No digital card access. Please note that not all our Members are able to use the Digital Membership Card at this time. We are working hard to make this feature available to all our Members through updates to them Priority Pass app. If you do have a Digital Membership Card, we highly recommend that you carry your physical membership card with you when you travel, as a back-up. This from their website says it all. It’s been months since they took away digital card support. Either they are not hiring the right people to fix the problem or they are not making enough money from all these premium credit cards to pay for storage of these digital cards in the cloud.

Nothing seems to work here. I’m trying to activate my membership and I’ve follow the instructions to do so on the app. I’ve tried to activate by membership number and it couldn’t finish the activation process. There were no error to inform me what went wrong, I submitted the form and there was no feedback at all. The technical issues with the activation flow and sign up is utterly disappointing and this app is completely unusable. Please spend more time on testing before releasing this kind of products to consumers. I then tried to submit a feedback regarding this issue online and there were issues submitting this issue online too. Honestly nothing seems to work here and I really wonder what are they even doing?!

Want offline and offer filtering. I’m still waiting for Priority Pass to add back the ability to off-line the information— we were told that would come back, is that ever going to happen? I wish it would remember recent searches. I really wish there were separate sections for the “offers” and for the lounges. You all know perfectly well nobody joined Priority Pass for the offers...we join it for the lounges, and I don’t think I know a single person who actually gives a darn about the offers. It is annoying to look up an airport (BWI, for example) and see all five concourse is listed. Then I have to tap each one to see which one contains the lounge. This is not helpful, it is annoying. It should be lounges and offers as separate categories, then show which concourses have those things.

Horribly unreliable app consistent with equally horribly unreliable website. I’ll give it to Priority Pass - they’re nothing if kit consistent, as in consistently unreliable. I had a bunch of glitches with my login on the website that no one could figure out, so I tried to see if the app was any better. Oddly enough, despite non-stop problems with my login on the website, the exact same credentials worked without issue on the app. Go figure. However, when I try to save my Priority Pass card to my Apple Wallet from the app, I keep getting an error that says “We had a problem adding your card to the wallet. Please try again when you’re online.” Except I am online each and every time I’ve tried this. I’ve tried updating the app, and deleting/re-installing it, none of which makes a difference when you’re dealing with a developer like PP that makes a shoddy product (both on the web and in their app) and doesn’t care enough or know how to support it.

Unable to add card to Apple wallet.. While the app is perfectly fine for quickly finding the lounges and restaurants available in the particular airport I'm in, I'm greeted with "We had a problem trying to add your card to the wallet. Please try an when you are online," anytime I try to add the mobile card to my Apple Wallet, thus still forcing me to carry my physical Priority Pass card around with me - even after removing and reinstalling the app.

No lounge access for me. The app is okay; however I cannot recommend this program or service. I arrived at Orlando International Airport at around 2:00 pm and proceeded to The Club MCO as directed by the app. I stood in a short line where guests were allowed in, then I was told that I would have to give my name and phone number to be added to a waiting list. I did and then proceeded to the Delta Sky Club lounge, where I worked in comfort for three hours. Then I went back to The Club MCO, where again other people were being let in and, again, was told that I would have to out my name on a list with an expected wait time of two hours. I also checked, and the list was blank, even though I added my name to the list three hours prior and was never called. I am giving the app only one star because it obviously does not fulfill its intended purpose, to allow Priority Pass members access relax and enjoy Priority Pass lounges. I am going back to the Delta Sky Lounge, where I am a welcome member.

Digital pass. I’ve had my priority pass card for my years but didn’t know about the digital pass until recently. As any user would expect, that I could go to my priority pass app and see my digital pass. But nope. Priority pass has made it uber complicated to set up your digital pass. Magically somehow I figured out how to get my digital pass number. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it hoping now my digital card would show up. But nope. Still no digital app. I use apps all the time, but this is the most unintuitive process I’ve been through for an existing priority pass account and digital membership.

Unavailable. The Priority Card is only good if the airport lounge accepts it or the lounge is not full. This limits availability. One time when my flight was delayed and it would have been so nice to kick back, the lounge was full, but there was lots of room. It appears that they give priority to other lounge pass providers. Alaskan Airlines at SeaTac no longer accepts the Priority Pass. Maybe Chase should consider improving their contracts with the lounges so that they are available more often.

No face ID yet? password reset doesn’t work. The app auto logged me out and then I couldn’t remember my password since I use this app so infrequently. Why don’t you use Face ID like every other app? To make it worse, the password reset function doesn’t work. I tried it twoce over the period of 2 hours but still no pw reset email (yes I checked my spam email). So I called Priority Pass and got bounced around and then they finally told me to call my bank, which I did but Chase bounced me around to several people who cannot help me. Finally fot disconnected. What a joke. I have CSR and Amex Plat but the PP benefit is a joke

Membership tied to a single PP Card. I’ve been a long-time user of Priority Pass. The app is excellent and has good functionality. However, my main frustration is that the online account is tied to a single Priority Pass card. These days, every travel Credit Card offers a PP card. The Priority Pass card that I activated my online account with has expired. Since then, I have been unable to use the app (and the digital card function), even though I have three other active Priority Pass cards.

Useless. I have had this for over 10 years and i only twice used the lounge. Every time I fly it’s not in my terminal or in the airport I fly out of. On my last flight to Rome my priory pass suggested I use air Indian lounge it was on the other side of terminal So I made the hike. Once I arrived I was told that this is not the case. He had a big sign saying no priority lounge access. This pass is not worth the space the app takes on my phone. It makes you feel like a bottom feeder. If there is room and the food is about to go bad and the receptionist is in a good mood then they might let you in. But only four passengers of priority pass at a time.

Extremely unclear how to use to find actual lounges. Have used this program and app for over 7 years, the most recent iteration of this app is extremely hard to navigate in terms of clear information— for example, I’m at LAX and pretty sure we have at least one lounge at TBIT with KAL. In the old days you would’ve clicked LAX and a list of eligible lounges would show up. Now all I see is a map— and that map doesn’t even show lounges? What the heck is up here, devs? Or did we just lose all access here in LA? 😂💦 Please give back the clarity of just telling us if we have lounges in our airport or not. That’s the primary reason for your apps existence. Thx.

Gotten worse and worse. I used to find this app worked well and was simple. Now it never displays either of my priority pass cards and most often cannot even log in. Further every time I open it and click to search for a lounge it has to “download new data”. Why? Just keep the data in the app and stop downloading it every time. You don’t get new lounges that often this shouldn’t be a problem. This is so annoying, especially when traveling internationally or in an airport with limited data. Fix the app!!!!!

Limited Access. The app itself works fine, and I appreciate the ability to have a virtual card. However, I recently got the service to use on a recent trip across several airports, and I noticed that the vast majority of lounges are closed to cardholders because of capacity (even though there are clearly open tables inside). This seems to defeat the point of the service, if I can’t actually get in anywhere then what am I paying for? That being said, a huge benefit would be to at least indicate in the app whether a given lounge was at capacity. The only thing more frustrating than being turned away is trekking across the airport to do so. Having that would at least set expectations and make finding a replacement less stressful.

First Visit. Unfortunately, our first visit isn’t going very well. We are at TPA. The FD lady did not even acknowledge us, so we are standing there like idiots waiting. When I finally ask her if we are in the right place, she seemed perturbed. My husband was needing to be on a call for work and she is taking her sweet time. My husband goes ahead and finds a spot. Maritza, the FD agent, finally goes to find us a table only to find that it needs cleaning. Not sure what I paid for really.

Excellent iPad support. Can’t say how thankful I am that the app natively supports tablets, and is not merely just an iPhone app that can be stretched to the iPad screen as this would leave bars of empty space on each side. The tablet support is extremely helpful when navigating airport maps, allowing me to zoom in and use the full screen’s real estate, which is necessary time-to-time when using an iPad/tablet on an airplane that’s about to land at an airport I’m not familiar with.

App fails after going backwards. App was functional but reversed to go downhill (changed from 3 to 1 stars). It is clunky and there are a lot/too much navigation. You have to wade thru Offers to find lounges. You cannot select to search for lounges or offers at the start. So you search in Seattle and have to wade thru all the terminals to find only two lounges (and the (usually goofy 10%) offers in all if them. An airport with 5 terminals may have one or no lounges - but you have to click each to find that out. REALLY? Separate lounges from offers at the initial search - it shouldn’t be this complex or arcane. Available Lounges seem to be reducing in number, particularly in western US :(

Times out!. Unfortunately I have the priority pass for quite some time now and tried once again to use the pass to enter the lounge here innLAX international Tom Bradley Building, and it was 8:30, after finally finding the lounge, I was upset to see they were closed at 7:30 😡I pay quite a bit to have this perk and I’m unable to use it. This is the second time and fir the same reasons I was unable to use the amenities of the lounge. I was going to be waiting 21/2 hours till my flight was to depart. So this is why I rated a 1 star. Seriously it is not worth having if I cannot use the amenities, I think I’m going to search out another card to use, that offers a lounge that is open. I also visited another lounge when looking for the priority pass lounge and theirs stayed open till 10:30pm. I’m sure you understand the disappointment

Why one need a membership for American Express. I’m writing to you about the bad experience with your lounge room experience every time I try to get in. With no success today I am was told that I have to wait one more hour to get in because my flight leaves more then four hours later. I’ m very tired and I have 10 more hours to go to my flight to Chicago and I can’t get in because of this rule. I’m very disappointed with American Express. My husband and I have been a member of American Express for more than 40 years and we have seen a lot of changes but this time I had!!! It’s very frustrating and I don’t think I can deal with this kind of situation every time o came to visit this lounge!! Every single time I came to this lounge I get panic attacks and have the worst feeling that I’ll be stopped and denied entry. And of course! Today I’m waiting outside. I’m wandering if this is the way you treat yours. Ana agorio

Yotel Lounge Review. We are a member of Priority Pass traveling from the US to Morocco, laying over in Charles De Gaule, Paris, for approx. 11 hours. We went to Explore Paris City for most of the time and thinking about relaxing in the lounge before boarding the airplane at 6:35PM. To our surprise when we arrived at the Yotel Lounge, there is a limitation of 3 hrs in the lounge, which is unheard of, furthermore the refreshments, snacks & beverages, are so minimal. Not a lot of selection and they are in a vending machine....are you kidding me??? This is way substandard compare to the other Priority Pass Lounge I have ever visited. We managed to relax with the 10 euro allotment beverages/snacks. But if we have to rate this lounge...it will score a POOR. Being in Paris De Gaule Airport, the facility has to be upgraded to be comparable worldwide. Thank you.

Terrible! NONE at LAX (2nd largest city in US). So disappointed with Priority Pass! (A) How is it possible for them NOT to have at least one lounge (actually should have several lounges considering the # of passengers served) at LAX airport! Mind boggling!! Never even imagined that would be the case. Come on Priority Pass, get your act together. So disappointing! (B) At Boston Logan airport we were denied entry bc the lounge was giving preference to other passengers over Priority Pass customers. What? And they charge a fee for this access so their customers can be denied access! What a racket!! I’d say don’t get their membership and use that $$ to buy yourself a good meal at the airport on your own, at least till they make major improvements.

Archaic to not give all members a digital card. I travel a lot and forgot my physical card at home. I called the Priority Pass number and they said that because I got the service through my credit card, they don’t offer the digital pass but I can call my bank to ask for it. Guys, it’s 2019. I can pay for my groceries without cash or physical credit cards and link my headphones to my friggin watch and listen to music without WiFi or cell data. How is this a luxury service if you’re still stuck in the 90s requiring busy travelers to carry physical cards with them, and not only that, actually have the digital option available to only certain groups of users and make it hard for them to even find the info they need for this? I give 2 stars for the app providing info about the lounges.

Easy to use. The app UI is very streamlined and intuitive to use. After using the app regularly, I’ve noticed there could be a few tweaks to reduce repetitive actions. 1. Suggesting nearby airports/lounges on the main screen based on your location. 2. Often times I’m switching between my digital boarding pass and the app to confirm my terminal/gate. Whenever you leave the priority app, your progress is lost causing me to find the airport again. This frustrating when booking multiple flights and trying to align flights or layovers with airlines and terminals you have access to through priority. If the app would remember your progress before switching out, it would be very helpful. In conjunction with #1 this could save time and enhance the user experience. Perhaps including recent searches on the main screen would help too. Thanks!

Not easy to use, and lounge location is not clear.. I’ve been member of priority select for many years but honestly I only had three times ever using the lounge because of one of the following: 1. There isn’t any lounge at the terminal (which is always true for all my domestic flights from LGA) 2. Priority app purposefully provide extremely vague instruction on the location of the lounge, e.g, “Concourse E on level 2 and it’s straight ahead.” Ahead of which direction? Between which two gates or any specific nearby store? Any maps help to locate?? Just useless instructions that I guess is on purpose so that they don’t get too many visitors. 3. Got denied because they are only open to first and business class passengers only. This is true especially for name brand airline lounges. The app doesn’t have any way to figure out which lounge is available for regular passengers with priority pass like us.

Cozumel, beautiful paradise. Very poor Customer Service at Coral VIP Lounch.. First experience at this VIP airport Lunch. Felt totally disrespected/unwelcome by the lady at the entrance. Doble check our passes, asked us for photo ID, asked us in a stern way to sanitize our hands (I observe we were the only ones that she was asking and checking). We were told there is a limit of 3 beers at the bar. And when we finally proceeded to take a seat, we’re told the seats are for two people! To use only one sofa for the two of us!. Again, I notice the people behind we’re treated this way. On our next stop DFW, much, much better experience.

This is not what’s expected from a VIP Lounge Experience. Unfortunately, I had very high expectations on this membership. I’ve traveled to many locations from London to Paris, Mexico to the United States and they all seem to have a huge need in their food selection. I have no problem paying a bit more for their services but at least have better food quality to choose from. As of now, this company should already know the travelers choices. And they are not even meeting the standards of a VIP Lounge. I will not continue my membership next year. I’m sure there are other memberships I can take advantage of with better food options.

Orlando A terminal club. DISGUSTING is a great word to describe the place. The furniture is very abused and filthy. I would not even sell it at a thrift store. There are industrial extension cords running along the floor. The place is in desperate need of a refurbishment On a positive note The staff is excellent prompt and every friendly. They try there best to clean the old run down stained furniture. But. It’s hard to clean a chair with years of stains and splits in the vinyl so you can see the inner padding

A useless pass that works 60% of the time. Out of the 9 airports internationally in southeast Asian and along the west coast of U.S, only 5 worked, that’s 55%. Priority Pass app did not update for a long time and so many lounges stopped their access: Alaska in Seattle, Terminal Bradley in LAX, KLA in Taipei TPE T1. It’s frustrating. The replacements are pathetic coffee shops and restaurants with limited options. ONT California Aspire lounge was also closed after 3 pm. SFO has 3 lounges in the International terminal and all are useless in the afternoon: China Airline lounge turns away Priority Pass holders between 11am-3pm, KLM is on temp renovation location and only gives takeaway doggy bag (not allowed to sit down), and British Airways opens only 5-11:30 am; so you cannot use any lounge during the prime afternoon hours for your flight. Horrible! Anyone thinking about getting a membership should consider otherwise!

Priority Pass via American Express Finally Worked. While I don’t travel that often I’ve tried using Priority Pass a few times over the past few years. It was always either the wrong pass level or I forgot my physical card. On a trip through Copenhagen I again didn’t have my card, but looked on the App Store and found the Priority Pass App. #lifesaver. I ended up delayed for several hours and the lounge made it as nice of an experience as you can have with a delay. So happy I tried again

Apple Wallet Issue. Just activated my account. Tried to add the digital card to Apple wallet. The app errors out, and states that I must try again when I’m online. But I’ve been online the whole time! Please fix this glitch as soon as possible. You’re definitely not putting your best foot forward for a new customer. Update - Finally got my physical card, so I guess that’s progress. However, still encounter the same glitch and error message when attempting to add the digital card to my Apple Wallet. I don’t feel like anyone at the company really cares. There has been absolutely zero follow-up from them.

Terrible app nothing works. My family and I just recently went to Italy and tried to Priority Pass Lounges at the airports during our layovers. None of the staff would accept priority pass cards so I’m not sure why they gave us cards? Tried to register my card to this app and the app kept crashing? Luckily the Amex card allowed us access into the lounges without question but it blew my mind that the advertisement for Priority Pass was on the sign outside of the lounge, but the employees didn’t know why I gave them that card they only accepted Amex 😂 so… 0/10 from our experience. Not sure what priority pass is or how it can benefit me when none of the staff knew what to do with it…. Just my experience… I felt like sharing. I hope others have a better time than us.

Just not worthwhile. Great concept but the reality is that most lounges seem to hate it. They routinely close the lounges to Priority Pass holders due to capacity constraints, and (just to preempt a false explanation from PP) this isn’t a temporary problem. The lounges are (obviously!) built for the capacity of travelers that they expect to pass through, not for this additional Priority Pass population. I feel like Priority Pass was able to market themselves and secure partnerships due to the excess lounge capacity caused by COVID — but that’s passed now. It’s a useless product if you can’t actually use your pass during travel hours!

Easy to Navigate. Some concerns.. The app itself has a great interface and is easy to navigate. I found it easy to check my connection airports for lounges. When I tried to add my card to the wallet, an error message appeared. It said something along the lines of, “Please check back when online. Unable to connect to Wallet”. When I searched for other users with this problem I found a great number who found the same issue. They contacted support and were said it would be fixed. This was almost 2 weeks ago. Still not resolved. I hope this is fixed soon.

New digital car verification. So I have had a digital card for the last couple years. Logged into app today and clicked digital card and the camera came up. We must verify who you are. Camera opens up and say play with physical card in front of camera ? I don’t have the card anymore. So I no longer have the digital card to use. Called support line and they were unaware of what to do

$32 Hamburger. Needing supper before a late night flight I approached a sit down restaurant at IAD. To my surprise there was a Priority Pass announcement at the hostess station, so I asked what it meant. The hostess said if a member of Priority Pass they’d give me $28 off my bill. I said, but wont Priority Pass charge me? She assertively said no. So u offered my card. I had a $16 hamburger with fries, well under $28. Much to my surprise my credit card showed a charge for $32 from Priority Pass for that night. (I’d not used it at an airline or other lounge). That’s outrageous for a burger listed on the menu at $16.

Blackout Periods - Low-Priority Pass. I had Priority Pass for one year and managed to use it once at LAX (Alaska Air). The common theme was that the lounges refused Priority Pass customers anywhere around peak times (e.g. 10am to 2pm, then 4pm to 7pm) and only allowed the particular lounge-membership customers. The app was no help in this regard. I had also provided memberships to my adult son and two adult daughters with the hope that their travels would be more pleasant. Same story, more blackout periods than access to lounges. When I think of Priority Pass I think of my adult daughter calling, crying, from the airport after being cattle herded between canceled flights and having to spend most of the night in the Airport. What tipped her to tears? A rude and snobby refusal from the only Priority Pass “accessible” lounge open. The app said the lounge was open to Priority Pass members at the time period… the stringy blond door-Nazi said otherwise. At least if the app and service could tell you the Priority Pass Members hours of access for any given lounge in ** real time **, it could set expectations early rather than having to trudge all over hill and dale in O’Hare looking for a lounge that will admit Priority Pass members. Two stars because this app results in great cardio workouts racing around airports trying to find a lounge (that might let you in) before your next flight! Low Priority, I’ll Pass

No Priority. We just got back from a 2 week vacation in Europe. We were only able to use the Priority Pass as advertised, one time! We were in LAX, Heathrow, Charles De Gaulle and Yerevan Airports(the only one we were able to use). There aren’t any lounges for popular stops so you’d have to go from one terminal to another to get to them. When you do find the lounge, you’re not a priority! If there’s other people from other flying memberships, they get to go in first and you’re out of luck when it’s full. I just didn’t see the benefit, I could have just paid to get into the Yerevan lounge, no need for Priority Pass. Waste of my money

Worth the money, most of the times. It is a good perk to have when you travel but it is dissapointing that some lounges have limited hours, some that dont change their food/menu for months and months and some that you can access only before security check or if you are in transfer, you have to exit, go to lounge and then pass security again and that is what does not make sense because you will “save” money but waste a lot of time. Not bad anyway

What good is the app if it doesn’t open when I need it?. After standing in an absurd line to drop my bag, I thought that at least I would be able to go rest in the lounge that I pay for. I have the app on my phone so I don’t carry the card (yet another card to carry). I saw that the app was updated 2 days ago for bug fixes and improvements. Now I sit here and see the app spin and spin. Nothing happens. It starts but hangs. I have tried switching to WiFi but it still doesn’t work. It isn’t connectivity because I am able to access the web. That is how I am leaving this review. This is a situation where it earns a single star. If it wasn’t a good interface or something that would be a 3 star or 4 star app because it has one job. Get me into the lounge. When it can’t do that one job, it is a completely useless app. Thanks for nothing.

Okay app. The app seems to work just fine. I’ve been enjoying this lounge program and app for almost four years. It’s great to have lounge access in so many airports, especially since Amex lost so many of its airline lounge partners. I have long been frustrated about such limited lounge access when I’m in Australia. The $36 credit Priority Pass has arranged at various cafes and bars in that country’s airports are a welcome compromise. Prior to this recent update (Dec 2018), I could have rated the app more favourably, however... the good people at Priority Pass have recently decided to lunch a discount program, whereby we members are offered small discounts (10% off this or that, buy a 30 min spa treatment and receive an extra 5 mins, etc). Discounts are great, but unfortunately they’ve shoved them into the same section as the lounge listings. Case in point: check airport LGA (NY/NJ LaGuardia). It looks as though you have options at three terminals. But after you waste 10 mins with your slow airport data, you realise there are no actual lounge partners; just 10% discount coupons at places you wouldn’t care to shop. I understand the need for PP to build additional revenue streams, but could they (you) please not do it in a way that compromises the usability of your program and app..?! Maybe move offers to a different tab, where I can choose to peruse or ignore them. Cheers.

PLEASE CLARIFY membership access. I have Priority Pass Select via Chase Sapphire Reserve and I’ve gone mad trying to figure out what’s accessible with my membership. Apparently, it’s nothing… unless you want to chill in a gaming lounge at LAX. My god. There is NO CLARIFICATION OR DETAILS on the website. PAIN POINT: It’s not clear for users/members that Priority Pass lounges and Airline lounges are DIFFERENT. I had been under the assumption that Priority Pass gives access to all lounges, and wasn’t aware that we’re restricted to Priority Pass lounges only. The app lets you see ALL lounges at the airport - that’s why I assumed we would have access. Huge disappointment…

No update or space info. no ability to reserve space until you are at terminal. We have been using this service at Orlando I to for many years and this is the first time we could not get in at all. They also had no time frame for how long it would take to get access. What is the point of having the lounge pass if you can not use it. If space is too limited they should put a time limit on people in the Lounge so more can have access . No update on availability, they said they will text us if space opens up. This may be the last year we keep this card

The downloading wait is a drag. Sometimes I try to look at a lounge and I have to wait a few minutes (or seconds depending) for the app to download all of the airport and lounge data I ask please either 1) lookup as I search 2) allow me the option to predownload for offline use and update the list when I want to (pop ups and notifications acceptable). I’d also be happy with background updates I’m the end, I see that waiting cursor and I ditch for lounge buddy which also usually has more photos and reviews I love priority pass and I will switch this feedback to a 5 star with a response

“Low-Priority” pass.. you may get lucky and put on a waitlist.. Don’t plan to arrive at the airport early to take advantage of your priority pass. In my experience, you’re most likely to be told that the lounge is full or that they have limited priority pass capacity. In some cases, you’ll be put on a waitlist and texted when it becomes available to you 30-60 minutes later (right before your flight boards)… too many people have this “perk” attached to their credit card and in most cases, it’s a joke. Get an AMEX platinum if you are often in major airports as the centurion lounges are night and day better and I’ve never been turned away.

App no longer works with Apple Wallet. I’ve been trying to add my new cards to Apple Wallet for the past month, and re-add old ones after deleting them. The app will not add any of my 3 accounts to Apple Wallet, regardless of whether I’m connected to the internet via WiFi or a 5G cellphone signal. It only provides the following error message: “We had a problem trying to add your card to the wallet. Please try again when you are online.” I have been online the entire time during each attempt. And apparently no one answers email support requests sent via the website.

What a disappointment. Here We are in Heathrow airport, just flew in on American Airlines to be shuttled to gate5, British Airlines. We arrived at the Lounge with Priority Pass in hand( after registering on line) and we are told to scan the image … we did and then the hassle of filling out the information only to have it say they can’t locate the site I’m looking for at this time!!! We are waiting and watching as 100’s of others are accepted in and still here we wait!! We are members of AMX platnium, interval international Platnium and the Priority Pass and still we are waiting to get in!!! What a joke!!! I’m am so disappointed and all will hear of this !!! Latest update preventing login (Update). Update: within days of me identifying this problem the developers fixed it and it is working fabulously! So I have updated my rating to five stars, especially for the responsiveness of the developers. I have used this app for years now with no problems at all but since they updated to this latest version neither me nor my husband are able to log into the app rendering it useless for us. We have no problem logging in on the website, only the App. Fix this problem and I will bring you back to a five star rating.

Can’t add pass to Apple wallet. No matter what I do. I am unable to add my Priority Pass to my Apple wallet, which is very frustrating. I’m seeing an error message that I need to be online to add the pass and I am connected to Internet, but the issue persists indefinitely. Update: The customer service team reached out to me and assured me that they are working on a fix for this. I appreciate the prompt update and have adjusted my rating accordingly. Thank you!

Priority pass got much worse than it used to be. PriorityPass does not feel like a “priority” anymore. Busy airports have a very limited selection of lounges and usually are overcrowded with priority pass members. In my experience, many lounges are limiting when PriorityPass members can enter the lounge to off peak times or you have to wait in line for at least half an hour to enter. Quality of lounges offered have also declined. I had roundtrip to Hawaii in October through HNL, one lounge had about an hour of wait another lounge had barely any space and offered only soft drinks and magazines to read. I don’t think PriorityPass should sell its membership to more members without expanding availability of lounges first.

Worthless app. I got lounge access through my Amex card. This app is just not that helpful. The lounge service is paltry to non-existent. I travel maybe twice a year. I got to LAX today. Open the app. It asked for my password. Of course, the app told me that I typed the wrong password. I had to reset it. And then the app told me that I can’t use the same password. After I got in the app, I chose the airport. I don’t see a lounge. And the app doesn’t tell you that. It lists a place that you get a10% discount if you spend over $25. I did a google search which tells me that there’s a lounge as of November 2022. I called customer service. I had a hard time understanding the man’s accent. After about 5 minutes, the man told me that priority pass does not have a lounge at LAX. What a waste of my time!! This isn’t an airport in the middle of no where. If you don’t have a lounge there, please say so clearly. Don’t waste your customer’s time. Frankly, I am disappointed with Amex as well. Please don’t provide this type of worthless add-on benefit.

Not much value for high money. My flight from Sydney International airport takes off 8:00am or 9:00am and airport authority asking all passengers to be at airport 3 hours before flight, which means at 5:00 or 6:00 am already at airport I bought the yearly pass and paid aud600+ to be surprise the HOUSE lounge does not open until 7:00am???????? Not VPN compatible. The app is getting a 3 star review for the time being as I have not had time to test its functionality. I am concerned and have asked PP to fix the “problem” - viz. it is not VPN transparent- you have to disable your VPN to log on. That said, it does appear that once you have logged on and rebooted the VPN, full functionality is available :-)

Great when working. From the reviews it seems that the ability to add the membership card to Apple Wallet had been broken for a while and as at time of writing is still broken. Quite a long while to rectify.

Making the best of it. I look forward to my holidays especially heading overseas. Long flights can put a dampener on the start of your trip. To have a priority pass lounge to look forward to is an amazing blessing. Our bodies are refreshed, relaxed and ready for the next flight. We love our priority pass and the luxury it offers.

Careful. If you have multiple cards be careful not to get your numbers mixed up... the customer service is the worst ever encountered! As a holder of a card with access to an unlimited number of entries I accidentally entered a wrong number on the app, not knowing I was in possession of another card given to me by my bank, which only gave me two free entries After checking my cc statement I saw that I was charged multiple times for PO lounge access. Having contacted Priority Pass they denied this ever happened and continued to charge me. Having sent them multiple emails they finally realised what happened, explained to me that I have another card but would not refund the money, in fact they were rude and did not respond to several emails As a person who travels internationally every week I will never sign up for PP again... it’s cheaper to go to a nice restaurant at the airport, or get a massage before the flight... and the service will definitely be better!

Not value for money. I don’t think this card offers much at Sydney Airport and what it does is not value for money.

Disappointed. I saw an ad stating 10 free visits. No such thing! Free drinks is wrong as there is only free beer or sodas. I don’t drink beer. You pay for every visit ($US32) and then pay for your drinks. There is a 3 hour time limit. We had a 8 hour stopover in Hong Kong!!! There is a shortage of comfortable chairs. Sitting at a dinner table for 3 hours isn’t relaxing. In Hong Kong the furniture is old and needs replacing. You have to book and walk outside to the showers and there are only 2 women’s toilets servicing over 200 people. The table tops are unclean and my overall visit was very disappointing. I visited 2 different lounges in transit on the way over and then the way back. I purchased 2 cards and was not advised that all charges for both cards would go on my credit card. Not worth your money!!. I’ve purchased 10 lounge visits with PP about a month ago as I had a couple of trips planned. The product looked appealing and I thought it was a great deal. Unfortunately, my experience was unpleasant. In 1 lounge I was asked to only sit in an allocated area. This was not mentioned to me when I checked in to the lounge and was very embarrassing as it was done around other lounge guests. The shower facility in the venue was also not included and I was asked to go into a different location if I wanted to have a shower. The staff in this HK lounge was clearly not loving the Priority Pass collaboration. A couple of week after, different lounge in HK, had a line of 20 people waiting at 5:30am in the morning. We were told that we will have to wait until other guests will leave the lounge. Basically, we could not receive the service we paid for. So far, pretty disappointing, right? Well.. that’s not all. For the last review I’ve made, Priority Pass have asked me to provide a phone number to be contacted by a consultant, however, all the consultant did is offer another apology and refused to take any responsibility: 1. For the first lounge as it’s not listed in their lounges anymore. 2. For the second lounge being full as the terms and conditions stats they don’t promise the lounge will have capacity. I really didn’t see any point in contacting me to be honest. I also thought it was rude that the call was disconnected (deliberate or not) and he did not bother to contact again and finish the call. I mentioned to him that according to our conversation, Priority Pass does not value its guests and will not do much to offer anything but an apology for their part. I know for sure that once the 1 year expires, I will never rebook with Priority Pass and I will definitely recommend others to avoid wasting their money as well. Can’t add to Apple wallet. Not sure if this is the app bug or Apple iPhone12 bug or the IOS14 bug. Somehow it seems that add to Apple wallet is broken whenever I try to add the card to Apple wallet, it always has pop up msg says that can’t add the card to wallet try it again when I online. But I am actually online with full internet access. No idea why...... I still give 3 stars because I am not entirely sure if this is the bug from app.

Lounge priority pass review. I’m disappointed that that my flight time is before one available lounge opens , and the other lounge available to me closes 1 hour before my flight leaves . The process of getting into all of these lounges is harder every time I renew. It’s very disappointing and I feel ripped off as a customer .

Waste of money and time..a scam.. I have had annual passes for the last 3 years and have NEVER been able to use them. Just 2 weeks ago I attempted to enter a Priority Pass lounge in Thessaloniki and was told my account had expired! I attempted to reinstate my account in July when I was told this again, in ATH. I have NEVER used a pass in 3 years and the least they could do is say, sure we will reinstate ur account and ur welcome to come in. I have the pass by virtue of my credit card and I am charged crazy fees to have some privileges. Don’t waste ur time on this one as they will always have an excuse not to let u into their crappy lounge.

Worse money spent ever. I have it since Dec 2021 and I travel a lot and I can’t never find a lounge. I am now at LaGuardia and I can’t acesse any service. I will loose 8 passes because I can’t never find where to use in the airports. No Toronto, no LaGuardia, no Puerto Vallarta, no Detroit or Atlanta. The only two airports that I found lounges were in Brazil and Vietnam.

This feature needs to be added on this app and Apple wallet please!. I hold several priority passes through different credit cards. I put all my pass on my Apple Wallet. It’s so tedious to fumble which pass to use depending on the nature of my trip (as I use specific card whether for business or pleasure). It would be nice if Priority Pass app would put a label on each pass whether from app or Apple Wallet from which credit card and company where I obtained to pass from (i.e., indicate if the Pass came from Amex Platinum, Amex Platinum for Business, Amex Gold card, etc…) Until this very useful feature is added, 4 stars for now.

Priority pass not accepted everywhere. Not very happy with some airports where Periority pass are acceptable, e.g. in Cairo where the priority pass accepted the food and service is garbage, in Paris only Yotel accept, very far and only one pack of snack, a cold drink and coffee. It’s way to far from gate E terminal 2, you have take train and pass through security to reach for a coffee and snack. The best lounges do not accept it, Addis airport priority pass not accepted….

Don’t participate if you live in Canada. There are very limited lounge access in Canadian Airports. They use to have a contract with Plazza Premium Lounge but I guess they lost this?

All my priority passes were cancelled with no prior advisory. I have total of 10 priority passes per year from 2 travel credit cards expiring 2023 and 2024. Suddenly, I was informed in Barcelona Sleep and Fly that my membership has been cancelled. No prior warning nor explanations.

Access. We have travelled to Alaska , South America, Caribbean, England Vancouver etc. and not once have there been a lounge available in the terminals we’ve visited !! This was one of the determining factors for our using this card and it has not been helpful at all !! Very disappointed .

Very disappointing. Very disappointing. I have been in airport lounges before and this was no where near as good or relaxing. This was like being in a McDonalds fast food or a collage cafeteria. Plastic chairs and tables and no relaxing easy chairs. Young children bumping into you as you are trying to use the food buffet. The food was warm and OK, not up to the other lounge standards. I would not have joint if I had attended this lounge before signing up. My wife said “that membership fee was a waste of money”. I certainly hope that the other Priority Pass lounges are much better.

Useless service. I got some thing, although it’s unclear watt, when I pay American Express Canada $250 a year. I thought I would be able to use the Priority Pass for lounge access. However, I was wrong. It’s only available for international flights. And the next opportunity I would’ve had to use it they are closed before my flight departs. So this is not a great reason to get an AMEX gold card or use Priority Pass as a lounge access service.

Few available lounges anywhere. I’ve tried to use this service multiple times. Houston Intercontinental Airport- there are several lounges in the terminals. I stood outside of them thinking I’ll use my pass and relax. Not one in which I can use Priority Pass. Only small discount on some food. Denver? Worthless LAX? Worthless Charlotte? One lounge company they have a contract with and it was full Chicago O’Hare? Worthless It appears the Priority Pass company wants to partner with banks that offer high end credit cards as a “benefit” without providing an actual benefit. I will infer the contracts with airlines to have access to their lounges got to where Priority Pass doesn’t want to pay for those contracts as their profits would be very low. My prediction is this company either pays for the contracts with popular airlines to offer more lounge access, or this company won’t exist in 5 to 10 years. Priority Pass should be embarrassed.

The card does not show up in the app!. I received my priority pass instructions in the mail. I was instructed to download the app so I can start using the digital card. I have downloaded the app and setup an account, but the digital card option does not appear in the app. I saw someone else had the same problem. Customer service is also very difficult to work with and they do not provide a 1-800 number, only an international number. Absolutely terrible experience with priority pass lounges all around and especially with the app.

Lack of lounges - franchised locations poor. Where to begin with this nearly useless membership? Zero lounges at LAX one of the busiest airports and per corporate there are no plans to open any in the future. Zero lounges at SFO with only some discounts at a couple of airport restaurants and overpriced “spas”. When trying to use lounges I DID find at other airports found them to be very poor quality, lacking any food and even basic drinks (red wine and beer only at one location ?!!) Some lounges closing well short of regular business hours - closing at 3pm???? When writing to management about these issues was told that Priority Pass lounge locations are “franchises” so Priority Pass corporate has zero control over quality, hours of operation, or availability of amenities, food or drinks. So basically everything advertised to get you to join is extremely questionable and corporate takes no responsibility. A scam? Sure feels like it.

Lounges Lax. I went to a lounge with my Pass and they said I needed a reservation. There is no info on the app or website regarding reservations. I called Priority pass for help and they said they don’t off a service for reservations. Very frustrating as I had a layover and couldn’t use the service.

Awful app + website. Nothing works. I’ve been a member for years. Amex card expired a few weeks ago, so I logged in to update it. Made 3 attempts using the app, it lost my data each time. Then it told me to update the card on the website. I tried. It saved my card but didn’t renew the membership. Now I need to “call member services”. Yeah, nope. I’ll give it some time to see if it updates but will probably just delete my account. The access and available lounges were never very good anyway. Oh well.

Member since 2016. Priority Pass has given us the comfort and convenience when traveling international and layovers are unavoidable. Friendly service attendants for business and family leisure travel. The app is a must have on your mobile device/s! More features to help with worry free world wide travel! Thanks

App doesn’t recognize my membership #.. Tried to enter my priority pass number that appears on the front of my priority pass card and the Priority Pass app said I was not recognized as a “consumer.” Not a very flattering thing to be called anyway. Aside from this issue I have thoroughly enjoyed the lounges I have gone too via Priorty Pass. Guess I’ll just continue using this service but without using the app. Thanks

Not worth it. Update: once again, unusable. This time the Turkish Airline Lounge at Dulles. Dispute the app stating the hours are 6am-11pm daily. They are not accepting Priority Pass until 4:30pm. My flight is at 3:45pm. It’s 2:15. Complete waste. When there is a miracle, and you actually find a lounge that is in the Priority Pass network, more often than not, there is a sign in front of the lounge that says they are at capacity and no Priority Pass members will be admitted. So, while the app is good, it’s useless unless you can find an in-network lounge or just want to know where to read the sign that says you can’t enter.

Lax. LAX is not priority pass card friendly. KAL lounge is the only lounge listed for the Bradley international airport but they only accept the priority pass card after 11am. No use for a passenger like me who arrived there at 9am. I walked all the way to terminal 6 as Alaska lounge was on the list. When I got there, however, Alaska lounge had a notice stating that they would not accept the priority pass card due to limited capacity. Los Angeles is not a good place to change flight for the priority pass card holders. Updating the list would reduce the inconvenience.

Choices seem slim and shrinking. Still trying unsuccessfully to get my digital pass through the app. I get messages alerting me to a short delay in response each time I submit request for assistance but that call never comes. In EWR today - a major East Coast hub airport, and only option is Terminal B, British Airways Lounge which is only available to PP members for several hours and only until 2pm. I sure would appreciate a call back about getting the digital pass sorted out one day. I have held off on reviewing on social media channels so far.

Very nice people. Polite and compassionate support staff members. Both of them. Took two years to actually activate membership and really have not been able to find a lounge in any North American airport I visit. Perhaps Covid has caused them problems. This is a big travel year coming band I hope to use this membership often

Disappointed with program. I am disappointed with how widely the program is accepted, even at advertised lounges that won’t permit entry outside of times that are not specified on the site/app. I’m noticing an upsetting trend that so many lounges are leaving the program or changing the hours of accepting program members to only inconvenient times. Then, the program cannot get any new lounges into the fray, so they only offer you a discount at an overpriced and poor quality airport restaurant. For shame. It would be better to charge us more in dues and have wider and unconditional access to lounges than the crappy plan that is currently implemented.

Most lounges do not accept priority pass. My husband and I are facing the same issues for more than 1,5 years now. We travel a lot globally, but when it comes to going to lounge where PP is acceptable, we keep receiving same answer from reception: “sorry, we are full” (even we see they aren’t). I’m not sure maybe it’s because of COVID or priority pass pay less to lounges, but it’s annoying to receive such experience. Hopefully it will be changed soon, and we could enjoy attending lounges with PP as it was before 2020.

Never available. Tried twice to use. First time at DTW Lufthansa - “sorry we are landing a Lufthansa plane so you don’t have access. JFK only lounge is a paid massage lounge. Don’t waste your money on this service. Update: Customer service reached and suggested I contact them if I could not get access to a lounge. Thing is that is exactly what I did and was told “yes indeed they have their own rules.” I might suggest you contact the Lufthansa lounge and confirm the policy. Why would I call again? If you wish to contact me for real feedback I would be happy to chat.

App not working. I can log in to my account through a web browser but using the same user name and password I cannot log on through the App. It simply says ‘something went wrong’. This is not helpful. Hopefully it can be corrected.

Lounge options. I’ve been a member for two years now and have been able to use the Priority Pass in many airports - almost all the airports I’ve gone through have some PP option. The cost compared to what you get is really an outstanding value - definitely recommend to fellow travelers.

Always refreshing. I’ve been using my Priority Pass the last four years since discontinuing a particular membership club available only for one airline and only when ticketed on it. Now I can switch to any airline & use my Priority Pass to find a quick bit of refreshment and relaxation.

NEVER available. When we first got Priority Pass, we were able to get into numerous lounges, both domestically and internationally, but the last 5 or 6 times, at various airports and lounges over a period of about 6 months, we have been denied access each time. In most instances, the reply was to come back at 11:00 p.m.—what good is that!?!?!

Aurelioaurelio. Went to the lounge in New Orleans we were told that the lounge was full they took our phone number down . They would call us back to let us know when we could come back. We decided to sit by the entrance and wait we counted 18 people that left and no one was ever called to come back for in. So we decided to ask what was going on the place was empty and no one was let to go in. After waiting half an hour they told us that an airline had reserved the whole lounge. Why not tell us the truth in the first place so we would not have waited sitting on the floor.

Chicago to Dublin. Recently completed a trip to Ireland. The departure travel included a connection at London Heathrow. The Chicago (ORD) international terminal 5 lounge called Swissport was only admitting first class and business class members. That doesn’t seem right; PriorityPass should work to make them honor all pass holders. Heathrow was great for us. The lounge soon reached capacity and needed to limit access for later arriving members. Returning from Dublin, we connected through Philadelphia. In Dublin, the T2 lounge was closed (Covid staffing reasons..); T1 was who knows where? An airport worker incorrectly pointed us to a lounge called 51st and Green. It was after pre-American clearance. When we got there, they said they could only accommodate first class and business class. We were directed to go to T1 , which would mean we would have to go through certain security gauntlets once again. We declined to do so. Philadelphia- PriorityPass doesn’t offer a longe experience.

Buggy - on purpose?. Frequent bugs that almost seem like they want to make it more difficult for people to make use of their memberships. Worst one at the moment is every time the app is launched my screens brightness is turned all the way off so it’s difficult to even see it enough to get to the setting to turn the brightness up. The app frequently logs people out and doesn’t recognize known good passwords which may not be the app but backend services. But there is no reason for such frequent forced log out and deletion of login account from the app.

Thank god for this app!. Wife and I are in San Fran Int’l Airport at Yankee Pier. I’d never used my AMEX Priority Pass Card before so I just left it at home. Registered, Downloaded this...all in the restaurant (They were extremely fast at bringing the food out btw so if you’re in SF come here!!!) after digging through my emails and getting my member # I had my Digital Priority Pass in minutes and got $56 in free food/beer for the both of us!!!

Accepted at VERY few locations. I fly for work about twice a month and it seems like I am being turned away by more and more locations. In the two years that I have had priority pass they have decreased the amount of lounges that this is accepted at almost every month. The most shocking was when I flew to Atlanta recently and the only lounge accepted there is in the international terminal. The busiest airport in the world and not a single lounge on the HUGE domestic side? But thank God they added that lounge in Lima, Peru and wrote a big article about it to distract from the growing number of lounges that we can no longer access....

Denver Airport. Unfortunately I’m a member of American Express and I think you should note on your information that the Denver airport does not allow or permit the use of it with American Express card. Also the location is a terrible location is way at the end of terminal B. Very disappointed after traveling there in spending an extra 20 minutes to reach the place only to find out it did not except my American Express card. I don’t understand why you have this location

Don’t like shopping tabs. I ditto with about concerns. Why shopping and spa combine with the lounges locations. Sometimes I didn’t have too much of the in the airport and wanted to rest in the lounge for a little bit. It turned out that was for shopping. Can you please remove those advertisements and put them somewhere else?

Problems updating payment card. I like Priority Pass. But I’m at an airport now with PP card expireaug’25 and the lounge says my account is closed. My app says I need to update my card but when I go to change it under billing info there is no way to click on where the info should be input. I can login to my account only on browser and there I cannot change my info. Really poor website/ app for such a modern service.

Scammy. “Perk” there is no actual lounge access. You will be turned away for various reasons as the program is set up to discourage use. Limited time constraints, “waiting lists”, it’s embarrassing to use as you will likely be turned away or put on a list you will never be called on. Its a pain for employees at the partner restaurants as well and even some of them won’t take it anymore either. It’s a failing program. And to call it a perk for an annual fee is just a scam. For sure don’t PAY for this service and if you got it from Chase or Amex because you travel often...whoops.

Good idea, poor execution. You basically have to use a traditional website to make sure everything works well because the app does nothing but tell you where lounges are and substantiate your credentials. Nothing else inside the app works. You can’t update billing or account information. You can’t activate an account. The features are there visually but do nothing. Good idea but the app is half-baked.

Good one. This app has been doing what I expect. However, I by accident removed the PP card from apple wallet recently. But I find I cannot add it to my apple wallet as I did before. For now if I click the button “Add to Apple Wallet”, it will show the error message saying “We had a problem trying to add your card to the wallet. Please try again when you are online.” A bit frustrated by that. Perhaps some bugs there now?

Why So Difficult?. With the new version, is very cumbersome to see all available lounges/benefits available at an airport with multiple terminals (e.g., ATL) because you have to tap through each terminal individually. Who in the world thought that was a good idea? Developers, if you feel like you really need an additional screen to select a terminal, please add add a "view all" option. Or better yet, skip the terminal selection screen and just display all available benefits with the ability to filter by terminal if needed - don't make the app more frustrating to use when I'm navigating through a busy airport!

Not the best lounges available but works great. Pass will not give you access to the Business and First class lounges. Pass doesn’t provide access to some of the airlines high tier frequent flyer lounges either. It does provide access to a few lounges at almost all airports and these lounges, for the most part, work fine for a short layover.

Am I being scammed?. I ordered a Prestige Priority pass (top tier) expecting to get access to lounges and restaurants presented to me in the app. I started getting a monthly bill for $27. I called the customer service desk and they said my pass - the most expensive one. Does not give me the benefit of meals for myself and a guest. Then who does? I purchased the top tier card. The app grants me access and states that I have $28 in credit for my visit. I processed the transaction by scanning my pass and flight boarding pass. However, I was then billed $27 for the transaction. This has happened multiple times I called customer service and the receptionist told me that I do not have access, even though the app gives me access and lays out the terms. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would get a call back. I never got a call back. Is there an error or is this company pulling a bait and switch?

Inaccurate. Priority Pass services must have greatly diminished since Covid started, which would be fine if only they would update the app. Several times now I have traversed entire airports (in the US and abroad), only to find that the lounge no longer supports Priority Pass or that they have changed their hours and are closed. The app ought to have link where you can quickly report service changes (like Google maps)

Tricky. It’s hard to know what this priority membership actually provides. Every airport seems to be different, and the credit card companies that issue this thing all provide unique perks. For instance, if Chase issued your Priority Pass, you get a credit at a restaurant in Tampa airport, otherwise priority pass does nothing for you in that airport at all. Needs to be more consistent to get a higher rating from me.

App Ok, available, quality lounge not available. While the App is OK, it is not up to date. We were just turned down at the VIP lounge in Terminal J of MIA. The story is that Priority Pass no longer has a contract for this lounge, but the app didn’t reflect this. On another note, the quality of the lounges that I have been able to access is very, very poor and certainly doesn’t rate as “VIP”. The food is terrible, the lounges are over-crowded and the facilities in general are just not up to the level of quality that I would expect American Express to associate itself with.

I can’t write a review if I can’t find a lounge. I live in Orange County , so I travel frequently out of SNA, LAX and Long Beach to different states and countries. Prior to the pandemic, the offered lounge either too crowded (so they don’t let priority card members in ) or the lounges is too far from your terminal. After the pandemic, there’s no lounges/associated restaurants to be found anywhere at the airport. I have the card for about 10 years now; I was able to use it less than 5 times and we travel atleast 5-7 times a year. It’s kinda useless privilege.

Lounges always full and app out of date. Half the lounges in this app don’t accept priority pass and the rest have a quota so you will be often turned away. I feel bad for anyone who actually pays money for this thing The priority pass lounges are often cheaper busier versions of nice lounges (Phuket has 3 lounges listed but only the smallest one accepts the card) or none (SFO we walked around for an hour to try all 3 international lounges and none let us in) Also the map in the app is totally useless — it has routing but you can’t search for a gate or locate yourself!

Please fix your session time-out!. Guys, I travel week in and week out and am forever experiencing the pain of the iOS app logging me out at the most inopportune times…which is pretty much every time I go to use the app. You guys are not guarding Fort Knox. Give it up with the forced security log-out’s. They’re unnecessary and make me not want to use the app. Thankfully, I can just use the wallet card, but, please, PLEASE address this. There’s simply no need to sign me out unless my membership expires or I’ve physically clicked the button to log out.

Not right. We have a priority pass issued through American Express. At one time, it included the same amenities as if we had pitched it through priority pass. Now, the rates have gone up for their business platinum card, but we can not use all the same facilities we could in the past. In addition, any of the small airport restraints we had access to before, are now gone too. So disappointing, for a company that wants to keep our business. American Express is going down hill - very well may not renew again, after being with them for many years.

Utter, dishonest garbage. Amex Platinum gives a free membership to Priority Pass. As it turns out, Amex P gets me in, rarely, if ever, Priority Pass. Just read the endless complaints and Priority Pass' pathetic, lazy, inane, irrelevant responses asking customers to rehash everything customers just provided. I made the mistake of calling Priority Pass customer service and got some rep who was unfriendly, couldn't care less, barely spoke English. Priority Pass is the reason why entire teams and departments are fired after an acquisition. The garbage performance ultimately speaks to garbage management and garbage ownership.

Some conditions apply. So the lounge access works beautifully in some airports like JFK and ATH, but in others like LHR, the conditions are not published for the lounges. So you find the lounge, wait in line, and then are basically told you can get in 3 hrs prior to departure which is utterly ridiculous. First, you have to check in an hour prior to. In a sane world, access would be based on the boarding time. Anyway, this is a benefit from my CC and I plan to express to them my displeasure of this service.

App does not update to reflect what is shown here. I have had the app for years since i got my priority pass, now i got my pass renewed and was trying to get the digital card. Not only the website they gave me in the instructions in the mail with the card to create an account does not work, i cannot do it on the app either. Managed to create an account via the app, but the app does not update to show the “cards” section at the bottom. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it multiple times, resetting my phone, nothing worked! 😡😡😡 Nevermind using my pass 😡😡😡

Keeps forgetting how to login at critical times. I am not sure, if this is by design. Several times I land in a new airport and try to open the app and it has a login error. Gives the most useful hint - something went wrong. Because of this I can’t find where the lounge is in the new airport. Strangely never happens at home, but only happens when you need it the most I.e. at a new airport! Happened today at SFO, but I was able to login via safari web. Guys get your act together

Can’t find the digital card in the App. I have used Priority pass before and just activate the priority pass digital card, but I can’t find it in the app. I have tried log out and log in, unstall and install many times, still no luck. How to bring digital card to the app?

Terrible program. I get this included with Chase Sapphire, but I wouldn’t pay for this. It’s worthless. Across more than 100 flights, I’ve only used this twice. They don’t have lounges at most airports, the few they have are with partners that often won’t accept Priority Pass (I’m at DeGaulle now and the app lists 6 lounge partners but none would accept me), and the two I tried in the US weren’t nearly as good as any of the airline lounges. I can’t imagine anyone paying for this.

Disappointed. First of the app keeps kicking me off the platform, very annoying especially for someone like me who cannot remember the dozens of usernames and passwords for all the apps I have. Secondly, on a recent trip I tried to use my membership and got continually denied entry into various lounges so my thinking is why should I pay all this money when I can’t seem to even get into a lounge. Very disappointed.

No US lounges. I recently received priority pass through my CC company. I downloaded the app but found that quite a few lounges are missing. The three big airports, ATL, IAD, LAX don’t have lounges listed, so if you are using the app to locate lounges, you won’t find them here. Atlanta has lounges in every terminal, so I’m confused as to why they aren’t listed. I get it takes time to put maps in, but a simple listing with gate location would be better than nothing. Badly needs updates.

Only one lounge in ATL. I was hopeful, but I’m disappointed by the small selection of lounges. My home airport ATL has only 1 lounge, and it’s at the international terminal, it’s also in bad need of repairs, and subject to wait times during peak hours. Same at other airports: one or zero lounges in the program. As to the app: it needs updating as well, BA lounge in AMS is closed, but still listed. Some of the descriptions still have pandemic language.

Usually don’t get access, most not real lounges. First of all, most of the “lounges” here are not really lounges but restaurants in the regular part of the airport that you just get a credit at. Second of all, you are basically a second class citizen for access to the real airport lounges with Priority Pass. If they are even 2/3 full they will start rejecting Priority Pass members and make them sign up to a 1+ hour waitlist to get in. By that point it’s usually pointless. I’d give this zero stars if it wasn’t free with my credit card.
