit deals are not very good and nor do you need to pay for this app for winery deals. I tried to cancel within minutes of accidentally paying and there no no app support and very very very poor app. I contacted iTunes and told me they could do nothing. This app is a scam....do not waste space on your device and get charged for nothing.

I'm a planner. Great source of information and advice about wineries and much more. The '2 for 1' offers were much appreciated, If only we had the time to try them all!

Napa is back.. Napa is back. When are the coupons going to be turned back on?

Waste of $. You have to unlock to view the deals and the 2 for 1 tastings are few and far between. Some offer 5-10% discounts or an additional free pour only if you purchase wines, some at least 3 bottles. I’m very disappointed that I purchased!

Best wine tasting app ever. We saved so much with this app and Abe the opportunity to wine taste many wineries instead of a few because of the two for one deals.

Unreliable. App keeps crashing. Every time I click to open a page the app crashes and closes.

Must have while in wine country!. I once lived in north bay area and have been to Napa and Sonoma many times. After a while one learns how expensive tasting can be at the end of a day and especially after a weeks vacation . This not only finds wineries nearby but great deals free tasting ( some of the wineries do comp tastings with out app / but did u know that ) 2 for 1 tastings are offered at wineries who never have coupons in local mags and this is a fun way to plan a whole trip or just one day let the winery finder take u on a journey. You will not be disappointed.

Money Saver. The app need 10 dollars to unlock, but should save me almost hundreds, will update if this does not work

Misleading. When I downloaded the app the app said that we would get a 2 for 1 tasting deal at Castello di Amorosa. I paid the 10 dollars and went looking for the deal and it was nowhere to be found. Very frustrating

Rip off. Don’t pay the 9.95 to unlock the discounts. Most of them are buy one get one free. We are a party of 2 and I don’t drink so it is of no benefit. Also the app only has the lesser known wineries. No Stags Leap etc.

Not happy...... I want a refund. I bought this because it promises deals and discounts but for some of the wineries, the discounts or deals are the same that the wineries would give you WITHOUT having to buy this app such as Caymus.

App issued. I keep trying to use this app, but find that it tells me there are 79 winetasting deals, but only lets me scroll through about 25 of them before the app freezes up. Too bad, I think the idea is good.

Anyone Else Have This Glitch? How To Correct??. I would love this app, but everyone time I use it, there is a glitch so I have to give it a low rating until it is corrected or someone tells me I am doing something wrong! Take a look at the 3 screen shots above. Once I click on one of the wineries listed in the 2nd screen shot above, it takes me to the 3rd screen shot on the right, but the words in the black bar are missing: i.e. instead of a black bar that says "Back . . . Winery Finder . . . And Forward Button" it's just a blank black bar and will not allow me to then go back and return to the list of wineries. I am simply stuck on the Kendall Jackson page without being able to exit it. I've tried deleting and reloading the app several times, and EVERY time this happens. Anyone else having this problem?

A Con..... Wants you to spend $9.95 to “unlock” EVERY discount. Refuses to guarantee that their “discount” applies in the COVID era. Wish I could give a ZERO.

$10 to see any of the deals. This should be considered a straight-up paid app. Nothing free offered. To access literally any of the “deals,” you are required to pay $9.99. Feels like a misrepresentation, which is a bummer because the older version sounds like it was actually useful.

Awesome! Saved tons of money!!!!. We are on day three and we love it! Yes there are some Minor glitches with the check in but big woop! (sometimes I need to check into a winery 2 x's on FB). Then just tell the winery and they honor it, ( no one has asked to see the app) I wish I had downloaded the day before, because I found a winery that we tasted at and paid $60 for two tastings, with this app it would have been $30!!!

WRONG INFO!. All of the information I found on here was wrong in comparison to what they had at the wineries-varieties, prices, tasting fees-everything. Bad info. Crappy app!

Misleading. I paid to unlock the deals and the only one I wanted to go to (Sterling Vineyard) was not there even though it’s on the website. I’d like a refund because this was useless.

Deals only OK. Easy to use to find wineries and open times. Paid the $10 to see deals, probably Not worth it if you’re going to specific wineries. I won’t get my $10 worth. I did it because I was interested in a deal at one, but the deal was if you buy a case of wine. I’m looking for a deal app, not the kind of person buying a case of wine to save $25. :/

No longer free. One used to be able to receive free coupons for tasting. But no more! Now they want you to buy tasting pass for it.

Misrepresents itself. All over the place this app and its website talk about FREE DEALS!!! Not until you try to access one of them do you find out you have to do an in-app purchase to get those supposedly free deals. This is flat out misrepresentation; how did it get into the App Store?

Great app!. Love the discounts to save on wine tasting fees.

Scam. PSA: everyone beware. This app is a total scam. None of their coupons are up to date and they charge you $10 to view the coupons which are only for crappy wineries. DO NOT buy this false advertisement.

Fake discounts do not bother. I ended up paying the $10 for an advertised discount at the wine train and after i got it, it just sent me to a third party site where i needed to spend another $60 to get the discount. Totally not worth it! Stay away from this app. It should be banned.

Beware!. I have called several of the wineries listed as having savings. The wineries have never heard of the promotion being offered by this app.

Great App to save money. Deals are amazing, cool app to save money.

Definitely worth the unlocking fee. If you are going to use the app for just 1 winery, probably not worth it. However, I used it for 3 days of wine tasting and saved over $100 dollars. I like the feature where it lists the available winery's in order of their proximity to you, which makes it easy to plan your day!

My trip to the wine country. This site gave me all the possible options I would want to have a fabulous experience in the wine country. I can not imagine navigating the wine country without the help of this resource!

Robbery. Nothing loads on this app. I spent $10 for a bunch of deals and zero loaded. Total waste of money

Most 2-for-1's only good 'til noon. What this app doesn't tell you-- until you enter your info to get the 2-for-1 tasting passes for the wineries of your choice-- is that the passes for the better wineries are only good until noon! You can find this in the fine print of the email sent by the app after submitting all your personal info. Two wineries who wouldn't accept our passes were Duckhorn and Cakebread, because we tried to use them in the afternoon. Considering these were the only two wineries we tried to visit with this app-- and neither would accept our passes-- I am giving it two stars. The concept is nice, I guess (if it ever works for anyone, that is), and so 2 stars it gets.

Was a 5 Star until the new update. Most of the deals were 2 for 1 tastings at some good wineries. After the most recent update, more then half of the 2 for 1 tastings are required to have a vise signature or visa infinite credit card. Well excuse me. Now it’s not worth the $10 premium fee to upgrade.

Buggy!. Handy when it works, but crashes constantly! Look forward to it when it’s less buggy.

This app rocks!. I live in Mexico so coming to Napa, which I do annually, is a treat. But what makes it even better is this app. The 2 for 1 deals are outrageous and save me a fortune. The wineries are top notch as well. I had a problem with the app and the customer support was incredible and resolved my problem pronto. My AT&T service is sketchy in wineryville so it's a good idea to review where you want to go first and take a screenshot of the offer.

NOT HAPPY.. Used to be free to access the deals. Now need $10. Not worth it when most are 2 for 1 deals that you can get passes for anyway.

Big help for someone who had never been to wine country. The itineraries and tips are very helpful! I love that prices and special offers are included!

Outdated. Very outdated. States tastings are half the price they actually are. It’s only nice because it organizes the wineries for you.

Disappointed it changed. This app used to be my go to for a day of wine tasting- but now it charges $20 to "unlock the deals". Such a bummer since it used to be free. I might try one time to pay and see if it's worth it- but if it's the same as how it used to be with the same wineries they had before then that's a huge disappointment.

Scam. Not really a free app - everything of value disabled until you pay.

No brainer! Get it.. Let’s review. Free app = free wine or more cash in your pocket. Just finished using this for a trip thru Napa. Couldn’t be easier to use. It is well recognized and known at the wineries in the area. Had no issues, just 2 for 1 tastings, upgrades, free tastings. Developers are also quite to respond to questions. Well done guys.

Worthless. 4 out of the 5 vineyards we tried to use the app didn’t recognize or “officially partner” with it so it was a waste of money.

Saved us time and money. Very handy app to have. It allows you to search deals near you based on GPS. Once you arrive at the winery, just show it to the bartender...worked every time!

Seems promising.... Will be using this app this weekend. There needs to be a way to save offers to a 'favorites' section, so you are not always scrolling to find what you want. Also HAVING to check-in via Facebook to get the deal is annoying.

Great app. Very useful to find deals on tasting and save money, plus I tried wineries I wouldn't have gone to and found some I really liked. Great for tourists and locals.

Essential. A mist have if you're going wine tasting. Lots of 2 for 1 deals. Just check in and show the app screen. All the wineries I visited were familiar with it and it was a quick and easy thing.

Must Have App. If you enjoy the country as much as I do you must have this app. I spend 100s on wine tasting with this app I hardly pay for my tasting anymore.

Have to pay for discounts now. I downloaded this app a few months ago because it gave you all these discounts for wine tasting. When I opened the just yesterday, you now have to pay for the discounts. It still has some info that you can utilize to help plan your trip to Napa/Sonoma but the value of the app in terms of free discounts to wineries is gone.

At your finger tips!. I love this app, I wish I had it last year when I was driving my friends around and I didn't know where I was going, now I can map out a plan for the day or weekend and get great deals!

Must have!. We were turned on to this app by the concierge at our hotel. Absolutely awesome! And even got free tastings when mentioned at some that weren't included. Must download!!

Very helpful for first timers!. This has been so helpful for our first time to napa valley! I appreciate that it tells the deals for each winery and the visa signature perks!

Very useful and save $$$. This app is pretty intuitive and works great when planning a trip to Napa. I was able to get all of my reservations ahead of time so when we made it there, we had everything booked.

Awesome!. We used this at every winery and saved a lot of money! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it stopped working after looking at deals once I had to uninstall and reinstall everytime! So frustrating but still loved it! So helpful!

Really annoying. I was very excited to try this ap because we are headed to Sonoma next week. Tried two wineries, Benziger and Imagery and did not receive any responding e-mails. Now you have all my info via Facebook and I have zilch......just another way to rip off people, I guess. This social network interface garbage is not for an old fart like me. I guess the old principle of KISS.....keep it simple stupid, must be dead.

Awesome!. My boyfriend and I use this app every time we go Napa. We belong to some great wineries but we really enjoy picking a 2 for 1 deal and trying a new winery, I guess that's why we belong to so many :) plus I love how they have things to do and places to eat.

Great deal app. On our first trip to Napa, we used this app and got great money saving deals! Had no problem redeeming them at any of the wineries visited.

Napa tastings. Napa wine tasting has gotten ridiculously expensive compared to the surrounding wine areas. This App got us through EVERY tasting we were interested with buy one get on free coupons!! My hats off you guys!! Thanks. 5 stars!!

Good only for those married to Facebook. I am deleting this app. I HATE that all these apps now make you log in to Facecrap to use them. Two-for-one tasting? Only if you log in to Facebook, then like the winery on Facebook, and check into the winery via Facebook? I'd rather pay full price for the tasting. WORTHLESS. Sick of the pop-up Facebook ads. This is a Facebook app, not a winery app.

Basically an unscrupulous search engine!. It seems they listed every winery in existence, and post deals whether they exist or not. For example: an offer for free tastings was not valid because the winery has ZERO third-party appointment services! WARNING! This app also forces you to check in on FB or Twitter, soon Instagram, exposing pictures and information about you to everyone else with this app! Creepy!!! Basically, it is PHISHING YOU while you are simply trying to enjoy wine country.

Fantastic. What a fantastic app - I suggest anyone visiting the wine country down loads this app - we were in napa and Sonoma in september 2011 and saved a ton of $$ that's to this app - the wine tour company we went out only had coupons for two of the eight vineyards we visited - thanks to this app / we found five other offers that three couples used :) thanks for the savings Five stars to you :)

Outstanding App!. This app came in so handy in not only locating some great deals on wine tasting but helping to locate so many of the vineyards that we wanted to visit and map them out. Really helped save some time on what seemed like a short trip to Napa & Sonoma. Loved this app!!!

Money saver. Not big on content but a real money saver. Has the potential to be an all-in-one Napa app with the long list of wineries they have signed up. Hard to believe this app is free.

Headed to Wine Country!. Initial attempts to use the app were met with some technical issues - their immediate response (and help) rectified the situation! I was amazed at how personal they were. Now, we just have wait until the trip to see how receptive the wineries are.

Great app for a first-timer. It was my first time in wine country, and doing a wine tasting; my boyfriend and I only had one day, and this app helped us find the best spots to hit up. The deals part was extremely helpful as we didn't want to spend a ton of money. The map helped us find the nearby wineries and help us locate them as we drove. Thanks for this awesome app! :)

Love the app!. Very easy to use, found wineries with passes around me and kept updating the list on the go. I saved some serious money on tasting fees which allowed me to spend plenty on wines I bought:):)

Great overview of tastings nearby. The app gives more than a decent description of area vineyards and tastings available. There are some excellent coupons for specific areas as well

Yikes, looks like a lot of paid App Reviews. When I see App reviews filled with lots of 5 stars and 'works great' comments...then see a lot of 1 stars and 'delete' comments I was curious to check this out myself. And after playing around with this app, which gets you discounts to many wineries that already offer these discounts on their websites and local magazines, there's nothing 'exclusive' here. And good luck using this app in most wine countries where Internet access is pretty sparse- and slow at best. Reading the reviews you can see how frustrated some of the other users are. Let the honest reviews rise to the top and not be buried by the ones that were obviously 'paid' to be submitted. There's better winery apps out there. Delete!

No back button. These deals are really useful but I am extremely frustrated with the ui, I cannot figure out where there is a back button and once I click Into a winery I can't get back to the list

App made our day(a). We used the winery finder app on our recent visit to Napa and Sanoma. We enjoyed great tasting deals that were welcomed everywhere we went. Helped us decide where to go!

Haven't use yet but helping with planning. I am planning a trip to Sonoma and since I have never been there this app has helped me a lot. I hope it is as easy when I get there!

Update is broken. This was a great app until your august update. Now when you select in to view a specific winery's deal, the back button at the top doesn't work correctly then disappears. Please fix!

Saved my life!. I love Winery Finder App! As a busy woman in a new place, it helped me navigate the wine country with ease! Includes events, reservations, restaurants and is a fabulous tool to have!

Great app.... Works as stated and saves me from printing paper coupons. Now if they can only add and interactive map and trip planner where I can enter the wineries I want to visit and it will map them out, worth gold!

Just what we needed. Used the app to find a winery and restaurant on the napa area. No problems. Liked the reviews on the app. And it's free, nothing to loose except wasted time instead of eating and drinking looking elsewhere

Interesting application. I came up with this idea two years ago, and some of the wineries turned the idea down. It just goes to show the industry is biased and cares nothing for it's customers. It's no surprise that the industry is in the condition that it is in. I don't like the marketing strategy or the name for this app. There is a better way to market this and make money. Good luck to you. Wine road is your event, make it or break it.

Used it at Peju. Downloaded the app, I used it at Peju Winery and couple of other wineries, it worked fantastic. Loved the experience at Peju, especially the Yodeler. Glad we found them in the app otherwise would have passed them, now it's one of our favorite wineries.

Very Good App. This app is very good. The one feature that would make it great is the ability to mark a "favorite". I would love to be able to mark a winery as a Must Visit as I sit here researching my next trip. But all in all I really like this app

What a great app!!. We are Napa and Sonoma regular visitors. We tour as many wineries as we can, but now with this app we can get the best bargains on the best wine in the world. Thank you thank you thank you!!
