Such a fantastic utility.. This is super useful to quickly transfer photos and videos over my home WiFi among my endless devices. I shoot photos and videos on DSLR, 4K camcorder, iPhone, iPad, Sony digital camera (to name a few)... this app makes it easy to integrate media files, in their original format and quality, to others devices. Very handy when I don’t feel like uploading and creating shared google folders. Solid tool.

Fast and EASY!. This is the best $2.99 I have spent at the app store in a long time. recently got back from a mission trip to Nicaragua, and had a ton of photos on the phone that were downloaded to my computer via this app at lightning speed. Very simple and intuitive to use. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Saved my iPhone 🤣. I had camera problems on our recent vacation so started using my phone for pictures. I was having the worst time trying to get the photos to upload to my PC. I’d spent hours as was about to hire someone to help me download the photos (and then I thought I’d trash my phone) but all is good now thanks to this app! Still don’t know why iCloud, Dropbox, album sharing and iCloud photos didn’t work but now I don’t care...this will be my go to app when I need to transfer photos!

Excellent App - works perfectly with iPhone. I love the simplicity of this app. It works well and will meet the needs of almost everyone. The option to convert to JPEG and MP4 is awesome. I would also be interested in seeing the ability to delete data associated with the app, without having to delete and reinstall the app itself. Thanks again and keep up the good work!!

Only halfway shared!. I bought this to use with my 12y daughter. I also bought the “Photo Cleaner” upgrade but apparently the App developer has only half way enabled the family sharing as they have not turned on the sharing of unlocking the photo cleaner upgrade. So while I need it for my daughters phone I’m not going to pay for the upgrade on each phone in my family plan. I bought the pro app so I didn’t have to deal with this crap and now it’s forced it on me again. Looking for a replacement.

Once again works great!. After initially having problems, an update came for my iPad 2. I never received an update for my iPad Air, so I deleted the app and downloaded it again. The app is once again back to the 5 stars it deserves! This app is fast, easy to use, and at a reasonable price! Well done developers! Thank You!

Used it when I lost my iPhone lighting cable. I used this app awhile ago when I first lost my lighting cable and need to transfer some video files for a project. I ended up liking this app and bought the pro version of it. I find this app very useful since I can send videos and pictures from my computer straight to my iPhone's camera roll. The only barrier that would make this app useless is if you don't have internet connection. Overall, great app and I'm glad I discovered it when I did and I still use it till this day.

Must have with PC. I don’t understand why but it is incredibly hard to get photos from an iPhone onto a Windows 10 PC. Yes I was able to do it before Simple Transfer but it only worked half the time and I would get errors and corrupted videos. Simple Transfer lives up to its name . Worth paying for the Pro version.

Best Transfer app!!!. This app is amazing. It beats all the other photo/video transfer apps I’ve found. Don’t hesitate to give this a try. The desktop app quit working.. For several weeks I used this product and it worked exactly like it should. Within the last few weeks the desktop app quit working. I tried to reinstall it and it will not even install. I’ve tried contacting the company through there support center and they have not answered at all. I guess I misspent my money. If this is resolved I would change my review to a 5 star.

Very Useful and a Suggestion. Simple Transfer Pro is very useful to me. It helps me document my work easily. I take snap shots of anything I need with my phone and may just grab the images or files on my computer. I have a suggestion though. Can you add an option to ask for a PIN on the client side? If I forget to close the APP on my phone anybody on my network may just type the URL and have access to my files. Just for security. Thanks. Great work!

Awesome App. I used it to move my photos out of the invasive and cloistered iCloud and onto to my pc and my iphone and it worked like a charm! Bought the Pro version because iCloud ate more that 50 of my photos which is all the free version will transfer. Easy to use after restarting pc and iPhone to make it connect.

Worthless. This used to be my go to app for transferring photos between my old iPad and ITouch and my iPad pros. Since their latest update this app no longer works because it requires my units to be on the same iOS as my iPad Pro. However, the latest version of iOS is not compatible with my old units so the app no longer works.

Excellent Program. So easy To use would not have believed it if I did not use it myself. Interface was so easy to use anyone can transfer videos, pics, etc. from iPhone 10 to Windows PC. I was so impressed I purchased the pro download.

Stellar. I use this almost daily with students. I have a classroom set of iPod Touches. This app lets them open a browser window and choose the photos or videos they just took to save to their desktop computers. No cables, no layers of folders and mysteriously named files like “IMG_7364.” Kids choose their photos, download to the computer drive, hand the device to the next kid. I have students in 4th and 5th grade who now use this app with no assistance from me.

Use this constantly when I travel. I use my iPhone for photos when I travel, to save space and weight, and I process the photos with an iPad. This app is fabulously easy to use and allows me to transfer photos instantly to the iPad. Fun process: shoot by day, sit in a cafe and process by night. Yes.

So happy I found this holy cr*p. I was SO stressed out trying so many methods to transfer my larger video files to my PC to edit them that didn’t work. So convenient to transfer files wirelessly as long as you’re connected to the same wifi. Files also transfer fast, & I can select multiple photos at a time that downloads in less than 30 seconds. Worth. The. Money. Hands. Down!

Love this app BUT. I love this app and has worked well in the past however, it’s been crashing a lot lately. I used to be able to transfer at 1,000 images without crashing and now I’m lucky if I can transfer 250. I have faith that this will get resolved!

Awesome and so handy. I frequently have to email myself pictures to put them on my computer from my phone. This app lets me send a picture from the phone in no time direct to the desktop. Very simple to use, very direct,and saves me so much time and patience.

Simply works!. Transferred over 83 gigs of pics and videos from phone to Mac via a direct usb connection. Very fast and stable. I’ve tried other apps and all the other ones use only WiFi which is slow. There was one other app that used USB but it was unstable and therefore I usable.

iOS 14.x. Tip. I thought it stopped working but do this if your devices can’t find each other: Settings - Privacy - Local Network Make sure both devices are enabled to discover on the local network. Now your iPhone and iPad will find each other again.

What Apple can’t do - this can. Apple, famous for stylish hardware and easy to use software. Until you want to exit the Apple domain. Moving photos from computer to phone or vice versa is a hassle if not downright impossible with Apple. With this app, it is a breeze. Thanks!

Wow. Worth 20$.Makes everything so much easier than dealing with the stupid iTunes difficulties. You can actually save your videos and photos without stupid iTunes making you lose your data, or not being able to convert or save ur videos.

Unreliable. Did not transfer all photos into album... built album and moved less than 50 percent of photos into it - though did put all of the photos in the “camera roll” - so I then had to go find them... I did pay for the Pro version and no joy... reported this bug and received no feedback. Also connecting to other devices and computers with the app is not reliable... even though it reports “seeing” the device, it still does not connect... sure, a complicated task this App is supposed to accomplish but it does not work as expected. My recommendation is to keep looking. I wasted my money.

Won’t Connect after trying everything. I’m not sure what’s going on with the pro version, but I haven’t been able to connect to either the app or via web browser. Both time out. I have taken all steps recommended to resolve the issue, but the results are the same: nothing. Is this app junk now or?

Fantastic. Love this app. I post videos for our band and it used to be time consuming and complicated as I am not good with computers. With this app we can make videos and get them online easily and quickly.

A Must Have. Easy to use. Downloaded 118 photos from my iPhone to my PC in a matter of minutes. Downloaded in a zip file to my Downloads folder and you can process from there. I turned to this app because my pc would not recognize my iOS device. And the cure for this issue was worse than the disease. The PRO version of this app is a great value at $4.99 considering some of the other alternatives where $20 or more. I highly recommend Simple Transfer Pro.

Actually simple. Better than google drive and iTunes. This app is just actually really simple and I bought the pro version. Worth it because it actually lets me download the videos at max quality because with the other methods it downgraded the quality which was disgusting. Thank you!!

Fantastic app that allows for seamless transfer of files of all sizes!!. Had a 17GB video that I couldn’t get uploaded to Dropbox, transferred using airdrop, or shared via any method to get it onto my pc for editing. This app just freakin works and is completely worth the money!!

Fantastic!! Best Out There!. Tried so many apps to simply and quickly move hundreds of photos to other devices. This is by far the easiest and fastest. I just uploaded 853 pics in two minutes. Wonderful Application. I took videos of the family gifting on Christmas Day and have had them on my iPhone since that time, because I couldn’t find a way to transfer them off to my computer. I’ve tried a number of ways to get them to my computer; cabling my iPhone to my computer, performing a backup, using a flash drive, and a few other tricks, but nothing worked. I was beginning to believe they were relegated to my iPhone forever. Then doing a search of my problem I came across your video. I had no idea that Apple had a physical limit on file size when cabled to a device. I downloaded Simple Transfer and couldn’t believe the ease of use. I had to check to ensure that it worked. No more videos on my iPhone now. I was able to delete them from my iPhone.

A problem-solver. I take a lot of photos and video on my iPhone and need to get it into my Windows PC. I’ve tried everything, iCloud, Shared Albums, OneDrive, GoogleDrive and they all had issues. I was at my wits end when I discovered this little app, which solves all my problems. It’s like Airdrop - which is the best for transferring files - but between iPhone and PC.

Amazing!!!. Was really skeptical at first, but after a use on the free app, I was amazed! Works great! You'll never have to worry about plugging your phone in and all the hassle to download photos to your computer, and if you want to keep an HD photo that was on your computer, it's just as easy! The support was great as well one time when it wasn't working properly, and they got it fixed in a few minutes. By far the most helpful app I've ever owned! Thanks!

My favorite transfer app. Have tried a few other transfer apps and this one came out on top due to it's ease of use and capabilities. After I got this I stopped looking at other ones because it does everything I need in a transfer app.

Easy to Use. A very simple way to transfer movies and photos from your phone to your computer. I would recommend downloading the app to your desktop as it’s faster than the browser method and doesn’t require going through an additional unzipping step.

It worked when nothing else did.. I agree with the "Fast and EASY" review....best $2.99 app I've ever purchased. I tried every method known to man, trying to transfer a 1.5g (almost 9 minute) video from my iPhone to PC. Nothing worked...until this. Worked perfectly. Highest recommendation for this app.

Best transfer app!. This is a great little utility. Makes it really easy to transfer all of the photos and videos in each of my iPhone albums to a corresponding zip file on my PC allowing me to keep my album structure intact. Extremely easy to use, and it just works.

Worked for a while. Then it stopped. It would get stuck at 12 of 13 etc. So, money back. Oh and no response from support of course. So then I tried a couple other apps which were terrible. The whole reason I went into this morass was that I couldn’t get iCloud to do the simple thing I wanted: download all my pics so I could clear them off my phone. Lo, i went back to iCloud to try once more and now it works. And it’s *much* *much* faster than simple transfer when it did work. In case somebody had the same problem: I couldn’t make selections in the web interface if iCloud. But now I can and it’s incredibly fast. Sigh of relief. True confession: when I was broke I wrote a few fake reviews for money. Never got paid btw so serves me right haha. Point is I think fake reviews is a booming industry. This is obvi not fake.

Fantastic App. Never fails to do the task allotted to it. I have desktop PC's and IPhones and IPads and simple transfer pro makes it quick easy and seamless for getting things from one to the other. Photo's , videos , music , docs and files . Just enter the website address it gives you and let Simple Transfer Pro do all the heavy lifting.

Transfer pro. This is a fabulous app. I was looking for something in that would enable me to easily transfer photos and videos from my phone to my computer and from my computer to my phone and this works flawlessly and is very simple to use. Great app. Can’t imagine transferring data without this app.

Thank God. It’s a shame that when I hook my iPhone up to a Mac, iTunes doesn’t see 500 out of 550 photos in my photos album. Thank God for this app. Instantly recognized all of my photos and helped me download them into the computer without having to lose any.

Solved My Problem. I was really frustrated and considered never buying iPhone again and never take photos with my iPhone anymore because I could not transfer photos to my PC, but this app simpletransfer has sold my problem. I would highly recommend it.

Updated reciew. Most times when people update reviews, the rating suffers. In this case, after using the app for years, all I have to say is that I still give it five stars because it’s easy to use, declutters my iPhone and works both ways. Yes, there are times I want to upload a photo that I’ve taken with my Nikon to show on my phone. After all these years, I have yet to find a better alternative. Suggestion- delete the free version and buy Pro directly. Do buy the Pro version. It is well worth the extra couple of bucks.

Wonderful app, so easy to use!. After struggling for days to try and download photos to my Windows computer and trying all the recommendations online for the errors I was getting, this app is VERY simple to use. I don’t know about the free version, but the $20 version is great.

Did not work for a 20gb video. I tried to download a large 20gb video file from my iPhone 8 iOS 13.2.2 to a Window 7 pc. I tried both the browser method and the desktop windows app. If I select the video format “original” I only get the audio. That is true for smaller video files as well. If I select H.264 it simple hangs, no progress no messages. I let it sit for hours. I can download smaller videos using H.264 and that works. I tried to report a bug in the app but that link does not work. Also I paid twice for this app. I downloaded the free version and since it appeared to work on smaller files I purchased the pro from the free app. It never updated the icon as “pro” so I thought the reason I was having problems was that it did not upgrade. I went to App Store and purchased the pro directly. The phone did create a separate second icon for the pro version. Checking my iTunes account I was charged twice. I wish it worked and it would be nice if there was support or the report a bug worked. The link for suggest a feature also did not work.

Loving it!. I’ve been trying so hard to figure out how to get my iPhone videos on my PC. This was such a wonderful tool that finally worked for me. I recommend just buying the full version (not sponsored) to save yourself any restrictions. It’s worth it in the end.

Great!. This app was exactly what I was looking for to transfer the higher quality video you can record from the iPhone 4 to my iPad 2 so I could edit with iMovie. Also transferred my whole photo library across in only a few minutes. Great design and look. Kudos to the designers!

Works well, easy to use.. App does what it claims to. Web transfer is very fast, and the use of zip files means everything is in one place when you download. Device to device transfers are a bit slower, but are still reliable. Much quicker and easier than using iTunes to transfer photos and videos to another device or a PC.

There are better ones. I bought in a rush. This frequently crashes and is very slow. Look for similar apps with 5 stars and they are 30 times faster and 100 % more reliable.

Apple, pay attention! Buy these guys!. I'm a long-time fan of Apple products and iOS, but even as an "Apple Product Professional", I'm often at a loss to what to say to people when they ask me "Can't I just easily get ALL of my photos off of my iPhone/iPad and then delete them!?" Honestly, WHY it's not simple, I don't understand. Apple iOS Is fantastic, but their failure to add this basic feature is negligent at best, criminal (because it forces people to buy cloud storage) at worst! Makes transfer easier than it is.. This app saves me a whole lot of time if I wanted to transfer photos/videos onto my Mac. The manual process with connecting it to the laptop may be inconvenient at times, whereas this takes seconds. The visuals in both mobile and online are great, simple and straightforward. Awesome photo transfer app. I have been struggle to transfer photos from iPhone to my PC , tried default win 10 photos app and it doesn’t recognize all photos and tried iCloud app and MacBook Air , all are so troublesome and useless. Until I looked up and found this app , download it on my iPhone and the other app on desktop, it works like a charm and so so so much easier to move and transfer my photos and free up my iPhone . Makes photo transfer easy peasy to pc. Photo transfers from iPhone to pc was always a drama. Multiple video transfer problem. Drag and drop aside, defeating the purpose of buying the full app, multiple videos fail to move into the camera reel. Movies must be moved individually or the app continually closed and opened for the files you uploaded to be stored successfully. Fixing this will make it a 5🌟app.

Fraud Alert Warning. Garbage. First video download fine. All subsequent attempted downloads come up with an error message. Now I am finding many such reviews! Many people complaining the developer is not responding to emails. So there you have it. Here’s an App developer knowlingly taking money for a faulty product that can not deliver what they promise. That is fraud. It’s not my opnion. That is fact. If there was a zero star rating...

Transfer pro version. App will freeze if you try and transfer more then roughly 500 photos at a time. The app also does not run in the background, so if you either lock your phone or ipad or open another app the transfer is cancelled. very frustrating.

good but…. When transferring photos from ipad to computer this program changes the original date of the photo to the current date which is now what I want.

Simple transfer pro. Très pratique, très rapide et surtout facile à utiliser

Fast and easy. The title tells it all - fast and easy but also very convenient while travelling to be able to backup your pictures onto a laptop or tablet while on vacation.

iCloud never knew what hit it. I tried uploading to iCloud and after 1/2 hour and two pictures later I gave up. This app performed as promised and ran from Linux mint as well. Saved me a whole bunch of time.

Purchased a few times.. App works great! Only issue is I have a few iPads across the "family" so we are all on the same iCloud family, but had to buy the app multiple times. Still totally worth it. This is great when you want to export the full size photos out of the Apple ecosystem

Disappointed. Bought this app on a strong recommendation. Works poorly and freezes after any action. Download freeze. Delete freeze. Screen info suggested modifying settings. Went to settings no menu or option to change. I did not download the free version but purchased the pro. Nothing pro about this for me.

Simple transfer - love it!. Simple transfer is just as the name implies. I can do easy and fast transfer of video and photo files with my iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers wirelessly with my WiFi network. Set-up and installation was a no-brainer. It only works when it works. I got this app so I could manually manage downloads between my desktop or laptop(s) and my iPhone. For basic transfers, the interface is clunky but effective ... but only when it works. My wife downloaded the same app and we’ve been unable to get it to work at all. I submitted questions to the developer contact TWICE and did not receive an acknowledgement, let alone a reply.

Asking money after buying pro version. I’ve already bought the pro version and every time I want to download, it asks to pay!

Easy to transfer media. So easy to do from iPhone. Make sure your phone and drive are connected to the same network.If you use Windows 10 like me. Just follow instruction and make sure you pick a folder like downloads or videos or picture to store your media in. Plus have at least a 2 terabyte drive to store it Great product

Excellent tool. To me, this is the best little app to quickly and effectively view and / or get pictures and videos off your iPhone onto your computer. It's very fast and gives sorting options like viewing pics taken today, yesterday or you can pick another date. It also let's you manage your other albums. It uses a wireless connection too which is handy.

It is so slow and it easily gets distracted. When you try to send more a thousand photos, it will be so slow and will be easily distracted even you just switch to another app without quitting the app.

Never works. I paid $9.99 to upgrade, then it said my app was out of date. When I update the app I had to pay again so now $20. I emailed with the developer and he told me that was not their fault and I should consult Apple. Now that I paid $20 it still doesn’t work. I’ve transferred two videos in over a week of messing with this terrible expensive program.

Does the trick. This little app is pretty great. I've been using it for a few years and am happy with It. The interface was pretty clunky for awhile but they've improved it a lot in the past year. Still can be glitchy, which is why I docked a star, but overall pretty good.

It doesn't get much better than this!. I love this app it does everything I wanted to and more. Take it from me, you want this!

Great photo transfer program. I use this app to download photos from my iPhone . Easy to use and operates as expected. I recommend this app for this use. Particularly like that the HEIC files are converted to jpg.

Buggy trash. I selected 7470 photos/videos, after downloaded the zip file and unzipped it, there are only 7445. Some HEIC photos are damaged (couldn’t open), I then downloaded a single failed-to-open photo, still can’t open, but if I download the same photo from iCloud, it’s all good. I paid $30 for this buggy trash, please don’t repeat my mistake.

My very best app. Backing up and saving my iPhone photos in the past was a nightmare. This app makes it seamless, saves me hours and hours of time.

Not easy or simple.. This app does not work as advertised. It is not simple or easy. There are multiple steps to go through before transferring photos. Then the photos are transferred into a zip file. Which then has to be opened. If I had known this from reading about the app I would not have bought it. The developer refuses to return my money.I hope this review will help prevent other people from falling for what turns out to be a really bad app.

I had a large file I could not get off my new iPhone and this. I had a 16 gig video 4K hour long file that I could not get off my new iPhone and this at work like a champ well worth the money

It did the job!. So, I have pictures going back to the 90’s shot with cameras, several generations of iPhones, and a Samsung Edge. Almost 4000, that I want on my new iPhone X, 256gig. Took almost 8 hours, but they’re on my phone!

doesn't recognise other iphone running simple trasfer pro. i tried to connect and transfer pics from one iphone running simple transfer pro to another iphone running simple transfer pro on that iphone too and selecting idevice option and i couldn't even find each other on same wifi network. simple transfer app is fully updated on both iphones as of 16 march,2022
