Great App for organizing. Great app for organizing dozens of rd and vnc connections. The cloud sync is awesome. The mac app counterpart is so very nice as well

Great tech support—always fast fixes to issues. I’ve used this for years and it’s always been the snappiest client for my connections to my Mac and Linux boxes at work. It’s great to now use external mice with it as well. Most importantly, over the years I’ve rapidly encountered small bugs when major iOS updates happen and the folks working on Remotix have always responded to my inquiries very quickly, pushing out software updates that rapidly address any problems.

Reliable. This is an excellent app. I have been using it for years! And I use it both with Mac OS and Windows OS s. and I just wanted to comment and let everybody know how well-made this app is

Remotix rocks. Been using this for years. Always works great for all the environments.

Using it for years!. This seems to be the only viable RDP app even after all these years. Good job to the developers!

I like it. Looked for something to change to from Desktop connect and found this. It works for my needs.

Removed iCloud sync support. Terrible decision. Will just use something else now. Don’t need yet another paid service want to own sensitive access data. The Windows version required for remote access to Windows machines is buggy and blacks out regularly requiring a restart of the app making remote access unreliable.

Best yet. I’ve used several remote access products over the years, always to get back to a dual screen desktop system, and mostly from a large screen laptop. The transition to trying to access that desktop from an iPad took me through several apps prior to this one. Remotix has obviously put a lot of thought into the issues that arise in a situation like this, and their solutions are intuitive, natural, and effective. Well worth the investment.

Reliable, updated when needed.... ... and despite being tempted to try the competitors, I always return to Remotix. It just works.

Well worth it.. Like others, I was hesitant to spend the money for an iOS app. The biggest benefit for me was ssh port forwarding for RDP built right into the app. I used to use one app for ssh and one app for RDP, but the background app would close the tunnel every 15 minutes due to background app restrictions in iOS. No longer a problem with this app. Also, the mouse control via the touch screen is (in my opinion) the best of all the iOS RDP apps I've tried. Thanks Remotix!

Worth Every Penny. By far the best remote app I have used since CoRD was sunset. Have used the agent on all three of the major OS platforms and each is easy and responsive. Allows me to access all my machines from anywhere with minimal headache.

Easy to setup and use, but with some odd bugs. The software is surprisingly easy to setup and use. I love the simple remote access with reporting back on the status of the devices. Two things that I would like to see work better: 1. When you configured groups in the cloud (HUB) and then open the app, the work done in the hub is overwritten by the iPad and sometimes the computer with Remotix installed on it. You don’t loose the computer, but loosing time you spent organizing is frustrating. 2. I would like to see how you configure a “Team ID” vs using a shared HUB account between technicians. I know you can add a user to the agent, but do you really want to add an admin to several agents when a new tech is hired?

Does this work with the App Remotix?. I purchased this App but I’m not sure whether is gonna work with my Citrix X1 Mouse. Please let me know otherwise I will ask for a full refund since this app would be useless. Thanks in advance

The most powerful RDP and VNC for iOS. I'm using this app for about 2 years and it is getting better with each release. The performance of its RDP engine is super.

Better than ever. After a rough patch with the version 8 update, the problems have been ironed out and Remotix is back to being the best VNC solution in the App Store. Good job developers.

Does the job, could have more features and better support. The app and agents do what they state they do. App missing features like grouping and tagging of clients, file transfers, and better client control of things like locking mouse, keyboard, and video (curtain on Windows). As other have stated, tech support doesn’t really exist.

Best RD Client yet!. I have tried many remote desktop clients that use the VNC protocol, this is the only one that is actually smooth. I can speak for many people that smoothness of a RD Client is a big factor on whether or not we may pay for it, and I have to say, the 15 dollars is worth it. The only complaint I have is that the scrolling seems to be a bit weird. Overall I love the app.

Poor: tech support; iPad pro keyboard support; audio controls. First, expect no tech support. No support boards, little documentation, no way to engage with other users. Worst experience in years with a product from this perspective. No discernible way to use function keys from the Apple keyboard for iPad Pro. The "manual" included (only accessible from launch screen, not during a session and not online) is for a Mac. They didn't bother spending an hour updating for iOS. I bought this for the remote audio recording capability which would (if properly implemented) be fantastic for Skype meetings off of my desktop at the office. No way to use AirPods or any other bluetooth headset. Only speaker and mic in the iPad. Going back to Jump Desktop which is marvelous and only lacks the recording feature. Oh, and it does sometimes work with the Swiftpoint GT which is an awesome product, but it does not work as consistently as Jump Desktop.

The best I’ve tried. And I’ve tried a lot of apps and means to remotely connect. Remotix is by far superior to everything I’ve tried. I regularly connect with friends and relatives to help them resolve computer problems. With the free Remotix Agent on their computer I can effortlessly connect to and control their desktop.

Really needs X11 client support and ability to direct connect over internet. Cute, what’s there appears well written but to be useful must have X11 client support and not require special software to be installed. We run lots on Linux systems can support as X11 servers. Really really need X11 client support.

Great app - does what it says. I've had this for several years and am very happy with it. It does just what it claims it will and does so reliably.

Smart Keyboard doesn’t work. I can’t type anything in Remotix while using Apple’s Smart Keyboard case with an iPad Pro. I have to remove the keyboard and use the on-screen keyboard to type anything. Very inconvenient.

Holy sh** this is so worth millions!!!. I gladly paid out my share of $20 today for this. Was it worth it? YES! There's nothing like being able to go from home and view your computer screens, AND CONTROL THEM! Lots of VNC or RDP apps: get it together, and meet Nulana's amazing 10 out of 10 "Remotix VNC & RDP for iOS!" Gladly recommend, if you're looking into truly viewing and controlling a screen with a Mobile device.

Very poor support. Software wise, the app performs well, BUT I'm so disappointed on how they handle a simple situation. The app support is so poor that it will take either a few days to respond to an email, or they will never answer to inquiries at all. I recommend to keep on trying other apps first before buying.

M2 iPad - Stupid Easy RDP over SSH. I was really bummed to not find any great solutions to remote connect to my labs of Windows machines, macOS machines and servers. I found Remotix off the RoyalTSX website. I use that other app on my macOS machines, but they do not have a real client for iOS/iPADOS. Back to Remotix. If you are a sysadmin and need to access RDP and VNC over SSH, this is the app for you. It has many display options from resolution to zoom level.. and it just works. The touch, touchpad options are also great. Because of this app, I can leave my MacBook Air at home and be able to do everything for my job. Reviewed Jan 2023

Apple Keyboard Case no longer working. Hello Remotix devs, I am reporting the latest release broke the Apple Keyboard case functionality within your app. I have tested the Keyboard to make sure it is working (writing this review with it) and it does not work at all anymore within the app. Please fix the issue as soon as possible. I will edit my review once it is fixed.

Great when it works. Sometimes I can connect to a Mac but cannot do anything on the remote Mac, other than move the cursor within the app. When it works it’s great, but frustrating when it does not.

Great app. Use it all the time for CentOS and macOS clients and it’s got everything and just works

So very close. A very capable Remote Desktop client. It has almost everything I need, except that it seems the SwiftPoint Mouse support seems a bit broken. I cannot get the application to send a middle mouse and hold event using the mouse... so if your hoping to use this app as a means for accesses remote CAD sessions as I do, you may be out of luck until this is fixed.

Doesn’t work on iPhone to Mac. Just bell’s for every character typed at the login screen of the remote mac.

Best screen sharing app I've found. Absolutely perfect screen sharing app. I only use it for logging into Macs over SSH+RemoteDesktop but it works beautifully. Most of the other screen sharing apps I've tried crash or have become unsupported, but Remotix has remained updated and super solid. Thanks to the developers to adding multitasking support!

good app but problem with new update. hello dear i have problem with new update the app hang upp for 10 sec when i switch to another app and return to the app i’m using the last version of ios and my phone is iphone 6s plus i had no issue before update it

Works well…. If you read the instructions it works really well, and if you think you know it all and try to set it up without reading the instructions you’ll have some trouble, until you read the instructions. The support people do it all by email for now, but they’re really very good and very quick. I’ve had two exchanges with them, and they got back to me the next day. So far I’ve hooked up to client computers: one locally, and one across the country. They are both snappy and responsive to my controls by iPad! The full laptop to laptop experience should be terrific. I recommend Remotix.

iPhone X update. I use this app all the time to control servers and help support people on the go. It’s great and full of features. The latest update fixes the display on the iPhone X but now my cursor is clicking a few cm below from where I actually click/tap almost like the display shift affected the cursor as well.

Not perfect, but pretty damned good. This product has enabled me to do my job from a hospital bed after having come down with a foot infection that required surgery. I’m using this on an iPhone to control many Windows machines and the overall performance has been impressive, including several machines which are using the SSH tunneling feature. The ability to use both RDP and VNC scenarios makes this a very flexible product. Recommended.

Excellent resource for accessing home devices OTR. I use an iPad and MBAir to access iMac and MacPro at home. I easily screenshare and remotely manage seamlessly. The major limitation is the wifi access at my remote site. The app is great.

Does what I need well and reliably. I’ve used lots of products through the year’s and I’ve settled on this one. It does what I need, it has excellent speed & stability, and it supports the SSH connections that I use.

Glad I read the reviews.... Excellent app, I hardly rate but I am very happy with this app. Wish it had more mouse options but it works extremely well with the apple keyboard. I tried Microsoft's RDP rendition. But this one has more features and much smoother. Glad to have purchased it.

Money well spent. Program works perfect on IPAD’s and is easy to navigate. I highly recommend this product.

Fix the password problems when using apple keyboard. It’s really frustrating to have to constantly re-enter the master password whenever I jump to another app. Nothing else does this and it is a constant source of frustration. Also if you leave the app and come back it no longer responds to the keyboard! AAARRRGGHH! Fix this please!!!!!!

Sloooooooooooow with VNC but supports Citrix X1 mouse. Title says it all. I bought this primarily to use against a Linux server backend running VNC. I have RealVNC also, silky smooth. Like butter; however unlike this it does not support the Citrix X1 mouse so I thought I would give this a try. This is unbearably slow. The cursor jumps all over the place making selecting anything extremely difficult. Selecting anything and then waiting for a screen redraw has serious lag. This is going over a hardwired connection or wireless. The ONLY reason I’m not giving this a 1 star is the fact it supports the Citrix mouse. Few companies do and they get props for going above and beyond for doing that, it’s just too bad that it couldn’t have been packaged into something I could actually use.

By far the best VNC client. I was a little apprehensive to spend $20 on an iOS app, but the reviews are spot on. This is an amazing VNC client and by far the best one available. I was a iTeleport fanboy for years but was curious what else was out there. Speed/response time is very important to me, and this thing flies, far faster than iTeleport, and has many more features. I am using VNC almost every day. This app is a no-brainer.

Fantastic VNC app. I almost can’t believe how good this app has become over the last year+. It handles the keyboard flawlessly, better than any other app I’ve used (including Blink), which is a real winning feature. The only flaw is the pointer handling. It jumps back and forth between where I’m going and where I’ve been. Perhaps there is a setting to fix that, or it’s something particular to my setup. It’s annoying, but I can work with it. All in all it allows me to comfortably use my iPad for software development on a remote PC. Great job, developers!

Broken with Ventura - please fix. Remotix authentication is broken with Ventura. The issue is known by the developer and developer states the following: 1) We have other priorities and will not be fixing the break at this time. Priority remains the desktop app instead of fixing what broke. 2) Lower you security setting by changing your host password to exclude use of the shift key to log in Do not expect a fix.

Great app. Does what it says on the tin and does it well.

Does what you want when you need it. I use this app only about once a month – but when I need it, nothing else will do. It does exactly what I want in the way I want to do it, no more and no less. It gives me clear fine control over a big screen cursor from a tiny iPhone screen, and gets ancillary garbage like the keyboard well out-of-the-way when I'm not using it.

Excellent Product. Easy to set up and exactly what the vendor says it well. I'm very satisfied.

The best VNC app I've ever used. Well worth the price. This is the best VNC app I've ever used. Polished. Fast screen updates. Very little lag. Hands down the best UI for VNC on a touchscreen. The mouse controls work fantastically. If you are looking for a VNC app that you'll enjoy using, don't hesitate...Buy this app!

Excellent — can reach both my Mac and my PC easily. I only use this when I’m at home, but my Mac and my PC are not in my living room…. This app was easy to set up, and I can check on downloads and other slower tasks, while I’m in the living room, or my kitchen… on my iPad! One of the easiest apps of this kind (I’ve bought five others. I use this one.)

Decent Application. I have been using it to connect to Mac OSX computers for a couple of weeks. It uses a secure connection to the Mac VNC Server which is a great feature.

The best. I’ve tried a lot of VNC apps on the iPad and this is the winner. Easy to use, even without an attached keyboard. Connections are fast and reliable. Highly recommended.

Best App. This App works flawlessly, Best App I've bought....

Great… when it works. Great app but more buggy as it goes on. Current release crashes all the time on startup and groups will rename at random. When it works it’s a great app if you are in the Remotix ecosystem.

iPhone X works!. Thanks for fixing iPhone X screen issue. So much easier to use now. Great App

Perfect app. With this latest update, Remotix is now perfect. Must have app.

Great - best of breed and works well. Works great on iPhone and iPad.

Seems to have been abandoned by Acronis. Remotix was the best remote access application for Mac, iPadOS and iOS. Since Acronis bought the company, they have updated the Mac application which continues to work well. However, the iPadOS and iOS app is still the Remotix version and is starting to show its age on the most modern versions of the operating systems. It often crashes when launched on the iPad (a Pro with lots of memory), sometimes necessitating a delete and reinstall. It does not like Stage Manager at all. This is a real pity. I sincerely hope that Acronis will turn their attention to the iPad version of the app and bring it up to date. There is nothing as good at an affordable price.

Number 1 Multi Platform Remote Product. I have used all of the Remotix products on all supported devices. Amazing simple reliable product.

Best I’ve Tried. I would change/add some minor features in an ideal world, but will give 5 stars because I never hesitate to recommend it to others as the best tool of its kind (that I have used or looked at). Usually “remote” apps are frustrating and very limiting, but Remotix is a streamlined, smooth, all-in-one solution. Just a few of my favourite features: Multiple protocols in the same app is a very strong selling point for me. The cloud allows a quick & easy connection no matter where I am, and with the Remotix Agent installed on the target system, it automatically works through a firewall.

I've been using it everyday for a few months now. Use it on Mac, iPad and iPhone, works flawlessly. I support remote systems, Mac & PC, VNC & RDP. I have tried many, have not seen anything that comes close to this app. Extremely satisfied.

Great App !!. Remotix is the best possible VNC application available! Fast, Secure and Powerful Remotix has it all. There are few things that could be tweaked but for the price you will not find a better VNC application.

Most feature rich, intuitive, usable app so far!. I’ve tried the majority of both the free and paid Remote Desktop type apps on the App Store, and find this one BY FAR THE BEST. I use it primarily on a 12.9” iPad Pro. It connects fast to a wide variety of machines running different Remote Desktop software. I appreciate especially that the ssh support works flawlessly to secure the connections. Tapping, dragging, right clicking, all are very intuitive and configurable based on your preferences. This is one of the very few Remote Desktop apps in the past decade that I haven’t wanted my money and my investment of time back on.

The app is decent. The app was terrible until the last release. It took them a year to fix one issue, but now it seems to be working well. I gave it 4 stars because release frequency is terrible considering the price. As for the app itself, it has all the functions I need, I like the ability to detect computers via Bonjour. It’s also good that the app size is small - only 15mb. Recommended.

Problème avec l’apostrophe. Avec un clavier French-Canadian, dès qu’on fait l’apostrophe et qu’on tape rapidement une autre lettre, l’application crash. C’est inutilisable. J’espère une correction pour ce problème rapidement!

Pretty good. Works well. Occasionally hangs when logging in, not a huge issue. Does not support older versions of SSH. This is A major shortcoming for me because I have severs on older Mac OSXs I can't access.

Great app with the new version. I was using this app back several years ago but found it very slow and difficult to connect to remote computers many miles away. I then switched to Google’s Remote Desktop and the problem was solved until Google stopped supporting the operating system on an old computer I was connecting to. I again tried Remotix using the latest software....problem solved. I did get warnings about using an old operating system on the computer I was supporting that were annoying. I finally found a way to update the old computer’s OS past what the manufacturer recommended and all’s good again. Remote, please think of us who use legacy systems for other things (home computer control, family that don’t need and can’t afford the latest and greatest computer) that we want to have remote access to. Having a good remote system to support these old systems is important to us!

Fantastic App. I love how easy it is to use. But it’s lacking a easy way to send Ctrl + Alt + Delete. I am unable to find a way to unlock remote devices! Other than that it’s fantastic

Consistently fast & reliable. Have been using Remotix for several years and it’s never let me down.

Amazing app and system. I have been using this app on Mac, PC, iPad and iPhone and it is worth every penny. It supports multiple protocols and always connects. It makes Back to my Mac look like crap. Remotix cloud lets you get quick access to computers or have trusted users. And the users can be different. And the fact that this isn’t a subscription based solution it’s very economical.

Simply the Best Remote Desktop Apps :). I've tried a few but Remotix is the best of all :)

very good. whenever I have had an issue, which has not been often, I email the developer and a fix is out within a week. It works well.

Been using it for ages- the best. I sold my laptop, because now I can use my 3 screen workhorse iMac at home from wherever I want. Just great.

Connected !!!!!. I can use my iPad 3 and comfortably work on my Mac - no matter when I am.

Finally. A controller that works the way you would hope it would. Absolutely worth the price you pay. I'm surprised Apple didn't think of it first!

Excellent program!. Does everything I want and expect it to do. Without a fuss or unnecessarily indirect methods. Highly recommend it.

Great remote app.. Like many others here, I’ve used many other remote control apps. As a former IT I’ve had do use quite a few over the years. This is the one I stopped at and has been the best combination ofReliability, steam, intuitive interface, ease-of-use and power user functionality of any I’ve used before. I would have only taken 1/2 of a star away but that can’t be done so the reason for the missing star is that there are times when the connection is so slow and the app doesn’t do anything to let me know that the action (click or drag or type) has occurred at all I just have to wait for the refresh. It seems that there could be a low res response that shows that whatever I did was received and responded to on the remote machine. That way I’m less likely to think that I might have missed the target with my finger and should zoom in and try again only to find out that I just did two actions instead of one. I don’t mind lower res showing up that takes a few seconds to clean up to a higher res. I also don’t mind if the number of colors gets reduced to speed up the response. These should be options but I haven’t found them. Also, on one occasion, File Transfer didn’t work. Not sure why. I was able to use other workarounds. Lastly, there is too much proliferation of different connections to the same machine. I would prefer if (even if I had already chosen a particular connection method before), clicking on a machine gave me a contextual menu of the connection options each time and I could choose previously used methods with one click.

Please fix it,. Love the app but it crashes after connecting over SSH after the new update. No reply from the support web site.

REMOTIX. Best remote app. Best mouse emulation by far.

Brilliant!. I couldn't imagine how fast it would be! Best vnc ever!

VNC is partially broken. It seems like this company has given up on this project. I've contacted support a few times asking when they are going to fix their iOS app and Mac app so it will connect to the latest RealVNC server and they keep saying they're working on it but that was a couple months ago and still no resolve.

Works how all the others should.. Of the several vnc rdp apps I've tried this works the most like an ipad app should. It lets you use your intuitive iOS gestures instead of trying to mimic controls of the desktop environments you're working in.

Amazing!. Make sure you download tightvnc this is the best Remote Desktop app period!

Excellent VNC Client - Includes LAN Scanner. This VNC client is excellent. I just wish I'd found it before paying for the Jump VNC client. Jump was very disappointing because it did not include a LAN scanner...meaning you need to know the IP address of your target machines (huge pain) OR install Jump's VNC server on each target machine (again, huge PAIN). Furthermore, In my view, installing a 3rd party VNC server on each target machine is totally unnecessary (at least for OSX machines - they ship with a VNC server already). With LAN scanner function I get a list of all my computers currently on the network, and to connect all I do is tap on one of the machines and enter its login credentials...so easy a cave man could do it!

Really good RDP. I've been using this for a few weeks and it is by far the easiest and best layout RDP client for iOS I have found. Pros: -Fast (at least compared to a lot of clients I've tried, paid and fee) -Easy server setup (even finds the servers for you on a LAN and if they are connectable through the ports (default 3389. Port can be changed in setting.) -Very functional controls (Directional Pad, all standard keys, and even keys for the cut, copy, paste keyboard shortcuts so you don't have to use ctrl) -Same as most RDP clients and a plus over all other protocols I've tried: plays sound over the client and not the host and locks the screen to the computer instead of showing everything you are doing remotely. You are pretty much at your computer except you can't do some setting changes (like display, no brainer) or shutdown/restart (just disconnect, but you can make a batch file to do so. Not recommended for security reasons.) Optical drive access can be done by a policy change on the host, but is disabled by default. Cons -Still choppy whether it is on my iPad 3 (expected) or my iPhone 6 Plus (Not expected, but lot less than iPad). That is even with all the extra visuals turned off. (Host is an Octo-Core AMD w/ 32Gb RAM and Giganet. iPhone connected through AC 5ghz while iPad connected through N 2.4Ghz.) But as I said, still faster than the ones I have tried. -Directional pads only work once and not repeating. Very annoying to have to constantly touch a small arrow to select an address when double clicking doesn't want to cooperate. Could be an iOS thing, though. Not bases of my rating, but needed mentioning. -Will not work on Plex sign-in (at least if user is set with pin) will not register the keys in the input boxes in chrome. Could be a limitation outside Remotix and not reasoning for rating, but needed mentioning. -Dashlane will only be active as an extension to a web browser IF Remotix is the first to log into the system. If you log into from the computer, the extension is disabled, but access to Dashlane program and standard copy paste is not lost. Just auto-fills and logins. Have not tried logging out of the computer then relogging back in from Remotix. If that works, then it is an annoyance of Dashlane or something else. Same disclaimer as above. - Shift remains locked once pushed. The only indication is the black lettering turns blue on the screen the key is on. If you reduce it or switch to keyboard, there isn't a notification it is still on. I feel it should be one click for once, dbl click for lock with a notification on the right stating it is locked similar to the pop up msg that says item is copied to clipboard, but constant until shift lock is turned off. -Only one ctrl key. Normally this wouldn't be an issue, but most virtual machines have right-ctrl as a host key to operate outside of the virtual PC. This app does not operate that way. If you are stuck in the virtual PC by keyboard or mouse, you have to login to the computer and get you out. Overall, I would recommend this app. It is well designed despite a few quarks and worth the price tag.

Brilliant. Brilliant^2

Almost perfect but there is a bug in need of fixing. Great app! Near perfect. Fastest Remote Desktop there is. I tried them all. Top three Remote Desktop for sure. Bug I found though. Please fix in the next release. VNC can't change screen resolution right? Right. So if I connect with my iMac using remotix and then change the resolution of my desktop manually to match my ipad the app chokes big time. Clicking on different things basically freezes the app. If I connect to the desktop with the resolution already changed then your app works perfect. So it's only when I change the resolution to anything other than the default 2560 x 1440 while connected. Please fix and then it's an easy 5 stars. FYI much faster than jump desktop. **ALSO** Without some advance knowledge of port forwarding you cannot connect outside your home network. Excellent remote app. I have had several VNC / RDP applications - often times separate applications. Having lost access to what I had been using for some time (discontinued), I was in search of one that I hoped I would like as much. I found very quickly that I liked this much better, even. A single app for both, very nice behavior through the sessions and also a web client. Auto client detection is effective and I really like having a web client for simplicity. I’ve tested that only once thus far but it worked as expected. I must say, I really like that a lite version is offered for a trial run - the old TV effect is a great limitation allowing for a full and functional preview. It was only after a few behavioral test that I upgraded to the full version. I recommend this to anyone who can justify the cost - if you need it enough to buy it, it’ll do everything you need it to do.

Very convenient. Does what it's supposed to. Very reliable.

Leave my laptop at home.. I'm an IT consultant. I've stopped carrying my MacBook in 98% of my clients offices because I can connect to their server easily and quickly from my iPad. Thank you! Works great on Windows RDP machines, Linux VNC and OSX!

Awesome update!. Remotix finally features RD Gateway support! Seems to work perfectly so far. Nice job!

Not bad. Definitely 1 of the better RDP/VNC apps

What is this crap?. Very poor frame rate with 64 bit Vista. Less than 5fps with any motion. I would like my money back...

Good enough to follow the "please rate" alert.. Nuff said. Thanks Nulana

Works only on local network. No trouble setting it up. I am experience with remote access, using Apple's Remote Desktop. But I think it would be easy for a beginner to setup. The trouble is that it fails to authenticate over the internet, ie when I am not on my local network. Worse, no help in the documentation. Even worse, the technical support was completely u nhelpful; and it took a long time to get a response. I wrote back immediately and now there's at least 10 days of no response. I would not order this for u se with my clients.

Great. Been using this app for 3+ year to monitor a Mac network and it works flawlessly.

Just one thing. Is it possible to change the background picture? Thanks!

This is THE ONE you are looking for!. This is my go to standard for remote control. Works great from phone and tablet for both VNC and RDP. Love the icloud sync also so I do not have to create entries for hosts on each iDevice individually. Rockin!!!

Good features. Crashes every time after a couple minutes on iOS 5. Need a fix and will be 5 stars

Can't even email???. Ya know what would be great? If, after paying $20 for an app, when you attempt to setup a cloud account - per the vendor's instructions, that THEY could actually send you the verification email so that you could USE the app!!!!!!! &$%$?!(85,)?

Works great on mixed Windows and Mac networks. This client connects very well and works intuitively with both Windows and Mac computers. It finds them automatically and connections are quick and solid. It uses the built-in Apple Screen Sharing or Windows Terminal Services hosts, so there is no additional hosting software to install. It's easily the best VNC/RDP client I've used. This client does assume the host is on the same network. If you want to host across the Internet, you need to be familiar with port forwarding, firewalls, and static or dynamic DNS. If you're not comfortable with all that, you may want to look at another product built for that purpose.

Works perfectly!. Great product!! I'm looking forward to also using it to access my Windows 7 PCs.

Just what I wanted. iOS to Mac operation works perfect! Fast and smooth. Almost perfect for my needs.

Good with minor flaws. This app replaced logmein almost perfectly. I use it to connect to my office computer which has 4 monitors attached. Every once in a while the app won't work and will give very ambiguous errors which are hard to hunt down. Also, sometimes the mouse clicks are unresponsive, but switching server scaling on or off usually takes care of that. Finally, sometimes the monitors won't redraw properly (i.e. one screen appears inside another) but again, switching server scaling will fix it most of the times. Overall it's pretty good. I wouldn't try and work more complex things off of it, but to quickly turn off the machine or copy files to the server is great.

Good but could be great. Still lacks RD Gateway support which keeps it from being a Pro level utility. I requested this almost 2 years ago and was told it was coming. JumpDesktop has RDGW but not as fast.

You get what you pay for. Holy cow it's expensive, but it's way better than the free alternatives.

Great VNC!!!. I've tried a lot of vnc clients and this one is definitely the fastest. I love the ability to use greyscale when I have a slow data connection. I also like the fact that it doesn't have it's own server...it take a bit of tinkering with port forwarding but totally worth it. Startup is faster than all others that i've used...i'm connected to my home network in seconds.

Great app. I have been using Remotix on the Mac for a long time and love it. Happy I caught the BLack Friday sale to buy the iOS version. I have an iPad Pro and I am disappointed that this does not fully support the iOS 9 multitasking split view mode. Please add this support. If it gains the split view and slide over support then my rating will go to 5 stars.

It was the best. Now it's not working. Keep showing the connected pop up and nothing else happens. Tried other vnc clients on the same iPad all others worked fine. This don't. Bummer! It was my fav of all!

Great. And price competitively.. Easy set up on the Mac. I like that it has an option to not keep thumbnails. And it's brilliant that you can push the screen up or down to bring up the dock or the task bar. I've used screens and it's great. This app gives it a run for its money. It's cheaper. Updated often. Highly recommended.

Great app. ...and now FINALLY supports Face ID.

AWESOME!. I tried the Lite version for only 10 minutes to control my PC (Vista), via iPad and knew this app was worth $20!! It works flawlessly..,as if I was sitting at my desk!

Good, and keeps getting better. I use Remotix in a school environment as well as support for other patrons. It connects quickly, remains stable, and provides useful tools while connected. Paired with the latest version of Tight-VNC and you've got a solid and scaleable low cost remote management solution suitable for networks of all sizes. My contribution to sharing needed updates is to include the availability of folders. This makes the software multi-site, multi-schema. - John

Perfect. It's one of the best upgrades yet. If only the same was done to the desktop Windows version. Real VNC (Invalid protocol message)

Only One worth Buying. I have tried everything else to control my mac mini media center that sits headless in my closet. This app is the best, hands down. Goes on my top 5 greatest products for 2011.

Amazing. This app has turned my ipad & iphone into giant remotes. I've got my MacBook hooked up to my tv and now I don't have to touch my laptop at all. Got the app on sale, but it would have been worth it full-price.

Excellent controller. No problems connecting to various Mac and Windows boxes--even 'unfreezing' one when its Bluetooth went down. Connecting to my office Xserve over VPN at home from my phone is a huge timesaver. Best VNC client for iOS.

Fantastic for controlling Macs!. Enough said.

Full version rocks!. I tried several VNC apps (including Remotix Light), and the full version is awesome. The light version did not work well for me, so I sprang for the full version, and was very happy I did. I am running a headless Mac mini with Screensharing, REAL VNC, AND running VM's with VmWare's Fusion product (using screen sharing, REAL VNC, and the VmWare's VNC capabilities), both on a LAN, and across a WAN (using port forwarding) all without issue. The Remotix full version beats out the others in overall speed, connectivity, and interface use-ability. The grayscale mode really makes things fly when using mobile broadband (thank you). Simply put, I must have tried 10 or 15 others (full, versions iat that), and the Remotix seems to be the best. FWIW, THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW FROM A REAL PAYING CUSTOMER.

Excellent. I use this now to operate and monitor my remote backup computer from my bed using my iphone. It works amazingly well and has saved me a bunch of time and hassle. Well worth the money.

LOVE it!. I love this app. I have a home server and about 6 Virtual Machines running that I'm always tinkering with. This app lets me work with them quickly and easily from my iPad and/or iPhone. I love it.
