Terrible User Experience. I am very much a fan of integrating technology with business, but this application is wretched. I cannot believe this is not an app in Beta. The load times are horrible, I find myself clicking 100 buttons to get to something that should be readily available. The menus are confusing and not helpful. Links to projects do not work, and I am constantly having to reload the app because it will not load images. I should be able to log calls easier. I need this to actually help me not make me work harder. I have no reason to use this other than my work is requiring me to use it. Otherwise I would be managing things from another CRM. ridiculous.

UI/UX for timesheet. I’m a software engineer and my company(software consulting company) uses Salesforce to log work hours for employees or so. The website version is okay to use. I never used the mobile version in the old days because it sucked. I saw an update coming to fix mobile version of this app and I updated today. Hoped everything would have been fixed and would have worked like a charm. I went to fill my timesheet. Saw this long extended timesheet bar sticking out of the UI to the far right out of the margin. I closed my app and deleted ONE MORE TIME. Salesforce if you don’t have developers work on your mobile app. Hire some. I don’t know what’s wrong with your executive level of people that dared to release this kind of garbage out to public and still be proud of what you did. Somebody needs to get fired in your company. If you can’t find developers, leave a msg here I can ask my company to help you redesign the mobile app. We can do it a millions better than how the current look is. This is unacceptable.

Way too slow and Glitchy. Salesforce has too much going on and is too poorly integrated with other platforms it pretends it can link up with to be successful. I absolutely hate it. Totally unfriendly functions and looks and acts like it runs on Dos and its 1989. At least 2/3 of the orders processed come back with errors and they always try to blame other software or the user when really their software is just garbage. I’ve worked with Dynamics and many many others that are far more effective and do far more to make them user friendly and take responsibility when their software is just crap.

Great system, just never runs smoothly.. Salesforce would be a great system if it would run smoothly, which it rarely does. On a desktop it can get really glitchy and I’ll lose information I just finished inputting, it gets stuck scrolling, or it starts backing the page up every time I hit backspace. The mobile app is absolutely useless. It freezes every time I use it, won’t open pages I want to see, it’s extremely hard to click the right box to input information, it gets stuck at the top and bottom when scrolling, it won’t back up, and it often doesn’t display the text saved in any of the boxes on the page. I know it can be really helpful, but with how much it malfunctions, it almost slows me down more than it helps me.

Please add a outlook plug in. As a lot of companies use salesforce to track communication made via email it would be very helpful if salesforce worked with outlook to create an automatic function of linking those communication to specific accounts within salesforce! This would be so much more intuitive for the user and make the system so much more seamless

Horrible user experience -needs overhaul. A $112 stock, millions of users do business on their Androids/iPhone every day, but yet the developers of this app still don’t get it or flat out don’t care because they are more concerned with business to business functionality. The old Salesforce app that they made us delete Dec 2017 was hands down 100 x’s better then this app. I am on the go non-stop, need quick access to get to a phone number, call that person, jump out , go to another account, create a contact/acct etc....but u can’t do that with this app. Not even close. Pros: Not much -truly Cons: I don’t want to have to click 5 times to get to the clients phone number. Load times are much longer. The alphabetized account list on the old app was fantastic —hit the letter —accounts come up. Now I have to start typing, then I have to click “related “ to see a contacts list , then scroll down and hold to see more contacts ? Guys cmon....really? $112 stock and this is the the best experience you can give us. It’s like you want people to move on from your services.

Bugs in switching records. Generally a handy app that allows me to get deals through the approvals pipeline even when I’m not in the office. However, I’ve run into bugs that will open a prior record repeatedly when switching between screens, e.g., attachments and approval history. This means that if I view one record and then want to edit a second record, I have to be really careful not to accidentally edit the wrong record, and usually have to close and reopen the app to “force” it to flush the memory. This is a significant detriment to efficiency.

Do better, salesforce.. Unfortunately, my organization uses this junk of an app. The app has so many bugs. Home screen loads a blank page, when trying to log back in there are numerous error codes. The help instructions from Salesforce are vague and don’t provide help. No live chat with support. Try to reset password using the user name and NO reset email goes out. Their URL login no longer works - and throws back error messages. You can use your login credentials to get in, but as soon as you close the app then the credentials disappear. Why would anyone want to entered a password every time you open the app? When you close the app and immediately reopen it, then you have to start the login error cycle again. Frustrating beyond belief. Do better salesforce.

Ongoing bug. Please look into the glitch that is constantly requiring me to delete the app and reinstall for a “temporary” solution to timing out randomly where I can no longer access accounts info. I’ve heard from IT there will be a new update soon but this is getting extremely frustrating. It only happens with the app. Otherwise, it is an incredibly useful tool that normally operates at the highest level of efficiency.

It works. So. Well.. It’s 1:35am. Too many bourbons deep to be maintain professionalism. And your potential client is singing Karaoke, and tells you they want to sign up for your software product. And start service... in three days. Yep. Done. I’ve got my whole sales ecosystem in my pocket. SF mobile. Closed that deal. And will help me close the next. And the next. Work never stops. So be able to complete your tasks from anywhere.

Connection. The app itself works really nicely and I enjoy the way it’s layout is the only problem is I wish there was an off-line version that later reports once connected to the Internet that way if you’re working at a low cell signal area were still able to effectively report and use the app. I love the app but the fact that it requires a connection to the Internet makes it quite difficult in my particular territory where they are dead spots for signal.

Sales Force is Laggy/Bad Updates. Our hotel is state of the art and brand new, which means we have top tier technology. Despite our strong Wi-Fi signals throughout the hotel, I often find myself waiting for the program to finish loading. Also, their have been some unfortunate updates. An example would be in previous versions we could see all the different statuses of cases at once. That way we could quickly take notice of cases that were potentially overlooked. In a newer update, they removed this option. Because of these issues, I give it a very GENEROUS 3 stars.

App is terrible. I have a few issues with this app, mainly with how unresponsive and glitchy it is. It feels really sluggish to navigate and often data is not loading and I need to go a step back and try again. Also scrolling in this app feels terrible especially in longer e-mails I can’t seem to smoothly scroll down and sometimes not back up again at all. Also I need to navigate so many submenus to see the body of a new e-mail inside a case (Favorites>My cases>Refresh Cases>Case>Related>E-Mails>E-Mail>Details) With the sluggish all over performance it’s a nightmare to use this app and I get annoyed every single time and rather open my laptop if I have Wifi.

WORST APP EVER DESIGNED. I have to use this app multiple times per day, daily. This has to be the worst app ever designed. It takes me at least 5 force quits just to open up the app. Sometimes i clock in for work, but it doesn’t register. So, I have to close and re-open the app just to check if it records my log-ins. It seems as if I am using the beta and they haven’t released the full version of it yet. Even after all the updates it has, it never fixes how buggy this app is. You should fire your app development team and hire somebody new. I really wish my company would use a different app. If I could give this negative star review, I would. Sincerely, Frustrated.

By far one of the worst apps I ever used. Never loads despite having perfect internet connection. Always buggy(app restarting, delayed response, etc). No matter how many times they update this app, they seem to be unable to fix the basic issues. For a company the size of Salesforce, they should be ashamed for having an app with this quality on the market.

For what I do. SF App works pretty good. I have been using app for about 5 yrs? Give or take. I would give the app a 5 except it does not incorporate a chunk of functions/lists that I use on the desk top version. ( yet) That said, I post pictures, have access to many functions and objects we created for our work reports and data tracking that are essential to reporting for my work as a field rep. I can't imagine going back to using any other program.

Brilliant. So much more user-friendly.. The new community website makes it so much easier to communicate, get and share information. The fact that it sends an email whenever there is a new posting makes it super easy to use, eliminating the need to login just to see if there happens to be any new postings. Also the fact that everything about each Wish Child is in one central location makes it very efficient. Great job One Team! Kathy Mayus

Excellent mobile representation of our desktop version. Came to Salesforce because we purchased their software which turned out to be an app on the app exchange. So all the heavy lifting was done. Page layouts, record types, custom objects with their fields…you get it. If you don’t and your new, I didn’t know the difference between an object, a case, a field, etc. you’ll get it figured out. I’ve only used the app on my iPhone not my iPad. For that device I’d used Microsoft Edge with my keyboard attached so it’s essentially a laptop. But on my phone I can get the data I want nearly 100% of the time. Yes some functionality isn’t available. But if I want a in a specific value in a field , I can probably get it. I couldn’t be happier. I came from a SaaS in our industry that made you buy their mobile version - or from an “integration partner” that the SaaS company chose, not one I necessarily wanted. That Salesforce offers it as included in my subscription is a huge value add. I don’t claim to be an engineer and like I said most of our “Salesforce” Org was set up as a part of our purchased installation. Now I customize as needed. It’s a good deal.

This app is terrible!!. Please Salesforce, if you’re listening, no app in 2020 should be this bad, this unpolished, this glitchy. Please, please, please just make it better lol. I know you can, I know it’s possible, and I’m sure it’s not in your priority list since most people use the desktop version and you’ve already got your money from your users. Buy just please, make it better. I really enjoy using the desktop version, but this app is so, so bad 😫

Nice but room for improvement. Don’t get me wrong SalesForce has so much to offer but I have spent a week logging in contacts when I could have been doing something else. There is a lot I can’t share due to the nature of the work I am in. One thing that needs improved is: there has got to be a better way to upload contacts from business cards. You can now scan credit cards instead of typing them in for purchasing items. So why do we still type in business contacts. I would love to see Salesforce incorporate this idea into their app. B/c what is separating the app from the webpage ? Convenience? Well then we should drive that home with better user capabilities.

Don’t fall into the hype. Please don’t fall into the hype! All these sales people here have convinced themselves and other people this is the best CRM ever. 1) so hard to set up 2) the assigned account executives don’t listen to their clients needs, therefore they mislead them 3) anyone you talk to or set a case with will send u an article and I have yet to receive the correct article. 4) I usually spend more time trying to figure out the set up part than actually using the software and I have been coding since middle school 5) anytime you reach out they try to sell you something you don’t need via licenses 6) they call about once a month to try to sell you a new license for your company 7) they are constantly retiring features so u have to learn something new about their system. They sold me on a feature that was expiring and claimed that they told me via video chat! Then claimed I didn’t use the trial license. Well even if I would have done that, it would have expired after the trial anyways! So why bring that up. Karma is real and there are other options out there for CRMs.

Glitchy and slow. I couldn’t believe this app had 4.7 stars when I went to investigate. Even when they asked me for feedback I couldn’t complete the process b/c the text window didn’t prompt my keyboard to open. Laggy when opening an Account (among other things), freezes up every few minutes, half the time it never fully loads the content and I have to reopen the app, etc. Every time I try to conduct SF business functions on my iPhone 14 pro I end up giving up and waiting until I can get to my laptop. So frustrating in 2023!

Complex formulas support. Amazingly, the app doesn’t support salesforce’s most advanced customers who leverage the platform most comprehensively. The mobile app won’t allow me to open any opportunities because they have “too many formula fields with complex formulas”. The same goes for mobile safari. If I use desktop mode on mobile chrome, it loads perfectly fine. This issue has persisted for years with no fix. There is zero excuse for Salesforce to leave this functionality broken for so long. It makes our enterprise deployment (one of the biggest tech firms in the world) deficient on mobile devices.

Great CRM, Terrible Mobile App. I am a huge fan of Salesforce, i have always spoke very highly of your company. The company i work for uses Salesforce. The overall CRM platform is very useful from a desktop, there are many ways to run specific reports and capitalize on opportunities with customers. The one thing i will say, is that the Mobile app needs a lot of improvement. If you are an outside sales person who needs to use the application on the road to find contacts, read prior notes, etc it is very time consuming and not user friendly. All of the information is there, but it takes for ever to get to where you need to go. It’s too many clicks, and unfortunately does not load in a proper time. If there is anyway that this app can be improved to be more user friendly and less time consuming, that would be very helpful. Sometimes less is more, simplicity would help this app in my option. As i mentioned before, i am a very big supporter of Sales force, and always recommend it, but please could you take some consideration into improving the mobile app. Thank you.

Perfect app for collaborating!. I have a team of 3 (sometimes 4) people that needs to get together and share ideas on our own time, away from work. Chatter/Salesforce is perfect. We post ideas and other team members post comments/suggestions. It all stays there as long as we need it. We can share pictures and files as well. If you collaborate with at least 2 other people, you need this app!

Lightening transition. If certain things can be made a default like “Log a Call”, “New Note”, it would make things smoother on transition. I’m now getting used to Lightening and surprised myself on actually liking it after a few challenges. Support makes all the difference so use “cases” on stuff you need to know. Don’t have time for extensive course learning on trailblazer. Nice idea, but too complex for guys like me who need simple functions to get up and running.

Completely unusable on iOS. I regularly use this app for my job and its interface and login on iOS is utterly worthless. Very few buttons in the entire app work at all and those that do have less than the desired functionality. Even viewing my schedule is a chore as the layout not only doesn’t maintain a reasonable aspect ratio (the screen size changes constantly) but none of the scheduled events can be viewed, as the buttons for doing so do nothing.

Good but needs improvement. So I find the Salesforce app for mobile phones to be relatively easy to use, but could certainly use some improvement. And as far as on the PC, there are certain features, for instance having a Contacts picture be able to be displayed on the Salesforce contact record would be a big benefit. But they have not done anything about that yet and I’m hoping they do soon.

Very slow with crashes. This app is soooo data rich that it takes forever to load and often crashes and has the be closed and reopened. And because of this if you’re working in a basement or location where you don’t have strong cellular coverage then forget it! And if you dare to not share your location it’s even worse! If you’re company cares more about babysitting your employees than their productivity then this is probably a good fit. I was told that the problem was with my phone and even though my phone was only about a year old I went and purchased a new phone and even changed my provider and it was for nothing because it still crashes and is miserably slow.

I believe all the 5 star ratings are fake. I'm the optimist. I want this app to work. It's fine to check names and addresses, but an app is geared to a mobile outside/field sales force...and this app is just awful. Slow is just the start. I'd like to schedule an appointment - Nope. Can't do that. I'd like to see where my prospective customer is located, and what other clients are in the immediate area to provide references. Nope. Need to have an add-in to do that. Now I see why so many developers leave Salesforce to create their own tools. Here's a novel idea - design it from the phone/perspective first - then make a desktop app for it, since desktops will soon be the modern-day 8-track.

Slow and buggy. For as much as they tout a great mobile experience, this app has always been frustrating. It's incredibly slow and constantly has bugs. Today all my search results show empty boxes instead of the record names. Last week I kept getting redirected to a page that told me a needed a Salesforce engage license (the pages I was looking at were standard object records). It's just very frustrating because the app has the potential to be great but it's not even good. As a fully adopted desktop user, I would love to have a truly great mobile experience. Salesforce hasn't been able to provide that yet.

Global Actions are Missing. After spending time to make a concise set of global actions, it seems as though they are now nonexistent in the mobile app. This is extremely frustrating when we want our executives to be able to quickly and conveniently enter information while they’re conducting business without being overwhelmed with detailed information.

Wish I didn’t have to use this. My market just started rolling this app out. I don’t think a single person I work with likes this garbage. I especially hate it when putting in my time for the week. It’s extremely frustrating just to put your time in. I’ve just stopped doing it went back to the old system we use. It’s always glitchy and people can’t get anything done on this. Just looking at the platform and how they have it set up makes me cringe. It makes everything we do harder than it is and this is just my opinion but why...WHY ARE WE USING THIS!??

Really?. I’m disappointed. The Mobile UI is clunky and has limited ability to render any meaningful reports or Dashboards. Even logging a call in relationship to an opportunity is just plain clumsy. So, where’s the value of having a “mobile” app, when you need to revert back to your laptop and enterprise version, to get basic Account and opportunity management tasks done?

Not a smooth workflow. I rely on Salesforce for everything at work. I cannot stand the mobile application. It freezes up and lags very often. I have never used the application without it crashing. I manage multiple employees that perform service work and travel. It would greatly improve our workflow and mobility if this application had cleaner navigation and stability. When selecting cases or navigating through the application you tend to get buried in the app. Then there’s no way to return to the home page other than hitting the back arrow 20 times. That isn’t an exaggeration. Please improve this app. SF is too expensive to have these types of issues.

It's quick and easy. There are other apps that are better at pipeline management like clari etc but SF1 is a simplified version of the web vetsuon perfect for sales people needing to input and capture meeting notes and look at a high level opps or contacts on the go. In other words it's not as robust as the web version but the UI is much better in terms of workflow for people on the go and it is fast. Can't create RFx activities but can input notes and chatter is easy.

Poor app for as large as SFDC is. So many issues and poor UX/UI designs in the mobile app. The desktop version is great, but the mobile version lacks so many features and edits that it’s almost unusable. You cannot easily get section totals, tiles won’t scroll in place like the used to. The appear in a much more random order than the desktop app with no way to rearrange them for a better experience. It takes 6 or 7 steps to get into an opportunity which seems to negate the point of being ample to use a mobile device on the go. It’s almost unusable outside of a quick glance if using a basic numeral or pie chart tile. Good luck with anything else. Has not been a great 2 years with this app.

Terrible App. The purported purpose of this app is to make things quick and simple, so you can enter information easily on the go. This app fails miserably. It's slow, buggy and anything but user friendly. Typical SF flaws carry over, like the inability to log a date or time for calls made in the past, or log actual customer visits in a straightforward way. Very little integration with mobile features like the GPS, email app or phone. Everything has to be entered manually, making me wonder why SF even bothered releasing an app in the first place. Did I mention it's very slow and buggy? Oh, I did. Just wanted to stress that. If I were a developer with SF I'd be ashamed of this effort...

Rarely works. Update after update this app continues to disappoint. The only functionality that always works is the chatter feature which I seriously don’t care about. I haven’t been able to search for an account for months and the scheduler feature doesn’t ever load, always says no internet connection. I’ve checked, I’m connected. Whether it’s a WiFi connection or over LTE in the field says “no internet connection tap to reload”. So I tap, it spins, I give up, open my laptop or iPad, find the record I need and move along. I keep thinking the app will work and to my dismay it never does. Salesforce mobile app, this is your precipice. Until the functionality is actually working this is a waste of time.

New Update - OUCH. The latest update was recently pushed to my iOS device. I know this is a new design, but navigating is the most painful experience I’ve ever had with an App. As a project manager who travels periodically I rely on this application to manage my projects. I am no longer able to see a list of my projects or even access them without digging so deep into the interface that I am ready to pull my hair out once I finally get to where I’m going. The experience with this app used to somewhat mirror the desktop version of Salesforce. Those days appear to be over with this new update as the two now look like completely different interfaces. Someone please explain to me how I can view the list of my currently assigned projects. I have been digging through the interface for over an hour I can’t seem to figure it out. This drastic of an update is quite disappointing to say the least!

Ok, when it works. Using app on an iPhone X and have constant issues. When I click a SF link that opens in the app, it only works occasionally... most of the time it never loads the screen. Additionally, reports of any size are practically unusable. Furthermore, when attempting to log a call, it should be more intuitive (checking matching leads/contacts/accounts in close proximity to the device). Instead the user has to perform a specific search and hope the results are relevant (and actually show up). For the amount of money spent on SF, one would hope to see a better thought-out and more thoroughly tested app. Very disappointing; my outside sales reps continually tell me it is easier to boot up their laptop to log a call then try to frustrate themselves with the app.

Great interface, needs file upload. I can get most essential things done on the move and I love it. Ability to upload files (not just photos) from cloud platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive would be really nice. Ability to add files right into the opportunity files screen (instead of going into the separate Files menu THEN the opportunity to link the file to it) would be amazing.

Designed by Non-Salespeople?. What is the opposite of intuitive? While engineers over at Apple are busy trying to figure out how to make their OS so simple my elderly mother could use it, the evil minions at SalesForce appear to have a singular focus: make the platform as confusing & difficult to use as possible, and then keep driving towards greater & greater levels of difficulty. Just imagine: a brainstorming session in one of the well-appointed conference rooms at Salesforce HQ… Product Delveloper 1: “What if we hid the contact info for the contact? Like, just buried it, where salesmen will spend up to thirty minutes trying to find the phone, email & address.” Product Developer 2: “Oh! That’s great! And to really get them foaming at the mouth, we’ll put info that’s completely irrelevant to making contact or to moving the relationship forward at the very top, so the mobile user has to scroll down and down (ad infinitum) to get to the ‘more info’ link.” Product Developer 1: “Ha ha I love it! But what if when they click on the more info link, it broadened the contact, but brought them /back to the top,/ so they had to scroll down /again/ to see what they were trying to see in the first place!” Everyone: *laughs*

Most unreliable app I've ever worked with. This piece of garbage is basically ruining my life. Trying to keep up on calls in the field is nearly impossible with all the glitches, freezes and shut downs think hunk of junk encounters. I get home around 5:00 and, after trying to be an active and engaged husband and father to my young children, I get to sit down at 10:00 at night and start entering all the calls on my laptop that I couldn't throughout the day. I have never hated a piece of programming so much in my life. Absolutely horrible!

Waste of time. Salesforce is not intuitive. We use this program for a few processes in our company and our entire sales team finds it extremely difficult to use. The employees who have used it long term still have difficulty doing calls and have quoted a 6 to 8 month learning curve. To enter a call report!? The terminology is misleading and the processes do not flow well within the app. What should be a simple and quick report, bogs down our team and keeps us from being in front of the next customer. If this was just me, I’d understand, but after sitting through 3+ hours of training on how to report a visit, our entire sales team seems to agree. Young and old. It does not create efficiency and productivity.

It would be difficult to produce a worse SalesForce app. What a horrendous, awful application. This app is bad enough that it is often touted as the reason that people in my organization are unable to do 100% of their work from an iPad Pro - “I’d love to, but I need to use SalesForce on a consistent basis”. If SalesForce is Hugh Grant, SalesForce1 is Andie MacDowell; dragging down the entire operation, forcing constant recaptures of her dialog because she’s unable to enunciate properly, and generally making the whole process feel much more like a funeral than any of the four weddings. Let’s explore a scenario: You’re looking at a case record, and you’d like to communicate this case to your coworker. You swipe up and grab your company’s chat app to split screen - but wait, SalesForce1 doesn’t support multi tasking. That’s OK. You open up the share menu in SF1. Or rather, you try to open the share menu, only to find there IS no share menu - SF1 lacks ANY way to produce a shareable link to any record, contact or entity. You look at the case number and select it in order to copy. The cursor does not appear. You tap again. Yes, SF1 has also limited your ability to grab particular blocks of text. You’re forced to type out the case record, swapping back and forth between apps a few times to make sure that the 12-digit string is faithfully recreated. You weep softly into your Smart Keyboard and move back into your parent’s basement.

PC Field Tech. My employer uses this app for dispatching tickets to myself and other techs to document work we do. I believe the app can have more features such as different statuses like EnRoute to Site, OnSite, etc. My previous employer used EFS when I started working with them and then began using Clearvision. I would have to say those are better and user friendly with more features compared to using this app. Overall, the app is not that bad but it can use more features and have improvements. That's why I only gave it 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 stars.

!!! Amazing Tool !!!. You can't find a better more tuned tool anywhere. Once you learn all of the options and use them your on your way to a very successful sales career. The only thing that's slowing this program down would be the person thats not using it.. I would like to personally thank those people that don't use this tool. Thanks to you I've gained more sales and more money.... Keep on doing what you do and I'll keep doing what I do and make more $$$ and build more new customer relationships

I love Salesforce. I was at a stand still at my former job. Being a single mother I knew I had to do more. After late nights and early mornings of studying I finally graduated with B.S. in Business Administration Management, with Honors. Along this journey I found out about Salesforce. I have gained so much knowledge in a short amount of time, and I’m captivated eager to learn as much as I can. Thank you Salesforce for giving someone like me a chance. ❤️

Relationship. Anyone who is connected by relationship should always stay together even when the account is moved from one person to another. Also there should be a place just for people who are very interested in completing arrangements and to make sure to keep in touch with them as well as a specific place for people you call that never answer the phone

Sales forcereview. Hi the sales force system great overall really easy with renewals and new merchants -greatest problem is the forecasting tool for all shops - takes too long to enter and error messages frustrating. Thanks Andrew

issues with submitting notes. I have frequent issues with submitting notes or incident reports. This app is very easy to use but sometime written notes just disappears saying something went wrong when you try to submit. Please fix this issue devs.

Solid!. Salesforce is the best architecture to provide the many competing requirements businesses have from a CRM. From my perspective as a salesperson, it is a very straightforward way of managing my leads, opportunities and clients. Easy to record activities and plan ongoing tasks. Michael A O

Work from my mobile. Before this tool, I’d be required to pull out my laptop (sometimes awkwardly) everywhere I travelled. Using my phone is for more productive and convenient.

Improved automated Call logging required. Automated activity logging functionality needs improvement with mobile calls, emails etc logged as activities when initiated from app

Great program but expensive to get add ons if you want full functionality. As a base CRM Salesforce rules the world but like all things Salesforce the Salesforce1 app gives you basic functionality without the extras most mainstream businesses require. Great for simple input of client and call data , but poor if you want to raise opportunity and quotes . Beware of what you require before taking on Salesforce .

Great Sales Tool. Excellent tool to promote in company collaboration and information sharing

Copy & paste function. It would nice to be able to cut/copy & paste content seamlessly from in Salesforce and be able to paste detail from other applications such as gmail.

Buggy. Go to log in- correct name and password- stupid app doesn’t let me log in. Use the browser instead it works.

Slow, sluggish and crashy. This app is slow, sluggish and crashes regularly. This makes it very difficult to use when on the go and trying to fill in information as you go.

Some improvements could help. I use this mainly for the calendar but there are a couple of improvements that would help. It would be great if when you are creating a calendar event that you can check the text reminder box. I find that editing the calendar mode is difficult without various options such as contact etc being included. It would be good if there is a refresh button on the events page. In the week view of the calendar, you can’t drag events. Other than that it’s good to work with.

SF on the GO. Love the ability to access SF ok my mobile Also loving I can dictate notes in as well

Slow and unreliable. This app has been a disappointment. It’s slow, poorly designed and just unreliable. It’s needs an overhaul. We know how good apps look and function. It needs to meet those expectations.

Can’t debrief. When debrief you can’t save, nor can you add a new labour line. Please fix this, as I want to use this app, but every time I try, I find something else that don’t work.

Good but why so slow?. Great app but loading times are horrendous. Especially for events, why can’t you share events with outlook calendar?

Photo. Wish that you could attach a photo to a call log from iPhone

SF. I have used SF elsewhere and find our 3M version not very user friendly, the opportunities should be easy to use & link. Also would be good in Healthcare to have ANZ customers only - not world wide this makes it a little difficult searching for customers the list down the side panel is so small, which can’t be enlarged.

Logins. App requires login every few days. So annoying. Why do we have to input login details every few days??? So ridiculous!!! What’s the use of FaceID and finger scanner security if I have to input login details every few days? Worst app ever!

Never works. App has never worked when I needed it. Currently cannot access any deal support requests... disappointing... please return support for mobile web Can’t even leave feedback via the app...

Good app, bad speed. Application is great, works just like the website. But it is so very slow. Please fix this

App is better than the website!. The functionality is actually better than the web based version as you can sync it with your calendars and contacts!

This app is good - but.... I’m using an iPad Pro with this app, and while its ok on the iPhone, it feels too basic and limited on the iPad.

Great app!. This is a handy, on-the-go app for Salesforce that gives me all I need on my phone while not at the computer.

Not a good app for sales. Very limited features. Not able to filter or edit the reports. Quiet painful to deep dive into opportunities, accounts as well. It’s kind of a Plan B when you have to look for an information and you have no laptop around, but the lack of features impact the user journey. Frustrating because the desktop version is not too bad. They should invest much more in the app.

Hit and miss. Some functions are good but the app doesn’t flow naturally at all in how people work. Searching for items is cumbersome and not universal like the web app.

Uninstalling every other day. Too much going on with this as its so slow and every other day it locks up and the only option I have is to uninstall and download again. Painful

Run business on phone. New app awesome, keep going!!!

Terribly clunky and archaic. I don’t know how this app gets a good rating. It’s terribly clunky and the app doesn’t allow you to do half the things you need to do resulting in having to use a desktop computer to complete tasks. It also logs out every day and it’s about a three step process to login (google authentication for our company).

Editing. I don’t understand why the app doesn’t allow you to edit a post when you find something that need to be corrected. You need to delete the post and go ahead again which is a waste of time.

Tool, every office should have!. Improves productivity, saves time, helps sell more and collaborate with colleagues! Great CRM!

Amazing app for sales. This app is really good but want same ability for Salesforce success community. So that user could easily navigates the group and content in app only.

When it works. I enjoy Salesforce when it works correctly. Many times as I am doing case notes it does not save them on completion. Also it sometimes does not open the icon needed. Most frustrating!!

Seven Hills Hire A Hubby. Salesforce is a great CRM platform however there are several limitations on the lighting platform compared to the classic platform. There are several glitches that existed in classic and are still in lightning, And unfortunately there are several functions that are now completely missing And it is unknown if these features will be seen again which unfortunately has changed the way my business functions on a day to day basis.

Doesn’t load cases on mobile. Completely pointless. When you receive a notification, the case never ever loads. No point even having the app installed.

Dreadful app, barely works. Baffles me how a company who’s entire business is built around a platform interface can have such a shambolic mobile app. Constant bugs, forced closes, blank screens when trying to log calls. Polar opposite of their website.

Slow as hell but great functionality. Loading what you need takes too long. However, once you are able to get it to load, functionality is quite useful especially when you are on the run

Working perfectly for my business. As per subject line. Only con is copy paste from iPhone not working correctly

Great to have on my phone, slow page loading. I love that I can access Salesforce on my phone, I just find the page loading to be incredibly slow, which is very frustrating

Great with some drawbacks. App displays information perfectly, but there are issues inputting information.

Rediculously Good. Awesome App. Easy to use and very intuitive. I use it daily

Entering notes.. Really like the app, however it’s frustrating entering notes for a client on the iPhone app because you can’t edit anything. Won’t let you ‘scroll’ past the current view window to access paragraphs below what you can see on the screen.

Slow. Sometimes slow to respond

Nice iOS implementation. A nice implementation of the web interface. Some things that would help: Handling photos over 1MB in size (no iOS device takes photos smaller than this anymore) Enabling variable text box sizes when inputting data (2 lines of text can be very limiting) iPencil support (for taking notes).

Continually Crashes. I’ve only ever been able to use it a handful of times without any issues. On the go, I can never seem to get it to work.

So slow it’s unusable. Maybe I’m missing something given all the positive reviews here but for me, this app runs ridiculously slowly: 30-60 sec just to open the first screen, another 30 sec to open any subsequent screens etc. We only have a few thousand contacts & im running the latest iOS on an iPhone 8 over WiFi with a decent ADSL & yet it’s still so slow, it’s unusable.

iOS App - Contacts. A great app. Would be better if contact photos displayed

X. Improving all the time. Better performance and availability. Great app on the phone but doesn’t always refresh without restarting th app

Images in Salesforce. On the whole a good platform. However I do find posting and reviewing images on Salesforce very cumbersome. Tiny preview then need to click through 3 times before viewing the actual image. Also, would it be possible to add links to text in the message body, or am I missing a trick? Otherwise a good platform for sharing ideas wins and announcements.

Loses data. Loses all data entered if you change apps (even for seconds to find info) and change back.

When is it gonna be compatible with iPhone X ?. The apps does the job but, I have to say it is quiet slow... and it’s not compatible with iPhone X as well. Was wondering when will it be updated it ?

The best Sales App. The best Sales App for CRM. I love it.

Tabs issue. Bottom tabs do not take you to the actual tab. Very random.. sometimes works and the other times it does not. You have to add a wait to your inputs as the app cannot keep up.

Stay Away!. Glitches, problems & is run by a group of far left political extremists!

Power of Salesforce. Honestly the power of Salesforce is beyond me just writing praises, it’s truly yours to experience 😊

Business Development Manager. The most comprehensive and fluid platform on the market today. Truly a pleasure to use.

Easy Navigation. As a Sales Rep managing your pipeline is quite a challenge specially when you are handling High Volume Sales. Sales Force has always helped me to manage this well. If you are used to CRM no way can we imagine a life without it. 😍

Dashboards are slow and unreliable. As a manager I like to be able to take a quick glance at my operations and on whats going on with my customer service when i’m not working. The app makes it frustrating to do that as it often starts up with the wrong data and needs to be refreshed systematically, sometimes more than once, to display the right info. I expected better.

Terrible. I truly despise this app. If it was not required for work I would avoid it like the plague. I almost always submit my calls through my laptop because of how buggy and slow it is. I can’t believe all the positive reviews. Extremely frustrating.

Barely functional. Compared to browser SF, this is barely the same animal.

Salesforce App. Need better connections between Salesforce and iPhone. Like Text Message with Salesforce.

Too many steps to log in. The app is a great too to ensure usage among the sales reps, but half of my collegues wouldn’t even know how to sign in.

Best App Ever. I just love it

Almost perfect. Some functionalities are removed from the web version and you cannot utilise the tickets the same as you do on the web. Also they need to implement notifications for new tickets, that would be a game changer for me.

Routes is broken. I exclusively use this app to cold call and the routes option from going to the business via google maps or finding more information about the account before I go in is a total pain and not at all user friendly. It used to be better

Bugs in latest version. Used to be great and now I cannot refresh, cannot add anything and it crashes constantly since the last update.

ServiceMax Is unusable. Wizards are poorly implemented in the interface, side scrolling is impossible which makes many items unreachable. Used this in 2 jobs with the same issue.

BC interior Sales. Excellent system I use it everyday. Really helps to organize may calls.

Horribly buggy. Salesforce doesn’t seem to have a staff who can write good mobile app. Extremely buggy and badly designed. I’m using it to view cases and such simple task can’t be accomplished smoothly with this pathetic app.

Solid app. Solid app, allows me to do my quote approvals on the go, most other things I do from desktop as I work from home and am in office all day

Most horrible app ever. It is so slow, so much reloading time and stuttering. The login doesn’t work 3 times from 5 times of trying it directs you back to home page and have to try second time to let you login. If you call customer service for changes in password or forgetting it. They charge you extra besides subscribing to their business. If my company is not making it obligatory to use this I will never use it and never recommend it. I hope they ditch it soon it’s so horrible.

App mobile. Svp améliorer l’application mobile , ce n’est pas pratique d’avoir à dérouler pendant longtemps avant de trouver l’information .

Excellent App. Although it has some hiccups but overall I couldn’t hold back on the 5 stars. Love the tasks features.

Issues with new update. Just updated on my iPhone XR that has 13.3 version of software... unable to open the app.

Yes !. Salesforce is the best 👍

Great app. For a system with so much content, the app lays out everything very easily to navigate.

Phone app not very user friendly . Better of using the lap top. Salesforce app on the phone not that great

Have to pay. Really? You can’t even allow anything without login and payment? Garbage just marketed well the company and way over priced

Unique and truly the best. No other cloud based solution out there. Salesforce is the best and can’t be compared.

WASTE OF TIME. I’ve wasted so much time closing and restarting this app that keeps crashing and loading for years. Once broke my work Ipad because of how mad it made me.

Improvements needed to Mobile App. You can access basic information and functionality. Dashboards are extremely temperamental. Many times you can only view 1-2 components. Scrolling through Dashboards doesn’t work consistently. Refreshing doesn’t work consistently. Dashboards on the app need to be reviewed by the SF dev teams, and the UX needs to be improved.

So bad. How is it that scrolling through every review is one or two stars yet it shows five stars as the average rating? This app is terrible just like Salesforce itself.

Essentials. The data model allows you to build off of industry standards

Good but could be better. Constantly freezes when i scroll through records

Not as good as the original. Original app was quite good, but using this new app over the past month was frustrating as Doc’s and pdf files I had in the data base would not open as easy as they did on the old app. To open each file you had to log in again and again. Salesforce would not acknowledge the issue so I have deleted the app., it is no good to me if it doesn’t work.

Good but much room for improvement. When there is obviously a phone number in the text I should be able to click it and have it call.

From Dan Bearss. Really looking forward to having sales force help me be more efficient in managing my customer workload.

Loading…. Never gets past “Loading…” Don’t waste your time with this app.

More crashes than ever. Since the last update I have to force close the App several times before I can work with it. And it’s so slow! Needs a fix asap.

RFI. Wondering if the attachment file could be refined somewhat with perhaps the access to creating sub files as a Doc files. RFI is Salesforce an off shoot of “Daytimer” original platform before digital age.

The positive reviews astonish me. If you’re viewing dashboards on the app don’t bother. It’s shockingly bad. It’s essentially non functional. Super frustrating

Salesforce is the bomb. Everything in one location. Pick and type great for tracking customers.

Phone to Tablet. Seems the design and UI better leans itself to the use on a phone. Once you get the workflow going in a tablet it is not horrible but would need some tailoring for larger screen

Review. If I could leave a zero star I had an option. DO NOT PURCHASE This is my experience only. Product was tested for a few days. This company rushes you to make a choice or loose your data. So I purchased to continue to see if it was a good fit. Well was not a good fit and asked for 1/2 my money back and to terminate with them. The email ticket was sent back that I’m in a contract and we’ll nothing we can do. Then promptly seconds later shut down my ticket. So: again my opinion DO NOT BUY this product if you want to be bound to the most non flexible company I know. It’s terrible to give no options to help people have a good experience to a service they do not need if that happens. I will also tell anyone who thinks about This app do not get it.

Work from Anywhere. Salesforce Mobile enable me to run my business from my iPhone.

More training needed. I love Salesforce but am having some issues navigating. Would love some training

Awesome tool.. Awe

Improve Please. Get a calendar. And have it sync to our phone’s calendar app. Also, allow us to punch in our pay days + pay cut-off days so it can add that up for us.

Field service app. Please remove the login required every time we use the app. It is so non productive when trying to source info seconds after stepping away and back. A 10 min or 15 min I can understand. It’s strange when the Salesforce app doesn’t require a login at all. Basically same info being used.

I Luv SF. It allows me to get help 24-24 as if I had someone extra on my staff 😃

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

Great App!. As a social worker/case manager, I use this app to write notes when I am out in the field. It is very to be able to write notes and complete client assessments while in the field. The only "con" of this app is that the interface is a little different from the website, so it takes a little figuring out, but since learning the app, it is a wonderful tool.

Loading Screen. Once I open the app, only Loading shows up on the screen and nothing after it. Need immediate attention. It was working perfect two days ago but something happened. Pleas check

Could be even better. Wished that you could send out email templates that you’ve customized FROM THE APP!! from Also wish you could get a geographic overlay of where accounts that are linked to you you are located (either in or near a city, or juxtaposed to where you are via GPS at the moment of searching- Do those things & the app will be indispensable!

Mostly a great App. My company just switched over to SF for our CRM program. They have us use another app mostly to access but I use this one for the most part. The only request I have, dark mode for when using at night or dark room. This would be easier on the eyes when it’s night time.

Worthless. I downloaded the app hoping I could use it to accomplish a few items quickly during holiday break. The app is worthless. Slow, impossible to find information, workflow in no way matches the desktop version. And why are so many text fields grayed out so I can’t read pertinent information? Since I can’t find anything I need I am deleting this app and will just log in via my browser. I didn’t think Salesforce could get worse than Lightning but yep, this app is it.

Salesforce is amazing. The app is incredible. So easy to use. I have all the data I need in front of me in seconds. No need to open my laptop. I travel a lot and hate opening up my laptop in the airport. This app has helped me tremendously. Having some syncing issues but the team is working on it. Great support network.

IPad version with full functionality is lacking. Please develop an iPad version that is is more symmetrical in functionality like the full desktop lighting experience. Your Facebook portrait style version with 3 inches of blank screen left and right....leaves me with feeling dissatisfied as I cannot do more that read updates. I cannot see opportunity team members and make any fruitful updates other that chatter. You seemingly only developed this for smartphone and basically told iPad users to deal with it.

Client Management Made Easy. Since the company for which I work switched to Salesforce, client management has been a breeze. Salesforce makes it easier to track clients, maintain contact with them, and manage my use of time better. It completely replaced my old hand written paper scheduler. I really do like it.

A lot of bugs …. App Team needs to do better. I primarily use this to receive notifications and approve RFCs, plain and simple it doesn’t do that too well. I almost always have to completely hard close the app and reload just to get it to work; using iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’m hoping the app developers know that there are issues with the app and are working on a fix as this has been going on for such a long time.

Unimpressed withSalesforce. This is more a review of Salesforce overall. We’ve been on it for about 6 months and I’ve never seen such a learning curve. Training was worthless. Now it’s on each of us to work through this clunky software. Takes way too much time to figure things out. So much time away from managing selling and building customer relationships. I can’t imagine what we paid for it but if I sold my products to my customers that operated this poorly I’d be out of business.

Overall good. Overall this works pretty well for processing orders to our parr’s department. What I do not like is that every time you choose a contact when entering a task it doesn’t save for the next time for that customer. If you have to pick your contact it should remain the same contact until you change it as required.

Slow and Difficult. I'm in sales for a company that uses Salesforce. This app reloads everything every time you navigate to a different page. This may be due to the static urls in Salesforce, or may be due to the way the app is built; either way it's very bad. Each page load takes much longer than anyone would expect in 2017. I use the app while in the field, and I need it to be fast and responsive. Secondly, there is no way to copy a link to the page you're on so that you can email or text it to another user. Often I have a question for my team and need to link them to the account I'm referencing. This is easy on the desktop Salesforce. Desktop Salesforce is a powerful, indispensable tool so I hope they get the mobile app up to the same standards.

Forgets our custom domain every login. So first of all this app makes me manually log back in waaaay too often. So one would think SF would get with the 2000s and implement Face/Touch ID. Well, unfortunately I have to add our custom SF domain when I login (every time) even though we’re using OAUTH through MS. One would think either the app would be smart enough to know what domain I last used (because changing it would be rare), or just remember it when I use oauth the next time. Please fix this. This is extremely low hanging fruit to improve UX.

How does this app have any positive reviews??. It is literally unusable on my iPhone 14 Pro. Opportunities will not load other than the most recent activities, which themselves will not load when clicked on. Reports and dashboards no longer load either since a recent update. Basically this app is only useful if I feel like looking at a white screen and getting frustrated, it is super efficient for that. Otherwise this thing is completely pointless

Works Well. Almost all of my coworkers complain about the app. I personally find it pretty useful. Most of their complaints are about trying to log on, having to close the app and log in again. I haven’t had to do that once. I am able to do anything I need to while on the go. I could nitpick but I won’t. Like I said, it’s been working well for me.

No idea why rating is so high. The app crashes half the time while using, and more than that while launching the app. It takes me several tries to open the app and several tries to actually do a search. It takes minutes to get the information I actually need. And to top it off, today it is stuck on the load screen. I am using the latest iPhone 13 pro max I can honestly say it is the most frustrating, useless app I have on my phone, made worse by the fact that I have to use it for work.

Would like access to more options. I am aware that Salesforce is very flexible however our access to some things is very limited. I could really use the option to sort my contacts by stage. I would also like to be able to see the full status of associates at the point in my mobile app. Right now it’s just an abbreviation and doesn’t allow us to see the actual status.

Better Sales Team than Product. Since implementing SF, my productivity has taken a significant hit. Simple tasks in our old system are now bogged down in multiple clicks, a bad UI, slow loading times, and generally inefficient design. To me, this tells me that their sales team does a great job of telling customers what they need instead of listening to what they actually want. Good for them for making a buck. Woe is me for having to use what they’ve sold.

Works good. If I do not constantly back out of my accounts and categories within them, then my app will usually crash in a day or 2. So I try to remember to back out to home page before opening a new account . Other than that, saves me considerable amount of time from having to pop open my lab top !

A sales person’s Bible. Salesforce is an incredible product that keeps you on task. Our company purchased it and our own internal IT group created the architecture so that it fit our business exactly and integrates into our other software’s. So for us it’s 100% a perfect custom fit. Absolutely love it and I live on it!

Crash. Crash. Crash. If you want an app that crashes every time you use it. This app is for you. If you like getting the message “Opps. Something went wrong “ a lot. This app is for you. If you like waiting on the app to load ever time you open up your IPad. This app is for you. If you like retyping your comments because the app just clocks. This app is for you. If you have better things to do besides wait on the app to reload after it crashes. Move on.

Great software when not over done. Salesforce has been a valuable tool but as our company kept adding more layers it became very cumbersome along with more lags and errors. SF does not sell it helps manage, don’t make it too complex unless the layers are added to reduce administrative tasks such as automatically tying opps to part numbers and then have those opps close if/when purchased to help the flow and accuracy of our pipeline.

Great tool to keep up on things -company. This is a great tool to keep up on things dealing with my company. I like the connectivity to current things going on in the company, being able to check my different dashboards, check on statuses of tickets, and other things. I enjoy this app tremendously. It keeps getting better and better.

App not letting you put in notes. Updated the app this morning. First sales call checked in. Went to go check out. Selected primary objective “Sales presentation”. It automatically went to the next screen before I can input my Sales call notes. Hit cancel. Now can’t check out. Have to check back in on desktop version and create a duplicate sales call to input my notes. Desktop is working fine. App is not. I mainly us the app more than desktop

Eeh. It does the trick but why can’t it do so much more? I can not stand entering in events and the date and time don’t auto populate to a one hour window. It’s just a time waster. Also I would like to see the ability to link to proposals on the account and to be able to access them off my opportunities. Generating proposals would be too much to ask but it would be amazing if this was possible. Otherwise it aids to my on the road schedule but if there wasn’t an app, I don’t think I would miss much.

Mostly Helpful. It does help keep track of busy schedules. It does take a couple minutes per call to log and is annoying that way. Anyway to streamline making calls faster would be wonderful. Integration with Outlook is very helpful. I really want the calendar to be broken up in 15 minute increments instead of 30 so my calendar looks smoother.

Sky is the limit. Not being a developer, I was unsure about the potential flexibility and robustness of Salesforce. It is off the charts and I have only spent a few weeks (part time) learning a few basics. I am starting to see (with each trailhead project) how interrelated and sophisticated this program really is. Truly, the potential is endless. And great support as well

Trouble adding accounts. When going through the trailhead and having set up dual authentication, if I have to navigate for any reason, I will have to close the app, reopen it and then re-add the account. I had to enable the drop down/toast notifications for Duo and the Salesforce Authenticator so that I could stay in the app, and finish setting up the account.

Work your prospects. When you work your prospects into contacts, then into opportunities all the way to accounts. There is no better CRM out there. Sadly this great tool has been abused by so many companies to produce a bunch of “box-checking”-actors. It doesn’t have to be like this. Use it to sell deals, not babysit adults.

Sometimes buggy. Not sure why there are errors some days and other times in the day there are no errors loading screens. Try resetting among other tricks out nothing works. Oh well take the good with the bad. Better than nothing but could improve.

Disappointment. This app is ok when it works. It is extremely slow. It does not mirror the website and is not intuitive. When i click a SF link in my mobile email it rarely loads and screen is often blank. It is actually quicker to open my laptop, connect to a hotspot and go to sf on the web. For as much money spent on sf it is disappointing their app is probably the one of the 10-15 worst i have ever used.

Great app but could use improvements. App is an awesome resource that maximizes my ability to manage my accounts and Information. App could use improvements glitchy and crashes fairly often could use some more fluidity as far as going from the map to accounts. All in all great resource.

The worst. As an engineer using the app to manage cases, the app rarely works at all. It either won’t load the list of cases or it won’t update status. It’s been this way for so long I’ve just gotten use to it not working. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used, and I didn’t even begin to talk about the layout. All the important info I need to see on a case is buried at the end of the case. It’s obvious the people that make this app don’t use it, or test it at all. Even the feedback section is broken.

App is very slow and constantly loading. You can do what you need with this app, however, it seems very few items are being loaded in memory, as a result, every navigation users experience some sort of loading interface that dramaticallly slows down the experience when compared to a web browser interface. The design of the app is fairly efficient for the mobile device, but the app performance is killing the User Experience.

Lacks any multitasking or iOS 11 compadibility. My biggest issue with this app is the pace at which its updated. iOS has had multitasking for over a year and still no compatibility. Now with iOS 11, even more multitasking is available and its becoming a standout issue with the app working within the iOS ecosystem.

Not my daily driver. Most comments that I would make about this app are really directed at the service. But there are two things that annoy me greatly about the app: one, there is no list of all of my leads or contacts, only a list of recently added/edited/viewed people, and, two, the app is slower than I would expect. Both of these, I believe, are due to the app being a wrapper around a Web view. In any case, I can’t imagine using the app on a daily basis.

It’s okay— but really needs improvement. I am on the road right now. I am able to view the accounts. Mostly create leads. But it isn’t accepting my addresses. Then I try to verify the address and it says I did. But then will not allow me to convert so I can add my discussion notes to the account. It says I’m missing info but nothing is missing. Also dealing with “unable to save” but it looks like changes are saved.

App is ok. Gets the job done but there are improvements to be made in ease of accessing commonly used features, as well it would be nice to be able to change view settings like to fit on screen on an iPad. If the app worked like the desktop site this would be a lot better.

Consistently Horrible. I’ve been using this app for work for a few years now when they changed our company’s platform to Salesforce and I’ve NEVER been happy with my experience. It is the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. It will consistently suddenly close, input forms are always glitchy when typing, the app will not open, amongst a plethora of other issues. For a big company like Salesforce you would think there would be a better designed and programmed app.

Could be better. The app is slow and sometimes does not respond correctly. When I tried to send a 90% Letter it sent 45 times to an agent and the buyer. I’m not sure if it’s because the app cannot handle so much data at once. I think there could be some room for improvement. It runs slow even with high speed internet.

Best CRM and business solution ever created.. I’ve tried more than 13 CRM programs over the years. They all look good until you start working in them and then you realize their limitations. Salesforce is the only one that doesn’t disappoint! It is customizable to work the way your business operates. Best decision I ever made.

Please make this think less of a pain to use. I work in the foodservice industry and my company thinks this will help me “manage my day”. Its busy work and its especially frustrating that the mobile app isnt near functional enough. I cannot complet support requests via my mobile app... this is terrible because... well... im a mobile salesman. I don’t doubt that my company will continue to shove this platform down my throat, so i only have one suggestion... make it function correctly before launching it half cocked.

Lots of issues. So many issues, bad ux/ui, error messages that make it unusable when creating new items…if you want to send feedback after typing everything and hitting submit it opens up the iOS mail client which doesn’t have my work email, support opens up a website instead of being in the app. After about 10 years of using it I figured they would’ve at least made some improvements but still as crappy as ever

Garett tool. Love the salesforce app. It help keep me organized and knowing what projects I have at each of my locations. The reports I can run are helpful. There are a few bugs but the staff at salesforce quickly resolves any problems. I gave it 5 stars even though there is a couple of things I wish it would do as a rep out in the field

Meh. Meh— it’s an ok system that is relatively stable. Too much configuration, too expensive, reporting is mediocre, and why oh why would you call something lightning that is demonstrably slower?! It is way too easy for folks without an it department to get themselves in trouble in their instance. Moving to lightning without having things like matrix reports there is odd to me. Again, it works it stays stable so I wish I could get some of this money you’re charging

Needs major overhaul. I love Salesforce and am a proud Administrator/Developer for my company but the app needs major work. It is slow, does not load, has a weak user interface and needs to be updated. I hope this is happening in the near future because it's only become frustrating recently.

Suggestion. I only use this application when I am away from my laptop. What would be very helpful would be a business card application directly on the mobile application. I see some of the third party applications, but they are either very expensive, unreliable, or both.

Simplification. While Salesforce has many good attributes I think that simplification of use could be worked on. It often has I.T. Issues and is finicky. Training on Salesforce should focus only initially what data a Sales rep needs to enter. Practice, practice, practice with an instructor until they guarantee you have it done 100% correctly would be the wisest way to train.

Great when it works. Hey leave the application alone. Stop with all the stupid updates. Can’t even search for items because it says that there’s “no internet connection” and I am on full bars and full service area. I can access all other sites to include banking, payments but yet can’t use your application after you perform your stupid updates. STOP UPDATING SOMETHING THAT WORKS. IF IT’S NOT BROKEN DON’T FIX IT!!!!!!!!

Not a good app. I’m not sure why all the great reviews for this app. It is functional for the basics. On the ipad, it is much better experience just opening up the browser and viewing from there. The app is too watered down. The GUI looks like it is something from 2000. My biggest compliant functionally is that you can’t even puts notes in an opportunity from the app, which is why you want to use the mobile app (ie put a note in while you’re on the road). Bottom line: use the browser. It is much better.
