Grrrr! To Purrr!. My quilt guild has used Pay Anywhere to process credit card payments for a variety of purposes. In June, I had a less than stellar experience, and posted a negative review. Since changing CC processing providers would be a painful experience, I decided to invest some unencumbered time to try to get it working correctly, preferably with the Bluetooth reader. (I hate the audio jack version) What I found is that the pop-up instructions to connect the reader in your Bluetooth settings is misleading - at least as far as my Apple devices go (iPhone 6s and iPad Mini 4). On either of my devices, you have to go into the Pay Anywhere app settings to establish the connection. All that said, for the June meeting, I was able to connect my iPad Mini to the Bluetooth reader, and other than having a one-sided argument with the app over the presence of a chip on a card (it was well disguised) it behaved perfectly and swiftly as well. This camper is happy once again.

Satisfied. I am a super small business ( spa) and I have been using Payanywhere for almost nine years now. I have been happy with them so far and couple of times when I was confused about nee card reader they helped immediately. I give four stars instead of five because I do not like changes and I feel like lately not only they have updated more often but also every update on the application comes with changes. How they leave a tip, where do they sign, why doesn’t it save the email address even though they put it there last time as well.? Little things like this that for older people make a difference. But I am happy with the service and I never had problems like other companies with outing a hold on my account or stuff like that.

Made us look great!. We are a small catering service and we landed a big gig but client will only pay through credit card. We had to think quick, got this app, able to use to so quickly and easily and did not lose the client! We looked like a proper business and didn't have to wait weeks to get paid through usual check!

There is definitely a room for improvement. I can definitely say that it’s the best CS of all PPS out there. It is easy and convenient to run transactions and have never had a single issue with a deposit since I became a customer in 2015. With that being said, their invoicing system is one of the worse in the market, my customers become frustrated when their address doesn’t match and to run it from my end with just their info on file is a nightmare since there is no way to pull it from my end. There is endless flaws with the invoicing system and I hope they can reach out to their customers for feedback. I love this company and want it to succeed but unless they improve their invoice system, they won’t be very competitive.

No Surprises. Proactively lets subscribers know if any issues are amiss so we are not surprised. Love that extra mile. And if there are incidents which cannot be helped, like this one time that I think there was a bug wherein the app was not allowing me to back out of the Express Sale screen from my iPhone when it was set as the default sale option, they were very quick in addressing the concern.

Unreliable and difficult to work with. New update is not easier. My day is filled with little stressors because my application and card reader do not connect. I have to log out of the app, log back in, and hope that it is connecting with the card reader. The new card reader is Bluetooth and the reliability is about 30% that it connects. I’m using an iPad. I put in manually half of the time because the card reader doesn’t work and I get flak when I call and tell them that it’s their software that’s the issue. I have to fight to get the percentage back for putting it in manually when it was their software that was the issue. There have been times when I haven’t gotten money back over this and I’m tired of the daily stressors. I’ve had this company for a couple of years and it is never been smooth. They try to hide the fees and don’t give out a monthly report. It’s very hard to find out how much they’re taking. My bookkeeping is clean I need reports, It doesn’t seem like they want to make my life easier… They’re more interested in hiding their fees from me.

Best for small portable business. Have had this app & account for many years, lots of newer features & reports too. Love being able to let my customers be able to buy more because of ability to process a CC on the spot. But company needs to get their CC chip readers out in more stores too. A few glitches on this updates, but always fixed later. And my deposit in 2-3 days. Reports not showing up. Please find a better way to get more security without me having to log in and get multiple verification meathods.

Correct amounts Deposited. Not fond of writing reviews but the long stressful episode l have gone through from the other point of sales company, having Payanywhere is such a relief. No more missing payments (which is why we do business in the first place) and no more long hours settling disputes w/ customer service.

No issues. I am a street vendor (I use it even in places without wifi) and have used this app for the past decade or so and I have not yet encountered any poor experience with the app. That is saying something! I love how it works consistently, I don't think I will ever switch.

Easy to Process Transactions. This app saved me so much time. It took just a few seconds to process a transaction and it was free to sign up for a new account. And best of all, it accepted all the different forms of payment that we were looking for. If you're looking for an easier way to take payments, this is the app for you. I highly recommend it!

Scammers. Be careful!!!! Hidden in extremely fine print they don’t tell you about is a hidden fee. They update their user agreements and force you to abide by them even though you don’t sign or agree to them. They will charge your account if you don’t use the service. I signed up for this service YEARS ago and never used it. Never checked my emails or opened the account again. Then they decided to charge me for my acccount being inactive. Years later they decided to just start charging me 3.99 a month and then they wouldn't refund my money. FRAUD AND SCAMMERS. AND THEY ARE BOT BBB ACCREDITED!!!!!!

Works for me. I have been using PayAnywhere for a few years now and primarily use it for the credit card reader. I had some account issues in the past where inactivity may result in a payment freeze but that seems to be a security measure for our and their protection. I also experienced issues in the past with the card reader failing to sync or remain synced with the app. Their updates and fixes within the last 18 months have really made reliability, ease of use, speed and convenience a strong point. I will continue to use the app and reader as I have no reason to use anything else.

SHADY AND INEFFICIENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took me changing banks to realize they were charging me alot for cards that weren't punched in but were used with chip . 2.69% plus bs fees . When I changed banks it took almost a month to be able to close the account down to switch over . Emailed a few times and called four or five times . TG hey are in the east coast and are never available on California time to help . DONT USE !!! Took over one month to have you updated my bank have pictures if you wanna see how long it took you guys ! Worst service ever ! Rather pay more than use such poor customer service !

New update has screwed up taxes!. I have been happy with the functionality of this app until their recent update in feb 2018. It will not calculate tax correctly. It does not add the decimal in. We should be 5.3% but it only does 5.0%. This seems like a no brainer fix (I used chat yesterday to try to resolve and she had to put in an IT ticket). Also the update is supposed to incorporate 2 factor authentication but it doesn't seem to use it. I hope they can fix this quick because I liked it until now.

Excellent service, easy to use. I have been using Payanywhere for 2-3 years and have been extremely pleased with the operation, the reports, the wireless card reader and the speed in which the funds are deposited into my account. Easy to set up inventory items and a breeze to use, even in remote areas. I am very happy!

Payments partner. Really enjoying this app so far, it is a great addition to the mobile reader which is cool too, and let's me manage many business features on the road. Truly feel like I have a partner when it comes to keeping my business going.

Great app!. Had this app for years and have had no problems getting paid. I don’t know what all the negative reviews are for. Either their plain old stupid users or just want to put down a good provider. I’ve had no problems with customer service and get all my emails answered. Every app in the world has glitches sometimes. I use this app every day and love it and so don’t my customers. If you can add 2+2 you can use this app easily. It’s safe and secure. I recommend them. Now let me make some more money! See ya!

This allows me to accept credit card payment but.... This allows me to accept credit card payments, but It doesn’t allow me to go back and access any transactions except the last one. I haven’t used it in a while, but before I thought it allowed me to actually write up a bill with what was bought and I don’t find that now. I need to be able to track my transactions. Oh, and my card reader doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Great support system. Besides having one of the lowest rates, when issues develop with software or hardware, the support team has been conscientious, helpful and efficient. It’s one of the reasons I’ve remained with this company for over 10 years. They’ve included the hardware at no cost as well, allowed me to choose the plan that best fits my seasonal business and worked to correct things when clearly things weren’t my fault. The problems experienced, have much to do with technology itself and isn’t necessarily indigenous to this company. What I would like to see is a better flow of year end reports indicating clear accumulative fees, total sales tax collected, all in a transparent meaningful content. Currently I need to calculate each month’s statements against my bank account deposits. Seems redundant and not reflective of today’s efficiency in technology.

Long time user. I have been using Payanywhere for a few years now and I must say they just keep getting better. At first I was only using the app to take care of a few inventory things here and there but now there is so much you can do from it that I am constantly finding more ways to handle business needs from right within the app. They have sales reporting and employee management features beyond just keeping track of stock that I love to use, but it seems like recently a lot more has been added to the app. I am able to send invoices and take payments literally from right within the app. While my store is swamped I can help take customers right from my phone with my card reader or help manage customer issues. I am a loyal payanywhere user and my business thanks me for it.

Used to be good. I have had this app for almost 10 years never had a problem until about a year an half ago. I have called and reported a lot of times. I am a street vendor and numerous times I run a card and it will say “card declined”. I’m not Walmart it is a personal experience, 1 on 1 with a customer so they won’t give me a card they know won’t work. I have come to the conclusion that unless the app can access the customers card info it will automatically say “card declined”. There is an override within settings to “force feed” the transaction but it doesn’t work. Last Saturday ran 2 transactions went fine, 10 minutes later declined a card and then another. Called and talked to this girl she finally told me I would have to upgrade to an iPad 3 in order for the app to work as the app did not support the iPad 2 like I have. So why did the first 2 transactions work?. Stupidest thing I ever heard. Going to change this week before Saturday

UPDATES ALWAYS CRASH. Unfortunately, with every update the app crashes. During our busiest season, we were unable to log into our system (showing invalid account). After being on hold for over 37 minutes, I am told the entire PA system was down. Still unsure why a courtesy email was not sent out to their merchants. I am on day 2 of my system working and then out of nowhere, logging me out and not allowing me to log back in. I’ve been a customer for years, BUT I will soon be searching for a new system to start using.

Worst ever. This is the worst system I have use to take payments. Does not accept payment from cashapp cards or chime. Called about the issue and was told the banks were declining the transactions not payanywhere and to have my customers call there bank. This is a problem with payanywhere and these particular banks. Why should my customers have to call there banks, everyone of my customers who tries to pay with either of these should have to do this??? No payanywhere needs to get this straightened out with the banks not my customers. This is the job of payanywhere not the customers. App is a mess hard to find anything about what is going on with my bank transfers as well as many other problems.

Crashes and does not load correctly. I tried using the modifiers to customize how i use our items. When I finished a modifier set and clicked save, the app restarted itself. When I went back to check on the modifier set, only 2 of my modifier inputs were saved when I tried included between 4-8 modifiers. When I went back in to add them, the app refused to save them and acts like I did not do anything. All of this was done on iPhone devices. Then I tried doing this on a google pixel 2, but the app crashes as soon as I go into edit mode.

New features. The new features they just released are awesome - I LOVE being able to send my customers a text to let them pay their invoice. This is much easier for my client base since I am often sending and resending emails that they don't see or claim they didn't get. Being able to send a text makes it hard to miss and I am seeing more payments come in right as we complete jobs. The app has always worked great but this just took it to another level for me.

Meh. Don’t use the App a lot, as it is generally frustrating & to get actual help from customer service requires an act of Congress (we all know how slow that is). Overall processing manually online is reasonable, but costs more & the app is not what I would refer to as “user friendly”. The people are always pleasant & eventually get issues resolved, but there are so many hoops to jump it can be frustrating & causes me to default to manually processing.

For long term use. I can see my company using this app and no other even for years to come. Have not experienced bugs, the updates are relevant and timely -- this is on top of the fact that the app really works and makes entrepreneurs' lives easy.

Great CS support. This point of sale app has the best customer support. Very recently, I had a hiccup on a certain transaction and I was like annoyed at first..I mean..it's normal, right? But my stress was just gone the moment I got to talk to them. They were hands down responsive, professional, and very helpful. I so loved the feeling of being really taken care of.

Delivers what is promised.. Very useful I love that this app does so much more than you expect - being able to take payments and view transactions has made using my mobile readers that much easier and allowed me to seriously take my business on the go. For the longest time we had to invoice our customers and hunt them down for payments but now I can take it right on the spot and the app allows me to keep track of my sales and monitor my business from LITERALLY anywhere. they mean it when they say pay anywhere. anywhere at all.

Cheaper Than Square!. We were contacted by a local company and they told us about PayAnywhere as we were currently using Square and they had just raised their rates. We were hesitant but so glad we made the switch! It has saved us so much money and also start using the cash discount feature so now we are saving even more. We are using it in a coffee shop, my only complaint is I wish it had gift cards or some type of loyalty built in

issues resolved!!!. I have a large event sunday and haven't used my account in almost a year- so it kept giving me issues and i was unable to log in. I called a few times and got the uninstall and reinstall spiel. emailed— getting nervous I called again- I got sent to Customer Care then onto a Manager- without asking and understanding my urgency - he pushed it all through to IT and had in working within hours!!! I am ever so Thankful for their customer care and him for helping me!! each time I received an email trail, of why i called and what they suggested- which I liked! GREAT JOB! This Client is Happy!!!

It’s great, we have been using it for years!. Payanywhere is great. We have been using it for years in our construction company. Only down to it is the swipe that we have it’s only for the old version of iPhone with the regular jack impute. We never got something newer from when we deal directly with the client. The app is easy to use and user friendly!

PayAnywhere. I have been using this application for 6 years now and it is constantly improving. I have used other apps before but the processing fees are too high. They actually do have a customer support agent to call, not like other apps. The chip cards occasionally are not able to be read but my agent support specialist is always there to help me out. I have faith that all the bugs that need to be fixed will be taken care of soon and this app will be rated a lot higher than it currently is.

Inventory. I love the app and how it helps me with my inventory to make sure I am always on top of things. I can track sold items and restock them as needed with the help of the app. In the past, I would cram last minute..I now feel so organized. Also, I can access my product catalog online anywhere and from any device so that really has been useful too.

Aggravating!!. I have been with PayAnywhere since 2014. Loved it for years. However, I am very frustrated lately with the service. Login on my Desktop is often slow and I'm constantly getting "error " messages when trying to process a card. I was ecstatic when they introduced the "Tap to Pay" on Apple devices. When it works, it's great, but it won't initialize 95% of the time. This is absurd. I will be looking elsewhere for a payment system.

SCAM ARTIST!. Company fraudulently took $1000 from my account. Said it was for some risk fee that was NEVER disclosed at the time the account was set up. Company agreed to refund the charge and close my account. Since then has given me the run around and I’ve been bounced from departments to department and nobody knew the proper information. Now 3 months later I find out I supposedly had a previous account in collections due to not returning a payment terminal I NEVER EVEN RECEIVED! SO they decided to take my refund and apply it to the past account WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION! I have received ZERO services from this company and they just got a FREE $1000 from my business. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have spoken to has been rude, unprofessional, and unaware how to properly do their job. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! They will take money without disclosing to you first and do nothing to help you as the customer they do not care all they care about is finding ways to take money from you! DO NOT give them your information! They are very deceptive!! SCAM ARTIST AT THEIR FINEST!!!

Bluetooth. It keeps disconnecting using Bluetooth. I have to constantly go to settings within the app every time it gets disconnected. It should be paired once, not every 30 minutes After of weeks of trying to find a solution to the disconnection problem, I found it. Need to go to pin settings and chose not to time out immediately, chose any other time. Timeout immediately shouldn’t be the default and is the reason is getting Bluetooth disconnected. Hopefully this help someone.

Mostly good. Update. I just spent over an hour trying to update my firmware, changed my password. I finally got password changed but it will not accept it with a PayAnywhere service. I can only get into the new fancy reporting feature. What does it matter if I want to report what I make, if I can’t make any money with this darn thing! FYI, it worked fine yesterday when I tested it. It’s the weekend updates that are going to make me go to square This works pretty well most of the time. One rather large issue I have is they do their updates on Fridays. I need the app on Saturday mornings. If I am not near a trusted Wi-Fi. It will not work until I update, and I cannot update without Wi-Fi. I have been caught on several occasions without ability to take charges simply because of this. I am now in the habit of checking Saturday morning before I leave, but you know what? Sometimes it’s hard to make that much time. It would be such a simple thing to either alert the users via text or email that there is an update coming, or allow someone to use the 2nd oldest version if it’s not updated. I do think the customer service part of the service is really good. I did notice the most, positive, recent reviews were all dated in early December….

Trash. So I applied for it and got denied. Hahahahaha. I’ve been using square for over 5yrs (never an issue) but their rates were lower so I thought I would try it while keeping my square account active. They denied me based upon my credit score. Well I just opened a business so yeah I’m over extended. What does my credit have to do with it?? I’m not asking for a loan. Company is a joke without the insurance or finances. I’ve paid square over 4K. Never an issue on my part or my clients. You all need to come to the party ready to play. I’ll stick with square. Best of luck 😬

Using for 3 years everyday. I use this with my business every single day, and there’s always an issue with the tap to pay! Almost every transaction I need to disable a card readers or enter their card manually due to a pay anywhere error. I have 12+ iPhones using this app and each one has this issue. Used for a few years. The ease of which this app works for our pumpkin sales and our other functions is simply awesome. We usually have different parents using it each night and, normally, don’t have any usage questions. Easy to track transactions as well.

Quick funding. same day and next day funding features are super convenient. I am almost always able to process my day in time to do same day funding since most of my business happens early in the day. I am able to close out my batches right from the app and get paid super fast. Being able to do everything I need to finish the day right from my phone is a life saver and keeps the cash flowing.

Poor card reader.. I have done everything they say to do and it works once and then won’t connect. I have used Payanywhere for a number of years and there has been no improvement. I work remotely much of the time so a regular machine is not possible. I just switched to PayPal Here and it is flawless! Have had no problems and I’ve run almost 100 transactions. They charge a bit more but when I have a line of people waiting to pay it’s worth it to pay a bit more for convience. Not to mention, when you manually have to key in the sale you pay more and it’s a hassle!

Remote management. Apart from being such a helper with my payments and making my customers happy, I can keep tabs of anyone even while I am away on vacations. The reports from the app gives me an overview of thing like their transactions completed, volume sold, tips, things like that.

Great app. The nice thing about PayAnywhere is the support you get from using the app. I used Square for three years until a sales agent approached me about using PayAnywhere. At first, I didn’t want to change because I was so used to Square but when the rep told me I didn’t have to pay the merchant processing fee anymore with PayAnywhere because it has a cash discount feature, I made the switch and couldn’t be happier. Not only can I call someone if I have an issue but I no longer have to pay the fee that Square charges which is well above the 2.75% they fraudulently advertise. Wish I had used PayAnywhere from the beginning!

Long time user.. I’ve been using this app since it was a different name. Some of the problems may be due to banking regulations. Other problems are app related. I have a Bluetooth chip reader. It rarely works. Customer support says to delete app and reinstall. Reader works for one transaction then fails. I do most transactions manually. The rate is higher for this type of sale, so no incentive to fix. I can do several sales a day. The app has a short cut log in but if you use it cards get declined. Force quit app and re enter email and password to process transaction. I spend several minutes processing every sale. The rate is fair. I’ve tried other merchant services and they are more costly. Overall frustrating to use but rates are good. I hope over time bugs get worked out.

Better than the others. I was initially hesitant to use this system for my merchant services. A friend insisted that this is more customer friendly than the one I was using as it has a cash feature. I tried this and was very happy that I did. I have since switched to PayAnywhere. Think of doing the same too.

Used to be good then went downhill. Here’s an update. This company just now started calling me telling me I owe them a monthly fees that they just now made up. The only reason I was using this company for five years was because I never had a monthly fee and suddenly they have one and cancel my account without even telling me anything about it. They have collection people calling me for a monthly fee and that’s the first I’ve ever heard of it. These people are a scam stay away from them. I’ve had no problem with them for five years and suddenly something has changed. I used this company for a few years and then suddenly with no warning or reason they canceled my account. I guess they don’t want any business. There are several others that would love to take their place so I’m moving to another company. They won’t even answer their phone and I get messages that their phone is disconnected. So they just replied to this saying that I need to reach out to the customer service. But I did and their customer service said that they just canceled me for no reason. Because after me using them for years, they just suddenly decided they don’t want my business. So their reply below telling me to call customer service is useless. Your customer service is the one that canceled my account for no reason!

Issues. I run a successful business and this mobile device has been decent up until 3 months ago. Now having issues with it wanting to log in saying wrong email and password even though the correct ones are being entered. Customer service was no help they said “oh it happens give it 15 min” I have been waiting 2 hours and still nothing and I can’t take any payments from my client s because this issue. I have even tried uninstalling and so installing the app and nothing is fixing the issue. I can’t afford for this to happen I’m losing out on now close to $4k in deposits. Please fix your app!!!!!

Tap to pay doesn’t work on iPhone 14 Pro. I enrolled with Payanywhere to utilize the advertising describing ‘Tap to Pay’. It wouldn’t install that ‘Payment Method’ on the app until the later version and the ‘tap to pay’ option still won’t enroll or initialize to enable that payment option. I have been waiting for tech support to get my phone working for almost 2 months. Still no resolution. Are there other iPhone 14 Pro users that are able to utilize ‘tap to pay’ option??

Stay away!. Worst experience ever! I decided to switch to Payanywhere and I got approved for Storefront account. I started to process payments last weekend at my handcraft store, everything was great, but then after 4 days they just closed my account saying it was their "business decision". Reader doesn’t work. We’ve had the 2in1 card reader to help save on the transaction fees but it’s not working and we end up having to to all the transactions manually. I’ve called several times and was told there’s a glitch in the update. Well it’s been weeks now and the problem still isn’t resolved.

Lifesaver. I could not connect to the internet at the event I was at, but luckily payanywhere has an offline translations mode that allowed me to save my sales and process the cards when I got home and had internet.

App gone bad. This app worked pretty well until the last update. Now it won’t let me input customer information,text receipts, take cards over the phone or save pricing. I removed the app several times, reentered my settings and it will work one time then falls on its face again. I am very frustrated

App Locks Up and Freezes. App has a history of showing customer’s credit card as being denied, yet when I completely reboot my phone and wait for everything to restart the same customer credit card with the same total amount gets approved. It’s gotten so unreliable that I plan on switching to a different device before my next show. Very, very frustrating. Please, no apologies- just fix your app.

Stay away from this company.. These thieves are holding almost $2000 of my money that I desperately need to run my company. The rep that signed me up wasn’t paying attention to what we were talking about when it came to what my business does. He setup my account up wrong is what the fraud department is saying.... I think the reps name is Micheal Courtney. If this company contacts you to gain your business you should stay away from them.

Missing sale. My daughter’s Girl Scouts troop used this app for cookie sales. We sold five boxes of cookies, swiped the card, and had the customer sign for them. I go to turn in cash and credit card and lo and behold the $27 transaction is missing. After calling supposedly the transaction was declined. Why in the world did it say approved and a signature box pop up, if it was declined? Now I’m responsible to pay out of my own pocket for someone else’s purchase. Payanywhere won’t research this transaction or anything. The square is a million times better and more reliable.

Terrible. I’ve been using this app for a few years. It double charges clients, it times out and says it didn’t go through but it did. Currently you can’t add client names to charges nor can you send them receipts! There are days where we can’t log in or charge a single client. They don’t try to fix issues and you have to hound them for any updates. I’m actively looking for another solution.

Best CC app for small business. We love this app. Easy to use and the best for a small small business is the cost give it a chance it won’t disappoint you!!

Worst software ever. This is without a doubt software I have ever utilized. We just swapped from Shopkeep to save on costs and that is without a doubt the biggest mistake my company has ever made ever. The newest update is a joke. It has literally crashed all day today and is taking longer than ever. Which I didn’t think was possible. I’m going to try and convince my boss to swap to Square or something else. Carrier pigeons would be a faster alternative to this absolutely garbage application.

You should use this. We have been integrating this app in our business further and further because of it's efficiency. The updates are pretty consistent and the features have been expanding so it is worth your while.

Easy and simple. This app is super easy and so simple to use. It is such a great option to accept credit card payments for services so it's a great find for businesses, and even just regular people, who need to accept payments for goods, services or anything at all!

Apple Pay. The app can accept credit cards and tap payments like Apple Pay so I am able to cater to a lot more customers now.

Ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for years. So many problems!!! Now they want to force me out of my current tablets by making them problematic. Not to mention I used to be able to check my sales and any other history from this app but now the sales screen slides up and you CANNOT access the transaction screen on my iPhone. So over this company. I’ll be shopping around this week.

Ap freezes on my iphone 13. This app continually freezes on my iPhone 13. New equipment so it can’t be an outdated issue. I called customer service and they told me to delete the app and reload. Embarrassing to have to do that when you have a customer standing at your counter. Which customer service was really customer service.

Please consider aging eyes. The latest update has a very small touchpad for manual entry. Please make it large again- there is plenty of space on the page. The font in some places is small and gray on white. Young designers will someday have old eyes and understand what I’m saying - please be sensitive. Otherwise it’s a great system.

Love the online portal!. Does more than I expected it to. Their online portal helps me manage my business. I can track sales, create reports, and accept payments

No problems, reasonable rate. I’ve used this Ap with its reader, the plug in and now the Bluetooth, for years. It works flawlessly. I use the invoicing online now that I’m doing telehealth and, though it would be great if they’d match the “swipe” rate during the pandemic, it’s a useful tool.

Scam. They sent me a products telling me not gonna charge me until I use it’ but I left it on the back room haven’t used it yet’ but been charge from my bank account they tell me need my bank account to be approved but it won’t be charged until I used it but they lie they draw money out of my bank account between two weeks to a month’ I have to close my bank account down the only way to close my account because I can’t get of hold of them to cancel it.

Maybe not worth it. I have tried 6 times to set up an account with this app. Each time I get to the end it asks me to answer 3 multiple choice answers. One being what number did you live at on a particular street? I have never lived on that street. The second time it asked which of these people do you know. I didn’t know any of them. Round and round we go. I give up. I will try another app

Horrible don’t use. Don’t use this app at all, my first transaction was for $250 , then they closed my account and held the money, when I called to see what was going on they told me that the account was closed (business decision) from their end , which means that they close the account t for unknown reason, and they told me that they will hold the money for 180 days , when I asked to speak with supervisor they told me there is no one available and hung up on me. Don’t use this app at all

reliable. Fast transactions and this app is reliable, something that very important to me. No glitches and if there are any, solved quickly.

Reliable. On Payanywhere for a while now. It basically does everything it says it will. I appreciate the latest enhancement as I can now cancel an open pre-auth should I need to.

Lots of Benefits. Lucky that I stumbled in this app. It's full packed of all the features that I need and unbelievably easy to use even for a complete noob. I'm a start up but I bet this could work for big businesses too.

Stay away and save ur money. Guys stay away from these guys the app it self works not to bad slow but works fare But the device they sent me is really bad small screen and slow freezes all the time the sell agent and the processing fee are fake they have hidden fees When i cancel the contract with them they only give me 10 days to ship the equipment back and i have to pay for the shipping 3 months later they email me say that they didn’t receive the equipment and i have to pay $1,500 i said i shipped it 3 months ago they said show us a tracking number i was like that was 3 months ago who keeps a receipt for 3 months after the equipment was delivered then they turned it to the collections agency and i had to pay. Advice to yall stay away and save ur self trouble and money.

Point of sale plus. This app is more than a point of sale. It has a lot of features that will be beneficial to your business.

Just one problem with it on my phone…. The Face ID doesn’t work and I work for a company that’s actually three companies and having to logout and type my info to login every time is time consuming. Wish it worked!

Accept payments on deliveries. Allows me to do sales right in my shop but if I have deliveries, it also enables payments from my smart phone -- finding that cool.

BEWARE OF THIS APP. They started to deduct 3.99 from my checking account monthly for stupid monthly reason I don't know. I tried to find out who was charging my account and I was given a Canada number that was not answered. They also give themselves more work behold what Uncle Sam's stipulates by reporting every penny you make. The law says you should be reported when you make more than 20,000 or more than 200 credit card transactions in a year.

So far so good. Payanywhere has gotten back my confidence where other apps had lost my respect. The contactless payment system is such a must in this pandemic..very happy I switched!

Payment. This is the easiest way to get payments from customers and family and friends.

Love This App. I’m a small business owner and I couldn’t be more happier with my switch. I previously used Square I didn’t see my money for a few days, not unless I paid 1% more to get it right away. I currently am getting a lower rate and my money is in my account the next day at no additional fees.

Recurring Invoices. I discovered the recurring pay feature after signing up and I love that I do not have to call customers for payments as they can get set up autopay. It makes it easeier for me to get paid, and easier for them to pay.

Review. Pay anywhere it’s good to have when you don’t want to deal with money I really don’t like handling money is better dealing with the credit cards I don’t like that they take out a payment a month I don’t actually know if that’s true but I hope not

Simple to use. I love how the app works around me. It also isn't something that's overly complicated to master so this 53-yr-old appreciates that. I love how it looks as well. Overall just a really lovely little app.
