App coming along great. I have used this app dozens of times from many locations to a number of different stores it always works great. One addition I would suggest is the ability to edit and save multiple orders. I have a lunch preference and a dinner preference that varies slightly I would like to select one of my previous orders and then make a slight adjustment for a particular night but keep my base order unchanged. This was mostly available in a previous version but after a time all the orders said invalid because the the menu had changed or something to that effect.

App Hangs. Please either remove items that shouldn’t be there or make them work. Currently the large specialty deal won’t load. The app sits there and I have to close it to get back. A few weeks ago that same item generated an error or crashed the app. I regularly have problems with the app and web site. Either saved items don’t work because the deal they were ordered with is gone or they changed something internally that makes it think my saved item is no longer available or things don’t work like this deal. I used to get pizza from a competitor when I was in an area where Hungry Howie’s wouldn’t deliver and never had as many problems with their site or app. I think it well past time for Hungry Howie’s to use a system that works consistently.

Great for me!!. I can’t have wheat so when I found out they had gluten free pizza I was ecstatic!!! They taste great and when I tested it in my Nima, it came up with no gluten. (Nima is a hand held device that detects gluten in food) While there may be cross contamination in the toppings I haven’t found any. But that may vary by store. We only do pick up since we get other pizza from a different place but it’s nice to have the option of delivery.

Convenient, quick, and easy. Allows you to choose delivery or carry out. Howie Track is great because it helps you keep an eye on when it’s ready and when the delivery driver is on their way. You can choose to save payment methods and even set your tip, or do cash upon delivery. There’s pretty much always a coupon to apply, which is nice for knocking a couple bucks off.

Update not so great. I just ordered two sandwiches. It took me 10 minutes to even order. Every time I would get to the lettuce and tomatoes part it would tell me please select a sub set and would not let me continue. When I did finally get to place my order, it was wrong. I wanted it loaded like it is but Because of the updates to the app I received no tomatoes and lettuce in the side. Why can’t you just make it simple. All the ingredients and remove the ones you don’t want. Really disappointing and was too hard to work. Please fix it. Your sandwiches are waaaaaay better then the competitor.

PLEASE FIX THE BUGS. Im still waiting for bugs during checkout and ordering to get fixed. It shows I have a reward but always errors out when I try to redeem it. “Server not found”. I’ve tried saving my credit card a million times but always says “Error. Please select a payment”. Then I have to go find my wallet. Then when I enter the card info AGAIN, it carries over the tip from the first attempt and I end up paying double tips if I don’t catch the final price on submit. Maybe not launch the out-of-the-box experience and stick to it so long! Most days I get so tired using the app I give up before placing the order.

Needs rewards update. The app is super easy to use and the coupons are super easy to apply even after you have started your order. I do have an issue that needs to be FIXED. After I downloaded the app in the rewards section it states “Earn 10 points for every qualifying order of $10 or more”. I have placed 2 orders easily over $10 and the app has not updated. Also it would be nice to have an option for Apple Pay or to store your credit card info so you don’t have to add it every time.

Used to be great, now hardly works. This used to be a great app. But over the last few months the orders get screwed up. For example, when I select a small pizza deal, pick a gluten-free crust it changes it to a regular crust.....then I add a large standard pizza and in the cart it says it's a large gluten free pizza....which is impossible as GF pizzas only come in smalls. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it just to see if that might help, but there is no change. Hoping that the app developers are checking out these reviews because it seems that the most recent reviews have been talking about buggy behavior. It's basically unusable for me due to these bugs.

Good idea but needs another update. I have to echo the sentiments of the unfortunate person from Florida that the option to select a different store at the would be incredibly helpful. I too have had to drive across town to retrieve pizza at the wrong location. You can change stores but you have to clear the cart, exit out of the app. Reopen the app, and add in a new address then start a new order. Then be careful because if you still go to previous orders and select something you previously ordered, it will DEFAULT to THAT store, even if you added a different address at the first of your order. So then you have to exit the app and start ALL OVER! Another thing that bothers me about this app is if you call an order in, you don’t get credit toward free pizza. Would love to be able to scan my receipt like with Costa Vida.

this app is terrible.. this is absurd. It kept making me verify my password for HungryHowies Pizza, who is going to hack my HungryHowies Pizza account. Even if someone did hack my Hungry Howie’s Pizza account I could care less. Go ahead and order a pizza off my account. What am I gonna do this? Just made me rage It kept making me click links, and the app kept crashing. All I wanted to do was order a pizza for our family dinner but no this app let you do anything about that. This app is absolute garbage and I do not recommend. Very difficult to work with, and the average person could never figure this out nor a genius.

Saved cards. I love this app, and use it quite frequently(pretty much 1-2 times every weekend). My only issue, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars right now, is that with the latest update, it won’t let me use saved cards at checkout anymore. I can select them, but it says there’s an error and to select payment method. Even though I’ve selected my saved card. Other than this issue, I’d give it a 4-4.5 star rating, due to major issues like this every time the app is updated. Either you completely change the options on how something can be ordered, which is how I’d ordered it since getting the app in the first place, or an issue like this.

Bad app. Ordered pizza thru app but couldn’t pay with card had to go into store to pay and in the store they had min card purchase in order to use card . And supposedly their is a pizza points program like papa johns I am guessing but nothing on the app. I like hungry Howies and grew up eating this in Michigan ? Moved to AZ and found a couple places here and will continue to eat the pizza but this app needs to be updated and bugs fixed . Customer services inside the shops isn’t the same as 10-15 years ago. If the employees have to do anything other than what’s on the menu like talking, they act like they are confused and need about 3 of them to finish..

Works okay, but.... The app works okay. It's not intuitive how you revise a past order, but I eventually figured it out. Biggest issue I have with it is that it allows you to order items that local stores don't carry and you don't find out unless the store is thoughtful enough to catch it and call you. For example, in our local market, you cannot get an extra large thin crust pizza even though the app lets you order it. One store called me before they made it and clarified my options. Another store simply substituted a different crust without calling me first.

The app has not worked for months. I’ve been using this app for about a year to order pizza from my local Hungry Howie’s. It’s always been easy and convenient. However about 2 months ago I noticed that the app was no longer accepting my payment. No matter what payment method I used it would not work. I end up calling my local store and order that way every time. This most recent time I try to use the app, the entire User Interface is all out of order. The screens are all overlapping, the text is on top of other text, the menus aren’t responsive, oh and not to mention it tries to overcharge me every time. This most recent time it was going to charge me $45 but when I checked the order on the previous screen it only came out to $32. Every single time I went back and forth the number changed and then when I called to order it came out to $35. To long didn’t read: -The UI is terrible and can’t see anything. -The app overcharges and can’t seem to get a price correct. -Never accepts payment -Can never complete an order -always have to call the store directly Please update to function correctly.

I love Howie!!. I have been using this app for 3 years now with some very complicated and custom orders, every time they have gotten it right! If they don't understand my written instructions instead of ignoring them or guessing they always call to confirm my special instructions. They have messed up a couple times in the 3 years I have been using this app but every time they correct the mistake and greatly compensate me. So, to summarize....they ROCK!!

App will not work. Crashes trying to sign in. So I just upgraded to the iPhone 11 and iOS 13.1. App just crashes when trying to open. If this was the first time this had happened I would have chalked it to being too new. But it did the same thing on my previous iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 12.4.1 and on my sons iPhone XR also with 12.4.1. Is this just abandonware at this point? Although not directly related, the website is also atrocious. Order failed twice trying to pay and finally went through. Although surprise, surprise... one of the “failed” orders didn’t actually fail and I got charged twice. Nice guy working there fixed it and also surprise the previous order right before mine had the same thing happen. Some one work in their IT department should really pay attention to these things. I really don’t like ordering on the phone and your app/website is making it darn difficult to use and this company has to be losing business because of it. Please fix it. I love your food and it’s so reasonably priced.

Buggy app. Delivery error. When using this app, it no longer allows me to select delivery, but if I call the store to place the order the store will deliver. The app used to allow me to select delivery now it says i’m not in the delivery zone which I am. Their app developer is terrible. Super buggy app half the time when you go to check out the screen goes white then you don’t know if the order went through or not so then you have to call the store. Please add a “no butter garlic” option to all subs some subs have it, some subs don’t. Please add the option to have no butter garlic on all subs. Also, if you go to place a order on the phone, if you do not select calling about a order already placed some foreign person will pick up the phone that’s not even in the store. Must be different people running Hungry Howies.

Buggy...cooties!!. I don’t want to talk on the phone. I do that at work. I just want to order online and have dinner show up. That is why I repeatedly use this app. It’s also why I don’t order from the good delivery place in town (they make you call). This app changes everything to gluten-free more than half the time. It is pizza. I want gluten. Idk why it always does that. I’m college educated and literate. It isn’t me. It is the app. It errors out too but charges my card and then later credits the charge back. This app works if you are determined to make it work. Expect a few tries. After a few tries they “usually” get it right (if you don’t mind them forgetting the pop and wing sauce). I use it all of the time. It is usually close to right and it only takes 3-5 tries.

A disaster in my bed. I was on my bed with my girlfriend and we were trying to order with the mobile app and then OUT OF NOWHERE the old application just closed out of nowhere like a dingus. I didn’t eat yet, and I tired this is REQUIRING all my patience. Now I’m in the bed waiting for my pizza put the credit card in formation inside and beep my phone off - SUCCESS now I have a twenty minute future pizza on my lap and it’s warming my thighs. Overall a combination of a one star and five star experience so I’m going to meet in the middle and give it a 3 star experience that I had in my bed.

Does what it's supposed too. As far as apps go this one's simple. Simple design, simple layout, and simple choices. This is exactly what a food service app needs to be. I just want to get on, order my food, and be done with it. This app does just that without cluttering up the screen with graphics, and type that you don't need. I would however, like to see some sort of tracker added onto the app for quicker references on our orders, but all in all it's a great app.

Payment method flawed. When I click on the card I want to pay with and it checks it with a green check and allows me to enter in a tip amount, it comes up with “Error: Select a payment type”. Managers at the store have said this is an ongoing issue. I called headquarters in Royal Oak, MI 6 weeks or so ago and then a franchise partner called me a few days later and said his tech would call me which he never did. They did award me my points at headquarters and I tried to use the app today thinking they had plenty of time to fix it, but I got the same error message. I called Royal Oaks again and the guy there assured me I never called Headquarters in the first place without getting any personal information from me to hold and as I called him out for lying, he spoke over me to put me on hold. I don’t like Hungry Howie’s enough to fight for the ability to use a credit card on the app nor to lose my reward points towards free pizzas that I can get from other pizza places. I’ll just really miss the Asian pizza, but I’ll adjust to the menus of the other 4 pizza delivery joints in town.

Easiest ordering ever. I love this app. It gives you every action that you can think of in order to get your pizza your way. Easy to understand app and if you make a mistake it's no big deal. Very easy to go back and correct mistakes, if you forgot something no problem. You can do everything you need to do until you push the final submit order button.

Pizza fantastic! App...not so good👎🏼. Let me preface this review by stating my local Hungry Howie’s Pizza & delivery in Stockbridge, Michigan is terrific!! Previously, I had a small issue with jalapeños peppers being too hot to eat...and I didn’t realize I had ordered them using the online app. Regardless of the circumstances, the owner compensated my next order, (totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated). The pizza from Stockbridge, (6 miles away), arrives hot and on time. The delivery person is polite. I can recommend this particular store with a 5 star rating. My issue and hence the 3 star rating, is because of the online ordering app. I’m really, really, trying to be savvy with online ordering. However, this app is trying my patience! As mentioned above, I previously ordered jalapeño peppers and didn’t realize it. This evening I ordered another pizza but had to add mild peppers, at an additional cost, to get to the final, “place order”, screen. I didn’t really want the mild peppers but I had to order something to get my pizza order submitted. Please Hungry Howie’s tech development people...make this app user friendly! After a long day of working, I’m tired and hungry. I only want to be able to place an online order hassle free. Again, my thanks to Stockbridge Hungry Howie’s for your great service👍

Great and easy to use, but lacking in some features. While it is a major convenience to use, I find that there are still some things to be desired, such as the ability to review the order price without having to look at the confirmation email, or the ability to merge simultaneous orders into a single order if the orders were made within minutes of each other.

Frustrating. I do not like and I do not eat pepperoni. But I love mushrooms. When I use your app I like the convenience of being able to use it and modify ingredients for things. As well as pay for it, add tip and it’s done. Except on the Howies Roll. it does not allow for users who don’t like pepperoni to switch it out for another ingredient. Please allow user in the app to choose what ingredient you want in the howie roll. Otherwise I have to spend the time to order it by app then call up wait on hold to have employee switch it by phone. Thank you. Ps If you take the time to do this modification Hungry Howiees could benefit from the switch. You could add an option to add additional items as well for an additional charge -that’s making you more money.

Good. It was confusing during card input. When I went to use a card that was not in my saved cards it made me enter info and then never gave me any indication the button never changed colors or showed a sign that it had done anything. I kept trying to submit the info several times. I decided to back out and enter again when I noticed that the info was there 5 times. Probably used all possible openings for saved cards. Ugh.

I use it often. I love their pizza and order often. I pretty much only use this app to order. I’m very satisfied overall with the speed and convenience of this app. The only issue I’ve had with it was an inability to link my store to the app. I would have to search for it each time. Though this last time I ordered and tried to link it I think it might of stayed linked hopefully. That’s not a huge issue though and I’m overall very happy with the app.

Super moms sidekick. I have 7 children all between the ages of 2-11! I work full time over night and my husband works full time during the day. Needless to say we are always busy and there are some days when we just need to grab something quick. Hungry howies is the best they have an awesome variety of food and it’s always delicious! The app makes ordering super easy and convenient especially for someone like me who can hardly hear to speak on the phone lol! 😁

Works Great. I’ve only used this for pick up options, do to the fact that I only live a mile from one. You can save orders that you frequently make under favorites and you can also apply coupons right from the app. Has never failed and always save time. Takes less than 1 minute to order and my food is usually ready in less than 20 minutes. Very fast and efficient!

Crashes a lot. App is intuitive for placing an order and it’s easy to see your rewards and apply coupons, but it just crashed on me 3-4 times before I finally finished and submitted my order. Each time the app would close and completely erase my order causing me to have to start over with pizza customizations again. I also wish they would specify *everything* that has extra charges (such as adding extra toppings) on the order page, not just the “View Cart” Page. Right now it shows toppings that cost more automatically (like steak or chicken), but don’t specify that adding mozzarella to a salad or 2 dipping sauces to cheese bread will also cost extra. Also, the words such as “Coupons” in the upper right corner change depending on which screen you are on, so I almost accidentally signed out when the word “Coupons” changed to “Sign Out” as I was switching screens.

Favorite pizza…but the app…. I love Hungry Howies. I grew up having it for special occasions or Friday night dinners out. A staple of my childhood. The app is great for the most part. It’s much easier than calling on the phone to order because I can take my time. HOWEVER…where we currently are located, is on a large property. We live in our motorhome full time. We aren’t always in the same spot. I have to figure out which restraint got our order wherever we are because the places we stay sometime have specific instructions that help the driver get to us. But there is no where in the app to put instructions for the driver. Every single other pizza places’ apps have a spot to put these directions. So I then have to call the restraint to let them know the directions to pass along to the driver. Which negates the whole entire point of using the app because I could just order over the phone. PLEASE ADD A SPOT TO PUT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DRIVERS. THEY WILL ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATE IT. THANK YOU.

Frustrating!!!!. I wish I could give this app a good review, but I'm exceedingly frustrated with it! I've tried using it multiple times. As long as I am only ordering pizza, it's fine. But if I try to order a drink, it crashes, and I can NEVER order bread! I get through the whole order, hit add to cart, and nothing. The whole thing freezes. I have to completely back out to the main menu to get back to my order- and still no bread! I always end up having to call the store to add to my order if it's anything other than pizza. Calling takes forever and totally defeats the purpose and convenience of using the app! Mine is not the only review with this issue and I'm sure it's something that can be fixed! So let's get on it, Howie!!

Terrible APP and Service. I ordered online 2 large pizzas one plain and one pepperoni/sausage at the Hungry Howies in Cary NC. When I went to pickup I saw that 2 plain pizzas had been made. I told the person working there that we had ordered a plain and one pepperoni/sausage. He said that was not how the order came through and that I would need to pay for a pepperoni/sausage. I had my wife send me the confirmation of order and he grudgingly made what I had ordered. He blamed the online system for not working correctly but the attitude service made is so much worse. So much for the customer always being right.

Just use the website. My husband and I live down the street from a Hungry Howie’s so we get their pizza every Sunday. I thought downloading the app would make ordering more simplified. I was wrong. The app constantly crashes, often when I’m at the very end of creating an order and I have to start all over again. Sometimes, it does a weird thing after I’ve created an order and won’t let me add it to my cart. Also, several times I have placed an order and no email confirmation has shown up and the tracking doesn’t work so I have no idea if my order was actually placed. Skip the app, and just use their phone number or website.

Not bad. Only downfall I’d say is the month portion for credit card. Tried selecting the month and it kept defaulting to December. Found out it was because the year defaults to current year and if you try changing the month before the year it thinks your trying to enter a date from the past and won’t allow it. Should have year then month when entering credit card information.

Keeps crashing. Sometimes the app will work, but other times it crashes resulting in having to repeat the steps all over again. I was just about to place my order when the app crashed. Clicked again to restart the order and it crashed after I added one item. It’s irritating having to create my order multiple times before it finally works. Off to try again. Almost forgot the other error. I try to add a coupon and after making my selection instead of “Add coupon to cart” it goes back to the first step. I just forced the app to close and I’ll try a fourth time to create my order.

Very buggy. This app isn’t anything groundbreaking and there seem to be glitches on a regular basis. Was out and about and tried to place and order, got an error message telling me I didn’t have an internet connection, oddly enough other apps I tried didn’t seem to have that problem. So I deleted the app, not just from the home screen and even though I didn’t have an internet connection was able to download it again, now it’s not working at all. It’s without a doubt the buggiest app I have on my phone, no other apps come even close.

Awesome!. Here I jacksonville, nc our HH on Gum Branch is awesome! Great service, fast delivery, delicious pizza! I am really grateful for the five dollar deals because it allows us to feed our family of three with many different tastes easily. Plus using the app we are able to save money down the road because we earn free medium pizza. Couldn’t ask for a better company or service. We are thrilled!!!!

Just Moved!. Using this app was simple and easy. We were in the process of moving and our house is down the street from Hungry Howie’s. We were able to continue working while our kids put in our order. Everything arrived just how we ordered it and the kids watched the process on the app all the way to them arriving in our drive way.

Crap. I had issues ordering a pizza with the app on my iPhone last time, but I figured you’d fix it so I called my order in. Today, I was again hungry for a pizza. I placed my order on the app, went to check out, and got the exact same error as last time. Invalid email format however it shows my email address right. I delete my email and re-add it and says the same thing. I go to the website and it opens the app only to say the same when I checkout. You are losing a customer to your competitor because their app and website actually work.

Major design flaws!. I have a sick toddler at home right now that is currently napping, so I went to place an order for the first time using the app. Since my last order was saved, I went ahead and went on with ordering, not remembering that we were on another side of town last time I ordered. It's my fault for not having my glasses on when I saw the receipt in my email, but after 45 minutes with no delivery, I go back and see where it had me picking up my order on the other side of town. I have my sick kid and have been prepping for hurricane Irma (I'm in north Florida) so I haven't eaten in well over 24 hours and broke down in tears when I called). I went back and to mimic my order, and lo and behold, there is no option to choose a location or delivery when you select to order the same thing you did the last time. Just because I want the same order doesn't mean I don't want to change it to delivery or change locations. I'm extremely frustrated right now, and of course the poor owner is having to cancel my charge for food that is already made and sitting there. PLEASE correct this!

Love the update. I usually don’t post but the latest update is so smooth and fast. Before it would take me forever and friends and family would want me to just call in my order. I wouldn’t because I wanted my reward points. I used to order weekly sometimes more. The last time I used the app was almost 2 months ago. Glad I came back.

Love the Pizza hate the app. The app is hit or miss... tried to use the deal for the 2 large Plus Howie bread but it wouldn’t add the Howie bread so ended up having to try another deal which worked but very frustrating. Last time we ordered they delivered the wrong pizza. I called and they were very helpful and said they would get a replacement right out... I figured it’s Saturday night so I gave them extra time... fast forward 2 hrs I called again and they made excuses “the general manager said he didn’t know what to do about it” ummm hey you have my information how about call me. They did make it “right” but had I not called and pushed for resolution it wouldn’t have been. This may be the last time we order from there... love the Pizza but this has gotten to be beyond frustrating

Really good app but lately hit and miss. I would have given 4 or 5 stars but the app does not work with the deals for all restaurants. It seems that each restaurant needs to update the meal deals on the app. I believe all the locations which I have used are the same franchisee, however the app locks up when selecting a meal deal at certain locations. This never use to happen. The delivery stores on the app are also incorrect...they just called. One of the two locations that were listed for me on the app ( the only one that worked ) called and said they don’t deliver to me but would take care of the order with the other location....we’ll see....it’s a problem.... but not a deal breaker...yet...

Does the job. I can successfully order my pizza through this app. My biggest complaint is that I got a new card and haven’t been able to successfully save it over the old card. I have this same issue with addresses. If I type my address in manually every time I am able to get delivery, but when clicking my saved address it tells me delivery isn’t available at my address. Not a big deal, just takes a little longer every time I order.

Frustrating. This app is frustrating. I can’t reorder my last order because it says they no longer make one of the items on the menu that o ordered last time. I go to the menu and the howie three cheeser bread I want to order is right there. So I click it to add it to my cart and it takes me through all the steps to customize it and then it won’t let me add it to the cart. There is no error message or anything just doesn’t add or move from that screen. I called the store to see if they still make the three cheeser bread and of course they do. I ordered over the phone and wanted to apply the coupon for this item while I was one the phone but they wouldn’t apply it because it is for online orders only. Ok let me get this straight. I want to order the food, you have the food, the coupon is for ordering online only- which I much prefer over calling- and I can’t add the item to the cart. This defect along with other frustrating features of this app need to be corrected. I’m sure the company can afford a better app designer.

Does the job, with some minor hiccups. The app is overall solid. You want a pizza ordered for pickup or delivery? You got it. You can create an account too to save your precious orders and credit cards which is super convenient if you order frequently from the app. Having a category specially for deals is also pretty neat. I also really enough the rewards system. As someone who frequently orders from them, it’s nice to get rewards back! My only real complaint is with the design and optimization of the app. Still doesn’t support iPhone X display and the design seems dated, especially for 2018. I think it’d be pretty useful to include an option to set a default store. When I earn a reward and select a pizza to order it keeps defaulting the pickup to the previous store I had ordered from.

App not working for ordering. I’ll start off by saying that this app is super convenient to use instead of having to call. However, there are a few issues. Every time I try to pay with a saved credit card it says that there is an error so I have to go through and enter my card information every single time I place an order. Also, it seems as though certain functions in the app cause it to crash every time you try to use them. Fix the crashes and credit card issue and it would be 5 stars. Edit: the app doesn’t work at all now. Whenever I try to click “place order” it doesn’t work.

Flawless. I have never had any issues with the Hungry Howie's app. Some of the product descriptions need to be added/modified but in terms of functionality it is superb. No goofy animations to slow things down, everything is quick & snappy, never had it crash. Hungry Howie's offers a lot of different customization options on a majority of their menu items but the app handles them all with no problem. Well done Revention for a well-made app.

Apollo Beach Hungry Howies. We order from them often. Their flavored crust definitely is a winner; if you like seasoned taste. It’s like having a pizza & ‘breadsticks’ all-in-one! Their prices are competitive & their specials definitely help the wallet too. It’s convenient & our food always arrives fresh and hot! No complaints here! Good app. This app is easier to use than their website, and it remembers your billing information. Someone was complaining and gave a bad review because it would not remember their order when they switch locations… Each location has a slightly different menus/coupons so that’s not something to be fixed IMO

Used to work better. Great app overall but in the last month it shows a white screen after checkout. The Howie track won’t show my order anymore as well. Thankfully I get an email or I would have to assume the order never went through. I use the app multiple times a week and this wasn’t an issue before.

Not bad but needs tweaking. Have used four times, joined the rewards program but have so far only been credited one order towards the rewards, so I've been shorted three times. Is easy to use other than that. Gets glitches now and then but could be my connection so I won't fault the app for that. Fix the rewards part and I'll change my rating.

Have not been able to use the app in months to order for delivery.. I have been trying for months to Order for delivery to my house but the app now says that my house is no longer in there delivery range. Which it was before, however if I call the store location they tell me that the do offer delivery to my home. Is very frustrating because I hate having to call and they are the only pizza place near me that delivers here.

Great app and easy to use. I really love this app. Very simple and easy to use. Only suggestion I would have is when you want to repeat your last order, I would like the option to change locations bc we order from different stores based in where we are. Other than that, it's great!

Dependable, useful!. I use this app to order all the time. Always works and always dependable. I have found however that it also depends on the store you are ordering from as to whether or not your order gets screwed up. Awesome app though! Keep it updated!

Can’t use coupons. I enjoy being able to use an app to order because I don’t like the commotion when calling a restaurant, HOWEVER I am very disappointed in the coupon section. The app won’t process the coupon correctly. I end up having to call the store to adjust the price. Defeats the purpose of the app. If the coupon acceptance worked I would have given 5 stars.

Payment type. You used to be able to choose pay by cash if picking up but now you are forced to pay by credit card. It also does not allow you to pay with a gift card. I don’t know of any website that doesn’t allow you to pay with their gift cards. Very disappointing.

Great, easy app. Really like this app, I’m always working in my garage and never really like going out to pick up food so i order a lot of pizza and with this ap it only takes about 5 minutes. since some of the negative reviews have been submitted it’s gotten a lot better. Super easy to use and even has tracking now. Great work on the developer’s side

Terrible. For me anytime I try to pay using my save debit card it becomes a challenge and I have to re-enter all of my information. I do this every time I order and it automatically saves the information so my card is listed under saved cards seven times yet when I attempt to use it an error comes up stating the CCV is incorrect. It then makes me re-enter using the same information. I just re-entered all of my information and it took it but I know the next time I want to order it will reject the card.

Order Pizza because of the app. We started getting Hungry Howies pizza because of our Det. Lion season tickets years ago. This app keeps us coming back! Love that it saves previous orders, easy to apply coupons, and saves information needed for a quick transaction! Busy life with multiple kids sometimes merits a pizza run and this app is perfect!

Easy Ordering, Yummy Food!. I'll admit-the 1st few times I ordered on the app I was a little confused. Who knew the "continue" button on the bottom right of the screen was there to actually PUSH in order to continue??? I think it's very easy & fast to order on the Hungry Howies app and food is always ready in 10 minutes. Love it!!! Def recommend!!

Where is the mushroom?. Use this app quite a bit but several months back mushroom disappeared from the pizza building option. I kept waiting for it to show up again but it just hasn’t. Considering my family and I prefer pepperoni and mushroom pizza we can’t order our favorite through the app. Please put the mushroom option back on the pizza preferences.

Unable to order Howie bread. Like a couple other reviews already, the latest version of the app is broken. I'm unable to order Howie bread. Tried on both my iphone and my wife's with the same result. Get to the last page to add the Howie bread to the cart and nothing happens. Very frustrated I called up, and waited for 10 mins before the automated system hung up on me, so I then called Hot Box Pizza and was very satisfied with their service. This was the first time I've had an issue with this app so fix it. How is it March already and the last version of this app came out in Feb. Fix it!

Easier than ordering on phone. The app started out ok but had many flaws. I now only use the app to order and have no issues with it ever. Only bug is with coupons. If using a coupon, for example a pizza, you need to create the pizza first and apply coupon before adding anything else to order otherwise it’ll freeze.

Bad experience. Placed an order for the very first time I used the app. A $20 order, the money came out of my bank account but has said pending for going on 3 days. But the store said they never received my order?? Wouldn’t give me my food but took my last $20. Don’t recommend the app considering the 2 different store managers told us the app crashes and we will have to wait for a refund it I still have not got money back. The whole app is a joke. Just go in the store and order

App Sales Flaw. Love Hungry Howies and choose them over others but this app is wack when it comes to Sales Final. How do you leave original cost on Pie but not show additional cost and make customers do the work on why its a huge jump in price. Price should show all that is true. Otherwise people feel Scam. Pizza says 7.50 with sale savings of that number then should be 7.50 otherwise boost that 7.50 or show add-on cost of sales. This right here will make me not order or call to confirm issues of Cost.

App is Trash. The app is garbage. 1. It doesn’t remember your card number even if you’ve saved the card. You get an error and have to enter it again every time. 2. I ordered a pizza for pickup and the app always said they were making the pizza. I called the store and they said it had been sitting there for a half hour. I showed up and showed them the app still said making. They offered to remake it (which was nice) but I didn’t have time. 3. Today I go to order a pizza and it says they’ve updated their security settings and I need to pick a different password. It says they’ve already sent an email. The link in the email says the link has expired. Go back, click forgot password, get another email, same thing. Repeated this process probably 10 more times and eventually gave up and deleted the app.

Hard to sign up. Too difficult to sign up and go through all their terms of service. Can’t close out and no back button. Relaunching the app makes you have to fill everything out again because it doesn’t use auto fill. With some much bureaucratic litigation the information probably won’t be secure and your information will get stolen then sold to scammers. I’ll have to order on the phone for this place.

Disappointed with latest update.... The app used to work flawlessly... now it dies mid-order and for some reason win allow me to pay with a saved card. I have to put my card info in everytime, even though it’s one of my “saved” cards. Deleted and downloaded the app a couple times and tried in multiple devices, same problems all around. I wish I could get the last version back and just not update.

Good but need help. I love the fact that the app is easy to use, I can pay ahead and have my husband pick up without having to worry about paying and the tracking is nice! but the app constantly crashes on me. I have to select items in a certain order and can’t hit the “add item and checkout” option or else it shuts the app down and I have to start over. Overall it’s a good app but needs work.

Do not order from this place. Every time I order there’s always a problem with the pizza. I ordered for delivery and I called about an hour after i place the order. When I called they told me it had been marked under carry out and even my receipt says delivery. Then they said it would be another hour before they could get it to me after the pizza had been sitting there for almost 45 minutes. They also said they would not remake it so I was going to be stuck with an almost two hour old pizza that they screwed up anyways. No.

Needs fixes. This app is great when it works. But nearly each time I use it, it force closes in the middle of my order and I need to start all over. It also says my credit card info is saved, but never works and I end up manually typing it each time. The convenience of ordering through an app is great, but these errors have been happening without a fix for a long time.

One Flaw. I like the app but no matter how many times I order and choose the card that I used for the last order, it will not work. I have to input the same credit card info EVERY TIME. Even though it gives me the option to choose it, shows the green check mark, it won’t order when I hit submit. It says choose a payment option EVERY TIME. Frustrating.

flaws but works well. The app works very well. You can locate their deals and add items straight from the deal. It also allows you to make customizations an a nominal fee. The downside and the reason this app has lost 2 stars is because the address system will not allow my apartment number. This requires me to place “special instructions” each time i order and is apparently not something that can be fixed.

Love the app disappointed in features. I love Hungry Howies. Love the simplicity of the app. The issue I have is since the update of the app there is no where now for me to request extra sauce on my pizza. This is ridiculous considering that there is an option to add ranch sauce on your pizza but you can’t add the basic thing of extra sauce. Please fix this issue soon. I really hate overwhelming my local store with yet another phone call to order when it could be a quick process over the app. Thanks

Order pizza b4 you even realize you ordered pizza. This app makes ordering pizza so easy some times I don't even realize what I just did before it's too late. I love pizza so that's okay with me. It saves cards which is the real reason why you'll be able to order pizza in your sleep. Huge convenience if you ask me.

The app is great except....... I would give this app a full 5 stars if it weren’t for two issues I encounter constantly: 1. The app only works with an internet connection. So, if I’m in the parking lot of, say, the mall and want to place an order to pick up on the way home -I can’t because I don’t have a WiFi connection. If I am LTE or 4g the app will NOT work and says that an internet connection is required. 2. I have saved my method of payment EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have ordered yet EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I try to use my saved card to pay it gives me an error message and I have to re-enter all of the info AGAIN. It’s tedious and annoying. Fix these two issues and you will have an absolutely amazing app that provides the most convenient way to order pizza!

App crashes repeatedly, does not register saved address. Seriously. Fix your APP! How many loyal customers have to re-enter an order because the app crashes? Literally, 2-4 times. Can my saved address find my nearest store? No! I have to enter it- how awesome to also have to repeat with the crash. Honestly Howies. Bad enough your staff are mostly rude kids you don’t care to train as though it’s a real job- your corporate office was not even address customer complaints. Why not use your successful company to do something good?

Very bad app. It’s a pretty major flaw when I can’t use my saved credit card to order my pizza. And the fact that they haven’t fixed this issue yet is inexcusable for a major company like Hungry Howie’s. The only reason I’m not rating it a one star is I can select cash and get my order through, which only works since I usually pick it up anyway to avoid their ridiculously high “delivery fee” which doesn’t even cover the tip for the driver.

Still some bugs to fix~. I love the app & the pizza~ but every time I order my gluten free pizza & a regular pizza it switches them at checkout. It shows up right on their computer, but wrong on app. Also, multiple times (because we order a lot) I get all the way to checkout and it kicks me out and closes. Frustrating..... Love their food, customer service, timely manner, but the app could use a little work.

Easy Pesy. Everything I order is just what I ask for and it is always fresh! You can’t beat the salads freshness and I can get it just the way I want it because I’m a bit quirky and extremely High Maintenance!!! I just think that I’m more of a girl who knows what she wants and won’t settle for anything less! Thanks Hungry Howies, I have been eating at your restaurants since you started.

Love it!. I see people complaining about design flaws but if your careful and pay attention this app makes ordering so easy. We usually order the same thing all the time so being able to pull up our last order is genius.

This Hungry Howies app is Great!!!. Easy and fun. I have only been playing the game for a few hours but the goal is to get the high score by making the food as pricey as you can and create bonus points by loading up your cart. It's so addictive but an unfamiliar number keeps calling me and some stranger is banging at the door. "Not now I am getting a high score!"

Hard to use coupons. I have used the app several times and always have issues getting the coupons to work. Usually I wind up calling the store and they apply the coupons. What’s the point of having the app if I still call the store?! I like the order save feature because my family sticks with the same choices, just wish the app worked better...

Well done overall. Well laid out and easy to navigate. Only issue seems to be with identifying the closest store for delivery. On more than one occasion (in different states), the app will say that no stores exist for the entered location when there is one less that 3.5 miles away. It may have to do with being at the edge of the delivery area and how the route is calculated.

Bad, Bad, Bad. App says my password “isn’t complex enough” to meet their new requirements and says it needs to be reset with instructions sent in an email. Email has no instructions on what the password requirements are and only sends me to the login screen that is asking for my password that the site doesn’t like. No way to reset my password. Doesn’t seem like this is a complex problem for the developers to not have figured out. Can only use the app as a guest. Kind of a waste.

Easy Peasy!. This app is so easy to operate. I'm sitting in my backyard watching my kids play and thought "you know, I'm just going to order pizza tonight"... just 1-2 minutes and it's done. My only issue I get is that it says my saved home address doesn't have a nearby H.H., but if I type in my address it works fine. Either way...love the app.

Credit card bug in new version. I used to love this app but they introduced an annoying bug in the latest version: selecting a saved credit for payment results in an error (no payment method selected). Otherwise, the app works really well and beats phone ordering hands down for accuracy and convenience. Please fix this bug! Without this bug it is a 5 Star app.

Total FAIL. I tried to order pizza they the app. It kept giving me an error msg. ORDER FAILED. Never received ANY confirmation email or text. Today I look at my bank statement and I’m minus 97 dollars for pizza I never got. Called the store and have to wait until someone is there that knows something. Talk to my bank they reversed 4 of them but kept the money for my first order (for delivery) which was never confirmed or delivered. Never, ever again Hungry Howies. You’ve lost a customer over this app.

Easy to Use. I reorder the same pizza often and this app makes it easy and simple. The only issue is it does not apply the same coupon I use each time. It requires me to find and select it each time. I also have used the future pick up option. Order earlier and my pie is ready and hot at the time I give!

Excellent app. Used this app multiple times already and it’s by far the easiest way to order pizza hands-down Only thing that could make it better is if they included Apple Pay but the ability to add a tip in the app is nice. There pizzas are better than other places too however I wish they would carry a white sauce too instead of just red sauce

Not really on the app devs. But the store just needs not to forget the xtra sauce or anything xtra ordered. Maybe have a section on the app so people can address missing items besides having to call. Sometimes the exchange of money/signature is so fast you don’t realize the item is missing to well into the meal.

100%. Hungry Howie’s has been the sleeper meta in the pizza game, the super man of pizza , that light that turns green right when you pull up at it ad you don’t have to slow down, the best dog you’ll ever come around, the light to your saber, the egg to your nog, your sword....and if you choose butter garlic on your crust YOUR SHIELD!.....all I’m saying is....hungry Howie’s is the best

Very difficult to use. This app is poorly designed for ease of use. I often have to try to find a way around roadblocks that it gives me, such as saying there are no stores available anywhere when I select the delivery option but then if I select carry out it shows me all 3 that are within 5 miles. This issue is incredibly confusing because if I select delivery enough times it might let me use the option, but it depends on some invisible factor I guess! I’m just hungry. Please make the app better!

Can’t use Howie track. The app is good when it doesn’t crash or kick you out completely sometimes. It will delete orders your working on and have to start over again. You can no longer use Howie track to track your order it asks for a phone number and doesn’t do anything else after that. Please fix the Howie tracker

Buggy mess. Both the app and website have problems with curbside pickup. Somehow by asking to have the order delivered to your car, you can no longer provide a payment option. We shouldn’t have to beta test these interfaces to figure out these bugs. We’ve ordered from other places out of frustration, and the store managers have no clue when we tell them our problems.

App is horrible. I got so frustrated with this app I gave up and ordered from another company. I tried to put in another address and it kept telling me my email format is wrong. I put it in five times, same message each time. It is the same email I used to sign into the app, but to put in a new address it it somehow wrong. I have had other issues with this app as well and have ended up calling the store directly to place an order. It just does not work properly. I will order from Jet’s until this get fixed. Their app works.

Not sure what’s going on with the app. I have been using the app for a while without problems. But trying to place an order today, the app kept crashing. Decided to try it on another device.... same issue. After a couple tries, I finally was able to place my order! Not sure if it’s a bug with the last update or what. It was kind of annoying.

No Location Change to Saved Orders. Why can I not change the location on a saved order? It gets old when I want to repeat a previous order and have to remember where I was when I ordered it. Might be time to look for another pizza chain to start using. Then again maybe the app developers can realize their grand mistake in not including a change location feature for saved orders and improve the app with it... Get it together folks and listen to your customers and app users!!!
