Love this App!. I totally love this app I use it for my business and it has saved me a monthly phone bill! I don’t send out a ton of faxes, maybe a total of 50 per yr, and sometimes I have to do it on the fly out in the field, this is a very useful tool and totally stable format.

Checked the rest .... this is the best. For my small law practice I needed the opportunity to be able to occasionally use fax to transmit certain documents. I have gone through probably all apps available and this app is by far the most economical and reliable and perhaps most importantly easy to use for myself and support staff. If I could write rate this six stars I would. Do not think twice, this is the best fax app available Unless you fax regularly

Love how easy JotNot is to use!. I’ve been using this app for over 5 years and it has made submitting paperwork to just about anywhere as easy as can be. I actually just sent another fax for my business and when I was done I said to myself… “see, technology isn’t all bad”. It really is a great app. :)

Excellent, Useful, Dependable, and Accurate. I’ve been a user of the app for several years. I’m not able see o get out and fax documents, due to health issues. I do most work from home, and this app has allowed me to do everything from my iPad! I love that it keeps record of each fax, and allows you a free cover sheet. I like that if my children need something faxed they can use it too. I like it the most because the cost is fair in comparison to UPS Stores and and FED Ex Copy places.

You can be sure it gets sent with JotNot. I have been trying to send a very important fax for the last week and every app I used, failed. I used jotnot once before and I said, my deadline is tomorrow. This one always works. After days of trying others, forget it! Just use the one that makes it nice and simple and you know in minutes it was sent. No more headaches. I’m only going to do this once. The right way!

This is a Must Have App. Since hardly no one has a Land line anymore, this App let's you continue your Feedom from Maw Bell, Office Depot & The UPS Mail store. I've been running up the Road, fighting traffic each time I needed to fax paperwork. You would think everyone would take proposals via E-Mail by now, but not so. This App let's me Fax documents from the Comfort of my Easy Chair. It doesn't get much better than this!! Oh, wait, It does.. I bought a $4.99 3 Credit package to try this out & see if it did everything it promised, since most things we buy now a Days doesn't do close to what it says it does... I had to Fax 5 Pages, so I figured I would need to buy more Credits if this Works. Not only did it Fax all 5 Pages in about 1 minute, but it did it for only 1 Credit !! UPS & Office Depot Charge by the page.. This is an Awesome money saving Fax App. Get it if you fax.

Very good app especially for people who live in rural areas. I have used this app a few times & haven’t had any trouble. I believe it’s fairly priced for what it offers. I’d gladly pay it to avoid a 15 min drive to my town, tracking down a business that does faxing (which would charge me as well) then drive another 15 min back home. All can be achieved right from the comfort of my home & in conjunction with my WiFi printer & scanner is just as professional as a true fax. It can be used anywhere you have a good internet connection. This makes it almost priceless. The only suggestions I would like to make are being able to review the attached pages BEFORE sending, and being able to review the entire fax after it’s been sent. When you’re sending multiple pages, I’ve wanted to verify that I sent all of the documents needed as well as verify I didn’t accidentally duplicate any pages. Once you’ve moved to the cover page section, there’s no going back to review. You can only see how many pages, not the actual pages. Yes, you do get a “receipt” showing that the fax was delivered & the details, however, you can not look at the entire fax. It also needs to have a cancel or pause button if you hit “send” and immediately remember you forgot a page. Once you hit send, there’s no going back either to add anything and you have to send a whole new fax, which winds up using more credits for only one additional page. Overall, I consider this a great app.

Super easy, functional & ran into no app errors. This app is super easy to use and well worth the money when you can get it on a credit sale! I never have any faxes come back rejected or not received *knocks on wood* I would definitely recommend this app for anyone looking for a quick fax, affordable, ease of uses & no headaches within using the app.

Simple, Inexpensive, Easy. Just needed to fax one document and as I already adore the Jot Not Scan app, this was a no-brainer. Doctor's office called me 2 minutes later to tell me they'd received the fax! 3.99 for 3 is a steal, and worth not getting back in my car to take the document over.

painless. Free cover page, exposure settings for processing images into fax pages, confirmation, history of faxes, and secure payments through Apple at reasonable cost. I just wish you could aggregate multiple document types into 1 fax, but cover pages help tie things together. Excellent UI and clear design help guide you through the process. So glad to have found this app!

Good fax app. I only need to fax one page per month to refill a prescription for my son. ~$1/month is cheaper than keeping a landline at the house or most paid eFax services, and this app has been more reliable than any of the free eFax services I’ve tried. Being able to use the camera is a plus.

Easy way to send faxes using smartphone!!. Years ago we got rid of our hardline phone. Bad thing was we couldn’t send faxes and had to drive to OfficeMax or other place to send faxes as well as sometimes stand in line and wait. With Jot to Fax we’re now able to send faxes on our iPhones easily from home or anywhere. Great app!!

Just what I needed!. Really needed to send my medical records that I had on my person to a new doctor’s but they wouldn’t accept emails from those that weren’t care providers. My options were to stop by in person or send them via fax. This app came in handy since I didn’t know anybody with a fax and had no way of getting to an Office Depot at that very moment. Scanned my docs and cover photo onto my Mac, dropped them in the cloud, uploaded them on JotNot and off they went! Docs office accepted them, no questions asked! Complete life saver!

Not happy at all. I signed up for this app based on the other reviews. However what I am most disappointed about is that there’s no way to reach out to the support team for questions. Each time I attempt to send an email to them I get a message saying, I need to set up the email from the settings tab...as I’m in the settings tab. Which I could rate differently, but unfortunately at this time I can’t. I only bought a few credits as a tester and I’m so glad I spent no more money. I guess I’ll sum this up as 3.99 loss

Very seamless with JotNot Pro. Sending a fax is no longer such a frustrating ordeal. Since we’ve given up our land line almost 8 years ago, it’s become such a pain to actually get a facsimile sent off. Signing in to “Fax Zero” or some other online service then scanning a document was also a real effort. Now, with just my iPhone, I can quickly and effortlessly execute the whole process. Well worth the very minimal cost. GREAT APP!!!

Confirmation received but fax not sent. So far I’ve tried using this multiple times. Bought credit on different occasions and attempted to send faxes. I call the person I’m faxing to make sure they have received it and 10/10 times they never do. I double check that I have the number correct and I do. Waste of money. I’ve emailed support to see what the issue is so I’ll update my review if they give me an answer. Update: support emailed me back very quickly and reimbursed me with the credit I used. I’m willing to give them a try again when I need to send another fax which isn’t very often. But the five stars is for the customer service and not the actual faxing service.

An Excellent App. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now and it always works as intended. I’ve sent many a fax through the App and have never had a problem of any kind. It is very straightforward, does one thing and does it very well.

Fantastic Application. I have been using this application for over a year now. Before I started using this application, I research similar applications and chose this one - best choice I could have made. The customer support for issues, concerns or comments, is second to none.

Works great. Twice now I needed to send a fax and the connection between my old fax machine and the other end just wouldn't work. This fax service worked both times with absolutely no problems. What a secure feeling to know I have this option when needed.

Quick and easy to use. Always easy to use. I would like an easier way to send multiple pages on one fax. Had to scan the pages into a single document then choose that file. Couldn’t simply select multiple pages for one fax otherwise I’d give it a 5

Convenient and Easy to Use. I love how easy it is to use and the fact that your old faxes are also stored for future reference. It’s very convenient you can fax from anywhere and don’t always need paper copies as you can fax documents stored on your phone as well. It’s not that expensive either, which is also a plus.

EASY SQUEEZY!. Oh man oh man. We cancelled our home phone line, which turned off my access to our fax machine. I needed to send a four page fax today, and looked online to see what would work. I googled “the best way to send a fax from my iPhone“ and several suggestions were noted. This one caught my eye as it seemed easy. It is! It took me a few tries And deletes until I got my scans the way I wanted them. Now I know what I’m doing. The fax sent without a problem and I didn’t have to leave my house to go find an office fax center. I love this app!

Can’t receive fax on standard subscription. Trusted app to receive a very important fax I needed to receive. Could not receive fax and ended up changing vacation plans. Was trying to take my truck to Mexico for a family wedding, couldn’t receive fax from bank authorizing the truck temporary importation letter. Ended up riding the bus and lost almost $200 I had paid for Mexican insurance which was not refundable. Use conventional fax machines for important matters, don’t waist your money in this app.

A valuable time saver for the iOS world!. Face it, faxes are still hanging on... a throwback to the analog age... the telegram stayed in the US until 2006, so I’m not counting on faxes to leave anytime soon. So what to do? Handy Business Backup Tool. Due to a severe electrical storm in my area, my multi-function copier was damaged leaving my company with no access to a fax machine, copier, etc. I remembered having downloaded this app years ago and decided to give it a try with perfect results! I highly recommend it!!

Really appreciating JotNot!. So hard to find an online fax service that lets you pay as you go. I have only a few faxes to send per month, so their credit system works well for me! Very easy to use.

I have loved this app since the first time I used it never had a problem. Scanning documents and faxing and being able to send from your phone from anywhere is so awesome and convenient. I was skeptical at first but now I can’t imagine not having it. Being able to crop as you need adjust contrast I’ve used it so many times and never had any problems love that they give you confirmation of fax being sent as well as having the pro version being able to email your self documents just to have saved online way to go guys you rock!!!

We will see.. I like the service since I don't have a home phone but it seems a little expensive. 3 credits for 3.99. Waiting to see if the company gets my information. Used 2 credits for the actual 1 form I sent. If you don't have a lot of faxing to do it is fine but if you do I would look around. I wanted to get my info back in time so my info could take effect before it was too late.

I really love this app:). The only thing that is really frustrating, is that after trying to send a fax and it not going through it will delete it after a second time of failure and you have to rescan the whole document. That really sucked having a 60 page document that you had to take pictures of each page. Hopefully that one bug can be fixed? But other than that this app is work great for many many documents I’ve had to send. I would recommend it to anybody.

App won’t assign fax number. The app will not assign a fax number and tells me I need to pick a plan. I pick a plan and it charges my debit card and then it times out and starts all the way over. I repeat it and it recharges my debit card it times out and starts all the way over. It has done this four times and four times. It has charged my debit card. This is the first time I’ve written a bad review. Very upset as I need to receive a fax urgently.

If you have to get it done, it's worth the money.. In today's advanced, technological world, I am Puzzled by the fact that anyone still continues to use an antiquated system like facsimile. That said, it is a reality, and for those situations that require sending a time sensitive fax, this is your best, albeit expensive alternative. I bought it, took a photo of the document, installed the fax number, added a cover sheet.. paid an additional $3.99 for the additional credits required to do so.. and faxed a document that had to arrive immediately for $8!!! That about the cost of a 1000 calories visit to Starbucks.. this was better money spent😜

Works every time!. I'm not a big fan of writing reviews because the app either is great or not. But, this app has worked every time I've used it. I have tried other apps and they wouldn't send the fax, however this app goes thru every time! It's also easy to use and not expensive compared to going to a store because who still owns a fax machine at home?! If you want an app that works, get this.

Best virtual machine ever for phones. It’s been perfectly sending faxes for my phone for 2.5 years now. No issues and even offers me a personal fax #. Use it, it’s worth it! Cheaper than public faxing services & definitely more convenient!

The Best Fax App. The fax has gone the way of the phone book but my boss insists on faxing in the nightly report from the night before. Since I work paperless from my iPad, I never have to print out the docs. It does great sending annotated PDFs. The seamless integration with the address book makes for simplicity in use.

I like it a lot!. Ironically I downloaded another app that I was using and I noticed that I did not have to send and receive options. I started using this app and it has not failed me yet. It’s very quick it’s very easy and it also gives you a confirmation that the fax has been sent… so, so far I love it and I highly recommend!

Loved it, now it’s affecting my business 👎🏼. I’ve used the JotNot products for years, and they help me run a successful business out of my home. I’ve sung their praises over and over...until recently. In the past month my faxes are being transmitted with huge black boxes blocking out pertinent information I’m trying to communicate. I updated the app, reinstalled, turned my devices off and on, and nothing has fixed the issue. I emailed customer support 10 days ago: zero response. Cool. Now I look like an idiot that doesn’t know how to send a fax. Thanks, JotNot Fax!

Amazing. This was my first time using the service and I was under crunch time in getting my fax documents in by a deadline. My fax machine at home is inoperable and this easy 1-2-3 step to fax documents was crazy convenient. Now I hope that they really received my fax. It’s the Weekend and I’ll be back on Monday for an update.

Very easy to use. I’m impressed with how easy this is to use. A few taps and the fax is sent. It does take a few minutes to finish sending but it tells you if it was successful or not. Thanks for creating such an easy tool.

Seamless and Great for Faxing. I’ve never had an issue with this app. It is very efficient and gives you every option needed for your documents including faxing! Fax machine when I needed one.. I needed to fax some time sensitive documents and needed to send them in a timely manner. {The organization don’t use email?? People that don’t embrace modern technology annoy me....} So went to the App Store and “JotNot” has a “FREE” fax application”.... The App is free, the pages you fax aren’t you have to purchase “Credits”. $3.99 gets you 3 credits you can fax 5 pages for 1 credit and 6-10 pages for 2 credits. It’s worth the convenience to be able to fax from my phone and I rarely ever fax anything. I live in the 21 century. It was very easy to use. From getting the app settings up an optional JotNot account to getting 3 credits get my document from Dropbox and typing the included cover sheet and hit “send” and getting the confirmation took maybe 10 minutes....Done! I’d recommend it.

Best Fax app available!!!!!!. It is absolutely, hands down the best fax app. It is easy to use and gets the job done all while on your iPad. The only thing that could be easier is your attachments have to be in one file, I would like to see the ability to add more than one. Still I think this is the best out of any available.

Great app. Archaic bank required a fax or drop in to branch (35 min drive away) found this app, downloaded, added credits and sent the fax all within 5 minutes! Perfect.

Bad app. Alwais "unable to send fax, Please try again later" I've lost 99 cents

Very handy!. I get an email with a doc that needs to be signed. I open it in Save2PDF App. Convert it to PDF. It then sends it to Sign-n-Send App. I sign it right in my iPhone and this app sends it to Jotnot where I enter the fax number and away it goes. I never have to print the document. Saves trees! Ps: Sign-n-Send does convert to PDF online but Save2PDF does it on my device.

Misleading. Desc says you can send faxes for free. In reality you must purchase credits worth .99 each to send a fax.

Easy to use. Great app. Easy to use, costs explained in description of app which other apps didn't do. One credit per 5 page fax. It took a couple minutes to send but that was explained too so that was nice.

Great. I have both jot pro & jot not fax both work well for what I need, done multiple pages on both. my only beef is with jotnot fax is you can only buy 1 credit at a time. And yes it does cost me .99 per 5 pages to send. Fairly inexpensive when you go to a truck stop to fax & pay $10.00!!

When you really hope it will work. Years of use. Without exaggeration, the app crashes on every use. It will send the fax but not without repeat effort.

Not enough reporting when it does not fax. Out of 3 faxes, I was able to send just one. I had a hard time trying to use the cover page and the fax would not be sent whithout telling me what is wrong, I needed to disable the cover page for the fax to be sent. Then other faxes says failure after successfully sending the file, but not saying much information about the failure... Please add more reporting to help us trouble shoot what's wrong!

Great fax service. This is a great app, I like that I can fax from anywhere my cell phone is, and that you pay only for the fax, no monthly fee. I don’t need a lot of fax service, only for companies that will only accept fax documents.. Highly recommend.

So far so good.. It is excellent when you’re in a bind, you know like driving to work and forgot you had to fax something. As long as you a good connection you should be good.

Keeps failing, no customer srvc response!. I’ve tried sending all day yesterday and get failed, today I tried again, still days failed. It’s the right number because when I hit the button that says call, a fax noise happens when it’s picked up. Useless and waste of money. I have to now pay another service to do my fax. Very mad I sent email with no response!

Who has a land line these days?. Plus I send faxes away from home and on vacation. This works great. Plus you can buy the number of pages you need to fax. So far...so good.

Don’t waste your time. This app is junk. I downloaded for free and bought credits. I cannot use because the app won’t allow you to type in anything. If fact, when trying to enter info the keyboard will not open at all. USELESS

Wish I found JotNot sooner. I found this app in time because I was about to spend $50 at FedEx office to fax 27 pages but found this for way less and it worked the same if not better. Love it!

What an iPhone needs!. Tired of looking for apps that require a monthly subscription! This is PERFECT for the mobile business user. Pay as you go is JUST what I needed!

Fax machine in my hand!. I rarely need to send fax so it’s not really worth having a dedicated machine. Also, this app allowed me to send faxes when dealing with various family issues off site!

Love it!!. I tell those who fax randomly or frequently about this app. This is the only one I could find that had a “pay as you go” option. I rarely fax and do not need to subscribe. I love it!!!

Easy to use, important to use. This app is extremely easy and quick to use to send those extremely important documents by fax when needed. Most time my faxing needs are on an infrequent basis. So I don’t want to pay for an expensive fax subscription. This application is the perfect solution.

The Greatest Fax App. This is the best fax system I've ever had and used. Had landline fax machine and had to wait to get home to fax anything or go to a store that charge to fax, this charges but it conveniences is great. I can fax anything from anywhere. Love it

Very useful tool. I've had to fax documents all over the western United States to get paperwork in order to enlist, this app was more than up for the task. Without it my recruitment process would've been 5x longer!

Great app, great support!. Unless you’re and extremely busy business you will be sending just a few faxes a year. This is the perfect app for you. You buy a few credits and send, no modem required. Easy to use and good support.

Great app. I’ve used this app a couple of times to send faxes and have had no problem in doing so. My faxes have gone through and been received with no issues.

Great App! But 1 Minor thing…. GREAT app to send a fax on the go at any given time! My only problem and improvement I would like to see is being able to adjust the edges and corners after taking a photo of a document to make it look a LOT neater before faxing it over. 💯💯

This worked great!. Hasn’t everyone had, at one time or another, a broken fax machine? Also, who has a landline anymore? Works great with an internet connection! Super easy and intuitive!

Love the attachment capabilities. Love this ability to fax from my phone and most liked is the ability to attach from Google Drive or Dropbox (the two doc storage apps that I always save my docs in)!

Great, but expensive.. It’s amazing. A little too expensive for me. At the end of the year we should be able to get an annual invoice for tax purposes. The monthly rate is too expensive, with encrypted email faxes are becoming less used. Lower price.

I was under the impression I could pay as I went to receive a fax. I bought credits but then realized I still can’t receive a fax without expensive subscription.

Fantastic. As a small business owner and even in my personal affairs, this app makes it so easy and simple to fax. Super economical and just cuts the hassle right out. Always reliable. Highly recommend.

Simple and Reliable. This app has been a lifesaver. I can fax documents from my cell phone anywhere. It integrates well with other apps on the iPhone, including JotNot. Faxes are reasonably priced. Thank you JotNot for such a wonderful tool!

Very, Very useful App. I have had the JotNot Fax App for sometime - years - and had forgotten how very useful it is. Credits that I forgot about were still there and ready to use with ease. Great tool.
