DONT buy. Waste of money and doesn’t do crap

Overpriced, Ineffective. I bought this expecting it to be easy to use with iMovie. It is- for silent transitions from videos and only works with text. Since I intended to use it as a background, I managed to get them uploaded to Sony Vegas Movie Studio for use with my videos. They are beautiful backgrounds but it causes your video sound to be muted- ruining my video production. I want a refund.

Um…. You see i bought this in a bundle thinking it was like the Intro Maker. Yeah... I can't find the meaning of this app…

Wow!. Ohhhhoohhoooyaaaa! Free clips! This app is too cool! This is extremely easy and useful! When I decided an amount of time wanted in a full on streaming clip and than exported to 720p, I swear I laughed like a Gitty School Boy as soon as it finished! Best iMovie companion yet!

Better than it appears. Wow, the static app screenshots don"t do these animated video drops justice. They are WAY more beautiful than they look on the app store! One small downside is that you have to buy their other app (to export these too) if you want text in the loop. This app only makes the video animation. All in all, it's still a good deal. I suggest buying both.

Fake app. Where is my refund?

Downer. It's not 1080p HD unless you pay an additional $3.99 for it. They don't specify that which really bummed me out. Everything is great though! The HD export should at least be cheaper because an additional $4 is outrageous just for a single simple function. I mean half the price would be more acceptable you ask me but that's just me I guess. Good app though, other than that

Love those Moviedrops!. Please add more! Having 40 or more for $4.99 would be so much better. Then give us the ability to purchase more at a reasonable price. Good app that provides quality results. I'm just surprised it has no been updated more often.

Very Nice! . .99 is awesome for good backgrounds. Works best with ReelDirector because you can put your titles anywhere. I'm a video editor by trade and there's no way you'd find something like this, this cheap, for a desktop app like FCP. Very cool. Can we have more in an update?

Great App!. These clips are really great for video editing!! I used them in two videos with outstanding results! Added a color-filter in adobe premiere to 'spirit rain' and overlaid it with other clips :)

Great App !. Such great effects to add beautiful transitions, etc ... The in app purchase to record in HD is not "terribly" unreasonable - so I'm leaving it at 5 stars & hey folks ... How about more of your tweak able video scapes ?

Should be free. I bought this as part of a bundle with Intro Maker. I feel like I got taken. There's not much value to this one. Pretty sure some of the other feedback was left by the maker of this app. Especially the one from Jan 2016

Awesome app !. Read all the comments, so many of them negative about this app. 1st review 23May2018 Downloaded this app and was immediately impressed with its capabilities. My reluctance to purchase was based on the negative comments. Once I did a small test to learn the app I realized it's full potential. There are no instructions so here they are: 1. Pick a drop down 2. Edit the drop down as you want 3. Press the record button, watch the timer and record how many seconds you want. I like about 10-15 seconds. 4. Press stop, outputs to your camera roll. That's it, it is that simple. To add text, a user can either add text overlay directly from a video maker app, or can use a 3rd party to create custom text animation. That's why I gave it 4Stars. In the current app format the user is not allowed to add text. That's not a deal breaker for me. I look forward to the developer offering more "to purchase”drop downs. I will gladly pay for more great look designed dropdowns. I will not download the sister app from the developer because it's a monthly type rental fee which I will not ever pay to use.

Great but not iMac compatible!. This app has really helped me fix up some awesome imovies on my iPad2 but I can't transfer the clips I use from this app onto my iMac! It would be nice to keep my movies in one piece.

Help. How do you ad your YouTube channel name if you can't then please update it and ad it where you can. But if you can't and won't update it where you can I'll report you and get a refund I spent 3 dollars for this and it is not worth it 😡😠

Great app!. This is an amazing app! It does what it says it will do. You choose from 24 different video "drops" and then if you like what you see hit the record button and it starts to record while showing you the recording time. Hit stop when you want and it automatically saves it to your photos. It also has six different adjustments for you to change; color, saturation, brightness, pinch, twirl, and shine. There's a reset button and a settings button where you can change your video output from 540p, 720p to 1080p. After you select your settings and adjustments to what you like hit record then stop. After you're done you can use that video clip in your other video apps to use for intros, title captions or whatever you want to use it for. So it's that simple and easy to use! Enjoy!

iPhone 4. It says it's compatible with iPhone 4 but the app crashes to the point you have to restart your phone after you use 4-5 different effects. $3, stuck halfway down the drain. Otherwise it could be great. I feel kinda robbed. @Gizmopunk

Great App. It's a great app, really cool effects, though I think you should be able to add in your own pictures (or videos) crop them and stuff like that, like a short little video instead of just having the moving thing, really good app though!

Awesome. With the controls we're given, we are able to create different shapes, colour and so much more with what's available. This is the best app to have, there are no others like it! I think this may even be the first app that I have given a 5 star rating.

Awesome!. Great with IntroMate! Goes awesome with some dubstep and I like the way you can add shine Nd brightness and change the colour and stuff. Overall, really good! Awesome app combined with IntroMate.

Great App. This is a great app I bought it bundled with IntroMate. You can customize each drop to make it look very different. The one thing that I would appreciate is more drops.

Decent with some limitations. Could use more controls to generate more variable backgrounds. Most importantly a way to adjust the speed of the effect. Some controls, such as the color controls are limited to just a few options. I’d like to see a color wheel or even a gradient builder instead of the wheel. More new effects would be good.

Need more content. Have had the same old drops for gawd knows how long. Very slow on new content and will outdate itself very soon. Have downgraded my stars to 3 from 5
